It was nice to have a friend selling me the vehicle so I knew I was at least getting a fair deal. The sales manager assisting him was also very fair and no pressure on the sale.

The sales lady Tracy Ramsey was very good. Wasn't pushy and helped find find a car that would suit our price range. George did all he could to help it fit our budget.

Eric the sales person was amazing. The GM also was very helpful. They had my car ready to go and I drove 6 hours to get it. All the paperwork was ready and they provided us with lunch! Love this dealership.

the way in which each person treated me in getting my truck repaired. did not matter that the truck was not purchased from this dealer, but the attitude of each person was over the top. every service department should take lessons from this dealer. This is the best, no, very best ran department I have ever dealt with. Friendly, professional, honest. In addition, the office area was clean and everyone who walked through the door was greeted well. I haven't purchased a Chevrolet truck in many years but I can promise my next vehicle purchase will be a vehicle from this dealership.

Best experience I've encountered buying a car (I've bought a few). Mr. Acuna's attitude was that of being interested in me, my wants, needs, what I had to say, and ask. He worked beyond to lowest interest rate I asked for. He did not waste my time with personal phone calls, interruptions, looking for the right forms; he FOCUSED ON ME! Very well prepared, organized, enthusiastic and motivated in offering various options/explanations to help me choose the best fit for my means. Mr. Acuna was very respectful, patient and picks up on body language; noticed that I may be cold and offered to turn off the cooler. Service people did an AWESOME job in cleaning, washing/detailing my older vehicle when I requested if they would do this for me also. It was a mess and they cleaned it up so good that it looked almost brand new, made me rethink on just sticking with it. Thank you Chevrolet employees, all of you were AWESOME!!

When looking for or buying a car, the part i hate the most is pushy salesman. I cannot say that about Carlsbad Chevrolet, the salesman was awesome and pretty cool. I felt no pressure, he was very honest and quick to attend my question and needs. I will definitely return here for my next purchase, keep up the good work guys. Thank You so much!!!

It Took Me About 4 Phone Calls total on two different days just to get ahold of a live person. when I finally spoke to somebody I Was Ensured that two different people would call me on different occasions and it never happened. After 3 EmailS maybe 4 i told the salesman that I had already been qualified to buy a vehicle and I was ready to negotiate on the process to purchase a full size SUV. After A Week, long story short They ignored my emails, Phone,Calls And Personal Arrangements That I Made With The SalesMan. I Felt that I was not taken seriously. so I purchased a FullSize Extended SUV vehicle from A nearby dealership.

Was given pricing that was exceedingly expensive. I needed to get my Buick repaired. They did work that I did not authorized. I will not use this dealer again.
