Our sales associate Bill Weed did an excellent job in locating exactly what I wanted. I had a very specific wish list of "must have" items and he found exactly what I wanted. I took several of his business cards and will most definitely recommend him to others. He was delightful to work with. Overall great experience! Thanks again for all your hard work Bill!

Found a car online; had it shipped to Memphis. Car looked a lot better online than it did in real life. When we got to dealership and test drove the vehicle, it was not what we were looking for. We found another vehicle on the lot and test drove this other vehicle. The dealership, eventhough it had no indication that it was either 'pending' or 'sold,' had no intention of selling us this vehicle. Both the finance manager and the salesperson made up different stories as to why we could not get this car. My wife stated that it acted as if they were saving it for someone else. This lack of concern for my (and my families') time and effort will keep me from ever going back to this dealership. Carmax in Memphis: stay away.

I had been all over Covington Pike with a very nice down payment, ready to buy a nice used SUV. I had absolutely awful experiences at Jim Keras Nissan/Subaru and Gossett Kia. I had never been to a CarMax so I figured I'd give it a try. I walked in the door and right away Mary Wilson greeted me. She was amazing! She showed me everything I asked for, was very honest, not pushy, very helpful, perfect. I was torn between 2 and she printed off every fact she could find on both and let me side-by-side compare. I was thrilled to buy a car from her. Every employee was very nice and seemed to like their jobs. She stayed with us every step of the way and made it as easy as possible. I will be going back in the future and telling my friends. Thank you Mary!!
