Best car buying experience ever!! I cannot say enough about the courtesy and "no pressure" buying experience I had at Cars Unlimited. These guys are of the utmost integrity, and genuinely care about you as an individual. I bought a 2011 F-150 for a fantastic price. The truck is beautiful inside and out and runs like brand new, these guys will not sell you junk, nor will they sell you a vehicle with hidden or "bubble-gum" fixes that fall apart when you drive it off the lot. They gave me exactly what Carvana offered for my trade-in, and worked tirelessly to get me an incredible 2% loan rate. These guys will not push you, guilt you, or trick you into any "extras". They are upfront on all costs (which are very reasonable), and if they offer a product (tire protection...) and you say "no", they accept your word immediately, and without giving you any dirty looks or attitude. I never endorse anyone (my name is everything to me), but I highly recommend Cars Unlimited as a top-choice for anyone looking to buy a vehicle. My wife and I were a bit wary of working with a dealership having had better luck on our own before. A family friend knew Allen from Cars Unlimited, so my wife took a chance and stopped by just to see what they had. We needed a specific vehicle with several makes and models that would fit the bill. A.J. met my wife and walked her through the lot. She found exactly what we were looking for. There was never pressure, never a "sign now" or this deal is gone gimmick, in fact, they never batted an eye when she left the lot without so much as making a counter offer. They put new tires on the vehicle and changed out a wobbly CV joint, before we could get it off the lot (and the price never changed). We closed the deal a week later, no troubles, got a better rate than expected, got a better warranty than expected, and what was expected - that we would be taken advantage of - never happened. I would go there again. I would send my friends and neighbors. We are very happy with our new vehicle.

I was buying my first car a few weeks ago and I went to a few different dealerships who gave me the "you won't give what you want in your price range" lecture, but when I got here, they had exactly what I needed at exactly the price I needed. They were really transparent about how much it was going to cost right from the beginning and there were no extra fees anywhere. Everything I paid for, I knew about right from the beginning. They were super nice and helpful, explained everything I didn't understand, and took care of everything I needed. There was something small they had planned to fix before selling the car, and they still told me about it beforehand and paid for the repair. Overall, very nice people who will do their best to give you what you need!

We came in and were not sure if we could get a car with our different credit issues. This place gave us the best possible financing and worked with us on finding a great payment plan. We got the car we wanted and got a feeling of happiness. The sales person was funny and was honest with us which is hard to find these days at car dealerships. Definitely will be back!!!

When it comes to buying a car it always seems to be a negative experience....that is until we found Cars Unlimited! Wow...from the moment we arrived we felt right at ease with the friendly no pressure service and personal attention shown to us from Allen and his son A.J. We purchased a 2013 Ford F250 and could not be any happier with our new truck and the ease of the purchasing experience. I love the no haggle policy. I chose Cars Unlimited based on the many positive reviews I read about the business and I am pleased to add another. Alan and Bob were wonderful as I purchased a 2015 Hyundai Accent that I am already quite pleased with. It was quite refreshing to undergo a car buying experience with no pressure, no games and the feeling that these folks were on your side. I was in and out about as quickly as one could expect. I recently have been having problems with the taillight bulbs burning out on my car that I purchased at Cars Unlimited. Bringing it back to the dealership, owner Allen Stathas personally dealt with me and the repair. He even ended up replacing the taillight himself to make sure that I was satisfied. I highly recommend Cars Unlimited, especially for the care with service and issues after the sale.

We bought a van that seemed too good to be true from a dealer that seemed too good to be true. 10k later, we are still very happy! I am still a little in shock that a used car dealership was trustworthy. We would absolutely go back and recommend to family and friends.

Found the smell this 9/5/2016 evening. It was a dead rat the size of a potato inside of the cabin dashboard on the passenger side of the car.THANK MY GOD THAT I FOUND THE RAT AND SAVE MY HEALTH BEFORE THE CAR BECOME A TOXIC BIO-HAZZARD. ASK ANYONE IN THE MEDICAL PROFESSION, AND THEY WOULD AGREEE THEY WE WOULD BECOME EXTREMELY ILL WITHIN DAYS OF THE 5 POUND RAT ROTTING.NEVER, EVER, EVER GO TO THIS LOT!!!! NEGATIVE 10 STARS(NEXT SECTION WRITTEN ABOUT 6 HOURS EARLIER THIS SAME DAY BEFORE FINDING THE TRUE CAUSE OF THE SMELL)LOWEST RATING POSSIBLE - BUYER BEWARE of Cars Unlimited, 201 W Fletcher Ave, Tampa, FL 33612. On 8/27/2016 I purchased a 2013 Hyundai Sonata GLS. At first everything was good. The price was fair. I paid to have an offsite mechanic look under the hood to gain his opinion which was also good. I wondered why there were 5 air fresheners located in the door pocket areas. The overwhelming perfume smell was not all too overwhelming since the A/C was on full due to the 95-degree afternoon, and it did not smell like the last owner was a smoker. Its when we went back to do the paperwork with Allen Stathas, the owner, that good got weird. First thing I noticed was on his business card a large cross with, Christ is Lord, printed next to the cross. No problem with that, but you will soon read Allens angle with the religious intimidation. I tried for a loan, although I had all the cash to pay for the car free and clear. The loan got denied and Allen quickly began to stack up my documents to usher out me and my girlfriend. When I said Ill just pay cash, Allen turned his attention back to me, the smiles came back, and Allen laid out the paperwork once more. At the close of the sale, Allen delivered to the office a license plate that read In God We Trust across the bottom. I asked him if I could instead have a Sunshine State plate, and what he said next was shocking. Standing next to me while I was seated Allen said, Why? Are you an Atheist? You dont believe in God! Completely inappropriate and created that silent tension you could cut with a knife. Allen offered no other plates. Im OK with the plate language, but not the intimidation by Allen, the owner of Cars Unlimited. This is a business transaction, not church. Fast forward to only a week later. As the climate cooled, the air fresheners were too much, so they were removed from the car. The very next day revealed Allen and Cars Unlimiteds deception. The car stinks with the smell of mildew and wet dog so bad that I had to go buy more air fresheners or drive with the windows down. I will be having the interior of the car completely deep cleaned and hope that the smell is removed. In addition, this smell did not get disclosed on the CARFAX, since it was not repaired. Allen and his crew obviously knew of the smell and chose the air freshener deception route to deceive us into a purchase, cloaked by Allens facade of Christian Trust and Morals that did not exist. Not knowing the true condition of the cars interior was awful, I now have to incur additional costs immediately after purchase for the deep cleaning of the interior and trunk. Bottom line: WWJD Pass on Cars Unlimited and find an honest used car dealership.

I bought my last three trucks from Allen, we bought my wifes last two mini vans from Allen, My oldest son has bought two vehicles from CU, My middle son bought his first/current vehicle from CU, my youngest son bought his first/current vehicle from Allen, my mother has her current vehicle from Allen, my Brother is driving a truck he bought from Allen, and my in-laws bought one of their vehicles from Cars Unlimited. Count that, 12 vehicles, returning customers, family members. Folks, we keep returning for a reason, Allen sells quality vehicles that he stands behind and they are under average retail cost. Two of my trucks we kept for 10 years plus and the latest I have just had for 3 months and LOVE, Im sure Allen wishes we would retire our vehicles sooner than we do but he sells such darn good autos that they just keep lastingThere is a great level of comfort also to be had dealing with a family based, Christian business. Cars Unlimited isn't your normal used car lot. Alan and all the folks at Cars Unlimited are total class acts. The selection of vehicles that Alan keeps on their lot are all top quality and worthy of a purchase. Alan took care of me in the purchase of my truck. He gave me a great vehicle , at a great price, and took care of me with an incredible trade in. My experience the day I purchased my truck was a positive one, and my experience since then has also been nothing but extraordinary. You don't find to often someone you can actually trust in the used car market. I trust Alan with out a doubt. You can ask Alan questions, and you know he is going to give you a straight answer. Would just like to say Cars Unlimited was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Just recently purchased a car on Halloween and the car looked even better in person. I went to Cars Unlimited after my other car was totaled in a flood. I hate car shopping, it is so stressful and such a huge decision, but Alan and AJ were so helpful and accommodating. They allow you to look at the lot without attacking you like sharks smelling blood, and when you're ready to see a car in particular - they give you the keys happily. They'll show you any paperwork and provide you any information before you purchase a car. I was skeptical of independent lots before this, I was raised you only bought from dealerships, EVER. But Cars Unlimited is a family owned lot who buys cars from auctions just like every other car dealership. They only buy legitimate vehicles they know will sell and run reliably, and they have a garage on-site to help you with anything. Truly nice people, and trustworthy businessmen.

Bought Hyundai Sonata from Cars Unlimited on Jun 13th. I selected Cars Unlimited and the car after doing lot of research on dealers and going through reviews available on Internet. I am very pleased with the car buying experience and especially the after sales service. Cars unlimited are completely genuine, reasonable in pricing and transparent. A great example is the owner Mr. Allen Stathas. He is very knowledgeable, explained the information very well, and easy to talk too. All in all a great experience. I just bought a used Honda there and the car was clean as can be and the process was problem-free! A reasonable price was displayed on the vehicle and there is no haggling, no "well, let me talk to my manager,' or the typical things you see at your local dealership. The car is what they say it is and if you can't pay that amount, they will help you find something you can afford. It really is a hassle free experience and they stand behind their cars. There were some little things I asked the owner for, like replacing a worn trim strip, and he called and it was scheduled to be done. Great experience and will come back when it's time to replace my wife's car!

All I can Say is WOW! Just bought a beautiful used truck from Allen and his staff and I can definitely say it was the BEST and Easiest experience I have ever had buying a car! They do not even have sales people and they let us walk around and look at the cars before we made our choice, truly "No Pressure" and totally fair! They had the lowest price I could find for this truck and it was in such better condition than some of the trucks at the bigger dealerships I visited. Allen and his staff were very knowledgeable and made the whole process so simple! The "old School" way car buying should be! Don't believe the TV and Radio lies! Go talk to Allen and buy a car the Easy way!!!

Cars Unlimited should be called Customer Service Unlimited! They are outstanding. They have simplified the process and made it easy to buy a car. This was the best car buying experience we have ever had. When we pulled up and the sign out front said "Christ is Lord" I knew we were at the right place! The vehicle was clean, well running, great condition, low miles just as described in the ad. The office was super clean, staff was friendly and accommodating. No pushy sales people telling you lines of crap to hook you on a sale. My husband even joked with Phil it was the first time he didn't want to punch the sales man in the face! Very honest Christ centered people running a honest dealership. I know for a fact when we go to buy my husband a truck we will go there. I would recommend everyone to visit them for your car/truck needs.

I bought a beautiful used car from Alan the owner. it runs and looks like new. he also gave me a lot more money for my trade in then any place else I went to.The $200 gas card was a great surprise after the deal was done. now that's honesty. I would recommend them to anybody.

This was my first car buying experience and it was nothing but pleasant! Allen is the owner and the business is family owned and operated, which allows them to keep prices lower than competitors. I showed up with the intention of merely test driving a car, and was out of there within 90 minutes owning the perfect car! He really worked with me on the price that I told him I wanted to stay at, and offered me way more for my car than what it was probably worth! A great perk was that I also got $200 worth of free gas. They also offer a limited warranty on all of their cars. Although I've never dealt with another dealer, we all are aware of the horror stories and trepidation that accompany car buying. I never got a bad vibe, or felt rushing into anything. They didn't push all of the extra features and warranties on me, which is appreciated. I would, and will recommend this business to anyone looking into purchasing a car, I don't think I'd ever go elsewhere now!

I highly recommend this dealer - no matter where you live in America. The cars are exactly as described and mechanically and cosmetically sound and better. I started my search online for a next generation classic car, and ended up with an awesome 1989 Mustang GT 5.0 from Cars Unlimited. I live 5 hours away from Cars Unlimited and started communicating with them over email and over phone. Everyone I spoke with was very courtesy and upfront with me. Well, I drove 5 hours to see the vehicle and was impressed at the outstanding lineup of cars there. Everything from economy cars, H1 Hummers, classics, trailers, and sedans. From the 1950s- 2014 models - A car for every need, taste, or want was on this lot. And each car had a price written on the windshield. What as best throughout the process was that there truly is no salesman here. Just good honest people. They gave me the keys to look at the car and no one followed me, no one hassled me. At first I felt it was odd, but then appreciated the no pressure experience. So, I decided on the car and Cars Unlimited was very helpful with the purchasing arrangements. They called me every week to make sure everything was okay. The cars is awesome for its age, and when I need another car, of any type, age or style, I will go here. Bob, Steve, and Allen were all great persons to do business with. These are honest people here, and it is good to know that we still have honesty and quality in American business. Thanks again for everything. I highly recommend this dealer.

A very refreshing car buying experience, a far cry from your usual dealer. The facilities are immaculately clean and orderly. The potential client feels immediately at ease. The staff is low key, genuinely welcoming, sparing you of the usual assault in your typical dealership. You are left to walk about and inspect the vehicles at your leisure, which are without exception immaculately clean as if with a Q-Tip. The staff is happy to assist you with any question, and more often than not are just glad to engage in friendly chat. I took three different vehicles out for a test drive, finally deciding upon one of them, not necessarily the most expensive model. At not time was I pressured in the slightest on my choice. The transaction was completed efficiently in a comfortable and well lighted office, where I was offered access to their desktop computer to update my insurance policy. If your are in the market for a used vehicle, you owe it yo yourself to check out this dealership which stands out as a remarkable example of how buying a car need not be felt with dread.

Just bought a car from Cars Unlimited. The attitude of the employees all the way up to the stores owner was positive and uplifting. I did not feel pressured into buying anything. Our credit was not good, and we did not think we would be able to get another car without going to a buy here, pay here dealership. We were wrong, the effort this store exercised to get us financed was tremendous. The staff was able to put us into a vechicle that supported our needs, there are five of us, and my mother has a wheel chair. The terms were affordable so we did not inflate our limit on a car payment. I recommend going to Cars Unlimited for all your car purchases. If they don't have it, give them a chance to find the car you want.

Allen is a hands on owner. He is honest, helpful, understanding and fair. His staff is excellent also. His prices are fair and our family buys their cars from him.Everyone has always been pleased with their purchase. We owned our first vehicle from him for 12 years and were pleased with the purchase. Buying our second vehicle from him was a no-brainer! I wouldn't go anywhere else. He is a wonderful Christian who "walks the walk" and it is a pleasure doing business with him. I have never had a better experience buying a vehicle and would recommend him (and have) to many others. His cars are clean and well presented. We need more businessmen like Allen. I bought my Chevrolet Silverado 1500 from Cars Unlimited back in October. This was the best experience that I have ever had at a car dealership. First off there was NO SALES PEOPLE, and I was not pressured in to buying the vehicle. Second, the people that were there to help were extreamly friendly. Third, as soon as I walked one the lot I was told that there was no sales people, that I was welcome to take a look around, and that if I needed a key that they would gladly get them for me. Overall this was the best car buying experience that I have ever had, so I recomend anyone who is looking for an extreamly clean, and reliable car to buy it from CARS UNLIMITED!

My family has purchased 7 cars from this dealer. We always get a great deal. The dealer is honest and straight forward about each vehicle. The prices are the best in town for comparable vehicles, so there is no uncomfortable "haggling" or "bargaining" on the price. Each vehicle is totally checked out (and any necessary repairs made) before it goes on the lot. The dealership itself is always clean, attractive and inviting. Perhaps one of the strongest recommendation points is that this dealer has a shop on site, and they continue to take care of my vehicle long after it has rolled off the lot! We have purchased everything from family cars to SUV's to sports cars. I have recommended this dealer to many, many people, and no one has ever been disappointed!

My family has purchased three cars over the years from Cars Unlimited. In each of the transactions we were always treated like a member of the family... quite a unique experience on a used car lot !!! With my elderly mother-in-law's car, Allen and his team went out of their way to make sure the addition of running board's were installed correctly to help her get in/out. When we purchased my Lexus SC430, it was as if everyone in the dealership took pride as they handed me the keys! When it came time for our daughter's first car, once again we let Allen know what we had in mind for her. He looked around to find just what we wanted and then held onto it (away from other customers who were interested in it) while we were on vacation just so we could have a chance to possibly buy it. He could have sold it before we got back from our trip, but wanted to provide us with the first opportunity. We definitely bought the car. It was a great price and had all the safety items which were important to us. My daughter continues to love it and tells her friends that's the only place they should go to look for their first car. There's never any haggling and you don't have to be intimidated by pushy sales people who speak another language. After all, that's not how you treat family!

I am a sophomore in college and for my sweet sixteen my parents surprised me with a car from Cars Unlimited. Jade (she's a green Lexus ES 330) has been nothing short of wonderful for the past five years. I can count on one hand the number of times I've had to take her back in for some reason or another and the people there were always more than helpful and very friendly. Recently I brought her by Cars Unlimited because a light with which I was unfamiliar came on the dashboard. I brought Jade in a few minutes after closing but I called ahead and they were completely willing to wait for me to get there despite the time. I even had my car back the next afternoon. I always recommend Cars Unlimited to my friends who are looking for a car.

Things can be difficult when your trying to purchase a vehicle off the internet. Not so with Cars Unlimited. I found a vehicle I had been searching for and they made my purchase very very easy. Bought a Wrangler Jeep for our daughter, it was a very good experience. We set up purchase on line- drove 115 miles to pick the Jeep up and it was worth it. Cars Unlimited is an honest dealer that stands behind their sales. We would recommend purchasing a vehicle from them.

I have purchased 3 vehicles from Cars Unlimited. Last week my old SUV brokedown. At the time I did not find anything I was interested on the lot. The owner suggested that his mechanic take a look at my vehicle. They lost a sale because they fixed my SUV but you can be sure when I buy my next vehicle it will be from Cars Unlimited.

We loved the simplicity ! There were no pushy salespeople or any painful negotiation about price to deal with when we purchased either of our cars from Cars Unlimited. My service visits have always been fun. I'm amazed at the level of personal attention I always receive because it's so unlike other Big Name dealerships where I'm just a number.
