Good service on an issue I SHOULD NOT have had to spend m0oney. Front brake rotors on my 2014 Tahoe warped after 25000 miles. This is with the "towing package" because front rotors are too soft. Did not have this problem with my last 2 Tahoes. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had located a vehicle that I wanted to purchase in another part of the state. I contacted Bill Miller of Cascade Auto Center where I live. Because the vehicle was 10 % under list price I wanted to act quickly. Rather than driving the 125 mile to the dealership, I wanted Mr Miller a chance to make the deal (I have bought several vehicles from him and I like doing business with him) He was able to work an exchange of vehicles with the dealer. Rather than leaving the vehicle on the other dealer's lot over a week end when it could have been sold, he had the vehicle transported to Cascade on Saturday.(vehicles are usually transported on week days) By doing what he did,,going the extra mile, I was able to obtain the vehicle at the discounted price. very happy.SERVICE. Took my trk in for oil change, it included tire rotation. Several days later message came up on dash saying "pressure monitoring sys failure" Contacted Cascade and was told cause mostly was the failure of a wheel sensor. I took the vehicle to the vendor that had sold me the after market tires and wheels. After a check the dealer had not reset the senors to computer

Buying a new vehicle can sometimes be stressful. With that being said, Justin went the extra mile to locate and get a Colorado nearby in the right color and configuration I wanted. Truck was on the lot in one day. Additionally, he made sure I knew all the workings of the truck and said to call him if I came up with any questions. Parts and Service were right on top of the few add-ons I wanted. Excellent top notch customer service in all aspects of this sale. Very pleased with the experience. Can't say that on too many of my previous occasions with other dealers.

Had trouble with my silverado. Pulled into the service center. Received a ride into town. Was called the very same day, the pick up was fixed. Still under warranty. Did a wonderful job. Great service and great people working. Have bought 5 of my cars from this dealership since 1980. Would recommend to everyone.

I worked with Justin V and he was so helpful. I have been shopping for a car for more than a year now, but nothing I really wanted showed up until I saw the car that Justin worked so hard for me to get. He even followed me to Chelan to drop off my new car! He was low pressure - truly - and he knew what he was doing so it wasn't like most places where it takes 7 hours to get everything done. Loved it all!

Inquired about a GMC Sierra. Unfortunately the vehicle did not feet my needs. However, the customer service was fantastic, No pressure to buy, no hassle, answered all my questions, and were very willing to try and find what would meet my wants. We are repeat customers, the first time we bought a car in 2008, and we liked the company and service so much that there was no question we would return. Justin Henke did an amazing job! He's very knowledgeable, regarding every aspect of the company and the banking process. He made sure all the paperwork was set up and ready to go for us to drive from Moses Lake and sign. I normally do not like dealing with car sales people, but can say this was a good experience. The sales person was Paul Jarolimek at Cascade Auto in Wenatchee. He was very nice and worked with what I wanted to do.I answered question 3 on the survey, but I was not looking to purchase a car. I just stopped by to see what was available in the way of a small SUV. I was driving a Yukon SLT as it was too big for me.The survey would not let me process this unless I filled in the box.

We took a while to decide on purchasing a new vehicle. Spring had sprung and getting away to test drive a car and make a commitment to buy one was getting harder. So one Saturday we finally got to the dealership and did our test drive of an Equinox and an Impala. the only problem was there were no more 2016 Impalas left. Our decision to go with an Impala was questionable. We actually almost purchased a 2015. But the one they had was white and we didn't want white or black. So they found one at another dealership and were going to do an exchange. It was late in the day on Saturday and they weren"t going to be able to do it til Monday. We went home with the plan to purchase a 2015 Impala and then decided "no" we wanted a 2016. so Monday we called back with our change of mind. everyone was OK with that but they had to search for one we liked. I went in on Tuesday , they had found the color we liked-the blue velvet metallic with the titanium/ black trim interior. It was located in Missula MT. so they sent someone to get it on Wednesday and I picked it up on Friday. Everyone at the dealership was awesome! In fact just 6 days after we purchased the car I was in Portland OR and had locked my keys in the car and Randy our salesman was able to help me with the onstar number to open my car doors. so today is one week of ownership and we are very happy with everyones help in this purchase. Thank you for all your help

We needed to replace our only car unexpectedly. Our salesman Paul knew this, spent time going over different options, in both vehicles and financing. There was never any high pressure to buy at anytime. We shopped at a number of different dealerships in the area. And came back three separate times for comparison's. Top notch staff, great experience. Highly recommend!

My only problem was that I had a bad sensor that had to be replaced at about $260.00+. Well after the job was completed and they came into the waiting room the service guy says " well we didn't have a silver one so we had to put a black one in" . I think I should have been told that prior to having it done as now I have a black dot on my back bumper that doesn't match the other sensor. They also cleaned my fuel jets and oil change. That was done fine.

I live in a small town, far away from major cities. So, in order to search for things I need, I use the internet. I found the vehicle I was searching for online, amongst several others. Cascade Auto Center ( Wenatchee, WA ) had the nicest one, with a great price,, and...... it was Certified! Which is a very good thing. If you don't know what this means, be sure to ask them. Although Cascade was about 100 miles away, I felt it would benefit me to see what kind of deal I could get. I went prepared, with all my ducks in a row, and had educated myself, to prepare for a showdown with the salesman and management. I notified them I was on my way, and verified that they had the car still in their inventory. Upon my arrival, I was greeted in the showroom by the receptionist. I told her that my salesman was expecting me, and prepared for battle. The salesman walked in with a smile, reached out to shake my hand, and called me by my name. Much appreciated. I never had to get out my full artillery, and I didn't have to be "switched" to a "closer." My salesman (Randy Roberts) handled the entire experience. I didn't entirely get what I was wanting. But, as I said, I was prepared for battle and had my hopes set high. The salesman and the dealership (Including the Finance Manager... Mark) worked very hard to get as close to my initial requirements as they could. The whole experience was very pleasant. I purchased a very (VERY) nice vehicle. Am pleased with the deal they were able to give me. Randy spent some time explaining the vehicle, and options. He even spent some time and set up the "OnStar", Bluetooth (programed my phone to "sync") etc. Very nice. The dealership is even delivering my car to me ( I kept my trade, and drove it home ). Great financing options, by the way. Thank You Randy, Mark, and the entire staff at Cascade. I am looking forward to my delivery! FULL tank of gas, too! Happy Thanksgiving.

This is my second purchase from Cascade Auto so they must be doing something right. I purchased a 2012 Impala and my wife and I simply love this car. We have never owned one before but wouldn't hesitate to own another one. Our first vehicle was a "04" Aveo which we still own. We love the savings in gas that we get with it. They are very good at finding you the best loan you could possibly get. We went to our bank first for pre authorization but Cascade Auto found a lender that beat our bank by over two percent. I have went to Cascade Auto center twice to shop for used cars (trade in my 07 subaru legacy) as well as being awarded the "grand prize" (a free oil change) by mail. Both times when going to the dealership I got rude service and the runaround. Before even going into financing I told them what I wanted and they pretty much told me I couldn't afford anything they had. BTW I have perfect credit and make pretty good money. When winning the prize they told me I had to buy/trade a vehicle in order to even talk about what it was. I will NEVER go here again and hope to warn you against it as well. Good luck fellow car shoppers.

Not very happy to find out that not only was my car, but a friend whom I recommended to this company, had purchased a previously wrecked car. Only because I had to take it into the BMW dealership for major repair was I informed that the car had been wrecked and fixed. This was never disclosed to me prior to my purchase and the carfax report was clear and it had a clear title. I asked over and over again questions that would lead them to let me know it had been in an accident, and why the 323 CI letters were not on the car, and why one window was a different shade? and why the key in the door lock didn't work quite well. I was told that sometimes people don't like the letters on the car that they prefer to have the sleek unadorned look. BULL Pucky!If it had not been the only car that I wanted that was available, I would not have purchased that dealer. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone, they are selling previously wrecked cars without disclosing the facts.
