My wife and I went into the whole car buying experience expecting to fight tooth and nail with salespeople but our experience at Cascade Subaru was the complete opposite. David Winters was our salesman and he is exactly what other dealerships should look for in a salesman. Absolute ZERO pressure and ZERO hassle. He made absolutely sure we were happy with every step of the process. We also had David Riker get us through the financing process, awesome and funny guy.We will not think twice about returning for our future Subaru needs. I'd highly recommend this place, it was such a great experience.

By far the most pleasant and stress free car buying experience EVER. Found the car online, scheduled a test drive and purchased 48 hours later. Mark and Harry were tremendous to work with. Professional, polite and friendly, they turned a ordinarily stressful event into an entirely pleasant experience. No pressure, no tactics, they just helped me buy a car. A terrific experience. Will definitely consider for future purchases. Well Done!

My wife just bought a 2015 Subaru Legacy from Cascade Subaru in Cuyahoga Falls, and this has to be the easiest car purchase we've ever made. Never a hint of pressure from the salesperson, who was extremely knowledgable about the models, engines, transmissions and the new technology used in the cars. We took an awesome test drive off road up a hill and stopped half-way up. The grass was wet, but we powered up the hill with no tire spin at all. We were both amazed by the all-wheel drive and the quietness of the ride. Everyone we talked to at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Afterward, my wife said that they didn't really sell us the car, they just helped us buy the one we wanted. It really was that easy. I will recommend this dealership to everyone. BTW, they also sell Audi and Mazda, and I suspect those buyers get treated the same way.
