My wife and I will be doing some significant traveling over the holidays and I thought it would be a good idea to ask the pros to take a look at my 2016 Pilot. Setting the appt could not have been easier and it took only about an hour for the service to complete the check up. I feel fortunate to have Collette as my service advisor and I'm pleased that the service team backs one another up. Quite frankly, I've avoided dealer service department for 40 years due to what I perceive to be integrity issues but I'm very comfortable with you good folks at Casey and look forward to seeing you again.

Purchased two tires from Casey last month, TPMS came on and noticed one of them was really low on air. Called Don at Casey Honda service, he said bring it right in and we will take care of it. Having my own compressor I was able to put enough air in to get me to Casey. He indicated they treat this as an emergency and within 30 minutes of arrival they repaired the tire (found a screw in it). Fortunately the tires have road hazard insurance, therefore, there was no charge. They even did their inspection of the vehicle while it was there, and this was late in the day. Thanks Don for another great service experience.

Got my first ever car from Casey Honda that is a used car and it's been a nightmare and worst experience ever since . I've had my car repaired 9 times to what Casey Honda say was a easy fix. Had about 6 loaner vehicles also. When I first purchased the vehicle Casey Honda had it for 2 weeks and I was not allowed to get my money back because of some 7 day rule casey Honda have, when I tried to tell casey Honda I haven't even had a chance to drive the car. I Went to the corporate office to have casey Honda fix the problems I was having and the same problems still occurred after. After casey Honda so called fixed my vehicle I was never warned about having any problems that needed to be fixed. Then Casey Honda had the nerve to fail my state inspection when they so called did a 150 point inspection before they sold me the vehicle. So after casey Honda did my state inspection I was informed that my vehicle requires a motor mount, and tire rods. These issues were never bought to my attention when they worked on my car 9 times out of a year. My car engine light never came on since I had it but when I received it after my state inspection now it's on. Casey Honda wanted to charge me a total of 700 dollars to fix my motor mount and tire rods, when I found a shop to do it all for 150. Women be careful with casey Honda.I pray to god they didn't tamper with my car. I am scared every time I get into my car bcus I don't know if my life is safe driving this vehicle. Looking into calling wavy 10 news as soon as possible. I haven't even had the car a year yet and it been to them about 9 times for repairs. The car was so called certified for 2 years and come to find out I think the car is a lemon. I'm just a young college student that's trying to make it in life. Please be careful dealing with Casey.

Then he came to the waiting room to explain what had been found during the inspection and gave me the options as to what would need future service, but gave no pressure to have the work done now. The tires were actually cheaper then the local discount tire store for the same ones. Don has always been a caring person and true honest professional.. If you go to Casey Honda service and have the opportunity ask for Don, you will not regret it.

Don Matol and his team at Casey Honda are the best. Recently while returning from northern Virginia my TPMS light repeatedly came on, I'd stop check pressure on all 4 tires and then resume driving. This happen several times on the trip--making me very nervous upon returning the first I did Monday was to turn in my car to Don. As Usual Don and team diagnosed the system and NOW I feel confident of my tires and TPMS again. The Casey Honda dealership and their Service personnel like Don inspire confidence in al they do.

Our experience was going great thanks to our salesman Lyndon who was very kind, patient, knowledgable and professional. But after agreeing to the price on the car the business manager pulled us into his office and began offering us extended warranty packages. While I was looking over the packages, my wife made a comment about how we were choosing Honda because of its reliability, he then made a remark about how low quality the systems were. The way he said it caught me and my wife off guard but then when I turned the packages down the entire atmosphere had changed. He was rude, disrespectful and really made us feel uncomfortable. He told my wife and I "that's okay, no one will force you to take care of your car." And even worse he said "it's okay, Casey Honda likes when you don't buy the coverage because they make more when you bring it on on repairs!" Now, if I didn't already have a 1000 dollars non refundable money down, I would have walked out of there immediately. I have never heard someone being so disrespectful because we didn't want to pay the extra $2500 on a car we are positive we don't need it. I am aware he probably gets paid on commission of his sales and more then likely makes Honda money from his sales so probably won't be reprimanded for this, but that's an unexceptful excuse. 100% because of him I have turned 2 people away from Casey Honda and will continue to do so. I also read on here that he has done the same to others. If Casey finds this behavior acceptable then I will continue to refer people elsewhere. I want to reiterate that Lyndon was an amazing as a salesman and was very respectful. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and I hope you can solve the problem.

After purchasing Honda Certified Pre-owned vehicle 8 months ago that required a months worth of repairs before we could take it home...August 27th I get a nail in my tire...only to find that there are locks on my tires and a key did not come with the car. The only way to fix the tire was to break off the lock. I spoke with the Used Sales Manager, Darrel Heaton, before my tire was replaced who promised to replace the wheel locks and get me a key. I told him I would be in contact the following Monday morning. I've called Mr.Heaton several times, sent an email, and left a message with the receptionist. It's been 3 weeks and still no response.

My air bag SRS module failed and needed to be replaced. Collette Stevens had ordered the part and when it came in Don Matol was my service advisor. (Collette was on vacation). The parts / labor seemed expensive to me, but it was the first thing that has failed on my Accord (06) which I had bought from Casey's new, and now has 119K miles on it. Don worked diligently and kept me informed of progress. A second part was discovered not functioning and Don had it over nighted to get me back on the road. Casey's absorbed the overnight charge and overall I was very pleased with the service. Final cost was expensive, but I do not want to ever be in a crash and have the air bags fail if the SRS module was not a Honda part and not installed properly. I feel confident in that Casey did the repairs correctly and was not over charged. In addition, Casey's did my inspection and had me in a loaner car, all at their expense. Thanks!

I call this dealership twice about my temporary license plate that expired on 9/3/16. I never received a call back. As of today, 9/6/16, this is the third time I've called and let my name and phone number. Now, I can't drive the vehicle I recently purchased because I don't have a valid license plate. You would think a car dealership would inform their customers of their license plate before their temporary license plate expired, not the other way around.

Want to start off by saying that I'm not always an easy customer to deal with, I can be picky at times and sometimes very indecisive. However, that didn't stop Brandon T. from helping our family get the car of our dreams. He made the process simple and really cared about what car fit our needs best. Twice I made appointments with Williamsburg Honda to have additional keys made for my Honda CR-V. The first time I drove 50+ miles from home to have the work done. No keys available (they had not reserved any for my appointment. I made another appointment for Monday to have it done. This time I called them. They had the keys but the machine to cut/program them was not working.I decided to try Casey Honda. Kieran was pleasant, scheduled me in without an appointment (I live in Mathews County), got the keys made, and even showed me how to access the vehicle maintenance function in the dash instruments.Friendly employees, nice waiting room. I'll be back for maintenance

Made appointment two days ahead of time and same morning I had another important meeting. Don Matol had me out within the hour. This is the second time Don has helped me with my new Accord. He is extremely knowledgeable and well organized . This is my ninth Honda so I have some experience with Accords. The waiting room is full and quiet. Obviously the customers are getting treated well and are satisfied with the service. I have owned the car for three months , have taken it up through the northeast, NJ and NY. The car performs well and every thing works as advertised. I am a happy owner and happy with the service department. Don has been my primary contact.

Bought a used car here for my son. He went to pick it up. His 1st car so he is inexperienced. When I drove it I noticed it pulled. Took it in and it needed some special alignment. The next week, the radiator blew, it sat for a few weeks due to money issues. That got fixed ( not covered by warranty) a week later the head gasket went, then after that the timing belt. With in the 1st 9 months, $3000 worth of repairs. By the end of year, $4000 worth of repairs. They refused to take it back after the 1st break down and told me sometimes you just get a bad car. It was priced $4500 over blue book and no car fax was given. Sons rookie mistake. These people are crooks. Please google and ask around before buying used from them. They sell lemons and refuse to make it right. In response to Casey Honda's response.I've given you many chances to make this right. You just continue to try to screw us over. You managers response was "Well, we're sorry but sometimes these things happen and you just get a bad car. We can do this... would you like to look at a new car? We can give you $2000 for that car WE CHARGED YOU $9000 for as a trade in. After you put all that extra money in it and ended up paying $13,000 for. $2000 sounds fair to us. But only if you trade it in for a brand new car. Yes that's how we here at Casey Honda stand by our sales!!

I had a 0730 service appt with Don Matol and arrived about 0715. Don took me right away, fielded the scope of work and one concern and I was able to read the paper and enjoy a cup of coffee. The oil change, tire rotation, inspection and nail puncture in driver rear tire completed in about one hour. I had a coupon and best of all the tire puncture was " on the house". My service cost was a good value.Thank you Don.

The man in the financing department was very unprofessional and verbally aggressive once we said we didn't want to purchase the additional coverage. I felt he was disrespectful and if we had the chance to go back and never chose this dealership, we would. The salesman was nice enough, but we definitely felt like we were getting haggled when it came to the price. No pressure to purchase the vehicle or come back in, and he answered all of our questions (the one or two we asked that he didn't know, he found out and answered within a few minutes). I was in Service on May 20, 2016 for my State Inspection and Maintenance Check-up. Collette went over everything with me to make sure we cover everything that we need to get done for my service mileage. She was able to quote me prices, to make sure that I am know what it is going to cost and to make sure that I am okay with it. I think she understands that folks today, don't always have the budget to do everything at one time, so she tells her customers to break it up over the next four or five months, so that it does not break your budget.She will make sure that the vehicle leaves Casey Honda Safe and that all her customers leave happy.I love to wait on my car, because I am a coffee drinker and love to try the different coffees that they have for their customers.I never have too long of a wait, since I am drinking coffee and looking at tv or looking at facebook,. Recent service on our 98 Accord for cabin filter and exterior door handle repair was accomplished on time and at the cost estimated. Don Matol, our service rep, was very attentive and followed up with vehicle status phone calls as he said he would. He is a top notch rep for Casey Service. The car was returned clean and all repairs accomplished as well as a very informative multipoint inspection; in which we got several 'heads-up' flags. We have always had good experience with Casey service, unlike the new car department when we bought our 98 Accord new some years ago. We had acid rain damage to the car right off the lot and had many issues with making it right with the Casey Collision Center. Not sure if they are still in business now, but they should not be. While I will probably not buy another new car from Casey, the service response we have received from the Service Dept over these recent years has been a delight. I would not hesitated to return for service on any other car. I can recommend the Casey Service Department but not the new car department unless management has changed. I know this was about service, but just venting.

Service manager Don was excellent. A previous Casey dealership advised my daughter that she needed 4 new tires. During service Don checked and advised tires were not needed at this time. Great experience with Don not so much with Casey Toyota.... A little disappointed.My daughter goes to Casey Honda because she purchased the service package. A couple of months ago she went to Casey Toyota to get a tire replaced, as we live closer to them. She was told by a service advisor there that she was in dire need of tires. I have a Toyota that is serviced at Casey Toyota; however after this experience I am not sure if that will be the case any longer. I am not sure if they were trying to "get over" on her because she is a female or what. But, again I am very disappointed with the service advisors at Casey Toyota.

Needed an oil change and some other items serviced on the CRV. Catherine got everything lined up in short order and I went off to the customer lounge. Catherine mentioned it might take an hour to complete the service. Less than 45 minutes later she showed up with the good news that the CRV was ready. Great service in less time than anticipated. Both Ryan & Alyx were super considerate of our personal circumstances, (recent job change & new baby limited our availability to be at the dealership).We were able to finalize all of the negotiations via email with Alyx and then when we came to the dealership, Ryan was very accommodating of our limited time. Since I've had my CRV, I'm dealt with this dealership and refuse to go anywhere else. Words can't explain the care, concern and the ability to go above and beyond to help. On 2/16/16 I went to Casey to take a 2nd look at a 2013 Honda Odyssey EX-L that I had test driven a few days prior. We sat down with Derek, the salesman we spoke with previously, and came up with an agreed upon price. I advised them I was selling my vehicle on 2/18 and would not be able to buy it till then. I asked if I could place a hold on the vehicle. They advise their was a fee, which I agreed was ok. He then asked if I wanted to take the vehicle home over night. I initially decline due to the fact I lived an hour away and would not be able to bring it back the next day. Then Derek said he would talk to his manager (Darrel Heaton) and see if I could just bring it back on 2/18. I was told that the vehicle could not be sold while it was in my possession. This was verified by the manager, Darrel. On 2/17 I was called and advised that I needed to return the vehicle because another sales person had a buyer ready to sign, or that I needed to pay $1000 to hold the vehicle. I told Derek that, that was not the original agreement we reached and that they knew I was unable to return the vehicle that day. He agreed with me and said he would talk to his manager and cell me back. He called me back and told me we would stick to the original arrangement and that he would see my the next day, that I could buy it then if I still wanted too. On 2/18 I called the Derek and told him I was on my way, he said he would see me when I arrived. Upon arrival we sat down at his desk, me with our agreement in hand ready to sign. This is when I was advised that the vehicle had been sold while in my possession by another saleswoman (Tiffany) and was approved by manager Darrell Heaton. No explanation was given, other than it was their vehicle and they could do what wanted with it. The only resolution offered was a new vehicle, which was a good deal over my budget. Bottom line is; I was talked out of placing a holding fee, and encourage to take the vehicle home under the false promise that I could not be sold. Extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service from all staff especially the managers.

My service adviser, Don Matol, is top notch. He always goes above and beyond what you expect from a dealership service department. He lets you know what to expect before they do any work and after the work is completed, he lets you know of things to look out for in the future. He is always kind and smiling and makes having to have your care serviced feel not so worrisome. I take all my cars to Casey just because of Don. Casey also has appointments on Saturdays that fit my schedule. When I go in on Saturday, Don is not there but Kyle is always helpful. He is friendly and knowledgeable. Words cannot describe how Thankful I am that Casey Honda is in my neighborhood! (But I guess words are going to have describe my experience so I can type this review)About three weeks ago I found out from another Honda dealership (not Casey) that my 2000 Honda Accord Ex had an oil leak (v tech solenoid, and o ring need to be replaced ). They gave me the paper work and were confident that it was in location that they found. However, my husband and I believe you always need at least a second opinion to confirm what someone is saying....especially if we are going to spend money.So a week later I took my car to another trusted dealership that was not Honda to see what they could find. Well to surprise, they came up with something different from the other Honda dealership, and their quote cost more money than the other Honda dealership, and they were assuming they knew the answer to my oil leak. So my husband and I got online, and said, "well we are going to have another dealership look at it". We thought it would be best to go to a Honda dealership. I communicated with him I was not going to the first Honda dealership because they lost my trust. So we got on google, looked at the reviews, and decided to give Casey Honda a try. Well you know what, I thank Jesus for Casey Honda because they did not come to me with "probably this" or "maybe" or "we think its that" they came to me with solutions and the truth. The truth was there was so much oil under my car that they could not find the oil leak too! However, Katie (Katherine Gilbert) told me what they could do. She communicated with me that they will inject a neon color liquid through the oil system that will determine where my oil leak is coming from. The only requirement is I would have to drive my car for 500 miles. I said okay no problem. I had to go out of town anyways. But it doesn't end there Katie communicated with me that one of my transmission mounts were cracked in half, I asked if I could see it and sure enough it was cracked in half. With all this being said I wondered, "why didn't the other dealerships communicate this information with me?" So I scheduled to have the transmission mount fixed the next day. The transmission mount was shipped overnight and installed by 10 a.m. As I was waiting for the okay to come pick my car up Katie communicated with me that she knew where my oil was leaking. It was the oil gasket. She said they had the part in and they could replace it and it would be ready by one. She also communicated that they would send a shuttle to pick me up if I need one. I did not need to utilize their shuttle services, but I was appreciative that it was an option. I picked up my drove it out of town, and my car is driving completely fine. I have not smelled or seen any oil leaks since it was repaired, and my car has not signaled for any maintenance services. I know that God was looking out for me as I did my part to research to find a great dealership. HE was exceedingly gracious to me by allowing Katie, and all the men who worked on my vehicle. I think it was Hunt and Hank??? a young Caucasian guy and someone who worked there for like 22 year... and another guy. Also Grant the manager took the time to listen to what I had to say which speaks volumes for someone at his level. All in all I am Casey Fan, and will send people their way. Collette did an exceptional job coordinating our walkup repair of our 2005 Accord hybrid. Since locally unavailable parts were needed, she provided a loaner for the weekend until the repairs were completed. The repairs were done within three days. The two points that were less satisfactory: Collette had a day off when the repairs were completed. No one picked up the slack to let us know that the car was ready. I called to find that it was available. The technicians did not clear the check engine light after the repair was completed. That required a return to the service department and a one hour wait to clear the fault. In all a good experiance that needed a little help towards the end of the process

I had my oil changed today and had them check out a couple of noises that I had been experiencing over the last few months with my Odyssey. Unfortunately, due to heavy rains at the time, it was too loud for them to hear any noises my van may have been making. However, I was told to just stop in one day, when Im in the neighborhood and my van is making those noises, and they will get a technician to ride along with me so he can hear the noises as well. I appreciated this flexibility and helpful gesture, and will be sure to stop in at my convenience. Thanks Katie for offering a solution to figuring out what those mysterious noises are.

Everything went perfectly from the first phone call I received from Ms. Alyx Carneal. Not only was she pleasant on the phone, she made this process exceptional. I told her that we wanted an EX-L Pilot and when she told me they had one in-stock in the exact color choice we wanted, I couldn't believe it. For many years I would not have considered buying a car from a Casey dealership. However, I emailed the dealership to inquire about a particular used car. I talked with Jaime who was so very helpful and knowledgeable that when I decided on a new car, I spoke with her again. She have me firm answers - not maybes or abouts (if you know what I mean). Because of Jaime I went to Casey Honda to purchase my new CRV. At the dealership Jaime introduced me to Rick. What I said I wanted was respected. Rick at no time tried to sell me a more expensive car. He did provide me with options for financing and lots of information about the car I selected. There was no need to haggle. I did my homework and knew the Casey price was as low or lower than any other local dealership. Information about dealer prep costs was clearly posted. I knew what I was getting and what it would cost me. I had a very good car buying experience and would be glad to recommend friends deal with Rick and Jaime.

Our experience with Casey Honda was very pleasant. Everyone there was very welcoming, from the sales manager to the lot attendant we were acknowledged as people, not dollar signs. Our sales associate, Rick Cutchins, was very accommodating and enthused throughout our experience; there was never a dull moment. He was persistent with ensuring all of our needs were taken care of and all questions were answered. Car buying is often a dreaded task for most only because you expect to have some money hungry salesman virtually trying to put the car down your throat or being so persistant, that it creates a cloud of intimidation and anxiety. Don Matol again exceeded my expectations when bringing in a "new to me" used Odyssey for its first service to Casey Honda. He quickly identified any recall and extended warranty items and had the vehicle checked out comprehensively to ensure the items were taken care of before the warranty ran out. On top of that, when Don and the technician team noticed a critical item left behind, they quickly remedied the error and did more than "make me whole" but truly went above and beyond to ensure I knew they had my safety and best interests in mind. His integrity in identifying and correcting the issue is one reason I will continue to bring my vehicles in for service at Casey Honda.

If I were writing a performance report on Mr. Matol I would give him a "Definitely Promote"!!!! He's ready for increased responsibility!!!!!The Automotive service department is "out of this world"! They are the "unsung" hero's who work behind the scenes taking care of our cars and "DEFINITELY" needs to be acknowledged!!! The service department automotive crew are a superb bunch of talented professionals who always gets it right!!! I continue, after several years, to be most impressed with my Service Representative, Don Matol.He is careful to explain what the service will entail, ensure all my questions are answered, then follow-up with me to ensure the service was performed to my expectation and satisfaction.Don offers advice on needed future service, noting what service repairs can wait and which ones might become a safety hazard if I wait too long. I will not go to any other Service Rep other than Don Matol. He is the best.

The service teams have been excellent over the years. Our family first started with Fred up until he retired several years ago and we are now with Don's team and couldn't be happier. I took my Honda CRV in for inspection. My service advisor is Don Matol. He pointed out unusual corrosion on the positive battery post. I cleaned up the corrosion but it came back in a few days and it had compromised the positive cable which had to be replaced. Although the battery was not that old, it appeared to leak acid at the post. I also had the battery replaced. The service was done very well and Don was extremely helpful and courteous.

I have been dealing with Seth for well over a month now. Most people when they buy a car they don't have to keep going back to the dealership every weekend. I have. Why? Because Seth Garcia isn't half way decent in handling paperwork. I bought a car over a month ago and I still have no tags, my finance company doesn't have they car info from the dealership, and I'm always having to bring something else down to the dealership. Don't dare try to call to resolve an issue your having because the salesperson can't do his job, because he nor will anyone else at this dealership take or return your call. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Save yourself the headaches and financial mishaps with this place and go to another dealership because this place and Seth could care less.

We were shown 3 vehicles - the new HR-V and two different CR-V's. Each vehicle had its plusses and minus but i walked out a happy owner of her very first brand new car since I started driving 28 years ago. I bought a Honda Accord 2013 back in January 2013 here at Casey and the sales rep threatened me he would prevent me from coming to Casey because I wanted to walk out on the sales price. But I plan to buy another Honda (not from that guy obviously) because of the honesty and excellent customer service rendered by Don Matol. My 2003 Pilot failed the state inspection due to a couple of discovered serious safety defects (steering tie rod, shock leakage). Don took me out to show me the problems which I appreciated. Don quickly arranged a no-cost rental, then followed through to keep me informed about the status of the repairs.Don fully understands and practices the need for excellent communication, both for customer knowledge and assurance, overcoming the common suspicion about dealer repairs. We recently purchased four run-flat, PAX tires for my wife's van, prior to her trip from Yorktown to Woodbridge. Once on the interstate, my wife realized the tires were not properly balanced, but she needed to be in Woodbridge, so she pressed on with the trip and bounced to Woodbridge. I called Don, our service manager at Casey, and explained what happened. As soon as my wife returned from her trip, Don got us right in and corrected the balance problems. Seem the balance machine for the PAX tires was not calibrated correctly the first time the tires were balanced. Don also gave us a complementary car was and vacuum. Great praise for Don taking care of this.

First off, I almost never take the time to write this type of review, but I felt that I absolutely must in this case. We came in because of a factory recall of our airbags. Colette was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our Civic was inspected quickly on the first visit, and the necessary part was ordered that day. On the follow up visit a day later, the car was serviced promptly and we were on our way in less than an hour. I would recommend the Casey Honda service center to anyone!

The rating of the Service Center is based on the last several visits between myself and my daughter who is married but bought my old Honda CRV and we both still take in to Casey Honda for service. I have had decent service with Casey dating back to 2005. In the beginning I didn't care what service advisor I had I always got good service from the service advisors and from the people scheduling. Then maybe 3 or 4 years ago the service got less than adequate because of estimates of completion while I waited were way underestimated with no updates unless I found somebody and then it was not adequate. I got fed up enough to take it to the Honda place on Mercury Blvd. They were great on the estimating but nearly damaged the a gear box with either the wrong fluid or no fluid and then were dishonest in saying what happened. I returned to Casey and they had improved and remained very good until maybe 2 or 3 months ago when I went in and realized that the personnel in the service are changed drastically. Barely recognized anyone and got the opinion that the service advisor although very courteous seemed to be hassled and again estimates were off. I came in another time and the appointment I had made over the phone did not get to any advisor. They said that they would fit me in but as long as I had to wait the last time I said I don't want to be fit in. I then checked on the new Honda dealer on Mercury Blvd and they got very bad ratings on line so I tried Casey again but asked for the only old advisor who's name I recognized on your website (Don Matol). I called and said I wanted an appointment with Don and to make sure it got to his desk. When I went in all went very well. He took his time with the customer in front of me and apologized for the delay to me. Then he tool his time and got my and daughters information untangled in the computer. He clearly explained what he was going to do and estimated the time it would take. He came back and told me there would be a slight delay and estimated the delay. That turned out right. He then explained what he had done and he had personally evaluated a concern I had and explained that it did not warrant work at this time but warned of a couple areas that would need work in the fairly near future. The whole experience was a 6 star performance and was done with the most courteous and calmness anyone could want. Maybe the best experience I have had anywhere. I will continue to come to Casey Service and ask for Don. If I keep getting service like this I definitely will upgrade my evaluation of Casey service to the 5 stars it used to be.

My wife and I were just doing some research on the 2016 Pilots and seeing how the new body style looked. We received a few calls and emails from Ms. Alyx and and three other dealerships and decided to see what they had to offer. Her professionalism, her politeness from the start, and her knowledge on the Pilot is what made our decision much easier. We weren't planning to buy until December. I was taken care off as if I was their number one priority, they made me feel like I was the only customer that mattered. I got my transmission replaced and while I was waiting for the transmission to arrive, I was given a loaner to enjoy while they repaired my vehicle. We bought a used car through this dealership and got the worse car we could have possible got. Continues to break down monthly. Overchargesd for the condition of the car and with all the money we've put into fixing it, we could have got almost a new car. Buyer beware. You need to almost be a mechanic to check the cars. Worst mistake of our car buying lives!RE: Casey Hondas response.I have called like 6-7 times asking for Ken Graham, he is always unavailable. I have left several messages. I have not gotten a call back. So I continue to be a completely UNsatisfied Customer! I spoke with your repair people ( months ago when I brought it in for repair) about how it keeps breaking down and all I got was "sorry about that but there isn't muh we can do but repair it" I asked them abou returns and they said it only had like 30 days. Sadly a week after we bought it it sat while we were on vacation and broke down 2 weeks after we got back. Everything that needed to be fixed was NOT covered under the warranty. It's broke down 2x since then and has needed other minor repairs. My just starting out college student that works and trying to make a future is now stuck with a car that never runs while he pays off a $9000 loan. Blue book for fair running car was $4-5000 max. This one doesn't even run. Thanks Casey Honda!

I recently had my under-engine splash shield come loose and start dragging. It was 4:45 on Friday afternoon so I went straight to Casey Honda in hopes of buying the fasteners for my husband to do the repair. When I told my problem to Don Matol, he took my car in and had it fixed in about 40 minutes. If this title did not get your attention if your buying a car or leasing I don't know what will. Just a little background,the lease to my Nissan was coming up on expiration date. The car was leased in Arizona where I had lived for 15 yrs. We decided on leasing a Toyota, so we did our extensive research knew what we wanted to pay (lease) and called and emailed all the Toyota dealers in the Hampton Roads area. We got the best price and traveled to Virginia Beach to make our deal. About a week later I decided to go back to work,my first Virginia job since arriving here from Arizona where I was retired. Being experienced with the recent leasing of my Toyota I did the same process of going for the best deal now interested in a Honda Civic. I got the very best price from dealers, the best once again in Virginia Beach and called Casey Honda to see if they could beat it. I spoke to Mark Bowles who after telling him the price, told me to come in he will beat the best price I received. I thought this is too good to believe. He assured me just come in and quoted me the price. I even spoke with the Sales Manager Mark's boss just to make sure I was not wasting my time. We went to Casey's and everything I was promised, Mark delivered. I've been buying and leasing for over 40 yrs. this was the most relaxed,fast, effortless ,best deal I ever made. Remember now, I can compare this, as having recently leased a Toyota the previous week. That deal was longer and I had to travel further and I wasn't dealing with Mark who was exceptional dealing with. Calvin Smith in Finance was another outstanding individual dealing with ,who just gave facts about leasing coverage with no pressure. He was outstanding a real gentleman , warm and friendly. In 3 yrs. when my 2 leases are up I know where to go for all my car purchases (leasing). I'll have the best price and let Mark see what he could do for me.

I went to Casey Honda this past weekend to check out the CR-V LX and at first, Stephen LaBelle, our sales rep, was great - offering for us to take the CR-V overnight to test drive it because we were short on time; however, when we returned the vehicle the following day and sat down to discuss the price with him, I was appalled at the way his demeanor changed. We openly gave him all of our salary, asset, and contact information to run our credit with the expectation he would discuss a lease price with us (we went in with the LX in mind and knew the price, but ended up liking the EX and had no idea what the price was). Well, AFTER running our credit (and showing us it was good), Stephen asked us if we would be willing to buy the car that day -- this was before he told us the price, which was really awkward! How am I supposed to know if I'm buying the car if I don't know how much the car cost? When we couldn't commit, he literally scooted his chair back to see us to the door and basically told us to "have a nice day" -- without having told us ANYTHING about the price of the car!! Stephen then presented us a deal that LOOKED and SOUNDED like the dealership would be paying for our first few months' lease, but was really money back for our own trade-in, which we had also provided all the information about to him. It took asking several questions and reiterating the deal to get him to explain that the money for the "free months" was actually our money back. He literally said, "the money had to come from somewhere." Looking back, this initial deal had the dealership keeping close to $6k for our trade-in. Why would anyone want to put that much down on a lease? We ended up leaving, really turned off by the whole experience. Stephen called us the next day with a better offer, but again, we went back and forth pointing out inconsistencies with what he was saying and what we were actually getting -- at one point he made it seem like they were giving us back more for the trade-in, but had actually added a year onto to the length of the lease! Finally when I told Stephen that the reason we weren't purchasing was because we didn't feel he'd be straight with us about the deal, he changed the terms AGAIN, summarizing our final deal as something completely different than what we had actually discussed. I'm looking forward to getting my CR-V EX but not from this dealership.

I ordered a size view mirror on Monday and they said the part would be available for pick-up the next day. I went in on Tuesday and they installed my mirror in about 20 minutes. I didn't pay much for the installation, but of course the part was expensive (car parts are always expensive). Although I didn't wait there long, I did wish there was a children's play area because I had my 20 month old daughter with me. Other than that, I am very happy with the work done and with how long it took to do it.

Casey Honda's Service Department made my emergency repair experience as pleasant as possible. I had a run-flat tire fail in Williamsburg, but the Honda dealer there was unable to install it due to an equipment issue. Casey Honda was able to squeeze me in within a few hours of my phone call. I already had a full schedule that day, and the service representative even stayed after closing in order for me to make it back and pick up my vehicle. These folks put the customer first!

My vehicle was recalled for the paint and I took it over to the Casey Honda Paint/Collision Center for repair. Even though I was upset that I didn't receive a loaner vehicle and had no transporation for eight days to work; the paint job "Big Red" and his Casey team completed on my vehicle was great. Not only was the paint job fantastic but they detailed my vehicle, and I know they didn't have to do that part. I REALLY appreciated that extra service and the exceptional work that was completed by the Casey Team. I was also provided with a lift home after dropping of my vehicle and the Casey driver was so delightful! He was very nice and funny the whole ride home.

Don is simply the best service agent I've worked with. Its very clear what is required (vs watch items) and the cost. This is not the experience I had with another local Honda dealership, where they recommended or pushed extensive repairs that in reality weren't at the point of being a "must do". We used USAA to get the best pricing in the area and Casey was at the top of the list so we left Priority Honda where the staff wasn't pleasant to deal with and upon arrival to Casey the sales staff was very pleasant. We had a great experience while purchasing our Honda Odyssey and the staff even stayed passed closing to complete our transaction and show us some of the details of our vehicle. But after we had our van home for a couple of days that is when our experience went south. We purchased some dealer installed aftermarket products during our purchase, a remote start & luggage racks, which after a couple of days we had to call to see when the parts were expected and to notify the salesman of some grease smudges we found in the daylight on the passenger leather seat. The parts came in Wednesday and our appointment was made to drop off our vehicle Saturday at 10:30, we purchased the van on the proceeding Saturday, and when dropping off our van I pointed out the grease stains on the seat and asked the service associate when it would be ready, he stated it would be after lunch when the van would be ready. Well at 3:30 we called to check on the progress so we could plan dinner for that evening after our 2 year old woke from his nap. We were told that it was not ready but should be ready tomorrow, Sunday and were asked if we needed a loaner vehicle but we didn't at the time. On Sunday afternoon around 2:00 we had not heard anything so another call was and made and apparently the service department is closed on Sunday, which we could not believe the staff didn't know that on Saturday when we were told it would be ready Sunday so we had to arrange to go pick up a loaner vehicle so my wife could get to work on monday with our 2 boys and we were told it would be ready Monday. When leaving the dealership with the loaner vehicle we found that it was almost empty of fuel so we returned and got the dealer to put fuel in the vehicle. On Monday at 4:30 and no word about the status of our van another call was made to find out that it still was not ready and we had to remain in the loaner vehicle for another day and that he didn't know what was taking so long because the service guys were not there but that it should be ready tomorrow. So at 1:45 on Tuesday we made another call and found out that our van was finally ready. After leaving work my wife said she felt like she was a burden to the service staff because she didn't arrive before 6 pm but was there at 10 after and the 1 service member that was there couldn't find the key to our van and then found it in someone else's folder and then he was acting bothered when she asked him to show her how to use the remote start and stated that he needed to make a phone call because he had people waiting on him and this was a day he was getting off on time. My wife exclaimed she had people waiting on her as well because we had dinner plans with family in from out of town and kids being watched by family because I had not yet gotten of work either. After getting the van home I found that there was still 2 of the 3 grease stains on the seat and another spot on the roof of the vehicle that was pointed out on the night we purchased our van had not been taken care of either. Sorry to say that our first experience with the service department of Casey Honda was not satisfactory. We felt that if we didn't call to check on our vehicle we would never have known what was going on and we or our satisfaction were no longer a priority to them. We have voiced our and I must add that with every contact that was made with our salesman, Jonathan D., that he was very polite and curtious and seemed to do his best to take care of our needs even though we had to make all of the phone calls to inquire about the progress of our vehicle. We felt Jonathan or a service center member should of kept us informed about our vehicles status daily. Management stated that the repairs were done in the time allotted by Honda therefore they were not in the wrong but understood our frustration and are giving us a free tank of fuel and a free wash.

Don Maitol did a wonderful job. He is attentive to customer satisfaction. He has excellent interactive skills. The technician who did my state inspection was nice. I had a great experience. I give 5 stars to everything except facilities. The only reason I gave a 3 to the facilities is the keurig machine needs to be cleaned a bit more often. It would be great if there was a commercial coffee machine present. The waiting room is also a bit small and could use more comfortable chairs. This is not a criticism just a feedback. I had a wonderful experience.

Your customer service representatives s are fantastic at the Newport News office and they are always bubbly and smiling. With all that said there is one person that ALWAYS stands to deliver nothing but the BEST, no Outstanding, NO AMAZING!!! customer service. I have been in customer service for over 15 years and Don Matol makes even ME look like an amateur. His smile greets you with such a warm feeling that you think " why would I ever go anywhere else". Not only is don Honest but he is very passionate about making sure his customers vehicle is always safe. I have driven back and forth between new York and Virginia an I never hit the road without checking in with Don. I'd rearrange my plans before I second guessed his recommendations. The service team lead was new and competent. The service was done as promised. The only hitch was in communication involving the shuttle. The afternoon driver was different from the morning, therefore not as informed as to time and location. Several calls to Casey's made at or after the pickup time had to be left as messages, and were not responded to until substantially later. A suggestion might be for the service team lead to monitor the logistics of the shuttle pickup, ensuring that the customer knows the pickup time nd is informed of any changes.

If I could make this a negative star, I would. Words cannot express my anger, frustration and disappointment. After a bad experience a few years ago at this same time of year, I thought I would try Casey Honda again. I went in for an oil change and was told that my CV boot was leaking, and I needed to get an axle replaced. I was quoted $325. This was on 12/20/14. I told Fred I needed to go home for Christmas. He said that it was leaking so badly that he didn't feel comfortable with me traveling, so I postponed my trip so I could get this fixed. I took the advice of my friends and had a second opinion at Brake King in Hampton, VA. The mechanic at Brake King came to me and told me that there was NOTHING wrong with my CV boots and axles. He even took me in so I could see and take pictures. I can't believe how deceitful Fred was at Casey Honda. He outright LIED to me. He also feigned sympathy about not 'feeling comfortable' with me driving home for Christmas with the CV boot leaking 'so badly'. I will be sharing this experience with everyone I know. Shame on them for trying to take advantage of someone, ESPECIALLY around the holidays.

I was leasing a 2012 Civic and had very high mileage on that vehicle. So I didn't think I would even be able to get done in another lease. Ms. Alyx took the time and answered all my questions and had numbers worked out before we even got there. I wanted to be sure that the deal could happen before I made the drive(we live 45 minutes away) Alyx promised that it would, and they made it happen with ease! Not only did she make us comfortable before we even went to the dealership, she made sure we were taken care of through the whole process. This was the second Honda purchase from Mark & I couldn't be happier! It's actually our 3rd Honda purchase in 2 years. We purchased a used Honda for our daughter from Mark & the transaction couldn't have been smoother. She had it about 1.5 yrs when someone ran a red light in Florida where she is living & totaled it. We didn't have time to get down there to help her with a purchase & she couldn't come here to buy from Mark, which is what we would have preferred. Turns out he was on medical leave anyway but he took time to help her with negotiating a lease on a new Honda in FL! He received no compensation for that transaction. It's a rarity these days to get any sort of customer service but he went above & beyond! When I needed a new car a few months later of course I contacted Mark. I told him what I wanted & he was waiting when I got there for a test drive. We purchased a 2014 Honda CRV that night & once again felt super comfortable with the purchase & there was no stress whatsoever! I will never buy another car from anyone else! I recently recommended Mark to a co worker. She contacted him, went up to see him & came home with a new car that night! She also told me she would never purchase from anyone else. I can't say enough about how comfortable Mark makes you feel as a customer & I have not seen this level of customer service in a long time, if ever! Do yourself a favor & go see Mark at Casey Honda!

I submitted an online inquiry and had more than five dealerships contact me. My work was closer to Casey Honda so I tried them first. Ms. Carneal greeted me as soon as I got out of my car with a smile and a handshake. I told her I was timing her and wanted to be out in an hour. She had me out in 40 minutes. They gave me a fair price for my car and the car I purchased. After Alyx's outstanding customer service and efficiency.. I didn't have to go to any other dealers. I had to wait two days for them to get the vehicle in but Alyx called me as soon as it was at the dealership. I got back there and told her once again with a smile on my face that I was timing her and wanted to be out in under an hour and a half. She had me out in an hour and five minutes. Even though it was hard to give up my Altima Coupe.. i love my 2014 Civic and how Alyx handled the entire process. I've already recommended her to family and friends! I recently purchased a new car(2014 Honda Accord) through Casey Honda on May 8, 2014. I also traded in a car. Casey went ahead and paid off my trade in but there is a valance left over that is owed to me. I first called the finance department to find out when I will get my money, all they told me is that it will get to me "within 4-6 weeks" when I asked if they could tell me the date the check was mailed out all they told me was "it's probably on its way". It is now past the six week mark so I email Casey and for the past 3 days I have been contacting them in regards to my question and all they keep doing has been to toss around my question from person to person, how hard is it to find out when they mailed my check to me? Really poor customer service and follow up after my purchase.

I had the best experience at Casey Honda. Ms. Alyx Carneal helped me in every way and made the process very easy and simple. I was a nervous wreck before hand but they made me feel welcome. Alyx was positive the whole time and very personable. While we were waiting to get approved, she didn't just wonder off and leave us by ourselves like they did at previous dealerships. She sat and talked to us like she had known us for years. She was very professional when she needed to be but also very easy going and considerate when she could tell I was getting overwhelmed. I had a less than desirable experience with Casey Honda. I previously purchased two cars from them, but this will be my last purchase. I negotiated the sale of my trade-in (2007 Honda LX) and purchase of a used car (2011 Honda Pilot EX-L) with Mr. Bowles and Brian McHugh. At one point during the sales sales negotiation Mark Bowles made a rude comment about his prior experiences with Soldiers. I left the sales floor and was about to leave the car lot until Mr, McHugh came outside to see if we could make a deal. After much haggling I was given a trade in value nearly 2k under book value. Casey currently has my trade in for sale on their lot at almost $7500 more than what they paid me.

I go in thinking I could only get in a used car and drive away in a 2013 Civic in the payments I needed to be at. My family was traveling down Interstate 64 and we had an engine problem. After calling many dealerships, the folks at Casey Honda agreed to see us. It was a Saturday and a holiday weekend. In 2009 I purhcased a Honda Accord EX-L from Mark Bowles. This was the nicest new car I had ever owned; however, I really wanted the Coupe in San Marino Red. I expressed this to Mark, on more than one occasion but was not in the position to purchase. Earlier this year I had my car in for service and Mark made it possible for me to drive a 2013 Coupe for a day. I absolutely fell in love with the car and was more determined than ever to get one.I once again contacted Mark and told him of my intention to sell my 09 Accord and purchase a new one. The car was in near mint condition and sold within 3 hours. I called Mark and told him this and to find me a car. Unbeknown to me at the time, Casey Honda had a beautiful 2014 Accord EX-L Coupe in San Marino Red on the lot. It was destiny. :-) My husband had been doing some internet shopping and Casey Honda BEAT the lowest price we were offered. The majority of the paperwork was taken care of over the phone and through email. We showed up on the lot and within 3 hours I was driving my dream car!Mark did an outstanding job and even contacted my insurance company to make sure the car was covered before I drove it off the lot. Many, many thanks goes out to Mark for all his hard work and patience working with me. When I buy my next Honda, I will definitely see him again. He has gone above and beyond to answer all of my questions and even programed his cell phone into my speed dial in case I was on the road and had any questions. I recently purchased 2 vehicles from Casey Honda, a 2013 Honda CRV EX and 2013 Honda Ridgeline Sport, the sales rep Joe Diggs did a great job, he was very friendly and helpful. He made sure I got exactly what I wanted for the price I wanted to spend. Unfortunately that is the end to the pleasantries of this story as since then it has been one headache after another, from it taking them more than 30 days to payoff the 2 Hondas I traded in to it taking more than 30 days to get Virginia registration, to the latest issue of it being more than 60 days to get my current registration transferred to the new ridgeline and the biggest issue is the lack of follow-up and customer service, it's like they don't care anymore since they got their 60,000 from me, all they have done is blame each other or their 3rd party that handles titles which I don't want or need to hear about I just need a solution which still hasn't been presented and for this I will never give them my business again or recommend them to anyone even for service. I will instead pay the extra gas money to go to another Honda dealer to do any service or buy any accessories.

I went in for a warranty repair to find out I wasn't covered. It turns out that the "update" they performed the year prior extended the life of my IMA battery about another 15,000 miles. Surprisingly, that put me just outside the extended warranty coverage. I discussed this issue with Robert (my service tech). He said the update was an attempt to fix the known issues with IMA battery but it didn't work. Honda was sued for and lost because of the IMA battery issue, hence the reason for the extended warranty. He said he would talk to his manager. When I returned he said they would give me a $1000 credit toward the $3900 cost. I asked to talk to the manager because I felt the practice of "updating" to extend the battery life outside the warranty was unfair. I was told the manager was at lunch but that the credit was an act of "good faith" and they didn't have to provide anything. I later called the corporate office to ask them for consideration and I was told the same thing almost verbatim. The lady was very clear that she was doing me a favor and she didn't have to help me at all. She said I should be happy Honda was willing to provide a "good faith" offering. I would not recommend this dealer or Honda.

I have owned my New Honda Civic Hybrid 2013 for one month and Mr. Fitzgerald sent me a letter to come by and meet the service team. I started off by talking with Yvonne Brooks, who asked me what was a good day and best time to work for me to come by to have my car checked over and meet the team. She took care of scheduling my appointment and she was very friendly and told me that I could schedule my appointment with Mr. Fred Tolley. When I pulled up to the Service Department, Candie Cowden was the first to greet me and asked me what the service department could help me with today, I told her that i had a appointment to check over my new car and she took me over to Fred Tolley to get all my information for my service visit. Fred Tolley, which I have known for a few years, took very good care of me and made sure that I was happy with the Honda Service. I asked for Fred because Fred is very good with his customers and is very friendly/ professional. I rate my visit today - A + and thank-you for the two cups of coffee. They repaired my front drivers seat rocking problems, but only honored the service bulletin after a lot of back and forth trouble, and after informing them that I failed inspection due to Hondas issue with Elements, I drove home only to find out a large bolt was jammed up into my condensate line, which I had to again bring it back after realizing what the problem was. when I would turn left in my vehicle the condensate line was jammed with a large bolt so all of the water would leak onto my floorboard! Sketchy repair technicians at best.

This was one of the most unbelievable experiences in my life. Mr. Heaton (Used car sales manager at Casey Honda) interrupted a conversation that my sales person and I were having and expressed his inability to move on his price. I informed Mr. Heaton that his words were not important to me, only a lower price would engage my interest. Mr. Heaton also communicated that the vehicle in question was inherited (dropped) on Casey Honda and that he refused to take a loss. I suggested that perhaps Casey Auto Group took a bad deal on this trade-in and was adamant that Caseys poor decision and long holding time for this vehicle had no affect on my offer or my willingness to pay more. Casey's bad deal should have in no way translated to a future owner as Mr. Heaton implied. He again began to boast about how Casey Auto Group's dealers are better that other dealers and got very angry when I reinforced my position that his "words" did not make the number move and were not important to me. Mr. Heaton then proceeded to turn his back and walk away from me. I cannot believe this type of attitude and absolutely appalling level of service warrants a person the opportunity to manage sales in an extremely high customer service industry. In my opinion, Mr. Heaton's attitude and lack of interest with selling vehicles (especially ones that have been on the lot for over 10 months time) qualifies him to perhaps manage a hot dog cart, not a higher end used car department. It is no surprise to me that this vehicle remained in Casey Honda's hands for so long granted potential buyers in the past were unfortunate enough to be introduced to Darrell Heaton. I was contacted later the same day after Darrell's outburst and chest pounding episode by my sales person. Ultimately the deal was completed with the exceptional efforts of my sales person and two other managers at Casey Honda. I give these individuals much praise and respect. I would buy again from them. As for Mr. Heaton, I would not take I drink of water from that man if I were dying of thirst. Darrell Heaton......FAIL!

My Wife and I noticed a small cosmetic defect in the leather on the driver's seat of the CRV that we bought a few months ago so we decided to take it in on a Saturday at about 3pm and see what our options were and maybe make an appointment for later on the next week to get it fixed. We approached the employee at the service counter, who was doing something on the computer despite the fact that we were the only people in the service area, and we started to explain the seat problem. About a sentence into our explanation he cut us off and told us to come back when his manager was in the store. We asked why and he said only the manager can make that decision. I explained that I understood the need for a managers approval but I have no time during the week to play guessing games of when the manager will be in. The employee never looked up from the computer during the whole conversation, never offered any possible solutions and was unprofessional in the way he responded to my Wife and I. Needless to say we didnt go backwe took it to First Team Honda in Chesapeake and they stood on their heads to help us out and treated us with respect. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for your service unless you like being given the run around and being talked to like you are a sub-par human.

I can not began to expressed how happy I am with my new purchase! Being that this was my very first time buying, I was super nervous. However, Mark made me feel comfortable from the start. He was very detail in explaining everything that I asked and things that I did not even think of to make sure I understood everything. Most people feel pressured when dealing with sales but I don't remember a single time that I had any influences, other then my own, with my decision. He treated me like a friend and not a customer. As a Honda lover, I find it extremely disappointing that Honda continues to sanction these crooks. Even if you manage to work out a good deal with them, if you get a loan with their financing company (Auto Credit of Virginia)they will tack a bunch of useless and expensive items onto your original loan amount and tell you they are necessary. Auto Credit of Virginia has the worst customer service of any financial organization I've ever seen. They could care less if you pay on time for years. If you get into trouble and need extra time to pay, they will threaten you with repossession after a few weeks! I will not take my car to Casey Honda for servicing, even though they tacked on a service arrangement for the entire life of my car loan and told me I would not be able to get the loan unless I agreed to pay it. The one time I did allow the service department to touch my car was enough to tell me they are sloppy and uncaring. They damaged my car in the process of installing (incorrectly I might add) a piece of equipment they demanded I put in my car that prevents me from being able to drive if I am 1 day late on my car loan, and no one bothered to tell me that would be necessary until I had signed the agreement.For a major auto dealership, they operate like one of those fly-by-night used car lots you see across the street from bus stations.

My wife and I were in the market for a new Honda van in July/Aug 2011. We have owned a Honda CRV since 2002 and it would no longer support our growing family. Over the past few years this dealer serviced our CRV and I had no complaints and I wanted to buy a van from them; close to our house. We had done our research on the particular model and knew exactly how much we were willing to pay (within reason). Additionally, that week we had test drove the van in two different locations and received quotes from different dealers; however we wanted to buy from Casey. After talking with the salesman and going through the whole spill we advised him that we were not in any hurry for the van, needed it in November, it was July/August and we were not opposed to ordering or waiting. He advised us that their dealership was the only one on the peninsula that had the van we wanted...? Really, we just test drove 2 and have seen over 15 that week at dealerships. I advised him his computer system was incorrect; he stated that it was not. The first negotiation the dealer actually placed in front of my face a price that was $5K over the sticker price, yes $5K! My wife was in shock and got up and walked out. I offered the dealer a written price quote from another dealer to see if he could match it. He went to see the "boss" came back with a offer $1K below the original. I thought that maybe I was on a television show at this point. I told the dealer that I would pay $1K over the price quote from the dealer quote in Richmond. He returned from the "boss" with bad news of course. I was so insulted that I know longer do business with this dealership at all! When people ask me about my new Honda I highly recommend MECHANICSVILLE HONDA in RICHMOND and advise them of the crooks at Casey. Yes, we drove one hour north to purchase our new Honda and we drive one hour north to have our oil changed as well!

My husband and I have been looking for a lower-mileage Mazda MPV minivan. About a week ago I saw one online at this dealership. I called to get the history on the van (I think the person I spoke to was Rhonda). Some things came up and we did not act further at that time. A week later I saw that the van had been listed on Craigslist. Since it was still available we decided to go see it at that point. My husband called and spoke with Tiffany, asked her some further questions, confirmed details of warranty, etc. He spoke with her twice before we left our house that evening to view the van. We live in Great Bridge and drove an hour to this dealership in Newport News with our 4 year old son. While still on our way, we spoke to Tiffany a third time, to clarify the directions. Upon our arrival, Tiffany wanted to ask us questions about what we were looking for in a vehicle, and wanted to show us some other models. When we made it clear we first wanted to see the MPV, we were told that it was being "serviced" and indicated it would be there soon. So we sat and answered more questions about our needs/wants in a vehicle, during which it was eventually disclosed to us that the van we had driven an hour to see would not be there that evening, that the garage it was at was closed for the night. Talk about a COMPLETE lack of respect for our time. There were so many opportunities along the way to let us know that the car was not on the lot to be seen. We have no idea why a van they'd had for at least a week was suddenly in the shop in the first place, as it had already supposedly passed a rigorous inspection etc! This place was a major disappointment.

No I don't recommend them. They are liars. I know most car salesman are but these guys take the cake. The was supposed to fix my car I payed them to fix it only to not be able to make it home before cutting off. Then they said they were told to do the Bare Min. Thats not what I payed them for. Sorry for them because I will never recommend anybody to go there. Now I have a car that's only worth 2,000 and owe more than double that. I was sold a Lemon. I can't stand them

Recently my wife and I were in the market to upgrade from our 2009 Honda CRV. We searched the internet and local dealers for options on family friendly minivans. After almost 3-weeks of searching and test drives we decided on the 2012 Honda Odyessey Touring. During our search we visited a few local dealers trying to find which minivan fit us best. We decided on Casey Honda for our final purchase, based not soley on being repeat customers, but also on the sales approach and expected service we had received over the past 2 1/2 years. When we were first introduced to Mark Bowles, he immediately impressed us with his knowlegde of the Odyessey (past and present). Mark quickly tuned in to our buying style, which is very reserved and patient, as we searched to get the best deal available. Mark made himself available to us at our pace, and did not try any type of pressure sales techniques. Through out our search Mark was at the ready to provide us information. His up front price negotiations between the EX-L and Touring helped us decide on what minivan best suited our budget and lifestyle. After the sale, Mark has remained in close contact to ensure we were confortable with the vehicles technology and personal custonizations. Casey Honda, as a whole, has continued "service after the sale". We look forward their customer care as we grow into our new odyssey.

Casey Honda is a nice, brightly lit establishment with quite a few vehicles on their lot. They never seem to be busy, which is good or bad however one looks at it. I had read tons of bad reviews on this dealership, but decided to go anyway due to proximity and vehicle availability.I started my vehicle search with online research that automatically tagged numerous dealers in my area. I picked the dealer that had the Honda I wanted and started email crossflow with Mark Bowles. He quoted a price via email, however it was higher than invoice, so I was prepared to haggle. I also had a trade and wanted to see the value. I had already checked before arriving, but just wanted to see how I would be treated.Of course Mark would not budge on the price--understandable. I was also quoted a much lower price on my car than in Kelly's. Again, understandable.Here is where things got icky; and I was compelled to leave. Of course, I was given the song and dance about my car being worth a low price and the new car price not able to decrease any further. However, Mark also threw out that my car had body damage. (Oookay). I was led to the manager who gave the same song and dance...BUT, THEN he ALSO mentioned body damage--officially proven and tested by the Official BMW Buyer (some mysterious guy in a black jacket). He kept throwing out body damage to my car, AND THEN went even further to suggest I wasn't the first owner on my car. That's when my intelligence was officially insulted. My car is usually complimented by both peers and dealers that it looks brand new. It still has the new car smell...and low miles. I also understand attempting to deal and assume that the buyer knows nothing about car sales. That's fine usually they don't, everyone has to eat, right? But to insinuate that my car had been in an accident (even though the car report shows nothing and is clear), AND insinuate that I'm not the first owner of my car (when my car was custom made for me and delivered), is just hideous. Dear Casey, please do not try to say that a car has had body damage done to it during trade negotiations. Usually body damage would result in an offer of less than half of what it's worth from the dealer versus *only 6K less than it's worth* (ie, your lowball offer). THEN, don't try to offer another vehicle (mileage questionable depending on whom I'm speaking to), and all of a sudden raise the trade offer $4K. I mean, really?

I contacted almost 30 Honda dealerships in a 125 mile radius of my home in Richmond, Virginia. Casey Honda (Mark Bowles & Pascal Jones) were the only ones who could figure a way to get the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted. Once I arrived, I signed the paperwork, went through the warranties offered, arranged financing and had a thorough demo on the vehicle - all in 100 minutes! This was the smoothest purchase of the 10+ cars and trucks I have experienced. My hat's off to the whole organization.

I was referred to Mark by a co-worker. Mark exceeded my expectations of the sales process even beyond what I was told to expect. My husband and I were treated in a very open, friendly manner. We did not buy immediately - we left the test drive meeting to test a different manufacturer although Mark had told us he could bring that vehicle to his dealership if we'd like. Our weeks of prior internet and Consumer Reports research on the Honda Pilot and similar vehicles matched facts and figures Mark shared with us, so we felt he was very honest and up-front and sold us the Pilot for a fair price. Mark was able to nearly complete all of the paperwork over the phone and by email, which helped save a lot of time. When we closed the sale he thoroughly went over everything we needed to know, including a tour of the dealership and service center. He was great.Yossi left us with the same positive feelings we had after working with Mark. Clear explanations, friendly, patient, and personable. We felt the choices were ours and no uncomfortable harsh forcing of the financing options. My past experiences with dealership finance offices left me feeling drained, frustrated, and angry. Not this time - Yossi will be a big part of the reason I can confidently refer my family, friends and co-workers to Casey. I would hate to tell them that Mark is great but they will have a tough time in the finance office.

We were torn between the Ford Focus, Honda Fit and the Civic. Kept going back to the Ford place and hit every Honda dealer on the penninsula to test drive their two cars. But in the end, after much deliberation, we went on line and my husband got in touch w/ Mark Bowles, the Director of Internet Sales, and we made an appointment, came in and it was so easy to make my decision at that point - the price was comparable to the other two cars, considering the extras on it, and Mark and Spencer were very knowledgeable and friendly. You couldn't ask for a better car salesperson, especialy since they didn't go 'over the top', which puts me off. (one dealer we went to wouldn't put ANYTHING on paper to give us a ballpark figure of what we would be looking at - said to make an offer when we were 'serious'.... so we didn't go back there and he lost a sale (and it was a local Honda dealer, too). THAT wasn't right!The Civic's interior, smooth ride, great gas mileage and nice sales peopole were the deciding factors. We will definitly recommend Casey Honda on Jefferson to anyone mentioning they need a car.

Please pass along our sincere appreciation and thanks to Mr. Mark Bowles and Ms. Diana Garner for the outstanding customer service they provided us during our recent purchase of a Casey vehicle. We live in Colorado and needed a vehicle for one of our kids who attends college in Virginia. We shopped online at several local dealerships for a good used car and spotted a 2005 Hyundai Tuscon at Casey. We were fortunate to make contact with Mark Bowles who went out of his way to provide us every detail on the vehicle. He even drove it 25 miles so our college student could give it a test drive. He was exceptionally timely in communicating with us and we quickly negotiated a sales price that included a limited warranty. He also arranged for an extended return option that allowed us to inspect the vehicle ourselves 10 days later during a planned visit to Virginia. We were very impressed with Marks professionalism and customer service and were totally at ease with the purchase.Upon my initial examination of the vehicle on 1 Jul 09, I noticed that the hood release cable was jammed, prohibiting opening of the hood. Mark invited us to bring the vehicle to your service shop and into the capable hands of Diana Garner. She was outstanding in keeping us informed about the vehicles status. When it became evident that the car needed a few parts that werent readily available, she set us up with a loaner car the remaining few days of our visit. I thought that was going above and beyond the call of duty. I was very impressed. As of this writing, were awaiting a decision from Casey regarding repairs to some body damage we noticed during our initial examination. The right rear passenger door has a sizeable dent and scrape of which we were not aware at the time of purchase. Although Mark made us aware that there was a ding in the door prior to our purchase, the damage is significantly more extensive than we anticipated. Were hopeful Casey will rectify this remaining issue for us and we greatly appreciate your assistance.Weve purchased and had serviced many vehicles in the past 30 years and in that time weve never had as positive an experience as we had with Casey thanks to Mark Bowles and Diana Garner. Having worked with Mark on our last Honda transaction, we knew we wanted to conduct business with him again for our next leasing. Mark's premiere service is highlighted by how accommodating he is to his customers. Being a teacher, I have very little freedom in my day to make my way over to a dealership and "car shop". Being a mom, my weekends don't allow for this, either. In my past two transactions, Mark has delivered cars to my school for me to test out for the evening. He always made sure I tried two different models based on my specifications to be sure I was completely satisfied with my decision. This past time, much of our communication was done electronically, which again, made the entire process so very convenient for me. When my final decision was made, I arrived at the dealership to paperwork already processed, printed, and ready for me to sign. I was very pleased with my dealings with Casey Honda. I have visited early in the summer to look at cars and wasnt ready to purchase at the time, Mark however kept in touch with me about different cars i might be interested in buying. Mark was able tofind a car that fit my interest and budget which was a great relief to me ending the car search. While i was doing the paperwork for the car other employees approached me and asked how my visit was going and general talk about the car i was purchasing. I decided while my car was being serviced to look into my options because my lease was up in November, Mark Bowles was the guy I was put in touch with due to all the other sales reps in a meeting. I was pleasantly shocked to learn I had more options that I excepted, and the chance of trading my 09 civic for a brand new 2012. Mark explained each option to me so that I could understand exactly, he was patient with me, and overall made me feel very comfortable. I am so thrilled I came into Casey Honda that day and had Mr. Bowles because the whole process was smooth and exciting and now I have a brand new 2012 civic. I knew the exact specs I wanted for my new Honda Accord Coupe--year, trim level & color (both interior/exterior). But, even after shopping online religiously for a solid week, I couldn't find any dealer in VA that had what I wanted. Although Casey Honda didn't have my dream car on their lot either, they were able to locate EXACTLY what I wanted (out-of-state) and deliver it to me within two days following my initial visit to the showroom. I had been contacted by several other area dealers, but none could actually produce to the outstanding degree that Casey Honda does.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working wiht Bryant Davis at Casey Honda and purchased a 2011 Honda Accord. At first we were looking into a used vehicle and were just content on having something reliable with a warranty. The business manager that night put us in the used vehicle to test drive it for a day and upon our return to the dealer we met another business manager named Jeff who spoke with us in great detail about our purchase we were about to make. They made us feel very comfortable and at ease. After speaking with Yossi in financing we felt more at ease that the choice that we were about to make was the correct one. Bryant and Yossi assured us that the we would be well taken care of. I purchased my first Pilot from Mark Bowles in October 2005, but I started looking at them and met Mark in 2004. It was a long process for my deciding what I wanted and if I wanted to wait for the 2006 model which had some changes to it. Mark renewed my faith in car dealers. I was very disappointed with another dealer, almost giving up. Then Mark called and offered me a deal and I accepted. He made my new car purchase friendly, effortless, and enjoyable. There is onlly one problem. You only have a high number of 5 in the area above and no EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS number. Mark Bowles is the best salesperson they have at Casey. I went in to purchase a new CRV last year and he gave me a "great" deal, even dealing with my best friend and all the haggling. He was professional, but also friendly and honest. I made the mistake of mentioning the Ridgeline truck they have and he just happened to have one for us to drive, and I must say, with no pressure. We fell in love with it also and he gave us a great deal on it too.We ended up buying two vehicles from Mark and then sent my niece to him and she bought a CRV also.Sorry if any of you had trouble with Casey, but you might not have dealt with Mark. The sales staff at Casey Honda made buying my new Pilot a very postive decision. Mark Bowles is professional, very knowledgable about the Honda product line and most of all very patient. The dealership went out of its way to get the exact color and model I wanted from out of the area. This was the second Honda I bought from Casey and would not consider using another dealership. The financing was easy and I ended up with a brand new Pilot with a lower monthly payment. Even the guys in the detail shop made sure my new car was in perfect condition when I drove off the lot.

STAY AWAY!!!!!! Never buy a car from here. What a horrible mistake. They are sharks, liars, and the place is filled with people who have no idea what they are doing with absolutely no integrity. NEVER EVER will I go there again. I plan to take everything Casey off my car and let everyone know what a horrible place this is. We signed for our car on Saturday, and were told to come back Monday to give them my social security card, and the F&I guy was going to try to get us a better rate. Well..... on Monday we went back after seeing that the Military could have their pay stopped we decided maybe we should get out of the deal. We were told we had 7 days and 1,000 miles to change our minds. We were doing a trade in, and knew that the paper work hadnt been processed yet, so when my husband went to see if we could get our car back, the guy told him to leave his office that he was going to process it anyways. Now we are stuck. I have such a horrible taste in my mouth after the way these people handled our situation. I would never reccommend them to anyone.

I bought a certified used honda from an out of town dealership but go to Casey for maintenance. I had a problem with my car that was covered under warranty. Even according to the service rep at Casey(two weeks earlier). After the work was finished Casey's service rep calls to tell me that my repair was not covered under warranty and they would like to negotiate a price for the repair. I called the dealer I bought the car from, they checked and assured me that the repair was a warranty repair-Still, at casey they argued it was not, my sales rep (from where i bought the car) faxed Casey Honda the paper work clearly stating it was covered (bumper to bumper) Warranty. Even so Casey Honda countinued to argue it was not covered,and told me I needed to whatch out for shadey warranty companies, mind you this is a "honda certified warranty". The service manager from where I bought the car faxed over more paperwork showing warranty coverage and finally Casey conceeds it is a warranty repair. When I get the paper work from Casey Honda there is a line item for estimates. Under this section it states that I had acknowleded a cost of the repair of and an orginal estimate of 900.$.....total lie, I spoke with casey two weeks before having the repair and at that time we agreed it was a warranty repair issue. I guess shame on me for not getting that in writting. I will not return to any Casey auto company for any type of service.....buyer beware

I visited the dealership on January 11. A commitment was made for the trade in value of my used car and a brand new car was given for test drive.Next day I went with my family and negotiate the price. During price negotiation the sales person, Chris, brought the business manager for negotiation. The business manager made very non-professional conversations. At the end of all kind of talks from his he asked me that how much I want to pay I offered $18,000 for Civic 2011 at this point the business manager asked me to leave the store. He said "Your junk car is outside take it back and leave the store now".I left the store and with in five minutes I received call from the sales person saying that he has talked to the big boss and that Honda Civic can be sold for $18,500.It shows that my offer was not in-appropriate enough that made the business manager so angry that he asked me to leave the store immediately. I was with my friends and my wife.It is completely shame on CASEY having people in crew who does not know any thing about ethics and professionlism.

i have another car from a casey dealership so i was open to getting another car with casey again. i went with casey honda traded a 08 civic for an 2010 civic and im so glad we did! they were so great the people in there were great with my little one who didnt want to stay still! are sales man was great with us and are little one she still asks about her "buddy" , he was great with her and dealin with the fact that she was tryin to run around . everyone worked so hard to get us a great deal and work with us. they got us the best deal we could get. they detailed the car and filled the tank for us before we left the lot even the detail guy came out to make sure it was to are liking. the people were great and so was the sale! i will be goin back when the time comes. i truly recommend CASEY HONDA! BIK was great if your looking to get a car i would find him. he was not the pushy rush rush buy my cars kinda guy he truly cares about you and making your experience a good one.

I saw the car I had been looking for, at the used lot next to the Casey honda lot. its all Casey though. It was the perfect color, year, and it had the rear spoiler I had wanted. I of course called the lot eager to speak with someone to get the information to look up the value of the car on KBB.com and NADA.com well for the price they had marked the car at was $19,500 and on KBB and NADA it was between $14,000 and $16,000 so I spoke with the salesman and told him I wanted to offer $16,000. I come back to find that his manager had already printed up an offer sheet to offer me the car for $17,988. I said no, I am not paying $18,000 for this car, thats ridiculous. I want to offer $16,000 for this car, he said okay and that he would ask his manager, I then said let me speak with your manager, so he said he would get him out there. He finally came out about 10-15 minutes later, and told me he would not sell me the car for that less of money and that they couldnt because they had the "best" warrenty. He treated me like I was stupid and spoke to me as if I didnt know anything about cars or buying one. Thats not even the worst part! the car I noticed had condensation in the left rear tail light, and it had a brand new inspection sticker on it. that wasnt right, it should have automatically failed with the condensation. I take the car up there the next day because it was not fixed that night as promised, they also promised 5 gallons of gas, I definitley didnt get that either. So they keep my car for a day and "fix" the tail light, yeah right. I go to pick the car up and when they finally find my file and bring my car out to me, I look at the tail light and it STILL had condensation in it. I then asked the service lady okay, why is there still condensation in the tail light, she then replied that they had drilled holes into the light and that the water would dry up and drain out and that they "fixed" the problem. I had to leave because I had to get ready for work, and when I got home I called Hall Acura and spoke with a service person in there and he told me that okay the condensation isnt uncommon in that car but, they didnt fix it properly, they took the easiest way out, and the proper way to fix it would be to replace the lenses. I then got very frustrated but figured hey I love this car maybe I can get it fixed myself, he then quoted me an estimated price of $63 per lens. I'm not really sure what the lens is, but I'm sure theres more than 1 in each light, and when I happen to look at the right side rear tail light, that one had condensation too. So both would have to be fixed. I then call back to get the corporate number, I get on the phone with the guy and I will admit I was rude but I was so sick of them screwing around. I told him about the poor service I got from the manager at first, and then I told him about the light and how I spoke to Hall Acura and what they told me. He said hed look into it and call me back. About 2 hours later, I get a call from a different manager at Casey Honda and he proceeds to tell me that I can come and turn the car in because they have looked over everything and they are in the right and I am in the wrong and they wanted to have the best customer satisfaction rates. Well I am not satisfied and I am not sure yet what I am going to do about the car yet. But in all honesty they have HORRIBLE customer service, they dont care about you or the vehicles you purchase. I wouldnt reccommend them to anyone, EVER!

After getting someone to talk to me (actually difficult as they were so busy) I started looking around at cars. The sales person, like most was eager to get me to sit down, and even more eager to get me to sign something, this is typical. However, the person I dealt with was borderline belligerent. A friend of mine told me that Casey Honda was "sneaky" and to read the fine print since they tried to get him a higher interest rate than they had verbally agreed on, and it was hidden in the pages of small print.I was not about to sign anything that evening but he just kept pounding, and at times yelling. Overall when I did a little more investigating into the numbers they gave me, they were very high despite the salesman saying they were low.They were far too pushy and combative, nearly calling me stupid at one point for not signing a lease with them (I went in to finance, not lease). Overall the experience was miserable and I would not recommend it.
