In case I didn't make it clear in my first review, I completely appreciated the time, effort, and attention Holly Wilkinson took to make my new car purchase a pleasant experience. We needed to replace our 2010 Town & Country; Holly took the time to show us all the options, let us drive one on the lot, and, finally order one to our specifications. She is an absolute gem--I would call her the "perfect salesperson" no pressure, no gimmicks, just a straightforward approach to show the produce. She is terrific--a great asset to the Cassens dealership.

I was an owner of a 2015 Dodge Dart Rallye for a little over a year and decided it was time to upgrade to a bigger vehicle and had Jeep's in mind. Cassens by far had the best deals! My wife and I were looking to replace our 2013 Town and Country Minivan. We found that Cassens had the best prices and a good inventory and made the hour drive from our home in Missouri after communicating with Steve Lane (Internet Sales). They were very straightforward, gave the total price with nothing hidden, and told us what our trade in would likely be. We were very impressed with the dealership and inventory, as well as the information on line. We were also impressed with the straightforward and honest attitude of Steve, who helped us find the vehicle that fit our needs and price without any hassle or pressure. We test drove several vehicles, and were able to drive home our new van that evening. The price was the best I could find within 200 miles, and we will definitely go back when we need to buy another vehicle.

Six years ago I e-mailed different dealers to see if they had the red van I wanted, but Steve Lane from Cassens was the only one who answered my e-mail and said he had a red van ready and waiting for me to drive. We drove there and purchased the red van that I wanted. Last year we decided to trade in our red van and we called Steve again and purchased another Chrysler Town and Country from Steve with everything that I wanted on this new van. This year, my husband decided he wanted to "look" at a 2016 Jeep Cherokee and we again called Steve Lane. Steve once again came through and we walked out of the dealership the proud owners a 2016 Jeep Cherokee with everything that he wanted on a new vehicle. When we are ready for another vehicle, we will definitely go back to Steve Lane at Cassens in Glen Carbon, IL. Wonderful experience and we would recommend Steve to everyone!!!

These guys are amazing. I was frustrated trying to find a Mohave Sand 2 dr Wrangler and then I found Cassens and Steve Lane. I'm not making this up, the purchase took less than 45 minutes! Steve stuck by the agreed price, nothing hidden. Dustin the finance guy was great. This dealership is well worth the drive from western St Charles County.

So there I was, crawling through a crawl space on a cold and rainy afternoon. After coming from the depths of merky hell, Cassens calls me asking if I would still be interested purchasing a new 2016 Rubicon. I stood in the grass soaking wet pondering the idea of parting my 2011 Jeep JKU. This wasn't any ordinary JKU, this girl was purchased in the United Kingdom back in my ole service days (however I've only been out like 8 months). Jeep Wranglers were scarce in the UK back in 2010, so seeing one in London and I get my first Jeep wave....... It was in the blood at that point. I modded it, babied it, wheeled it, and misbehaved in it. I put this thing through the ropes, and she still got me from my everyday A to B travels. I had lots of love put into this thing, so much that I even named it Cora, but something kept telling me to let her go. So I called the wife up (also a loyal Wrangler owner) and let her know I was gonna take a look at a Rubicon. The roads were crazy flooded that day from all the storms, Cora still trudged through it with zero issues. After what seemed like forever, finally I arrived at Cassens. I was handed keys to a Black JKU, so I went on the hunt. I lightly pressed the lock button hearing the chirp in the distance of what felt like 100 JKs sitting side by side. I walked up to a chirping Tank Green JKU, I couldn't have been more more sure that this was the one. The Tactical Jeep Adoption Associate was Holly, she handled all our questions and concerns with our trade in very professionally and with a calming attitude that helped me unlatch my tight grasp that I had on Cora.

Steve Lane is an excellent salesman. We contacted Cassens by email. He got back to us us quickly. He called back the next day and we went to test drive a new Dodge Journey. He gave the keys to my wife & I and let us test drive the car while he waited. We were able to discuss the Journey's handling, performance & ability to meet our needs. We bought the Journey after the test drive. We got to the dealership at 10: 30 & drove home our new Journey at 1:30! Steve paired up my wife's phone & explained how to operate the vehicle. I came to Cassens because of the positive experience I received there a few years ago dealing with Holly. When I arrived I was pleased to be greeted by Holly, she put me at ease and she was very helpful in locating the truck I wanted. Everything was straight forward and probably the best experience I have had on buying a car. Holly was expecially helpful in training me in the differences on the new truck compared to my old truck. Even thought i don't live in the area I will bring the truck back for service and anything that needs attention. The financing process went well and Jack was excellent to deal with. Overall this has been the best experience I can remember buying a car and will definitely come back when it is time to buy another car or truck. I do have a 2008 chrysler 300c srt design that I will probably replace in the next few years.

My wife and I just bought a new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited through our local Jeep dealer, Cassen's and Son's. We had been looking for months, and the Cassen's staff was very patient with us as we shopped and tried to determine the exact Wrangler model we wanted. When we finally made a decision Cassen's didn't have the exact color or model we wanted, so they researched and located a Wrangler Unlimited that matched our preferences. Two days after we told Cassen's our preferences we picked up our perfect Granite Chrystal Jeep Wrangler Unlimited - Black Bear Edition. We didn't have to drive all over the metropolitan St. Louis area looking for the color and model we wanted, we just told Cassen's and it was delivered right to their lot. The convenience and peace of mind associated with purchasing our Jeep from our local dealer (Cassen's & Son's) makes us feel much better about any future service needs we may have. It was a great experience and I can't say enough about how the sales and management team went the extra mile to get us the perfect vehicle. We came in on Black Friday in the pouring down rain to look at the Chrysler Town and Country Vans. All of the staff were friendly and fun. Bob Earnhart was our salesman and took excellent care of us, he was very personable, knowledgeable and was very interested in getting us in the exact vehicle that we wanted. He got to know us and what we were looking for in a vehicle and made amazing suggestions for our options, and we are thrilled with our purchase! Cassens is the place to go and Bob is the guy to see if you are looking for a new or used vehicle! They were very busy with their Black Friday sale and there were a few people ahead of us for the financing side of things. We were pressed for time when it came to that and Dustin quickly took our information and out the door we went as we didn't mind coming back on Saturday to pick up our new van, which we did. Bob was there to explain everything about our new vehicle to us, he was very patient (I ask a lot of questions and can get side tracked), and said we can stop in and talk to him if we ever have any questions or concerns, and he means it. I bought my last 2 new cars from Cassen's. This year in May I decided to trade my 08 Avenger in for a 2011 Chrysler 200 at Federico. I wasn't ready for a new car payment and this car fell right into my budget. I sure wish I would of went to Cassens first. The Chrysler had problems from the get go and after getting the run around at Federico we drove to Cassens and what do you know..Bob Earnhart who sold me the Avenger was still working there and helped get us into a new 2015 Dodge Dart! He turned a bad situation into an awesome situation and I couldn't be happier. Never leave a good thing once you've found it. THANK YOU BOB. We have purchased 4 cars from Cassens in the past 11 years. Sales and service of all of our vehicles have been excellent. We use them exclusively for all routine maintenance (oil & tire) and any other repairs. My husband likes the loaners available and I prefer to wait or drop off my car the night before. They have been fast and efficient. The sales staff is knowledgeable. They have a friendly environment to learn about a car we may have an interest in. They treat their customers with respect and a personal touch. I've been to other dealers where we have had to wait and wait and felt like just another number. Not at Cassens! They treat their customers as customers should be treated. Any maintenance or repair questions we have are answered thoroughly.

I shopped several dealers in the St. Louis area, and making the short trip to Cassen's was worth every minute of my time. This dealership is a no pressure, no hassle, small town feel, pleasant experience from beginning to end. I started by looking at Jeeps on the internet, worked with the dealership over the phone, and then visited on a Saturday. The Salesperson - Steve and the New Car Manager - Scott were very easy to work with! They had the Jeep I was interested in cleaned up and pulled right in front of the dealership. The pricing was transparent and fair. After I made my decision, I was greeted by the financing professionals who were awesome to work with and made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Once the paperwork was taken care of, my salesperson Steve walked through all the details and technology in the new car, spending as much time as I needed to feel acquainted with everything. Found exactly what I was looking for in their online inventory and was contacted by Steve Lane. From the very first contact my experience was amazing. Steve scheduled a time for me to come test drive the vehicle and was ready for me when I got there. I drove it and when I came back there was zero high pressure sales going on. Steve and I discussed my worries regarding financing options and rather than judging me for having less than stellar credit he reassured me that they could make it happen. I left the dealership feeling like a human and not some low life like other dealerships had made me feel. I got a call the very next day from Steve letting me know that they had secured financing for me and all I needed to do was come in and sign the paperwork. I was ecstatic to say the least. Picking up the car was also a quick and painless process. Now keep in mind I was purchasing one of the lowest price used vehicles on the lot and I was treated like I was buying the most expensive. Holly was great. Pleasure to work with, I have no complaints with how she conducted business. But the first time I showed up at Cassans it seemed no one wanted to help me. They almost lost my business and would have it if it was not from their location. The one dealer I was finally help by the first had the attitude that if you don't buy from us today some else will come in and buy a truck from us. Well I could have bought a truck from another dealer that day. I was glad he was not there the day I order my truck. I would have hated to give him my commission.

Great purchase experience. I traveled 2 hours to purchase a Mustang I had found online. I called to verify that it was still available and spoke with Mical McEuen. He verified it was still available and answered all of my iniitial questions. I was driving all over the Centeral Inninois area to find a Mustang of my liking as I had just sold my car. When I arrived Mical greeted me and showed me the car. It was very nice as he had described. After a 360 review, I took it for a drive and was happy. We very quickly came to an agreed upon price. The car was advertised very fairly so reaching an agreement was easy. All I saw was one small decal issue which Mical said he would get addressed. The following Friday I took the train down to Alton and Mical very graciously picked me up from the station. The car was ready, so it was a matter of just some paperwork to complete. I told Mical I wanted to bring my spouse by Sunday to see it. He parked the truck at the building under the canopy in case it rained. I have been buying Dodges since 1968. We are from Greenville and no longer have a dealership here. We come to Edwardsville quite a bit and usually drive through your lot while in town. This last time we drove through and spotted a bright red Dodge Nitro. Steve Lane came out and readily gave us the key to test drive it. Meanwhile he watched our dog that was left in our Dodge truck with the a/c running. We weren't driving the car that day that we were interested in trading, but that didn't stop Steve from starting the negotiation process, which took a couple days, all the while still not seeing the trade in. He could easily have sold this sharp looking SUV to someone else, but he worked hard to earn our trust and ultimately put us first time customers in the vehicle. We have bought numerous minivans from Cassens so we didn't want to walk up and down the lot. We knew what we wanted. We made a quick call to Tony, our salesman, and gave him a list of must haves. He understood our needs as a family, did the research for us and presented us with options by email. The next day our narrowed down choices were parked up front so we could compare side by side. Perfect! Sold. After the sale he could have let us go on our way. We were familiar with minivans. He spent time going over all of the new features and telling us if any old features were changed. He has checked on us periodically and even helped me out with a question I had (long after the sale) about how the dash information worked. We have always been pleased with service. I especially remember the kindness of the service staff when our children were very young. They once fixed my wiper blades on a rainy day with three kids sleeping in car seats! Steve, in particular, is exceptionally friendly. He communicates repairs and issues in a way that I can completely understand. Prices have always been fair. Quick repairs and routine maintenance are always on time. We have always had availability of an acceptable rental for long term repairs. Dustin, in finance, is knowledgable and kind. Over the course of owning 10 different automobiles, this was one of the easiest automobile purchases I have ever made. Mical was more than willing to work with my family to get the specific model that we were looking for. We were never pressured into anything we didnt want. We were also never rushed and we were allowed to take our time which was important to us as there was a two week period from my initial test drive to the time I was prepared to make an actual purchase. Overall, I give them 5 stars because of their honesty, credibility and respectfully worked with me to make a deal happen- without pressure.. Being a female that doesn't specialize in purchasing cars, I did do my research and armed myself with questions before buying. I literally walked through the questions as if I was interviewing them and they answered each one with respect and the information was congruent with what the research reported. I purchased the oil change plan and rental car package. My oil change is always a smooth process. The only issue I had with my new Durango was with the radio screen. It was eventually remedied after a few visits but I didn't mind that was an ongoing issue because each time they were pleasant and persisted until it was remedied.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! I came in on saturday just browsing for a used car for my daughter. I loved the way everything was ran, the workers were nice and respectable. They were able to assist me with my questions, they were not pressuring me into buying a car, so it made me feel comfortable. I ended up leaving the dealership with a car because I felt it was reasonable.

I bought my 2011 Certified pre owned Durango 2 years ago at Cassens, and I am happy I did it! It's a great car. There have been 2 or 3 recalls (small things) - Dodge Chrysler alerted me. It wasn't an urgent matter, so Cassens took my order for parts and called me when they were in. You never want to be inconvenienced with your car but Cassens has made it a painless experience. They have handled everything and it didn't cost me anything, just some time. They offered me a shuttle or a loaner car too. I would recommend Cassens to a friend.

I have a Dodge minivan that I bought here new. This is the 3rd car I've purchased from Cassens - so I am a loyal customer. My experience was good and they were very helpful and pleasant! They made it a simple process. Today I'm getting an oil change and tire rotation. They are helpful and I've worked with almost everyone. I use the Express Lane and it's fast and convenient. I would recommend coming here to buy or service your car!

These guys are very helpful. I'm a student at SIUE and whenever I get my car serviced, they've been very helpful and make it easier for me! I'm from out of town and didn't buy my car here, but they have been helpful - in any way that they can. I just come in and they make it easy!

I brought my vehicle in to get the air checked on my tires. I ended up getting an oil change and tire rotation. Their service was great! I will continue to bring my vehicle to them for all of my Auto needs. Mike Hasamear was great!

My car stopped on the expressway. I called and talked to Mike, the service rep. I managed to get it into their shop that evening. The very next day Mike called and told me what the problem was. He ordered the new part and called me back and said that his tech will come in on Saturday morning to install the part and get the car back to us. He knew we were retired and had only one car. Such kindness is good for us and great for business. I could not recommend Cassens more highly. P.S. And it cost less than the estimate! Sincerely, Tom, Maryville, IL.
