The man who set up my appointment was courteous and helpful. He took great notes and documented a problem I was having intermittently so it’s in the records. He was super friendly and seemed genuinely interested in me as a customer! Thank you

I live near the Dealership and love the way they pick me up to get my car. The service consultant is very nice and I saved hundreds on my pre-owned Chevrolet. Keep up the good work. I am going to buy another vehicle from them when I pay down my loan balance. The finance manager Kymberly helped me through the complete deal.

I bought a new Pontiac 2008 Pontiac G6 from Joseph Neri. My trade was not very good and they gave me the amount that I owed on it for a trade. I was happy with that price. I love the new car and went back to have a couple of things checked and they were really nice to me. I will tell my friends about them also.

I bought my new Chevrolet from Joseph Neri and did so because my whole family buys there. I am very happy that I di. Jim treated me like an old friend and was very patient with a new first timer. I recommend the dealership whenever I get a chance.

Bought a drive-by-5, sold me a piece of junk and made it sound like they were doing me a favor. Did my taxes and padded the return only to have me owe the IRS. Only had the car 6 months, drivers door fell off twice, took 1 month to get it to pass inspection, had it towed because it died on the way home after being fixed and wouldn't reimburse me. Needed new tires within this time. Entire front end needs to be replaced. And the three people I dealt with in Conesus got fired for money missing (after being called by office to find out if I pay in cash). Called to complain to Joseph Neri himself and he never called back. And recently called to talk to manager in Williamson who made me feel like I was to blame and offered no help what-so-ever. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE, THEY ARE A RIP OFF!!!!!!!!
