We got a great deal on a 2009 Honda Pilot. Unfortunately, all four tires were mismatched (we asked them to give us two new ones but looking back, should have asked for all four). Also, there were no floor mats, pieces of the interior were missing (a piece of plastic in the back door), and the worst part which we didn't notice during the day, was the windshield had scratches all over it.It gets better though. We were given the "Carfax" report which turned out to be fake. It said "minor front end damage due to an accident". So we knew that ahead of time, but seriously, a little fender bender doesn't usually affect the overall performance of a car. So we went ahead with the deal. After several months to a year we kept having problems with the front end of the Pilot. It made noise when we turned that did not sound normal. Turns out we needed to replace the whole axel, which is almost unheard of as far as factory power train. Replaced the brakes and rotors. I can't remember all the other things that needed to be done, but the last time we had something fixed the mechanic said "you'll have to come back for some more work that will cost about $800". I had had enough, so I started looking into trade-in values just to get rid of the thing. Took it to Honda and they offered us $4000 when we still owed almost 12. They also informed us that the Carfax report rendered the vehicle TOTALLED. We had no idea and were completely fooled. Long story short... pull your own Carfax. Better yet, stay away from this place. All of their vehicles are salvaged from auctions and they just make them "presentable" (but from the sound of these reviews, they don't even do a good job of that). Go to a dealership and buy what you can afford. It will save you $$ in the long run.

Bought a car from them almost two weeks ago. So far so good, havery not had any issues with the car, there was a small cracked in the interior, Shawn ordered the part to replace it. Shawn a d everyone else at that place was very nice. Will recommend.

I found exactly what I was looking for at a great price. Adam responded to my call promptly and answered my questions thoroughly. I bought the car within an hour of arriving at the dealership and picked it up the next day. No arguing over finance or extended warranties. Just friendly service and a good deal on an exceptionally clean used car. I will visit them again when I need another great deal.

Drove down from Sherman Texas after talking with Shawn the (sales person) and not sure if I was going to waist two hours of drive and half day of my life?After arrival at Central Autohaus everything went so smooth. Car was describe correctly and drove great with a great price tag.Easy transaction all the way through with great financing experience. Drove home and enjoyed my new car all the way to Sherman and thank god I did not have to do any more car searching.Thanks to Central Autohaus and their crew.

Central Autohaus will work with you to get you into the car you need. They will also work to make sure the car is taken care of, even after several months if something comes up. I bought a car from them back in June, and after driving it for a few months, began to notice a couple of little things. I called them and they are getting me in and taking care of me this weekend. Shaun, Victor, Karen, and Mark are extremely professional and kind.

I agreed to purchase a slightly used vehicle with only 5500 miles that had been "slightly damaged" requiring the fender and bumper to be replaced. The price was fantastic (there is always a reason for a fantastic price when buying cars). Once I had the car home I noticed that someone had cut a grapefruit size hole in the carpet on the passenger side floor. This damage was not present when I paid for the car. I returned the car and put a hold on my check. Shawn agreed to take care of it so they took the car to a local trim shop that I had contacted. The trim shop owner contacted me to tell me how it was going to be repaired and asked that I come approve of the repair. Upon closer inspection of the repair site I discovered that there was significantly more damage to the firewall of the vehicle and some rust underneath the carpet where it had been leaking through a hole in the firewall. At this point I determined that there were too many red flags to continue with this purchase and luckily I had stopped payment on my check. Vehicle was returned and sale cancelled. There seems to be a pattern of buying wrecked cars cheap and reselling. Buyer beware.

I searched the internet off-and-on for a couple of weeks and came to the conclusion that Central Autohaus had the best prices listed for the year/make that I was looking for. I purchased a 2013 Genesis from them. These are good people to do business with.

Got a decent price on the vehicle but the stars stop there. Things were promised and they didn't follow through. Called Shawn numerous time with no answer once my plates came in which I was to pickup with receiving an item for my vehicle. Never had chance to pickup plates since they were mailed to me...assuring not to meet up face to face to be questioned about things promised by Shawn. Good price...subpar service/not keeping your word, in my eyes.

Central Autohaus is located in a very congested area,but with a great inventory of used cars. The Subaru Outback we purchased was from a leasing agency (the tags were still afixed inside the read door panels) and appears to have been well maintained. The pricing was fair, but you will probably get a better trade-in value elsewhere. Shawn, salesman was courteous and helpful as was Luis the financial person. All in all a good experience and I have recomemded them to friends for their purchase needs. As always, be prepared and get the expected price beforhand from Kelly Blue Book or another source. We got a good deal for a good used car.

I was a little skeptical when I arrived at Central Autohaus because there is no parking available onsite. This is because of the large number of vehicles for sale. However, I talked with Shawn and looked around I saw they are doing the best they can. The place is clean. Customer service is good. I got a GREAT deal on a preowned vehicle and good financing. Yes, I would recommend this place.

Shawn contacted me promptly in reply to my email regarding a 2014 GMC Terrain SLT. The vehicle was over $5,000 below retail value and in very good to excellent condition, with a little over 13,000 miles. Because of the low price and the one review here, I asked to see the Carfax. Shawn openly explained the vehicle's history, which included rear bumper damage, which they repaired. They got me financed at a rate just as good as my credit union and got the deal done from test drive to out the door in about 2 hours. They don't mark-up their cars excessively and move them very quickly, so if you see something you like don't wait! Act quickly or it may be gone within a couple days! My GMC was only on the lot 2-3 days. Will definitely look to use them again. Thanks Shawn & Victor at Central Autohaus!!!

Purchased a 2013 Mazda CX-9 from Central Autohaus. Shawn Ghadami worked with me and the car I choose had an air conditioning issue. He not only fixed that but paid (himself) to have Mazda do a full inspection to make sure I was comfortable with the purchase. He told us about the fender bender the car had up front, he was easy to work with - no pressure. We had a loan from a couple of sources, but they came through with even a lower rate. The buying process was simple and looking at cars.com and other sites, they had the best deal. From sales to financing, it is an A+ operation. I would recommend anyone who is looking for excellent condition used cars to come here.

Purchased a car at the Richardson dealership. Car I bought was in a "minor" accident from what I was told. Apparently, it was a bigger accident than what I was told it was. I took my car to the dealership for a recall and because my hood wouldn't shut all the way. Turns out the accident was so bad, it knocked the driver's side healight assembly out of whack, which apparently was never bolted back to the car, and the hood won't shut because the car is crooked now, which I never noticed before for some reason. I've had the car 6 months and have not hit anything, so it is obviously from the "minor" accident it was in. Now I have to hope Central Autohaus actually fixes the problem so I don't have to get an attorney's help

This is by far the best car purchasing experience I have had. The staff here was respectful and more importantly honost. The pre owned vehicle I purchased is flawless. I purchased the truck in early Nov. 2012 and no disappointments. I have had several questions since my purchase and Shawn Ghadami the buisness director resolved the matter personally and promptly. This is the worst dealership ever!!! DO NOT BUY A CAR!!! they are cheap people that repair the cars in not a professional location. even there employees told me the mechanic place they take all the cars are cheap people. My car has returned to them for repairs about 6times!! they gave me a rental car from the lot, so maybe the car you are interested in has been rented by other people. the car i had received for rental had 4100 miles as i got in the highway the RPM was getting stuck. then the engine light came on. this people are cheap! just looking to get people for there money.

This is the best place to get a vehicle if you are looking for quality, excellent customer service and honesty. Shawn was my salesman and he was not pushy at all. He treated me like a member of his family and answered all the questions we had regarding the vehicle I wanted.He provided the car fax report so we knew the vehicle I wanted not only looked good, but was truly a great car. Afterwards, it was finance time and my credit score was not the best. They came back and told me the bank was not willing to finance what I wanted and if I wanted to look at other vehicles. I said no and asked if there were other options. I thought the other options would require lots of money down, but thanks to the magic and hard work of Sonny in finance, I got financed for the vehicle I wanted with just my trade. I appreciate the kindness that was shown at all times to me, my son, and fiancee'. I will definitely buy vehicles from Central Autoihaus again in the future and recommend them to anyone that wants a hassle free car buying experience with a super friendly touch. I walked into the dealership thinking the Audi I wanted was going to be in bad shape since the price was so great for the type of car it was. I had low expectations and was pleasantly surprised when the car was not only in amazing shape, but the employees at the dealership were so great to work with. There were a few minor things to fix on the car and Sonny had them fixed right away. It was a very smooth deal and when I'm ready to trade this beauty in, I'll definitely return to Central Autohaus! They are great and have a great selection of really great cars at great prices. I highly recommend you go see them!

We purchased a car from Central Autohaus a while ago. Everyone was super nice and the purchase was quick and easy. We were told there had been a little damage in the front end, but we didn't see the Carfax. Turns out the damage was probably more than "a little" and the repairs weren't done properly. I'm not sure that Central Autohaus can be blamed for the repairs, but I think we will stick to big dealerships in the future and get a copy of the Carfax.

I found a great deal on a 2013 Ford Escape with a 2.0L engine with only 3300 miles on it. Talked to Sonny and he was great to deal with. The price was very reasonable and there wasn't the pressure of the sales pitch that you get at other dealerships as well as the haggling. My wife and I left very happy in that not only did we find the vehicle we wanted but also a great deal. Thanks!

I must admit, and have admitted it to the staff, the outward appearance of the RIchardson location was a little off-putting. It had me concerned with the quality and value I was going to get. You always hear stories about smaller dealers and getting fed a bunch of lies. I decided to look up reviews and was shocked at the wonderful things people at to say about Central Autohaus. I decided to give it a chance. I worked with Shawn and Sonny, both such lovely people. They were honest and over the top friendly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I have purchased 5 cars in the past 10 years and can honestly say my experience was far better than 5 stars. Two months after purchasing my car, I had a flat tire. The tire actually caused a bit of damage to the front of my car. I stopped by to see if there was anything they could do to help me, because it wasn't bad enough to make an insurance claim, but for appearance reasons, I wanted it fixed. I thought, it never hurts to ask. Without hesitation they took the keys and handed me over a rental car. I, really, really did not expect them to help. It wasn't their responsibility at all. The staff goes above and beyond to keep you satisfied. This is the first time in my life I have ever taken the time to write a review online, but because of my experience I wanted to make sure less people decided to not give them a chance because of the "appearance" of the dealership. Can't judge a book by its cover. If you must judge, the new location on Plano Road is super nice. Do not hesitate to give them a chance. You won't be disappointed.

I was looking for a quality used pickup and found my 2012 Nissan Frontier there. Shawn was very helpful, as was everyone else there. We used our own financing which took a little longer due to overwhelming numbers of new loans and Shawn was very patient. I love my new pickup and had a great experience. I would difinately recommend Central Auto Haus to friends as well as buy another vehicle from them again.

Central Autohaus was great. We bought a 2013 Chevy Cruze with 4500 miles. My daughter looked at it on a Saturday and I made the deal over the phone with Shawn and Mark. The seat belt needed to be repaired. They repaired it and the car was ready for delivery on Wednesday with a full tank of gas. When my wife and I got there Central Autohaus had the car looking like it just came off the showroom. Taking care of the paperwork with Sonny was a real pleasure. Thanks Sonny for the lesson on different cultures. I would definitely consider buying from Central Autohaus again. Totally unlike going to a mega dealership. For a fun experience in buying a vehicle go see them.

I am from the Chicago area and found a vehicle I was interested in at Central Autohaus while I was visiting my parents in Florida! I emailed them about the vehicle and decided it was worth continued consideration. After visiting their website I found a different vehicle that I decided to pursue so I called Texas and talked to Shawn. I returned home to the Chicago area on Monday, arranged my financing (I work at a bank), gave a deposit over the phone, booked my flight to Dallas for Tuesday evening. Shawn arranged for me to be picked up at my hotel Wednesday morning, I examined and test drove the car and was on the road headed back to Chicago in 45 minutes of arriving Wednesday morning. As an out of town purchase I was given a "drive-away" temporary plate and was promised that I would get the title as soon as they received it from the bank. The title was received as expected and the car, which is still under factory warranty, is great. I was given a car fax and the repaired damage was disclosed and the repair work was well done. I am the son of a car dealer and their work was excellent. My experience was positive and I would return to them for another purchase.

I recently purchaseda 2013 Ford Explorer - each person I had contact with was very helpful, very respectful and forthcoming with info on the vehicle that I purchased. It had prior damage but they were very open about it and told me what had been replaced and offered the CarFax report. Any issues I've had so far they have been very responsive. Good people

I am absolutely disgusted with the overall experience in dealing with this dealership and with Ellis. Ellis has given me the run around on things he said he would take care of when i purchased the car. The first issue was him calling to ask if i could put more money down on a car that i had already driven away with a week after i got the car. All because of a screw up HE made with the finance company that had nothing to do with me. I had an issue with the car not starting up a month after i purchased it, which ended up being the battery, and when i confronted him about it, he gave me an issue about replacing it after having me to drive to the dealership. I had taken time off of work to get this taken care of only to be told that he could do nothing. NOW, I'm still waiting to have some things done to the car that he said would be taken care of no later than the beginning of the year. We are now approaching the end of the second month of this year and still nothing has been done. I will never purchase from this place again and HIGHLY recommend that no one else does.....THIS place is a JOKE!!!!

Went to the shop for a 350z I saw online, and let me tell you, these people here are the best you can find. I mean between Shawn being so helpful and Marc being so workable with me, I wanted to just give them a hug. We tested that z on the road and that was it, fell in love. The cars there are in immaculate condition They will certainly help you with anything you need, anything you want, and any specifications you require. I purchased a 2011 Santa Fe with Shawn as the salesman. I was pleased with the service he gave me as he even emailed me the pictures of the car before repairs and before I made the trip to Dallas (100 miles away) as I asked about the previous damage.. They had the car ready for me and we were allowed to test drive it by ourselves. I got a good price with my trade in. Also got a 6 month written warranty on the paint on the repair. I'll see how it holds up. Also thanks to Sonny for getting me a better interest rate that I could get at my local credit union on the financing. So far I'm very pleased. The only thing missing were service records and an inspection sticker, which I had to obtain. Buyer, always pay attention and do your homework.

I purchased my vehicle from this dealer, was told that everything was checked out with my vehicle and everything was fine. This was not the case. I did however return to the dealer and they dealt with me on a professional level. I may or may not return to this dealer to purchase another vehicle...let's just say I will continue to shop around if I ever need another vehicle again.

Although we did not purchase a car from Cental Autohaus, we will consider them in the future. Shawn was very helpful, gave us several options and allowed us to test drive the cars. The overall experience was great and we tell our friends and family about them. Great selection of cars. The only reason we did not purchase is we were looking for a fully loaded Nissan Altima.

I was looking for a family-sized SUV, and I came upon this dealership via the internet. The vehicle I was looking for was below market value, so naturally I was suspicious. I took the car to my own mechanic and checked out the car from top to bottom and it was consistent with the Carfax. Additionally, the sales rep (Ray) and finance manager (Sonny) were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure the deal was fair and the vehicle was within our price range. I feel confident we received a great price with the best possible financing. I would recommend this place to a friend, and I would definitely buy another car from this dealership!

Bought a 2012 vehicle from them online. Sonny was pleasant and friendly. I asked Sonny to go around it and tell me about any little scratch or chip. He said it was perfect except for a little ding on one quarter panel. (He also repaired that) There was alot more than what was described. That was a bit disappointing. Also I had to sign some paperwork saying the vehicle had structural/frame damage but there is nothing like that on the car fax. I feel that should have been mentioned before I flew down. All that said, We love our new car and feel we paid a good price for it.

If you're looking for hot rods with salvage titles, by all means, be my guest! Don't get me wrong, the salesman was very affable, and let me test drive the car by myself! It seemed like a sweet deal. But please, always remember to check your carfax, people! The salesman said the carfax was clean, but when I received paper in hand, in bold lettering: "Airbag Deployed". That Honda Accord coupe was a piece of junk. Not to mention that the facility looked like they were just moving in, I wasn't sure how they would be able to finance anyone. Anyway, I left the place without buying anything. Carfax is a lifesaver!

I was looking for a used car that I could pay cash for and the car I purchased was perfect because it was in my price range and it had low miles. My Customer Sales Rep. was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car. After 4 weeeks of driving it I am ultimately satisfied with the condition of the car. I purchased a car that was perfect on the exterior. The dealer did not disclose the extent of the car's previous accident damage. A dealership later showed me the damage, which included extensive cutting and welding.I ended up getting rid of the car after a couple months.Several cars seemed to have this issue.They apparently purchased wrecked cars, repair, and sell them for low prices.Beware.

I went with my son to do a test drive on one of their vehicles. We made an appointment and Shawn was expecting us when we arrived. Everyone was very nice and it was a pleasure to work with them. When we went back to pick up the car, it was clean and ready to go. They fixed the light on on the back that wasn't working for us at the test drive. I would recommend this dealership.

You be the judge.Viewed the car online alked to dealer sales and Manager and agreed to price on this vehicle.Assured me car wud be clean and ready and even said had over to Toyota for checkup and filled wih fuel.Did pick me up at Airport arrved at Sales Lot.There sat my car,amongst others,no fuel,dirty and with one headlamp burned out.Inspite of clear carfax fender had been repainted by backyarder and guess they are not required to report to Carfax.Bought another Car completely to drive home.If they are the last dealer and you need transportation I would recommend you buy a Horse.Disgusted.

I actually picked out a 2011 Challenger and made a very fair cash deal. As it turns out the Challenger had a engine issue that could not be resolved fast. So Marc and Shawn made me a great counter offer for a fully loaded 2011 SXT Charger for the same great deal. I'm Very pleased with my new car and feel I have made some new friends from my already neighbors. I have no doubt that I will continue to more business in the future with Central Autohaus. I purchased a 2011 Ford Mustang to be received in my country and it arrived in perfect conditions. We traveled 5 1/2 hours from Louisiana to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. We had talked to Marc and Ray over the phone and settled on a price before we made the trip. After we got there we had an issue we had to resolve but both men were very mannerly and went over and beyond to solve the issue. Then when we arrived on Saturday we needed a notary for our paperwork to take back to Louisiana. Ellis went the extra step to go to a local bank to get the needed notary work done. Shawn was awesome! He brought the car to our home for us to look over before we committed to purchasing it. When the car had an issue the following day, Shawn showed up with a loaner in hand and took ours to get repaired. We did all of the paperwork online and never left our house for the entire transaction! When we're in the market for another car, we definitely contact Shawn.

I went to Central Autohaus after finding a car on their website priced several thousand less than the same car I had been looking for at other dealers. I took my mother-in-law with me as back up because I wasnt comfortable going to a dealer by myself. However, the entire sales staff was very friendly and helpful and made me feel at ease. They were never pushy like many sales reps you encounter at traditional dealerships. Shawn was fantastic at helping me look at all of my options on financing and Ellis made closing the deal quick and easy. When I went to pick up the car they had taken it to Mazda to for servicing so I would not have to deal with it for another few thousand miles and cleaned it inside and out. The day after I got my car home I had problems with the battery and they told me to bring it in and they replaced it on the spot. I was nervous that they would tell me I was on my own because it was my car now but they took care of everything. They even took it to the Mazda dealership to have it checked because the airbag light was flashing. My experience was so good that my mother in-law went back the day after I got mine and bought one that she found the first day we went in.

Everyone was exceptionally friendly. We were approached by everyone in the building at one point or another. Each person asked if we were being helped and offered assistance. We knew what we were looking for before we arrived. We had seen the vehicle on their website. They sold it for the price that had been advertised....didn't give us stories about why we didn't qualify for certain 'discounts' like other dealers had done. There were so many people trying to help us they were falling over themselves. I was impressed with how they worked together to make sure the customer was happy and being taken care of. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends. In the list of options below that I wish I had before I walked in...the only one I didn't have already was info on the dealer's rep....all other info was either on the website or had been answered via phone or email.

Recently I purchased a 2007 328i BMW with just over 30K miles from Central Autohaus at a price I could not find any lower anywhere else. Honestly, I cannot remember a time when I felt more at ease during an auto negotiation. This is in large part due to the freedom I was proffered to make my own decision. I was never pressured or influenced to do anything other than what I felt was right for me. As a Central Autohaus customer you will NOT be greeted with the proverbial phoney, plastic car salesman personality. Thus you will not feel like you are being SOLD anything. Rather you will feel like the dealer is actually trying help you solve a problem (namely, finding a car that fits your needs). As a result, I have been on a Central Autohaus campaign of sorts with my friends and family, encouraging them give Central a look. Rest assured that Central Autohaus will be my preferred dealer relative to any auto buy/sell transactions in my future. This is the second purchase for me at Central. I purchased my son's car (2006 Toyota Scion) here about two years ago and plan to make yet another purchase for my daughter shortly.

I was looking on craigslist and found the car I really wanted for an amazing price with Central Autohaus. When I called Sonny answered and told me the car had not arrived yet but since I wanted the car so bad he would hold it and allow me to be the first to look at it.While I was waiting for the car to come in I stopped by Courtesy Nissan and fell in love with a different car. They offered me a payment but when it got to actually doing the paperwork all of the sudden the payment jumped $85 because they said I had to buy all the extended warranties and insurances. I told them I was not comfortable with the payment and declined so they sent me home in the car to think about it.In the meantime Sonny called me to tell me the car came in, I told him what was going on and he told me to come in and he would help me. When I got there he turned his computer screen to show me what they were offering and how much I was financing with Courtesy Nissan and how it was not a good deal at all. He then re-worked the number show me the loan he got me and how much better of a situation I would be in.Sonny was amazing at walking me throw the process of buying a car with no pressure and I am extremely thankful to him for taking care of me in the process. I will never buy a car anywhere else or from anyone else in Texas.

I had the pleasure of working with Shawn at Central Autohaus. I had a completely different experience from the last guy who rated them. They were honest, up-front, encouraged me to take the car to be inspected and gave me a very fair price (on my trade and on the purchase). I also talked with them about the salvaged car, and they were very up-front. I took the car to two different places to have it inspected by my mechanics and their reports confirmed everything Shawn and Central Autohaus said. I would work with them, and Shawn again. I'm glad I read several reviews on this site and others for this place. I was almost sold a vehicle that is still for sale but not all the information is correct. I was told the Mazda5 that is for sale only had $750 worth of damage (at least that is what they paid to repair it). Somehow from that small bit of damage the vehicle's title was changed to salvage... After a little concern over why the small bit of damage would turn it into a salvage title I was told that the vehicle now fixed could be taken back to New Mexico where the title could be changed back to a clean title. After asking for a phone number to call to verify the title issue there was no information given to me to able to call anyone to verify it. I called the MVD of New Mexico and to no surprise was told what I had expected to hear. No vehicle with a salvage title could ever be given a clean title again. This is called washing out the title. This alerted me that he obviously had not done his homework on the car to be able to answer all questions asked. Carfax only shows one report of damage and it being a severe damage accident. Please make sure you do all your own research on cars before buying from this deaer to make sure that you have all the accurate history of the car before you make a decision to buy with them.

I have not bought a car for many years as I dislike the whole car buying experience. I found a few cars on line and drove from Dallas to Houston to test drive a few cars.I met Sonny at the dealership and drove the Mazda CX 7 I wanted.This was the car I wanted but I did not want to start negotiations as I really don't like that part! I had my son talk to Sonny on the tel.and when I was taken into the office I thought the "dog and pony" show would start! Nothing could have been further from that.My son made an offer and Sonny's boss came in and politely countered that offer with me and the price was agreed.It was the best car experience I have ever had anywhere. There was no pressure, everyone at the dealership was so polite and the whole experience was actually a joy.I had planned to ship the car but as I was returning the Dallas the same week I decided to fly from Houston and Sonny met me at the airport. We finished the paper work and off I drove. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. All the staff there are wonderful.Rene Martell

My experience at Central Autohause was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. This was due completely to my dealings with Sonny Akhavani, whose attention to every detail and no-pressure approach was the complete opposite of some of my other recent experiences. The car I purchased was fairly priced, in immaculate condition and Sonny even picked me up at the rental car place and drove me to the dealership to complete the paperwork. If you are in the market for a car, go see Sonny at Central Autohaus - you won't be sorry you did.

I bought a 2008 Honda Accord in Jan. of 2010 and had an excellent experience. I read some of the other reviews and was concerned about doing business with them but my fears, and the other comments were unfounded. I was drawn in by the excellent price and never looked back. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly. I was allowed to take the vehicle overnight and to my own mechanic. Even though the dealership was not open on Sunday the salesman, Shawn, waited for my return even though I had not given him a specific time. Shawn even went the extra mile and applied factory touchup paint to a few minor chips. This was a detail I was not expected or necessary, since I was buying a used car, but an example of the customer service I received. I had secured outside financing through a credit union before I went to the dealership but Shawn was able to get a slightly better rate. When it was time to pickup the vehicle I had an appointment for 4pm. My schedule changed at the last min. and I showed up unannounced at the dealership at 1pm. The car was clean and ready to go. I was helped within a few min. by Sonny who guided me through the necessary paperwork and I was driving off the lot within one hour. All in all, great dealership with friendly associates, and excellent prices!

These guys really have the best prices in DFW. I was looking for 2007 Lexus RX350 for about a month and finally found it here. They provided all the necessary support and I bought the car at very good price. There were couple small issues with the car and they took care about most of them at their cost. They also did the complete service for this car at Park Place Lexus and so I don't need to do anything for the next 6000 miles.Nice people, good cars, lowest price!

Don't believe these people. they sold me damaged car which details not even there in carfax..dealer took signatire on papers with out my knowledge.. my mistake i trusted these people and carfax. After few months, when i need to sell my car then i came to know about this damage...Now iam unable to sell this car... dont ever trust these people...dont go here...VERY VERY BAD.....FRUAD ..FRAUD...central autohaus is fraud....Central Autohaus is Fraud...dont go here...............

I purchased a vehicle from Central Autohaus and was told everything was working. Seeing as they are located in Dallas, with nothing but solid pavement surrounding, I found great difficulty in testing the automatic All-Wheel-Drive system during my test drive. When I returned from my test drive, I asked Hellen, the Salesperson, if the AWD system was working. She said that of course it was, they would not sell it broken.After 2 days of owning the vehicle we had some ice and I quickly realized my AWD system was indeed NOT working correctly. After taking the vehicle for diagnoses at a dealership, it was concluded that the system was inoperable, had been inoperable for much longer than I had owned the vehicle, and would cost around $3,000 to fix. I called Helen the following day expressing my concern. At first she seemed willing to help and I was told I would need to speak with Marcus the manager. He of course was not in, and I was told he would call me back within an hour. The next day I called again after never recieving a returned call, and the same process replayed itself. I went through this process, of trying to contact Marcus the manager every other day for almost 1 and a half months. When I was finally put into contact with Marcus, he told me that the vehicle was sold as-is (which I knew) and he would do absolutely nothing about it. When I told him that Hellen had assured me the AWD system was working, he basically said good luck proving it. My point is I believe the dealership knew the vehicle was defective and sold it to me anyway. I think they knew of the issue because they were very hasty to get me out the door, and sold me the vehicle at a loss, which I questioned, but was again assured. I did get the vehicle for a good price, assuming it was in good working order, but seeing as it will take around $3,000 to fix, I got screwed.
