My first impression of the dealership was it may be to fancy for a young 20 year olds income, I was wrong. Not only did I get a good deal but they inspect every inch of the car before they sell it, so I knew I was getting a good car too. I'm happy to say I now have the car of my dreams! It was so easy and exciting. The salesman who helped me was outstanding! He was very helpful, patient, intuitive, and so very nice. He made me feel very comfortable in what could've been a very stressful moment. Thank you very much Chris Stime! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car. He found me a smoking deal packed with rebates and incentives plus gave me a fair deal on my trade in. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from this dealership and it was worth the 5 hour drive there to shop.

Michael was my sales rep. He was the best I've ever delt with. He knew everything about the vehicle and spent the majority if the afternoon with us. Then at the end he didn't pressure the sale. This is what I look for in a sales person. I will recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. The rest of the staff I was great too. Very quick and efficient. There was no back and forth on the price. I told them what I wanted and they came with there real best price which was better than any other dealer in California, and I know because I spent 2 days on the phone talking to dealers all over the state. So there low prices are the best. In all I will buy the rest of my vehicles from them and Michael will be my sales person.

I went in 2 days prior and worked with a gentlemen who was not so nice and wouldnt work with me. I left and came back over the weekend and he came after us again we stated we would like someone new. I met with Lucas Hanford amazing gentlemen. He knew we were on a time crunch and had jobs to get to. He got the whole process done within 3 hours and even drove to Stockton to have the co signer finish paperwork. I highly recommend Lucas to everyone. He has all the knowledge and great customer service. Thank you very much.

We went in just to look around and get an idea of what we would need for future reference and had no idea we would be able to leave with a new car! We were not expecting to leave with a new jeep and we did not expect to have such a smooth experience. We have bought many cars over the last 20 years and this was one of the easier ones! From the minute we walked through the door, we were met with a friendly face and every step was explained and there was no pushiness that comes from some dealerships. The entire process was amazingly smooth and customer service was top notch. I would highly recommend working with this dealership. We had not so good credit and limited funds for down payment, but they were willing to work with us and work with our trade. Excellent service!

I am a proud owner of a 2009 Chrysler Sebring. I have had a number of bad experiences with several service departments because I'm a young girl who doesn't know the first thing about cars. I decided to go to Central Valley Chrysler since I started working in Modesto, and I have time and time again had great service. I've worked with Josh several times in getting my car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I never make an appointment, but they always make sure to take care of me in a timely manner. I appreciate that when there are repairs that need to be made on my car they will let me know, but they haven't tried to oversell me with useless flushes and parts that don't need replacing like other service departments have done to me before. This last time I went in, my check engine light was on and Aric was so helpful in making sure that everything was taken care of. He was able to get me into a rental car (which was my first time ever having to deal with a rental service before), and just made my experience in getting my car fixed as smooth as possible. Even down to the shuttle service, other departments made me feel like it was such a hassle to drive me to work and to pick me up, but Central Valley Automotive's service has always been so great to me and very accommodating with my work schedule. I don't plan on getting rid of my car anytime soon, but when I do- I'm very excited to buy my next car from Central Valley Chrysler because I know their sales department will reflect the same customer service that their service department does.

My Wife and I made the 2 plus hour drive to Central Valley Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, in Modesto. Would have driven double that knowing what we know now. Our Salesman, Nasir Salehzada, was first rate. Low pressure, highly competent. We bought a 2015, Yellow, Jeep Rubicon, Unlimited. Wow! What a vehicle. What a Dealership! From Nasir, we met Hal Smulson, Executive Sales Manager. Hal treated us like royalty. After Hal we went to Finance and dealt with Pete Johnson, Business Manager. Pete laid out the Red Carpet for us. It obviously starts at the top at this place. The way these Manager's (Hal and Pete) treat customers and employees, makes the place glow. The competitive pricing here is up there with the best in California. Can't recommend highly enough-

I've been to a few dealerships over the last year, and I've noticed a lessoning of the "double-teaming" and hard sell during the negotiating process that dealerships have done in the past. My experience here was very pleasant. Chris was very nice and not at all "pushy"; he was first rate. He bent over backwards to find the truck we wanted, was personable and knew the product. The experince with others that I dealt with, such as A.J., the finance manager, were equally pleasant, though you still have to listen to the offers of add-ons, such as Auto Butler and the like, but I understand this. Overall great buying experience. I recommend you give them a try!

Being a first time buyer with no credit developed yet made it tough to find a dealership that would work with me. I called and made an appointment with Juan to look at a 2015 Dart, I showed up and he had the car out front and ready for me, he answered all the questions I had. He was very very helpful and patient while waiting for my bank to get back to me for approval. He found a bank that got me a better APR rate and made sure I was happy with every aspect of my time there. Bought my first car here. Me and my family knew what we wanted and how much we wanted to spent and out of all of the dealership they made it worked for us. There was no long wait. We went there because I saw my mustang on the internet showed the picture to the sales consultant Nasir. He went to search for that vehicle for me and my parents also wanted a car from there. My mustang was not serviced yet so they had to service it and there was a part that they had to order that they were waiting on. Couple of days later he called my dad to let him know what was going on with my car and to show him a car for himself, then couple of days after that he called about my car. We went there tested it, signed the documents and was out there. Not only did I get my car at the price I wanted it but I also got a tour from the place to know where to go the next time I come. He also made me appointment for service. It was my first experience buying a car and I went to places before that and did not feel great leaving and with these guys I felt great, comfortable, and very happy.

From beginning to the end this was the most straight forward purchase of a vehicle I've ever experienced from a car dealership. It started with a phone call to Hal the sales manager that prompted us to drive two hours from Auburn to Modesto. Gordon Wright walked thru the transaction and answered all our questions we had about the vehicle. I had a specific idea of what I wanted in a new vehicle when I drove up to the dealership but wasn't necessarily in a hurry to buy. I was greeted by a friendly sales consultant and I told him that I wasn't there to buy but just to look. He had no problem with that and there was no pressure. He showed me around and after a short while, he had found me a vehicle with nearly the exact specifications I had been looking for. So, I left the dealership that day with a new vehicle at a fair price.

We had driven over 2 and a half hours to Modesto and had a list of cars we were going to see to replace mine that had been totaled after being rear ended. I wanted a used but newer model with less miles to replace mine. We were impressed when we arrived and saw the car we had seen online had been cleaned and detailed for it's best presentation. Michael Razavi came right out to help us. He has a great manner and didn't try to force us to consider another new car as we had experienced other places, he listened to what I wanted and made it happen. I appreciate the respect and felt the service I received from Michael was as good as if I was buying a brand new car. Hal the manager was helpful as well as was the rest of the team including Ron Smiley who helped us when we picked up the car. It was overall a good experience and helped make the upset of my car having been totaled better.

I went in on Saturday Aril 25th and was helped by Jonathan Guzman. I was very pleased with his help. Jonathan took the time to answer every question we had, show us multiple cars, and most importantly you could tell he genuinely likes his job. I made appointments with a few different dealers to look at Dodge Avengers. I was looking to buy a used Avenger, and wanted to find the perfect one. I ended up stopping in at Central Valley Dodge prior to my appointment at another lot, and found the people and service to be so excellent that before I knew it I was driving off in a brand new Avenger. Michael met us out front and showed us around. He took us for a test drive and showed us all the features. He was absolutely amazing! While we were waiting for the final paperwork he took us around and introduced us to the service manager, and receptionist. It felt like one big happy fa,ily that we were being welcomed into. I had a great experience buying my 2013 Altima SL. It started in April when I walked on to the lot and was greeted by Jose Ceja-Gutierrez. He was friendly, courteous and helpful. I told him I wanted to test drive an Altima, but wasn't interested in buying. He let me drive the vehicle. He told me about the car and asked me what I was looking for. After the test drive, he didn't to try trap me into buying it. He gave me his business card and I gave him my phone number and said I probably wouldn't be buying until June. In June, he gave me a call and I told him August. But I ended up buying from him in July. I went in, took one more test drive with my wife and Jose. They gave me an offer. I slept on it. I countered. They met my counter, which was under fair market/true value numbers on other websites. "Negotiations" were my call to them, and a call back in five minutes. Fast financing process. Clean car. I would buy from them again in a heartbeat.

I'm a returning customer to Central Valley Hyundai. I'm very impressed how they went way out of their way to locate the exact model and trim of Turbo Sonata I wanted after my previous car was totaled. I'm picky and wanted a combination of color and options that no dealership in the region had. I really didn't want to wait for one to become available in a week or two, so the sales team went to work and found one about 200 miles away! They rented a trailer and had a driver bring it in the next morning. They delivered it in perfect shape with only 8 miles on the odometer. Exactly what I wanted, when I wanted it, and at the best price I could find for the Premium trim level. Thank you to Greg Hayes, Chris Awalt, Alex Giron, Zack, and Domingo! Each of them helped me make it happen. I'm very happy with Central Valley Hyundai! Again!

I used to hate having to deal with the aggressive rude salesman at some of the other dealers. they just tell you anything to make a sale. At Nissan we had Eric Manzo as our sales person and he was the best (by far) we've ever worked with, He listened to what we were looking for and didn't try to push something else on us. He was very professional and respectful towards me and my wife. He actually treated us as family and I'm not kidding. He gave us a great deal on an AWESOME car. I purchased a Jeep Cherokee Classic in 1999 from Central Valley Automotive and was very happy with the purchase and service. This year my wife and I decided is was time to replace it. My Classic Cherokee had done very well for us and living in Sonora we wanted 4 wheel drive again. My choice would have been the same model (Cherokee was a great car on highway and off) however the Cherokee is no longer produced. The Grand Cherokee was a little out of my price range so we had to look at other models. Our research showed the the Unlimited 4 door Wrangler would suit our needs for off road and on road performance, and cargo capacity. Sales Consultant, Raul Perez answered our every question and more! We were very pleased with his courtesy and knowledge of the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I believe that the personnel really want to help and please the customer. Only complaint...Too much paperwork!

Raul was the perfect salesman, no pressure just helpful. Whenever we asked questions he was right there with the answer or he took us to the person with the answer, he didn't send us on to figure out might help. When we decided on a vehicle and Central Valley had to bring it in we were expecting to wait for several days and it was there the next day washed and ready to go. We have had good experiences now with a couple of automobile dealers but this one was really exceptional.

He explained items on the car clearly and took the time to make a couple of trips back to the building to get additional keys so we could review more cars. It all started on Friday when I called the dealership to inquire on some Challenger's I had seen on the internet...The salesman I talked to was Raul. I told him exactly what I wanted right down to the color.Right away he starts searching even traded one of their Challenger's to get this one brought over. They had it the very next day. Me and my husband went to go test drive it on Sunday.We was greeted by Raul and Randy and as I explained on the phone that I am very allergic to perfume's and cologne's and strong fragrance's that I needed a car that would be free of all those type's of chemicals...They had the vehicle parked in the back because they wanted to make sure that nothing happened to that car.Most people would have never bothered to even care.But, these 2 guys took extra care .I can't even attempt to tell you how much I appreciate a car dealership that takes pride in their customer service...Not only am I so happy and excited about my new Challenger R/T but, very impressed by the dealership and I would recommend Raul and Randy to everyone...Thank you so much .....You are a 5 star DEALERSHIP !!!!!!!!!!!

I want to first start by saying thank you George! Best car buying experience I have ever had! I was way upside down in a car that I thought I would be stuck with for the next 7 years. After telling George my situation, he looked extremely confident about being able to get me out of my car. George was extremely professional and helpful. He explained the whole entire process. He was very patient and answered all of my 100 questions I had. After hours of trying to see how they can get me out of my upside down car, they did what I thought was the impossible! they got me out of my car and into a brand new Hyundai Sonata Hybrid! There was no pressure what so ever! When it came down with making the final decision George just simply told us to take our time and think it over. I left feeling extremely happy and satisfied. Was shopping for a new car. Wanted a car from ___ or Nissan. Stopped by ____ in Modesto first. Walked around the lot to look for the car I wanted. Car was nowhere to be found. Finally, a Salesperson pops up just when I was about to leave. He asked for the car I wanted. Salesperson was not sure. He went inside to inquire. He responded: Car was a limited edition and no longer in stock. _____ Salesperson did not recommend a car that was either similar, newer in version nor did he question my needs/preferences. I left in Flash. Stopped by Nissan. Instantly, staff was Friendly and inviting: Melissa. She was helpful from the get-go. She recommended and led me to a whole row/stock of the cars similar to what I wanted/needed. She introduced me to Salesman, Pete DeSnoo, who knew more about the product and who inquired about my preferences/needs. I already knew the car, the color and the features I wanted. Pete did not hesitate to answer ALL my questions and he thoroughly explained the car and its features: interior and exterior. Pete was very patient and informative. I was offered to customize the car: its features, the equipments and the exact color I wanted. When a car feature was not available, Pete and his Manager went above and beyond to compensate for what was lacking and made other features and equipments available to me. They offered deals/discounts I could not refuse. The Negotiation process was quick and easy. They not only met my offer they went below it, by $10! Finance Manager, Enrique, handled the paper work process smoothly and with courtesy. I like that he smiled a lot, was calm and patient as well. Mind you, I ask a lot of questions. I appreciate Enrique for the great car service deals! They had my future car w/ all its features/equipments and the exact color about 500+ miles away. The car was here the next day; all brand new, clean and with a tank full of gas. I got in the car w/ Pete and he explained all the car controls, he even set up my Bluetooth, which I have never used before! He even helped me set up a Nissan account online and he showed me how to make appointments for the future, ex: oil change services. After two weeks or so, I took the car in to install its additional equipment/features and even the service staff department was prompt, warm, and friendly: Danny. Pete DeSnoo, Enrique, Melissa and Danny took really great care of me. They are very friendly, considerate-attentive to my needs, and knowledgeable. I really appreciate them. This team made my car shopping experience/service extremely enjoyable and just right. Special Thanks to Pete for his humor and his commitment to excellent customer service. The staff without a doubt made the difference toward the decision to purchase my car at Central Valley Nissan. I highly recommend Central Valley Nissan and Pete DeSnoo.

I just bought a 2012 Ram 3500 4x4 mega cab truck from Central Valley. I would be hard pressed to think about how they could have improved their excellent customer service. 90% of the transaction was handled over the phone with my salesman - Raul. He was an expert in his knowledgeable about the trucks, the various options and pricing configurations. His knowledge really helped out since I had a detailed list of what I wanted. He helped me navigate through the maze of RAM std package options to get close to what I needed as an optimal configuration and pricing option. Although they did not have the specific truck I was looking for in stock (in terms of configurations) he quickly found a few at other agencies. I selected one and it was on its way to Central Valley within 2 days. Raul was very responsive and friendly. I also purchased some options and they installed them - no problem. Service department was very friendly I found the customer service folks to also be very helpful. Lastly - the transaction processing was very smooth and went without a hiccup. Its a great agency and I would definitely buy from them again. My only complaint.... every time I called the poor operator gave too long of a standard greeting. Something like "Good afternoon. Thank you for calling Central Valley Chrysler Jeep Dodge. My name is Gwen - how can I direct your call". I can not remember the exact greeting.... but its too long. "Hello, Central Valley Auto, How can I direct your call?" is just fine. But I am being nit picky.... Its a great agency. Ask for Raul. He was very very good.

Central Valley Chrysler Jeep Dodge is one of the best dealerships I have ever dealt with I have bought many cars in my life and to date they are the best. Tried to get a Chrysler 200 for the wife in my town at the local dealership and couldnt make the deal, wasnt the exact car and wouldnt do a search of the one we wanted plus they have a makeup and wouldnt come down on the price. The next morning I did a search online and found Central Valley Chrysler Jeep Dodge had the car we wanted and made me a great e-quote (under MSRP plus factory rebate) so we made an appointment. (they do not markup any of their inventory)The car was waiting right in front for us talked to the first sales person Raul Perez and he was the one waiting for us. He showed us the car and we went for a test drive. We loved the car and made a great deal. Raul was very helpful and got us through the buying experience. I really loved he was with us the through whole deal. Not like other dealers that the sales guy turns you over to the closer they you dont see him until everything else is done or play the numbers game. He was the starter the finisher and one that delivered and taught us about the car. This dealer was so great Im in the process in buying another car from them this week and working with Raul. They are trying to do a dealer trade for the exact color I want Hope they can and hope to be driving my new Challenger tomorrow. I bought a 2012 pathfinder and the staff treated me like they new I had a rough time at other dealerships. (WHICH I DID) They gave me way more trade in value for my Tahoe and me and my wife very comfortable through the process. NOW LESTEN TO THIS VERY IMPORTANT!!!! 6Mths later my commuter car took a dive. I found the perfect car i was looking for on cars.com i contacted central valley automotive group in Modesto, Ca. The gal i spoke to was so very sweet i told her to hide the car and the keys till i could get there the next day she laughed. She was so very helpful to me i told her the car i was looking at was the one i wanted but i didn't want a pushy sales man. She said i have someone perfect in mind for you to talk to his name is Jason and he isn't pushy at all boy was she ever so right. We had a little trouble finding the place so i called and they guided us right in we didn't know the area well. When we drove up there the car i wanted was out and ready to test drive we had such a great experience with Jason and the whole staff. Jason was so very kind and acted like he knew us for a while it was awesome to feel so comfortable. Jason moved us through the puchase of the car i told him i didn't have time to waste and he moved us through very quickly. Jason answered all of our questions and one thing he wasn't sure he found out very fast. He took care of all of our concerns if we were to rate Jason we would give him a 10 stars out of 10 his knowledge was the best. We will tell everyone we know where they can go to find a car and if we ever need another car we will return without a doubt. I found the car I was looking for through cargurus.com. I contacted Central Valley VW online and submitted an offer on line for the vehicle I liked. I got a prompt response with regard to the availability of the car and a good counteroffer for my online bid. I was able to drive to Modesto and purchase the car quickly. Jason with online sales was very helpful and moved us through the process quickly. We had questions about the car and whatever he could not answer, Jason was willing to look up to ensure we were satisfied. Overall, we had a great experience.

I was just leaving a dealership right up the street from here and decided to just drop by as the other dealer promised me they had what I was looking for but upon my arrival, they actually were trying to sell me other vehicle.Well, that didn't work so as I pulled in, I was met by Charles Corral, who asked me what I was looking for. After I told him what I wanted, we proceeded to look at all the vehicles matching my desciption and test drove several. He was more than willing to assist me and was very knowledgable of the products, not like the others I have been visiting. I didn't take long and soon we were inside working the deal. Randy, the sales manager and Charles came up with a great deal but I told them that even though I was ready, they would have to sell the deal to my wife, which I know would not be an easy task. They set up an appointment for the following day and when we showed up, Charles took over. Not only did he show her the one I was intersted in, he showed her several others to satisfy her curiosity about the other trim levels and available options. His knowledge of the vehicles was again impressive. We went inside and Charles brought Hal over, another sales manager as Randy was busy. I just told him that if he could sell the vehicle to my wife, it was a done deal, if not, we leave and continue looking. Well, Hal and Charles made us feel at home and very soon, with Hal going back and forth several times, my wife gave her nod of approval, which shocked me, and told them to write it up. That night we drove home our new 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab. I can't say enough about their services and willingness to answer all of our questions but to put everything in a different perspective, on our drive home, my wife commented to me that as much as she dreads car dealerships, she actuallly enjoyed herself and she is a very strict GM person. Needless to say, we will definetly be back when its time for another vehicle. A special thanks to Charles, Hal, Randy, and all the other behind the scene employees who assisted. I bought a used honda last year from this dealership. The sales person I had was amazing. John Leder went above and beyond to put me in the car I wanted. As anxious as I was about buying a vehicle, he made me feel comfortable with the buying process. He was very patient with me as I had alot of questions. The best car buying experience ever! I was dreading the whole car buying task after having my favorite car ever, 2005 VW Jetta, totaled. I hate the whole negotiation/car buying experience, but needed a car desperately so I made a list of cars to look at and figured I would start in Modesto and work my way up to Sacramento. I was greeted on the lot by George when I arrived and instantly felt comfortable. He had all the patience in the world, was extremely knowledgeable and made the whole day, dare I say, fun!!! He helped me pick out another, new Jetta that I absolutely love! When I went in with Kevin, the Finance Manager, I thought here we go, this is going to be the unpleasant part. Wrong again, no pressure, just the usual signings and I was done! Truly a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I would and will recommend this dealership to anyone. I've dealt with Chris in the service department with my other car and he is the reason I started my search here. He noticed a couple of bulbs that were out and replaced them at no charge! Larry Hollingsworth is the man to go to buy a Hyundai at Central Valley Auto. The finance guy, Derris Nowlin, kept his word not to pressure me in any way. I didn't feel like I had to be on guard at this dealership, and I feel like the salesman and finance guy were honest and genuinely did me right. I got myself an amazing 2013 Elantra Limited! I asked for a four wheel alignment check and the Service Dept checked it on the day of purchase and provided the computer-generated report showing it was within specs. They gave me a full tank of gas and made sure the car sparkled. I also did some research on their Platinum extended warranty coverage and feel very satisfied with a 10-year bumper-to-bumper coverage for the price I paid. Do your research on the limited manufacturer warranty. Hyundai offers a great warranty, but not necessarily for their electrical components. Thanks for a very pleasant car buying experience!

We just purchased a 2012 Nissan Frontier Pro 4X pickup from Central Valley Nissan in Modesto. Our salesperson was Youbert Amirah and the adviser was Chuck Lawson. Youbert was the best salesman we've ever dealt with in purchasing a vehicle. He was very courteous, wanted to help in any way he could to look at and drive the vehicle we had eyed in the showroom (which we purchased). He even went the distance to move everything around in the showroom to get the vehicle out so we could test drive it and he had no idea if we would purchase it or not at that point. Youbert was not pushy at all and, in fact, was a real pleasure to work with on the looking and ultimate purchasing of the vehicle. In fact, the entire staff we dealt with were great and could not have been better. What we both noticed was the fact when we arrived "the vultures didn't attack" like in so many car dealerships. We both really dislike going to a dealership and immediately get bombarded by pushy sales people. That certainly did not happen with Central Valley Nissan....it was a great experience and I'm sure we'll enjoy this vehicle for a very long time. Youbert is a definite asset to the business, as he reads people very well and is great to deal with. Thank you so much Youbert!!

Our experience at Central Valley Automotive was very pleasant. Both Mr. Canally and Mr. Perez were very friendly and informative and willing to help. The only "down side" to purchasing the car was waiting for the paperwork to print out. It actually took longer than choosing the car to buy. This was not the fault of the 2 salesmen but it is something that could definately be improved upon. Mr. Canally visited with us for the duration of the wait and sympathized that it was going well past our dinner hour. Mr. Perez was apologetic and the paper signing went quickly.

I just bought my first vehicle here at Central Valley Automotive Group. Being a first time buyer and having fair credit I didn't think I would be able to walk out with such a great deal. I planned to purchase a used 2011 Chevy but Mike, my very nice sales rep, helped me and my husband get into a brand new 2012 Dodge Ram for practically the same price! He and David worked out a fantastic deal for me and made the whole processs easy that I will never forget my first time buying a car!

This car purchase was quite painless unlike previous ones. I utilized the internet first to educate myself on the (2) vehicles that I had narrowed down too. Then I utilized the internet to negotiate on the price. This saved alot of time and energy for all parties involved. I highly recommend CVA Hyundai on many levels. First their internet representative was only one person that I was dealing with unlike the other dealership who had multiple people contacting me (a big negative). Once price was agreed, Internet Rep assigned me to a Saleman who was very professional and well educated on my vehicle of choice. Their was no pressure in this vehicle purchase and I did not leave the dealership in a whirlwind. Friendly and competent sales staff. No killer deals here. However, no shady sales tactics. Staff worked hard to make themselves a buck but also worked equally as hard to work within our requirements. Most importantly for us every one was professional and didn't attempt any pressure sales gimmicks. About as pleasant as spending your hard earned money can be.

Great overall experience. No pressure to buy a car and Eric was very knowledgable about the vehicle we were looking at. All staff was extremely friendly. We had a newborn with us and everyone involved was concious of our time. They even fed us lunch! We originally were planning to go through carmax which has treated us well. However Eric with Nissan Modesto was great. They matched our trade in price and gave us a very comparable deal to what we would have got at carmax and it was a brand new vehicle! I would recommend Eric and Modesto Nissab if you are in the market.

I live 70 miles away and found an '04 Lexus online at Valley Lexus of Modesto. Since it was originally purchased at that dealership and maintained there throughout its ownership, I felt secure in buying the car sight unseen without even a test drive. We settled on a price via text message and they even sent a driver to my house to pick me up. The paperwork and the purchase were easy and simple, the sales rep was very courteous and accommodating, and the sales manager was as well. I was offered a warranty for something like $3400, which I thought was high. But they wanted me to have it for my own peace of mind. So they offered it at their cost. Good thing. The car did come with some fixable defects, and the warranty will come in handy for that. Overall, I would drive 70 miles again to buy a car from them, even though we have a Lexus dealer in my city.

I was treated with respect and care. Both Jason and Chris listened to my needs and request and placed me in what they were not what they wanted to sell me. To me that is the definition of a great dealership. Something I haven't experienced at a dealership in along long time.

I bought a used Infiniti fron Jason at Central Valley and it was the best car buying expirence I have ever had. I've bought 5 cars in my time and was always annoyed by the pushy salespeople and the waiting around to do paperwork. The sales process was fast and friendly.
