Where to start, found SUV on eBay, stated low miles and mint condition. I emailed for documentation the condition of SUV and quote " mint condition, NO paint work or prior damage" at this point I purchased SUV. Was also told it would be delivered in 7-10 days. Took over 3 weeks to receive SUV. After taking possession of SUV, it was filthy inside and out, found that the front and rear bumper and left rear quarter panel had been painted. Of course they said they would buy it back but at my cost to ship it back. Would of lost even more money at this point after putting new tires and a professional detail value 2k for these services. What also amazed me is that eBay took there side even though I had pictures that proved this situation! Crooked all around this company " century motor cars is the apitamy of a used car lot that tells you what you want to hear. They take advantage of honest people" On a final note SUV had bad transmission seal that did fall under there 3 month 3k mile warrenty but also discovered the rear differential had no oil, power steering pump had a 1/3rd of power steering fluid. I learned a valuable lesion, never buy from this company again and will most likely never use eBay as they did not protect there valuable customers. I have purchased many cars off eBay and never was taken advantage like this before.

Great experience, great place, great owners & of course, I love my BMW Z3. I cant say enough of what a positive dealing this was. My BMW Z3 was exactly as described & shown in the pictures - perfect. I drove 280 miles to get there from Safety Harbor, but it was well worth it and would do it again.

It took 3 requests for the dealer to send me photos of the vehicles underside; the first indication of incompetence. I had a friend test drive the tacoma and I decided to purchase. Frank, the dealer, took my deposit of $500 over the phone 15 minutes after my friend left the dealership. My bank indicates the deposit went through at 11:29 am. I purchased an airline ticket from NY to Florida to arrive two days later. I was happy and excited to have made the purchase. At 4:00 The dealer emails to say another buyer purchased the truck on ebay, AFTER me and he would honor that purchase over mine. I looked at Ebay and the buyer purchased at 3:34 pm. The dealer had over 4 hours to remove the truck from ebay. Gina has since told me they are unable to remove a vehicle from eBay. Then she told me they could have....which is it? Frank apologized, but would not honor my purchase. I suspect they prefer eBay buyers so they can keep their eBay reviews artificially high as they screw people buying from cars.com or elsewhere. That he never removed the vehicle from ebay in the 4 hours after my purchase shows more incompetence. That he didnt honor the sale to me, the first buyer, shows he is an unethical dealer. The right thing to do would be honor the first sale. Everyone would agree on this. Now I have a $300 plane ticket to nothing. It took over two weeks and a dozen calls and emails to get my deposit back. Frank and Gina offered nothing to make this situation right. Their interests and concerns are only of themselves. Beware: your deposit means nothing at Century Motor Car. If they do this, what other questionable practices does Century Motor Car engage in to sell cars? To be fair, I sent this review to Frank and Gina and they had nothing to change.

For starter, I inspect cars professionally and this vehicle was one of the worst when it comes to dealer deception. Vehicle was found on eBay. Was a 10 year old low mileage (less than 25k miles) , one owner, "certified pre owned" with a clean Carfax. Purchased and paid in full over the phone. I flew in from out of state and was quickly upset at the state of the car. Was advertised as accident free, but I found that the front bumper, entire passenger side, and rear bumper had been previously repainted indicating at least moderate damage to a large area of the car. It was so easy to spot that I can't even believe it was incompetence on their part. I am certain that they willfully withheld those facts. Then the vehicle was listed with only insignificant scratches and dings. This was also untrue. I found large, deep, obvious scratches and dings some of which were hidden with touch up that didn't match.Tail light had multiple large cracks and needed replacing. Key fob didn't work at all. Weatherstrip was dry and cracked. As far as mechanical condition, it was also in poor condition. Starting was hard and labored. When shifting into a gear, it would drop hard and loudly into gear indicating many possible mechanical failures. On the road there were intermittent abnormal noises from the automatic transmission. The brakes were spongy and required immediate repair. Alignment was also needed. Certainly not what any reasonableperson would expect from a "certified pre owned" low mileage late model vehicle. I brought these issues to Austin who was dismissive. He told me that the repainting was not a significant issue. Wouldn't acknowledge the very apparent transmission issues. He finally called over the shop technician who did acknowledge the issue. I finally managed to get him to refund my money, but took some effort to simply get a ride back to the airport which he told me the owner specifically said not to give me a ride back. I'm still out of pocket for round trip airfare and an entire day wasted. TL/DR: Car was grossly misdvertised. Critical issues were intentionally withheld. Hidden accident and had faulty transmission. Clearly NOT a certified pre owned vehicle. Simply and absolutely false. This dealership is simply unethical and deceptive.

I bought this car after seeing there add on line! It was a nightmare , that's truly something I have never dealt with in my 66 years on this earth. I wish I never ever came in contact with anyone there. The truth is I did & my nightmare just began.

I bought a car from this dealer sight unseen on Ebay. I was assured the car was wonderful. It had a clean Carfax and low miles. The moment I got it the car was bleeding oil.No help from dealer. Frank and Austin were cocky and disrespectful after I bought the car.Cost of oil leak was $1100.

DONT BUY THIS CAR. 2002 CHRYSLER CONCORD LXI VIN # 2C3AD36M12H225907On May 2nd 2016 I bought a 2002 Chrysler Concord LXI from Century Motors. Within a week it had to be towed several times. First a part on the fuel line broke which gave off a strong odor of gas. It cost $300.00 and dealer would only pay half. Then both handles on the front door came off in our hands. We noticed they were glued later. Then the engine light came on and the car overheated. I brought it to my mechanic and he first fixed the thermostat and when that didn't work he called me with really bad news. The head gasket was cracked and rigged with a glue called "blue devil". I towed car back to dealership. The owner was out of town for a week but said his manager would handle it. One week later I finally called and the manager said the mechanic did not look at the car yet. Really? He also said there is nothing he can do and that I had to wait until the next day when owner was back. The next day I showed up at dealership and owner was finally there. He said he was busy and would have to get back with me tomorrow. I told him no need, I am pulling the car today. He said no, you don't have to do that, I'll have someone look at it tonight. I said no thank you, I am calling AAA and the car is getting pulled tonight. He had to nerve to say I wasn't given him the opportunity to work with me. I said you had the car 10 days, that's enough time. We were not even out of the car lot yet when he was calling telling us to come back with the title and he would give us our money back, which he did. But, he also said the car was running fine and it was not the gasket. So, what was it they didn't want us to find on that car? The worst part of this story is the car was back on the lot the next day listed for $200.00 more then what I paid for it. The difference is an extended warranty was now offered. These guys should be arrested. They are crooks who treat people horrible.

Bought car online, sight unseen. Very good transaction with quick delivery and helpful staff. I assume, as with all sight unseen transactions, there were a couple of hiccups regarding vechicle, but that is when Century showed their true metal, and worked with me to ensure my complete satisfaction. Very honest and trustworthy and would work with again!

Bought a 2004 Saab 9-5 off of Ebay from Frank, sight unseen. We came up with a fair price and Frank added some extras, such as new tires to my satisfaction. As I assume with most online transactions for a 14 year old car, there was an issue that did not meet my expectations.Frank was very understanding and went over and beyond to my complete satisfaction.A pleasure to deal with and would definitely purchase from again.

I just recently purchased a Ford Expedition from Gina and Frank and couldn't be more happy or satisfied with my purchase. They were super friendly, as were their staff. I have never been to a dealership that made you feel as welcome or like part of the family, nor did they attack you while you're trying to get out of your vehicle like vultures. The truck was super clean, in great shape and had low mileage which is hard to find in my area, so the two hour drive was more than worth the trip!!! The showroom was unlike anything I've ever seen and as a pet lover, the adorable "family" cats were just an extra bonus for me. :) I would recommend them to anyone!!

Contacted Frank about a truck they had there.. About 1000 dollars anove nada. but normal.. He suggested a finance co. for older cars.. lol 2004.. and I was approved.. Great.. fico score. but they still wanted 3 grand down.. and would not take a motorcycle in trade.. So. they do find older vehicles w lower milage. but you will need. cash. and they bump up the price for the low mileage. So your paying high Nada or more retail.. Very nice people though..

Applied for financing somewhere else and sent them financing info, said they would contact me next day.. Once again didn't. I planned on buying two cars. Their loss.

Wow, where to start. On August 25th, 2015, I bought a 2007 Durango on Ebay, from these people. The car was described as well maintained and in excellent condition. The ad disclosed one minor accident in the rear. It also stated that the warranty would be extended from 3 months to 12 months if the, "Buy it now" option was used. The price was $11,900.00, top dollar for a 2007 Durango. I did use the buy it now option, and completed the purchase in good faith. The vehicle arrived about three weeks after the initial purchase, on Ebay. It was immediately clear that the vehicle had been in a front end collision. There were interior trim parts falling off and the door lock buttons did not work. The windshield washer pump did not work and the headlight, dimmer switch did not function. The engine has made an audible, valve train noise since day one. Estimates from reputable, collision repair shops ranged from $3250.00 to $3300.00. The owner of Century Motors was reluctant to pay for any of the repairs, initially. After A GREAT DEAL of arguing and negotiating, Frank agreed to pay for 50% of the collision repair. I ate the other half. The warranty paperwork that the dealer sent, showed only a 3 month coverage period. I e-mailed and called Austin, Frank's flunky, many, many times over the next several weeks to have the warranty extended to 12 months, as stated in the original, Ebay ad. It is now January 16, 2016 nearly 5 months after the purchase and I still do not have a copy of the warranty. I do, however, have a 2007 Durango that has been in at least 2 accidents, that I paid almost $12,000.00 for. On top of the purchase price, I have sunk over $2000.00 into the vehicle out of my own pocket. AVOID THESE PEOPLE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! They have NO integrity or decency!

I was interested in a corvette that was advertised by this dealer. I spoke with Frank and Austin numerous times before deciding to drive 177 miles ( one way ) to see the car. I was told that the car was perfect no scratches showroom condition. Well the vehicle was anything from perfect. Austin pointed to the car and said "the keys are in in " and that was the last of his help. He is useless and as for the car very sketchy. Scratches all over the car stained carpets and a dead battery so I couldn't even open the trunk. And to top it off there was cat hair all over the roof because they allow their pet cat to climb on all the vehicles. I notices the hair and paw prints on a few different vehicles. As for Austin he never once came out side to ask if we had any questions of if we needed assistance. This place is definitely a sketchy back yard operation. Wasted a tank of gas and a full day on the road because of their lies. guess that's why the Better Business Bureau gives them a "F" rating deservingly so. Thank you Frank and Austin for wasting my time. I hope I can save someone else from going there for nothing in the future

Was very concerned buying a car online sight unseen but took delivery yesterday of a low mileage 2001 Jaguar XK ; and it was exactly as portrayed on line and through a phone conversation with Frank. Even the transport driver who hauled it from Florida to Michigan was amazed at what a nice car it was and how many compliments he got on it during the transport process, The overall purchase process was very smooth and efficient. No buyer remorse here!

I bought a 2006 Honda Pilot from this dealer. I may have paid a little more than I would have at other dealers but it is a great car. When I got it home i noticed one of the electric windows was not working. I took it back a couple of days later expecting to get a run-around but they were great. They ordered the part and installed it the next day, no questions asked. I had it checked out at another Honda dealer and the car was every bit as good as it looked. No mechanical problems. I had a very good buying experience.

Purchased a 2003 Subaru for my daughter for her 16th birthday. Found the car online and had a freind stop to look at it as he lived nearby. He told me the car looks like the pictures. Great shape! Called Frank and made a deal on the car for a price I thought was fair. Picked me up at the airport like they said they would. I drove the car and everything was as promised. Everyone at Century Motors were great to deal with and I would deal with them again.

What more is there to say? "Used auto dealer" and "pleasant experience" are rarely used in the same sentence, however, Century Motors' staff was totally professional and friendly. Their inventory is impressive and, unlike other dealers, cars were clean and fresh for test drives. They listen to wants and needs and do their best to accomodate. I highly recommend them.

Austin got me a loan and than changed the price on eBay of the truck by $5000.00. I called him and was told they had printed the wrong price, after I was approved for a loan. You can't change the selling price on eBay until the original ad has expired.the original ad had two days left on it. This dealer is suppose to be one of the top 10 on eBay. I called eBay to complain they did nothing. Big dealers can do what ever they want, I guess. I have bought and sold cars on eBay myself, this dealer sucks!!

I got the car online, based on the pictures provided, about 2 weeks ago. Because I was looking for a used car, I easily accepted here and there some not perfect things, so, as usual, the product is not as the advertisement. Even I was seeing the car directly I am convinced that I was getting the car. I don't see anything wrong with the car yet, and I pray to be like this long time from now on.

On March 14, 2014, I flew to Fort Lauderdale and met with the manager, Austin. I was looking for a 97 or 98 Lincoln Mark with low miles that was in excellent condition. At the time, this particular car, was the second highest priced similar model listed on any of the major used car sites. I was willing to pay top dollar to receive a low mileage vehicle in excellent shape. Upon arriving, I was told the vehicle was being washed and readied for sale. After inspection, I noticed that the rear window seal was wavy from sun damage and that the defroster/ heater did not operate correctly. I was told the defroster issue just needed to warm up and the seal would cost about $200 to repair. I agreed to reduce my offer by $100. I purchased the vehicle and brought it back to Jacksonville. Since then, I have determined the window seal is not available and $800 to repair. The defroster needed a new blend door actuator and was $700 (5 hours labor just to dissemble dash); The air conditioner /compressor was completely shot and needed to be replaced, $800. The brake calipers were rusted ( one did not operate and one later seized) and the rotors warped, $ 850. The plug wire harness and boots were completely corroded and needed to be replaced, $250. Additional services including transmission service, radiator service and oil, $225. All total over $3600. I recognize I purchased an old car in "As Is " condition and was prepared to spend some money on servicing it. However, the most disappointing part about all of this is that Century took active steps to conceal some of these issues, some with safety implications, at the time of sale. Obviously these issues would have had an impact on the value and price of the vehicle. For example, the window seal and defroster issues are apparently common to this vehicle model and well known in the industry. Instead, I was specifically told these were minor issues and even quoted a price of $200. Also, the AC compressor showed evidence of being recently charged, which allowed it to blow cold air for a couple of days during the purchase period. Upon inspection however, the old compressor had green dye stains all over it, where it had been leaking for some time and obviously known to your maintenance people. Similarly, and most shocking, the brakes had new pads installed over corroded calipers and warped rotors, again concealing the true nature of the condition of the vehicle. These are all common examples of used car tricks expected from shoddy fly-by-night operators. I expected more. Not only because I specifically was purchasing a low mileage "cream puff" but because Century advertises its company as a dealer that emphasizes customer service and "fully serviced vehicles." Moreover, the owner claims to be President of the trade association. Not a good example for the industry. Needless to say, this experience has left me very disappointed and dissatisfied with Century Motors aka Floridacars1.

We had been searching cars.com for an Acura TL for some time and we came across a very nice 1 owner vehicle for a great price. We went in to Century Motors and were treated like family. After checking out the vehicle we loved it so much that we decided to purchase it based on the quality of the vehicle and great service that we received. We had a really great experience and would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking to make a very good investment for their family. Thanks Century Motors Of South Florida! Definitely one of the best dealers in South Florida.

Went to pick up car that we bought for Grandson and they pick me up at airport and all was 10+'s from their on. Was a problem with a window regulator not working right and they didn't try to hide it from me but took care of it. Also car was service, fill with gas and ready to go. Great people to work with.

I started dealing with Austin at first he was very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. Made me feel comfortable and at ease he then introduced me to Gina she was excellent she takes care of all the paper work. I bought a 1999 white Cadillac Escalade with low miles on it (67000) about two yrs ago from Frank at Century Motors,it was a clean truck, He took every call until the sale was done, Never answered another call was always busy when I called, He was supposed to take some glue off of my mirror is he never did, Two days later the transfer case started to leak, Every time it rained I had a leak in the back of the truck could not find where it was coming from and every time I called Frank was not available, Just be careful check the car thoroughly before you purchase from Frank. I bought a 2001 BMW Z3 with low millage. Pictures and description were right on. Picked up at the airport on time, inspected and test drove the car, purchased it, and was on my way in 2.5 hours. I drove 1750 miles to Maine with no problems at all. Gina and Frank were easy to do business with and I would recommend them to anyone!

Pictures can be very deceiving especially those taken from 20 feet and in the shade. Make sure you see any car you wish to buy from this dealer up close. They don't point out imperfections in their photos.

They let me wander around and check you the cars without any pressure, offered test drives for any vehicle I wanted to try. They were open to work with me and ended up buying a 1999 Ford Explorer Sport. Everything was very quick and smooth, Austin was great!

If you shopped for a clean used car, look nowhere else. I researched on the Internet for the longest time for a clean Town Car to no avail. Finally found a link to Century Motors, and I'm glad I did! We live in north Jersey, and we have a condo in Delray Beach, just 15 minutes from the dealership. Frank had the car I was looking for, at a fair price. He accommodated me in every way, over the phone and through emails. Flew down, picked the car, and the next day we drove across the state and back. A few days later we drove straight through to NJ. Over the 1272 miles and 18.5 hours, the car ran and felt like it was brand new, averaging 73 mph, and close to 24.5 mpg. Thanks to Frank and Austin, they've restored my faith in used car dealers; as long as I buy from Century Motors! I'll be back, as I'll probably never buy another new car.

Purchased a Lincoln from them, test drove the car and told them about the issues that I had w/ it before I bought.(Frank) said he would fix the issue because it probably had something to do with my ignition coil. Since I thought this was a minor issue, I believed that it would get fixed. Buy the car, drive the car, still misfiring. Take it back--now he believes its the computer(which isn't cheap) and he's gonna fix. I agree to go half on it w/ him, keeps my car for a week and nothing was ever done. So I feel like I was beat out of extra $$$ on a car that he supposedly fixed. Thought it would correct itself, then I take it to Lincoln and they tell me"my cpu is still bad, which is still causing my car to run awful. I am a Subway Franchise Owner and I know what customer service is and that's not how you do business. Now the money I spent on half of the computer should've gone to the real solution and now Lincoln tells me the part costs $900. I wasted time and money driving to and fro w/ these ppl and all they tell me is to bring it back. I'm extremely frustrated about this mishandling of the situation and the car that I thought was in good driving condition was a bunch of bull. All they have done was make it worse for themselves--because you don't pick and choose who you handle correctly--your business is to help everyone who wants to do business with you the right way! PERIOD

Searching cars.com I found several 2000/2001 Sables.. However, my experience at the various dealers was disappointing to say the least until I visited Century Motors. Frank & Gina and all their staff were so friendly and helpful. As a single woman buying a car, I always felt at a disadvantage..not here. It was the day of the Dolphin visit so everyone was in a great mood and it translated. Gina and Frank are very dedicated to their business. Some problems encountered with the swap of the 6 disc CD changer but anticipate full resolution. Great, great people to buy a car from. Kudos.

I honestly say that for my 1st vehiclew purchase through a dealership, I thoroughly respect and enjoyed this experience. I and my wife reviewed several vehicles and believe that we would have been happy with selecting any of them. We chose an '02 Chevy Trailblazer. The vehicle looks great and rides great and we look forward to years of good driving. The showroom is really comfortable and pleasant to shop in. The staff (Austin in particular) was very helpful and professional. I have already recommended the Century Motors Company to friends for consideration. I hope to shop here again in the future for another quality vehicle. Best of luck to Century Motors! A

What a bad experience! I went there to check out on a 07 Shelby with a reasonable price. I checked out the car and it seemed OK. But than I asked the owner if he would take my GT 2006 in trade. No, I sent my customers to Carmax, was the answer. I told him that I wanted to do the deal with him, so he took a look at my stunning GT. But only at the mileage. The rest of the time he was checking the market for 06 GT's on his I-phone and in his little price book. 10K was his answer. He did not even check out the car. Never in my life will I step into this low class dealership. What a waist of time.

I contacted this dealer recently when I was looking for a used Honda Element for my daughter who is going off to college. I was really impressed with the fact that both Frank and Austin offered to find a used Element for me, even though they didn't have one in stock. I'm looking forward to seeing the car they find and doing business with them. They assured me that I would get a great deal too. I highly recommend anyone to contact them when you need another car.
