Top notch sales and service. I've heard and seen a lot of dealership horror stories, Cernohous consistently sets the tone for a customer-first dealership. There is no pressure on sales, outstanding trade-in offers, and their service dept. has addressed all issues we've had on both vehicles purchased from here without second guessing or giving us any sort of run-around. Hands down the best dealership I've ever worked with and I'll continue to do business with them as long as I drive Chevrolet.

We were trying to leave on a 12 day family vacation when our truck wouldn’t start. We called you and got Chevrolet Roadside Assistance to tow our truck to your dealership. It was Friday and your service department was booked solid. Thanks to Cole and others in your service department we got a new starter put in and was off to our family vacation by five in the afternoon. Cole and the team were excellent and hero's to our family. I am making every effort to spread the word on the excellent service Cernohaus provides.

Small town dealership with the big city deals! If you walk in here a stranger, you leave a friend. These guys are absolutely amazing! I have purchased vehicles from Cernohous and thought I'd try other dealers and have no idea why! The experience and knowledge is unbeatable. The staff at cernohous is truly the best. They made this car buying process seamless and so easy! If they don't have what you are looking for on the lot just give them a heads up and they can find it for you! Highly recommend the short drive to Prescott Wi!
