I had a very hard time getting information from my service rep, Eleno. Sometimes he would just not respond when I asked him questions. He established communication updates with me thru text, but then would ignore my questions at times. I was without a car for nearly 3 weeks for a engine valve repair. It was like pulling teeth to try to find out when I'd get my car back when I was trying to make rental car plans and transportation plans since I travel for work and needed my car back ASAP. I guess they also changed my oil, but didn't reset the car or put a sticker, so I paid another $60 to change the oil since I couldn't confirm with him whether the oil was changed. Very disappointed in the service. It took over a week for them to start working on my engine and then the machine shop had the cylinder head for over another week, when I was told turn around time would be '2 to 3 days.' Again, for someone that travels and drives everywhere for work, it was frustrating not being able to know when I'd get my car back. I live 4 hours from where the dealership is, so it was even more crucial I knew when it would be ready. I even went over there before I left back home to get some things out of my car and no one could find the keys, so I wasn't able to take things out of the car I needed for work. Again, very disappointed and will never take my car to this dealership again if I can avoid it.

The Experience was "Awesome", great customer service and the best knowledge of vehicle. They treated us like we where the owners of the dealership and worked hard to give us a great deal! We had the best salesman (Edward) and the best financing department behind him. We are recommending everyone we know there. Cause everyone should be treated like there ROYALTY.

I have dreaded buying cars in the past until meeting David Rodriguez and Charles Clark Chevy. I and my family have purchased a total of 4 vehicles from David in the past 3 years. Growing up, my family was in the auto industry, and David does business the way we used to. Treat customers with respect, and treat them even better after the purchase than during the purchase. The Clark Chevrolet dealership is great, David is honest and treats his customers as extended family members. Juan in finance is great, and the service department is top knotch too. Couldn't be happier with both David and Charles Clark Chevrolet. Keep up the great work!
