I had the recent pleasure of working with Nick Smith on a continuing basis in my pursuit of a RX350. He was the most polite, professional and considerate of any salesman I have ever met. He went over and beyond the call of duty. No slick, snakey, high pressure sales tactics like I experienced at Vaden. Nick was all class. Although I didn't end up buying at this time I would highly recommend Nick to anyone looking to buy. I will certainly return here in pursuit of my next car!

Even though we couldn't make a deal, our car shopping experience at this dealership was by far the best one we've ever had. Ultimately we decided to keep our car for a few more years but this will definitely be our first stop when we are ready to buy. Our sales person, Mark, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all of our questions and just had a wonderful personality. We sincerely hope he is still there when we return to buy.

I must say Chatham Parkway Lexus & The Headquarters are a JOKE! If you want lie after lie, story after story, then by all means go here! NEVER in my life will I buy from LEXUS! They will give you a run for your money, I am still dealing with issues from 3 months ago! Right, what a joke! After receiving several Lexus's with dents, scratches. Along with poor customer service from the manager, general manager! I finally received a car that came with no scratches, dents. But I was promised a check from the Lexus Headquarters, & we are soon to be going on two months with no reimbursement check! I must say I should have NEVER EVER signed for this new car! I have never in my life felt so unhappy driving a piece of JUNK! Yes, that is what this car is a $47,000 outrageous piece of JUNK! As far as future services go, I WILL NOT BE taking my car to the LEXUS dealership!

The customer service was really good - very professional and polite. It's just been a day since I got the car back - so too soon to judge the diagnosis and fix. But as far as the customer service is concerned, they kept me informed at various steps of diagnosis and provided a detailed explanation of the issue with the car. They also answered all my questions in a very professional manner and were very patient.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! !!. I took my 2004 RX330 with 130,000 miles on it in for a recall dash replacement. When I went to pick my car up 2 Days Later the service rep said it wouldn't crank that the battery was dead. I have not had any problem with it the battery was 2 years old but OK I need a new battery. He replaces the battery the car is still struggling to stay cranked. He suggests that it must be the alternator and that possibly the alternator must have gone bad while it was passing through the carwash and that was why it went undetected by the technicians and the alternator must have blown the battery. they suggest that I need to replace the alternator I have my own mechanic so I did not want to let Lexus do it I told him that I would take it to my own mechanic he said that I might need to have it towed as it again was struggling to stay running. I decide on my own I'm going to risk it my mechanic is only 10 minutes away my mechanic tells me just don't use any lights air-conditioning ect okay no problem. I get to my mechanics and leave it there and go back to work he brings it to Me 2 hours later there is nothing wrong with my car it needed an IDOL RELEARN (Google it..its basically when your car battery has been disconnected for any length of time it needs to relearn how to idle very common ) . I take it back to lexus the next morning letting them know what had gone on and the fact that not only did I not need an alternator but I probably didn't need the battery that I just bought. I expected them to give me a service loaner and look it over and make sure all the computers were reprogrammed as because my mechanic had only gotten to some of them not all of them my back window's still didn't work. I spoke with the service manager he reset the programming on my back windows and dismissed me and said all he did was change out the dash and couldn't help that I needed a battery I informed him that I brought my mechanic with me this morning and he could explain it to him. He has my mechanic and myself sit down in his office he goes back to get the printout for my battery again insisting that all he did was change out the dash my mechanic suggest that if the car was not towed in it should not have needed to be towed out I guess this angered guess this angered the service manager at that point he is standing both hands on the desk leaning over hovering and barking at us that if my mechanic can fix it then my mechanic should fix it and that my car is old it has 130,000 miles on it and it will be probably be needing a new alternator soon with raised voice I am explaining to him that my car is just getting broken in I bought a Lexus because I know it will go 300,000 miles I have not had any problems with my Lexus whatsoever. The service managers body language was that of extreme intimidation and anger and my mechanic suggest that he sits down before he gets pissed off. At this point we are told to leave. I am beside myself I could not believe what just happened I was very loud and did a little bit of swearing out in the service center and immediately went over to the the front desk and ask to speak to the GM .The GM was nowhere to be found. the girl up at the front desk was trying to get him on the phone there was an elderly gentleman there that was trying to listen to me and I told him how very upset I was I was about in tears and shaking all over I actually apologized to him for my behavior in the service center because it is very unlike me. I had been at the front desk for about 5 minutes or so when the service manager walks up and exclaims very loudly that if I did not move my vehicle he would have it towed. I leave I called the GM he finally answers and insist that he will call me back after he talks to his staff he calls me back about an hour later. long story short he was of no help whatsoever he wanted to refund my money for my battery but no acknowledgement of how rude his staff was to me nor did he acknowledge that they did anything wrong at all by selling me a battery that I didn't need nor did I need an alternator because my car is running fine. Actually wanted to buy a new NX but that will not be happening because if I have to have it serviced here I will not buy one TAKING IT TO THE NEXT LEVEL

I had to make 7 x 40" 1 way trips to Service to fix a single problem. It was misdiagnosed at first, but I still had to Pay $1700 for the problem which persisted. Each time I took it in, a new problem would arise which Service would deny they caused. After paying them more than $3000, the car is now sluggish and I am reluctant to take the car to them again. I have owned 5 Lexus cars. This is the worst Lexus DealershipI have ever been to, and I have been to many in several states.

We come to the Chatham Parkway Lexus because of Jessica!! She has made herself available to us 24/7 which is not s! something car people normally do! She is so helpful & patient. She gives us plenty of warning on more expensive repairs & lets us build plans & services that work with our financial needs! We just LOVE this place. Jessica should be given a raise, cause she has kept us loyal costumers for years! We wont even get a tire plugged somewhere else, we don't carry that trust with any other car companies!!

I owned a 2003 Lexus ES300, original, and loved it. When I decided to buy newer, I found the car, the dealership and the best sales consultant, Chris Nichols, who spent all the time needed with me to help me choose, work through the details, and then introduce this grown-up version of my old car to me. Chris was patient, and did everything I asked (I'm not an easy person). I inadvertently had left my prescriptioned sunglasses in the old Lexus, and he hunted them down for me the next day. Both Chris and Al Chester were experienced and a joy to work with. They both made letting go of my old car easy and getting into the new one a real treat! Thank you.

This was my third Lexus purchase! All are still on the road and in amazingly great condition. We were given top notch attention while shopping for our new SUV and Peter made this experience a great one. We were shown all of the options on each vehicle that we drove and that helped us with our decision. The finance officer was also very helpful and friendly. All around a great experience! I would highly recommend this dealership and please ask for Peter, he really goes above and beyond to make sure you are completely happy with your new car.

Who enjoys a unscheduled service, its inconvenient, its an unscheduled payment which you was not expecting and it an overall pain in the you know what. I was searching the Web for a Red 2012 Buick LaCrosse Touring Edition. After a few weeks I found one at a Lexus dealership in Savannah,Ga (Chatham Parkway Lexus). I talked with Paul there several times to get enough info to take a four hour trip to look at the car. He seemed truthful but we all know sometimes bad experiences can happen, so early Friday Oct.17 we arranged a one way rental car andbegan a good car buying experience.I use the word experience because it was more than just a purchase. We met a honest sales department who presented the car accurately over the phone and were gracious to our needs and time schedule. The paperwork was done by a super nice business manager and ready at arrival. After our inspection and test drive --we spent a short time during final prep with a great young salesman from Texas(Ben) who gave me a TRUE Lexus Tour(bumper to bumper features) and almost changed my mine. So in less than 2 hours my wife of 51 years and I were playing 50's and 60's music on the SirusXD and happily cruising back to upper South Carolina in our Red LaCrosse. My second RX lease with Will Richards at Chatham Parkway. My experience was as the first one... wonderful product, very knowledgeable salesman and service staff. I am always greeted when I come in for service by Will and I could rest assured that he was keeping track of my miles with each of my visits and would let me know when the time was right to trade. On my last service visit, the time was right! My new RX was gassed and ready! Basically traded keys and I'm good to go.

My mother's 2007 S550 went through a puddle during a rain storm and was totaled from water damage. I immediately came down from Raleigh to help her with this process. I called on my way down to set up appointments with several car dealers, and was truly impressed with Joe Blumenthal's expert level of service, as well as honest answering of the LS 460. I reviewed their inventory the previous evening with my mother remotely, and she liked one of the models in stock. Joe mentioned when I called him that he was unsure of the one that my mom was interested in, so he would call me back. When he did, it was just now coming off of the truck - I was very glad that it was totally new, and that the dealer had this one in inventory as it was being delivered that morning - In addition to their intelligent sales, the facility was very clean, and very comfortable to walk through. All of their personnel were very friendly and open to any question we had. It was a very pleasant experience for my mother and myself walking her through this process. She just loves her new LS 460, and we look forward to her future maintenance with this dealer. They hold up on every promise, and then some! My name is Richard and I recently purchased an 2014 ES350. I saw the ad online about the leasing opprotunities available on the new ES. I sent an email to Scott, an online sales manager, responded in a welcoming way. I expressed my needs in which another dealership was unable to accept, I gave him my bottom line of which I could work with. Scott told me not to worry about it and that he would have a clear decision by the end of the week. That Saturday I was introduced to my salesman Jerry Centers, as Scott contacted me about coming in to complete the deal. Scott and Jerry actually handled everything including picking out the vehicle to arranging a pick up from the rental car company. The team at CP Lexus were truly amazing and I appreciate all they have done. I will definitely purchase another vehicle as long as these two guys are still there.

I had been thinking of a replacement for our 2009 Lexus RX350 when I brought it in to Chatham Pkwy Lexus for it's 65000 mile service. I asked the service advisor if there were any salesmen available and he introduced me to Curtis Pearil. What a lucky break to meet up with a very knowledgeable young man who was able to answer any question I asked. The only problem was my wife, who is the principal driver wasn't with me. We set a follow up meeting for 3 days later, he answered all her questions, took us for a test drive, went through the selection of available RX's and showed a very low mileage previously owned car. It had everything we wanted ...he explained the residual warranty, showed all the alternatives of financing and we then closed the deal at a price which I felt was fair. No high pressure at all. He gave us a quick briefing so we could safely drive it home, he handled the transfer of insurance for me and set another meeting the following day to handle any questions about the new car. We met the next day with our list of questions which he quickly explained. ...I hope he is still around in a couple of years when it's time to buy a replacement. His attitude and general demeanor made it a pleasant experience. H was terrific and a great representitive for Lexus!!

I don't like visiting dealership because of pushy sales folks and unethical practices I've experienced in the past. This was not the case at Chatham Parkway Lexus--the sales man, Jerry Centers, was a professional in every way. Very responsive and considerate to what I wanted to purchase. At no time did he try to stare me in a direction just to make a sale, I appreciated that. The total process was painless and I would not hesitate to go back, in the future.

Had a very pleasant experience during buying process for my new ES-350. My initial contact was a relatively new sales associate but was very courteous, and fairly knowledgeable of the car and the process. The sales Manager was very helpful in bringing the entire deal together with as little delay and frustration as possible. The delivery process and final transition went smoothly and follow up was timely. Buying a new vehicle can be a little stressful but these employees made the entire process as less painful as possible.

I had set a time to pick up a used car. We had agreed on price. The sales person said he would put a sold sign in the vehicle. I was in my truck to pick up the vehicle when I received a phone call saying it was sold. I asked how and "a buyer came in and they were going to make more money on them so they sold it to them" I thought a Lexus dealership would pride themselves on customer service. I would never do business with any of the Chatham parkway dealerships...

This was the best experience I ever had with a car dealer, and I am in my fifties so I have dealt with quite a few. Our salesperson Al Chester proves that there are good people in the car business. He worked with us and made sure all our questions were answered and got us a good price. Well worth the drive.
