I had an excellent experience at Checkered Flag BMW! I was looking to trade in my car for something a little roomier and not as expensive as my current one. Mauricio Suarez took great care of me and helped me get everything I was looking for in a car appearance wise and price wise. He was extremely involved and really cared! He followed up continuously even after I purchased my new car, which most people do not do. I really appreciate it. Everyone lined up by my new car and congratulated me handing me my keys on a silver platter (literally). Best car buying experience I’ve ever had.

While vacationing in Virginia I made a terrible mistake and drove my 2016 BMW X4 into standing water. I never made it to the other side. I had the tow truck bring it to Checkered Flag (based solely on distance). After I received word from my insurance company that the car was a total loss, I went there to retrieve my valuables. Mauricio was kind enough to open the door for my wife and I, and to direct me to the service department to find my car. While I was there, my wife explained that we wanted to find a close replacement. Well Mauricio found us the perfect replacement! After a short review of inventory we found our next auto, a 2018 BMW X4 with low mileage. That same afternoon we completed the sale and drove the cleaned vehicle with a full tank of gas back to our vacation home! Mauricio was a true professional, guiding us through the process. He fully explained extra packages available for a used vehicle but we never felt pressured. He made what started as a bad vacation experience into what we both feel was the best solution for our situation. Thank you Mauricio!

Just look for the Checkered Flag and Go! Mr. J. Benson has waved a Flag for me to keep moving forward. The car I was looking for was not available and with the right question, Mr. Benson found another worthy car not just for me but my family!
