I was shopping for a new car and decided to stop by since it was on the way to work. Within seconds a saleswoman Gaelle approached me. She showed me my options and helped me get a great deal for a new car.

It makes a difference when you go to a dealership and sales associates don't pressure you into buying a car. Roscoe Blinebury and his manager Ryan helped me out IMMENSLY by throwing in a free oil change and even though I ended up not buying another car, they never treated me like another sale to meet a quota. I'll be considering Cherry Hill Mitsubishi first for my next car buying experience!

I came in my with daughter and were immediately greeted by smiling faces. Our sales rep was Gaelle who was beyond helpful. She was very interactive with my daughter also which is key in customer service so more points to her. Will definitely recommend to a friend. Thanks Gaelle

I recently visited the cherry hill location to try and purchase a car and have nothing but the best to say about the young lady that helped me. My credit is not the best but she did everything she could to try a get me a deal and made me feel like a valued client. Thank you Gaelle for going above and beyond!

I came looking for a car here, I didn't wind up purchasing because I'm just looking at different places for now but the service was great! I was offered many different deals and the sales man related his life to mine and was very funny! I'd definitely refer family and friends here if they need a new car!!

Second time clients here. Unfortunately completely different sales staff then in 2010. I should have walked out seeing how run down it had become, but we love myHusbands Outlander and it has been the best car! The Outalnder GT was supposedly "certified" . I can tell you it was turned in and never checked.!Over a three week period I was back on 6 different occasions for broken/ missing parts , and idle engine problems etc. The previous owners info was still programmed in the car including her address on the gps! The last time San Juan the manger kept it for a week and assured me everything would be checked. That was not the case and as the previous experiences nothing was communicated to the service team. I still have a broken seat belt and missing covers to the back of my seats. I was humiliated last visit and don't ever want to return again. They promise the moon and fall short. Good luck trying to get help from anyone in sales! Also the Gm is unreachable as well. We have tried several times . I'm just praying I didn't purchase a lemon ! I will never buy here again. Worst experience ever!!! I say stay away ! Not the same dealership it was in the past!

Roscoe was a pleasure to work with. Young sales people that "get it" are tough to find. His patience, knowledge & pleasant personality made for a successful visit. Also the team of Robert Sheared, Sales Manager & San Juan, Used Car Manager made the whole experience a pleasure. Great staff - excellent dealer.

The people at Cherry Hill Mitsubishi were extremely helpful in helping me to upgrade to a brand new car. I worked with Don who went above and beyond to get me the deal I wanted on the car I wanted. He was very helpful, insightful, courteous and not a pushy salesman at all. I would definitely recommend anyone in the market for a car to go check Don out. You won't regret it.

Went to Cherry Hill Mitsubishi thinking I was going to get treated the same way I was at 3 other dealers (they will remain nameless). My credit was not as good as I'd like it to be after getting divorced with 3 kids and no help from my ex. Couldn't have been treated better by the staff at cherry hill. Don Sowney and his manager promised they would do whatever it took to get me in a car and now I have a 2016 mirage! I can't tell you how grateful I am!!!

I had a very good experience with Cherry Hill Mitsubishi. My sales person was Don, and he was great! He was very nice and just as important....no pressure! He was helpful and didn't try to bully me into a purchase. I am very happy with my purchase. Thanks Don for all your help! :)

Don was great went out of his way to to find me the car I wanted but unfortunately we didn't find one for my price range. Showed me a gmc terrain. And I fell in love with it!! Don't does what he has to to get you what you need. Not like most dealers... he is strait forward and cares about the customer !! Would recommend!

As far as a dealership in a whole it felt like a new experience. Not just like they wanted to make a sale but that they wanted to make me happy. I appreciated the professionalism of my salesman Don Sowney! He took me wants anf needs into account and really made it a pleasant experience overall!

I thought I would write a review about someone who made my buying experience a real pleasure. Not only was Don Sowney knowledgeable and professional but listened to what I wanted and where I needed to be financially. He really showed he cared. Which I have never felt from any dealership in my life, until now. I would personally recommend Don Sowney but will buy another car from him and only him.

I recently bought a 2015 dodge charger from Cherry Hill Mitsubishi. When I bought the car I wasn't in the market for buying one I really didn't have the money but circumstances force me to buy another car when I broke down on side of the road with my two children The second I walked into the dealership I was welcomed with smiling faces and they were sympathetic to my problem and were eager to help. They worked with me and found the best deal on a very nice and beautiful car I couldn't be happier with my sales rep Don Sowney. I'm telling anyone out there who reads this that is the man you need to say because he will help you get the best deal that you can They are not there to try to rip you off they generally want to help you out and help you find the best deal They have made a lifelong relationship with me and that place and I will go nowhere else to buy another car and I will talk to another person but Don whenever I go there So the best thing I can tell anyone who reads this that is the place you need to go to any person you need to talk to

I was looking for a great reliable car at a fair and decent price. The moment I walked thru the door I received great customer service and a sales associate who dedicated all of his time and attention to helping me find the car best suited for me. He took his time and was patient listening to my every want and need. I looked at about 6 vehicles before making my final selection but I absolutely love my new car. I have had it for a few months now and still just as happy as I was the day I purchased it. They gave me a great price and helped finance me at a great rate. Two thumbs up!!!!

I am giving cherry Hill Mitsubishi a 5 star rating because it has wonderful customer service in every aspect of the car buying process. Steven Junck was my sales representative and he is fairly new to the dealership, however, he went out of his way to insure that I not only walked away with my brand new 2017 Mitsubishi Mirage the same day, but continued to follow up with me regarding everything I needed to know about my vehicle. I am one of those individuals who have a great Job as a Financial Controller, but do not have the best credit score currently. Steve Junck and his colleagues did everything they could do to get me approved and into my new car. I bought my car approximately 2 months ago and if I have any questions I am able to contact Steven directly and he is always right there to assist me, even till this day. This is a all together great place to buy your next new car!!!

I have brought my Suzuki to this service department on many occasions.Recently I have had to bring the car back at least three times for repair of the sane problem.I was told on one occasion by Dave that the car would have to stay with them over the weekend and that they would provide me with a rental car. I never stated that I would need one. A few months later I received a charge on my credit card for the full amount of the rental of the car. When I attempted to address this problem with Dave Gordon, he evaded my questions and concerns. Then I was referred to the manager Chris Kehner who was of no help at all either. He never returned my phone calls or addressed the issue. The same thing happened to my daughter. She was charged for a rental car that was supposed to be paid for by the service department as per Dave Gordon. These people are liars and are untrustworthy. I will tell my family and friends to beware .I would definitely not recommand them.

This dealer lied about the price online. Once you get there it's all about finding a way to rip you off. Avoid this place at all costs. Worse dealership that I've ever dealt with.

I will never purchase or recommend anyone to this dealership. They lied about payments and how to make them lower. They will not be honest with you. I was told to buy the car, keep it 3 months, bring it back and they would put me into a new vehicle with lower payments. Well, I went back in 3 months, they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about, told me if I would give them 8K down, they would sell me some little car. I am driving an SUV, why would I want some little car. The salesman (Bobby), who I always dealt with would not even talk to me when I showed up that morning. He pointed to another salesman to assist me. The manager who also lied about the 3 month deal, stated that the rebates he was waiting for didn't come through (WHATEVER). They are the worst and does bad business deals.

They bully you, lie, and do not honor the offers they make online or in the store. They called me three times after I visited to say they could make the deal I wanted. But once you get there they sit you down, ignore you for a while, then proceed to tell you all the reasons why it's your fault they can't give you the deal they offered.

This was by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with! We were extremely specific about our needs as far as payments and trading in our old car. Initially we were told they couldn't help us, after my husband spent over an hour there with our baby being told they could worn it out. We were called back a week or so later, this time being assured they could get us a great car that fit our financial needs and give us an appropriate trade value for the old car. My husband called back and confirmed all the details, telling the salesman that we didn't want to come down unless their deal fit our financial and trade specifications exactly. He confirmed all the minute details and was assured that everything was in order. My husband, daughter and I went to the dealership together since we were told it was a done deal and would be a fairly quick process. We ended up waiting there for 2 hours only to finally be told the DMV site was down and we'd have to come back. The salesman put the license plate back on our car and told us again that since I'd signed the paperwork, we could just come back and pick up the new car in the morning. When my husband and baby went back again this morning, they were informed that the sale could not be honored because they had forgotten to include our trade on the paperwork and once they included it, the financing fell through. I am furious and will be reporting this to the BBB and their corporate office. It is absolutely ridiculous that after making us jump through so many hoops, they won't find a way to honor the deal they offered us.

I bought a car on November 2nd. The car is a 2003 BMW 330i. I started experiences a lot of problems recently and I have mechanics in my family who believe I may have bought this car with a blown head gasket, so I no longer want this car in the slightest. I want to get my money back and just go to another dealership. First, Im paying way more entirely for what this car is worth, secondly after all the BS ive encountered with this dealership I dont want a car through them at all, and third I dont want to own a car that is already having this many problems three months in!Honestly Im going into the dealer on Wednesday to see if i can get my money back, and if theres nothing they will do I guess the only thing I can do is file a complaint with the BBB and look into getting a lawyer.

We bought a 2014 Jeep grand Cherokee from Cherry Hill Mitsubishi. They lied to us about how much they gave us for our trade-in. The used car manager "San Juan"'is very ignorant using profanities on the phone when I called him about the radiator leaking one week after we purchased the SUV. They tried getting out of doing the radiator under warranty by lying to us and saying a rock hit it. I wouldn't advise anybody to buy a vehicle from Cherry Hill Mitsubishi. They are very unorganized and extremely ignorant to their customers after the sale. Please take my advice and stay as far away from this dealership as possible. I still can't believe they would hire someone as ignorant as the used car manager "San Juan". I've never had anyone speak to me the way he did. Very low class dealership.

Don't ever use this dealership. They say one thing and do another. Had problems with getting car titled, which caused major problems with the bank, problems with payments. Never, Never will use them again. Hard to get any answers and when you do, they are nasty. They take advantage of general public not knowing how these lease options work. Very sorry I ever traded in my old lease before it's time. Got socked with a major "early termination of lease" payment. Never, Never again.

If you want to be lied to then shop here. These ppl are the lowestest of the low. Bought car in May, never detailed, handshake price was lower than the price I signed to but after spending my entire memorial day weekend I didn't want to be bothered anymore. Also got threatened when I went back to ask for copies of the paperwork.

This was by far the worst dealership I've ever went to. The sales associate TJ liked thru his teeth to make a sale and collect commission. The general manager Bill Kopp is a coward and wanted to actually try to fight me but was unwilling to go give me his address like the gentlemen he was being. He started talking about cops so I figured he was shaking in his boots. Anyway TJ told me that after 12 months I could return my car and that the negative equity wouldn't roll into my next lease. So when the 12 month period came I went in to trade my car and get into the next lease at the promotion price. He came back to me and told me a payment that was double my original payment and tried telling me it was a good deal!! Hahaha these guys are con artist and should be out of business. I made a complaint with the BBB and every review I read has a similar story of horrible customer service. These guys will be out of business in no time

My husband and I went to this dealership to test drive a used Nissan Versa. We liked the salesman (Mike) and we were interested in purchasing the car. We gave an offer, they gave us their price, etc. However, the car didn't come with any warranty; it was being sold as is. They offered us a 3-month warranty for an additional $2K. The manager (?) owner (?) came over and insisted it was a good deal, great car. However, if it was such a great deal, we felt he would stand behind it with at least a 3-month warranty that we wouldn't be charged for. Or at least not $2K for one. He was starting to get a little belligerent, and that turned me off even more. We didn't make the purchase. He could have been less old-school, and overbearing about it. He was an older man, so that probably accounts for it, though his demeanor and behavior were still inexcusable. Incidentally, he (mgr? owner?) was the first person to greet us when we first arrived. No handshake, no smile, poor attitude. We were more friendly than he was! Go figure. Anyway, that's my experience with this particular dealership.

Purchased a used 2013 Outlander Sport LE, the staff was friendly and worked with me so we could get a deal done. The process was a good experience. I was able to make a decision on a car, trade in my old car, get financing and get out the door in just over 2+ hours. Bob Badolato was great to work with. Kudos to the whole staff!

I dropped off my 2012 Mitsubishi outlander for a oil changed and for them to look at my muffler it was making a Rattling noise. I received 2 phone calls that my 2012 Mitsubishi outlander was ready. I went in pay my bill and get my keys I spoke with David Gordon he said that they just tighten a bolt on the muffler and everything is fine. I went to the cashier to pay for my oil change I saw that the bill from only an oil change was $113.00. I talked with the cashier and David who ignored me over this insane bill. The next day I spoke with Chris Kehner he said that he would refund $50.00 to be and the tip.of my muffler wasn't on my 2012 Mitsubishi outlander he doesn't know anything about that. He said that he would look into it and call me back in a few hours. Well surprising enough he didn't I called back the dealership and the only person that was there is David Gordon. He knows nothing about my car or what me and Chris Kehner had talked about. He said I can't help you with anything yet he was the one that called my twice Arnett messages on my phone about my 2012 Mitsubishi outlander the day before. Horrible service I would never go back first and last time there. I had always gone to the Buhler Mitsubishi in Eatontown only went to cherry hill Mitsubishi dealership I was in the area visiting family. Also for a synthetic oil change at my dealership Buhler Mitsubishi Dealership in Eatontown is only $58.00

I have bought a vehicle from this dealership 3 years ago and was very pleased with the up front costs and professional sales people. Inquired about a new vehicle online and received a quick response from their online group stating that the online price quote I received could be beat with major incentives if I made it in that day or the next. I made the hour trip to purchase a new vehicle with these "incentives" and was told a manager would be waiting for me. Upon arrival, I was met by the manager who handed me off to a salesman who had no idea what was going, though I do not believe it was any fault of the salesman. When it came down to purchasing the vehicle, the lowest price they could do for me was $3000 over what my online quote was for and apparently there were no "special" incentives going on to lower it. Manager was brought back to discuss this misleading sales tactic. Eventually came to a compromise and the vehicle was purchased. At this point the dealership was closing for the night (3 hours later) and the weather was poor, my frustration got the best of me and I jumped in the car and drove home to go to bed. As I was driving home I was having a difficult time seeing clearly due to the heavy rain but then also realized the inside windshield was filthy with greasy spots that I could only smear, not wipe away. Upon arriving home, I checked out the vehicle and found that the dash was filthy and grease was found in the back trunk area. Upon further inspection the next day (in the daylight) I realized an inspection sticker was never placed on the vehicle. I called to follow up and they apologized but then asked me to drive an hour each way to put the sticker on. I know it was a mistake but the over all unpleasant experience makes this seem more aggravating. I was also then informed that I would have to make a second trip again to pick up tags which will not be mailed to me due to their policies. The next day I receive a phone call stating that they have screwed up some paper work and that I will now need to drive out there (no, they can not fax it for me to sign or send a courier) asap to sign the new paper work. The financial person states he is new and I was his first sale alone, so once again I do not want to put fault on someone who is just trying to support themselves and their families but it just seems to be poor management to have this many hiccups in buying a vehicle. As time goes on I realize, and they finally admit, that the reason they want me to come in is to sign papers selling the vehicle for more money than the original amount agreed and signed upon. Due to the amount of time I was at the dealership and their financial person not being available until after they closed, I signed a spot delivery agreement which just states that if the loan was not approved I would be responsible for finding my own financing, which I already had available since my credit is excellent. After not agreeing on needing to come in to sign a new contract, I was threatened that they would be holding onto the registration and plates causing mine to expire. My husband and I have communicated with them whenever they have reached out to us to come to a solution but they never follow up with our concerns and tell us they will get back to us. When they do get back to us, our concerns are never addressed, all they want to know is when we will be driving in to sign more paperwork. I have contacted my lawyer who has looked over all current signed paper work and he agrees that this is a scam to get us to pay more. Our current contract is legally binding. I was always under the impression that when someone says they are there to purchase a vehicle that day (not just browsing) that the dealership would be excited enough to at least be professional and accurate since this is basically a guaranteed sale. I specifically went with this dealership because I had trusted them. I have often recommended them in the past. I feel that they are not the same dealer I bought a vehicle from last time and will not be using them in the future or recommending them again.

So my siblings and I found a car (used Toyota) that I wanted but it was not there when we got there. The salesperson said that they did not have it anymore. If I would have known now that it was a bait and switch I would have ran from the place. The guy (Robert) asked if we wanted to look at something else. So I asked to see the used Hondas that they had. The first one that they brought out that was in our price range of less than $10,000 was dirty and the inside was trashed. Then they brought out a Silver 2008 Honda Accord and me and my siblings all liked it. We went inside to discuss the price since it was $9,900 and we could not afford that with taxes. We asked for $8,000 and we were going to pay $4,000 cash as a down payment. He said he would go and ask his "boss" if that was okay. He came back and said that the "boss" said that it was okay. So then they started the paperwork while my brother and sister got the money for the down payment. This process took hours because he claimed that someone messed up the paperwork and they had to reprint it. My siblings and I were getting hungry and asked if we could come back to sign the paperwork after we ate. But no Robert insisted on getting the paperwork done. So my siblings went and got food while I stayed back and signed the paperwork. Then I went into the back office where I dealt with another sleazeball named Steve which I did not know was a jerk face at the time. Jerk face is nice compared to what I really want to call him. He just handed me papers and explained it all so quickly and did not let me look at anything especially my contract that said that the agreed price was $9,900 when we negotiated on $8,000. Later my siblings came back and my sister asked to see the contract and Robert said to come back later because it was not available at the time. We came back and he said oh I mailed it to you guys. It is almost a month and we still did not get it in the mail. My sister wanted to know how much the monthly payments were and he told her around $140 a month for 36 months so we trusted his word on that but we should not have. On top of all that, the middle compartment was ripped and he said he would order a part and get it installed for me and that never happened. Three weeks later a representative from the bank that was going to finance the rest of the car payments called me. They needed to verify information. They told me that the contract that was sent from the dealership had my car payments at $243 a month for 36 months and I calculated it and it would be around almost $9,000. Plus we already paid $4,000 cash for the down payment so the total would be around $13,000 for the car when we agreed on $8,000. My sister and I went there and Steve got us a copy of the contract immediately even though Robert told us before that he could not give us a copy of the contract. We found out that Robert was not authorized to give us the car for $8,000 but he did not inform us of that. So we went there and spoke with Steve. He said he would talk to the general manager and we should call him the next day. I tried calling the next day but he kept avoiding my calls so we went there again and he told us there was nothing he could do. Horrible customer service, made us wait a long time, lied blatantly to us, such horrible crooks and liars. They waved us off after they were finished with the sale. After the sale we meant nothing else. Lies , lies, and more lies. I will tell everyone to avoid this place and go somewhere and I mean anywhere but here.

Very patient and a pleasure to deal with. I have very bad credit and others dealerships made me feel like I was wasting their time. I did not feel that way with Mike. In fact, he took the time and actually was able to find me a car that I would be able to afford and Nick was able to get me approved for a loan.

Very Patient Salesman. Needed to buy affordable, dependable car for son to go to college. Mr. Myles took the time to help me find a great car that we both liked and that I could afford. I'm sure we worked his nerves but he was very pleasant. Which was extremely helpful. I will definitely go back to him and tell anyone I know who needs a car to go to him. He is a GREAT salesman!

I went in with a friend not even thinking about getting a car and walked out with one. Michael was very helpful and made sure I got what I wanted. Even though I wanted my Jeep Liberty but I got an even better one.

I would not reccomend this dealership to anyone. They sold me a vehicle with hidden problems, and then really screwed the vehicle up doing a minor repair, and then would not correct the repair they performed. High pressure sales tactics, damaged customer relationship. I would never reccomend this dealership to anyone. They are all about the ripoff and the fast sale!!!Do not let them service your vehicle!!! They created three problems with my vehicle that did not exist before their service dept. screwed it up badly. The required repair will cost me a thousand dollars to repair, because they will not fix what they broke.

I would give this place "0s" if I could. The man and I were looking to secure a new vehicle - mid-sized SUV, for our lovely little blended family we have going on. We weren't sure if we were going to buy used, or try leasing. We have a pretty comfortable income since we both work good jobs, but a few credit dings (my student loans screw-ups right out of college, his previous marriage & subsequent divorce, life. It happens). We knew what we could afford, and also that we couldn't expect to get the top tier financing deals, but we felt confident after all of our research that we could get something affordable and dependable for general family use.Went to look at a lease/test drive. After some minor hassles with them holding our debit card hostage while looking at a used vehicle, we were passed off to a sales guy named Steve, who talked to us about leasing, and brought out a 2014 Mitsubuishi Outlander Sport for us to test drive. We LOVED the car (but didn't let on too much) - and in fairness, it's a great car. We were very interested, and started financing application/discussion/negotiation. We came to a deal (it was a bit more than we really wanted to pay - but we loved the car, and knew our credit didn't qualify us for the lowest rates, so we felt the deal was fair, even if the payments were a *bit* higher than we wanted. They took our deposit and we waited to sign our final contract and financials. And waited. And waited. And waiiiiited. After about 2 1/2 hours of waiting (going on 6 hours total in the dealership) - we were told that they were "so busy" that day that we would have to come back early the next week (it was Saturday) to finish our financials and sign our contract. We weren't thrilled about this. They told us it was fine, that the deal was set, and we just needed to sign - and then gave us one set of keys and sent us out with the car, saying we would get our second set after we signed. We set our signing for Tuesday night after work that week, and in between that time the man called at least 3 times to make sure the deal was good, and that we weren't going to face higher payments, basically making sure everything was OK. It should be said, my man is a mortgage loan officer not unfamiliar with standard banking and finance practices. Each time we called, we were told "everything is great! Just come sign your contract!" So we show up Tuesday night...and wait. And wait. And WAIT. For over an hour, after 9PM, and as they're closing, the finance guy/sales guy/overall sleezey dude (Chris Kenney) runs up to us and goes "Oh guys, I'm so sorry - my manager JUST gave me this - and on the paper it basically says that the payments are ACTUALLY going to be $100 more a month than the deal they offered, based on our credit tier. So, recap: They offer a deal, take our money, give us a car, have us sign ZERO paperwork, and then, when we are supposed to finalize the deal, tell us "JK! More Money!"We were pissed, obviously. It's one thing to not qualify or get the deal you want based on credit, which we totally get - but THEY KNEW WHAT CREDIT TIER WE WERE IN THE MINUTE THEY RAN OUR CREDIT ON SATURDAY. If we truly did not qualify for the deal that was offered, it should have NEVER been offered to us - not only that, they should have never TAKEN MONEY FROM US or GIVEN US A VEHICLE based on a deal that was never going to exist. THIS IS THEIR BUSINESS. THEY KNOW WHAT THEY CAN AND CANNOT OFFER. They told us that they would "work on it" and get back to us the next day. We were so furious by then (in addition to not hearing from them the next day) that we decided to just take the car back that evening and get our money back. We got to return the car, and get put through 2 other salespeople, trying to offer us a "new" deal that's now $50 a month over the original deal. We say no. We want the original deal offered, or nothing. They say they can't do it - but STILL keep trying to talk us into the offer. We tell them over and over we want our deposit back and want to leave. Finally, Chris Kenney, whatever it is that he does there, I have no idea of his title, tells us he can cut us a check for our deposit to pick up tomorrow. He PROMISES it by 1:30PM the next day. We make him put this in writing and sign it. He says we can keep the car until then - but LIKE xxxx we're doing that! So yesterday, we go to pick up the check - not surprisingly, they can't cut the check because "the guy who needs to sign it isn't here today". So they offer to refund via the debit card (which I don't trust AT ALL). We finally agree to have them reverse it on the card. That was yesterday. Still haven't seen it credited back to my account. I just want this to be over, and I have a feeling it's not over yet. Thank god we have great connections at the dept. of banking Here it comes! My very first 1-star review! Along with the standard, pissed off Yelper cliche comment, "Would give 0 stars if I could".The man and I were looking to secure a new vehicle - mid-sized SUV, for our lovely little blended family we have going on. Steve was right there waiting to be of service, be a sale or service repair. His face was the first to be seen with a warm smile and hand shake. He had the patience of listening for how he could be of great service in meeting my desire of a vehicle. He showed his experience of car sales in his knowlege of history of the chosen vehicle for purchase. The experience was like family. Thanks Steve Corsey.

My experience was great! Tj (Anthony) and Jeff were great! I bought a use Kia 2006 sportage as my first car being 19 years old. I couldn't asked to work with Better people buying a car. They worked well with me as I am very picky being a teenager. I left the dealership happy as can be and can't thank cherry hill enough for helping me with my purchase. I am very pleased with how professional they were and how well they helped me. My payments are awesome and they even helped with my car insurance! I would recommend this place in a heartbeat and highly recommend it! Ask for Anthony or Jeff while your there!

My experience started off rough.. and I am still not happy- I called and spoke with Customer Service asking about a specific vehicle.. I was assured the vehicle was there.. and then received another call back to confirm the accuracy of the internet specialist and that the car was in fact there. once I got there- I asked if I could drive the car before having them pull my credit... they stated that was fine... we went out to drive the car... all for it NOT to be the right car.. nothing about it was the same- including color. the milege was 40k higher and I just felt like it was right.. in a few minutes afterwards, I was told my credit wasn't all that great (I'm wondering how they knew this after I specifically asked them NOT to pull my credit until I found something I liked.. my whole reasoning for the credit is because I have people monitoring my credit report.. so I didn't want it pulled by a bunch of different banks... i was told by my sales person the car dealership only pulls the credit 1 time and sends a link to the banks...... only to find out today, I get an email stating there are 4 NEW NEGATIVE ITEM's on my credit report.. all from the various banks the car dealership requested to get me a loan.I am very disgusted with all the dishonesty and I would not recommed.Everyone at the dealership was nice, but I guess thats the way you have to be to get a sale. Oh. I forgot to mention- the brakes are bad.... taking for inspection soon

My girlfriend recently purchased a Mitsubishi from this dealer and she and I were both pleased with the overall experience. Our sales rep, Rich K., was easy to deal with overall and was friendly and cordial. I was pleased overall with the transaction, and my girlfriend is delighted with her car. Overall I would recommend this dealer based on our experience, especially with this particular sales agent Rich K.

I went back to Cherry Hill Mitsubishi after receiving an Email saying, "We will buy your car back for what you paid." I purchased a 2011 Mitsubishi Lancer RalliArt back in Sep 2011 from Rich and Charlie. They got me out of a crazy 17.9% interest rate and in to a 3.9%. This was my first New car purchase and they were very patent. This time I just wanted to get a lower payment. I traded my 2011 in for a 2012, Same Color and Options. Very easy deal! I walked out with a 0% APR for 72 Months, Lower payment and better warranty. Rich even bought us dinner. While waiting, my wife started looking at the New 2013 Outlander Sport. She already had a 2011 Outlander Sport. I asked if we could work a deal out of the blue. She fell in love with a fully loaded one. We came back the next day in her car and walked out with a 0% APR for 60 months lease, for the same payment we were already paying. It is also worth saying, I was coming from Dover DE. They made sure that they helped out with gas. Very nice of them.If your Military, be sure to say so. This dealership is very Military friendly and will bend over backwards to get you a good deal.

They held onto my license the entire time and 3 different ppl dealt with me all trying to force me to buy a car. This place sucks. I asked multiple times for my license before i finally told them i felt very uncomfortable not letting me hold onto. I told them i was not interested in leasing a vehicle and they kept pushing it on me. Then i finally told them i was not going to buy or lease no matter what deal they gave I was going to not take the offer.

I went in to buy my second Outlander Sport in 6 months. Last guy there and made the deal Friday night. Shook hands with the sales manager on a 350 per month deal for 60 months ...he scribbled some paper with the details and had us sign that until we could come back and get the correct finacial paper work filled out. I thought wow great deal im a happy repeat buyer.....WRONG ....went to fill out the paper work and like the first time the deal they made was not the deal on paper!!! READ THE FINE PRINT PEOPLE ...these are malicious buisness people! When I went to sign they had the deal at 75 months! With my down payment plus the 75 months at 350 per month the car would have cost me over $28000 dollars!!! The sticker price on the Outlander sport we wanted was 24.525 dollars...I would have paid over the sticker! The only thing they got right was the factory 0% finance. Neeedless to say I will never purchase a car their again. The first time I bought my first Outlander Sport I flipped because the deal was 0% and went to sign and saw 0.9% ...the fixed that so I felt better and gave them a second chance! Regret that waste of time....Do not buy from these people save your headache...better dealers out there. I really like the service department...if only the sales team could learn from them.Disappointed Aggravated...to say the least

Wow!! What a great car buying experience I had this week at Cherry Hill Mitsubishi! Normally, I dread having to go buy a new car. But that was certainly not the case this time when I purchased my new Mitsubishi Outlander Sport from this dealership. The salesman, Al Griffin, made sure, first and foremost, that I was buying the vehicle that I wanted - right down to the color. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the vehicle I ultimately bought, and as importantly, that I was happy with the price I was paying. I would buy a vehicle from him again in a heartbeat! The Finance Manager, Woodrow Wilson, was also extremely helpful and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this dealership, as well as their salesman Al Griffin, and their Finance Manager Woodrow Wilson, to anyone who is in the market to buy a new car. Great job guys! Much appeciated.

When looking to purchase a vehicle I first went to Cherry Hill Triplex Mitsubishi....one of the first salesmen I met was Tom Collins. Tom is by far one of the most kmnowledgable, genuine, enthusiastic human beings I've ever met. I wound up buying a Jeep Grand Cherokee but if ever I'm in the hunt for a Mitsubishi, I'm going straight to Tom. If you're looking for a fantastic experience and dread working w/ a cheesy salesmen, go to Tom!!

I went to the Cherry Hill Mitsubishi not too long ago to check out a car for my nephew, and to be honest, I didn't expect to leave there with a new car. Justin greeted me almost as soon as I stepped out of my car to help me out and he while he didn't directly say it, I could tell he wasn't going to let me leave without buying a car. He had an answer for just about anything I asked about any of the cars I was looking at. If I had to say just one thing, this kid you've got here is a xxxx of a salesman.

Grade "A" customer service! I came into the dealership with my daughter looking for first car. Before Justin started helping us me and my daughter spent most of the day at various dealerships arguing over cars(she's 17 so lets just we had extremely different ideal cars in mind.) Unlike the other dealers I had spoke with through out the day Justin was very willing to listen to both sides and helped us find a middle ground, a sporty but SAFE 2012 Galant. I'd definitely recommend Justin to anyone looking for there son or daughter's first car, he definitely made the whole experience a whole lot less stressful!

He was polite, excited, and overall a fun and pleasure to work with. He was honest and knew a lot about the cars. He did his best to give me the best deal he could. I will definatley come back there for future cars and I have already told all my friends and family to go there too. Thank you guys so much, and I love my car!!

Tom Collins is a role model for all salespersons, his honesty, sincerity and geniune smile were not only refshing but the assurance we needed when shopping around for a new family car. took the time to get to know us, our lifestyle and what would best fit our needs and desires. Tom took the extra time to help us from start to finish, even though am sure it menat he was missing some time with his own family. Any company who is intelligent enough to hire genuine gentlemen such as Tom obviously care about their customers over their bottom line. I would highly reccomend anyone looking for a car to head on down to Cherry Hill Mitsubii and ask for Tom Collins today!

A couple days ago I came in to trade in two vehicles one which i co signed for someone, and one that was mine, and I didnt know my options my salesman was Tj Trapani he helped me out very much because I was in such a bad situation. I was able to walk out with a 2013 outlander sport. He went out of his way many times to meet the price I can afford. He was able to trade both vehicles in and i was able to walk away happy and get myself out of such a bad situation because of his help. I have been to that dealership several times, and even reffered people there, and I shall say he was one of the best salesmen I have had there. Wasent too satisfied with my first two people AT ALL. He was very caring to my needs and what I was looking for and definatly was trying to make a better situation for me. I am very happy with the customer servicethat he provided and will send more people his way. He is defiantly about making a deal as well as putting a smile on a customers face.

My wife and I decided to take the plunge and buy our first new car that we ever owned. We were greeted immediately by Tom with a smile who asked us what we were looking for. At no time did we feel any extra stress about our purchase and we enjoyed the process of being first time new car buyers. I would recommend friends and family to this dealerships and expect that they would have the same experience. Tom is very personable and honest and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the day.

My husband and I visited your dealership and had just a wonderful experience. Tom, was very knowledgeable in every aspect of questions that we had about new and used cars that we are interested in. He did not rush us into any one make or model vehicle and allowed us to discuss in private ,what we could afford. Tom, went over the numbers with us so that we could understand what the deal would be. We will definitely buy our next car at Cherry Hill Mitsubishi and also will recommend Tom to our family and friends. What a Wonderful Experience!

OH BY THE WAY DID I MENTION OVER THE PAST FEW YEARS WE'VE PURCHASED 5 VEHICLES FROM TOM COLLINS THE BEST CAR SALES REP EVER!!! I do recommend before buying your next vehicle, you consider Cherry Hill Mitsubishi & ask for TOM Collins, you'll not only walk out with the best deal on your new or pre owned vehicle, also with a new friend.

Tom Collins went above and beyond to find my husband the vehicle he was looking for. We were working with a tight budget and he treated us like any other customer. Tom found my husband exactly what we needed within our budget and we couldn't be any happier. Tom is a great guy who genuinely cares about his customers. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

I have been to many dealerships and found that the service provided was extremely congenial and thorough. Tom took the time to explain the various options of the different cars available along with financing options. He was very interested in providing a great experience as well as making sure we were comfortable with our decision. I would seek Tom out for future purchases and recommend him to family, friends and colleagues.

Overall I was very pleased with the service of Cherry Hill Mitsubishi and would recommend this dealership to a friend or family. My only complaint is that I had to wait almost four hours to purchase a vehicle that I was paying in full with no financing. Other than that it was a good experience. They had food and beverages, which kept the wait satisfied.

my friends told me to check out this place, a few months back, since i was shopping around for a new truck. and this was not a miss. very nice friendly personnel, they showed me the vast array of used trucks they had, i picked out this nice grand cherokee 2004, test drove it, very good handling and the best was the price of course, with my good credit financing ended up being barely above the market value. ive happily drove this new one home next time i came to sign the papers. since then i've brought the car for oil change twice, both free, apparently old owner had a plan purchased for servicing, they found it in the system and told me about it, and my truck was serviced for free (just oil change, but still) 2 times already. all in all, great experience, great followup, i will definitely go there first next time i am looking for a new/used car.

I want to thank Tom Collins for such a positive buying experience. Tom was very helpful in my decision making and was sure not to push anything on me that I wasn;t interested in. He listened to what my needs were and helped me choose a perfect fit. My wife and I returned home with nothing but positive comments about our experience and were even more impressed with the level of professionalism portrayed by Tom Collins. Tom made us feel at home and as if we were his best friends! We have already and will continue to tell our friends about Tom, and look forward to returning the next time we need a car.

have purchased 4 cars in my lifetime and this was BY FAR the absolute WORST experience i have ever had. I traded in a 2009 Subaru Forester LL Bean edition with 66k mi on it because we needed a second vehicle. We decided to get 2 older model Jeep Grand Cherokees. For Some reason Cherry Hill triplex sent us to Mitsubishi for this. Why? I have no idea since Cherry Hill Jeep is literally across the street. I fell in love with a 2005 Grand Cherokee Limited. The sticker price was $16999. We asked to be shown a 2000 Grand Cherokee that was listed for $4999. We were told that this was a 'cash only' vehicle because it was an older car with high mileage (130k mi). This was fine. We said if we liked it we would pay cash for that one and finance the other one. We took it for a test drive to the gas station because it was completely out of gas. It was idling high and shifting a little rough. We asked about this and they said they would fix it, no problem. We were informed that this car had received a multi-point inspection, the same as the certified used cars and that it passed everything. We made an appointment to bring it back to have the high idle and shifting problem fixed and decided to purchase the car. I had negotiated the payments for the 2005 Grand Cherokee and said i didn't want to finance for any more than 5 years. He had me write down my bottom line monthly payment and the term of the lease and sign it. Then he went in the back and did whatever it is they do back there and came back out and congratulated us on the purchase of our new cars. Since my credit score is in the high 700's I knew i would get financing, no problem. They said banks were haggling over the loan and that we could take the cars home and come back to finish the paper work a few days later. Well on the way home the check engine light came on in the 2005, and the 2000 Jeep broke down. We had to tow it back in. When we came back to sign the paperwork and i asked for the transmission issues to be addressed on there. They said they didn't have to do it since it was already in the shop and that they would have it all fixed before we took possession of the vehicle. The other car had a broken navigation unit that they had promised to fix and i made them put that in writing since it was not yet fixed. When i went to sign the financing paperwork i see that not only did they charge me $18000 for the 2005, they extended the lease term to 72 months. AND THEY FINANCED THE 'CASH-ONLY' CAR BEHIND MY BACK! For $1000 more than the asking price on that one as well! When i asked about these things I was told since we signed the papers the first day and drove home that we agreed to whatever they did with the financing. what the hell! So they gave us back the 2000 Jeep with an empty gas tank (Again!) We asked them to fill it since we never got a tank of gas the first time around for either vehicle. They put $20 worth of gas in, said it ran fine and I asked for a copy of the work that was performed. They said they don't put that in writing. Well by now I'm skeptical and I asked for it in writing, whether it was their policy or not. I wasn't leaving without it. They said no problem, typed something up for us and we left. Then the car broke down on the way home AGAIN. We had it towed back in. I called 4 timed in 9 days and no one would talk to me or return my call. No one knew anything about my car. I was told they couldn't find the paperwork on it, they didn't have the part, it couldn't be fixed, they were working on it, and my personal favorite, "how about we take you out of that and put you in a used Hyundai? It will only cost you an extra $20 or $30/month for 5 years instead of 3..." Umm if I wanted a Hyundai don't you think I would have bought a Hyundai??? So we bought the cars on May 26. It was June 14 before they finally (allegedly)fixed the '00. During this time I tried to get the '05 navigation fixed twice. I sat over at Jeep for 4 hours to find out they didn't have the part. I live an hour away. I am sick of driving back and forth. I asked for them to let me go to my local certified Jeep service place to have it installed. They said no problem, give me a paper saying they would pay for it and now they are refusing to pay for it, citing it is old and likely to break. seriously??? you put it in writing! The used car manager told me I should just go get a Garmin. Really?? The radio is connected to it and I can only listen to the stations that are pre-programmed and the CD player doesn't work. I'm still dealing with this issue. When we returned to pick up the '00 We brought our mechanic with us this time. He told us it won't pass inspection. So much for the 'multi-point inspection' that was performed before we bought it. He said it also appears to have flood damage. Their answer: "well you're really rolling the dice when you purchase an older car." rolling the dice?? For $6000 you'd think it would at least run!! I think you are taking your chances when you by a car on Craigslist but when you buy from a dealership you would think they would stand behind what they sold you. Isn't it illegal to sell a car with flood damage? It won't even pass inspection! It has a rotted out muffler, a bad CV boot and a leak in the transmission. I am so sick of dealing with these people. I wish i never set foot in that place. The real kicker? It broke down again on the way home...THE THIRD TIME IN LESS THAN 3 WEEKS! We had just crossed the bridge into Philly when the check engine light came on and the transmission started acting up again. I'm going to have it towed to my own mechanic this time. Basically I 'rolled the dice' with Cherry Hill Mitsubishi, spent almost $6000 on a car that is probably worth $3200 and now I will likely have to spend another $2500 in repairs. My only hope is that someone else will read this and not make the same mistake as I did. And for the record, the Jeep service across the street was a pleasure to deal with. They are a hundred times nicer over there. Unfortunately I will be going somewhere else for my next Jeep purchase because I had such an unpleasant experience at Cherry Hill Mitsubishi.

Wow pretty much sums up the word I'm thinking of. I'd never think I'd ever profile anybody but the term "used car salesman" is nothing but the truth with these unprofessional characters. Frank was great in the beginning. But Frank was thinking of Frank. We go there to buy 2 cars and Frank was great with us, BS-ing us the whole way. Needless to say that they put us in two cars that broke as soon as we drove them home. They gave us the run around for three weeks and excuses like "I just started managing here." So what if you just started. Guess what? It's your job to FIX the problem as a manager, Rich! What's great about this situation is we are engaged and trying to save money and they knew this the whole time when they were ripping us off. After all of this nonsense I found out that we are not the only ones they put in this situation. They should be ashamed of themselves.
