You took $4,468 cash plus a Toyota Camry valued at $8,000 in trade from me and all I got in return was cancellation of a lease for a 2022 Chevrolet Bolt euv that was recalled for battery fire issues. Two days had elapsed between signing the lease and and the recall that would have prevented the lease/sale. Because of the recall, the vehicle was useless to me. Five stars to Chevrolet of New Bern for resolving this issue. They have given me full credit for money paid and the Camry trade in towards purchase of a different vehicle. My thanks to the owners and staff at Chevrolet of New Bern!

Outstanding service! I took my truck in to have it aligned. Everyone was professional and friendly. The technicians did a great job. Steering wheel is straight and my truck tracks as straight as an arrow. I also talked to a sales person while I was there in search for a 3500HD dual rear wheel. Unfortunately we couldn't find one available but when I explained I needed a dual rear wheel truck, I was never once thrown a sales pitch to buy something else. Thank you to team CNB! You earned a new customer today.

Mike Farrel and the team at New Bern Chevy do an outstanding job servicing our 2012 Equinox. Recently they completed a recall that was tied to another recall. To say the least the situation was somewhat of a Gray area. Mike was able to be my advocate and reach out to GM for a fair and equitable resolution. The teamed worked tirelessly to correct the problem. I strongly recommend this service department for any needs on your GM or Lincoln Products. These guys are an outstanding team!

Our company lost our only key to a fleet vehicle. The Service Manager and staff worked with us to schedule a time for a technician to come out to our place of business to make additional keys for us. However; we were able to find the key and amazingly the staff at Chevy came to our office, took our van to the dealership and made additional keys. In addition to making the keys the manager noticed the check engine light was on when bringing the vehicle to the dealership. He called the office right away to let us know and to ask if we would like them to look at it. Gratefully they were able to fix the check engine issue, as well as, the new keys in one day. They even brought the van back to our office when it was complete! Professional, kind, and expedient staff. We are very grateful!
