Found a car i was i looking for at this dealership. Didn't know what to expect at first but after calling the dealership and talking to the sales manager Gustado I felt at ease. He described the car and i decided to check it out the same day. The car was in a better shape than i expected and decided to buy it on the spot. Negotiating was a breeze ando the whole buying experience was simple and easy. Not your typical dealer, these guys operate out of a warehouse and have a service bay which made me feel better about my purchase. No games, no tricks, everything was straight forward. THanks for my black on black G37x Sport, it's a rocket!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

Never going to buy a car from here again!!! We had problems with the car since day one. Even before we left the lot we told them the problems we found on the car, they promise to fix them, it never happened. I later research the car and bin number to find out more about it, turns out the car was sold in a "bad" auction were most of the cars are a piece of junk.

I went to the dealership after seeing the car I wanted on their on-line website. Dreading the whole car buying process, I think I would have bought this car off of the internet if I could have just to avoid the car sales experience! But much to my surprise, upon arrival at the dealership lot, we were approached very politely by sales person Gustavo and he made the whole process a pleasure. He was so knowledgeable about the vehicle without being pushy and really gave me confidence in the purchase. His follow-up was top notch. Paul, the finance person I worked with was equally as engaging and helpful. An overall totally positive customer service experience and what a great dealership. I was so nervous as this was only the second car I have ever purchased on my own but the whole Car Loft experience made it as easy as possible. I would definitely return here and recommend them to anyone looking for a car. Five stars!

I contacted this dealer and told them what I'm looking for and what my budget is. Then in the span of two weeks the dealer sent me several proposals for review until I saw the pictures of the exact Toyota 4Runner that I wanted. I had my local bank finance the deal, and the dealer worked with my bank and provided all the necessary paperwork in a timely manner without any issues. Overall, it was the easiest car purchase I've ever done. One important detail of my deal is that I lived in another state than the dealer, and the deal was conducted via email and phone. When the car was purchased it was delivered literally to my doorstep. Perfect!! I didn't need to haggle or even leave my house to get the car that I wanted. The dealer has also helped me get new set of tires with discount, which were also shipped to my local tire shop for installation. Easy-peasy! I've had this car for over a year now with no mechanical issues. I would and do recommend this dealer to everyone.

First I called about a car and requested Carfax to be emailed to me. I spoke with Paul and he answered all of my questions and was very honest about what the car needs and what was previously done on the car. He also emailed me the CARFAX in minutes, so this was easy. I was paying cash so Paul gave me really good out the door price. I have been driving my Honda for over 3 months now and it still drives good, no issues. I will recommend this dealership if you looking to buy a good quality used car.

Very displeased with the service from this place. The managers were very rude and uncooperative. I paid asking price for a vehicle when i thought i was paying less and was hit with hidden fee's out of no where. In the end i got ripped off pretty bad and will never come back to this place ever again.
