Good service. I did make an appointment for service and a recall issue. When I arrive, parts were not allocated to my appointment and had to leave the truck overnight, which was no problem, but felt if an appointment is made the parts should be reserved.

I would higly recommend becausr we had a pleasant experience. We drove 3 hours to the dealer it was all worth it. They also gave us snacks while we where wating. The staff was teally courteous. I feel didnt feel the horrible preasure you get from sales man. Just a really smooth transaction.

Mr. Virgil Aguilar gave us excellent customer service he explained what was going to be repaired and went over the paperwork with us in detail. He also explained the vehicle report card to us. The car is in good condition, he let us know when we should bring it in for maintenance.

I brought my (used, certified) 2014 Ford Explorer, that I purchased December of 2015,in for a tune-up. I was very satisfied with the friendly service. Unfortunately, the day I was there, the water was off, so no restrooms. I'd driven from Orange County that day, so that was definitely not a selling point but I was disappointed that my vehicle was not washed, while it was there. I've always had my vehicles washed, when I've taken them to a dealer, for repairs, tune-ups, etc.

Service dept manager is horrible. The gentleman has no people skills and is very unprofessional. I was voicing a concern about lug nuts being over torqued and damaged for a second time. There was an attempt to replace all the lug nuts with brand new ones but they failed to come through. The aluminum caps were once again loose. When i showed Gordon the manager he he said there's nothing i can do and proceeded to walk away. There was no general manager to speak to and ford customer service said there's nothing they can do except take it as feed back towards the dealer. I bring in my car to be serviced and not damaged. Furthermore when i got home and checked the tires, three of the aluminum caps came right off the lug nut. I guess thats how they come from the manufacturer. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere where to avoid the headache.I was told come back another yo replace the whole set of lug nuts. I am taking more time off work to correct an issue they created. Its better to take business elsewhere and not deal with Chino hills ford. Horrible service management to say the least. Huge disappointment after waiting for from 7am to 11am.

Once again, Chino Hills Ford exceeded my expectations.I'm kind of old-school where the car dealer is not your friend, where hassles are to be expected, and fair pricing must be bargained for.However- my experiences with Chino Hills Ford are making me rethink my pre-conditioned horror of car dealers. I purchased my truck used from them, which was a breeze. Small issues were quickly and cheerfully taken care of.This experience was a simple safety check before I headed off with my kid and dog on what ended up being a 3,200 mile road trip in 5 days of driving- quite a journey. I asked the service writer to have all the systems on my F-150 checked and make sure everything was ready to go. Turns out all I needed was an oil change which was fairly priced, and the safety check showed nothing else needing attention.The entire check and service was completed in about an hour while I waited- as promised. My bill was around $40- a small price to pay for the peace of mind and hassle-free prep to take a long road trip in comfort and safety.Our trip ended up being a fantastic journey through 7 western states, visits with friends, and great driving comfort in my little white truck. It will be something my son and I always remember; and not because we had any unexpected vehicle problems!Thanks, Chino Hills Ford... you're changing my opinion of car dealers.

Rene was very helpful from the beginning . I reached out to inquire about a 2016 Mustang and he followed up with me with all the questions I had . When I finally set up an appointment to go in and see if we could make a deal happen I was welcomed to a lot of friendly faces . The whole staff in general is very welcoming , but Rene definitely made us feel like VIP customers . The hardest part is trying to decide on a final number , but honestly it was made easy and we walked away with a deal we felt was fair ! I was in and out within 3 hours , I was prepping for a longer stay , but was excited at just how quick and efficient the sale went .

We leased a 2016 Ford Explorer XLT. Nick Hernandez was our salesman and I can tell you that he certainly went above and beyond to ensure we received the vehicle we were after. I worked with several dealerships to see who could get us the best deal and not only did Nick deliver on a competitive price, but his consistent follow up made me feel like I was a priority. I can tell you this was not the case with every dealership we worked with, and that make the choice easy when it came time to sign the paperwork. Once we signed the paperwork the service did not end with a handshake and goodbye. Nick took the time to personally show my wife all the features of her new Explorer. He helped her Sync her phone, showed her the details of the touch screen system, and gave her his full attention with every question she had. In my experience most people move onto the next sale once the deal is done, but Nick stayed with our family to ensure we were satisfied with what we had just signed up for. I will certainly recommend Nick to anyone looking to find a new car, and when our lease is up Nick will be the only call I make to get us set up with our next vehicle. I had to return to get a credit on my service payment as I was covered under the Service Warranty. This was printed on my invoice, but I was still charged for the service. I called and had to drive back to get my debit card credited. This was partly my fault, but it should have been caught by the service department.

I Leased a New Fusion Energy and purchased an Explorer Platinum. Carol Salcedo was outstanding in her presentation. Including the test drive, finding the color and type of vehicle I was searching for and at a great price. I had purchased a 2014 Ford Fusion in September that same year and have had Chino Hills Ford service it ever since. The service has been great and waiting for my car to be completed each time has been within the time told me. I think Michael Isip, the service advisor, understands customer service. He has made recommendations what I should do for service pertaining to my car and they have been right on track. Customer service seems to be a dying part of many businesses. Great experience. I called the service department to setup an appointment for an oil change and was told I could come in right then and there. I made it there in 20 minutes and was taken immediately. My oil change was completed within 45 minutes and I was very please. I highly recommend this dealership. The people are always great and friendly, especially Johnny in the service department. He always remembers us and knows all our cars, including the ones that are not Fords. Impressive!

I am not the type of person to write a negative review however, my experience with this dealership was very dissatisfying. I would not recommend Chino Hills Ford. They appeared friendly in the beginning however, when they sold the vehicle I was interested in they attempted to transfer another similar vehicle from a nearby location (Colley Ford in Glendora) for a fee of $750.00. I asked them to waive the fee because I felt that it was unfair and outrageous. They refused to waive the fee, so I went directly to the Colley Ford and purchased the vehicle the same day. During the purchasing process Chino Hills Ford was contacting Colley Ford and requesting information about the buyer. They wanted to confirm it was the same person purchasing the vehicle. Once my information was confirmed, she made multiple comments to Colley Ford such as do not sell her the vehicle, do not give her a discount, and charge her full price for the stripes, etc. I could not believe the negativity from this woman. My communication was always professional with her via email and I always thanked her for her time. I'm going to do Chino Hills Ford a favor and not upload my emails from this person, but I will make her name known. Her name is Carol Salcedo, Internet Sales Manager. P.S. Carol, I did not get the stripes on my beautiful 2016 blue Mustang. Colley Ford actually discussed the pros and cons on vinyl stickers and there were more negative then positive. I decided to not move forward with the vinyl stripes and I am now getting them professionally painted. Also, they gave me a great deal on the vehicle.

He has been sending me emails of trucks for a month or so and I could tell I wanted to work with him from the start. He was great to deal with and will recommend him to friends. Sylvia Alvarez, the finance lady, was another story. She was rude to my wife, she was sarcastic to her, and she was very slow after we had already been there for 5 hours. There was a long wait in between shaking hands on a deal and actually starting the paperwork, due to there being other customers with the two finance ladies that were working.

I took in my truck for service and requested that be returned by 5:00 PM and was assured that it would. I received a call later on letting me know that my truck needed the rear brakes serviced and that it would be necessary to hold the truck until that following morning because parts were not in stock and had been ordered. I thought that this was reasonable and appreciated the fact that I had been called. I asked that my truck be ready by 11:00 AM the following morning and was assured that it would, and actually was. The atmosphere at the service center is friendly, helpful and informative. I am extremely confident with the service provided by Chino Hills Ford, specifically by Johnny Gonzales, the Service Advisor.

Came in on a Sunday as oil was leaking from my mustang. Waited a little long but they got my car in as soon as they could. Entire service staff was helpful and showed me that there was a puncture in my oil filter from the previous oil change at Firestone. The gave me an oil change and Josh put detailed notes in the paperwork. Good job guys

My Flex was in for it's 65k service and it was a good experience. My Service Writer Johhny is always very professional and polite. He took time to listen to my concerns. He then explained everything that wound be done and their cost. I always feel my car is in good hands with Johnny and the work will be done right. And that's a great feeling. I was shopping around for trucks and had almost settled on getting another brand. Because I kept on hearing about the high ratings (safety, mileage, comfort, technology) of the new F-150, I thought I would stop by my local dealer to investigate. A few hours after stopping by Chino Hills Ford, my fiance' and I ended up driving away with a new F-150 XLT Super Crew FX4. Aside from the truck itself, Asghar was the primary reason we purchased that day. He very quickly narrowed down something comparable to the other brand I had shown interest with similar features. He then helped to address any barriers to purchase (financing, total cost of ownership, factory rebates, etc.), and walked us through all of the paperwork. After the financing was complete, he even helped me pair my phone with the truck's SYNC system. It's only been a couple of weeks , but I grow happier with my decision to purchase that day. If you need a great vehicle, great customer service, and an easy buying experience, I would highly recommend you stop by Chino Hills Ford.

I recently bought a Ford Edge for my mother. Luis Mendocillo, the Internet sales manager made the process very easy. He quoted a reasonable price which fell within the budget I previously had in mind. We agreed to terms and he helped walk me through the process. My wife has taken our 2011 Expedition in twice for an intermittent AC issue. The AC stoops working off and on but the rear AC is fine. When she brought it in the first time, it started working when she took it in. She was told that they couldn't replicate the issue so bring it back when it goes out again. That very same evening, it went out again. This time, we took a video to show the technician the issue. So, the next morning we headed back. Again, the AC started working. When she arrived, she was yet again told to come back when it wasn't working. They cannot replicate the issue. Well, they never even looked at it this time. I understand that it's difficult to address an issue like this but isn't that their job? Isn't there a list of possible issues when the unit does this? Is this the first time this has happened? What would they check if it wasn't working? It's completely unsatisfactory that they just keep telling her to come back. We bought the car at this dealership and have continued to pay to have it serviced here but we will not do so going forward. The rep we spoke to ( Bert) was completely useless. We bought, on Chino Hills Ford's suggestion, the Premium Service Care warranty. It is obvious that they only wanted to upsell us rather than offer us actual Premium Service.

Even though Chino Hills didn't have the vehicle in stock that I was looking for Luis found one at a different dealer and provided me with the information where it was at so I could see it, not worried/concerned that I would possibly shop there!unfortunately my wife liked the Traverse so that's the car we ended up purchasing, But still a pleasure to deal with!

I made my appointment to test drive the truck I wanted and the salesman was there with key in hand when I showed up. The process was fast and painless. Great customer service from Rene Mancia and the rest of the sales staff. All my questions were answered with promptness and honesty. I would definitely recommend this dealership if you are interested in purchasing a car or truck.

I truly enjoyed going through the vehicle purchase with Chino Hills Ford and the Internet Manager Nick Hernandez. My new 2016 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD 2.3L EcoBoost is a GREAT driving vehicle. I was lucky enough to locate a specially factory ordered 2016 Explorer with the exact options that I wanted to a tee. The new 2.3 liter 4 cylinder EcoBoost is a real "Torque Monster" with 280 hp delivers 310 lb.-ft. of torque. This engine has the power to pull a large hill without the need to rev up the engine and that is very impressive.Even the third row of seats are quite comfortable for two adults back there.

I leased a second Ford Explorer from Chino Hills Ford in January 2015. I had leased my first one in 2013. In June of 2015 my situation changed and I needed a bigger vehicle so I went into the dealer to see what we could do. My salesman, Mike Garrett, was terrific. He did everything he could to help me. However, the FINANCE department was AWFUL and the finance Manager at that time was ru6de and worthless. I was treated like I had no business trying to move up already, that I should be satisfied and figure something else out. Even the sales manager did not try and help. I remember calling and trying to talk with him but never got anywhere. As it turned out, I did go to Colley Ford in Glendora and found them to be more than interested in my business and went out of their way to make me a happy and satisfied customer. As a footnote, I am a Chino Hills resident so I try to support local business. I found it more than worth my while to drive the extra distance to feel wanted.

Johnny in the service department tried to up sale me on parts I did not need with a quoted price of $4,100.00 for a high pressure fuel pump repair, when confronted he dropped the price to $3,600.00 (as if he was doing me a favor) - again trying to sell me parts I did not need. When I confronted the service manager Gordon Cook, the written quote went from $3,600.00 to $2,800.00. When I indicated I was planning to contact the District Manager, Gordon Cook gave me the go ahead. Completely unprofessional in all aspects and extremely disappointing. I have purchased more than one car from here, with the most recent sale in 2012 from Neil Warren, who is an outstanding salesman by the way! Aside from Neil, Chino Hills Ford has placed a bad taste in my mouth and I will never trust in their service department again. In fact, I would rather pay $2,800.00 to another dealer than give a penny to Chino Hills Ford. I recently purchased a used red with black stripes VW bug convertible at the Chino Hills Ford dealership. I was contacted by Carol Salcedo and made an appointment to see and drive the car. We had a great time driving the car together and struck a deal for me to purchase the car. She was very efficient and had all the paperwork etc. completed very quickly. Ken was extremely personable and very helpful. He also assisted me in getting a shuttle since I had not arranged a ride while my car was being serviced. The shuttle was quick and the driver was very professional and kind. I wish I had purchased my Ford from this location as they certainly know how to treat and value customers. The service department was just as nice and considerate. All my concerns were dealt with to completion as well as answering any questions that I had. We used the courtesy service and was happy with that as well.

I live in Corona and I pass by 2 other Ford dealerships to get to Chino Hills Ford because I don't feel like they are trying to hustle me. I noticed a car on the lot that made me want to work a deal. I had an opportunity to meet Jamey the GM and he got the ball rolling. Quickly, I had a kind, no-hassle team helping me get the information I needed to make a deal. Jamey, the GM, Shawn & East in Finance and my Sales Rep Johnny and Anthony worked to get my deal without any pressure. In fact, they researched my pay-off information and presented me options for making the switch to my new car. I am completely satisfied with my deal and left with smile. My experience has been that you will complete service rapidly, without an appointment, and don't push to sell extras unless there is something genuinely unsafe about the vehicle. I trust your work and you have earned a reputation for your store. It used to be that my belief was, "don't take it to the dealer; you'll pay way too much." Honestly, quality was never a worry. If I could a negative star, I would but unfortunately, they only allows 1-5 stars.I own two Ford Expeditions and used to take my vehicles to Chino Hills Ford prior to the building of the new facility. They had a young lady (I forget her name) that was a service writer that was polite and seemed honest. After they built the new building, the whole attitude of the place changed.I took one of my expeditions shortly after they had the building rebuilt and they performed work on the vehicle plus I needed two battery terminals changed. I phoned them to find out how much it would cost and they informed me that it would be approximately $150. I assumed that they were going to change the whole terminal and wire assembly but no, they informed me that it would be for the terminals only. I have owned Service Stations in the past that had service centers so I am familiar with repairs. I informed them to not perform the service. I picked up the vehicle and took it to Pep Boys on Pipeline and they changed the terminals for $29. A savings of $120. I phoned them and explained to them what occurred and a manager called me back apologized and stated that it was a 'Mistake', that it should not have been so expensive.Ironically, just yesterday I decided to take my other Expedition for service as I am taking a long trip and I informed my wife that I am going to give them one more chance. When the service writer opened up the hood, my battery terminals on this Expedition were corroded and I pointed it out. He saw it and commented that it is 'pretty bad'. I assumed that they would take care of it by cleaning it up or letting me know if they were past their useful life. They called me this morning and I phoned back and asked for the service writer, I was put on hold for 8 minutes after which I hung up. I called back approximately an hour later and was put on hold once again for over 3 minutes after which I hung up again.When I called a third time, it was time for me to pick up the vehicle. I finally spoke with the service writer having waited only one to two minutes this time. Besides a tire rotation, high speed balance and wheel alignment that I approved, I informed them that my 'Tire Sensor' light had come on in the past two weeks when I dropped off the vehicle. The service writer informed me that TWO tire sensors were bad. I find it difficult to believe that I have never had a problem with tire sensors and now that the light had come on 'TWO' tire sensors have simultaneously gone bad at the same time. I informed him that I didn't have time to fix it as I needed to pick up the vehicle as it was 4 pm. I asked the Service writer when I arrived to pick up the vehicle how two sensors would go bad simultaneously and he said that it is electrical, it is like having two lights go out at the same time. Something I have never seen happen in many years in the business.I picked up the vehicle and drove it home, opened up the hood and staring me in the face is the corroded battery terminals. They didn't even bother to brush them off. I used some water and baking soda and had them cleaned within 5 minutes. Many places do this as a courtesy to their clients. The vehicle was dirty, most dealerships wash your vehicle, this one does not.Needless to say, I will never be taking my vehicle to this dealership again and it is sad that this is the way they run their business.Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere, I know I will.

I had purchased a 2014 Ford Fusion about a year ago now and have had two regular maintenance services performed by the dealership where the car was purchased. So far the service has been great. The last visit was under an hour which included a minor adjustment in alignment. I was certainly glad that was checked and fixed. I will return for the next service which I know will be a little more costly but at the same time a little more in depth. Thank you for the training your service techs go through to be able to catch even the small things.

All work has been completed on time and, so far, well done. We do not have family living nearby and do not work in Chino Hills so our co-workers are not from this area, but if we did we would recommend Chino Hills Ford to them.

The service done to my car was done in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. JJ Jasso did a great job updating me on the status of my car many times throughout the day and letting me know pricing, services needed and approximate time frame for when the car would be ready. He also really listened to what I thought was wrong with my car and had his service department check out all the issues. They were able to not only find the noises, but also found a few additional issues (alignment) and fix them accordingly. The overall service price was expensive and I would have liked to been offered a discount for being a returning customer, but the quality was great.

Them make their sales people look like idiots which they are not. Because of this i walked out and said forget this place. The next day i changed my mind and returned and bought the car. Then they started to play games again with the price of the car and told them what the deal was and if they did not honor it, I was gone. They finally gave me what we agreed upon. I went back to the service shop the next day to see if they still had my recall letter, because I wanted to have it for my records. I spoke with Valerie Rivera and she checked their files, plus she called the office that sends the recalls out. She was very thorough in trying to help me. I noticed and appreciated this. She went on My Ford website, and was able to print out the recall notice and also the updates that were needed for my car. I really appreciate everything she did.

We brought in the truck because the breaks squeak, both forward and in reverse. They found nothing. We also had a front end leak. They found nothing. My only concern was we had to call for an update when they told us they would call. It stayed overnight when I do not think it needed to, but the poor communication left us unable to get the truck before service closed. On the other hand, Mike in service was great when we needed information and at pick up. We really like Chino Hills Ford overall.

You should know that my Dad worked at Ford and L/M while I grew up, My first jobs were in the Parts and Service departments of these. Because of, or in spite of, I HATE BUYING CARS FROM DEALERS. I hear the Service Area is good, but this is all about buying a car. My Salesman Safeer Akbar was great and really helped guide me through my purchase while I had 4 or 5 test drives over a couple of days, and finally decided on a pre-owned vehicle. Once I decided, everything bogged down and became a chore. I was paying cash and had pre-approvals lined up, but it took almost 2 hours from when I said YES until I could leave with the car - and this was a weekday! If this had been a private party purchase, I would have spent 10 minutes. Since then I have received the normal email follow-ups and EVERY SINGLE ONE HAS HAD TYPOS OR MISSING INFO. One email had nothing in the salutation except "Dear ,". I recommend the Sales Process with Safeer, but the Buying Process and follow-on care is definitely not up to my standards.

It was his car which he gave to me towards the end when he couldn't drive anymore. I arrived at the dealership at 7:30 AM for maintenance on my F-150 for the holiday weekend. The truck was up on the lift about 8:00. I was scheduled to leave town at 11:00. The work done on my car was good but the service was slow. Even after I was told my car was done, I still had to wait another 10 minutes just for it to be pulled up. I asked for my whole car to be checked and no one checked my air filter so when I checked it myself it was extremely dirty and it could have been replaced while I was there.

Chino Hills Ford is a bit of a drive from Temecula, but the experience there makes all of the difference. Costco and Alan Adoian really made the shopping experience a breeze. Alan expertly, and casually ferretted out the exact features we wanted, and then found the truck to match. Sylvia Alvarez in finance made that part of the process a very pleasant experience too.

Everything was fine, my only complaint would be initially when I pulled up, it's a little confusing as to if I park or I pull up in line with my car. Nobody came up when I pulled up to the line so I parked and went in. The drive way is short and I didn't feel comfortable leaving my car there blocking the isles with nobody there to confirm that it was okay. Other than that great service. Oh one more thing, I filled out everything for he appointment online the night before, entering my model and vin#. All of that seemed useless the counter person didn't even reference that. Again great service other than those things you should know about.

We physically visited 3 other Ford dealers and had email contact with an additional 2 other dealers during our truck buying experience. This was the ONLY dealership that answered emails and phone calls consistently. This was most definitely due to the excellent salesman Mike Garrett. What a courteous gentleman. My flex had an issue with the front driver side door sensor constantly saying it was ajar. Ford was able to fix it right away. We also had many issues with a 2002 ford truck. Thre were able to fix most and have it back to us quickly.

Originally I came in to for the Ford Focus lease special. I had an appointment with Neil, but I called to say I was running late and got another salesman. I actually decided a plug in hybrid was a better decision for me than strictly electric. The CH Ford team worked with my budget to keep the payment super low, while giving me the lease miles I required.Sean crunched the numbers with me and was upfront with me on all levels. There wasn't pressure to buy or lease at all. They knew their info and I came back once for my HOV lane stickers. Neil gave me a pretty thorough review of the car and invited me to come back any time with an appointment and he would help me with all the crazy buttons, settings, etc. on this car.I was frustrated to have to wait for the F & I person, but there were lots of buyers that Saturday, so I understand the wait.All in all, I'm really pleased with the car - I've driven 518 miles on my C-Max and I still have more than a little over a 1/4 of the original tank of gas from my delivery day!My friends are impressed with the mileage and the car and I told them to see my friends at Chino Hills Ford to get their Ford C-Max!

I recently purchased a 2015 Mustang Eco Boost. I love it! Fully loaded, leather seats, 50th Anniversary package. Neil Warren was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He did not pressure me, but was available to answer any questions, take me on numerous test drives and responded to texts in a timely manner. When I called to make an appointment they said I didn't need to because now they have the quick lane. Everything was good, but the wait was too long, and far longer than the estimate, even taking into consideration that there were more things that needed to be done. They estimated an hour and a half and it took almost three hours. It took over 30 minutes to get the truck when I was told "it was done" and the only thing they needed to was wash itthen when I got itit wasn't washed. They said they could wash it in ten minutes. It took 25. They did a good job, but the quick lane is a joke.

I really appreciated that Jairo,"JJ" called me as soon as they found the problem to let me know that a part was on order to complete the repair. We received a notice from Ford to mention that our car was due for a basic service. I took it in but I was informed that I still had 3,500 more miles to go for the basic service. Not sure why we were sent the notice. I was also told that the car needed the 30,000 job. I had it done....$387.00. When I got home I looked at the recommended job on the manual and it says nothing about a 30,000 mile job. What are you doing?

I have a 2012 Ford Flex and the dealership is a large reason as to why I purchased this vehicle. The service department is always helpful and I cannot thank everyone enough for taking care of the car. I do have one piece of advice. With the construction of the new building and the glass that was installed, it is very difficult to see during the early morning hours. I would suggest the roll-up style window coverings to assist with this. They will not detract from the overall look outside and the customers and technicians will actually be able to see inside.

We only wanted to sit in an Escape and see the trunk size of a Focus to get an idea of what we would get to replace our current car when the lease expired in five months. The salesman who helped us was amazing. He was so helpful and encouraged us to explore the possibility of changing vehicles early. We hesitated but he said if it doesn't work out you just drive your current car home and come back in a few months. Sounded reasonable so he worked with us to decide what we wanted and then kept encouraging us not to give up when we had difficulty making the deal. We made the deal and drove home our brand new leased Escape. We absolutely love our new car and we are so very thankful to our salesman who was knowledgeable and encouraged us every step of the way. The young man is a very gifted salesperson who exhibited great intuitive skills. We look forward to seeing him again in three years.

When buying a night, the day after the new car to go home the next day found the car has obvious scratches ( paint the door of injury ) , as well as the top of the rear trunk is very dirty , estimated to be put for a long time or a lot of people open too !

Great experience at the Ford dealer in Chino Hills. Andrew was our sales person and knows his stuff. Very polite and respectfull with no pressure. We got a 2014 Focus SE with sport package on sale due being last years model and at a great price. Really like the sport interior. Only complaint would be that the paperwork took to long once we agreed on a deal.

My service rep was Johnny and he did a fantastic job for me. My truck was towed in at just about closing time and he stayed after work to receive it in for me and check the problem out. He had the truck fixed for me by Saturday morning which was great, since the truck had the check engine light on and had completely shut off on me while I was driving it (NOT A GOOD THING)

We had been looking for this 2014 F150 FX2 in red for about 8 months. Tried several dealers but no luck. I went online and found this at Chino Ford, printed out the window sticker and it had everything we were looking for. I called and a great salesman named Michael Garrett said yes we have your truck on the lot and promised me it would still be there when we arrived. It's beautiful! We purchased a 2013 Ford Escape. The price was FANTASTIC. We went in to look at the vehicle, and Michael took great care of us. I was planning to look at some vehicles at another dealership but the Ford Escape was just such a great deal, and well taken care of, that I couldn't pass it by. Since we had not planned to actually purchase a vehicle that day, we needed some extra assistance - So Michael dropped us off so my husband and I could have lunch, then picked us up and drove us back to the dealership. Then, Michael drove my husband home so he could pick up his son from school. Financing was easy and Dan was great. Made things simple. The next day we came back in to finalize some things and again Michael helped us with the questions we had. Such an easy and satisfactory experience. Thank you Chino Hills Ford!

My experience with Chino Hills Ford spans many years and has been primarily with the service department particularly Johnny Gonzalez. I bought a 1997 Taurus SHO new (not at Chino Hills Ford) and have been having it serviced here at Chino Hills Ford. My SHO is and has been a great car, a fun car but after 17 years it needs TLC this is what Johnny and his team have been providing for the past many years. The bottom line is that I bought my new Focus at Chino Hills Ford because of the outstanding professionalism and dedication to excellence that Johnny and his team has consistently provided and I appreciate it. When I told Johnny that I was in the market to buy a Focus he had me contact Naeem Khan who provided the same experience that I have come to expect at Chino Hills Ford. This was by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new car Naeem is a real pro. I am a retired Sales and Marketing executive and I could not have asked for a better experience from my team. I am a customer of Chino Hills Ford for life and my friends and family will be as well!

2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid GPS/Nav screen problem-had no touchscreen response. Voice commands still worked.They tried a software update and it didn't work. They called Ford corporate and they recommended replacing the CPU of the Microsoft Sync unit. It did not make sense to me. If the screen doesnt work, why not replace the touch screen? They replaced the CPU it was still did not responding to touch screen commandsAt that point, they recommended replacing the entire Nav unit and radio. It would be over $2500 so I declined.Customer service stepped in and put back in the old CPU back in and gave me a 100% refund. I thought that was good service, because other dealerships I called (before Chino Hills), wanted a non-refundable diagnostic fee just to look at it.

Bought my brand new ST here, been taking it for service since day one., Jay has been super helpful and has accommodated every need I have had, recently took it because my SYNC was not working properly, phoned, jay answered the telephone, explained the situation and gave me an appointment right away, I was talking to a girl about an appointment, she shays there are no appointments available, then she puts me on hold then she hangs up, good thing I called back and that's when Jay sorted all out, took the car and Johnny was amazing as well, took my car in even when they had loads of cars, washed it and had it ready in a timely manner !So good onya chino hills service department !Cheers !

Chino Hills Ford always does a great job in their service department. I was able to drop my car off late, just before closing, and the my 2013 Ford Explorer was ready by 10 am the next morning. This is the 3rd time I have had my Explorer serviced here and each time has gone real smoothly.

This time service was great. I had service issue with Ford a few months ago and someone from your dealership was supposed to call me back to resolve the issue in a week and I never heard anything. Ford customer service was very bad when I had transmission cooling pump went out on me while on my way to Indiana from California. My 2011 F150 Eco-Boost only got 18000 miles at that time. The truck was towed to a dealer 80 miles away and found out the problem was listed on their service bulletin at the time. They had no parts at that time for the repair. I ended up having spent $1300 extra in car rentals and hotels in order to complete my trip, then I called Ford, they never showed any care to a loyal customer who owned 5 Ford vehicles in the family. In addition, I specially had my truck serviced and checked a week prior to my trip at Chino Hills Ford and I told the service dept about my long trip. Anyway, it might be my fault for not pressing the issue hard enough, guess they would listen better when you have a louder voice. For sure I will never buy another Ford if Ford is not making any change in the way how to treat a loyal customer.

Purchased a 2014 F-150 4x4. Chris Ancona sold it to us and he was very helpful. I feel we got a fair deal without alot of unecessary negotiation. I saw the truck I liked on the internet, and emailed chris. I wanted to test drive it and he had it ready to go when we arrived. We were undecided on which motor to get (5.0 or ecoboost) so we drove a few trucks to compare. I would of given a perfect review, but the fact that it took 17 days to payoff my trade-in was unacceptable. I was asked for a ten day payoff and I expected my trade in to payoff within that time frame especially since funds sent to Ford from my Credit Union was process less than 3 days. Also, the fact that no one had an answer as to why my check was delay was horrible. I was also told finance representative and or Manager I was going to receive a call to follow-up and nothing was done. Departments need to speak with each other, unless this is the way they manage this office.

Ford Flex I have had nothing but problems since day one. It Looks like they finally fix the water leak on the Sun Roof. I would not recommend the Car or Ford to anybody And not the Chino hills Ford the previous manager was a dis honest Man .He Added charges without telling us but since we sign the paperwork we had to pay it .I'm a veteran that wanted to invest in American products but We have had nothing but problems with the quality of the car.

Bought a Ford Fiesta Titanium 2013 off the lot the car had transmission issues!!! Was told it was normal for the car! No less than a couple months later a recal on my transmission for the clutch that was a defect from ford!!!! Not only that!!! My check engine light came on while in service department for some gaskets that needed to be replaced on my intake manifold!!! Also try to lie and say it was a sensor!! Are you serious!!!???

Chino Hills Ford is the only Ford dealership that I use. The staff go out of their way to make sure that your buying experience is not stressful. They are friendly and take the time to explain all the features of the vehicle. Buying a new vehicle can be a stressful process, such was not the case at chino hills ford, in fact I left the dealer a few times to shop other deals and think of the deal that Neil Warren had presented. After shopping around and thinking of the deal , I made my decision to go with Chino Hills Ford.The overall time dealing with Neil was about 4 weeks that it took us to make the deal I wanted and fit in my budget. Thanks to all the staff for their patience and creative thinking to find me the best deal.

Ok so first of all the people at chino Ford make you feel like you're among friends and family. I got the truck that I wanted, with in my budget, with no pressure from anyone.I came to Chino Ford half expecting the experience I had at citrus motors (very negative to put mildly) and was overjoyed that not only was that not the case but that they wanted to know my experience to ensure that it wouldn't happen to anyone at their location.Naeem was great he waved us in as we pulled on the drive, pulled the truck up for us, showed us other trucks that fit the price range I wanted. I have to say that everything was very positive. I've had my truck for 24 hours now and the euphoria still hasn't worn off.

I have purchased two cars from this dealership prior to the new ownership, so when it was time to buy a new car for my college bound son I thought i would go there first. That was my biggest mistake. We were lied to by the salesman that they couldn't run our credit because Ford Finance was closed due to the 4th weekend. We left the dealership and went to Ken Grody Ford in Buena Park, where I have purchased cars before, and was approved and we purchased a car the same day through Ford Finance. Never again will i give Chino Hills Ford the opportunity to sell me anything. Good luck with staying in business with that kind of customer service.Scott

We went there because we live in chino for many years. My wife wanted a explorer, we got hooked up with JD a very hard worker did everything we asked of him, as far as test driving the cars. We drove the explorer and the edge. We picked out a Black Limited explorer talked price but decided to sleep on it. Which was very cool he was doing his job but wasn't pushy or arrogant in any way, which is what I like. Anyway we decided the next day to not spend that much on a car so my wife called jd told her what she wanted to spend and asked him if he could o that and of course he said no problem. So we decide on a XLT explorer white with rims nice car, we go to do the final paperwork and that's when it got interesting. My wife couldn't understand why they were asking for 5 grand more then what she had talked to JD about on the phone and she basically freaked right there that's when Shawn stepped in and said he had a edge with all the same stuff the explorer had and was the price they had talked. well in her state she jumped on it i personally didn't like The car at all, not that it was a bad car i new it wasn't what we wanted.So we drive off the next morning which is Sunday I take the car for a drive to try and talk myself into looking it but it didn't work, not only that by the tome i got home my wife's crying saying she blew it now she doesn't even want to look at it. So later that afternoon she calls JD and asks him if they would take it back doesn't matter what we have to do we want the explorer, well much to my surprise they said they would do it we showed up Monday morning re signed the paper work and off she went to work with a smile on her face. it was the most pleasant experience i personally have ever had at a car dealer my hats off to the whole staff at chino hills ford.

I am bringing my 59,000 miles Fiesta for service at Chino Hills Ford this Saturday since all of its reviews were great. I have talked to Sherry of Customer Service on the phone and I thought she was very professional and friendly. She handled my inquisitions very well. Cleared up a lot of questions I had about the scheduled inspection. I felt very respected as well. Thumbs up for their customer service. Going to have a second review after my inspection this Sat!

We chose Chino Hills because they participate in Costco's Auto Buying Service (which provides the best new car discount we could find). We were also 'dating' other brands via Costco and other Ford dealers as we had a very tight budget to work with. It was not obvious that we could purchase a new car with the funds we had. Complicating the situation was I lived in NorCal but the car was for someone in SoCal. This required arranging the deal from afar and handling the car purchase separately. We were partnered with Chris who, despite our interest in the lowest priced car possible, spent time to listen to our situation, needs and constraints. He researched incentives to help lower the price more than a thousand below Costco's discount, and he continuously treated us like we were his only customer and concern. No other dealer we interacted with had this level of dedication. All others just told us they could not meet our price. Indeed, Chris was not able to meet our price either - but unlike the other dealers, he didn't see that as the end of the relationship, and it was clear that he still wanted to sell us a car if there was any way to close the last $1k difference. We brought in a used, very old and not maintained car. Between that and more Chris leg work to get even more dealer and Ford money, we got a new car for our original budget!! I've bought cars before, but never have I had an experience like this where I felt everything Chris said was honest and I got 100% of his attention and effort. I can't imagine another person working as hard and as dedicated to make our car purchase possible. He was able to work with via phone and text and was always available. I recommend him highly! I believe he, alone, made buying our car for our limited funds possible. If he treats limited fund customers so well, you know he'll treat anyone wanting to buy a car well and work just as hard for them. He's an incredible person as well as salesman.

I came to Chino Hills Ford looking for the perfect car that wouldn't break the bank. I found it with the help of Rene Mancia he was by far one of the best sales person i have ever spoken to, he knew customer service was important and he put that on display. He never harassed me, he showed respect and knowledge in what he was selling, always putting the customer first. The customer service helped make my decision in where i would buy my car in the end. I am extremely happy with the end result, and want to say Thank you to Rene and the team at Chino Hills Ford!

Andrew Harris and Bryan (Finance) went back to the bank and asked for a 1% rate reduction, increased our trade-in value by $500.00 (total $1500) and offered Rebates of $3500 to close the deal. All I can say is WOW!!! These guys know how to close a deal....and be fair!!! I will refer them to my friends, family and co-workers. Andrew Harris and Naeem Khan worked together to help me buy the car that fits all my needs. They were so patient and showed me all kinds of models since I had no clue which car would be perfect. These salespeople were very knowledgeable in all the details that mattered and were not pushy or aggressive. Angelia was able to get my car financed for me with ease and professionalism. I absolutely LOVE my new Fusion and the color of the car gets compliments everywhere I go! In comparison to the many months of visiting numerous dealerships in the southland, I highly recommend Chino Hills Ford...they are the best!

I recently purchased a Ford Raptor from Chino Hills Ford and can't say enough about the staff and service. My family and I were greeted and welcomed like family, no easy feat considering I have three young boys. The rest of the office staff helped entertain my little monsters while Zack helped me buy the truck of my dreams. Zack was and continues to be very helpful and attentive, regularly checking on me and how the Raptor is performing. I initially checked the other dealers in the area and was met with nothing but curt responses and less than eager salesmen. It seemed as though it was beneath them to answer my questions regarding the Raptor. These neighboring dealers need to contact Chino Hills Ford for some lessons in customer service. I have already and will continue to recommend Chino Hills Ford to all of my friends who are interested in Ford products.GREAT JOB CHINO HILLS FORD!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!

I traded in my beloved 2000 Toyota Mr2 convertible and had my balanced paid off after some back and forth with Naeem and his Manager. The original offer was well below what I was offered at CarMax for trade. I was asked why I would pull that offer sheet after we started talking numbers and not before, and of course why the xxxx would I do that. Then I was offered to at least match the CarMax offer. For this I was tempted to walk out of the door, I told Naeem Ford should "beat, not match the CarMax offer". After test driving a white Mustang 6 speed I really liked the car but I wasn't to happy with the color and where we were with the numbers. So the manager searched via the Ford data base and was able to find a race red with the same package. They offered to pay off my car which was over the CarMax offer and would order me a race red mustang v6 with 6 speed manual, now I felt like we were getting somewhere. It was shipped within a week and upon my arrival most of the paper work was ready to go, no extra hassles, no bogus holding fees like you might get at some other dealerships. I was able to walk away feeling like I got a fair deal on a fun fast car. I did mark down my quality of experience as a 4/5 and there are a couple reason for this which I will explain.1. The old car sale haggle with the back and forth to the manager office. I get it, it's the way it is, but I just want Ford to consider what they are now going up against. CarMax where I was considering purchasing has a no haggle sales system which is more pleasant to deal with. Where Ford has the advantage here is the flexibility to make different offers CarMax does not. After a lot of research I probably could have got a lower MSRP but I have to admit was still happy with my 1.9 percent financing, incentives and my over all payments, not to mention trade in. 2. The next wave of car sales is coming, competitors like Elio and Tesla are bound to change the sales model. I followed Ford during the hard economic years and appreciated their struggle and essentially surviving and on their own terms not taking loans from the government. I have always bought japanese cars for their reliability, but Ford is back to that high level of product. I want to see Ford make it to that next level. There aren't many two door sports cars out there to choose from, so before I forget tell Ford to stop holding out on us on the 2 door focus and fiesta hatch backs. We consumers know they exist in Europe, we do have the internet and have to read about how fun they are, and not all of us want a 4 door "sports" which is our only options with those cars. Not the dealer's fault but it should be known. Don't get me wrong I like the mustang but I also like a fast hatch back. 3. The Chino Hills website is handsdown one of the best ones I navigated. Better than Upland, Ontario, Long Beach to name a few I searched. It was nice to see the live pictures of the car and be able to again see it in person. That wasn't the case with these other websites often I would get cartoon pictures instead of the real thing. On top of that I couldnt search by details like "Manual" and color which was annoying with the other websites, but chino hills had all of that. What I would have liked which might not be possible is to see what that manager seen when he looked for my car in the data base. I would have loved to search a data base to say I want this specific car with these specific options and have it shipped just like it was done when I came in person. Maybe it's not possible to give the customer that power right now, but when I mentioned a new wave of sales model is coming this is what I'm talking about. Tesla customers can order their car and options 100% online. Ford has been around long enough to make this happen. Again, comaring to CarMax, I can go online pick a car out within 250 miles and have it shipped to my nearest location free of charge. 4. Extra warranty. I'm just going to be honest here, this car comes with a pretty decent warranty.Once we got to the financing office I was offered all the extra warranty stuff. I'm sure there are some people out there that fall for that warranty and are happy to pay extra. I'm not one of those folks, the amount that it costs to have an extra warranty I could have just spent on fixing what breaks and I would and should always come out on top. Why? Because you are selling a top quality product. Overall I would honestly say 4.5 out of 5 knowing that a lot of my complaints are really out of Chino Hills hands and rather Ford as a whole, xxxx if I can ever get over my insecurity with having dealerships touch my cars I might just let Chino Hills change my oil and some other things. The 2014 Mustang is a heck of a deal for 303hp, rwd, 6speed, Ford did a good job and Chino HIlls was a pleasure to do business with. Looking forward to seeing the 2015's. Sincerely, Clint Lara

Zack Slaughter was the salesperson who took care of us. Wow what A SUPRISE to find him not only knowlegable about the care we bought (ford taurus "sho") but he actually took the time to zero in on our wants and needs instead of wham bam pressure a sale in order to move on to the next dollar sign. From the moment we walked in he gave us info needed to find what we wanted, took us on a non hurried test ride and worked out a deal we could live with. ZACK SLAUGHTER IS A PROFESSUIONAL and my wife and i highly recomend him and this dealership. wonderful experience without the typical pressure of other dealers. Brought in my 2011 Fusion for a new inside door handle, cost 211.00, after finding out this is common issue with 2006-2011 Fusions, I called Ford Customer Service, after 3 weeks they finally got back to me and offered to fix it for 50.00, squeaky wheel gets the grease, if I hadn't spoke up would have cost me 211.00. Taking ownership of your mistakes will bring you more business, step up the next time and don't make your customers do what you should have done.Doug Trail

This was the third dealership we visited and we were never pressured. They had exactly what we were looking for and took extremely good care of us. We would definitely recommend Chino Hills Ford and would do business with them again. Sean Orr and Neil Warren were very thorough and patient with us. Jim Karimi and Sylvia Alvarez were very helpful and attentive.

From the start, Neil, Shawn, and Daniel were great to work with. This is my second buying experience at Chino Hills Ford and it was just as good as the first one. I received fair value for my trade-in and a good price on my certified pre-owned vehicle. If I am ever in the market for a vehicle again, I will be going back to Chino Hills Ford!

For the past ten years I have just purchased used cars from private sellers. So I was at first hesitant about going to a dealership. I personally thought it was going to be a negative experience, but I am VERY happy I was proven incorrect at Chino Hills Ford! Jeffrey Goldsmith (Sales Manager) was very agreeable and informative in presenting options and numbers to my mother and myself throughout the week before we came on 02/15/2014. From the moment we arrived, smiles were plentiful amongst the staff and I started to feel a bit more comfortable quickly. A big thing for me was the fact that they treated my mother and girlfriend with the utmost amount of respect throughout the process, even though I was going to be purchasing the vehicle. This meant a lot to me since they are a very special part of my life and with my decision making. Jaime and Ted were extremely pleasant and conversational. I thankfully am quite simple when it comes to vehicles. I am the kind of young individual (28) who isn't into all the sporty cars, driving fast, etc. I look for a car to get me from point A to point B with some comfort. All three of the staff were exceptional in showing me EXACTLY what I was asking for when I brought two stock numbers already in mind. I was presented with a couple more options per my mother's request, but the first car stuck out in my mind (2014 Ford Fiesta). When I decided that the first vehicle was the one I wanted, Jeffrey made every effort possible to get at the monthly price point or at least close to it that I wanted. I was looking to be at about $250 a month and Chino Hills Ford did very well in staying close to that at the end ($283). Jeffrey made every effort back and forth with Ford to make the payment as low as possible, also including the two rebates for new car buyer and school. No pressure in price points, no strong arming, just simple and straight to the point of getting a price that met my request and the type of car I was looking for. This was my first new car ever and I am very happy that I chose Chino Hills Ford to make the purchase. They made sure the car was washed, fueled up, detailed, and ready to go while the finalization of paperwork was being sorted out. I received a follow-up call the very next day from Ted (though I didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer, sorry!) whom wanted to make sure I was 100% with my purchase. I will definitely be recommending my friends and family to Chino Hills Ford if they happen to be buying in the area and Ford in general. Thank you once again to Jeffrey, Jaime, and Ted for making my purchase experience MUCH better than I had anticipated!

Neil Warren supplied service (Way above the call of duty with Fantastic follow though) He is an excellent employee & a great company representative. You are lucky to have him on your team. Quick response to e-mails and return phone calls. I had a very good working relationship with him.I did have a conflict of personality with the Chino Hills Fleet manager though, which had nothing to do With Neils performance. I purchased a 2014 Raptor Super Cab - Special orderI will be purchasing a 2015 Mustang GT for my father - possibly 2016. I want to wait to see if any problems arise with the new Model. He currently is driving a 2012 GT. I will also be purchasing (2) base model F150 work trucks to replace the 2 Chevy Colorados we currently have as parts runners. This will happen in late 2014. I dont think I will be purchasing them though Chino Hills Ford because of the conflict of interest I had with the Fleet Manager. I really enjoyed my experience with Chino Hills Ford, Andrew was prompt and got me an incredible deal on my new Ford C-Max. My only complaint would be that it took almost 6 hours from test drive to send off, which was a bit lengthy for my taste but it really was a great experience overall.

I had been looking for a new vehicle for several months already. I currently live in New Mexico but went home to California to visit family for the holidays, not really thinking about buying a new car. I kinda looked around and was contacted by the staff at Chino Hills Ford, from the beginning it was amazing. Neil Warren and Mike Green did an incredible job at not only finding me a vehicle that I feel in love with, but also got me through the grueling process of finding the right price. They were not pushy at all, only helpful. Needless to say I drove off the lot in my 't brand new Ford Escape and I couldn't be any happier!!!

Having received e-mails and calls from every Southern California Ford dealer prior to my visit to Chino Hills Ford, I was a bit tired of the same old sales pitch. I received a call from Nikki (hope I spelled correctly) who was involved in Chino Hills Ford Internet Sales Program. She basically set me up with an associate and a time to come in. I then came to Chino Hills Ford and Nikki introduced me to Zak Slaughter. He was incredibly nice and non pitchy. He walked us through several vehicle options including the Fusion, Taurus, Edge, and Escape. We quickly narrowed down the Fusion as the best buy for what I was looking for. Zak worked with Mike Green to get a number that looked good for us. I am now proudly leasing my first Ford and plan on staying in the Ford Family for a long time. Well done Chino Hills Ford. I will recommend to all my friends and family.

Great experience. Really didn't expect to buy the car. They were so helpful. They had quick, informative communication. They treated me as a serious buyer. They printed all price quotes for me and worked with me to exceed my personal requirements to buy the car. They explained all the paperwork, made it very easy. They had great follow up after buying the car. They still are helpful with my many questions. Ford offers packages that I could not find with any other company. They also have the best graduate and first time buyer programs.

He explained the technology of this car very nicely. He and his boss Brian were fair when it came to negotiating the final deal. Had they given me more pressure and played games like some other dealers like to do - I would have walked away. My experience started when I did an online search for a ford mustang. I found a 2014 mustang at Chino hills ford. I called the dealership and I arranged a test drive. When I arrived at the dealership, Zak was the sales associate helping me with the car. Zak was very helpful and knowledgable, answering all my questions. After the test drive, I knew I wanted to buy the mustang. I was satisfied with the negotiation and paperwork process. Overall I had a great experience and I highly recommend Zak.

I recommend this dealership to anyone. Im very particular on reviews for online because I know they could either help or hurt a business. This dealership exceeded all my expectations on every level available. You wouldnt believe the used car they sold me looked like it was barely a year old and its a 2005 Mustang GT. He (my car) was so impressive and the deal Chino Hills Ford granted me was spectacular. The salesman, Evan, up to the Finance dept and chief of sales were all so polite. They literally rescued me from another dealership with a 2 week long deal for another mustang that went down the drain. Zak and Jon had their work cut out for them on this sale. Like most people, I dread the automobile purchase experience. My wife and I searched and researched for over two months looking for a car that would meet our needs, at a price we were comfortable paying, from a dealership we felt was truly interested in providing us with a satisfying experience more than meeting a car selling quota.We actually contacted Chino Hills Ford inquiring on a used mini-van. Surprisingly, Zak offered to drive another car we were interested in all the way down to Orange County on a Friday night to show it to us. This was a completely different car buying experience than I had expected.Zak and Jon were very patient over the following week, yet persistent, in seeking to assist me in any way they could with my car buying process. We had an incredible experience with Chino Hills Ford Dealership, especially our Salesman, Zak Slaughter! From the second we drove into the dealer, to the time we left, the level of customer service, friendliness, courteousness, kindness, etc, was around us the entire time. People were smiling, continually asking if we need a drink or if we are comfortable, and being as helpful as they can be to make our time valuable and worth the hour and fifteen minutes of drive time to their dealer. In fact, our name was on their Customer Appointment Board and we felt so special that they were making time for us. When we came down to look at the car, unfortunately the keys were off-site, but Zak allowed us to feel confident in our exploration of the vehicle as he showed us the car, discussing the positives and benefits of the suburban. He spent the time to discuss, think, and consider our options with patience, understanding, and compassion. We are very pleased with the level of service, hospitality, and care that our sales team provided, including Zac, Allen, Sales Manager, and Finance. Thank you EVERYONE for all your hard work, dedication, and commitment to making us feel like "special customers!" Because in the end, we know we were treated with respect, honesty, and loyalty!

I had been looking for a ford Explorer since June of this year and went to many dealers to try to find my ideal vehicle. With no 2013s available the search for a 2014 started. I found Chino Hills because of its internet add. I wanted a few specific things I wanted and could not locate one. It was suggested I should just order one and I did after much hesitation. Rene suggested I order one originally and I should have listened. Well I have the vehicle of dreams and I thank Rene for his patients, diligence, and all the looking he did for me. Also for all for all the emails and phone calls. I always knew where I stood and he explained everything wonderfully to me when the vehicle arrived. I would recommend Chino Hills Ford to my friends.

We had a not so great experience purchasing an F-150 this week. We found the vehicle we wanted online, and we received a quote from an Internet Salesman which met our price range. We called the salesman to confirm this was the price and there were no other charges. The cons: When we got to the dealership all ready to sign the papers, they "snuck" in some dealer upgrades which raised the price an extra $1,500 for items were didn't need. I was shocked and in awe we fell for this scam. If my wife hadn't totaled our previous car and we weren't in desperate need of a replacement, we would have walked away. The senior salesman eventually gave us a break of the warranty and lowered our ARP %, but this was a good lesson for us. Also took us 4+ hours to eventually get out of there as there was only 1 finance person and 2-3 customers ahead of us.The pros: They did have the truck washed, waxed, and gassed up before we got there. All the associates were knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. We love our truck, and thank you very much!

Was very satisfied with our purchase up till a week after purchase, when my wife and I reviewed the contract in depth. We had come to find out that the "data dots" and "rockedge alarm" were added to our contract, after having a verbal agreement during the negotiation period, that these items would be excluded from our total cost. I do understand that it was our families responsibility to double check our contract prior to signing, but we naively trusted the dealership to hold true to their word, which in the end costed us an additional $1,000. I have already attempted to settle the situation with the dealership directly by calling them on November 1st, in which they responded that they would contact me during the following week; I have yet to receive a phone call after seven days. Overall very disappointed with my purchasing aspect and will encourage others to shop elsewhere, although we do enjoy the vehicle we purchased (Ford Explorer Base 2013).

He was very informative about the leasing process for us since we were new to it and he made sure that we understood what it was all about. Many many times in my life I have been to dealerships and we all know the routine... RUN FROM THE SALESMEN!I initally came to Chino Hills Ford to get some service on my truck, it was then that Zak Slaughter approached me...with kindness, respect and alot of knowledge about the ford F-150 line-up. I explained to Zak my truck was a few years old and I would consider a new truck if it would fit in my budget. Before we could even walk to the back of the lot to look at the different models Zak said he had one just in mind that will work best for me, and he sure was rite!Zak listened to my details and what I was looking for, he narrowed the process down and made it as simple as buying a loaf of bread. Most people are accustomed to a negative experience at a car dealership. Emotions can run high with such large purchases, and sales people are usually there take advantage of you.Not at Chino Hills ford - the entire experience was A+ from start to finish. I got a reasonable amount on the trade-in for my vehicle, and a decent discount on the new vehicle I was purchasing.Everyone's attitudes were exemplary, with an emphasis on Andrew Harris. Andrew really knows what customer service is, you can tell he's been in the industry for a while and actually enjoys his job. His motive is to keep the customer around rather than to get the quick sale. The follow-up calls post sales exceeded my expectations - not an easy feat considering I run a technical support group myself and expect this same type of experience with my customers. If I ever want to buy another Ford, I will drive out of my way to go to this dealership - as I did this time. If you're on the fence, look no further than Chino Hills Ford.

From the second we set foot onto the customer parking lot and all the way to where we drove away very happy, we received the " Red Carpet" treatment which made us feel at ease throughout the whole process of purchasing our 2014 Explorer XLT. This was my first Ford (and new car) purchase and it was a great experience! I had contacted other dealers, but chose Chino Hills Ford for the customer service and knowledge I received from Neil Warren. My particular buying situation was sort of drawn out, but Neil had the patience of a saint! He answered all my questions (and there many!), put me at ease and there was never any sales pressure, unlike other dealers. When the vehicle I had originally been looking at sold, he was able to find me one exactly like it, for a lower price! When the time comes for my next purchase, I will definitely come back! A great place to have an experience that you never forget. Everyone was nice from the start to finish. Very informative on all car or truck questions you may have. Overall I didn't feel pushed or feel like the just wanted my money. I had other dealers just push and get you into something you don't want. Chino Ford ask what you want and depending on your finances you will get you what you want without pressure. I really feel like I was there to be helped not screwed like other places.

Zak was an awesome guy, and terrific salesperson. He helped meet all of our needs in a vehicle and as a client. Zak well beyond any type of expectation, and made the difficulty of buying a vehicle as pleasant as possible. I will recommend Zak to anyone looking to buy a Ford, and already have. I would say that Mike Retes was a very nice person, but he needs to understand perception of some actions. He came in and gave a great speech about Zak, but I don't think managers need to get in the middle of speaking to the clients and the sales person. I am sure it is important for some people to meet managers, but do that after we signed all the paperwork not when we are in the middle of everything still. Also, he needs to bring everyone a business card when he meets them, and not only give it to the male. My wife was pretty upset that I was the only one who received a business card and I was on the phone. The perception behind those actions can be interpreted as xxxxxx, but I don't think it was meant that way. This was probably in honest mistake, but one my wife did not like.

When we first arrived at Chino Hills Ford Zac Slaughter introduced himself to us he immediately had us feeling confident and at ease, which usually isn't a feeling you get walking into a car dealer. He started off by asking us some questions such as what we really wanted in a vehicle and what payment range we were comfortable in. We found a Certified Pre Owned 2013 Ford Escape SEL which we absolutely love but didn't have what we really wanted which is a luggage rack but Zac quickly found out a cost and availability of adding one, so we did. He has been very nice, professional, helpful and always found out information if he didn't already know for sure the correct answer. He answered all of our millions of questions. Always gave us his time and attention making us feel like the most important people there. When we were looking at the car we found a couple of small scratches which were taken care of that day and are now non existent. Chino Hills Ford clearly is interested in the customers comfort and satisfaction. Their service plans takes care of everything which instills confidence and piece of mind, and has really put us at ease. We don't even have to pay for oil changes, which the car will even schedule for you just adding convenience to such a great car and great experience. We would highly recommend Zac and Chino Hills Ford to anyone looking for a car.

I was working with Jon Klempner and Neil Warren for 10 days regarding a very specific Ford Ranger, to replace my work truck which was totalled in an accident. I was very clear that I wanted this truck and we were in process with financing. I was willing to drive 400 miles for this truck, and they were aware of this.They sold this truck to someone else prior to communicating with me in detail what was needed from me to hurry up our financing process or secure the vehicle for me.I guess this happens pretty regularly but I didn't realize this, wasn't informed and it greatly inconvenienced me.Jon was apologetic and offered to help me anyway he could, though at this point what I needed was a truck, nothing else so all of the friendliness and courtesy was somewhat useless.If I lived in the area, I would consider doing business there in the future.

I signed up for the Costco program and the sales process with Zach was with no pressure, we focused and discussed the car with the options I wanted instead of pressuring me to buy what they had on the lot. They were able to arrange a dealer trade the same day for the vehicle I was looking for. Purchasing a vehicle can be a stressful experience, but we enjoyed the time as it was a no haggle discussion. There we had the pleasure of working with Oscar Valadez, he thoroughly explained the Costco program, and gave us an overview of the differences in pricing. He had found a car for me, exactly as I wanted and at exactly the price I had inquired about, same day. Went down to the dealership the next day, purchased the car. This was an internet sale, because I searched online for this color, and the truck was beautiful. I drove 20 miles to buy this truck, which in California means I passed probably twenty other dealers. Over all, I thought everything offered was reasonable, and I didn't want to get into a haggling war and walk out angry, or without the truck. Kelly Whyman was great to deal with, and very forthcoming. As I explained to him, the only disappointment I had with the entire process was the truck was equipped with dealer add-ons, which I would have preferred were not. Over all a very positive experience.

I just want to start with how we were treated. Both Andrew Harris and Mark Allingham were extremely helpful as well as courteous and patient. They were both eager to help me as well as accommodate my 7-months pregnant girlfriend who would often get tired which would require us to leave early on two of our visits. Both gentlemen understood this without an explanation and we are both grateful.Second, I want to state that we are very satisfied with the deal we got on our trade in which we didn't actually want to give up but felt it to be necessary and therefore we were very reluctant to just give the car up. On top of that we received an excellent price and payment plan on a 2013 Ford Edge which made giving up my girlfriends car a lot easier.P.S. I had been loking for a new focus for about a month. I had tried to do business with another dealership but they never reconnected with me and didn't seem to care very much about the sale. I am a first time buyer and had never dealt with dealerships before. On my way hom one day I decided to stop by and just check out what Chino Hills Ford had available. I was met outside by Andrew Harris and I told him I was looking for a new focus and explained my situation of pricing and payments. He immediately got me looking at vehicles, but they didnt have quite what I wanted. They looked around at surronding dealerships for me and found what I wa lloking for. I ended up purchasing a new vehicle that very same day without feeling pressured and it was ready for pick up and washed the next day after I got off work. We went to Chino HIlls Ford because it is our Costco dealership. I was able to set up an appointment with Kelly and he asked for all of my wants in my new car. He showed me a number of cars that would fit my needs and the next day I came back with my family. Kelly was very friendly, knowledgeable, and fair. Buying through the Costco program takes out most of the haggling that eveyone hates. We were trying to decide between the Honda Pilot and the Ford Flex and we chose the Flex. I love my new car. Kelly went through every little gadget and showed us how to work it all. Everytime I called looking for Kelly, he was there and available for my call. We were very happy with our transaction.

My initial experience with Chino Hills Ford was a great one. Crystal help me while I was still just looking at the Fusion's. She was new but very eager to help me and get me answers for all my questions. Crystal did a follow up with me and I made an appointment to come down and test drive the new Fusion Hybrid. I was very impressed because when I arrived the car was pulled up to the front and ready for me to drive. I loved the car and was ready to buy it from Crystal and Neil (another sales person who I did most of the negotiations with) but they didn't have the exact car I wanted but said they could get it from another dealer and that they had an agreement from the other dealer that they could have the car. This is where my experience took a turn for the worse. After I was approved for financing I asked when they could have the car ready and they told me the car was no longer available and I would need to choose another car. Since I didn't want another car we went back and forth for 2 days about how they could get me a car. I was pretty frustrated at this point and not too happy. When I told them I would only buy that exact car they ended up making a few more calls and tracked one down for me. In the end it took a bit more work and time on my end than I wanted but they did get me the car I wanted. I couldn't have been happier in dealing with Crystal and Neil at Chino Hills Ford. They did a great job and I will definitely be back.

This dealership is full of con-artists. When I purchased my Ford Focus they told me that there were some security features installed on the vehicle so they had to charge me a fee for each and come to find out they were never installed and they refuse to refund my money. Stay away from this dealership.

WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT, EVER!! This was an EXPENSIVE LESSON! They had my car for a total of 18 days from 10/3/11-11/16/12 to diagnose an electrical problem with the charging system. They cost me over $750 in rental car fees, warranty deductibles and parts/repairs that didn't FIX the problem! Finally fed up and frustrated with Chino Hills Ford, I took my vehicle to Transonic in Montclair, and they found the electrical problem in 15 minutes and fixed it an hour for only $75! Also, CHINO HILLS SERVICE DEPARTMENT DAMAGES YOUR VEHICLE, SO BEWARE!!! Video your entire car before leaving with this service department so you can recover if they damage your vehicle. They are famous for calling you at the end of the day to pick up your vehicle when it is dark out and you can't properly inspect it for damage!! This is the second time they have damaged my vehicle and then refused to take blame for it. The damage this time was caused by the technician being too lazy to put the rubber mat down on my fender (next to the hood where they lean in to do the repairs). There were tons of scratches (some very deep) where his button or belt buckle or keys had scratched as he leaned in to do the repairs. I have a black car, so everything shows. There was also a blemish on my right trunk area where an employee walked by with some sort of chemical on a rag and it touched the paint leaving a rough blemish that would not wash off. I was able to get it buffed out, and all the scratches buffed out, but shouldn't have had to incur the $80 expense to have this done due to their negligence! Don't expect to be treated decent at this dealership! Instead of their service managers saying, "Oh, I'm so sorry we damaged your vehicle! We will take care of that," they treated me like I was a con-person trying to pin previous damage onto them. Last time they damaged my front bumper from the mechanic sliding up and down while leaning over the hood, and they treated me the same way! I will NEVER TAKE MY CAR THERE AGAIN! They knew there was no damage to the car prior to them getting it, because the first service advisor who took possession of my vehicle had walked around the vehicle with me to inspect it and didn't "note" any damage. I purposefully did this because of what had happened before when they damaged my vehicle. But then after it was damaged again, they said, "Well, maybe we just didn't notice that". Even though they had the car for 18 days during that period of time (although not consecutively) and the only mileage I'd put on the car was to and from the dealership (a total of 4 miles!) To be fair, they offered to buff the scratches out for me if I brought the car back in and left it for a day, but I didn't want some $8 an hour lot boy who is paid to wash cars and knows nothing about black paint, trying to buff out scratches with rubbing compound because black paint is unforgiving and if they don't know what they are doing, they could make the scratches much worse! And I knew from the way they behaved previously, they wouldn't take responsibility for that either. So I just took it to a body shop and let them buff out the scratches. To add insult to injury, Elsa (one of the service advisors), had previously told Enterprise Rental Car to credit me back $50 of the rental car fee to try to make up for some of the cost I had incurred due to them not finding the problem during the first week they had the car, but then before they could credit me, (and ONLY after I gave a poor customer satisfaction report to Ford Corporation) I was told by Enterprise that they were now denying the authorization to credit me the $50, even though Rafeal at Enterprise had personally spoken with Elsa and received the authorization! Then the service manager sent me a FORM letter apologizing for my dissatisfaction with their service! As a manager, if I had received a complaint such as mine from a customer, I would've taken the time to call them personally! Especially from a customer who has been a loyal Ford consumer for over 12 years, having bought new cars from them in 2000, 2004 and 2008! Apparently, Chino Hills Ford doesn't value their customers as is obvious by their treatment. New ownership or not... they have the same crappy employees working in their service department. This dealership will keep your car for a week at a time and not diagnose it properly, not caring that they are inconveniencing you and costing you needless time and money.

Had bought multiple cars from a closer Ford dealership but was really unhappy with our current search. I Looked at the inventory at Chino Hills Ford and was truly impressed at the selection they had. Made contact with Neil through email, and was so impressed that he was working with me at 9:30 on a Friday night to get me pricing and an appointment. Met with Neil on Sunday morning and he was great. Was super nice and respectful. He never pressured us, he was very open to showing us and talking to us about everything. Neil really new his stuff about the cars. He was truly passionate about his job and the cars he is around. I would highly recommend buying from Chino Hills Ford and look for Neil if you want a great personal experience and to talk to someone that truly loves cars.

Had an old Pontiac Grand am that finally decided it was time to retire. We went in CHH Ford this morning, greeted promptly and was able to look at cars a test drive imediatly, even with CA Rain! Had a great experience!!! Came home yesterday with my new Ford Edge. Did a lot of research on the car and went to the dealership for that specific car. I spoke with Mark on the phone the previous night and set up an appointment to test drive. From the moment I walked into the dealership I felt confident that I was going to get a great deal with no hassle. Mark and Kelly teamed up to make sure everything was clear and planned every step of the way and Bryan made sure I got a great deal. Have already recommended this dealership to my family and hopefully in the near future will be taking my sister to get her new Edge here as well.

I came from Yuma, AZ to buy a used 2012 Ford Explorer that i found on Autotrader.com. They had the lowest price within a 300 mile radius from my home in AZ. My Husband and I have purchased many cars over the years, Our Experience At Chino Hills Ford was the Best. Mark Allingham was very helpful and informative. He was never pushy in anyway. We originally drove the 100 Plus miles to look at a Saleen Mustang. My Husband found that vehicle not to be the one he really wanted. Mark patiently showed us all the options available in a higher performance mustang. My husband is all about the details and Mark was very informative. We were able to narrow down the vehicle that My Husband wanted. We purchased the 2013 Mustang Boss. We were able to get a great price on our trade in and everyone at the dealership made us feel welcome. When we first arrived, early, Mark was with another customer, so Andrew was also very nice and helpful. I would definitely reccomend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car. We originally looked at this car at a Dealership in our Area and they were not willing to give us any deal nor did they take the time to show us other options. Overall the experience was pleasant and we would not hesitate to drive the extra 100 miles to purchase another vehicle from them.

We came in to look at a used vehicle they listed on their website. Chris gave us a nice offer for the vehicle and our trade-in but we also wanted to take a look at a competitors similar vehicle and offer. Instead of pressuring us to purchase the vehicle then and there to keep the deal, they guaranteed the offer if we were to come back later that day. To make a long story short, we came back later that day, and they kept their end of the bargain. We went on a test drive with Mark, where we learned that he was a local Chino resident. It was low pressure and relaxed, and he let us test drive the vehicle to our liking on a route of our choosing.We definitely recommend Chino Hills Ford for their strong integrity, great value, and local flavor.Thanks,Charles

I parked at the dealership and was immediately approached by a man that had been leaning on a display car. He asked us to walk inside and asked the basic "what do you need?" questions. There were two of us and had no tact when asking questions, if we answered at the same time, he got flustered and made a comment like "Well I don't know who I am supposed to listen to." When I asked multiple times to go out and look at cars, he said two out of the three times I asked, "Well I don't want to waste your time..." or "We could spend five hours looking..." and I was very frustrated. All he wanted was to get a pre-approval and all I wanted was to know if there was a car there I wanted to even be approved for. Finally I told him I felt like he was wasting my time and doing the opposite of what I wanted so I stood up and walked out. Not only did he follow us to our car and NOT apologize or offer any help, he offered his card and said, "Well if you change your mind or want to get serious, here's my card." I did not take it, I would not give him a commission on a Huffy bike and it soured my taste on the entire dealership.

Me and the wife came here from a recommendation from the Costco Auto Buyers Service we were both actually looking for a great deal and the sales person who handled our needs was Jorge Gonzalez.He was informative and friendly he knew all the right answers when I was grilling him about the Focus and then some.It was a no pressure deal for me and my wife so it was a pleasant experience as I told my wife previous purchases from "other" dealers during the past was unpleasant and too much pressure. Mr. Jorge Gonzalez was very patient with us, answering all of our questions, listening to our concerns and helping us find the right vehicle. The experience was very "low key/no pressure" and our car package was wrapped up very quickly. The thing I appreciated most about Jorge was; his knowledge about the vehicle and technology, he drove similar vehicles and his passion about the product. He loves the product. I found the truck we were looking for online and initially contacted Chino Hills Ford this way. I immediately got a response through Jorge and set up a time to come out and take a look. At this point we felt we were still in the "shopping" stage, but Jorge was very patient answering all our questions and taking his time with us. With our approval he presented all the different options available to us in order to purchase this truck. We had lengthly discussions with both Jorge and Mike, but ultimately decided against the purchase at that time. Two days later we found ourselves in the area and once again stopped in. At this point we became the type of customers who personally drove me crazy as a salesperson and took a great deal of time to make a decision. On this visit we also met Bob. We were working primarily with Jorge, but also had Bob and once again Mike for assistance. It took quite awhile for us to finally make the decision and what made me comfortable doing so was that at no time did we feel "pressured" to hurry. Over the years we have worked with many different dealerships and unfortunately cannot make the same statement. We are now the proud owners of a New Ford F350 Dually and could not be happier with the decision!

My situation was a little messey. I was in need of a car that got great gas mileage and would last a long time. I went on line just to look and right away someone was online to help me. I explained my situation and the girl was so helpful. she gave my info to Jorge Gonzalez and he called me right away. Jorge was so nice and non-judgemental about everything I told him. He had me gather all the info that they needed and he called me back just like he said he was going to do. That next weekend I went in and he already had 3 different cars for me to choose from. I picked the Ford Fiesta,a very colorful green, and I fell in love with that car. We test drove it and that was it I was in love. Jorge was very knowledgeable about the car and all the features it has. He told me ahead of time what I needed to bring in and the whole process was really fast. He made sure I was completely comfortable with the car before I left to go home. This was by far the best experience I've ever had buying a car.

I was in the market for a NEW Ford Explorer Limited and seen the exact build of options and color on Chino Hills website. I contacted them, started negotiating the price, and set up an appointment the following evening at 7pm. The sales director told me to ask for Neil Warren when I arrive. Fast forward to my arrival, I step inside, see the unfriendly lady behind the reception desk and tell her I have an appointment. I then see her tell Neil Warren about my arrival, and he simply puts his finger up and doesn't even say hello to us. The lady stops talking mid sentence, since he brushed her off and proceeded to a table with other customers. We wait a bit, then start to lok outside for the Explorer that we seen online. We don't find it. So we ask the only friendly looking person in the dealership, which I don't remember his name. (Older African American gentleman) He goes to the cubical of chairs in the front corner of the store. They ask me the VIN of the car 4 times, and say its possibly in transit to the Dealer. (WELL WHY MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH ME)So, we wait more, and by this time its about 7:45 and someone by the name of Tom?? who was in charge that evening supposedly, says to us that the car is a Demo with about 1000 miles, and that the Sales Director was down the street at dinner with the car. (At Roscoe's Deli) (The same person that made the appointment)So at this point, I'm angry at the numerous things that went wrong with this situation.1. NOBODY said the "NEW" Explorer I was looking at was used with 1000 hard miles I assume.2. The unfriendly staff3. TOTAL waste of time, making an appointment, and not even having the vehicle there for me to inspect at the appointment time of 7 pm. 4. The totally uncalled for attitude of Tom? wearing the blue long sleeve shirt Tuesday evening. Didn't apologize until I finally got through his head what had happened. 5. The way Neil treated us as though we were invisible when he seen us waiting at the front reception area and just walked by and ignored the lady telling him of our arrival.6. I asked Tom for a customer feedback survey, or some type of written correspondance, he looked at me with a rude look on his face and said "WE DON'T HAVE THOSE HEAR"....So, between the two of us we have purchased 18 new cars in our lifetime. This Dealer was by far the WORST experience!! I ended up buying my new Explorer at Redlands Ford and had the best experience. These guys know how to treat people, and also had better pricing. OH, It's been three days since all this happened at Chino Hills Ford, and no one even called to apologize or try to remedy the situation. Just getting a phone call would have been a step in the right direction. This Dealer obviously has it ALL WRONG.

Chino Hills has a great website, that is what started the whole attraction to Chino Hills Ford, Great job on that and great inventory on ford trucks. It is hard to find a salesman that listens well to your vehicle search and does not try to talk you in to buying there inventory, its hard to find a dealer that you feel like you are really going to get the best deal possible, When I walked out of that finance department, and everything was just like my salesman had said, I was confident after a two week internet search that I got a good deal. New F-350 trucks are expensive and you need to know that you got the best deal possible. I got all that and more ant Chino Hills Ford, I believe the dealership experience is only as good as the salesman you are working with, I worked with Tony Reich and would go back to Chino for another vehicle in lieu of to a local ford dealer, I live in Temecula and it was worth the drive and fighting the traffic.John GlennaJ. Andrew was available whenever we called. He was enthusiastic and informative. He was on top of things when the car was still on its way to the dealer. He went over every aspect of the car through owner's manual and actual sitting in the car and setting things up. He gave his card and asked to be called for anything if needed. Ryan was pleasant and timely with his help during the paperwork portion. He got us in right away and explained everything in detail.

Purchased a used truck from them for $22,000. They indicated that the used vehicles go through a 432 point inspection to insure everything is in good working order. I drove the car home and woke up the next morning to find oil all over the driveway. I called them and brought the truck in that day and waited 6.5 hours while they fixed it. I didn't get 10 miles from the dealership and the truck dies on me right in the middle of the freeway. They did send a tow truck to come get me, so I'll give them that. After questioning the manager (Brian) on how this could happen after a "432 point inspection", he says that my vehicle didn't go through the inspection if it isn't listed in the contract. So even though my salesperson(Chris)indicated that all vehicles have to go through inspection to make sure they are safe, apparently that isn't the case. Just one lie after the other and the manager actually had the nerve to blame me and my driving for ruining the vehicle in the 18 miles since I have had it. Apparently these 'super duty" trucks can't hold up to driving 60 mph on a California freeway. STAY AWAY from these guys if you want a pleasant experience.

Since the new ownership has taken over the service department is HORRIBLE! Both my husband, myself and my neighbor have all taken our Fords there for some very basic service work to be performed and our cars came back worse than when we took them in AND required repeated visits for the same problem to be fixed. I took my car in for an oil change and was LIVID when it came back with 18 miles on it. Obviously they let their employees joy ride in customer's cars! I have a Mustang GT so I'm SURE some young kid took it out for fun. All three of us will NEVER go back tehre again due to these awful experiences. The service dept is literally clueless when it comes to servicing cars. Just a basic oil change seems to be a problem for them. My oil plug was not tightened so my car was leaking oil when I returned home. Also on that day, they wanted to rotate my tires to which I specifically told them NOT to do and even made sure it was written on the RO for the mechanic to see. When the car came back the tires had been rotated, so written instructions mean nothing to them. If you are thinking of taking your car there for repairs, no matter how slight, just be prepared for the aftermath of problems to come. I can just about guarantee you that you will be making a 2nd or 3rd trip back there for the same problem. Believe me when I tell you that they are complete INCOMPETENTS!!!

i went there for a Used 2002 Mercury Mountaineer AWD we where approved and the price was on autotrader of$6998 SO WHEN IT WAS TIME TO MAKE A DEAL they say 7998+653TAX+123+500 ALARM I TOLL THEM I SAW THAT CAR FOR 6998 NOT FOR 7998 THEY MAKE MI LOOK LIKE A LIAR I CALL MI WIFE AND THEY CHANGE THE PRICE ON LINE VERY BAD I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN SO SORRY FOR THE OWNER

They sold us a car that had no oil in it the seals were leaking there was rust in the radiator they said they did a five point inspection and did not they covered things up and expected us to pay for it we only had it for a couple of days we have a 30 day warranty and did not honor it very bad service never buy from them again!!!

I would like to thank "Kaz" for helping me get into a ford 150. He was the best salesman I have had. I have purchased many cars via online because I have not liked to deal with salesman in the past. They are pushy and bug me to no end, but Kaz was truly a pleasure to deal with when I got this car. He was not pushy nor did he mob me at the door like the others standing like 3 balled tomcats at a whorehouse ready to pounce on the next unsuspecting buyer. Thats the honest truth and I speak my mind as you can see. I will come back to buy another when the time comes as long as he is there otherwise its back to the computer for further purchases. In charge of any employees at work I would place him in charge of all others due to his people skills, demeanor and caring attitude. I hope to see Kaz in upper management in the future because he would only make your dealer or FORD a better place in general. I say again, "he is my far the best and have already recommended him to a few friends who are looking for trucks." If I had/have a position in my business, in the future, I would or will offer him a job in PR. Watch out because i will swipe him away. I received a quote for $3500.00 and got the work done elsewhere for $400.00! Either they intend to rip people off or the mechanics are not very good. I would recommend them to nobody. I do plan on telling everyone I encounter for the rest of my life that they are cons.

I took my car here for a warranty repair on 12/27/10. They kept my car until 1/3/11, they did put me in a rental car. I have a black 2008 GT Mustang in prestine condition. They assured me that the car would be safely locked in a stall at night and wouldn't left in the lot! When I left the car with them, it had a half a tank of gas. When I got it back it was on empty! And there were long scratches in the bumper (looks like someone keyed the car, although they said it was probably from the mechanic's knee running all along the bumper as he was hovered over the hood). There is other damage to the bumper as well. The GM there is a jerk! He never even apologized for them damaging the car. They are refusing to let a legitimate body shop repair the bumper. Instead they are insisting I use their "patch and repair" bumper shop that comes to the lot and fixes it right there. I will probably have to just sue them!
