I had the best experience a few weeks back here. I bought our car from Matt Amptman and had fun like car buying is supposed to be. Matt and the sales manager did everything they could to help make us comfortable and did not pressure us in the least. Matt was very patient with our young child and helped keep her occupied, and also skipped lunch to make the process quicker. I will not be buying a car from anywhere/anyone else as long as Matt and the sales manager are there, and I could not be happier that they are in our small town. Thank you again guys, and we'll be seeing you again soon!

Had to have my escape worked on gave me a rental almost 8 years old nice looking car but was 2 wheel drive the reason I bought my escape was the fact it was a 4 wheel drive train

After dealership confirmed loan commitment. We signed the contract , were given keys, They Took our trade in, put it up on their web site, cashed the downpayment- 11 days later called and said loan wasn't confirmed and may need us to return the car. The dealer requested paperwork for income proof. They told us they turned proof of income into bank - we found out 4 days later when we contacted the bank ourselves to find everything was fine and the bank lets the dealership know immediately when requesting approval. The financial manager Joe Lehocky was rude, unpleasant and laughed at us when reviewing the contract. Joe in sales wAs pleasant and very nice. We highly recommend you do not go to this dealership. .

This experience lead me to promise to never buy a Ford again after being a loyal Ford owner for 40 years. Insulting, aggressive, manipulative and dishonest. Keep your distance from this crew.
