I worked with Ralph Jaquez and it was a great transaction. I made arrangements ahead of time to see the car I was interested. I arrived 30 minutes earlier and Ralph was very accommodating. They did all the paperwork quickly and I drove home in my new car!

Very smooth transaction. I called ahead to see if the truck I saw advertised was still available and when I got there it was out front and Ralph handed me the keys to test drive it. Truck was exactly as advertised. Not much room for negotiating but it was competitively priced and is why I was there to begin with. Ralph made things very easy and didn't pressure us at all. Nor did Heath in finance with presenting the options. Over all very pleased. Once I made the decision to buy I was on my way in under an hour.

Bought a used truck from them in June of '13, upon pulling into my driveway I noticed axle grease covering both of my inner wheel wells indicating to me torn CV Boots. Upon inspection thats what I found, both boots torn. I did notice the truck had recent end links put in and assumed the dealer did it and the technician probably tore the boots during the repair. I contacted the salesman right away and he told me to contact the service department, didnt leave me with the greatest of reassurance. I contacted them and they confirmed they did do the end links when they took the truck in and needed me to return the vehicle to inspect what I was saying. After that conversation I had even less reassurance. I took the truck in and left it there for a few days, an inconvenience as I traded my vehicle in on the truck and had no other means of transportation but I had no choice. Needless to say I wasnt really feeling good about the entire deal so far. The CV Boots were about $15 each to replace them, the entire axle had to be removed which could be replaced for about $85 each which in my mind made the most sense. When I returened a few days later to pick my truck up, to my pleasure I found that they had replaced both axles instead of just the boots at no cost to me. Although the problem was the dealerships fault in the first place it was understandable how it could occur, I wasnt happy with the down time because I had no other vehicle but the fact that they replaced both axles instead of just the boots made up for it in the long run. They way they handled the repair is the reason why I would buy from them again and why I would recommend them. Their service department employee's are extremely friendly.

Just purchased my thrid new car from this dealership and just wanted to say what a wonderful experience it has been again. Ralph Jaquez was our salesmen again for this car and he did a wonderful job as usually. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who was interested in a purchasing a new car. Ralph was a complete gentlemen along with all the other workers involved in the purchase of my new car.

I had been looking for a new car for a while, stopping at quite a few dealerships. Every salesperson I spoke to seemed to not even hear me. I would tell them what I was looking for and what my budget was and they would proceed to show me everything I could not afford. When I went to Warwick Chrysler Jeep Dodge I was very pleasantly surprised. The salesman Ralph Jaquez listened to what I said and didn't push anything on me.Wayne Hallock got the paperwork and financing lined up quickly and I drove my Jeep Patriot home that day. Until now I had always hated the whole car shopping experience but dealing with these guys was the best. I will definitly recommend them to others and will be back in the future.

We were shopping the internet for a used car for my son who was only interested in a Nissan Xterra. After several weeks, came upon an Xterra at this dealer. After a couple of disappointments with other dealers we called to see if this one was still available. Spoke with Ralph Jaquez, Internet Sales rep, he said yes. We drove up on a Sunday afternoon and drove the car home that day. Amazing. Great purchasing experience. Ralph made the entire process so easy--fair negotiation, no haggling, no gimmicks, great price, great car. Would buy another car from them in a heartbeat!

We just came home with our new Jeep Liberty, from Warwick Chrysler Dodge Ram of Warwick. This was our second Liberty from them. Our salesman was Ralph Jaquez. He explained everything to us and if we had any questions he explained them fully to us. He took his time and made us feel comfortable. Everyone at this dealership is very friendly. A home town feel up In Warwick, NY.

i recently bought a new Ram2500 here with Ralph Jaquez. THe "pricing" process was great and easy. I felt comfortable throughout the process in the that the dealership was being honest with their pricing. THe only thing that i can have an issue with is that upon getting in the new truck to leave i pointed out that the fuel light was on, but the dealership told me i would get a voucher to get fuel at a nearby service station. great, except that when i got to the service station, i realized the voucher was for a whopping $25 of diesel, to fill a 34 gallon tank! less than 1/4 of a tank. i have since spoken to the manager about that and he said they don't fill you up anymore. So, i would reccomend the dealership for sure, but negotiate a full tank of fuel in your price!

Ralph was wonderful to deal with. He allowed us the space to discuss things and didn't put the pressure on that many dealers do. When we finally made our decision, Heath was awesome and assisted us in getting the best financing available and we took the car home that night! My husband and I purchased a Chevy Tahoe today from the dealership. The process was pretty quick and the salesman Ralph was very easy to deal with. The only thing that left me a little dismayed with that the car was a little dirty inside. Most dealerships I've dealt with in the past always make it a point ti clean the vehicle prior to giving it to the customer. Hopefully that's the only issue I have with this car moving forward.

I had been looking for a Jeep wrangler unlimited for a month in my home town area of PG county MD. I started looking outside my immediate geographic area for a deal that could suit my budget.After a few weeks I saw what looked to be a great deal at Warwick Chrysler Jeep Dodge. The evening that I saw the deal I packed my two sons into a rental car and drove 6 hours to upstate New York to get the vehicle. We slept in the car until the dealership opened. Upon opening, the sales manager showed me the car and allowed me to test drive it.Upon my return I asked him was there any problems with the vehicle because of the price and because there was no warranty. He explained that the dealership policy doesnt allow warrantees on vehicle with over 100k miles,but other than that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. He stated that it was NY state law that any vehicle they sell has to at a minimum pass a NY state inspection, warranty or not. The truck looked and drove well and if it could pass NY state inspection it should pass a Md.state inspection.I bought it. Less than 2days after I bought the truck my check engine light came on revealing that the catalytic converter needed to be replaced.That was $1000 repair. When I got a Md state inspection the truck failed. The inspection revealed that the whole steering system was shot(tie rods, ball joints,etc..)That costed me over $1400. I tried to call the salesman several times to speak to him about the situation but never recieved a return call. Both of those problems wouldn't have allowed the vehicle to pass NY state inspection per the NY state inspection criteria. This is the kind of thing I would have expected from a private seller or a no name side of the road dealership not a reputable factory dealership. The people were nice to my face but in the end it has been a very,veryexpensive learning experience.

The Internet sales manager Ralph Jaquez was very easy to work with. There was no pressure and he was very helpful. They even got us a lower rate than my bank. Overall one of the better car buying experiences I have had and we purchase a car atleast once every two to three years.

I had never bought a car from a dealership and didn't have much time. My beloved 24-year old Toyota went to car heaven and I had one day to buy another car. Rafael was easy to reach on the phone, and made the transaction work smoothly. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. In the midst of beautiful countryside arose a huge parking lot full of fabulous-looking stylish new cars. The car I came to look at was probably a trade in, gently used, but was in great shape as advertised, and priced very competitively (which is why I didn't have any plans to test drive other cars). I felt confident with the process from the beginning. They took care of everything for me, and Wayne got me a competitive interest rate. They even shipped me the hubcap that was missing from the car when they put it on the lot - it was so new to inventory that it hadn't arrived yet. The only hitch was that the oil change wasn't done before I arrived because they were waiting for a fuel filter, which added on some extra time. A lot of dealerships wouldn't have even bothered but the service light was on during my test drive and they wanted to close the deal, obviously. The dealership is busy enough to get a sense that it's a trusted go-to place in the area, but they were very attentive at all times. I was very pleased with the entire transaction. Warwick is in a beautiful part of the state, right next to a charming apple orchard. We came home with a bag of apples, a pumpkin, and the newest car I've ever driven besides a rental car. I felt like I was taking a pleasure trip!
