The whole service team was spot on from scheduling to the meet up and the service. I have been to many dealerships service department and this one tops them all. I waited for only an hour and my oil change was done along with tire rotation. I will schedule all my oil changes here and make this my go to place. Staff in the wait area are very nice and they have complimentary coffee and snack for the wait. Big area to sit down in and do work if you need to. Phone call started with Zoe who was very professional. She told me that Sterling would be calling me. Sterling called me immediately and I talked to him about the vehicle I was looking at online. He knew all about this vehicle and I immediately knew that he was easy to talk to and very informative. I let him know that I could not come to the dealership until Monday and if that car was still available I would like to drive it and if everything was agreeable then I would like to consider buying it. Well after negotiating I bought the vehicle. Enough of purchasing this vehicle, let me talk more about Sterling. Sterling was very respectable and is an excellent listener. He answered all my questions and if he didn't know the answer he talked to someone who did and provided the answer quickly. Should I require a new vehicle in the future, I will definitely contact him if he is still with Chuck Nash Buick.

Once they get you to sign your name on the dotted line they wont return your calls. After purchasing the car, 2 weeks later it wouldn't start. We loved the car, and knew it was used, so we didn't make to much of a fuss about it. I contacted the dealership (because the guy who sold us the car wouldn't answer or return my calls) and they offered to tow the car back to the lot, WITH OUT A LOANER! I had to fuss with them to give me a loaner. It took them approximately 2 weeks to get my car back to me. They claimed it was a loose wire on the battery. We probably should have returned the car. Praying that never happens again. They also gave us paper temporary plates, but didn't put it in plastic. They literally just taped it on the back of the car...After 2 months went by I called to check if they received them. The receptionist informed me that they were in. No one called us to inform us of this information. I was told they were being mailed. That was over 2 weeks ago. I would have gone to pick them up if I knew it was going to be this much of a hassle... btw we still haven't received our plates. The paper tag is not only expired but it also has faded. For some folks that may not mean much, but having expired tags in the area of town we live in, can cause a problems for myself and/or my spouse. Thanks to Chuck Nash being pulled over is inevitable. The 2 stars are simply for the car( we love it), and the poor mechanic who tried his best to rectify the car not starting... ***** update after this review my spouse was pulled over... I called, and had a very "colorful" conversation with management. The manager apologized, my plates were never mailed... the manager brought them to my home...

I witnessed my truck being hoisted up on the rack inside your bay and then it was untouched for 40 minutes. Not sure if they were under manned or maybe oil changes are not priority....Just stating what I viewed! Also this makes the 3rd visit where it took 1 1/2 to almost 2 hours to complete an oil change.....in my opinion this is unacceptable. especially since other locations in town can have you back on the road under 30 minutes. Please don't take my tone as being negative because your staff have always been polite plus courteous but completing work in a timely manner is not the strength of the service department.

Great sales experience, not pushy, allowed us to take our time with the decision to purchase.Car prep could have been better. Tire pressure wasn't checked, rims didn't look to have been shined up, carpets could have been more thoroughly cleaned. Minor issues but expect it to be perfect being a new vehicle and especially given the time taken for the final "cleanup".

Our salesman Paul Patterson and the rest of the crew were great. Paul and the guys worked hard to get us into a new Silverado 1500 LT Crew at a mutually agreed upon price. We were there to look at a used vehicle but ended up buying a new one. Arthur Baird was our salesman and he did a wonderful job. My only complaint is that we waited for almost two hours for the car to be detailed and never truly was. It was washed on the outside, but not the inside. Arthur knew we were hungry so he called Texas Roadhouse, got us a table and told us to come back and they would detail it correctly. We will have it done when we come pick up the plates.

Chris did an outstanding job, I was disappointed with the service tech that worked on my car. I asked to have my oil changed and new wiper blades put on. When he brought my car back, the sticker that goes in the window was on my car seat. He told us that the parts department said they did not have the wiper blades. Being that Chris is a great service adviser, he got on the phone to parts and found the wiper blades and replaced them for me. He also put the sticker in the windshield. I only come because Chris takes care of my service requirements. I will be seeing him this week for my other car. Keep up the good work Chris.....

I made my appointment via phone the day before. On arrival I was greeted by one of the service personnel who told me the approximate length of time it would require and then invited my to wait in there area. The service took only 30 minutes at which time the individual answered my questions and thanked my for my visit.

Ryan Faglie is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. We have been back to the dealership several time as we think of new questions to ask and Ryan always makes it seem like he is waiting for us to come in so he can help us more. Over the years we have special-ordered three vehicles and been very happy each time. The dealership is thirty miles from our home and we have a Chevy dealership about a mile from our house, yet we drive to Chuck Nash in San Marcos because of the People, value and service there.

Not remembering what time their service department opened, I actually arrived at the dealership an hour too early. The service manager was concerned about my being so early, and as soon as the service department officially opened, he was able to work my truck in for its oil change, inspection of fluids, and tire rotation. If I had arrived at the right time, I would have been out of there in 30 minutes. I think that is a record. The service is outstanding and the people are so courteous you would think I was there to buy another new truck.

Frank Dubisson is a wonderful service rep. He does everything he can to help the customer. I had an unfortunate incident where my fuel system had a major failure 4 DAYS after my extended warranty expired. I do wish something could have been done about that, as neither GM nor the warranty company would pay any of the $1800 cost for repairs. When I came to pick up the car after repairs were finished, the engine light came on again, and I had to leave it another day to fix a new problem. Frank managed to get the additional repair done without charging me any more, but it is unsettling to have so many serious problems arise the same week the warranty expires. This is a problem that GM should investigate. That said, Frank is great.

I came in from spending the morning at a roadside dealership. It was not fun, they did not have half the resources Chuck Nash has. Michael, my sales agent, was very helpful. He must have noticed my frustration because he was direct and intuitive. I test drove a 2015 Chevy Sonic and a 2015 Chevy Cruz and drove out with the ladder that same afternoon. I have had the Chevy Cruze for 3 weeks now and it is everything I could have asked for. Thank you, Michael.

Graciously checked out my concerns. New wipers are awesome!my air dam snaps work, but end hole for bolt is ripped. trying to figure out how to DIY it, but it scrapes off if i put it on our ramps. it CAN be screwed on tight enough to hold...maybe collision takes care of that. bothersome when it knocks off and flaps down the road. :DYour staff is friendly, gracious, and productive. I arrived around 9:00am, I normally get there by 7:30am, and no one greeted me for about 15 minutes. I was then told to go inside and it took another 10 minutes before anyone asked if I could be helped. Once I was checked in by Greg Steinbach things improved. I was pleased in the amount of time it took for my oil change and tire rotation. I also had a recall on my vehicle and that was also taken care of. Greg was very quick to get my ticket taken care of and I was surprised that the recall was taken care of. Good Job!

I called Gary Hopper, the Service Manager, explained what I was experiencing & that for what I needed done, was not convenient for me to get into the service department, but rather have my wife drop in to pick up a replacement part. As it turned out, Gary lives not too far from where I work & brought home with him what I needed for me to drop by his home. I don't think you can do better than that when taking care of a customer's needs & says a lot about the dedication of Chuck Nash's employees.

No one acknowledged me when I got there. I was not informed that my appt had been handed over from Rocky to another associate. After a long wait, and all other associates ignoring me, I went to the service desk, who then fascilitated getting attention to my appt.

Our sales rep Sergio DeHoyos was very professional and accomadating while dealing with us; we were very pleased. However, when our vehicle was delivered to us we were told it was cleaned, full of fuel and had the Chuck Nash sticker removed (like we asked). It had not been cleaned (washed), the vehicle was close to empty and was scratched where they removed the sticker. Our entire experience at Chuck Nash was wonderful when dealing with sales and finance but not when it came down to delivering the vehicle which is very unfortunate. Chuck Nash needs to take more time and pride when handing over their vehicles to the customer; it is a direct reflection on their reputation.

It went good. still a little intimidated by sales people. Melissa was great, Paul came a little pushy with insurance sale. I still don't know what happened but I changed insurance with a long time co, I just hope I didn't do a mistake in switching. That was a little unsettling. I don't know why I wasn't given the opportunity to call my insurance agent and have them give me full coverage at time of the sell, instead making me switch insurances. I like being loyal to people I do business with. Also after getting home I notice I did not have a cargo net in the back, will this survey convey my findings or should I call the dealership. overall it was pleasant.

I have had some very disturbing issues with the service I received after the sale. I first had a tire rotation and balance along with the scheduled oil change. After a week I noticed my tires were the same tires on the same wheels-no rotation or balance. I addressed this problem to the service associate Greg, along with a finding (a bumper imperfection)which he had ordered and upon trying to replace the chrome cover found it to be more than expected time to fix. Long story, short I had to return again to get this problem solved. When I returned to drop off the car for repair it was suppose to be a day job but I didn't get the car back for 9 days. When I called,I was told one time it was at the body shop which I checked to see the progress, I was told the car had not been there. I called Greg for an update and he told me that they had brought the car back over to the dealership, from the Collision Center,for a left front tire change, I had requested (5 days earlier) when I had dropped it off. Day 7, I called to check on the progress the car was back in the Collision Center was not ready yet. I was at this point wondering what was taking so long for such a minimal so I stopped by the Collision Center to see the car -- not there again. I returned home disgusted because of the obvious run around. Day 8, I called Greg again and he saidthey were just wrapping it up and the car would be ready the next day at 900am, he wanted to get it cleaned up fromall the finger prints, etc. When I arrived to pick up the car at 0900 I found the same piece of damaged chrome on the bumper. I could not believe my eyes after 9 days in and out of the invisible Collision Center, I still had the same piece of chrome I had addressed from day 1. To keep from exploding I asked to see the service Mgr. He looked at the bumper and said it looked liked it had been bumped or something pushed the bumper in-no evidence of that or scratches to substantiate his call. I had bought the car with this problem because it was found 1 week later when I was in for the oil change tire rotation. Greg had no problem with it when I showed him the imperfection and put the chrome on order. He scheduled me in to get it replaced and then found out by the mechanic it was a little more than expected. This is where the back and forth came. The service Manger asked Greg to schedule me in the replace the chrome which I guess had been returned by now because Greg could not find the one he had placed on order. I called a week later and Greg scheduled me in for the replacement of the chrome. The mechanic was super nice he showed me the cause of the bumper (which was two clips that were not installed properly-imagine that) he realigned them and it worked just fine. Oh did not mention it was all done right in the bay of the dealership and less than 2 hours ---but it took 9 days for nothing to be done. Why should I give a great rating for this kind of service? Please forgive me if I sound a "little" upset but I feel I have been more than patient.

Handled routine maint on vehicle and installation of aftermarket parts as requested flawlessly. Frank, the service associate I work with, also informed me there were 3 active recalls on my truck and those would also be taken care of while it was there. Needed to keep the truck over the weekend due to parts for one of the recalls not being readily available and while that was a small hassle, I appreciated the fact that Frank was proactive in finding and addressing the recalls. I live about 45 mins from your dealership so consolidating trips over there is important to me!

My A/C wasn't working and they found that there was a leak. When they ordered a replacement line it was the wrong size. The factory changed the size of the line Mid-year. It took longer than normal to fix the problem but it was the factory ' s problem. The dealership had to find a replacement. Once they found one the problem was fixed right away.

Frank - Service Manager - is definitely the most courteous, knowledgeable, customer-oriented employee we have ever come in contact with. He was extremely helpful in working out a way we could drop off and pick up our truck, that had very little interference with our employment location in Austin. Chuck Nash is very lucky to have him be the service interface with customers. In many cases you are already dealing with customer high anxiety due to repair or service issues. Frank seems to have the demeanor that defuses that anxiety, and causes you to feel comfortable about the anticipated outcome.

My 2012 GMC Yukon Denali had a knocking in the engine. Chris Bivens was outstanding at working the issue and finally getting a replacement engine for it. I went in for an oil change on my Terrain approx. 12:45 PM. I was told it would be about an hour wait (or maybe a little more) At about 2:30 I was pacing about and several people did ask if they could help. About 2:45 my car was finished and I left about 3:00 PM. I felt it was too long just for an oil change, no tire rotation or any other work was done. Just an oil change.

The salesman Eric Compean was great this is my second vehicle I have bought here in the last 2 yrs. I was shown plenty of options. I would have probably bought a vehicle where I live in San Antonio, but went to 3-4 dealerships and walked around for 30-40 min. and never saw a salesman. I went into Y'all's dealership and met with Eric told him what I was looking for and within the hour we had a deal. The only thing wrong was the vehicle was delivered to my wife in San Antonio and the tire light was on I contacted the salesman and he advised that it needed to be set up. Of course, waiting FOREVER for the sales manager to make us a deal was NOT pleasant. We, and probably everyone else, enjoy a straightforward approach to car sales instead of "just a minute while I ask the sales manager"... and an hour later, we get a response. However, Darren even facilitated that aspect on our second visit although the process still took way longer than a similar purchase at Honda in San Marcos. Hands down BEST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER! WHAT AN AMAZING GROUP OF COURTEOUS YOUNG MEN!!! Let me start off by saying that I am a little pain in the neck kind of customers. Starting off with their awesome and professional yet friendly insurance Agent Christian Alvarez was the start of a great experience! I was assisted by Eric, who has to be the most patient salesman ever! He walked me step by step through the process and put up with my hesitation and going back and forth deciding between which vehicle to go with. The thing that amazed me the most is their group of financial experts, Josh got me an unbelievable low rate and gave me a great value for my trade in! They put me in a brand new 2014 and I could not be any happier!!! Thank you for your patience and your expertise!

I went in to have my door handle replaced. I had a very good experience. Brandon Jones ordered the door handle, called me when it was ready and we set up the appointment time. It was going to take several hours and Brandon set me up with a loaner car.

Waited for nearly 2.5 hours before getting a report on what was wrong with my HHR. Waited another hour to find out what was entailed in repairs and was told the warranty people wanted to send some out to inspect it as the price of repairs exceeded the usual cost.. Long story short, my HHR was at Chuck Nash for a week and a half.

In and out pretty quickly but every time we get our oil change we ask to have the oil container returned to us and it never is. We always have to ask a second time for a representative to go and get it from the technician. I looks like the technicians are not fully reading the work orders. The drop off date always stays the same on your invoices and some of the check off items seem to be checked out of habit and repetition rather than them actually going though the checklist and fully reading the invoices.

Alex was great at setting up an appointment for me with Larry on fixing a problem in the steering column. Larry then told me we also had a recall problem that he would get taken care of for me. Larry was watching for me to show up at my appointment time and came right out to meet and take care of me. I also ordered luggage racks to be put on my car and Natalie took care of me for that. The only problem I found with getting the luggage rack is that it has to have a torque wrench to slide it where you need it. I paid for the rails and couldn't use them because I didn't have a wrench. You would think and expect the company that you get the luggage racks from would have the torque wrench included in the price and send them so the customers can use the racks right away and not have to run around trying to find where to get a wrench!!!!!!

I've been extremely happy with Chuck Nash so far. The only issue I have had was when they took my car to put tint the windows I would have thought they could run it through a quick car wash. I'm just used to that kind of service. And I thought that the windows would have been clean on the inside and outside, not just the inside where the tint is put on (which I did not know). For $250 I just thought it would come back clean being a new car and all. When I mentioned it to the man who so kindly returned it, he was very nice and said if he had known I wanted that done he would have done it. When I mentioned it to Natalie when I was paying my bill over the phone, she replied that she is not allowed to do that at all. I think it's just good customer service when someone is paying that much for additional options on the brand new car they just purchased to take a few minutes and run it through the car wash. Just like you want me to take a few minutes and fill out this survey.

The car-buying experience was very good. From Darlena to Lee to Eric and Larry, the staff was friendly and helpful. The only minor complaint I have is the long wait time we experienced waiting on the car to be "made ready". The people are great and explained everything thoroughly.

My experience at Chuck Nash has always been good. I was sorry to hear that the person I dealt with when I took my truck in was no longer there (Roger Bitner), but when I called Roger's phone number, I got Roque Prado, a new person there. He did real well for us so I'm hoping we can get along as well as I did with Roger. I've been very happy doing business with this dealership and I will definitely buy my next automobile from them again.

2 words: DAVID JOHNSON!!! Truly an angel summoned by God. He connected with my husband Sean right away since they both have military background. Not only was he willing to help us and get us the best managable buying experience for us, he was bound and determined to make it work. By day 2 of having to hold off, we both were a little weary. But third times a charm and my husband left the dealership grinning from ear to ear in his new 2014 GMC Sierra 1500. Our financial situation has been difficult to endure at times and our credit has held us back from great opportunities. Sharing a vehicle became more and more tough with us living in Buda, me working in the Westlake Hills school district and Sean going to several ACC campuses for school on a regular basis. He wanted to help us get a vehicle, but really gave us a new opportunity! We will be seeing him again in our future!

My experience was ok. Ultimately, Chuck Nash won out because they had the truck that I wanted. My sales experience was actually better at some of the other places I went. Other places were easily able to give me numbers and answer my questions. Chuck Nash was just very eager for me to buy, and couldn't seem to narrow down the deal for me until I was in financing, being handed a pen....Other places, GUNN, COVERT and HENNA, were able to give me numbers, and a deal, without all of the run-around. Ultimately, like I said, Chuck Nash just had the truck that the others did not have. The buying process however, seemed to be much easier at other dealerships.

I went in for a service recall. I was told ahead of time approximately how long I should expect to be there. As a result of an overview of my car, it was discovered I needed additional repairs to increase my car's performance. They did a great job and I did not have to wait too much longer for the work to be completed. Todd was helpful and kind.I was also surprised to be given a carnation while I waited.

My vehicle recently died and was recomended to speak to George at Chuck Nash. I spent several days going back and forth looking for a vehicle. Finally George had found exactley what I needed and it exceeded my expectations. George hepled push my financing through, made sure everythign went smooth and with ease. About 2 weeks a go I purchased a '09 Nissan Rogue. I was given the recomendation to go see George Fuentes.......Best recomendation Ive ever received when it comes to dealerships. I came in today for an oil change and service. I was greeted immediately by Roger Bittner at the service area. We went over what I wanted done, and he recommeended the services for my truck. I ended up only getting an oil change service because Roger was honest and only recommened what I really needed at this time. The service was fast and I was in and out in 45 mins or so. I expected to wait much longer with the number of guests in front of me.

Chuck Nash Cheverolet in San Marcos, Texas is a great place to purchase your next vechicle. The overal appearence of the establishment is outstandingly clean and well organized. My sales person Rick Satterfield was extrememly helpful and very Knowledgeable in helping me to obtain my new 2013 Camaro. He went above and beyond to find the car that i wanted and did so very well. He walked me through every step of the purchasing process to ensure that i throughly understood what was going on. He also was very Knowledgeable with all the features my new car had. For my future needs i would definately return to Chuck Nash and would recommend purchasing from them.

Roger is a great service advisor, from the first phone call to walking out the door with all repairs performed in a timely and satisfactory manner. He is someone who definitely likes his job, meeting new folks and not simply going thru the motions. Also have to mention the first class facilities and ease of entering and exiting with no traffic issues whatsoever. I'll be back!

This was my first visit to this dealership, and it was for a recall repair. Roger took very good care of me. He even went above and beyond as I got back into my vehcile with a rather large spider on my leg. I knocked it off but couldn't find it to kill it, and Roger looked and looked for it then used compressed air to try to blow it out. Now THAT'S an awesome service manager in my book!

Called Roger in the Service Dept about a problem I was having with a car I had recently purchased at another dealership many miles away. Roger assess the problem before scheduling a repair. Roger Bittner listens to my problems and then has the service department solve them. My Saturn Outlook always comes out of the service bay clean and fixed. I bought a 2009 Volvo C70 convertable from Rick Saterfield and I am very happy with it. Rick also linked my cell phones to my Saturn's bluetooth system. Thanks Chuck Nash!

We were having trouble with our radio and navigation unit. Roger Bittner was very helpful and prompt in locating the problem and getting it taken care of. My wife had noticed that the ac was not cooling properly and Roger on short notice was able to get it repaired and back to us in just a few hours. We would highly recommend them to take care of your service.

The staff at Chuck Nash are always there to help you...from the moment you walk in, to keeping you informed about the status of the work being done, to the checkout. I have had my cars serviced at Chuck Nash for many years, and bought my 2012 Chevy Equinox this year from them. The salesperson was friendly, and never pushed me to make a decision I wasn't comfortable with. The price of the vehicle was fair and the negotiation was easy, not the stressful situation one might get elsewhere. As far as service, Roger is always there to guide you. He knows your vehicle and takes the initiative to make your visit pleasant and time efficient. I couldn't be more satisfied. The vehicle is always delivered to me clean and the problem solved or routine maintenance done properly. As long as they are there, they will have my business. There aren't many places where customer service is this good.

We took our 2007 Suburban in for an oil leak, and left it with the assistant service manager, Roger Bittner. They processed the warranty repair, gave us a free loaner car, and had our car back to us in 1 day.

I bought a '05 Nissan Altima from this dealer last week. I dealt the George Fuentes and had a great time. We got a great price on the car, and when George was informed that something was misplaced in the car, he called us the next morning and we went right in to get it fixed, free of charge. I would definitely buy a car from them and will refer any friend who needs a new one there.
