After having lost my previous mini to the sudden flash flood in Cincinnati recently, Brittany, Jay, Andrew, and Conor worked together to help me find a new mini that fit my needs. As I drove out of the dealership in my new mini the color of sunshine I felt blessed to part of this "mini" family which has taken care of me over the years. Travis was very very helpful in letting me test the difference between a Cooper and Cooper S. I felt zero pressure to 'upgrade' to the S after feeling satisfied with the base model. He communicated with me over the next few days on my decision to move forward, looking for the best deals possible for me. By the time I had arrived on the day I said I would, he had the vehicle already detailed and prepared for me and gave a thorough and entertaining delivery. Conor was great to work with as well for the final paperwork. Overall, super chill environment all designed to make the buyer comfortable. And it worked!

Down to earth and fun to talk with and that takes the edge off when your making a purchase. I wish that I had bought my 2015 Mini from Cincy!!! I bought mine in Columbus, did one service there and didn't like it, so I thought I would try Cincinnati Mini service for the next issue I had. Holy cow... Christina was AMAZING at communicating and letting me know exactly what was going on. They actually fixed one issue that Columbus Mini told me that they would not fix under warranty! Seriously, I am going to highly recommend them to anyone and everyone I talk to and I may even lie and say I bought it there because the staff are so friendly and inviting and just overall amazing. They took a bad experience and made it awesome. And the valet that brought my car up to me (all the way in Dayton) was very prompt and super sweet. Great place, please keep up the friendly and helpful service!!! I will ALWAYS take my car to Cincinnati Mini for Service!!!

But this visit to Cincinnati MINI was for my wife - she wanted a MINI Countryman S All4, I was hesitant (not my preferred vehicle), but the moment we were greeted by Chrissy I began to feel like this is going to be fun and no hassle. She is beyond knowledgable (she will most likely give 99.9% of the sales associates a run for his/her money), friendly, kind, respectful, a team player (supported a test drive of comparable BMW), honest, outgoing, and absolute pleasure to deal with. I often do not opt to provide reviews, but I had to depart mid transaction and she completely followed through ensuring my wife was completely satisfied. We started looking for a Pre-Owned Mini Cooper in a specific price range several weeks ago. At the time, we were considering paying cash and buying a car with higher miles and an older model year. There wasn't one currently in inventory, so since we were not in any hurry, Jay kept in touch and let us know if anything came in we might be interested in.As we got more educated on the cars, we later decided we would be better off buying one that was newer and financing the balance so this opened up a lot more possibilities. We decided on a car and went to meet Jay to test drive it and found it to be perfect for our needs.The process was by far the smoothest we have ever encountered at a car dealer. What we were most impressed with was the delivery. Jay spent almost an hour with us going over every detail of the operation of the car, making sure we understood everything from the sound system to the interior and exterior lights, to the proper way to fuel the car without having the check engine light go on. I've never had a salesperson do that with a used car purchase before.He said at the end that our relationship was just beginning and we believe he really means that with his customers. I would have absolutely no hesitation sending a friend to this dealership, and to Jay in particular. We love the car.

Traded in my Clubman (which they gave me a shocking trade-in value) for a Countryman. All of the sales staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was quick and easy, except for the detailing...but those things take time. Who wants a rush job on a detail? He was very down to earth and easy to talk to regarding purchasing the car.As for the Mini website, I found the onformation misleading in that it provided all the information for purchasing a 'last year' model car and was lacking on the infomration for the 'new year' model car. I wish they would have two separate areas on the promotions where one could select promotions on 'last year' and 'new year' model cars.The car iteslf is alot of fun to drive!

Everything about my car buying experience with this MINI dealership was top notch - the Motoring Advisor who contacted me via email after my initial inquiry about a trade in, the visit to build my new MINI, the helpfulness of my MA and the general sales manager when I had a ton of questions about taxes and leasing, and of course, the delivery of my new MINI. Even when I was already home with my new car, the staff was more than willing to help with any questions I had. Communication was quick in response, the staff was welcoming and fun. Everything was simple, informative and absolutely easy!I would highly recommend this dealership, the MA and the sales manager to anyone interested in buying a MINI. After driving a MINI Cooper S for nearly four years, I realized I wanted another MINI but couldn't decide on the model. Matt worked with us for most of a day helping us to decide. He was super patient with us as we drove most every model and asked lots of questions. Matt was also super helpful when we decided to order a MINI Cooper Coup S versus buying one that was already in stock. Matt answered all our questions and stayed in touch with us while we were anxiously waiting for our new "baby" to arrive. I think Matt was almost as excited as we were to see and meet the new baby. He also made the pick-up and financing experience fun and easy. Since picking up our new MINI, Matt has called to make sure things were going good and to see if we had any questions about the car. The couple of questions we had, Matt got answers and called us back within minutes. We love our new MINI and sure appreciate the super folks at the Cincinnati MINI Store.

Nothing was a "chore" for them. We were given their total attention and never felt rushed or pushed into a decision. Not only did this staff do everything they could to make our purchase exactly what we wanted and a breeze with paperwork etc., they went above and beyond. My husband accidentally left his wallet at the dealership. They turned the place upside down and the wallet was found!I wanted to "personalize" my special mini. My wife and I dropped by to check out MINIs as I have always wanted one. Neither of us had driven one of the new MINIs until our visit. We worked with Jay Sofranec. I was had already narrowed my desires down to a Hardtop or Clubman. Jay talked to us at length to see what our needs were including buying used vs new. He then arranged a test drive of a standard Hardtop and a Clubman S. The Clubman suited us better as we have an occasional third passenger. I visited a second time to ask about long term service issues regarding the turbo on the Clubman S. jay introduced me to the service advisor who answered all my questions. I had some prior knowledge about the cars from my dealings with other people and was happy to see that Jay and Cincinnati MINI gave me the same information regarding my questions. Jay and I had a mix up on delivery which Jay accepted blame for although I think it was I who messed this up. The result was that I was dropped off to take care of the financing and pick up the car after work. Jay didn't expect me to pick up the car until a few days later so he had time to prep it. Since I was without a ride Jay hurriedly set me up to take the car that night. He then arranged to pick the car up from my place of business, left me a loaner MINI, then returned with my car later in the day. When he returned he gave me the full tutorial on all of the cool features and controls. I felt very well treated throughout the entire process and would recommend Jay and Cincinnati MINI to my friends.

I love cars, I hate the car buying experience. Or at least I did. I had no idea buying a new car could be so fun. I cannot say enough about Jay Sofranec and Cincinnati Mini. They do not have sales people, they have Motoring Advisors. At first I thought it was a cute marketing gimmick. I was wrong. From the moment I walked into the showroom, Jay seemed more concerned about meeting my needs and finding out what I truly wanted than even I did. I lost count of how many times I visited, test drove and spoke to Jay over the phone (I called him more than he called me) over the span of 4-6 weeks. Jays patience and knowledge of the cars surpassed any experience I have had buying a car and lasted all the way though selection (3 different models) and delivery. I picked out a hard to find color and equipment combo and Jay diligently searched and found what I wanted and at a price that was fair. I could not be happier or recommend anyone more. Jay is truly a Motoring Advisor and a good one at that!

My experience in shopping for and the actual purchase of my Mini Cooper was very positive. Eric is an intelligent, knowledgeable, helpful and personable young man. I had several test drives with him, received a very instructive session on all the car's workings and a promise of a second tutorial if needed; it may be, it's been 15 years since I've driven anything other than my old car. The dashboard's design is classic and while the car has many features, their display is simple, subtle, not a bunch of confusing glitz. I like everything about the looks and handling of the car.

I gave Eric a 5 because 6 wasn't a choice! This is my third purchase of a Mini, and each time I go back, the process is easier and easier. Eric is always friendly and sweet, and doesn't mind my emails telling him what I want in/on my car - what I can't live without - what I don't want. When I sent him a list of the stock numbers I was interested in, with my top pick circled, he didn't bat an eye. I went in to see him, he had my top pick, a Royal Grey Countryman, waiting for me. We went out and looked at it, and I said: That's it. I love it. And we went back inside.Eric made sure I was comfortable, then disappeared to make the magic happen. A short time later, he came back, took me to sign the papers, and handed over the keys. Having worked with me as I bought my last two Minis, Eric doesn't question my process. He knows that I like what I like, and I never need to drive the car before making it mine. There's no reason. Mini creates such a superior quality product, I don't have to worry about what I'm getting. I know the power is there, and will still be there in a couple of years when I go back and tell Eric it's time for a new one. These people aren't your normal sales force. Mini isn't your normal car. If you're on the bubble about whether or not to take the plunge...DO IT! Join the family! You won't be sorry.

This was my second MINI purchase and the experience was excellent with both. We were shopping for a car for my 16 year old that would serve as car for carpooling with his younger sister and would take him on to college. To fit this need and his tastes, it needed to be both practical and hip. We visited all the possible dealerships and possible makes and models that might fulfill these requirements and we were quite spent when the idea of a MINI came up. With a sharp and skeptical eye created by our previous car dealer experiences, we were blown away by Jay's enthusiasm, knowledge, honesty, and real connection to helping us find the right car. Fast forward to our current experience. Jay called with information related to the current incentives that could lower our montly payment. He was, again, courteous and very professional, not pushy or rude, but very informative regarding the value of the trade-in, the price of the new models, and the very low interest rates available on the 2013 MINI. We went from the Cooper Hardtop to a Cooper S with several upgrades and have a new warranty, covered maintanence, and a brand new 2013 with a $25 lower monthly payment.

While my wife loves her MINI, we have had several things wrong with the car lately. This is no reflection on the dealer themselves, just dumb luck. Anyways, we can't say enough about Todd and Nick and how much they have helped us through the problems. They bend over backwards to make things right. Anyone who drives a MINI knows they can be expensive to service, so no revelation there, but the Cincinnati MINI service department has done everything they can to soften the blow and we really appreciate it. Though, they are the only dealership in the city, they don't have the room for competition anyway. Though I had a better deal when buying the car in Detroit (incredible rebates), I live and breath the life here in Cincinnati. No matter where you go with a MINI, you have 3yr/36k $0 maintenance costs at any MINI dealership. So far (my MINI has 10k miles), my experience here has been more than a blessing. First of all, the servicing department is top notch. You beep the horn, the door opens where you pull into a tile bay area where a motoring advisor greets you. This is where you tell them any problems or what it's in for, and they take the car. Not only do they have a nice area with wifi, starbucks coffee, and a retail store full of BMW/MINI products, but they have new BMW and MINI loaners available (in advance) if you're on the go.They keep you updated throughout the day(s), and keep you understanding and in touch with what is going on. Anybody wants that in a dealership, right?Second, they provide car washes to BMW and MINI owners- it doesn't matter if you bought the car there, serviced the car there, or if it's your family from out of town. If it's a BMW or MINI, they'll wash it. Both inside and out. They do a great job; some little spots, but nothing noticeable. Third, they have motoring specialists every day there to assist customers. You basically can stop by any time you'd like, for questions or problems and they are more than happy to help you. Lastly, they are very acceptable for spontaneous problems. For example, my window was stuck half way down. I simply dropped it off the night before, explaining it was an emergency (raining), and they fixed it without question.I am proud to say I'm part of the MINI family, and I am thankful to take my Clubman to such a great dealer. I need to change my license plate brackets to CINCINNATI MINI
