Out experience started out "not so good" but ended much better. We had made an appointment to see a specific vehicle. When we got to the dealership that vehicle was not there. We did not blame this on the salesman. There is not any system in place to reserve a particular vehicle to an appointment as far as I could see. The issue was resolved by us test driving another vehicle with the salesman while the manager was able to get the vehicle we came to see and ultimately bought returned. But by the time we were able to close the deal there was no one left at the dealership to clean it so we took it as it was. The manager compensated us for our inconvenience but promising us a check of $50. Overall we were treated very good and are happy with our purchase.

Great service team! The work was done on time, quickly and correctly. Really nice customer lounge with a large window to watch the service bays. They service rep went over the inspection to make sure I understood what each item referred to. Really simple to get great service!

Had a small spot under the truck one morning and called the service department. Jason advised they couldn't determine anything until it was up on the hoist. Scheduled the next day. Yep there was an oil leak, but they didn't have one of the parts needed.Early next morning Jason called- the part was in and I was scheduled for 10 am. Got the service done quickly and a multiple point checkup too. They pointed out that the inside of my front tires were starting to scallop and needed attention. Great job done by the technician. No leak so far. Service and courtesy were great. Jason looked up my warranty information and everything was settled quickly.One thing though. They replaced the transmission dipstick because they though it was leaking. I had checked the fluid level before taking it in and forgot to wipe around the dipstick, so I think they mistook the dripped fluid for a leak.

I knew what I wanted before I got there.. my salesman was the best!.. not pushy and stood there for what seemed like forever while I decided on a color and he didn't mind one bit. Even after I told them I wanted the white one, they took it back and detailed the inside even better than it was and put more gas into it!.. I've bought a couple vehicles and never have I gotten this good of service!.. thank you!

The staff was courteous. The work was completed quickly. I was informed that they had to order a part and when it came in they would call me to schedule an appointment. They kept me up to date on what was going on with my car.

I called to make an appointment and they could get me that day. I usually only have Fridays off so this was great. The service person told me all that they were going to do and what their special are. In and out in a timely manor. Explained the service I would be needing in the future and gave me pamphlet and prices they would be.

I ORDERED STEPS FOR MY TRUCK, THEY CALLED THE NEXT DAY THAT THEY WERE IN. I WENT UP THERE,AND ABOUT 45 MINUTES THEY WERE DONE. I WAS IMPRESSED. THEY DID FAST AND GOOD WORK...

They got us in even a little before the appointment, and really got us out in a timely fashion. It was nice to get in and out so fast. Everyone smiled and said hi, It was a very friendly environment.

Being from out of state I trusted that what the used car salesman told me was the truth. I took his word that the truck I was interest in was clean and without rust. He even put a very nice video together to show me the condition of the truck. The video conveniently missed the obvious rust spots. I put down a $500 non-refundable deposit according to the video and what I was told over the phone. After driving 3.5 hours to the dealership on a Sunday I was able to lay my eyes on the vehicle myself and noticed the rust holes in the rocker panel and the rust bubbling up on the box of the truck. I asked since there was not full disclosure of the truck's condition whether or not money could be taken off of the truck. The salesman told me not on Sunday. In the end the salesman told me there was nothing he could do for me because it was sold as is. The worst customer relations I've ever been exposed to. I hope whoever reads this takes their business elsewhere.

Called ahead about a vehicle they had on their lot and talked with salesman John Carter. Decided to make the hour and a half drive over to City Ford to test drive the car. What a great decision that was. John was great and is the kind of salesman that is easy to deal with. In fact the whole team we dealt with, from Aaron (sales manager), and Brian in financial were a pleasure during our buying experience. We would not hesitate to make that drive again in the future or to send friends to City Ford.

Tech couldn't find the problem. Once I showed them again still did not fix to my satisfaction. Parts are on order truck has to go back. Didn't even do a courtesy car wash!

I really trust City Ford Service. Bought my car there and return for service. I did try a dealer in Fort Wayne when my car had to be towed and I have regretted not pay extra and having it towed to City- Never again! The sales team, Aaron, Ben and Josh were the best and so far the service department has been too. Amber was great too!!!

Both Jon and Aaron were great to work with. They were both knowledgeable on the vehicles and provided great insight and comparison of other models. The whole team was very flexible and definitely put their best foot forward. I would recommend anyone to at least give them a look when purchasing a vehicle.

Ms. Anderson was very friendly and explained what type of oil they were replacing in my Ford F-150 truck. It was determined that my brake fluid was not up to standard and she recommended replacement. Being that my truck is a 2002 model with about 64,500 miles on it, I reasoned that the service should be done! The wait time was very reasonable and the other person working with Ms. Anderson answered a question I had with a smile on his face. I felt I was treated well and Ms. Anderson also explained the savings of purchasing a 4 oil change plan! I would highly recommend the service at City Ford and I may be speaking to a salesman in the future about a Ford Escape!

I was looking for a fairly new pre-owned Hyundai in the area. While looking on-line at one listed for City Ford, a chat window appeared. I interacted with them getting my questions answered. They told me to stop by and ask for Ty, who would show me the car. I did. I was pleased. I bought it! Thanks, Ty and City Ford. Good service in person and on-line.

Sales staff was wonderful very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The gentleman who worked on financing was great as well! They were very fast. I scheduled appt. to see car at 12p and was picking my Ford Edge back up by 4:30p with all paperwork complete! Customer service has been amazing since I bought the Edge too. I recently bought a Ford F150 Truck and the staffing at this dealership were all friendly, willing to assist, answer any questions, and above all,... there was no pressure. Josh Toll is an excellent sales member of the team. He made us feel at home throughout the experience. Ryan Dreyfus , the finance manager, is also amazing. He is very thorough , provided us various terms to finance, and he is quick and efficient. Overall the purchase experience was exceptional and I would recommend this dealership.

The transmission p_! works better than it ever has. The steering wheel always felt (loose), Now it feels solid, and the brakes feel firmer with the replacement of the hoses. DAVE FRANK

I have had two interactions with the service department and both times I received excellent customer service. They literally got me in for service within 30 minutes of my call. They were helpful and the repair was done very quickly! I would definitely recommend City Ford! I have had experiences with other Ford dealers in the Fort Wayne area that left me feeling very frustrated and like I was a waste of their time so I was very pleased to find the opposite at City Ford!

We showed up almost at closing time and the staff stayed and helped us find our dream vehicle. Josh Toll was very professional and answered all the questions we needed. Not to mention their prices are exceptional!! I would recommend buying from City Ford in a heartbeat.
