Best car buying experience I've ever had. Just bought a 2014 F-350 Super Duty. The truck was everything I expected with no surprises. This is an honest and personable dealership. Ron is super helpful in answering any questions and made the process fast and easy!! I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a quality car at a fair price.

Be aware buyers. Take the extra time and bring whatever vehicle you like to a trusted shop of your choice before purchasing a vehicle from boomer. Was told car came in on a trade and didn't need much. An oil change and some bushings. We agreed on a bumper replacement some body work to fix couple rust spots a light was out power locks were not working right and rear wiper motor not working.. So I brought car back for them to take care of them things. Locks they were not able to fix. Not long after I get car back car blew blue smoke for a few on startup. I spoke with boomer he said not a problem just some oil on valves. Well not long after the engine blew and was 3 quarts low with dirty oil. Oil was never changed and probably low when I got the car and probably car had problems from the start. Boomers service manager even told me he shouldn't have said the car was fine with the blue smoke and to bring in asap. Boomer said he would do a motor at there cost and try to give a discount on labor. But I lost my cool and now he wants the car gone. Anyways. Have a garage of choice double check what you are buying from them. You could get very screwed like me. I made the first 5 year payment the day it blew. Anyone can sell a car. And delerships are very happy to sell. But as a buyer if you blow an engine in 30days because someone didn't change oil after they said they did and garage wouldn't own up to it how would you feel about that garage after that? You would see that the nice easy sale was for one thing. A sale. They won't stand by you if they make a mistake

When I walked into the classic auto exchange I was greeted as if I was one of the family by everyone I met. When I saw my truck I could understand why they sell so many cars each year. They spare no expense to make them very sellable. My overall experience was the best I've ever had. Kim

Bought a truck there, less than 10 months later I have paid more than half of the original price, we made a deal they would do all the repairs it needed instead of knocking down the price any, they seemed trust worthy. true if they had done all the repairs it needed they may have broken even, truck should have been scrapped then. the constant maintenance has driven me to cut my losses and I am now looking to trade it in for anything.

Today drove an hour from New York spoke with sales men on the phone was very honest an helped with all my car buying questions this was my second new vehicle I've ever purchased an I would send people over all the staff were great offered drinks an no crap shoot to sell me the car I was interested in. Not pushy like usual sales men!!

I had contacted Zach about a vehicle I was interested in. Zach was willing to work with my on price (not a pushover though). He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and very quick to respond to my questions. I did not end up purchasing a vehicle from him because I found a similar deal closer to home. Nevertheless, compared to many of the other dealers I was in communication with (online), I got the feeling that Zach's outfit was a decent group to work with.

First and for most the BEST quality in this dealership is the speed in which they respond to inquiries and questions. Over my buying period a lot was done over phone and emails since I was three hours away from the lot but every time i ever needed anything and EVEN ON OFF DAYS i was responded to within a half hours time in emails and even sooner on some i mean its amazing the time and effort Zach had set in with me and also got to know me, it was more of purchasing a vehicle from a friend at the end of it than a dealer out to make a dime. The knowledge level from Mike one of the lead mechs on site was very very extensive the guy knows his cars and sure can paint too its quality work all the way around. I had quite a few things i was wanting on the vehicle i picked up (3000GT VR4) and these guys catered to everything that they could and were very open about what they couldnt and even then offered just the most valuable help even after the car was purchased. As i said i live 3 hours away and were even attempting to try to make arrangements to bring the car back with me 3 HOURS AWAY!! Find a dealer willing to even humor that!! These guys are truly professionals and deserve the 5 star ratings theyve been getting i would highly recommend working with Classic Auto Exchange to anyone interested in a vehicle on the lot as i said by then end it was more of purchasing from friends than a dealer!!

I found the truck online and went to test drive it. 45 minutes later I had the temporary plates and the owner drove my car home and I took the truck. An employee then drove the owner home, I was back to work before lunch.

The owner Boomer was extremely helpful and friendly. We dread the whole rigmarole of buying a car. He made a great offer for my trade, secured good financing, and provided excellent customer service in record time. From the time I walked into his dealership to test drive a few cars I was driving away with the car of our dreams within two days.

Stumbled upon this dealership by chance en route to another one nearby and were instantly impressed with the friendly, easy-going, honest approach of the sales rep who greeted us, Dave. Went back the following Saturday because of him (and the wide selection of used cars within a reasonable price range) and received the same engaging, helpful service (from all who were there, Zack as well (not pushy at all) and even a mechanic who chatted with us about one of the used cars we had just test-driven. We highly recommend -- if you're looking for a used car in the area -- you visit the website to see how many cars they have to offer and then stop by Classic Auto Exchange to see Dave or Zack (who make what can be an incredibly stressful and painful process enjoyable!).

After visiting 6 dealerships in the area and having them be very insistent that I buy their car today when I visited, Classic Auto Excchange was here to help me, make me the center of their attention. I dealt with 1 person, not 2 or 3 as in the others. Classic Auto give me "space" to make the decisision andwere up front with details, information, and answered all questions. I had the car out for a drive on my own not with the agent. They are #1 and the best!!

Dave was great with helping get us into the truck we were looking at and also made our kids feel like they were important. He even went as far as giving the kids shirts and stuff that the kids were gong to miss from our tradein.

Classic Auto Exchange certainly changes all comments about the "used car salesman"..Dave and Boomer treat their customers with extra special respect and consideration..I have bought two cars from them; a Jeep Liberty for myself and a Toyota Corolla for my daughter..and our experience was wonderful.. they did all of that cumbersom paperwork and went the extra distance to make sure the car was in perfect condition for us. Even to give us a fill up in gas and a fill up in the window wash!!

This was my seond experience buying a car from Classic Auto. I purhcased a Subaru Outback from this dealer last and returned to trade in and upgrade to a newer vehicle. I was lucky enough to get to work with Dave who sold me my last car. Dave is a straight shooter and both he and Mike were tremendously helpful as my family made a decision on which vehicle to choose. We ended up in a Volvo wagon and Dave made sure that it was in good shape before we finalized the deal. He was consulative and presented all the options. They can be a busy place and you might wait around for a bit but a good deal is worth waiting for.
