I had to have the motor replaced in my2002 Honda Civic in October 2016. In the past, I had used a Honda Dealership that was convenient to my home on prior occasions; however this time the Service Advisor informed me that the mechanic had declined to work on because of "after-market equipment" and referred me to Classic Honda of Midland, Texas. The Service Advisor at Classic Honda of Midland, Texas, Red Andress, is a very professional, and kind individual whom seems genuinely devoted to his job and Honda as a whole. He was very knowledgeable and thorough and kept me informed at all times with the progress of my car and the work being done and at all times treated me like a customer and not a female. It is employees such as Red, they make a person a life long customer. I know there were other employees involved in the process of fixing my vehicle but they were very adept in teamwork. Good job, Red Andress and Classic Honda of Midland, Texas!

I have been a Honda customer for years. My experience with Classic Honda of Midland began when I brought in vehicles I purchased in San Antonio's Benson Honda. Classic Honda's service department has always been fair with me and has provided excellent service for my vehicles. Now that I have lived in Midland for a few years, I have come to recognize the utility of Sport Utility Vehicles. Water tends to build up when it rains in Midland. My Accord was an excellent car. However, the road conditions and climate of West Texas influenced me to switch to a vehicle with a higher ground clearance. My wife has a Pilot. I decided I wanted one. We went to Classic Honda and the experience was better than any other car-buying experience I've had. That includes other Honda dealerships. I felt no pressure and ended up with what I think is a good deal on an excellent vehicle.

I had to purchase new shoes for my car. Not only did Honda price match their competitor but they were honest. There was a mistake on the order for the tires but Porter was quick to tell me of the mistake and gave me options that will alleviate what was done. I was also given a time frame of how long the work was going to take and they were done before the time frame. I drove away with great tires for my car and a great deal. I will definitely be going back. I love honesty and customer service. I also liked that Staff took the time to acknowledge my needs . Everyone was friendly and easy going. As far as the quality of the work I will say it was excellent for now, however, I just got the tires and haven't tested them yet.

Got a letter in the mail about a recall on my Honda Accord. So I took it back to the dealership that I bought the vehicle from Classic Honda of Midland. The mechanics at the service department were very courteous and very professional. After I left I was so grateful that I bought my bought my vehicle from such a great dealership. I'll be looking to buy another vehicle for my wife within the next year and I will surely be back to Classic Honda of Midland.

No feeling of being "pounced on" at all! Tiffany, my sales lady was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I chose, and was really a "go getter". She was very friendly and willing to help in any way she could. Kathy, the new car manager was also great! Roger, the general manager actually took time to come by and discuss some of my options with me. Finally, Humberto, the finance manager was also very nice to deal with. It was all a great experience! I would recommend all to visit the dealership! You will in no way feel like you are in a "pressure cooker"! They were all very professional people, and made me feel very welcome there.

Bryan was great! He explained all they were going to do (2 recalls) and also offered me a deal on the alignment I wanted to get. They had arranged for a loaner vehicle, and even washed my car since they kept it longer than anticipated. I found them to be professional and easy to work with. My only issue is that I got charged $25.00 for them to put in a $2.00 part - but I guess that is pretty standard. I will return to them for servuce. It is refreshing to feel that you can go to a dealer for service and not get ripped off!

This was mine and my husbands first time buying a vehicle and Mrs Lisa answered my call when I was in question about a vehicle online and she was soooo sweet and was determined to help my family get the right car at the right price we needed, so much so I stopped looking around when she called me back very excited about a 2007 Hyundai with only 23000 miles on it! It was actually Mr.Sam's car who works at the dealership and wanted to help us out by selling it to us for $8350! Praise Jesus our prayers were answered, we went in the next day and purchased the car and with Mr. Sam doing our deal it was a very pleasant experience. Even signing our paperwork with Mr.Kalyn was enjoyable because he made us feel like family and the crew cleaned up the car inside out so nicely and were very friendly. I cant say enough of how blessed we were to have such a wonderful first car buying experience we are excited to do more business with them in the future and recommend everyone to the Classic Honda of Midland.

Worked with Arnie Rodriguez and Sam Price working an Accord. Spouse not willing to trade right now, so we did not reach the sales point. But Arnie and Sam were easy going, not pressuring, and honest. I gave Red an overall rate of 10 being the best because he helped me out with not just my airbag issue. He helped me out with my window being broke too. He got me a better price then what I was getting from Safelite. When we went for my airbag he got me in and out as fast as he could. He also showed me the corrosion on my battery to be aware of it to get it taken care of next time.Thank you

I cannot be happier with my car buying experience at this dealership. My salesman was Michael Sierra. He was extremely helpful. I live about an hour and a half from Midland in a small west Texas town so a lot of information was via texting and calling. Michael responded immediately to any questions I had about this deal. I never once felt any high pressure sales technique on his part which was a real difference from most of my experiences from other dealerships I've dealt with over the years. We came to what I know to be a fair deal. I drove away in my Honda Ridgeline knowing the next time I buy will be with this dealer and this sales rep. I went back in to have a clear coat put on and while waiting whatched the service team get people's car problems taken care fast and efficiently. Special thanks to Roger Harris and Red for the great service. This the first time I've ever taken the time to write a review but these folks at this dealership deserves the high praise.

We found a great deal online for a used Honda van. I sent an inquiry e-mail that was answered by Miss Stephanie Martin. She set up a meeting on the phone and suggested looking into a newer vehicle plus seeing the older model. We met at the dealership and she had the older and newer model van ready for inspection! She showed us every safety feature and we test drove both. She was honest, really nice and very smart! I'm happy that she showed us both options, but the older van fit our budget. As is warranty, but she still checks in with us to see how our van is doing. We still get a free carwash! Kathy worked very hard to find the best financing for us and we were thrilled at the offer we got!! Over all, this was an excellent experience for us. We will recommend others to try this dealership out. We even saw the owner in there talking to customers. Everybody is professional with a relaxed confidence and easy going personality. Happy us!!

Although it took a long time for the dealership to receive the parts necessary to complete the safety recall repairs, once they had the parts, they were very quick to notify me, schedule the repairs in a timely manner. Brenda was extremely efficient, friendly and respectful of my time and concerns. The dealership provided a ride home and picked me up as soon as repairs were completed. I never had to waste time waiting or to wrangle with scheduling.

From the first inquiry online to the sale, I was treated with respect and attention. My being without transportation at the time, the salesperson (Sherie) even came to pick me up, let me drive back to the dealership, and then listened to my needs, budget, and concerns in a relaxed environment. I was introduced to the sales manager, the general manager, the financial manager, and even eventually, the owner of the dealership itself. All of my questions were answered honestly and clearly and even after the longer test drive, I didn't feel pressure to buy. I know I will enjoy doing future business--sales and service--with Classic Honda of Midland. Because it was raining on the day of the final sale, I was even assured that when I brought the car back, once the weather cleared, the car would be detailed as a new car should be. I was given business cards of the salesperson and financial manager in case I had problems, concerns, or questions in the future. From inquiry to the sale, I was treated as a valued potential customer--after the sale, I am sure I will be treated like "one of the family."

I took my 2010 Audi in to get my brake pads put on. I was met by Red the service guy. I explained to him my situation. He was respectful, enthusiastic and ready to get my car taken care of. I was very thankful he told me he would have his master mechanic work on my car. About 10 minutes later he came back to have me go out to my car only to find out that I would need rotors as well. The mechanic explained to me what they should look like and I saw that I was going to need them replaced. Red gave me an awesome deal. I felt relieved at the price he showed me. Since now it would be several hours before my car would be finished they have me on of there cars to drive. When I returned my car was safe to drive again and they washed and detailed it as part of the service. Thank you Red and William for the best customer service I've experienced in along time. When ever I need work on my car I will be bringing it to classic Honda

The trend will soon change in Midland if Classic if Classic continues their ways! I drive a 2015 GMC Duramax. I had some warranty work done at the GMC and they just couldn't seem to get the job finished. After learning that the Honda store employees diesel techs, I stopped by and the experience was second to none. These guys are professional, friendly and know how to handle their business. The salesman led me to believe that the extended warranty included routine maintenance-WRONG! He added the routine maintenance on, DOUBLING THE COST OF WARRANTY!!! I waited three hours to go through finance, signed just to buy and go home. When the oil change coupons arrived, I realized what the salesman did and immediately initiated cancellation. Mark Porter in finance didn't process my cancellation for several weeks! By the time he did, I had refinanced to get a better rate (as I had told him in email). Instead of checking, the dealership sent the refund to Ally where my loan had been paid off for a month. After 6 weeks, I'm still waiting for resolution. In 29 years of car-buying, I have never seen such under-handed incompetence.

My salesman was Cesar Gaudin. He was literally waiting outside when I pulled into the dealership and showed me that he was totally committed to putting me in the right car. I had some challenges including a trade-in that did not have a lot of value and that I owed far more on than it was worth.vHis boss, the sales manager Roger Harris (a former Marine and all-around great guy) could not possibly have been more helpful in finding a car that I could afford even though I had negative equity. Mark Porter, the finance director, went out of his way including getting authorization for the dealership to absorb half of my negative equity as well as getting me a far lower interest rate than what my credit would normally allow. Joey Gabarda has built a business that focuses on taking care of employees so they take care of customers and keep them coming back. This is my first Honda, but it definitely won't be my last, and I'll only buy from this dealership as long as I'm in the Permian Basin. God bless, guys!

I wanted an SUV, that I could afford, I test drove a CRV--wonderful ride--short story, the one I drove was out of my range, did not want a pre-owned, my credit was a little on the short side. Got ready to leave without a car and the business began to help find a car I could purchase from around the area (talking above and beyond) and low and behold they did, my consultant drove to Abilene and picked up my new CRV-LX, she called and I went down and made my purchase called my husband, picked him up went to get dinner and his comment was--this is not the same, after riding in a CRV for a few days the LX was not the car he wanted--7:00 am the next morning I began calling Miss Herrera, she returned my call and I had to let her know my husband did not like the LX I purchased. Immediately she went to work talking business about me getting there before paperwork went out to finalize the deal---Thank God, she called me back and got me in and low and behold I was able to get a different CRV (upgrade) nicely loaded for just a little bit more and my Husband and I have been happy ever after! Everyone from Miss Herrera to the financial manager and even the Owner were wonderful--talk about above and beyond, they all were! I wasn't officially looking for a Honda at the time I was looking for a good preowned and they had many to choose from but instead I came out with a new civic. Which I was very happy with the deal and the interest rate along with the service plan. These folks are honest and hardworking and will work for you and not screw you over like many of the other dealerships in the area. I chose Classic Honda of Midland, because it was the first place I saw when my "change oil" light came on. Elmi met me on the drive as soon as I pulled in. He was friendly and professional. I requested an oil change and tire rotation. He immediately offered me a water (greatly appreciated) and took my car back. Ten minutes later he informed me that I was in need of a cabin filter and air filter. He showed me the existing filthy filters. He was right. I was concerned that it would take a long time to get done, because I was in a Toyota at a Honda dealership. I was shocked when my car was ready to go less than an hour later. Elmi and the cashier were very friendly. I recommend everyone take their vehicles to them, for their service, regardless of the make. They will surpass your expectations.

Yes, we are the proud owners of a new Honda Pilot! Unfortunately, our radio has a glitch, and we never expected to be visiting the service department so soon. Despite being blindsided by the sudden feedback on our radio, Classic Honda handled this with concern and a willingness to track down our problem, as soon as possible. The vehicle was taken to the service department, and they listened to my problem and even brought in a technician to analyze the problem. An appointment was scheduled and a loaner car reserved. They kept the car for just over a day. Classic Honda was courteous and helpful.My one complaint is that my beautiful maroon car was returned with dirt spots all over it. Maybe I misunderstood the free car wash with each service appointment.

I gave 4 stars because I honestly had a bad experience over the past few months with the service department. However, I know they have recently made some changes and on my last visit this week I'm hopeful that they located the correct problem (finally) and the new Service Advisor I dealt with - Red - was very knowledgeable and professional. He knew right away what the possible issue I was having was after I explained to him what had been happening. I had taken my car in 4 other times and paid money for parts and labor that I probably didn't even need - since they didn't solve the issue - and had told the previous service advisor the same issues. Needless to say I wasn't a happy camper but I'm crossing my fingers that this last trip has taken care of my issue and will restore my confidence in the service department again.

Now, they could have told me anything, and I would have believed it. They could have charged me whatever they wanted, and I would have gleefully paid it - I need my car for work. On that basis, how could I not give a full endorsement or recommendation to Classic Honda?! I would have described the service as excellent but for the water left by the driver's door and I almost fell down getting into the car when service finished. No one told me about bolts being ordered and the dirt and mud left in the floor mats. I walked in Tuesday afternoon, nervous about surveying new cars since i never established any credit (i am a self employed PR with no credit except my credit card). Travis walked me through the choices they have (I've set my eye on CR-V), and guided me through their financing online. We set an appointment for Friday morning so that i can bring my spouse along. 2 hours later, we walked out with a brand new car. Thought it was mandatory used car selling 101 to inspect the vehicle when it's sold, but after having the vehicle for a month, I get a call that my sticker isn't in the mail. They didn't do the inspection and I can't get my plates until they do. Big problem with that is that I live 100 miles away from Midland, so this isn't a quick trip to fix. Kind of a let down since the buying experience wasn't that bad.

I purchased my 2014 Honda CRV in June of 2015. Love the car.Gus was normally the Service Representative that assisted me with oil changes, and an issue with the low tire indicator coming on. This time, Gus was unavailable, so Nick assisted me with the tire issue. Persistence was the name of the game this time. After several visits with the same issue, not only did they provide me with a vehicle while the car was in the shop, but went above and beyond the care that has been given me with prior car dealerships.This was an unusual circumstance, and the owner, service manager and Nick went what is my opinion the best care a customer could ever expect. I was impressed by the friendliness as well as professionalism of the staff starting with Gus Junker at my arrival at 7:30 am . I was back on my way within 2 hrs even though I was told that the job itself would take 30-40 minutes . The dirt was rinsed off my car and I was given a needed and installed front license plate holder( although it had the Classic Honda name as advertisement) . I was pleased by the cleanliness of all the facility I was able to observe and use including the waiting room being so modern and clean and spacious and having bottled water and great coffee available. The website is excellent and easy to use to sched appt and it is great to get the reminder on email and text. I like Joey's TV media presence and professional demeanor. Nick is very good at what he does as well as courteous.

You're wonderful.2 stars because they removed my personal license plate cover & replaced it with a dealership one.When I asked about it, they said it was in the backseat. It wasn't. They may have forgotten to put it there. Who knows. The guy at the front desk grabbed it from the back & put it back on using 2 screws rather than the 4 it came in with. I'm a reader of reviews & if I came across this I'd think I was being pretty petty, to be sure.Here's why it bothered me so badly. If these are the kinds of things you're willing to do in plain sight, what corners are you cutting when not in view?Thankfully there is another Honda dealership in the area as I will not be returning to this one.

At first I felt like I was kind of on my own, but after using a new, clean loaner vehicle and being pleasantly surprised to get my freshly vacuumed & washed car back all I could do was smile. It was the small things they did, along with the wash my license plate had been bent it had a new plate frame. Proud to have it on my car Midland Honda. I took my vehicle to your service department. On Monday the 15th. It took the tech three hours only to tell me it wasn't fixable because they didn't have the parts. I asked for my vehicle to be checked and serviced only to find out the air filter wasn't changed the brake fluid was not topped off. I was told the air bags were replaced due to a recall the next day my air bag light warning light came on. Also a license plate liner was placed on my plate. Your techs took the time to put a plate liner on my tag but couldn't top off my brake fluid? I'm never going back to your service department I'd rather drive to el paso and let them work on my vehicle.

After visiting a few dealerships during the past week, i have to say this dealership has really gone out of its way to give us the best deal there is. We just moved to the US a few weeks ago and as an immigrant with no credit history whatsoever, other dealership agents just wouldnt give us the time of day. I guess what im trying to say is, we just felt like we were looked down upon because of our credit, or lack thereof. So we accompanied a coworker to buy a car at the classic honda midland and they gave us such a good deal and took care of us from start to finish that we went home with a brand new car. We had just officially purchased our first ever family car and I'm glad we bought it from them. Joey (the owner) is very down to earth , talked to us and offered us different options for our current situation. Robert Prado, has assisted us all the way and was really patient with us. There's been some issues with the license and credit and they really did make it work. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends. Thank you guys!

Mr. Florez asked me if I had an appointment and I told him I didn't not that I had spoken with Gus the day before and I was informed that I need did not need an appointment Mr. Floris response was will Gus is wrong you do need an appointment and I guess we can work you in there was only one of the car before me at at the time when I arrive for the service. Then he stated that he this is no longer lithium and they do not have to honor my lifetime old changed but he would this time only but he would put notes all over the system that I was not to come back for any lifetime oil change or they would have to charge me. I did not feel comfortable talking to him about further maintenance on my car instead I called today and made arrangements with Gus at so that he could tell me what further service I need it on my car. If you look at my record I have been taking my car every since 2008 to this dealership even though I live in Odessa because of the service I was getting from that company and from Gus. But I think I'll probably be taking my business elsewhere after I get the scheduled maintenance on my car this coming Monday. I was glad to hear that Honda had gotten Suds back as a mechanic now it's going to be sad that I won't be able to utilize him except this one time. Very disappointed.

While out of town for the Holidays I visited so friends and family in Midland. I had been shopping around where I live (Austin). I figured while I was out of town I could check around and see the difference in price, options, etc. I came to Classic Honda of Midland already knowing the make and model of what I was interested in, but decided to play along. I met Jenny and told her I didn't really know what kind of vehicle I wanted, but I wanted to get some info so I could mull it all over. Jenny in no way put pressure on me to make a decision. We chatted briefly and she gave her opinion on a vehicle. I said that it wasn't a bad car, it just didn't feel right for me. Jenny actually took the time to go into more detail with me. She asked about what my expectations were, and what was really important to me. Even though I know Jenny must commission on her sales, she didn't once try to put me into something that I felt like it would benefit her more than me. The car I was sure about in Austin now has competition. I honestly was so blown away by her outstanding customer service that I am now debating between a dealership here and the one in Midland. I really enjoyed how Kayln explained each question while providing extra information along the way. He was patient not in a rush and gave his honest opinion on the civic and other competitive cars! I appreciated the service package of free maintenance for the life of my car loan. This allowed me to have a peace of mind and to trust the Honda brand. It was nation wide and not limited so I feel like it was worth the extra investment. I was blessed to know that my payments were just going to be 60 dollars more than my Chevy Cruze. I was very pleased with Heather & George. I had called and spoken to Heather the day before and told her which vehicle I was looking at purchasing. She had the vehicle waiting under the front carport ready for my inspection. After driving the vehicle her and her manager, George, worked to find me the best deal available. We were in and out in a little less than two hours. I love the fact that the dealership has a play area for the kids equipped with a TV and DVD player. They had coffee & water bottles on hand for refreshments in the showroom. The only opportunity area I can point out based on this visit is the fact that there was a salesman eating his lunch on the showroom floor. Something like this should be done in a break room. It made the entire showroom smell like chicken wings, which smelled GREAT, but I don't think it is the place for an employee to eat their lunch. It was not very professional. I also purchased the extended warranty at the time of purchasing the vehicle. It was not explained that the warranty has a deductible. I understand how these things work but for someone who is ignorant to this type of insurance it may come as a big surprise when they have to use the coverage. All in all, I

We were very pleased with the timely and professional manner in which they serviced my wife's vehicle. They did have some bad news for me about my transmission in our other vehicle, however the customer service I experienced was great and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. If my friends and family lived in this area I would definitely recommend this service department to them!

Was told two different things by two different people. One guy tells me that my battery was under warranty and sets me up an appointment for 0730 the next day. That next day this guy tells me it'll be after 8 maybe 9! Then proceeds to tell me it'll be $168 to replace my battery that is less than 2 years old and under a3 year warranty! I explained the day before that if it's going to cost me anything that I would buy a better battery for $130 myself. In the end honda of midland refused to help me so I had to do it alone. Honda of midland has lost my business.

Even though I was still able to purchase my vehicle through Honda, it was the worst experience of my life. The finance manager was a completely rude to me. The sales people jerked me around and played games. They made me drive back-and-forth about 20 times to complete all of the paperwork. They lost the spare key to my vehicle when I purchased it (I had to wait for them to order a new key to program it). They messed up the first key they ordered & had to keep my vehicle until the next day to order ANOTHER spare key. When I completed signing all of my paperwork to finalize the purchase, no one asked me for the down payment. They realized they forgot to ask me for the down payment, and asked me to drive back AGAIN (for the 21st time) to drop it off. I told them I would drop off the down payment when I came to pick up the spare key. Then they threaten me, saying they would not pay off my trade until I gave them the down payment. (I wasn't trying to withhold the down payment, I was just trying to minimize the back-and-forth). Whenever I called & the front desk answered... She seemed completely clueless, careless & rude. The owner, Joey, promised to would make everything up to me... Not ONCE has he tried to do anything for me. I wish I could give this place zero stars.

I brought my CRV in to the Service Department to be repaired and they were wonderful, rapid service and even washed my vehicle for me! I have known Gus Junker for years and I always ask for him. The gentleman that gave me a ride while my car was being worked on was so very nice and I enjoyed visiting with him. The gentleman that waited on me initially was so courteous as well as the lady at the cashier desk. I have traded with Honda of Midland since 2000 and will definitely continue to do so. I bought my 5th Honda here. Yes, I wrote my fifth Honda. Heather Maggi seemed more excited than I did about looking at the new 2016 Honda Accord Touring. I owned a 2013 Touring so I was eager to see the 2016 version. Heather was exceptionally helpful and worked with me until it was time to sign the papers. I wasn't planning on buying but remote start, parking sensors, and a new robust GPS system could not be passed up. Not to mention the new body style and the rarity of the model at this time. While I was waiting for the paperwork, I met with the new management and they made some great new changes for this dealership. They are too numerous to mention but I can tell you that you will appreciate them if you buy your vehicle here. One neat addition for car enthusiasts, Nitrogen in the tires. Google it.

I took my Pilot in for recall, strange noise, oil change, tire rotation, new filters and wipers. They completed the services and the oil change and tire rotation price was great! My only complaint is they advertise a free car wash with every service. I left my car for 4 days and they didn't wash it - which is ok - but would have been nice. Staff was friendly and they didn't charge me for any services I didn't need.

I brought in my vehicle for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Prior to bringing my car to the dealership I marked 2 front tires with a whiteout. Upon receiving my vehicle I check the tires to see if they were rotated, and they weren't rotated. This issue has been communicated to Acura customer service, as well as the Honda. I will do whatever it takes to ensure that this unscrupulous dealership/service department gets dealt by their district service manager.

This morning, I took my 2007 CRV to the dealer for a new battery, oil and lube, and inspection. When I went to get the car, they'd also washed and vacuumed it!! I have gone there for years because the service dept is the friendliest, most reliable and honest group I've ever dealt with - and I've dealt with quite a few! Gus Junker is a delightful man who knows his business. And Rodney was very helpful in scheduling and taking my payment. I highly recommend this dealership for their speed, accuracy, friendliness and cost of doing the work!

Long waits on oil change walk-ins. Consistently brings cars to front and customers sit in lobby without notification car is ready for 30-45 mins. Rotated my ties and didn't even tell me. I was just told to pay $60+ dollars for oil change. I said why so much. Was told tires were rotated! If it was due, at least ask. Had no windshield wiper fluid in car, at least could have checked fluids and filled.

Initially i left a review on DealerRater because our purchase experience went well. That was around July 2nd. I purchased a car for my soon-to-be 16 year old over 2 months before her birthday because she was looking forward to driving to school. After 6 weeks of waiting for the plates to arrive, i contacted Danielle 3 times with no return call. Finally i was told that I'd have to have the vehicle inspected, send the dealership the original, and then wait for weeks before getting the tags. I paid for the inspection, sent it in, heard nothing for days, then called three more times before being told that "unfortunately it takes 4-6 weeks to receive a duplicate title from the state we are requesting it from." My daughter's school won't issue parking tags on temp plates, so despite my planning, the dealership's poor performance will prevent her from driving to school for the first month that she's eligible. May not sound lile a big deal but i wrote a decent sized check to make it happen and now i'm stuck waiting. Still haven't gotten as much as an apology from the dealership.

I just purchased a 2006 Jeep Wrangler for my son. An ignition issue arose one week after purchase. The service center along with the owner of Classic Honda stood behind this gently used vehicle and took care of ordering a brand new part so that we received our Jeep back in less than a week. Kalyn Boudreaux responded and we had several back and forth communications where he provided good information and answered questions I had. After setting up an appointment, I got cold feet regarding the purchase, even though I knew it was a very sound deal. Two days went by and I kept thinking about the car. Daniele Owens met us at the door and assigned Travis White to assist us.Travis was impressive and a true asset to your company.I was a little disappointed on the time it took to do the paper work. Gary Coleman needs some updated equipment to speed up the process. Even though we were paying cash, it took time in signing the documents.I did the negotiating with George Rodriguez. He was very friendly over the phone but when we were in the dealership, he did not ever acknowledge us. I feel the price was very comparable to Fort Worth pricing.

My experience here was an extremely positive one. I thought I would be bombarded with "vultures" upon entering the dealership but that was not the case. At. All. Dax Riley was my salesperson and I have to admit I was really impressed with his conversational/people skills. The whole process was seamless and hassle free. My wife and I never felt rushed or anything. If you are looking for a vehicle to purchase, I would highly recommend Dax. This "kid" has the world ahead of him, has a good head on his shoulders, and is a ball of potential waiting to happen. A true asset. Art was our finance manager and he too made the experience worth it. Very friendly and insightful. My only beef with this place is that they didnt have floor mats in my used vehicle and my parents had just bought a vehicle through them a week earlier with the same thing... no mats. Its not a deal breaker by any means though. Mats are cheap and the ones I bought are probably better than the ones I would have gotten.

I brought my car into the dealership for a problem with the door lock. I made an appointment in advance which was easy to reach service people and schedule. I brought the vehicle in for diagnosis at the appropriate time and was greeted promptly. The service advisors were friendly and attentive. I didn't feel rushed nor like they were not listening. My vehicle went in for diagnosis very quickly and they were fast to determine the issue. They promptly called when it was ready. The part had to be ordered and I was able to make a return appointment on the spot. On my return visit, the part was in and the appointment was prompt. In addition to friendly and prompt service, they even washed my car. I was super impressed and feel this is one of my best service experiences.

I had gotten in my CRV to run some errands and noticed a light had come on the dash. I pulled over and checked in my owner's manual and it said it indicates low air pressure in a tire. I promptly drove it to the Honda service area to have it checked out. The young man who took over the car came back in a few minutes and told me I had a nail in the tire and they would fix it for me ....of course I agreed. In approximately 20-25 minutes I was told my car was repaired and ready to go....So I paid the fee and was on my way.

We were very pleased with the experience that we had at Classic Honda of Midland. Daniele Owens did an excellent job in trying to get everything ready for us. She was very busy and had a lot to take care of while we were there, but she did a great job. She made a great effort to get us fuel in the vehicle and explained some features of the vehicle with which we were not familiar. She apologized for not having the vehicle ready for us to see when we got there. It still was covered in plastic inside. We did have an appointment.George Rodriguez was very polite and helpful. We had a good experience as well with Jeremy Clark.We do still need to have an issue taken care of when the service department can get around to repair a bit of damage that apparently was done when the vehicle was unloaded. Overall the experience was much less stressful than when we purchased an Accord in 2009. We were informed about all of the available options but were not pressured to take them. I own a 2006 Honda, Element. It has 72,000 miles on it. The vehicle was running great but I was over for me 60,000 mile scheduled maintenance. I took the vehicle in. Everyone was friendly. No problems there. As I was leaving the shop, I thought I heard a noise from another vehicle out in the street. It wasn't, it was mine. It was (what I thought) to be idling way fast from what it was. I drove home. In my garage, I was sure it was idling too fast. Of course it was too late to go back to the dealer. My wife and I went for about a 20 minute ride. She noticed it was idling fast as well. We drove down a street that the speed limit was 40mph. Without my foot on the gas, the vehicle kept going at just over 35mph. This was not the case when I brought the vehicle in for service. As I slowed down to every red light I hit, the vehicle would "lurch" at 20mph and 5mph. It didn't do that prior to the service. The service cost me $564.72, which I thought was steep but I enjoy the vehicle and plan on keeping it for a while. This is completely ridiculous to pay that money for a vehicle that is working fine, take it to a shop, and now it runs worse. We have bought several vehicles from this dealership and I'm not happy with them to say the least. I would be there first thing in the morning to return it but I work.

This Dealership takes you to a whole level of experience with Car Dealerships! I hate going to buy a new car because all of the car salesman are so pushy! You never get to talk with the Car Salesman Manager because it's so 'secretive' when they are discussing you and your credit! That's where they 'wheel and deal' you and your credit. I found this is different place. They are so friendly, so warm and inviting. I didn't know what type of car I wanted. I did have another dealership I was going to. I didn't event expect to get this used new honda....to me it was new. I got into a 2013 Honda Civic. It's so nice and only 20,000 mi. I recommend it to anyone to visit and try the staff! I called on a Tuesday and showed up to the dealership after 6pm . Rikki Davis went above and beyond to make sure that I was fully informed and comfortable with the shopping portion of my visit. We recently bought a 2015 Odyssey Touring Elite from Classic Honda of Midland. Other than a computer glitch that held up our paperwork for a few days, everything was easy and quick. We had our price agreed upon before we arrived so all we had to do was the financing which was simple. I had done my homework and already decided on purchasing a 2015 Honda CR-V, so Daniele Owens didn't have to "sell" me on the vehicle. Regardless, she made sure I was fully informed on all the features and advantages. She worked with me to take care of as many questions and "prep" as much of the paperwork process as possible before I actually came in to the dealership. There were some negotiations involved, which involved the finance manager Jeremy too. Both he and Daniele were very straightforward and forthcoming on every detail. Beginning to end and driving away in a new 2015 CR-V Touring model at a very nice price took four hours. In my experience, that's excellent for an A to Z visit.Another note: Heather Maggi, another sales associate at Classic Honda, has great knowledge of some of the high-tech features on the CR-V, and though it was not her sale, she jumped right in at my invitation and provided excellent additional information. I'm an old guy and I've spent far too much time and had too many poor experiences in auto dealerships. This experience was altogether positive. They earned my recommendation.

I naively let them add fees to the agreed upon sale price basically taking the price back to where it started. I have since learned I didn't need to pay these fees, but it was late at night, I was in a new city, with a new job, and I needed reliable transportation. Then the finance manager lied about the lifetime oil change package she sold me. She said it provided full synthetic oil, was transferrable to the next owner, and was good at any Honda dealership. All lies, it provides the cheaper synthetic blend, isn't transferrable, and is only good at that dealership, and of course if the dealership changes names or owners next year, the plan is worthless.

I bought what I thought was a "certified" used vehicle (BMW) from Honda of Midland. Within 6 months of owning the vehicle it spent at least 2 months (if not more) in the shop. The vehicle has extensive FLOOD damage when sold to me, which none of this was disclosed. I have sent the car in for service 4 times, and often left with more issues than I had before I took it in. Honda of Midland is an unethical company, who does not back up their motto. I am stuck with a vehicle that I can not trade in, and can not sell to another person due to the flood damage. I continue to struggle with this company and get no where. I do not recommend doing business with this local dealer. Since the time of purchase, the dealership has gone through several leadership changes, and each new person guaranteed the issues would be fixed. Here we are 8 months later, with no help and I am stuck in the same situation I was in before.

went to buy a new car with an internet quote. they sold me for the price i needed but added few extra stuffs to make the money indirectly..still didn't gave me enough information even i asked the sales person. they said they were gonna make up for that deal.. never heard a single call back again. had to visit myself but was refused. they only called me as long as i didn't buy the car..after never saw anything like customer service. had a very bad experience. will never ever recommend anyone to this dealership. they were never clear wat other stuffs they were goin to add on top of sale price ...terrible expereince..

Our experience at this dealership was a very great one. Me and my friend were just looking around at their lot very early in the morning and suddenly this lovely lady Kissey approach us with a very warm greeting and a smile. She took us inside and answered our questions and was very quick in getting our information and what we we were looking for. Her approach to us was not "pure business" but the relationship was like in a personal basis or as friends. She wrote down what we want and negotiated with the price that is under our budget. We didn't take long in that process not like at other dealership where you have to wait for several hours to get what you want or even end up not getting what you want. Overall the experience was great and the place was clean and neat where you can see every person working there and not "hiding". I thank Kissey and Amy for making it a good one and we were very happy with the deal.

I have purchased several cars from Honda of Midland in the past and so, naturally, I went back for another purchase. I did not realize that their 'big sale' was actually being conducted by outside sales people brought in specifically to sell the used cars. I will not ever buy from a 'traveling sales team' again. When I went in originally, I purchased a CRV and initially loved it, but the 'traveling' salesperson promised to install an integrated Bluetooth, which, incidentally, cannot be installed on the steering wheel as promised. Needless to say, I was not pleased and I was stuck with a car that made me angry every time I looked at it....and then along comes Tony Oliver, a salesman at Honda of Midland. Tony did not sell me the CRV. Tony had made NO money from working with me, but he truly cared that I was unhappy with my purchase. Tony checked on me and kept me updated on the integrated Bluetooth install, which took forever because this is not a normal add-on. At about the 3 month mark, I finally told Tony that I was DONE with the CRV and just wanted out. (Keep in mind that I had not put any money down on the CRV and had rolled the taxes, etc. into the finance as well.) But somehow, Tony and his manager, Scott, were able to help me trade in the CRV and purchase an Accord, which I love! They made the Accord purchase so easy and stress-free! That is how a car purchase should be!The staff at Honda of Midland truly cared if I was happy with my purchase and when they found out I was not, they did everything they could to make it right. Tony has earned a customer for life! Thanks guys!

I had been looking at the Honda Accord Touring for some time and I visit the dealership frequently as I am an avid Honda fan. I had visited with Tony on several other occasions. I received a call from Tony Oliver on Friday giving me information about the offers Honda of Midland had and that they were interested in taking my 2011 Honda Civic for trade. Months before we had received letters about that same information and we were not interested. When he said "No pressure, if you would like just stop by say hi see if I can help you with anything nothing to lose." My husband came home maybe an hour I said " A gentleman from Honda called about wanting our car to trade in would you like to go?" He said yes!! When we arrived at Honda a young lady by the name of Myrna greeted us very nicely and we told her we were looking for Tony Oliver she didnt hesitate and called him. Tony was awesome, my husband is a difficult man but they hit it off and my husband has no patience and he let Tony know. Tony smiled and showed us a couple of cars explained the differences asked what our needs were. I picked the car I liked and then we started to talk numbers..Tony figured my husband didnt want to stick around for long and he was back and forth but at the end my husband said thank you but not today, we left. When we got home we thought about it called Tony on his cell Tony had left the building and said he would get with us the next morning. Sure enough next morning Tony and my husband talked and that Sat afternoon we were back at Honda Tony went through all the paperwork explained answered all questions and signing finacial papers was smooth this was a great experience thanks to Tonys patience with us!!!

Jonathan had such enthusiasm and you could tell he was having a good time trying to get us the best deal possible. He was able to work with us to get a new vehicle payment that was workable. He went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with our vehicle and the sale itself. I was having trouble getting the radio to work properly with a code so I called him and he asked us to stop by. 10 minutes later he had everything working and I was ecstatic. He didn't have to take the time to help us but he did. We have now bought 3 vehicles from this Honda dealership and will continue to work with them as they have been so helpful and generous to us. Not once did any of the salesmen/saleswomen try to sell us. They simply asked what we wanted and made sure we made an informed decision. I can't say how much that means to us. My daughter Courtney went into Honda of Midland to shop for a new car for her birthday. She had never had a NEW car and was very excited! The weather was cold and threating rain, but the team at Honda of Midland quickly made us feel welcome. From our helpful salesman, Carmelo, to the sales manager to the business manager, everyone we came in contact with was friendly and knew their products very well. Even though the monthly payment my daughter had budgeted for was rather low, the team was able to meet her needs. We had not intended to get any of the extended warranty items, however, the business manager explained to my daughter how she could add on the oil changes for the life of the car and only add a few dollars per month to her payment. This decision will save her a lot of money on her oil changes in the years to come. We appreciate his letting us know how that add-on could really be a help budget-wise. Sometimes women shopping for cars on their own could be taken advantage of, but I can assure you my husband was very pleased that we were so well taken care of at Honda of Midland. We are a Honda family, my husband currently drives a CRV and we have had 4 other Hondas in the past. Because of the great experience we had today at Honda of Midland we will continue to be a Honda family!!
