I loved Kenny Baker! Such a fantastic experience with him as the salesman! Lots of laughs. Having a car that was 14 years old, it was time to get a new one. I do think that my payments could have been lower than they are. I really feel that the manager could have come down even a little lower on the overall price of the car, but he wouldn’t. Not Kenny’s fault. Otherwise, a very good experience.

We arrived on time at the dealership for a scheduled 10 am Oil Change and Tire Rotation on my 2019 Ford Ranger. We did not get our vehicle back until after 12 noon. The service was completed at least an hour before that. But it was only after my wife went to the Service department counter to ask the status of our vehicle, that she was informed that the service was completed and our vehicle was parked outside. We paid for the service and our keys were returned to us. Very poor customer service.

The car had a serious problem...the computer went out that controls acceleration, etc.The part had to be ordered. In the meantime I was provided with a rental car and the cost of having the car towed in. It was appropriately fixed and I am now happily drivingagain.Donny Yost, the service underwriter was most helpful. He arranged everything and calledme when it was finished. Went in for my 40,000 mile check up. Was promptly greeted, explained what service would be done. Asked if I was waiting or needed a ride. Once I stated I was waiting, they showed me the waiting areas and estimated the time for completion. Once it was complete, it was reviewed with me and asked if I had questions. I was shown where my car was and thanked me for coming in.

2014 Toyota Tundra SR5 double cab truck. Love this vehicle. Everyone says it drives and rides like a caddy, they love it. Even die hard chevy Silverado owners prefer it to their truck. I wanted a Limited but the limited only comes with a 5.7 engine and I just don't want the less mileage or the extra power. The 4.6 does great for me and I pull a 16 ft trailer 90% of the time loaded with lawn equipment. The only thing I would change about the truck is gas mileage, it's not bad but would prefer 4 to 5 more mpg than what it gets. All other manufactures are stepping up their mpg and I think Toyota needs to keep up. Even though Toyota sales don't compare with the big 3, Ford, Chevy, Dodge, I think it is the class of all 3 as far as ride and looks go. Like I said I love this truck, only have 7800 miles on it but its kept up like the classy vehicle it is. Service from Cloninger has been excellent.

Paula and Donny are great -- I miss my other service advisor but Paula was right on it and called me right away - Donny helped me with something I left in vehicle. The larger problem is the call center where calls get routed to apparently if there is no answer at the dealership/service area. I do not find these people to be terribly well informed or helpful and you have to repeat yourself - name, make, model, year of vehicle, repeatedly with bizarre responses to questions. Please train the call center better for customer service or increase resources internally to triage these calls from within.Thank you.

When I arrived at work there was an email stating that my vehicle was ready for pickup and that I should return the loaner car as soon as possible. Bit confusing since I waited for my vehicle. Additionally, the invoice amount that was attached to the email did not match the invoice amount that I had already paid. Called the service department to understand why the email invoice was almost $40 more than I paid and was told that I did not need to worry about the difference that my account was paid in full. The other thing I have noticed with my account that no matter how many times I try to correct my first name no one can seem to make that happen.

We called the service department to see if we could have our van serviced prior to the 5000 mile checkup since we were going to Florida. They stated that we needed an appointment and the earliest appointment was 9:00 am on the next day which we accepted. We have always been there at 7:30 a.m. since we are over an hour's drive away. When we arrived, we were told that an appointment was not necessary. Another person in the waiting room was also told the same thing. This confusion should be corrected.The service was excellent as always.

I was very pleased with the service and the staff. Amanda is a keeper, very friendly and helpful!Only one complaint I would mention is the recall on the dash board replacement on my 2005 Toyota van. I think the recall is 2 years old and my dash gets worse every day. I get the feeling this will never get done and when I do get ready to sell this car it defiantly will be a deterrent.

I had my Ford Escape in for a recall. The letter I received from Ford said that the parts were "available" for the recall. When I took the vehicle in I was informed that they would perform an evaluation to determine if the part needed to be replaced. My husband drove his vehicle to Salisbury and we left my Escape to be repaired. When they called 2 to 2 1/2 hours later to tell me the part did need to be replaced they said they had to order the part and could have it the next day and could I leave my car until the next day. Since it is an hour and fifteen minute drive each way I was not real happy about having to leave the vehicle and return the next day to pick it up. We ended up with my 150 mile round trip and my husband's two (2) 150 mile round trips. I had assumed they would be able to repair the vehicle that day. They could at least have told me when I scheduled it that there was a possibility of having to leave it overnight.

I have to assume that my car is fixed or maintained correctly. I have no way of knowing if they did it correctly. I DO have one complaint. As I drove home I noticed that I was going 85!!! Someone pushed the Killometers button - so I had no idea how fast I was really going and I was driving so I couldn't figure it out. When I got home I saw that someone had simply pushed one easy button in my Prius. But who would do that.The TV was not on in the waiting room but it was clean, quiet and had magazines. The staff is always SO nice and reassuring. Your staff is the reason I come back - for over 10 years now.

If it was not for Paula at the service desk we would go to another facility. She is wonderful. Answers all my questions and can identify with my concerns, address them in detail and resolve the issue. I hope the owner realizes what an asset she is. As for the buying process, no good comment on that. Paula in service though all the service advisors are great. We have spoken to several at the service desk and they have all been great, nice and thorough. Daniel in sales dept. These are the only reasons why we stay using this dealership. Otherwise it would be well worth the extra miles to go to another Toyota/Ford dealer and service other than Cloniger.

I had an oil change and tire rotation. They had it done in the time promised and they didn't move my seat!!!!!!!!!! Ok this may not seem like a big deal but to me...... HUGE! I mean HUGE! I didn't ask them not to as I am 5 feet 2 inches 120 lbs so as you can imagine my seat is close to the steering wheel. It's so hard to get back where I had it set. It means the WORLD to me that they didn't move it! Excellent staff! Very helpful!

Shawn Beltran our salesman was very helpful during the sale process. The service dept. is another story. We had to bring the Escape back within 24 hours for warranty work. We were told the Escape would be ready by lunch. It was not, and every time we called to check on the status, we would get a run around on the phone. We came to the dealership and not knowing that you had Toyota on one side and Ford on the other we got jerked around some more because we were not standing in the correct line. We were told that the Escape would be kept overnight due to parts availability. We had to wait for the service writer to go and find the Escape so that my son could drive it to work. We had to bring it back for another whole day to get the work done. I am very unimpressed with the service dept. We got our salesman involved and he got things rolling .

2015 mustang gt convertible. Service is very SLOW. Just to have a 2 tires replaced and put on rim 3 hours!! They need to be better organized. It's amazing to see the service manager not even step out of her office and help her service advisors when they are Very busy. She is on her cellphone and work phone. The whole time. Ford needs to have mystery shoppers to just see in person how terrible Cloniger Ford service dept is. I will say with the few problems i did have with the car. Nathan Peel ( general manager) and Julie Peterson (service advisor) knows how to handle customers very well!! With the tires that were installed due to flat spots , the technician had messed up one of the $900 rims. The service manager was going to have it rigged with paint instead of replacing due to their negligence . But after Penny Chandler (service manager ) wouldnt come out of her office to talk with me , I asked for someone over her. The general manager Nathan Peel handled the problem by ordering a new one . Now I am a satisfied customer so far , with problem resolved.

I had state inspection and oil change and safety checks done, so nothing major. I received a friendly reminder to have brakes rechecked with next/80,000 mile checkup. I had a tire with a slow leak in it when I came in for service. I was told that the service dept would. It patch the tire due to the tires being down to a tread depth of 3/32. While this may not seem like a big deal to some people to me that is ridiculous. I am going to buy new tires but could not afford them right then. I could go to any tire place and have this done but considering that I bought them at this dealership they should have fixed it to help me get by until I could buy a new set.

I was happy that your service personel emailed and called to remind me of my free first time service. I don't drive very often and it took longer than they thought for me to put the miles recommended. I brought my car in and asked for them to do the oil change and the tire rotation. I also asked for them to reset the sensors for the tires and the service change. The tire sensor is still inopperable and the service light came on as I was leaving. I think I am going to have to take it to The Mercedes people to get the alarms reset. The service people found a terrible place on my tire, and would not let me leave with it. They called the rental car and really took care of my safety.

We came to the dealership on Superbowl Sunday, not expecting anyone to be there. We just wanted to take a look at a 2011 Toyota Corolla S that I had seen on the website. To our surprise, we were greeted by the sales staff. Shawn Belcher was the first salesman that came up to us. He was very pleasant and down to earth. He wasn't too pushy, and he seemed to be listening while we were talking to him. We had some prior arrangements, so we told Shawn we would be back again soon to take another look at the car. We were able to come back the same day, and ended up having a pleasant sales experience. There were a couple of issues that we wanted fixed on the used car, and Shawn wrote up a work order to get the things fixed. We took the car home on a very cold and windy day, and failed to notice some slight damage that had happened to the car while in their possession. Immediately after noticing the damage, we gave Shawn a call. He said to bring the car down for him to see it. When we got to the dealership, Shawn and another sales associate looked at the car and immediately said that they would take care of it. There also was another defect that we had forgotten to mention during the sale on Sunday. Shawn and his crew took care of that too. During the paperwork phase of the purchase, the accountant was able to save us some money on the purchase of a car warranty backed by Mr. Cloninger himself. It was overall a very good experience, and I would definitely recommend any of my friends and family to purchase their next new or used car at Cloninger Toyota.

service was great except for this, a few days later we noticed that when we opened the door, the key in ignition alarm would sound, but instead of beeping it was one continuous tone. Every once in a while it would intermittently act in a normal fashion. I have not scheduled an appointment to fix this yet.

I took my 2013 F350 in for some work done from an accident. I was told it would be ready by 2pm but when I called at 2:30pm the work had not been started. Luckily for me someone jumped on it after my call and it was done by 6pm. While very disappointed I was misinformed initially, the quality of the work was great. My truck was washed and interior cleaned when I picked it up. The finished product was worth the headache of not having it completed as initially instructed.

There were 3-4 cars ahead of me and I could tell that the technicians were in no hurry at all. Luckily I have a flexible boss that wasn't upset when I got back from my extended lunch break. All is well. I brought my Ranger in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was concerned that my tires were beginning to warp. Service person suggested an alignment which was done. Hopefully this will smooth them out .

sale was ok finance was very confusing #'s didn't jive after sales communication was poor i was promised leather seats and salesman was on vacation called several times to get answer and was never contacted till 3-4 days when salesman called and told me i had to wait a week for company to reopen. Poor after-sales contact and commitment. was dissapointed as this was my second new vehicle bought from this dealer and different experience.

After the low tire pressure light came on I verified with a gauge but could see no difference in the tires. I went to the service department reminding them that I had been headed to a funeral in Mooresville. In less than an hour the nail had been removed from the R R tire and patched and on my way in sufficient time to not be late. This was very much appreciated - and the cost was extremely reasonable. Everything about the work done to the car was fine. Albeit, I did not have much done on this visit.My only gripe is the time it took for me to get the car back. I went in for a tire rotation and tire air pressure check. It took over an hour and most of that was waiting to checkout. Seems like getting to checkout is the longest part of the service visit. Could be a little faster. But overall I am pleased with the work and the staff. Thanks for throwing in the tire rotations, when you buy tires at Toyota.

Service was good, it just took a couple of days longer than originally quoted. There was a lack of communication about the extra time needed but everything was alright in the end. We have had consistently good service at Cloninger so I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to family and friends.

I took my 2003 Camry in for 190000 mile servicing. Service personnel were very courteous and friendly. I was offered a courtesy ride back to my house rather than having to wait for the car. I received a call advising me that it had been some time since the transmission had been serviced so I authorized this work. A car was sent to pick me up and bring me back to pick up my car.

The advisors were very helpful and knowledgeable. The oil change process was completed in a timely manner. The only negative: I had asked for my correct address be used on the invoice instead of my sons address. The advisor wrote the correct address on the form, but the incorrect one was used on the printed invoice. It was not that big of a deal, but getting it correct for the future could be.

In Sept of 2012 I purchased a 2012 Fusion from Cloninger, I always had all service work performed there as well, but as we know life and needs change with time. In July of 2014 I traded in the Fusion for a new Explorer Which the sales team worked to make the deal feasible for me. I continue to have all service work performed at the quick lane. The staff is friendly,courteous, and accommodating. Now unfortunately there is a complaint with the sales personel. Truly was a disappointment in customer service. When I traded in the Fusion I informed the salesman that I already did the leg work and had the car sold for him and all that was needed to be done was to communicate with the buyer and close the deal. The buyer...would have been my father and the deal would have been a moderate mileage clean trade and cash. Initially the contact was made then the stories and "RUN AROUND" Thus after countless attempts to contact the salesman with no feedback I personally came to the dealership to inquire and was informed that the car had been sold. I was thoroughly disappointed. Where was the integrity,honesty, and professionalism? Unfortunately this part of the dealer experience has truly put doubts in my mind about whether my next vehicle purchase will be with Cloninger. I will however continue to be a service customer because I am a believer in developing that relationship.

We had been looking at a lot of other cars in many places around the area! We went to your dealership to see what you had in stock. When we started looking, a nice lady came up to us and asked how we are and if we had something specific we are looking for! We began to talk with her and checking out the cars we liked!! One caught our eye so we ask to get a price on it!! Well a short time later we drove out of the parking lot with a brand new Ford Focus that we LOVE!! Everyone was so friendly and talkative and answered all our questions and treated us like we were friends for a long time and this was our first time there!! Everyone from the salespersons to the manager to the finance man who had us sign all the paperwork!! The saleslady even showed me how to use the Syncmyride stuff and set it up, that was GREAT!! Even the man who took it to get the gas tank filled for us!! We are so HAPPY we stopped in there to see them. We will definitely go there again for another vehicle!!

I brought in our '10 Camry for scheduled service, oil and filter change with tire rotation. Amanda is a Dear and makes my visit a pleasure. she is very knowledgeable of her job and doesn't try to see me something I know I don't need maybe at that point in time, since I was a mechanic and use to do all my own work. she does make suggestions in a nice manner and then I decide if I can afford then or something I can get in the near future. I.E. my battery showed a decrease in the CCA and Amanda brought it to my attention and I said if I hear the starter showing a weakness in startup I'll be back but it if last til another 5000 miles for tire rotation I'll get the battery the with regular service..she gave quotes on batteries and the prices were very good. I appreciate business like this and I will be back.

My 2013 ford focus had a transmission issue and I took it in for service and I am totally pleased from the time I took it there to be checked, til the day I picked it up! I had a new transmission installed at another shop. It was purchased from cloninger Ford. The installer would not do anything to help and sent me to Ford. The folks there worked very hard to figure out what was wrong even though theu did not do the install. Melanie was very patient and I was given a loaner car to drive while they workes on my 2007 edge. They ended up replacing some part on the transmission and it is running great now. The dealership, especially the service manager and Melanie were awesome!

The people at your dealership are always very professional and friendly. However, the wait time for an oil change ended up being approximately 2 1/2 hours , rather than the 1 1/2 hr that I was told. I know they had 1 tech at a school, and only had two techs there. Perhaps they need more trained techs.

I have a 2013 Rav 4 XLE and my maintenance soon light came on. I called and asked if I could bring it there and the lady said of course. I took it and waited only 30 minutes (without an appt) which I didn't think was a bad wait. Everyone was nice and helpful and polite. I would recommend Cloninger to others.

Scheduled an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. When I picked up my car, the service representative advised me that I would proably need new brakes sometime within the next month. I feel that when I received the phone call that my car was ready for pick-up that the service representative should have communicated that to me at that time. I work full-time and it is very hard for me to drop my car off for servicing.

While trying to reach a deal for new car isn't without stress my experience with car buying this time was a lot better and less stressful. My sales consultant Jonathan Wirz answered all my question and helped me with advise and solutions in reaching my car deal. In preparing my car for delivery he demonstrated how things worked on the car and made sure they did work and I knew how to use them. He also was helpful when I brought my Highlander back in to have a tow hitch added having a loaner car ready when I dropped it off, then taking the Highlander to where it need to go for the addition. I and my wife Tam are very happy with the Highlander and hope to have it for many. years

I could not have ask for any better service than I got on Wednesday, October 8, 2014 when I took my Ford Edge in for an oil change. The service was so fast, I could not believe it. In fact, I ask the girl when we checked out if they were sure they changed the oil. My husband and I barely got seated before we were called that our car was ready. You do a great job and we will continue to come into your business for our needs on our car. Great job!

My Prius wouldn't start...something new at 108000 + miles. I talked to Donnie at Cloninger Service. He suggested that the small battery was the problem...didn't even know my Prius had a small battery. Anyway, he suggested I get my car "jumped" or towed and come to Cloninger Service (I also didn't know the Prius could be jumped). I did, a few minutes after closing time I drove my Prius to Cloninger. I had called, and Donnie was waiting on me. He said it would be fixed first thing the next morning...it was fixed...it was the small battery as suggested. I had my car back in my possession and running by noon. I had to get transportation, borrowed, until my car was repaired; it would have been great if I was offered a loaner or rental for my convenience. Otherwise the service was outstanding.

I purchased my Camry solara from this dealership and have experienced timely and courteous service at every visit.The last time I went in for an oil change, I mentioned that i had received a call about the sales manager being interested in a possible tradein. The lady from the service department took me to the sales department and introduced me to C.J. Gbemiro. C.J. was most pleasant and helpful. I ended up leasing a new Prius at an unbelievable price. My new car came the same afternoon! The next morning C.J. sat in the car with me and reviewed operations. He also set up Blue Tooth for meI have since received several emails from C.J. checking to assure that I am satisfied. The entire experience was most satisfying. Everyone was very nice. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

I pulled into the service area, was greeted promptly and courteously, my exact needs were ascertained, wait time was less than I had projected and I was checked out quickly. The waiting area is comfortable and pretty quiet for being close to the outdoors and service area. I am graciously thankful for the free WiFi too. Though I would much rather see ESPN over "The View" any day on the television. The men's room was CLEAN! The importance of a clean men's room can't be understated.If there was one thing I could nit-pick about, it would be the coffee. How about a bit better quality coffee in the waiting area?

I am always satisfied with the service dept at Cloninger; however, on this latest trip I had 4 tires installed and alignment. The service rep said 1 1/2 hours and it took two. Not bad except I had allowed two hours at the outside due to a meeting and was late for the meeting. Not a major issue, but an annoyance.

We had repair/paint work completed on the bumper that had been scratched. Tracy handled everything regarding the repair extremely well. It looks new again!We also had our stereo replaced because of malfunction. Penny Chandler was very professional in handling the issue and being sure that we were happy.
