I just purchased a car at Coastal Auto Center and I couldn't have had a better experience. From the first interaction with the sales team to the final financing process, everything was easy and efficient. I would definitely recommend Coastal Auto to anyone who is looking for a stress-free car buying experience.

Everyone I met with at this place was a top-notch professional. Lance Ward, the salesperson, is a straight shooter who wants to sell you the car you want, not just any car. He does not want to close a deal for sake of closing a deal. He knows cars and he know how to sell (in a good way). He cares about his reputation. He followed up a number of times to make sure I was pleased with my car and always said if there was anything wrong to come right back and they would take care of it. Simply put, Lance is a good guy. I then went overt to their other location in Hanover to do the paperwork and they were fast and efficient and did not try to sell me a hundred different service plans. Next time I buy a car the first person I'm calling is Lance.

Buying a car is on my top stress filled experiences. Lance Ward understood where I was coming from. Most important he listened me, understood my needs and we looked accordingly. I didn't feel any pressure to make a quick decision, he answered all my questions which is appreciated when one becomes a senior. Thank you Lance, you made it a postive experience and i will tell my freinds to look you up.
