If I could give this dealership a ZERO I would, but unfortunately one star is the absolute lowest. The dealership as a whole is poorly ran and the problem is institutional, our experience was putrid on every level! Our experience was horrible starting with the receptionist who lied to us about our finance director's availability, our salesman was unprofessional and harassed us about the survey score repeatedly, Chris our sales manager tried to force an extended warranty on a 2016 truck that we didn't want or need and it was only added to profit their pockets.Our experience with the finance department goes without saying, and then the GM promised us on Friday, 9/16 that our current finance director, Dustin Hughes, would no longer be handling our deal and that an "elite team" was now handling our deal and we would have an answer Monday, 9/19, but now today, 9/21, it doesn't appear that anyone has been working on our deal at all and those thoughts were confirmed today when we received a call from Dustin trying to clarify the mistakes he made on the initial credit application and informed us that he was starting the loan process over???! THIS IS COMPLETELY LUDICROUS!!! Asbury should really consider shutting this location down and starting from scratch! Clearly rehiring new GM's every six months to a year isn't working! I can assure our disgust and dissatisfaction will not stop here!

Bought a new 2016 Pathfinder S model which I was promised to get a radio dashboard backup camera and two dvd headrest. I was also advised bluetooth comes with the car which did not. I was told the backup camera could not be installed but I have documentation stating Nissan owes me those items. General Manager Ron Messinetti and Sales Manager Phuc Tran both are very unprofessional and dishonest. They are only in the business of making money and not maintaining relationships with loyal customers. I still do not have what was promised. Please do not purchase an SUV from them. They are not knowledgeable of what comes in the SUV's. Just very upset and Unsatisfied

I have a 10 year old Nissan Murano. Bill Mooney has taken care of this car the entire 10 years. He is honest first and foremost. He goes the extra mile to be sure my car is taken care of. There have been shop errors, but Bill has never lied to me, he just tells us about their mistakes and then makes it right. Integrity is rare anywhere these day much less in auto service departments, where I have always felt like I was sold things that I didn't really need in order to meet their quotas. Not so with Bill.My husband has complete faith that Bill will make sure my car is safe and maintained for me to drive and that is worth everything.My Murano has had a lot of trouble,with things I honestly think need to be recalled on the Murano. At this time I don't know if I would buy another Nissan all though this is my 3rd Nissan, but the thing that would make me even consider buying another Nissan is the service and integrity of Bill Mooney.Carole Moses

The title of the review says it all ........ Purchased a 2015 Pathfinder Platinum with under 16,000 miles on it for $3,000 less than I could find anywhere else (and $5,000-$6,000 less than most). Salesman John Floyd was a no pressure guy, friendly, and knowledgeable about the car. And financing was arranged at 1.49% for the 36 months that I'd requested.If there was any negative at all (and it's not really a negative) it would seem that we'd almost missed the deal on this car as the dealership's own website hadn't been updated (I'd found the car on autotrader) and they actually had a bit of trouble putting their hands on it when I initially called to see if it was still available. I've always literally dreaded car dealerships (and had bought by last few cars via the Ford "B" plan - had family that worked for Ford) but would certainly return to this dealer again in the future.

I've only had to go through the car buying process a few times in my life, and I never look forward to the process as it can require many hours, negotiating and money. Coggin at the Avenues was a huge disappointment. I started the search for my new car there since they were the most convenient dealership to my house. Before actually hitting their lot I did a few online price comparisons around the area for an exact comparable car. I found their prices to be somewhat competitive but definitely not the lowest.Once arriving on the lot and showing interest in the exact car I had looked at on their website I was put in touch with Terry Shelton. I asked for their best price on the car which came back higher than what is listed on their site. They throw in a "value" package for $799 which includes window tint, wheel locks and some cheesy pinstripes. I don't know who the heck would call that a value... I personally like the car the way that Nissan builds them at the factory. He informed me that after he had already "upgraded" the car and put the "labor" into it that he could not take this off the price of the car. Funny thing is the car I was interested in had just come off the truck and was still factory original. They also add on a dealer fee. There's a quick $1,500 profit!I attempted to show Terry some prices I has received from other dealer's in the area for the exact same car with the exact same MSRP. He quickly told me I was wrong and these were strictly lease prices. I assured him that was not the case and offered to put him in touch with the dealers I was quoting.After being told I was "dead wrong" and he was "never that far off" he finally just said well if you think you can do that well there and are willing to drive there I suggest you do just that.So after taking Terry's advice I visited Westside Nissan and took delivery of a car with the exact same MSRP for almost $4,000 less than what Coggin wanted. No kidding!In conclusion I would avoid Coggin Nissan at the Avenues if you're interested in saving money over the convince of their location. About an hour of quick Google searches of dealers around the area will show you the advantage of taking your business elsewhere.If anyone see's Terry maybe they could offer him a breath mint... He could certainly use a few.

I bought a new vehicle...Altima. Justin Rhome was the salesman and he was polite at all times, and is, what I think a car salesman should be. After several hours of useless waiting, Justin and I had already moved my posessions from the trade-in Altima to the new Altima, the finance person Jimmy spoke with me(or should I say AT me.) He is a total sham in my opinion. He changed the monthly payment 3 times within our brief time together(maybe 10-15 minutes.) He continuously referred to me as "my friend." I have never seen this person, so how am I his friend?Frankly he was quite obnoxious....chewing gum, quite visably while speaking with me and at times drooling on his desk...please, is this at all professional? This is my second purchase there. I will seriously consider another source next year or in 2-3 yrs. Reward Justin AND educate Jimmy. Shameful....just shameful.

Had a schedule for an oil change and tire rotation on a Saturday. We were told they didn't do scheduled maintenance on Saturdays but when they looked into their computer our name was in there. We were pushed to next in line and was out of there within 40 min. Great facility and waiting room. Service was great as well.

Another great service experience from setting the appointment with Cory to having the work performed and checking out by Bill. This was one of the few times I waited for the service to be completed. Bill kept me informed throughout the process and explained work being done. Also reviewed some suggested future work. I will have the work done as I value Bill's and the service technicians opinions. The car was purchased there in 2007 and they have provided all the service.

Vladamir was our salesman, he was wonderful. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and also very helpful in assisting us. However, the experience with the financial clerk was not a good experience. We wanted to take advantage of the 0% financing through Nissan. The deal offered in the back was for 3.99%. We were able to get it corrected, but it was not a pleasant experience.

Kevin (salesman)was very knowledgeable about the Rogue. He listened to me and answered all my questions. He explained each step in the process. The sales manager, Terry, was very accommodating. I wanted a specific color and he worked to find the right vehicle from another location. My husband and I were impressed with both of them. Management was fine. The lady who showed me the 370 2012 had no idea about the car i was interested in and ended telling them i'm going to a ford dealership to look at Mustang GT premium addtion, Becase wouldn't drop the price 1000.00 I let and bought a 2012 GT with less miles, a lot more HP and Torque obviousy with a GT, had warranty still and love it. Too bad they didn't come down to like 750.00 Oh well. Their loss. Not a bad dealership, they weren't over the times in the grilling room. They were nice and respected what I said"going to another dealership...all they really had to do for me is drop it around 800 and we would do business.

Please help your self and do NOT go to this dealers.The service department denies of the problems that you have with your car.I went in for gas tank they said nope. I went in for AC, they said nope.The car itself also had the most horrible tires on a NEW car. The advisers suggested that I get new tires when my car was at 17k mi. I ended up getting a new set of tires at 24k mi (sooo expensive....)Please please please save yourself from this xxxx!

I want everyone to know a young man worked on my car July 18, and did an amazing job, he inspected and found when I had my front end aligned at another Nissan place they did not tighten the tie rod sleeve and could have caused major damage and cause a wreck if the tire came off, I drove the car to Illinois like this and when I found this out was greatly upset, but I want this young man that discovered this get a lot of praise for discovering this and fixing it. I can tell a big difference in my car. I don't know his name, but he deserves a lot of credit, you don't find a lot of young men that care about there jobs and take good care of you. I Monday, June 22 2015 I went to Coggin Nissan of the avenues to by a 2004 350z that had been advertised for over a month for $9,991 on Auto Trader as well as on the Coggin site. I test drove the car and offered the advertised price. The sales person agreed and took the offer to the sales manager. The sales manager who's name is TK brought back two pieces of paper and asked me to pick the monthly payment on the first page. I said ok but show me the written offer. I was completely shocked when the price on the offer had changed to over $14,000 but included a further $2,000 discount raising the price to $12,000 plus tax, dealer fees and plate. According to TK they had not had a chance to update the new price. After all he only had 30 days and as of June 25th it still has not changed I became upset and said that this is completely unethical and I will not be buying any cars from Coggin. Needless to say they said they would honor the original price but by this time I no longer trusted anyone at this dealership so I walked.I have received 4 calls from other sales people reducing the price up to an additional $300. The last call was to offer me first right of refusal because of this misunderstanding and that they had another offer on the car. Since the car is still there I guess that this was also not true. Coggin is off my list of car dealers since they did not disclose the price and tried to con me out of $2000.

I not a fan of going to buy a new car due to past experiences. Most notable the fact that salesman just won't listen to me. I tell them what I have to spend and what payment I am looking for. It never fails that rather than be honest with me and say they can't get me into the car I want at the payment I need they try to sell me something I don't want at a price that is alot more than I told them I can afford. Such as the case today, but rather than sit there and keep telling him I can't afford what he keeps bringing to me I just got up and walked out only to be called on the phone 3 times and then receive a text message from the manager saying he can get me in the car I DIDN'T WANT for a PRICE I COULD"NT AFFORD. Needless to say I will not be recommending this dealer to no one and I will never return there to be treated that way again. I did however wind up just down the road at another dealer and did buy a car from them!

My husband and I came to the dealer for a different reason other than purchasing a new car. We left that day thinking of purchasing , and within 3 days left the showroom with a newer model and different color rogue Nissan. The service was fast . Both, salesman (Aram), and financial manager ( Chris) were very pleasant. We have never purchased a car so quickly . We are completely satisfied. I had emailed the person from coggin nissan that i will be there around 9.i went there around 9 am on friday / saturday. There was no one on the property . After looking around for 30-40 minutes we found a sales person. He told us that he cannot show us the car as all the sales rep have a 2 hr meeting after that. So what is the perpose of making an appointment via email if they cannot schedule it.

I purchased my 2015 Rogue from Coggin Nissan at the Avenues. Best purchase I ever made. The staff was amazing, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Will refer all my friends to this dealership! I love my Rogue - Super fun to drive - great gas mileage - comfortable - great performance! Just love it!!!!!

Came in town for TPC Week and knew I would need an oil change and tire rotation before heading back to NC. This was closest dealership to where I was staying. They knew I needed to get back on the road soon because of the drive. Treated me like a regular customer and if I ever need service while down there again, I will be going back.

I came to Coggin looking for a truck. John Helms approached as we were walking through the lot. He took us back to look at Frontiers and Titans. He was very knowledgeable on Nissan's products. The Frontiers was nice but felt a little small for me personally. He then showed us the Titans which were just out of my price range. He then suggested the Xterra which I didn't even consider as an option prior to my visit. We took it for a test drive and ran some numbers on it. I told him I was not buying that day and he did not push me into it. The next day I visited again and the rest is history. I love the Xterra and I was very happy with the service and professionalism from John and the Coggin staff.

I was at the Nissan dealership this past weekend to test drive a Murano since this was the vehicle that I was interested in eventually purchasing. I had also set up an appointment with another Nissan dealership. What took place in the next 5 hours I have to say, was a very pleasant experience. I didn't feel pressured and they were very accommodating. I truly got more than I expected. I drove out of there with a beautiful Murano and was very happy with my purchase.

I have used this dealership for all my maintenance on my 2008 Nissan Rogue since I bought the car (from a different Nissan dealership) and now also have my 2012 Nissan Frontier (bought from this dealership) and 2003 Toyota Avalon serviced there. The service department is so much better than going to one of those "oil change" places that talks you into all kinds of other possibly unnecessary repairs. The price of the oil change is equivalent to other places but I am sure I have saved so much money because they have never tried to sell me a repair I did not need. Everyone I have worked with has been very pleasant and professional and trust me when I say I am in there A LOT- between 3 cars. I definitely recommend them. I do not see myself going anywhere but this dealership for all my auto service needs.

Great all around experience. They told me it'd take 90 minutes to finish and they were done in about 80-85 minutes with a car wash included. Can't ask for better! For sure recommend Nissan at the avenues. Nicest facility around

I went in for a oil and filter change and brakes check. After paying over $500 I did not drive my car until that Monday. I only went a total of 6 miles and the cover under the car that protect the oil filter and engine fell off. Several cars ran over it. I went back, pick it up and carried it back to the dealer. I had to leave it over night because the part was not in. They replace it the next day. All I receive was a free oil change on my next visit. This cost me a lot of extra time going back and forth to the dealership setting and waiting when I have other things to do. I wonder how many trips I will have to make on this next oil change when it is free?

On 3/17/2015 , I arrived from another local Nissan dealership due to overpricing oil change,when i arrived at Nissan Avenues I presented Mr. Bill my quote from the other dealer he immediately explain to me the services i would have to do to my vehicle at the 15000 miles mark. I brought my Altima in for service, I had a sensor showing up on my dash. They found out it was my O2 sensor and external drive belt they were quick and courteous and were very upfront about the cost. It's nice to be able to go to a dealership and know your getting a certified mechanic.

We recently leased a 2015 Nissan Rogue and thus far we're vey pleased ...Our salesman was rather indifferent, but regardless, the price was fair and we consumated the deal...The issue we have is with the finance department...We had a couple of questions as regards our lease agreement and I tried on several occasions to reach the finance mgr. " M.....", leaving voice mails and messages with employees asking that he return my call....He never extended the courtesy of calling me..Very frustrating that he would provide such lousy service, or in this case, no service....Fortunately I finally spoke with Manjola and she proved to be extremely helpful and gave me her direct line number in the event I had furthe questions...She was not only helpful but very friendly...."M....." could learn from her...I hope that this is not indicative of the service we will receve in the future......Caution

On 11/17/2013 we found a vehicle on their lot and decided to pursue the purchase of it. After we put $2,000 down and started the process of purchasing it with finance, we were allowed to drive it home while the dealership searched for a bank to accept a loan with us. Dealership called back a few days later and said no bank would accept us and we needed to find our own bank or return the vehicle. Since we already gave the car to our son for his Birthday, we had to immediately search for a bank to give us a loan. We found a bank who approved us but with a high interest rate and provided the dealership with a check for the remainder of the cost of the vehicle. At a later date, we found another bank with a lower interest rate and requested information on how to cancel our GAP insurance we originally purchased since we would have it with our new loan. Dealership had no record of GAP insurance on the vehicle; however, it was listed on our original contract and included in the price of the vehicle. Come to find out after further inquiry that the finance employee cancelled our GAP insurance the same day we drove the vehicle off the lot (11/17/13) and purchased a service plan in its place, which included oil changes and other services only provided by their dealership. My son drove the vehicle several months without GAP insurance which we were led to believe we had. Good thing he did not have an accident. We never approved the cancellation of the GAP insurance or purchase of the service plan since we do not live near the dealership and would not drive a long distance just for an oil change. A carbon copy of the service contract provided to me by the dealership does not have my signature on it so I am unsure who signed the original and sent it off. We are still trying to get full reimbursement of the cost of the service plan, which again, we did not purchase. Be aware of shady practices by their finance department.

My wife and I went in to buy her a new Nissan Altima this past Saturday after making an appointment online with a Salesperson to discuss the car we had found on the Dealership's website. Had the 10am appointment with John Floyd... was very friendly, and completely non-pressure. Gave us great information about the car and Dealership during the test drive and after. Spent about 20 minutes discussing and agreeing on options and price points with John and Manzsel. We had previously arranged our own financing, but Manzsel was able to give us a better rate than our own bank. The buying experience was very positive and professional... we drove out with our new car within 2 hours of arriving. I completely recommend this Dealership... very professional and courteous staff, and we enjoyed our buying experience. And my wife loves her new car... Thanks!

This is now a nightmare of an experience and I'm so disgusted we've been lied to and nothing has been resolved. UPDATE 10/10---The PR person responded on another review site I find it comical because my husband has personally trying to get her help for weeks and she hasn't done a darn thing. My husband Paul has been calling your office and consumer affairs for weeks now (and has spoke to you personally) Lola. Everyones answer is "we can't help you." Your GM that left made this last contract (was dirty in the paperwork). My husband didn't sign anything saying he was paying $4,000 down. I don't know what your company did but no one asked for money at signing. The financing company says they have all they need. So now you are after us for the $4,000. That's ridiculous! Our first contract you couldn't get financing we went through hell to get this deal and it was a botched one with a GM that probably was fired for doing things like this. We have now owned 5 Nissan's and this is how we are treated. Manzel is the one that did the contract the GM worked out over the phone with my husband. Now Manzel (who ripped the new contract up in front of my husband since it was missing gap insurance and he re-did it). Manzel now calls my husband for a $4000 down payment.This has been going on since August and we get ignored unless YOU ALL want something. Everything has been slimy and dirty and no one wants to help us.I hope that something can get resolved (the payments we agreed upon from the beginning). You will be losing 2 Nissan costumers if not and I'll will make sure as many people know about your locations crooked ways, and to STAY FAR FAR AWAY.We have contacted the Local News and we hope to hear from someone at your company soon.

We bought a Nissan Juke. Our Salesman was John Michael. He was just awesome! Actually we had been to other dealers and when we stopped by Nissan at the Avenues John greeted us in the parking lot. We kept looking around and then went inside and asked to see John. We actually were some impressed with his professional, courteous and knowledgeable and very helpful manner.....we bought a car. Our finance manager was Mansel. He was just awesome. Made filling out the paper work a breeze. He was courteous, professional, extremely bright and just a real pleasure to work with. Been here a couple times for an oil change. Service is always on time especially if you make an appointment. Bill is always helpful and courteous. The movie theater, free popcorn, and getting your car cleaned isn't bad as well.

I leased a 2014 Frontier. Not the one I wanted, more expensive, but they gave me decent payments. I did all the negotiating, signed all the paperwork, went through all the financing, etc...4 weeks later the Finance Manager, Rodney Hayes, called me and asked me to come in. I thought it was concerning my title as I had not turned that over to them yet (finally located it), but I had called them and faxed over the title so they could see I had it, just no time to get it down to them. NO ONE ever returned my calls or would acknowledge my faxes. When I arrived, they kept me waiting over an hour and a half, finally Rodney took me to a back office and told me that the financing they had contracted me for had not gone through and that they required $8000 to keep me in the truck!!! He said they could put me in a car, but he knew my only reason for visiting Nissan was to lease a TRUCK. I have purchased or leased over 9 cars for family members and myself and have NEVER had anything like this happen. I called the GM, Tony Rushetti, explained the situation to his secretary, who was clearly upset for me and very kind, but I NEVER heard back from Tony. I can only assume that he is aware of this practice, known as Yo-Yo-ing which is perfectly legal due to a clause they place on the BACK of the contract. I found this out through a finance manager who is a good friend of my family's, but unfortunately lives 1200 miles away. I also have it on good authority from another family friend in the industry that I am not the only customer Coggin Nissan has done this to. The way they handled the whole deal was the worst of all...I felt as though I was surprise attacked, and it was extremely humiliating. At the very least, the GM should have been the one to deliver the 'bad news' and possibly worked to find another truck for me. I've spoken to 4 other finance managers to try and get some clarification on this, each one told me that they do not allow the buyer to leave with a vehicle unless the financing is COMPLETE. They, too, were appalled, but had heard from others about Coggin's practice of this. I only write this to help others avoid time wasted, a ton of stress, embarrassment and complete inconvenience.

I received a letter in the mail from Coggin Nissan at the Avenues stating that because I have a great payment track record, they would offer me a new car at or below my current payment. So I decided to see what they have to offer, salesman Enea was great, very friendly, and since I work for Bank of America, I get VIP treatment. I looked at a 2014 Rogue Select, they did some figures and came back with about $200 over my current payment, I said forget it, they came back again with now a payment only $30 over my current payment. My Saturn Vue is a 2009 and I though this is good, I could live with that payment, but I wanted to sleep on it and go over it with my wife. They gave me the car to take home and show my wife and we both liked the car so we agreed to do the deal. So I contact them to provide all my info for the paperwork and they do everything up front so, I said as long as we can get the payment you quoted, we are good. So I go to the dealership and finish the paperwork, am called into finance and now the payment is about $150 over my current payment, I said forget it, I'm not going up that much on my payment, your company made the offer to me. She went to the GM and the best they can do is $100 over my current payment. Needless to say, I said forget it. Crooks, liars and thief's are what every car salesman can be categorized as. I hate the process, I hate the way they lie to you. Bad experience, Bad advertising and I'll never go back. Tony Rushiti signed the letter so I thought it was a good offer but obviously he wasn't involved.

I came in looking at a preowned car after Nimnicht GMC wanted to play games with numbers on a vehicle for which they had already sent me a purchase summary via email. I half expected some of the same shenanigans from your company. I ended up working with Nancy Crocker from the internet sales team. Nancy was the most laid back, easy going person and literally the whole process could not have been any smoother. I brought in a bank draft so that may have streamlined the process a bit however I am still extremely satisfied and would certainly recommend CogginatAves to others.

I am consistently amazed at the service I receive at Coggin Nissan at the Avenues. The staff is always pleasant and helpful, my car is serviced within a reasonable amount of time and I have always been pleased with the quality of service I've received. I purchased my vehicle from this location over 5 years ago and will only take my vehicle here because of how awesome they are. I also want to give a special accolade to Bill Mooney of the service department. He goes above and beyond every single time I come in to service my car. He is extremely professional and always works with me to ensure the services I receive are 100% and nothing less. Thanks so much Bill and the Nissan services team!!

I took my 2006 Morano to Coggin Nissan to have the driver power seat repaired. I lieu of replacing the motor, they only had to replace the gear, which they had on hand saving me hundreds of dollars. As a result, I just took the vehicle back to Coggin Nissan for the 60000 mile service and to make it ready for a road trip. They did an excellent job and corrected some issues that needed repair to make it made for the road trip. They changed out the windshield wipers and washed and vacuumed the vehicle. Great customer service.

I went in for an oil change and it was a little long but I did not mind waiting because I just relaxed while watching a movie. I feel very comfortable when coming into the service department. I don't feel like I'm being taking advantage of. I was going to another Nissan Dealership that was closer to my home, but decided to change because I received incorrect information from them that cost me about $3000. I did not trust the other dealership anymore and changed. I am so happy with Coggin Nissan and would recommend them to family and friends.

Called them early today to see how busy they are, since I didn't have an appointment for an oil change. Kristen said they're a little busy and it will take a little over an hour. I got there and Kristen came out right away to help me and also asked if I would also like them to wash my car to get rid off the pollen. After about ten minutes she came and told me my tires are due for rotation and it would cost this muchI was thinkingok I would be here for 1 1/2 hour or so! But, I was only there for 45min w/ oil change, tire rotation and free car wash. I was a happy customer!

Everyone I had contact with at the service department was professional, helpful and went above and beyond answering any concerns I had. Ive been dealing with Frank since day one and Ive had nothing but pleasant experience with him. My service was performed in the time promised. One reason, I picked Coggin Nissan over Ford...is because both Corrie and Bill got me checked in and with within no time. Bill, informed that I had another problem, that should be covered under warranty and advised me to follow up with Ford, and that I did.

Ive always dreaded going to a car dealership because I didnt want to feel pressured or haggled by the sales people. Corrie was very helpful and professional and made my car buying experience a pleasant one. He was sincere and down to earth. I have purchased many vehicles in my almost 60 years of life. This purchase was a good one, in all regards, as the dealer was attentive to my needs, listened closely to my expectations and limitations and worked his Customer Service skills to ensure my wife & I felt special during the experience. He went out of his way many times when I didn't think we were going to be able to make a deal with alternative options "before" checking with his manager. That is usually the most frustrating part of buying a car is the "let me see what my Manager says" which you know is going to be a ping pong match of back and forth. This experience was much better.

To Whom This may Concern:This review is my way of saying Thank You. My experience was one of a complete turnaround. I am one of those rare people in America without any debt. So for me finding financing was challenging (which I knew up front). Upon my first visit to Coggin Nissan...my children and I were met in the parking lot by 2 sales associates who immediately assigned themselves to us and showed us around. Apparantly, they were job shadowing, which I will admit was very uncomfortable. I was interested in a few types of vehicles however, it seemed they already had in mind what they felt was best for me (even though they had no idea what i could afford). After the test drive (where one drove the car and my kids and the other associate piled into the rear of the car)...we returned to the lot to determine financing. It was at that time that I was asked had I spoke to anyone prior to my visit. I advised him I was contacted by a lady named Nancy and he said Ok. He took some information from me and went to the finance person...Bottomline...they basically took a look at my situation and chose not to bother. he gave me his card and that was the last i heard from him. However, because I was enrolled in the VPP program through my job...i was already assigned to someone, Ms. Nancy Crocker. Nancy called me the following Monday and i explained to her my situation and the experience I had and she took over from there. Her customer service was commendable. She was so understanding that I decided to return to the lot for a second try...this time without my children...Nancy, showed me cars that were within my possible range. I test drove the one I really liked the most and it was at that time that I agreed to try for financing. She made me feel comfortable...confident about my decision...and I was prepared for whatever the outcome would be. She introduced me to the person working on getting me financed and he too was great. She kept me updated on the status of my financing as they tried to find me the best deal possible on the car of my choice.The following day...I recieved a call at work, telling me I had been approved. I was elated. What started out as a bad experience turned around for my good. I was able to meet all those working behind the scenes on my loan. They were all great people. But my Kudos goes to Ms. Nancy Crocket for being genuine. She is truly an asset. My 5 star rating goes to this dealership for customer service. I will rrefer others and remain a loyal customer. I have a 2011 Nissan maxima. I had wrecked it on December 4th due to a log falling out the back of a pickup truck. A month passes by and Nissan is unable to find a matching wheel for my car. They have ordered two and they both came back same style and size but a different color. They are refusing to let me use one of the wrong color wheels until the correct wheel comes in. They said that once they mound it onto the car they can not reuse or sell it and they're not eating the cost of the $800 wheel. They will not put the wheel on long enough to even do the alignment to make sure everything checks out there that way I don't have to wait even longer once the wheel finally comes in. They will not paint the other three wheels to match the new one to help speed up the process that has again already taken a month again due to them not wanting to pick up the bill! For crying out loud your a major company I'm sure you have a little lei weigh in this type of situation!! My insurance will not supply me a rental due to not covering delay in parts. Go figure Nissan will not supply a rental either and this whole hold up is their fault!!

I purchased a 2013 Altima on March 31 of last year and from the time I enterd the showroom until I took delivery of the vehicle and on subsequent visits for service I've had nothing but good experiences. The sales personnel worked with me and I was able to get the car at the price that fit my budget, and the service personnel are great. My vehicle is serviced quickly and efficiently and the customer waiting area is very comfortable. I look forward to continuing my association with Coggin and I know when I'm ready to purchase a new vehicle, Coggin will the dealership I go to. I would not hesitate to recommend Coggin to anyone who is in the market for a new car.

I was not looking to buy a Maxima but shared with Luis features I wanted. When he showed me the Maxima, I told him it was out of my price range but Luis and Leo wanted to make it happen and worked to get it to a price that we both could live with. Mansel in finance also helped to seal the deal and helped me to protect my investment. This may all sound like standard stuff but they did it in such a way I did not feel pressured but actually cared for. I am sure they were on a mission to sell a car but they made me feel like they respected my mission to get the most for my money. In the end I believe I got an above average car for my average budget. Thank you to the Coggin Nissan team.

I had been car shopping for a couple of days and had become weary with what I had been dealing with. Luis seemed most interested in finding a car with the features I told him I wanted and then worked diligently with Leo to get it to a price I could live with. Mansel in finance also worked to show me how to protect my investment and finance it to my advantage. I didn't feel like they were just selling me a car. I worked with Dexter Smith, Kip Winter & Faye Bay. Each of these three employees should be commended on their professionalism and dedication. I do not recall making a purchase from a dealership in the last 20 years as I have tried to avoid that - however these three made me rethink this position. Greg from sales team was great and got us a good deal. The worst experience starts when we reach finance team(Kip). Firstly they made us wait hours on deal day for papers to be signed. Once we got our loan papers after 1 month, they had mysteriously added $6000 in name of some package! Then I filled cancellation form in month of August and its been 5 months but they have not been cancelled and paid back yet! I call them 2-3 times every week and visit almost every month and they dont treat you well once they sell you the vehicle. I am still waiting for this cancellation to happen which was to happen in 4 weeks but almost 5 months and counting now. If you guys planning on financing your car avoid this place! Sales especially Greg had been good to us.

I recently bought a new Pathfinder and wanted to affix the front license plate bracket which i received with the vehicle but did not get the hardware. I initially asked for the hardware so i could attach it and was pleasantly surprised that not only did i get the hardware I also had someone from the service area put it on my car for me while i waited. They also asked if I had the plate as they wanted to do that as well but I didn't have it with me.The service far exceeded my expectations!!

I went to this Nissan dealership with the intention of purchasing a used vehicle if I could afford it. Jeremy worked diligently to get me the best deal on a car I could afford. I ended up purchasing a new vehicle with a few more bells and whistles than I thought I could afford. He worked to get me the best trade in offer and went out of his way to find any discounts that we may be eligible for. He was respectful of our time and was straight forward with the deals he could offer us. I never felt pressured to buy during my visit. I have been extremely happy with my purchase and would highly recommend Jeremy Criscione and the Nissan at the Avenues Dealership to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle.

Copy of e-mail to manager (so far NO RESPONSE!!):Good morning, My name is XXX and I was a customer at Coggin Nissan at The Avenues late yesterday evening. I had a great experience at your dealership yesterday and was able to negotiate a sale with your exceptional sales staff for a vehicle I feel I will be very happy with. This all ended when I got to finance. After a 3 hour wait to see someone in finance, I got to meet Kip. Kip was rude to his co-workers and appears genuinely unhappy in his job. The whole experience was rushed (well it was 11pm) and completely unacceptable. The sale I had negotiated was $XXX out the door on my Nissan Versa. The only thing I wanted to add was gap insurance. Unfortunately the Gap insurance I wanted could only be purchased bundled with service/ warranty/ ding programs. I picked the lowest priced package and was told "don't pay attention to that price, that's not your price". After having signed the paper work, the final bill came out........ Altogether I was paying $4500.00 for services I didn't want and there was no indication of the sale price I had negotiated. Kip advised me I was not able to "back out" at that time. I was also offered no financing options other than the Nissan financing as this was the only financing available on new cars. This is the very definition of predatory lending and was a shock to experience after having such a positive engagement with the sales staff. Unfortunately Coggin Nissan falls under "Buyer Beware" due to the unsavoury practices by the finance department, which is a shame because the rest of the dealership was very pleasant. *******With regards to the response from Coggin below. I left a voicemail message with my cell number and e-mail address over a week ago. Guess what? NO RESPONSE! The managers apparently do not respond to e-mails or voicemails. The financing department was great and overall buying a vehicle at this dealership is not something to fear. They'll take good care of you and they follow up to make sure you are happy.

I recently purchased a Nissan Rogue from Coggin Nissan at the Avenues. I had looked at several car dealers in the area and I have to say that I felt more comfortable at Coggin Nissan at the Avenues and I felt like they really wanted to help me find the right vehicle. I was car shopping alone because my husband does not like to car shop. Some of the other car dealers did not take me seriously and wanted me to come back with my spouse. My salesman, Louie was great. He took the time to ask me what I like, colors, accessories, etc. He was patient in showing me several vehicles. He is very knowledgable and could answer any question that I asked him. He helped me find the right SUV at the right price. Everyone at the dealership was nice and helpful. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Coggin Nissan at the Avenues and I would use the same salesman, Louie. He has also called me several times to see if I have any questions and to make sure that everything is ok.

Tony Bleta and Brent Cox listened to my needs and came up with a great deal in just a few minutes. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay, including my trade-in. No hassles or waiting around, just quick competent service and satisfaction. The "finance man" is always the last step and you usually dread the visit to that "private office" ......but in this case, it was a very pleasant and fun visit. Kip Winter, the Business Manager was fun to work with and there was no presser to buy extra things that I did or would not need. And, the excellent fast and friendly service provided by Frank Hall at the service area. I needed a wheell cover replacement and he ordered me one I had to pay for it, but, I had scratched it on a curb). But he did get the replacement there for me fast and let me know when it was in. This Nissan of the Avenues sales and service is the best a person could hope for, and then exceeds the best expected!

At 65 I decided it was time (after driving my car for 19 years) to buy another car. I'm not a "car person" so consulted with friends & relied on the internet to narrow my search. I looked at cars for 3 months & had some of the most unpleasant shopping experiences ever. One salesperson got angry with me because I didn't buy what he thought was the perfect car. In general salespeople were condescending and wanted me to buy cars I could not afford & that didn't have the features I wanted. Jeremy & Kristian were far superior. They were respectful and listened to what I said. They only showed me cars within my price range that had my desired features. I am very satisfied with the car I chose. Doing business at this dealership & working with Jeremy & Kristian was a great pleasure.

They have always been honest, fair and all repairs have been made correct the first time. My Versa was purchased from Nissan at the Avenues. I was always impressed with the friendliness and desire to be helpful when I visited the service department of the dealership. When I moved to the westside of Jax, I made the mistake of taking my Versa for service to the Nissan dealership "down the road". Big mistake due to inaccurate service information provided to me that was unnessary and expensive. I had a totally satisfying experience in the sales, finance and maintenance departments. In sales, I received clarity, accuracy and responsiveness to my needs. In finance, I found competence, overcoming bureaucracy with banks and innovation to process the loan. In service, Louie introduced me to the service staff, I got immediate attention and I had a comfortable waiting area to have complimentary coffee. all my questions and requests were answered to my satisfaction. The Rogue is exactly the car we wanted - after 800 miles of driving, at 60 mi/hr and the air conditioning on, we found highway economy to be 32mi/gallon. Just finished the worst three month long process with this dealership. It was one problem after another. They took almost a month to get in parts for my new car. Through this time I never received a phone call to let me know what was going on. I had to call every time. The only call I got was after three and half weeks to have me make an appointment to have the parts installed. I asked the lady if they had all the parts and I listed them off. She told me she would check and call me back. She called back and left a message saying they had them all. I arrived and I tried to ask the service person if all the parts were in and before I could list off all the parts he cut me off and said yes. When I came back to pick up the car the next day everything was not fixed. Come to find out they still did not know all that need to be fixed nor did they have all the parts. Took four more days to get it fixed. If that was not bad enough it took them almost three months to register our car. We were moving to Virginia within a month of buying the car and they told use that it would not be a problem to register the car there for us. Well three months later two temporary tags and a dealer tag (as they could not issue another temporary tag), dozens of phone calls from me checking up on the status as they would not do anything until I called, and calls to Nissan Corp it finally got done. Oh and by the way I registered another car in VA in one 45 minute trip to the DMV.If you get anything out of the it is to NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER. We like our car but the experience from the dealer is terrible.

Gabriel was extremely patient and understanding to my financial concerns in finding me the best price for the College Graduate Program. He was never condescending and respected my need to negotiate the price. He stayed after the dealership was closing so I could pick up my car after work since I work nights. Purchasing a car was actually something I wasn't looking forward to doing. My previous car had been paid off for years and I was enjoying a payment free life. Mansel made my experience pain free and the financing representative was very patient with explaining the payment options for the 3 vehicles I test drove. Ultimately, I walked out with a car I LOVE and that makes the car note ok with me. I'm actually happy to pay the note each month. All I really wanted was a sunroof. Not only to I have the sunroof, but I have the leather and sound system, too! Coggin Nissan at the Avenues has the car and payment solutions you not only need, but want! My wife had found a 2008 Pontiac G5 for my son online from Coggin Nissan at the Avenues. Upon arriving at Coggin Nissan at the Avenues, we did not know what to expect. We were greeted warmly and sincerely by a new associate, Jim Rivera, who remained by our side through the entire experience. Gabriel Valenzuela handled our purchase and worked tirelessly through the evening to get us the deal we wanted and needed. We ended up feeling very comfortable with both gentleman and were not pressured into anything. They handled our case with patience, understanding and enthusiasm. They even took the time after hours to walk us through the unique technology of our vehicle and to make sure we were completely comfortable with our new car. This dealership was one of three recommended by AAA Buying Service and of the three had the best price. Upon entering the dealership my wife and I were suppose to meet with Mansel, but he was not available and we met Daniel. I explained to Daniel the car I was interested in and he immediately got a similar vehicle for a test drive. The test drive lasted quite a while and during the drive Daniel was very pleasant and professional explaining the vehicle. When my wife and I returned to the dealership after the drive, Daniel talked with us, and we were able to negotiate a price. I explained that I needed to think about it and Daniel was not pushy and said when we were ready to give him or Mansel a call, which i did the following day when we completed the deal. I found, both Mansel and Daniel to be very professional and sincerely interested in getting me the vehicle that I wanted. I went to Coggin Nissan to buy a used car with my tax return, and all I can say is oh my goodness. Gabriel was just fantastic, he really took the time to make sure I understood everything and helped me to find the right car for me. This rating is for the 2013 White Altima SV. I have purchased many new automobiles from this dealership since they originally opened. On the 15th of February 2013, I purchased two new 2013 Altima SV.s (1 Silver and 1 White) for both myself and my wife. I dealt directly with the General Manager, David Surguine, and it was by far my most enjoyable experience to date. David is an extremely easy going guy and it all paid off for both of us. I traded in 2 Altimas(an 08 and an 09), a Hummer H2 and a motorcycle and even with all that factored in...it was nothing but smooth and painless even up to and going through the F&I part of the paperwork and cash transaction. Christine in F&I was excellent and even sent us a Thank You card. I thought that was a nice touch on her part and made it more of a personal thank you. This rating is on the White Altima for my wife. She is totally happy with the car.One of the biggest reasons I purchased in the past and continue to purchase here is because of the Service Department under the leadership of Service Director Skeet Ray and even Greg Brown, before him. I have the highest regard for him and the Service Advisors, Cory, Kristin, Jai, Bill, Faye, Frank and Dennis. Typically I normally deal with Cory. The Parts Department with Mike as the Parts Manager and Jason, Nick, Jennifer and Robert are excellent at their jobs. The Service Technicians that work for Skeet are all excellent at their jobs and I have never once had to second guess anything ever done to my vehicles during servicing. The Service shuttle driver, Keith, has always been there to help me shuttle my cars for servicing and Cliff makes sure my vehicles make it to the service area with the steering wheel wrapper, seat cover and floor mat covers in place to ensure it stays clean through the process. I consider all these people that I named as my friends and I appreciate their professionalism and the way they treat my wife and I. That is why I only buy from this dealership and the only people that service my vehicles. The dealership is always clean and the cafe and movie theater is nice for popcorn and coffee. Oh, Tom...the window tint guy....best around at his job. Thank you. If I forgot to mention anyone in this rating...please don't take it personal and know that you are also acknowledged in this Thank you and that also includes the guys in the back that wash my vehicles every time they are serviced. I was looking to buy a 2013 Nissan Altima, I had already secured financing through my bank at a good rate. I contacted Coggin Nissan on Atlantic via there internet sales department and didn't even get a reply. Well that's their lose, I purchased a brand new 2013 Altima SV at Coggin Nissan at the Avenues. I contacted their internet sales department and was immediately contacted By Mansel. They got me a great price of my trade and paid it off. Gave me much more than expected. Negotiated a good deal on my new vehicle. It really helps when you have financing already you can negotiate a better deal.

We bought our first Nissan from Coggin at the Avenues ten years ago and loved them, so we went back. While the faces have changed, the service and friendliness I remember was still the same, Jermey C. was extremely helpful and made our deal happen. The car still needed to have some things done to it, so I brought it back a couple of days later and Frank in Service was wonderful. They put me in a rental for the day and even washed my car before I returned to pick it up. I will buy my next Nissan from Coggin at the Avenues.

From start to finish my entire customer experience felt like a bate and switch sale. From the vehicle I orginally wanted to purchase, the APR and sales price, to false promises after the sale. I would not recommend ANY Coggin Dealerships to any of my friends or family members.

In 20 years I have not had a car buying experience like I had at Coggin Nissan. Mike Shaw is GREAT! It is hard to find someone in sales (especially car sales) who genuinely enjoys what he does and takes passion in finding the RIGHT car for customers instead of just making a sale. He worked diligently with my husband and I to find an automobile that seems to be tailor made for us. Even when it looked like a deal may not work, Mike did not change his demeanor nor stance but rather worked even harder to get us the right vehicle. I cannot thank him enough for going above and beyond.

This was my first visit to the Nissan at the Avenues dealership and i was motivated to buy so i really didn't need a sales pitch. Ashley was very helpful and my only suggestion to any future buyers would be don't go to purchase a car late on a Sunday evening, it takes so long to get through the buying process that by the time your ready to get your car and have a final walk through, its late and everyone including myself were to spent to go around the vehical and inspect and get the options and final tour. I did need to come back the following morning and got a great walk through from and assosciate of Ashley which was definatly a plus. The financing and paperwork part was very stressfull and i'd even go as far as to say it S--k'd.Sorry!

Got a bit more from my trade-in than I expected at the start of the process. Sales people in general at this dealership were friendly and caring of my and my Dad's comfort. As far as a car buying experience, this was a pretty good one.

These folks were just being used car salespeople, but had not been educated about statutes and disclosures. The used car manager was the real putz, and talked way down to my wife and I when I asked why the 2005 Jaguar had such a strange smell. After 3 days, we reached a deal, but they changed the lot warranty from 2/3 months to one, and this killed our deal. It wasn't so much all the lee we were told, but the manipulation they kept trying on us. It gets old after a while. I guess they only want to sell to uneducated and naive buyers.

I originally went to receive service on my '04 Nissan 350z but when the price to repair the car cost almost as much as was left on the payments I started thinking that a new car would be a better option! After looking around the lot for a few minutes Eriton Bleta came out to greet me and asked if I had been helped yet. He wasn't pushy or overly excited, or really anything like I've ever experienced with a car salesman before. He stayed cool and was all business, which I can really appreciate. Once we took the car for a test drive he focused on telling me about the car's features and value and such and didn't seem fake or ridiculous like he was pushing to become my "best friend" in half an hour so that he gave the illusion of caring. Instead, he told me what I wanted to know, answered all of my questions with ease and was very well knowledgeable of the vehicle. Once we got back inside, he didn't trick me into believing I was getting "the deal of a lifetime" but actually REALLY made me a good deal! They gave me more than my trade was worth if I would have sold it myself after getting the repairs on it, AND threw in about $2800 in rebates after that! All in all I was very happy with the way the purchase went down and am very likely to recommend Coggin Nissan to anyone who would be interested!

I had already bought a car from this dealership before and was very satisfied so when it was time for me to purchase another car I already knew which dealership I wanted to deal with. Unfortunately, I was surprised by the sales consultant's unprofessionalism after I had negotiated the final price of the car on a friday evening. After he went over how I was going to be contacted for an online survey as well as a phone survey he asked how would I rate my experience so far. I answered excellent. Then he said that he was only making $50 off this car and if I didn't give him an excellent rating that he would be fired. He than said " Don't tell anyone that I said that." After I signed all the paperwork and was handed the key I was told that he could only find one set and if I he could not find one by tomorrow that they could make another set for me. When I called the next day to let them know that I was coming to get the other set of keys the sales consultant said that they could not find the other set of keys and that the person who makes the keys only works Mon-Friday. Really? He did not know that when I was there the night before which was Friday? He asked if it was ok to go over the workings and orientation of the car when I came back on Monday because he was busy with other customers. I said ok but I am a customer too right? That should not change just because I purchased the car already....he did not finish with me yet. I was very disappointed in the customer service that I received but I will still continue to come back to the dealership for servicing my car only because that department has always given me excellent service but I will not purchase another car from this dealership again.

I went in to look at the new Pathfinder models. Kristian showed me all of the available models and options and helped me get a great deal. She was very friendly and courteous, as were all of the employees that I encountered. I just went in to have my first oil change completed and the service department was very friendly and eager to help. They washed and vacuumed my vehicle for free and did it all in a short amount of time. I had a great experience and will recommend Coggin Nissan to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

I went in not expecting to make any kind of deal because I had two vehicles to either trade or sell on my own. I had a price in mind for both vehicles that was the minimum I would have accepted if I sold them on my own. They offered within $100 of the total price which was very surprising and they came off the actual sticker price of their car. Now I am not naive, I am sure they made a good profit but I was satisfied. They had to find the Pathfinder I wanted and that took a little longer than they said it would but it worked out. The ease of dealing with them was also surprising. I did not fill out any paperwork to make this deal. I told them what I wanted and they talked and came back and made a verbal offer. No long drawn out paperwork and haggling. It was the easiest and fastest trade I have ever made.

I have bought two cars from this dealership and have always been treated very well. The service department is fabulous, they are courteous and understand when you need to get in and get out. A friend from VA was visiting and had a problem with his Nissan Altima and I took him to this dealership. He was satisfied and impressed with the quality of service he received. This dealership has good customer service, employees with smiles on their faces when they greet you, and they work hard to ensure that you leave their dealership with the car you went there to purchase. While I am not thrilled with the price I paid for my JUKE, and I did not appreciate being told over and over again that the dealership wasn't making much on the car because my deal was stripped down when it was not, I am still happy they were able to provide financing. I was provided with good customer service after an issue arose that made things unpleasent. Things were immediately put back to right by my salesman, Mansel, with his attention to detail and an unwillingness to let me go away unhappy. I appreciate Coggin Nissan and have already recommended them to a friend.

I went to trade in my old truck in and see what type of deal I could get on a new truck considering I was a Loyal Nissan customer. Mansel Karafili went out of his way createing a deal that would work with my budget and create a great value on my part. They were able to keep my rims with new tires, took my lid off my old truck, had it painted the color of my new truck and install it at no additional cost. Wow! that is going out of your way for my business. I then had the finance department got me gap insurance, free truck maintence for four years, and extended warranty package for just $23 a month extra. This was all done with a stress free enviroment. Please read my review of Mike Shad Nissan Orange Park for the background on my issue. In summary, after several unsatisfactory visits to Mike Shad, I went to Coggin on the Avenues for a second opinion on my non-functioning TPS (tire pressure sensors) receivers and was met with a staff very eager to solve my problem rather than make excuses why they could or would not try to like I got from Mike Shad. Skeet, the service manager I dealt with at Coggin was great and you could tell, he genuinely cared about trying to fix my problem. Unfortunately, I do not remember the Coggin service tech's name but he demonstrated to me superior technical knowledge about my 350Z compared to the tech at Mike Shad who couldn't answer basic questions. Anyhow, what Mike Shad said could not be fixed and was not willing to try to fix was fixed by Coggin. After buying two cars at Mike Shad, I will never go back to them. Coggin gets my business.

My experience was very pleasant and very different to my recent trip to Coggin Cheverolet. Gabriel followed up with me in a very expedient and friendly manner. Gabriel was not pushy and it allowed me to make my own decision. I hope this friendly follow up continues as I am still testing out my new/used vehicle. Travis was also friendly and approachable which allowed sometimes the most "grueling" part of closing the deal one of the easiest I have experienced. My husband and I stopped by just to check on the prices for the Nissan Altima 2.5 series . We were immediately greeted by a friendly salesman who proceeded to answer all our questions and show us several vehicles. At the end of our visit, the salesman gave us his card and we came back the next day and purchased a new 2013 Nissan Altima S. The entire process was very pleasant.

We wanted to trade our 2007 Honda Ridgeline so that we could lower our payment. We kind of knew what we wanted and the price.Someone had told us about Coggin Nissan at the Avenues so we went there. Gabriel Valenzuela, our salesman, was very courteous and took us out on the lot to look at a car that he thought would be right for us. We did look at several and after picking out the Rogue we went inside to sign all of the papers. Gabriel took his time and explained everything we had to sign and informed us of all the fine print. It is very hard to make a decision when you are an older person and Gabriel made us feel very at ease. He worked very hard to get all that we wanted and yet keep us within our budget. No high pressure very smooth. He has a very jolly face and very professional plus very good manners which is a plus in my book. I have to give Tony the finance manager an A+ too as he was very informative and courteous. I definately will go back there again. I went in not knowing anyone and left feeling like a member of a family.

Think twice before going here. Below are some experience by me. I purchased a 2002 Nissan, and they assured me they have done all the work on it ( they charged $600 of dealer fee) 1) Within a week of purchase my car had to towed and repaired with a bill of $400 ( from same Coggin Nissan). That too also they charged $600, I had to negotiate it for $400. 2) Sells man told the battery has warranty but within two weeks he only told me battery needs to be replaces immediately. When asked, his reply was I am not a technical guy, and we are not responsible for what we have told you prior sells. 3) After they repair the staring problem ( within two week of purchase) AC stopped working. Thought of sharing because other persons are not cheated like me. They can sell some crap to you and the very next day you are responsible for all your repairs. Buy from somewhere else and save at least $1000

The entire dealership experience was very pleasant. Not the normal pressure you can get going to some dealerships where someone is badgering you over your shoulder every five minutes. My husband and I worked with Luis and made me feel totally comfortable. He is very easy going, friendly, knowledgeable and would go out of his way for requests without a wince of hesitance. He was on our side and didn't make us feel like we were preparing for a price war. We both were very happy with him, his service, the manager we were introduced to was extremely nice too. I have always loved Nissan and have owned Nissan cars most of my life and the dealership experience here would keep me coming back.

They did a good service, Mr.Mansel Karafili did great service and he was very friendly. but the Dealer Coggin Nissan at The Avenues (Jax), they had an offer of a free 55" TV with the purchase of the any Nissan vehicle. which was not true! I bought the vehicle, and for reasons of the cost of the car I did't got it. And I spend a lot of time there try to make a deal with them ( at least 7 hours).

The service received at Nissan was good. I cannot say it was poor nor can I say it was great. What was supposed to take a few minutes took a few hours.

I had never bought a Nissan before, but there is a good chance I will again. Cristian was very helpful and not high pressure at all. I was always in control of the conversation and never felt i was being "sold." We had one hiccup when it came to my expectations on the lease, and they resolved it satisfactorily in a matter of minutes. The financing was a breeze.

The car buying experience was easy and fair to both parties. Knew exactly what I wanted in a new car and Cogging Nissan had the model on the lot. Quick test drive convinced me that this was my next car. Salesperson made it very easy and even bought me lunch while awaiting for the vehicle to be prep for delivery. The F&I person was very professional and made the financial piece of the transaction go very smoothly. I was driving away in my new Nissan in less than 3 hours.

I have been looking for a new 370Z for at least six months but was not in a hurry to buy one until I new it was the model I wanted and at a competitive price. After locating the car online I visited the dealership and dealt with Lou, we were happy with the deal and came back the next day and bought the vehicle.

Horrible experience. They will tell you anything before sell. But once you are convinced and buy car from them, their liability stops. Within two weeks of purchase my car was not starting. Went to them ( towed my car), they gave me a quote of $400. After that problem was corrected the very next day the AC stopped working, went again, after 3 hours of waiting, I was given another estimation of approx $500-reson some pipe was broken which was OK before I took my car to them. So after buying a car within 1 month I need to pay almost $1000 more, and they tell you that they have done bumper to bumper inspection before sell. You may go there but prepared to pay 1.5 times the price after you buy a car from them ( that too also within a month).Before sell the sells person told me the battery is perfect, and after one week of sell he himself told me the battery is weak and I need to change it. And when asked why he told me before sell that battery is in good condition, his reply was he is not a technical guy. Before sells they told me it is a very nice car, after sells- it is a 2002 model problems are bound to come ( excuse me within 2 weeks car wont start?) After repairing it my AC will stop working?

Mr. King was very knowledgable and friendly. My husband stated that there needs to be more car salesmen like him. I liked the fact that he is not pushy and really values the customer. We have looked at different cars and have been to different dealerships. Steve is top notch and we are glad that he was our saleman.I did not rate it a great experience, because of our long day there and the financing part. You really do not get a true cash rebate of $500, because some hidden charges have been added in just because you are financing.

OUr sales rep Ashley was extremely knowledgeable about the range of models we looked at, was extremely helpful, and made us feel exceptionally "at home", relaxed, and respected. There was no obvious pressure to buy. She made us want to buy because we learned so much about the product and servies and we had a clear mind in such a relaxed environment.

The dealership was able to negotiate the price of the new car but not much flexible on this. Eventhough, price wasn't the greatest, I could negotiate my old Avenger for a good price and got good service.

When I first purchased the vehicle, it had a few issues which I did have to come back to the dealership to handle. The sales manager handled the situation very well, and offered me a great deal on the Altima 2.5SL model that I REALLY wanted, and I was very happy with my purchase.

I got new altima 2013, this dealer provided me all the incentives for the car like all season mats, emergency kit, first aid kit and Spoiler for the car. Service team is really awesome, no one will understand that spoiler is fixed after buying the Car. Thankyou Frank(Service person) for making a good finishing

Good that they gave me some incentives for my new Altima 2013 with all weather mats, spoiler, emergency kit and first aid kit. Spoiler was order separately and they fixed it with take and It looks really awesome after that.

Overall experience was good but issues arose which make me not reccommend to others. First in hindsight I was given less for my trade then expected cause i trusted them more than i should have. second they ripped my weatherstripping in back of my Rogue. Thirdly disppointed by the MPG ratiing i am currenly getting. Service is the brightspot and makes this a better experience. They always bend over backwards to make it right. fourth They said one price OUT THE DOOR by the end of the dAY over the phone to get me BACK IN and added other fees when it was time to sign. I still have not recieved my payment book?

The treatment I received during the entire transaction period was very professional and salesman was helpful but not "pushy". I got the car at a reasonable price, but I do believe the price the dealership was asking for was a bit high by comparison to what I saw on the internet. The price I walked away with was reasonable.

Myself, my father-in-law, and my godfather went in to this dealership as my father-in-law wanted to look at the Leaf (he currently has a Prius). He is a very upfront and honest man, and let them know he was just looking today to see if he even liked the car. As soon as the initial sales person knew there was no sale going to be made today, he said, hold on let me get you someone to help you, and left. We stood around for about 5-10 minutes watching/listening to them argue about who would help us, as no one wanted to because of the no sale today. I don't think they get the idea of people coming back and making a sale?! The other completely ridiculous thing is that both myself and my godfather are looking at purchasing cars very near in the future. Why would we even want to come back here after the way we were treated here? It was like we had some infectious disease and no one wanted to come near us (we had all showered that morning, and were dressed nicely, so that was not the issue).Finally, Bryce Herman, came over to help us. He was extremely nice, and answered all of our questions. If I do ever go back to this dealer, I will ask for him as he was the ONLY one willing to help us. The other sales guys will be kicking themselves, especially when the car I am looking at purchasing by Nissan is one of the most expensive they make.

I bought a Nissan Rouge on Tuesday August 28th from Coggin Nissan at the Avenues and love it. My Sales Reps were very professional and Friendly and answered all of my very many questions. I was referred to the dealership by a friend. I did not call and make an appointment the day a droped by, therefore the Sales Rep that was helping me (Kristian Townsend) was nice enough to find (Stephen King) to help her out and take me on a test drive when her appointment arrived. She checked on me often and made sure that I was being taken care of. We drove both the Altima and the Rouge. I loved the Altima but, it didn't have all the features I was looking for. I drove the Rouge and liked it. However, I really wanted leather and we didn't drive one that was leather so i was not quite sold yet. Stephen was very nice and professional but,also very funny which made me feel comfotable. I ended up staying at the dealership until it closed that night. I went through some nubmers on both of the cars with the Sales Manager Brent Cox and liked the last set of numbers that he gave me. But, was not ready to buy right then. They followed up and were very helpful with all of my questions. I came back the next night which was a Friday and test drove a Rouge that had almost all of the features I had wanted. They allowed me to take it over night, which was very smart on their part. That really made me like it even more. I have always been a car owner and thought that I would buy another Camry.. However, the more I thought about it I decided that I wanted something different this time. I think the Rouge is great and it is really fun to drive. I like being higher up than you are in a car. I loved my Sales reps and everyone was very helpful. The day I came to sign my paper work Kristian had the Rouge detailed and my paperwork was waiting on me. She even took me on a tour of the Service center even though they were already closed. I would Definitely recommend the dealership and Both of the sales reps that helped me. They took their time with me and really made sure that I had what I wanted.

I was greeted as soon as I pulled into the parking lot and was treated very professionally by Lou. Both Lou and the General Sales Manager, Leo Linkov worked very hard to get me the vehicle I wanted at the price I needed. I would highly reccomend working with Lou for anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Kristian and Leo. We only went in to get our 2009 Maxiam serviced but while talking to Kristian we decided to look at a new Murano. Both Kristian and Leo went out of their ways to make the deal as best of a deal as possible and we were totally happy with the vehicle we bought and the peolpe we worked with. ALso working with Tony and Travis, financiing, worked well with us getting great treatment from them as well.

Mansel and Ashley were the sales people we dealt with. They were both quick to respond to counter offers and take them to their managers to get approval. Because we bought 2 cars that day we received a very very good deal. We could definitely tell both Mansel and Ashely were on our side when it came to the deals we made. If any one asks one of our family members who we bought our cars from at Coggin we will gladly refer them to either of these two! They were spectacular! Upon delivery of the 2 cars they were in pristine condition, exactly the way you would expect to receive a new car. We definitely drove away happy!

I spent 3 days emailing back and forth with Brent Cox (The internet dealer) about buying a Toyota Tundra. They had 3 used Tundras in stock according to Autotrader. I checked in at 4:30pm with Brent to say I was on my way to the dealership. He said, "Great see you then!" When I arrived at 5:30pm I was told that all 3 trucks had sold in the 1 hour it took me to drive there. (Yeah Right)I asked to speak to Brent Cox and was told that no one by that name worked at Nissan at the Avenues. I pointed to the dry erase board behind the desk that showed the names of the car dealers and asked why there was a Brent Cox listed on the board if he doesn't work here. They said "Ooooh that Brent, Brent is busy" but they would get another dealer to help me. They had me sit with this guy named Ed from New York. Ed told me, "Sorry to hear all those trucks sold on your way over here. That happens sometimes." (yeah right)Ed then went on to tell me that he had purchased a Toyota Tundra for his mother who was in her 80s and she just couldn't drive it because it was too big. He said maybe I should look at a Toyota Camry or Corolla instead. I told Ed I wanted a Tundra. Ed told me he would check with some other dealerships they were affiliated with. 5 minutes later, Ed told me he had located a Tundra in Tampa, FL and he would need $2,000 dollars as a down payment. I told him I wasn't comfortable leaving $2,000 dollars cash with him for a truck I hadn't even test driven. He got offended and said, "Look around, we are a big place, do you think we would steal your money?? You aren't going to find another Tundra in Jacksonville" I again repeated I wasn't comfortable leaving my money there. (especially after they had lured me there for 3 trucks that never existed)Ed slammed his hands on the desk and said, "Fine!! I guess I will have to go tell my boss you don't like me!" (What is this? Some 12 year old girl breaking up with me? I swear Ed acted like a jilted junior highschool girl.)I stood up and started to walk out when the manager Tim walked up and said, "Whats your problem?" I said I didn't want to deal with them anymore and he said, "What you don't trust us? We're big, we don't need to steal your money!"I again repeated that I didn't want to put money down on a truck in Tampa that I had never seen. The Tim acted like a little girl and said, "Pffft, you want us to do you a favor and you won't put any money down."I said, "That's just it, I'm not asking you to do anything. I don't want to be here anymore."At this point I was angry beyond belief and just walked out. I couldn't take the abuse anymore. Ironically, on my way home I passed a dealership that had a Toyota Tundra for sale and purchased it on the spot for 4k dollars less than Nissan at the Avenues wanted. I would highly recommend no one shop here unless they are looking to have a headache and deal with passive aggressive grown men who act like they just got stood up for a junior high dance.

This was an internet deal. The price quoted to us was not the same when we arrived at the dealership. We thought we had everything settled, so that all we would have to do was give them our sizable downpayment, sign the papers and drive home. We were instead held hostage in the business managers office for over three hours as he continually presented new proposals until we thought we would lose our minds. . We should not have had to go through this kind a BS. These people are the lowest of the low. They will tell you anything and everything to get the sale and then pull out as many dirty tricks as they can. Do not WALK...RUN as fast as you can from these thieves at Coggin Nissan at the Avenues!!Will NEVER...EVER.... buy a car from them again!!!!

The dealer representative Mansel was friendly. He was patient and not pushy. We were offered a test drive promptly and the dealership was willing to work with us on the price. There were no false promises or trying to shove something we didn't want. Paperwork was completed within no time with no hassles to us.

Kristian responded quickly to my online request for information. She didan excellent job of answering my questions. She spent a majority of the daywith me and my husband, as well as made sure our two boys were occupied sothat we could attend to purchasing a car. When we told her that we werelooking at other vehicles she was able to provide another one of my choicesso that I could compare. She stayed until 11:00 pm with us while we weresigning the final paperwork on our new purchase even though your dealershipclosed at 8:00 pm. I would definately recommend CogginNissan at theAvenues and Kristian Townsend to anyone else looking to purchase a vehicle.

Billy from sales was great. He was friendly, attentitive, and refrained from being too pushy. He answered all questions to the best of his ability and sought assistance if not able to do so. David the manager, was likewise very helpful. He assisted with unanswered questions and was reasonable in the "box". No one was rude or negative, and I didn't feel that any games were being played, or tricky sales tactics employed. This was overall a very nice purchase experience.

The folks at Coggin at the Avenues were fair from the beginning and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the car I purchased. They actually allowed me to sign papers and take a car home but then to change the color once my wife said she preferred something different. I'll certainly go back there for service and another vehicle down the road.

I can't even begin to praise Coggin Nissan and Lou Ibarra enough. I walked into Coggin with a complex situation (negative equity on my trade in and less than stellar credit thanks to a bunch of student loans) as well as a pretty defeated attitude with car dealerships in general. I have to admit, I didn't have high hopes that they would be able to make a deal happen just because of my previous experiences in the weeks prior at other dealerships. I had been to almost a dozen dealerships around Jacksonville prior to coming to Coggin and while I had a handful of "almost" deals, there were so many multiple factors that didn't make me feel really GOOD about completing a transaction with any one of them. Either I didn't feel I was treated respectfully as a professional young single female, the payment was outside of my comfort zone or beyond what was advertised, or I felt my trade in was being low-balled. Overall, my previous negotiations made me hesitant to want to make the serious kind of investment a car purchase is with any dealer.When I arrived at Coggin, it was a busy time (end of the month) and I was lucky enough to catch Lou Ibarra as my sales consultant. He was friendly but at the same time respected my time and business and treated me with the no-nonsense manner I had so desperately been waiting for. I felt comfortable speaking with Lou and felt like he was listening to my concerns as a consumer and the traits I was looking for in a car. He respected those preferences and my situation as a consumer, even if it wasn't the most golden scenario out there. And it was only an added bonus that he treated me to drinks out of his mini-fridge and let me have some of the pizza the employees had gotten that night as they worked out my details on the financing side. To be concise and not rave about how patient and great Lou was, in the end they made the impossible happen - Coggin Nissan offered me one of the fairest values for my trade in while simultaneously offering me a fantastic value on a brand new Nissan Sentra. Beyond that - Lou was able to find one in my top choice for colors with the bells and whistles that makes buying a new car exciting. And even FURTHER, they were able to find better financing than I was previously pre-approved for at an interest rate a full 1.5% lower. AND ... yes, one more: I was able to get an extended warranty to five years, bumper to bumper, for only two additional dollars a month. My mind was blown, I contained my inner school-girl excitement, and I drove the car off the lot that night. The very following day, my boyfriend and I were so impressed with the service and treatment we received from Lou and Coggin Nissan, that we came back and gave Lou further business when, even after performing a near miracle by getting me into my new vehicle the day before, he honored the incredibly competitive advertised internet pricing on a 2011 Used SUV that my boyfriend ended up purchasing that day. Trust me when I say, he hasn't stopped raving about that car since. Both cars drive like a dream, and we're thrilled with our rides and our transactions.I wish I could better express my appreciation for Lou's hard work and the team over at Coggin Nissan but I simply cannot. They handled my tricky situation like truly experienced professionals and treated my boyfriend and me with the respect and courtesy that can unfortunately be hard to find at times in this industry. While I know right now I seem to be gushing, I can only assure you of how negative my tone was in this car search JUST one day before walking into Coggin Nissan - I was so completely over it all. I am so grateful these guys were there to turn around my luck and send me off in the perfect car for me.

UPDATE: I went to management with my complaint and I am now driving a new vehicle, payment where I needed it and overall a great experience. Its not always easy to keep everyone engaged!!. I think after the complaint fell on the right ears a new focus was established. It was great working with David, Leo, Odell and Sabastian. Completely changed my mind about the dealership. We went to the dealership knowing we had bad credit but after talking with Stephen King he promised he could make it work for us. Couldn't get a phone call returned, no answer to my emails and when we did go over there stephen king a tricia got into a verbal confrontation on the showroom floor. Stephen King told us that Tricia was scared of my husband but didnt know why. We were asked to provide pay stubs which we did and took them to the finance manager Sabastian who apparently is the only man who can work with people with less than perfect credit. He was out for a few days and apparently Coggin Nissan cannot sell cars without him. Anyway after giving him the statements as requested we heard nothing. We went to a few other dealerships and heard some "horror" stories from other car salesmen about Coggin Nissan, not the whole Coggin brand just the Nissan part. We even went to another Coggin and was told by their sales manager than there are numerous complaints against the Coggin Nissan. Needless to say after being fed stories of potentially owning a newer vehicle we are still driving our old vehicle. The last thing we need to do with challenged credit is to have our bureau pulled over and over. Back to the drawing board and hopefully we can find a more reputable dealer who can start out honest and keep it that way. Very disappointed in Coggin Nissan because the behavior is allowed to exist at that dealership and not at the other Coggin areas. Clearly poor management.

I was very pleased with my experience at this dealership. Mansel Karafili was our salesperson and he was the main reason for our pleasant experience. Mansel was extremely friendly and respectful towards us the moment we walked through the door. Aside from his easy-going personality, Mansel's honesty was a huge plus. It was refreshing to have a salesperson be honest with us from the beginning. He truly listened to what we were looking for and as well as our financial limitations, and put his most honest effort to genuinely give us what we were looking for. I would recommend this dealership and Mansel to anyone looking for an easier car-buying experience.

With that being said, we had particular guidelines to work within. We were fortunate to have Mike Adams greet us. He did an outstanding job recognizing our needs and locating a vehicle. Within one week my son was driving away from Coggin Nissan in his first car. I would highly recommend Mike as a Coggin Nissan Representative to deal with. I only test drove one car when I made my last purchase. It was the Juke, and I drove it home that evening. No way would I have bought the car so soon, if not for Corrie King. He was friendly and attentive, without the car-salesman-smooth-talk. He answered my questions honestly and completely, and even helped me compare the Juke to other cars. He made me feel completely comfortable and at ease, which is what made it easy for me to say, "I'll take it."I've been back to the dealership several times - maintenance, little issues - and Corrie is always the best part of the trip. He's an asset to the dealership and to the Nissan brand. When I refer my friends, I always tell them to find Corrie - or come back another day. He's a salesman worth waiting for.

I called this dealership in reference to a Nissan Altima I saw online for only $12k. I've wanted this car since 2007 and new now was a great time to buy. I didn't care if it was used. I wanted an Altima. The car was no longer available. I was crushed. However, I went to the dealership anyway to see what other used Altimas were available. To make a long story short, I left the dealership that night in a 2012 Nissan Altima 2.5S. I couldn't believe it! Of course, after much negotiation the payments were right where I needed them. The extremely low interest sealed the deal for me. I couldn't pass that up. The sales managers at this location worked very hard to get me into this car. I was heading for the door to think things over and they couldn't bare to see me leave. A final offer was made that I couldn't refuse. I'm so happy that I finally have the car of m dreams and at a reasonable price. Thank you Coggin Nissan at Atlantic! Look forward to being a Customer for Life:) P.S. Gabriel Mulkey is a pure gentleman and I am so glad I had the opportunity to work with him. He was very polite and understood how much I wanted an Altima. Mike Hanna is the used car manager and he is the most disrespectful and dishonest person I have ever done business with. He gave me a deal on a car and asked what I thought. I said I didn't exactly feel like it was a fair deal and he got up shook my hand and said he'd send over the sales guy and let me think about it. When the sales guy got back I told him that I didn't exactly feel like we had a win-win deal, but I loved the car so I was going to write him a check and pay cash on the spot anyway. He went back to Mike Hannah to get the paperwork going, and Mike "changed his mind" and decided if I wanted the car I'd have to pay more. This is the kind of dishonesty that gives used car salesman a bad reputation. I've bought many cars from many dealers, and in my experience there are very few dealerships that actually live up to the "slimy car salesman" reputation. Coggin Nissan at the Avenues certainly does, and it's a place I wouldn't recommend doing business with for any vehicle. Looking over the other terrible reviews, it doesn't look like my experience is unique. Buyer Beware.

Jay was great!! I told him the problem I was having with my Maxima. He told me that I would have to do an update on my ecm before they would know if this was the problem. He told me that some times this was the fix it would need. I was quoted $1200 by another dealership "Nissan of St Augustine", saying that I needed a new converter. Well Jay said there was a bulletin out on this very problem. He told me that he would update my computer on the car. Well Jay told me that the problem was fixed. He said the update was all the car needed. The cost was $105, not the $1200 I was quoted by Nissan of St Augustine. I am so grateful that I took my car to Coggin at the Avenues. Everyone at the dealership was very nice. The showroom, the people, the waiting area are all top notch. I was treated like a king there. DO NOT go to Nissan of St Augustine unless you like to get a hosing. Thank you Jay!!!!!

I have been looking for a used honda accord for my daughter for awhile. I found this dealership on autotrader and they had a 2005 honda accord listed in the price range and mileage range I was looking for. I emailed the dealership. The next day I called and spoke with someone not sure the salesman name (hard to understand)but he informed me the honda was sold and then asked me if I was looking for a car (yea, that's why I called!). Then around 11:15 am a lady called and said she was foloowing up with an email about my interest in the honda accord. I told her that I called and I was told the car had sold. She said really, well let me check. So she placed me on hold and when she returned she said indeed the car had sold that morning. Well when I checked my email I had recieved from Mike Beaver, it stated that the honda was still avialable but would not be able to test drive it till Monday. I then spoke with him on the phone and told him of the confusion regarding the car and he said that he was th sales manager and that no one really knew the car was avialable because it was going through inspection and they were waiting on a couple of parts for it and he would let me know when I could come test drive it. I informed him that I lived 4hrs away but I was very interested in the car. I asked him to please not to sell the car out from under me because I really wanted it. He assured me he would not sell it. I would of put a deposit down but he never suggested I do so. He said he would let me know when it was ready. We commuticated through email everyday Sat.-Tues and had planned to arrive to purchase the car on Wed. evening. I received an email around 10:30am or so stating that the car had been sold Tues night and that he was sorry and for me to look on their sight to see if there was any other car I liked! You know the sad part is that I have a daughter very upset because she has saved for a car and really wanted this one. I WOULD NOT BY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! It's there loss because we were bringing cash money and I was interested in looking for a second car for my other daughter! To bad for them it could of been 2 sales instead of one!

I was shopping for a New 2011 Nissan Altima for my mother. She drove the Nissan at her local dealership and said that she wanted to buy it. I told her to wait and allow me to find a fair and reasonable price for the car. I searched the internet for a dealership within 500 miles of my home. I contacted four different dealerships by email and asked the sales contact to email me a "BEST CASH OUT-THE-DOOR Price" before I would even consider driving the distance to purchase the car with my mother.Long story made short, Brent Cox at Coggin Nissan at the Avenues in Jacksonville, FL was the ONLY sales contact that stuck to the originally quoted price we had mutually agreed upon! The other dealerships wanted to play the "back & forth" games that many dealerships and sales people are famous for. Brent Cox had the vehicle that we wanted in stock and when I asked for one with less dealer add ons, Brent Cox was able to come up with a vehicle and provide it to me at a lesser price! Once we had finally settled on the vehicle and trim line, Brent Cox told me that he would have it detailed and ready for us when we got to the dealership.My mother and I drove the 442 mile round trip to the dealership based SOLELY on the "gut feeling" I had experienced with Brent Cox through our contact by email and telephone and the promise from Brent Cox that our agreed upon price would not include and "surprises" upon our arrival. When we arrived, the car was ready and Brent Cox went over EVERYHTHING with my mother and together we all went for a test drive. I was not surprised at the level of care and attention he gave my mother and me. From initial contact to close of the sale, there were NO Surprises, NO Problems! Brent Cox and the Team at Coggin Nissan at the Avenues were GREAT to us and when I get ready to buy a Nissan for myself, I'll be calling Brent Cox back to handle the transaction!

It was an easy transaction from start to finish. David heimgartner did everything he promised me over the phone before I even got there. If he didn't have one thing, he compensated for it with something else. This is the first time in my life I have ever left a dealership happy and with exactly what I wanted including the price. My local dealer was about 4,500 more exspensive. I had to drive 137 miles but it was well worth it. In five or so years when I buy another vehicle, I am going back to this dealership and buy another vehicle even if I have to drive 500 miles. A++++++++++++++ dealership!

So I am a single mom with 4 children, I show up to get a nissan quest, so very long story short, I test drive the van, it was horribly slow, and i also noticed a weird sound coming from the engine on the accelerate..I had already caught Phillip (slime ball ) in a lie...so i didnt say anything...while he was whispering to the short overly loud manager, i slipped out into the garage and spoke with the mechanic...WES...my gaurdian angel this day, I wont say what he said bc i would hate to get him trouble for being an honest man, just people listen to me....DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP, HEED MY ADVICE, Wes, didnt have to tell me the truth he couldve let me make a huge mistake, but he didnt. Got to the dealership about 1:30 pm on 2/15/11 and things started out ok - Brent showed us a couple of vehicles, found one we liked and that was pretty straight forward. Once we got inside and started running the finance, ok course they play the price tag and payment game and once you agree on something then they say you are approved. Then I had to wait for the finance manager, Travis, to speak with me. My credit is not the best right now and I know that, but I was prepared with 2 years personal and business tax returns, bank statements, profit and loss statements for my business, etc. Around 3:00 pm Travis came whisking by, sat down next to me and started rapidly shuffling through all the paperwork I had given. Didn't look like he was looking for anything, just shuffling papers. Then he asked if I had my 2010 tax return and I said no, as a business owner we receive our 1099's on different schedules than W-2s and it will take over a month to prepare the business tax return. He asked if I could get it to him in a couple of days, to which I responded, no. He said ok, got up and walked away. Then I was told my credit was insufficient and I needed a co-signer. I was prepared for this too and my business partner was agreeing to co-sign with me. Then we waited and waited and waited and waited. Finally, about 7:00pm Travis was ready for us. We got back to his office where he hurriedly started shuffling papers again - he was so disorganized and couldn't find anything he was looking for. Anyway, when he told us how much the payment was going to be it was about $160.00 more a month than we had agreed upon. We asked why the change and of course it was the credit issues. We said ok, thanks but no thanks and walked out. As we were walking out, Travis came running up to us and asked us to come back in. He said if we go ahead and sign all the paperwork he will get the Finance Director in the next day and promises to get us the payment we want. He finally convinced us to do it. He adjust the paperwork for the payment we wanted, but they change and put my co-signer as the purchaser and me as the co-buyer which was not discussed with us first. There were tons of spelling errors on the documents and names were wrong. Then he promised to call me back the next day and let me know everything went through ok, but he didn't. I left 2 messages for him to call and he did not. I waited for the next day and I tried to call Brent, no answer, his cell phone number didn't work and still no call back. The next day I went by the dealership and spoke with Brent. He seemed surprised that no one had called me back, when he too promised to follow up. He spoke with Travis and said they need more bank information and proof that I own my business, which I provided that day, Here it is, 7days later and I still do not have a final answer on whether the financing is good to go. No response to voice mail, email or anything. I have had a similar experience with a different dealership in the past, but I have to say this is probably the worst car buying experience I have ever had. UPDATE - 2/22 Received a call from Finance Manager Richard asking for anothr $4,000 down to finalize the deal. When I said I didn't have that much money he said then I needed to return the vehicle, which I did the next day. This is truly the most unorganized, deceitful and embarrassing situation I have ever been through. Not cool Coggin Nissan, not cool.

Brian was great I am in sales my self and understand how sales work. Brian made me feel great. Let's be honest we can buy the product any where but the experience and price is what sales you. Brain was truly great non pushy I asked for a certain car and a certain price both of which he came back with. No hassle. Now I hate to do it but Jeff the finance guy was the biggest butt hole I have ever meet. This guy was so pushy and never listen he tried to tell me about my family. What an idiot. I seriously almost walked out because of him. If it wasn't for brain and the dealership I would have left. When I told the dealership you think they would have made a effort to compensate me nope didn't happen just apologized and sold me the car. I think I will call brain again but if you go to this dealership trust me don't go with Jeff. Also don't think if you get messed with you will get compensated just take the deal and move on. Overall use brain and know what you want and how much you want to pay

At first the experience was fantastic. Then they messed up the tax and tried to collect after the contract was signed. Now, they are not returning emails or phone calls. My temp tags have expired and I am having to pay out of my pocket to rent a car to get to work. This car dealer does not care about you after the sale. They simply want your money. Be aware that they charge you 599.00 for basically sweeping out your car and changing the oil. If they say they will call you back don't wait by the phone. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General. If you have experienced the same issue with this dealer please contact me. Buyer Beware!!!

We visited the dealership and test drove a car. We told him we didn't want to buy for a little while and he didn't hassle us to buy 'today'. A couple of weeks later we returned to look at it again and our sales consultant, Max, remembered our names. The new car director, Ben, remembered the prices he had quoted us and was happy to work with us to get the price where we expected. They all stayed late on a Saturday night to make sure everything was taken care of. This dealership is the best car buying experience we have ever had during the car buying process.After researching for a couple of months, this dealership offered us a great price and experience. For once, I walked out of a car dealership feeling like I had made a good ole fashioned business deal rather than having been hoodwinked. Freddie and Jason are just flat out, GREAT human beings. If you are looking for a Nissan in this area, I HIGHLY recommend Coggin Nissan, there is a reason their walls are littered with awards!!!

What I especially liked about this dealership was that neither the sales person nor the manager were high pressure people--both were low-keyed.You never find a dealership(these days) where you feel like your arm is being "twisted" or "broken" by the sales people---that is not the case here.I highly recommend this dealership, and, specifically Brent Cox( the sales person) and his manager- Ben Stadler.I came(to Coggin Nissan)--I saw (what I wanted) and I conquered (by walking out in a few hours with a beautiful 2011 car)Mort G.

I began my new car search online. Let's face it, a new car is great but the process is never described as fun! Brent Cox with Coggin Nissan at the Avenues was the first to contact me out of the dealers I had looked at online. He was not pushy or aggressive at all. Brent followed up with an email and just offered information and assistance if I needed it. He was able to provide me with the information about the car I was interested in without making me feel like I was being forced to buy. I showed up at the dealer late one night, Brent was there and willing to work with us even after it was time for him to go home. Overall, the expereience so far has been a good one - I would not think twice about returning to Coggin Nissan at the Avenues!

4 years ago I was tricked into a lease under false terms at this dealership. I found out as it comes time to turn in my lease - that they lied to me since the beginning. Corporate had never heard of the lease terms the dealership had sold me into. Over the phone the dealership promised they would make it right. When I go in person, the attitude was totally different. My husband and I were going to trade our vehicles in to consolidate into one car. Well, the sales person was nice - but he had only 1 vehicle he would put us in. No matter how much we said it wouldn't work for us, they acted like that was the ONLY option available. I was told hours earlier they got 40 used cars in over the weekend - yet they only had 1 vehicle that was around 17,000? When we came back in and spoke to the manager - he told us finding a used 4WD Truck/SUV at 17,000 was near impossible. I told him I had seen many online (even on THEIR website), and he pretty much called me a liar and had the arrogance to talk to me like I was an idiot. He said our only option was to buy new. I will NEVER go back to that dealership. I'll take my business down the road.Also - I think they submit their own reviews because I have no idea how they would have a 4 out of 5 stars...

Our whole experience with this dealership has been a wonderful one. I am a person who relates the process of buying a car with being physically tortured for many days. This experience was painless. Our salesman Brent Cox knew more about the vehicle than my husband, which has never happen in the past. He is a very non-stressful warm personality that makes you want to talk to him. My experience with all types of sales people in the past has been a forceful situation and this was not that way at all. We test drove the car and came back to talk numbers and this is where I usually get up after the second " Ok I can go back to my manager and see if he can get you at the number you want" song and dance. We did this about three times and as we all know this has to be done and thats when Mike tried to do whatever it is he thinks he is doing and we still were not OK on the price. This part of the experience was the only time I wanted to get up and leave. He did not need to be a part of the deal. He talked to us as though Brent was not doing his job and he was there to CLOSE THE DEAL. If he would have approached us in the beginning we would have left. After this Ben came over and we talked and took the car home after 20 minutes. This dealership is TOP NOTCH in all aspects that we have dealt with so far and I will definalty recommend Brent to everyone I know that needs a car. You have a great employee and he should be rewarded for his abilities to sell your great product with professionalism and knowledge that surpasses and car buying I have had in the past

Would I recommend this dealership? YES, and I have. Chris DeRosa is a fantastic sales manager to deal with and keep me up to date on the status of delivery of my trucks. All the people in the office were fantastic and no high pressure selling. Its very refreshing to be able to deal with ethical forthright people who really what to provide you with a solution to your needs.

Allen was the most courteous, friendly salesman I have encountered in the auto sales industry. There was no pressure, and he took the time to show us every detail of the car and walk us through the entire process. After a horrible experience at a local Honda dealership, Allen was truly a breath of fresh air. I will recommend this dealership to everybody, let me tell you why. Before I went to this dealer, I already try 2 others, they were telling a lots of *bla..bla...bla.., and they make you feel that you don't know nothing* . When a visit Goggin Dealership, Mr. Grag Souris was so nice, he make you feel like you are at home with a frind, not in a car delear that trying to get you to sing. Is my first time that I find a sales person like him.

My experience was amazing. We all know we go in with the "hassle" approach. When I walked it, it was very polite, asked my needs, LISTENED to what I could afford and what I was looking for and then I was directed to various cars. I found my experience with Greg to be more than just a sales man, he was attentive to my needs and made sure he would not promise anything he could not produce. I also spoke with a gentleman there, Ben, who I also found to be very helpful through the financial process. I was not treated like I was in a sales pitch, rather a person who was interested in being told the facts. Last, after several visits, almost everyone there treated us like family-what a great experience! Words can't express my true gatitude to meet my family needs and to deliver exactly what I expected! My fiance and I were looking to buy our first new car. We had been to a couple of other car dealerships, but none of them made us feel as welcome as the people at Coggin Nissan. I could tell this experience was going to be different from the others. I don't believe we were just another sale to Allen. I feel that he truly cared and wanted to help us out however he could. Allen took the time to get to know us on a personal level. He took into consideration our needs, wants, and budget. Allen lead us in the right direction and was very knowledgeable about all the models, unlike some of the other dealers we encountered. We never felt pressured to make a purchase. By dealing with Allen, we didn't only end up with a new car that day, but a new friend as well. When it comes time to buy another vehicle, we will definitely be going back to see Allen Martin at Coggin Nissan.

This place, was friendly (beginning with Brian)from the time I drove on the lot, test drove a few vehicles, negotiated a price and signed the closing paperwork with Georgio. I actually had a really great time. I would totally recommended this place and the sales staff to anyone interested in a Nissan.

He bent over backwards to help us find the vehicle we wanted and went to great lengths to ensure we were happy with the final terms of the contract. Very professional staff. I am 79 years old and have bought many vehicles and this was the most professional, friendly, stress-free car purchase I have ever made. I want to express the utmost appreciation to the salesman, Allen Martin. Everyone at Coggin at the Avenues was very professional and helpful. I have never been more pleased with a car purchase. Chris DeRosa (our salesman) was amazing! He listened to exactly what we wanted in a veh and then delivered it. He was incredibly friendly and knowledgable without being pushy or annoying. He followed up on EVERY promise he made. Chris made sure that we got all of the accessories that we were due and called the next day to make sure everything was great. Mike Hahhah (the manager) asked us what price we wanted- then he worked with us to get very close to that number. We had a pretty firm idea of what our trade in vehicle would appraise for and Mike was very honest and gave us what it was worth. We actually started out at two other dealerships this day, but werent happy at all with the way we were handled by the sales staff. When we walked into Coggin Nissan we did not even intend on purchasing a new Pathfinder immediately, but when the salesman finds the perfect vehicle and the manager meets your price- how do you pass on that? They also beat our credit union's interest rate by almost 2%. We were just looking for an honest deal and feel like we found it.

Mike Beaver was extremely kind and efficient at the dealer. I even had to get some minor repairs done to the used vehicle I had just purchased and he had it taken care of within 30 minutes I walked in one day. He made my purchase pleasant-no pressure but very informative. I have some other work that needs to be made to my car and have no doubt that they will take care of the issues quickly as possible and without any hassle. I have recommended Mike to my family and clients because I was impressed with Mike's kindness and professionalism.

I now see that the price of this vehicle has dramatically dropped according to the advertisements I have seen in the newspaper. Overall, the service has been OK. I am unhappy with the price. I believe I paid too much.

my overall experience was stress free and enjoyable. The only part that was uncomfortable was when we were doing the final paper work with, cant remember the guys name, and he was offering the additional warranties and extras. I refused the extras and his attitude changed. He wasn't rude but you could tell by the way he stopped being talkative and joking and the way he was jerking his papers around and stuff that he was not happy. This would not deter me from doing business with Coggin again. Brian and Ben were great. and Brian continues to be at my service for whatever I need.

Both Brent and Ben were straight forwardand and delivered as promised. I think I paid too much for the truck , but it was still cheaper than the Toyota equivalent.Hope it holds up as well as it's Nissan predecessor. I was treated with respect in the finance office and though alternatives were proposed, not overly pressed.PS Your rating process is a PITA.

I had a very bad experience at first dealing with the salesperson and was not all all happy. I was lied to and treated very badly. A friend of mine knew the general manager - Mr. Girjel and everything was taken care of at that point. I am happy with the deal I got at the dealership but will deal with him now, not the salespeople there.

I accompanied my fiancee to buy her a new car. We were assisted by Brent Cox. Brent guided us through the sales process like a true expert and gentleman. He answered any questions that we had. And if he could not answer the questions, he got the sales manager or EVEN the store manager to answer our questions. We ended up getting a great deal on a brand new Nissan Altima thanks to Brent.

I purchased a vehicle from the above referenced dealership in December 2009, and was informed at the time of contract signing that I was approved for financing after the finance manager ran my credit. I was then contacted a week later and told that I needed to sign a new contract because they had gotten me a lower payment. Then, two weeks later, I was told to return the newly purchased vehicle to the dealership because I had not abided by the "stipulations" in the contract and my financing was declined. Oddly enough, I was not informed of any stipulations other than a requirement for paystubs, to which I immediately provided over fax. There was no mention of any other requirements at either of the TWO contract signings. I later found out that my application was declined by the lender because Coggin failed to contact them in a timely manner. The deal was submitted to the lender in early Decemeber 2009, but Coggin neglected to contact them to discuss any additional "stipulations" until December 29,2009 (several weeks later). When I spoke with the lender, they stated that they ultimately closed the application due to Coggin's failure to act. Coggin continued to run my credit without my express authorization with numerous banks.Also during the conversation on December 29, 2009, regarding the return of the vehicle that I had purchased,I was told by the General Manager that my traded in vehicle was not paid off and would be returned to me. Again, this was several weeks after the original purchase transaction, and well after the promised 10 day payoff on my traded in vehicle, and now I was placed in the position of making the December car payment since I was told that my first payment on the new vehicle would not be until January 25, 2010. They basically kept my vehicle for the month of December, while I was forced to adjust my budget due to their incompetence, as I had thought they had already paid it off. It would have been much appreciated if they had told me that the deal may not go through due to financing, so that I could make my car payment in time, but all along they told me that financing was already done and "guaranteed." This was the first of many lies that came from the mouth of the General Manager.Finally, when I went to retrieve my traded in vehicle, I noticed that the rear window on my was missing and the entire carpeting and floorboard was soaked from rain and smelled of mildew. When I inquired as to the missing window's whereabouts, the General Manager became defensive and claimed that it was not there when he appraised my vehicle in Decembe 2009. When I asked for documentation showing that he had noted this in his appraisal, he refused to meet my request and became agitated. He then stated that I should be "thankful because he spent $1100 in putting new tires on the vehicle," when in fact I actually purchased the tires to which he was referring in January 2009, with a Sears receipt in the glove box as proof of my purchase. Then, as the General Manager was obviously caught in a lie and did not know how to react, the Used Sales Manager attempted to come to the General Manager's defense by mumbling insults at me as both men scampered back into the showroom like children. The General Manager and Used Sales Manager conducted themselves unprofessionally and lack any integrity whatsoever, and were obviously afraid to speak man to man when confronted about their lies. Coggin took poor care of my vehicle while it was in their possession, then the General Manager subsequently tried to lie about it to cover it up and avoid accountability. A day after these events, the General Manager was obviously bored at work and frustrated about being recognized as a liar, as he continuously contacted me by email in a blatant attempt to instigate an argument. Unfortunately, I stooped to the General Manager's level and hurled an insult of my own, but felt it was well deserved after his actions (or lack thereof) over the past month. When told to cease and desist all contact with me, the General Manager continued to harass me for no legitimate purpose. These individuals are clearly a poor representation of the Coggin dealership. They are deceptive and unprofessional, lacking in honesty, integrity and character. I would not advise anyone to purchase a vehicle from Coggin Nissan at the Avenues.

Mike and Kip both were very helpful. They worked with my husband to get close to a price he would pay for a new car. I have a 1997 Nissan Maxima and had no issues after having it for 12 years and that is why I wanted another one. I only had to do the usual manintence. I went to the Orange Park dealer where I bought the 1997 but my husband like dealing with Kip and Mike. They were very friendly and made our purchase a happy one.

Don't buy new or used car from this dealer. They cheated me by selling the used car which was involved in an accident just 3 days ago. They gave me Auto check report. Since accident occurred under dealer's ownership of the car and it was not old accident so didn't appear on the Auto check report. They repaired the car and hide the accident and then sold it to me. Very Very bad experience after buying the car from this dealer. I will never buy any car in future not even in my lifetime.

So let me tell you about my second car buying experience with Nissan. As i turned into the dealership, parked and made my way out of my car, My eyes were fixed on this very attractive woman (Roberta) holding a baby. Which at the time didn't mean much because i didn't know who she was at the time but it just speaks for her personality. I was greeted even before i could make it in the door by my beautiful sales woman named Roberta. She was all sunglasses and a huge smile. She walked up to me and i looked at her and said sale me this car today. She said let me get the keys and we were off no questions asked. She was very personable and all about what ever i needed. She suffered threw my wife, son, niece and nephew. Yeah...they were a bit off the wall but she was handled the kids great. And she was so patient, even when i could not be with the kids. So...i ended up getting the car, which i loved, however it was raining a bit so i didn't get to test drive it to much. I after a day or so noticed that the alignment was a little off. I brought it back to the dealership and again was greeted with a huge smile and questions about my family. I told her my issues with the car and she handled it super quick. I can honestly say it was my best car buying experience. And i am pleased that i can no longer call her a sales woman, but a friend that sold me a car.

After spending a solid week car shopping, I had had my fill of pushy, fast-talking, arrogant and down-right aggressive car salesmen. Many tried to make you feel as if they were doing you a favor by allowing you to purchase one of their cars. That is why it was an absolute pleasure working with Abe. His laid-back, soft-spoken and respectful style was a welcome change. He allowed the car to "sell-itself" and was available to answer questions and provide any help he could. He waited patiently (without trying to "close the deal") while we made our decisions. I would absolutely buy my next vehicle from Abe (and the Coggin team) and will recommend him and the dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase. Well done Abe!

We really would like to give praise to the General Manager George Girjel. In all of our car buying experiences with dealerships, this has been BY FAR our BEST experience ever. And please note that my wife and I rarely go out of our way to give our comments or our reviews. We normally like to purchase our vehicles from a private party to avoid all the negotiating back and forth between the sales person and sales manager. But George completely made our experience an enjoyable one. Right away we felt that we could trust him and he made sure that we were comfortable right from the start. He was very personable and professional as well. We traded our car and purchased a used vehicle feeling very happy and satisfied with the entire deal. He certainly deserves his position and if i could i would reccomend him for a raise or a promotion! We definitely recommend everyone to buy from Coggin Nissan and to ask for Roberta Dudihc. Besides being very honest, she was very friendly and took her time to answer all the questions and explain everything clearly. She took her time to listen to what we needed and worked with us on the price. The most important attribute about her was that she did not make us feel pressured into buying a car and was always friendly. Before meeting her, we had the notion that car sales associates will do anything to sell you a car, even lying and pressuring you to buy one. She was completely the opposite, but at the same time very convincing (we got the new car from her and left very happy). We think every car dealer should have someone like her, she is a great asset to the company. Everyone we met at this dealership was friendly, helpful and respectful.

I chose this dealership because it's very close to where I live. I worked for Nissan as a salesman all through the 90's so there's not a trick I don't know. I came in expecting to do some serious negotiating. What I found was a laid back professional salesman that was very knowlegeable. (Mike Beaver) I left with the info I needed and a test drive and NO pressure to buy. I was impressed. I came back a week later and purchased the vehicle (Altima) and financed it there. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had (I'm 50). I highly recommend this dealership and Mike Beaver. I picked him because he had experience. I've learned to ask the receptionist the question " who's been working at the dealership the longest" and Mike was high on the seniority list. FYI - Never work with rookie salesmen when you go to purchase a vehicle. Anyway - Bottom Line for me - C. N. at the Avenues rocks....!!!!!

This is my second new car purchased at this dealership. The first one was a 2001 Xterra back in 2000. I am still in love with this car and was VERY reluntant to trade it in--- but with 139K, it was time. A friend had recommended I see his son at this dealership. Once there I was greeted immediately by Irvin Ricks and was informed that the person I wanted to meet with was not there this particular day. My first instinct was to bolt (because I really didn't want a new car anyway). Irvin insisted that he could help me and he did. Once inside I was also greeted by George Girjil who reinforced that they would do everything to make this experience a positive one. Both gentlemen quickly discovered anything other than the exact duplicate of the 2001 would never due. So this morning I received a call from Irvin telling me that a 2009 Silver Xterra just arrived on the truck. I was the first to sit in it and was even able to peel the bubble wrap off of the steering wheel. How new can you get? It only had 7 miles on it, had every option my last car had, and had the newer upgrades that made it even better. They continually worked on the financing so it was tweaked to exactly what I felt our household income could confortably support. We especially love that our monthly payments will be exactly the same as they were when we purchased our first Nissan 10 years ago. Truly a great car buying experience!

Mr. Ricardo Belizaire is a WONDERFUL Salesman!!!!!On July 4th, I walked into the Cogin Nissan Dealership at the Avenues. I was frustrated. . .coming from another dealership. Ricardo met me with a friendly and very professional greeting and asked me how he could help. Still a little frustrated I immediately let him know that I just wanted to know if they had the car that I wanted and that I didnt want to be there all day long.Ricardo immediately started working the issue. He took my car and traded it in for the same price that the other dealership offered, he assured me that they could get the exact car that I wanted, put me in a car off the lot with a full tank of gas until my car came in. In addition he continuously called to check on me to make sure that I was satisfied and assured me that everything was going along as planned. I really appreciated the fact that he took care of everything which made it much easier with me having my one year old son with me while trying to conduct business and without my husband being there physically because he is on deployment. I really felt comfortable knowing that this salesman was working with me! It is a known fact that it is very hard to find genuine people who really care and try their best to help. Exceptional in every way, made a special effort to compete with another dealer, they really wanted to make a sale. I purchase a car every year and would welcome the opportunity to do business with both of them again. Went to another local Nissan dealer, they didn't even offer me the national sales program. With the economic climate the way that it is, I would think every dealer would represent Nissan the way they have.With the internet the way it is, I would think that dealerships and sales people would understand that the public isn't as misinformed and excuse the expression (stupid). The other dealership in Jacksonville was Mike Shad Nissan.

We called ahead and dealership had 3 cars ready for us to choose from to test drive. Customer Service and immediate attention was given to us as soon as we arrived. Richard, Staci and Kip were all very nice an accomodating. We were looking for a new vehicle so Quality of Work (assuming that means maintenance or repairs) weren't needed. Everyone in the dealership were very friendly, non-pushy and knowledgeable about the car we ended up purchasing.I've owned my previous car for over 14 years and remember, even 14 years ago, that the experience to talk price, test drive, general attitude of the salespeople was dreadful. Not so this time by any means. Richard, Staci & Kip were all low-key and left my husband and I to talk when we needed without them be intrusive.The price of the Nissan to the comparable cars from other manufacturers was great. We got a lot more for the money. And most importantly, were able to stick to our budgeted amount without too much back & forth.The overall experience was fairly painless and enjoyed all of the salespeople.

I have used Coggin Nissan of the Avenues for nearly 11 years. The New Sales Department is the most professional I have ever experienced. The sales staff were friendly, knowledgeable, patient with my many questions and extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to make the new car buying process as easy as possible. For my new 2009 vehicle, Coggin was the only dealership I considerd using because of their excellent past track record with my previous vehicles. The service department is just as professional, friendly and helpful. Their work is very high quality, dependable, quick and fairly priced. The service department waiting area is comfortable and offers many conveniences. The staff keep you informed about your vehicles progress every step of the way. I would not think of taking my Nissan any where else to be serviced.

We saw Stacey on Father's Day and she chatted quite a bit about her father, her life, etc.She tried to rope us into a commitment before even getting into any particulars.She didn't listen when we told her that we needed cloth seats and lumbar support.She had us test drive 2 cars that did not have these features, nor could they be ordered with these features.The day was very hot and the cars were very hot. She chatted about personal things during our test drive. It was hard to concentrate on driving and evaluating the car.In the end, it was an hour wasted. She did not have what we wanted and didn't even know it.Cute & friendly girl, not a good or knowledgeable salesperson.

I don't know if I got the best deal on the price of the new car, but it was a good experience overall on purchasing a new car. (I truly believe I could have gotten a better monthly payment (Chris Green/Sales)...specially when putting down $1,000.00) but I wasn't feeling well when I came in to talk about what my options were on my leased vehicle - 2 remaining payments)...didn't expect to buy a car...but walked out 2 hours later with a brand new murano! (I have wanted one for 3 years!) My F & I experience was a great experience (Anton). Thank you for helping me get out of my leased vehicle - 2005 Nissan Altima 3.4SE, with Wells Fargo! Service Center (Kristen)and Keith (courtesy driver)was a pleasant experience - Thank you for your kindness, customer Service and professionalism. But what really topped things off was my experience with the GM - George Girjel. Thank you for believing me when I said the car was delivered to me with a small dent and for taking car of it immediatley. I am extremely grateful. It was a pleasure working with this dealership and it's team! I will continue to conduct all my business with this dealership! I really enjoyed doing business with this dealership. Staci was very knowledgable and helpful. The only disappointment was waiting almost 1 1/2 hours to speak to a financial manager. Once we got in, the process only took a few minutes, since we were paying cash.

I took my car in for routine service and decided since my lease was almost up I would spend the time learning about the possible options I had available to me. I was lucky enough to get one of the nicest, non pushy sales people around. He was able to explain all options to me and help me make the best decision for me. Just like the service department the sales team worked to ensure all of my needs and expectations were met. The color I wanted with the options I wanted was not available locally so I was given a loaner can until mine could be brought back the next day. Great experience and I look forward to many years being part of the Nissan Coggin of the Avenues family.

I was able to buy the car fairly quickly at a good price with no hassles. The exact car that I wanted wat not there so they gave me a loaner until the specific one I wanted came in. I have a good credit score so they gave me the 2.9% financing and no games like Keith Pearson of Orange Park.

This was the best experience I have ever had! From the moment I walked into the dealership to months later. They knew what I was in the market for a Nissan Maxima. They also knew I was set in my ways regarding my budget. They never gave up.....but in a great way. They were patient and when the time was right they called me and worked an amazing deal with me. I have never been so impressed with service at a dealership in my life. They have really turned my image of "horrible car shopping" around. I would suggest everyone purchase a car from this dealership. This dealership is full of wonderful salesmen and women, managers and has a great service department. For the first time in my life.....I am happy to make a car payment! I love my car and my experience with Coggin Nissan at the Avenues!

This was my first experience buying a car. I have to say, Rich took great care of me and made this experience enjoyable and easy! I now have a great car and I know that if anything were to come up, Rich would help me out!! I will definitely continue to do business with Nissan at the Avenues. I had a great experience. I have leased my last 2 Nissans from this dealership. Rich and Ben were excellent to work with. They wanted to sell a car and I was ready to buy. It was a win win for both parties. Will I return in 3 years yes. I like the nissan cars.

We visited 5 different dealerships (Honda, another Nissan, Toyota, Kia and Hyundai) and this dealership stood out. They were the most open to deal with and played the fewest games. The two sales peope we dealt with, Mike and Chris were very knowledgable and professional (and patient). They worked hard to get us into the right car and within our budget. We ended up in a car we never thought we could consider from a price standpoint, but it was exactly what we wanted. Greg, the service manager, helped a lot with setting up the sale since he has treated us so well in serving our cars. His service made us want to consider Coggin at the Avenues even though we had not bought from them in the past. We had a friend who used to have a Nissan dealership so we always bought from him in the past. It was a 5-star experience and we recommend these guys.

Mike was the reason that we purchased from Coggin. We had visited another dealership and left due to the salesperson. Mike was helpful and pleasant to deal with. Delivery of the vehicle was done with ease and all our questions/concerns were addressed and resolved.
