I went in because tire had a slow leak, thought it was a valve stem problem turns out was tiny punctures. They let me know the fix but let me have final say. I appreciated that very much. A+

Lisa and Lorin could not have been more professional given our circumstances. My wife and I were traveling from Michigan to South Carolina when our vehicle broke down. I contacted my insurance company and had limited success; however, Lori and Lorin went far above and beyond to help us out. We had issues getting a tow truck that would take my wife and dog due to COVID and Lori contacted the tow company on our behalf to explain our situation and make arrangements. In the process, she also assisted in finding us a hotel to stay in as well as a rental car to continue our trip if needed. Once we finally got to the dealership, they accommodated us and our dog and prioritized getting our vehicle looked at to ensure we could contact our insurance to get our rental, or book a hotel if needed. It turned out that the issue was easily solved and our oil line was repaired prior to the service center closing. We could not be more grateful for the hospitality given to us and the help provided during the process. Although we do not live in the area and will unfortunately not be back for service in the future, Cole GM represents everything that a professional service center should pride themselves in.

I never have to wait. The service department employee is right there. He is very professional and calls me by name. He keeps me updated on the progress of work being done.

If you have an unfortunate event and need the body shop, these guys are top notch. They have been a pleasure to work with and we're very compassionate, professional, and knowledgeable. I always have my car serviced here and they are wonderful. Brenda helps he out when I can't remember the size of my tires etc. She's wonderful about calling me and keeping me informed when my car is being serviced.

Pleasant, helpful folks in the service department. However it took almost 2 hours from checkin to checkout for an oil change and tire rotation, and I had an appointment.

Each time that I take my car for service at Cole's I am made to feel that I and my needs areEXTREMELY important to each and every member of the Service Department. I am met with a smile,my concerns reviewed, escorted to the lounge area and offered refreshment. When repairs are going to belonger than the standard service time, I am offered the availability of being taken to the local mall or even taken someplace to get something to eat. These things are why I drive the hour and 20 minutes to have my car serviced, instead of going to a local Cadillac dealership. Thank you Cole for ALWAYS giving me 5 star service...I appreciate each and everyone of you and I THANK YOU so much.

Finally we get the deal and service a person deserves!Terry our salesman was just like my best friend and we just met him.Jack in finance was efficient and informative.We traveled through 3 states seeking deals only to be insulted by these how great we are dealers.We bought a Cadillac and got as good a deal as we could have gotten anywhere.Right here in our own town,the best!Thanks everybody for the hometown business.

Love my car and the customer service I received from Jim Hunsucker. I came to the dealership to look at a specific vehicle, Jim explained everything about the car and I test drove it. It wasnt exactly what I wanted. He then showed me a new Camaro. Drove it and bought it. I have received so many compliments on it. Jim H. is an experienced salesperson who knows to listen to his customers. Even when I didnt know what I wanted he figured it out with friendly, no hassle service. And even after the purchase, he continues to remember me and gives me great after sale service. I will continue to do business with him on all my future car purchases.

It has always been difficult for me to purchase an automobile at a dealership. Terry Delisa made my purchase actually enjoyable. He was professional and very informative. We actually drove 200 plus miles to make our purchase and I would do it again. Jack in the finance area was excellent. Finance guys generally try to get the last nickle out of me as I am going out the door. Jack was different. He knew his job and made the completion of our purchase perfect. Thanks to Terry and Jack.

Although I was not ready to buy I decided to stop by Cole and look at a new Chevrolet. Weary of salespeople, I avoided eye contact with anyone and proceeded to browse. Only an experienced salesperson would recognize my reluctance to be approached. That person was Jim Hunsucker. In a very professional and kind way he said he was available to answer any questions and that he would not interfere with my desire to browse. I ended up enjoying our interaction because he did not pressure me in any way. When I am ready to buy a new car, I will look forward to working with him.

Came to look at 2015 Cruze for my Mom. Jim Hunsucker, helped us and made us very comfortable. He didn't pressure Mom and gave her a lot of info about the car. She didn't buy but I think if she does it will defiantly be from Cole.

I purchased a GMC Envoy new from this dealership in 2003. Turn out to be the worst experience that I every had. The envoy had electrical problems that they could not resolve. They and GMC would only take it in on a trade and give me a $500 discount. Fat chance that I would buy another vehicle from these dealership or GMC.

I have always hated to work with dealerships. Working with Cole Chvey was a pleasant experience. They had the Used truck that I had been looking for and were great to work with. The pricing was fair and there was no pushy sales pitch. I have had my truck for only two weeks and I am happy so far...no problems. If they were local to me I would deal with them more.
