Best dealership in South East Idaho.I really loved it ! I live 27 miles away and value my time , I discussed with David options over the phone and what was available for my price range . Showed up the very next morning tested and looked at 3 vehicles and bought Chevy Equinox.Nobody pushed me to buy any options I did not want.I felt I was well respected and valued customer.After all the paperwork was processed the payment was within the price range we discussed over the phone. Fast and hassle free they even helped me to get my stuff from a car I traded in into a new car.Even more than that my wife wanted to be on a title , but had to work this day an agent just came to see her and witness papers were in order and signed. David the used cars sales manager was very honest and friendly and so was Jeremy , who has extensive experience in customer service and perfect skills and knowledge about automobiles .

I received rapid and courteous service, as usual, when the battery died in my truck. In particular, Darrell has always gone out of his way to make sure that my vehicle (a 2009 GMC 2500 I bought as a certified pre-owned truck) is running the way it should. Although it is now off the certified pre-owned warranty I plan to continue using the service department at Cole Chevrolet thanks to the excellent service I have received.

Frank was an excellent sales associate. He is very friendly and very personable with his customers. I love the fact that I could shoot frank a text and he'd get right back to me, I never had to wait to have a question answered. Frank always kept me up to date on the process of my vehicle order. I also loved the way Bob was so eager to help us with the purchase of our new truck. I'd like to thank both Bob and Frank for there out standing customer service. We were treated awful at the ford dealership, but frank and Bob made up for that. There was nothing better then pulling in to the ford dealership in our new Chevy and having all the sales associate come out to check out out new truck! I'd recommend anybody I know to go talk to Frank, he'll help you get your dream car! I'd like to say thank you again for all your help!

This is probably the worst possible place to ever buy a car from. I got a really good deal but the people there are absolute idiots. I have been waiting for an extra key, paint pin, and a manual for over 3 months. This is not the only thing that they did i financed my car through mountain america and the idiots gave them the completely wrong information and had to spend at least 2 hours on the phone with them sorting everything out. Scott Fitzpatrick is the man i dealt with and every time i try to contact him he always ignores me until i threaten to bring my lawyer into it and still nothing from him. Worst experience ever do not buy a car from them i promise you will not regret it.

Their salesman told me nothing was wrong with the vehicle before i purchased it, but the day i drove it off the lot to go back to Montana i had a huge alignment and balance issue. it's as if they drove it into a pot hole between the day i test drove it and the day i picked it up. the dealer simply said it's a used car. Does a mans word mean nothing anymore.

I was treated very well by the salesman and management who gave me a fair deal, but as soon as I signed the paperwork I found that there were several hidden problems with missing interior parts. I specifically asked the salesman to disclose any faulty or missing parts, and he assured me everything was in order. I won't say what was missing, but just know that this dealership will not disclose what's wrong because they don't really perform a full inspection of their trade-ins. I wasn't looking for a perfect car. I bought used for a reason, but I was looking for an honest salesman; something i didn't find here. Also, ask them to take off their window stickers and decals. They are a nightmare to get off without damaging your tint or paint.

Salesman showed me several cars on the lot claiming this and that about their features. Nearly every single car had been misrepresented with features that were not included. Their excuse was that they have too many cars to know them all. If that's their excuse then why do other dealers get it right? Lazy sales staff that don't take the time to print out the information of the vehicle are unacceptable. Either they make it up, or their inspection staff doesn't actually inspect the vehicles. If they have a car your interested in, you better take it to a separate mechanic and comb through the vehicle yourself. You may as well shop at those shady used car lots on the corner. At least they're honest about who they are.

We recently bought a 2011 Chevy traverse and the car is great, but the salesman and the sales managers not so much. While looking at the car I asked a couple of times about the headphones and remote to the car and the salesman replied yes we have them but they are locked in a office you can pick them up on Monday. I also asked twice that it came with four headphones as we need that many to acomadate or family and the salesman said yes they are in the office, well when my wife went to pick up the remote and headphones they informed her that the car only comes with two headphones and no remote. I then called the sales manager and he said he would check into it and call me back, three days later still no call so I call and get another sales manager who says he will check into it and have someone call me back, well they did call me back and informed me one again that the car only comes with two headphones and that I was being irrational about the other two headphones and the remote they are not going to give me, after I was told that the car came with four headphones and a remote. Then the salesman called and said they found a remote but could not get the headphones and also proceeded to say he never said that the car came with four headphones even though my whole family was there to hear him say that it did. I would definitely get everything in writing of you do end up buying a vehicle from this dealership. On a positive note the car is great.

Only fact based review: - Many good dealer reviews made me comfortable with my long distance purchase - Bought 2006 Silverado 2500HD with 35,599 miles - Clean carfax, but no maintenance records listed - Sent truck to local auto mechanic for 3rd party inspection before purchase - When truck was received transmission made funny sound when shifting between 1st and 2nd gear - $1345.13 transmission repair bill at 36,172 miles for planetary gear and clutch - I reached out to dealer before and after the repair hoping that they may offer even partial help with repair costs - Dealer reply after repair "I have reviewed your issue with the used car manager who was the one that facilitated your deal and given all the precautionary measures you took to have this vehicle inspected before you purchased the truck we feel that we have no further obligation to assist in this matter." - I bought the vehicle as-is no warranty I was hopeful the dealer would have offered to cover a portion of the repairs based on the fact that the vehicle had such low mileage,that they claimed to know the entire vehicle history, and I paid full price 2 lessons learned for me: (1) Send your vehicle to both a mechanic and transmission shop for a 3rd party inspection before purchase (2) If you suspect an issue notify the dealer immediately upon taking possession, maybe they would have been more inclined to help

I have been looking for a 2013-2012 Buick Verano and I have beenj reading all the reviews on nyour site and many others and I am very impressed with the way you do business. I love a couple of cars I see on your web page but we just cant afford to make a move right now. We will come see you when we are ready.

My experience with the sales staff was outstanding. They were helpful and knowledgeable but not pushy. The car I was interested in was aggressively priced (much less than competitors) so there wasn't a need for the standard price haggling. I will be going back when it's time to replace another vehicle.

We were delightfully surprised to find both Michelle and Tim to be friendly, pleasant, down to earth people that went out of their way to help us and make us feel comfortable. They answered all of our questions thoroughly and carefully explained our options along with each process of the purchase. It was a pleasure doing business with them and we are looking forward to dealing with them in the future. We highly recommend this dealership and staff to anyone in the market for a vehicle. To us another plus they are pet friendly. This may sound cheesy but before you buy give them a look We are glad we did!!!!!!

Michelle and Tim at Cole made our buying a vehicle pleasant comfortable and a ease. They both were friendly and went above and beyond to help us.They answered any question we had made us feel good about purchase.Anyone buying a vehicle should stop in and check them out. They can help with finance parts and all around make buying a car unlike it use to be in the past. Even if you would not buy a car you would feel like you made a new friend

I went shopping for my new truck, 2013 Chevy Silverado 2500HD, last year and was looking for a deal! I really wanted to keep my purchase locally so I contacted Cole Chevrolet to inquire on ordering my new truck. (I have purchased 6 new Chevy Silverados in my lifetime and I am always looking for the best deal.) I was contacted immediately by David Service and we started discussing what I wanted in a new truck right away. David asked me to stop into the dealership and we could work up what I wanted in a truck. I met with David, created my order, and started talking about bottom line along with deals on new vehicles. I have been "put off" in the past since I a female inquiring about a new truck but David never treated me this way! David and other salespeople always greeted me by my first name and like I was a good friend when I stopped into the dealership--before and after I placed my truck order! Once the order was placed, I was updated often and knew exactly where my truck was during the build. When my truck came in a little early and right before Memorial weekend, David was very understanding when I wasn't able to take delivery until after the holiday! The delivery went better than any of my previous 5 truck deliveries, David and Jason were extremely helpful and catered to me! I have been contacted many times by David and Jason in the first month of ownership to see how everything is going with my new truck. I am very satisfied and will go back to Cole for any vehicle purchases in the future! I have recommended Cole to my family and friends since this last purchase, also. I would suggest more people in the Southeast Idaho region go to Cole Chevrolet for their vehicle purchases, new or used! Thanks, Cole Chevy team!

The rear door latch problem was fixed in even less time than I'd expected, and my car was returned to me clean and shiny. I've just never had anything but a great experience at Cole Chevrolet!

I visited about a dozen dealers in Idaho Falls and Pocatello. Cole Chevrolet had the car I was looking for and a very friendly sales staff. I would recommend them to anyone in Southeast Idaho in need of a car.

I bought a 06 Chevy cobalt from Cole Chevrolet in 2010. The car and the salesman were both great. Thought I'd try there for a second car. The salesman that I felt with before was no longer there so I delt with Jason. He was a great salesman and not pushy. We told him what we were looking for and our payment range and he found us what we were looking for. He never tried to get us into something new or something we did not want. Being late Saturday evening they couldn't do the financing until Monday but Jason called me when they got it done and held the car for me for a few days until I could get there to sign the papers. Next vehicle I buy will be a pickup. You can bet that I will go back to Cole Chevrolet for that

My wife and I purchased a used Audi s4 from Cole chevrolet.I have worked with and around car dealers all my life, as I had owned a custom shop for 25 years.Upon pulling into Cole Chevrolet I noticed one thing that was diferent right away, We were not assulted by a salesman right away as we got out of the car. It was refreshing to be able to look around first.Once we were aproached by a salesman he was not put off that we really didnt know which car we were interested in, as my wife loves Cadillacs and I was there to look at the Audi that we ended up purchasing. He allowed us to take both cars for a testride for comparison , and stayed nutural as we made our choice. It was that simple, he wrote up the sale, and we drove away a happy couple of car owners. I will be buying a truck shortly, and I would definatly recomend Cole Chevrolet to my friends.
