I was on the internet looking for a new car for my mom and I found one in Acton. I called and got Joe on the phone he was so nice to talk to. I told him what my mom had for a trade in and how much she can afford and he made it work. While on the phone we made an appointment to go up and look at the car. It was a 1 and a 1/2 hour drive to see if anything was going to change. I was waiting for it to change but no it all went so good that we got her new car that day. She is so happy. r another new vehicle, in the past 25 years or so I have purchased several new trucks from Colonial and one used car all with very high marks from the first arrival and greeting at the dealership, finding the right vehicle for me and finally the sales and driving off the lot. The past usually was handled on day one, this time took longer for me as I was undecided on either a truck or SUV. Weeks passed after trying several different vehicles with the assistance of Frank Gordon, James Mcloughlin in sales, but decided those I viewed and driven was not a good fit, just not the right vehicle for me, the search continues. I tried other dealerships also, ford, toyota, and another chevrolet dealership and after all was said and done, I was drawn back to Colonial after much research and thought that NONE provided the positive 5 star relationship, excellent customer care and does NOT hound the customer like others sometimes do after leaving the lot. For this, I came back and new that if a purchase of a vehicle was going to occur it had to be Colonial, therefore I decided I would return and first encountered Frank Gordon who I informed him that I was back and serious about possibly buying a truck, I had just checked on one outside and he came up with some figures and pulled two trucks out front along with sales person James Mcloughlin to assist. I decided on the 2017 Silverado crew cab, I was happy (Always am) with this entire business, and made a deal within 15 minutes, signed the paperwork, traded in my car and did not question anything. Great instructions on the vehicle by James, the sales person, very easy thorough overview of the entire process. I also thank the Business Manager for an excellent experience, Shaune Conway in the paperwork, and the Customer service rep out front who made me that coffee and comfortable while waiting. It's about the experience, customer service, that is what brings me back and over and over again and the relationships that colonial builds with its customers so many thanks, I am done A+ for all I am a satisfied customer. Had an easy interaction with the sales and finance staff of Colonial Chevrolet. They were friendly, professional, and I never got the icky feeling you sometimes get from other dealerships. I knew the model and trim I wanted and they had one on the lot, I didn't have to haggle or anything to get a good price. It took a few visits to finalize financing and there was some waiting around but Colonial took care of all of the details for my trade-in and paperwork for registration and plates.

I found my ideal used truck online at the Colonial Chevrolet website. I called, came in to view and test drive the truck. I noticed a vibration at low speeds. The service dept checked it out, confirmed the problem and got it fixed.The negotiation with salesman Joe Pellegrini was straight-forward, pleasant, and friendly. The deal they offered was in line with what I expected from my research in Kelly's Blue Book and Edmonds.What more to say? I bought the truck.

Overall my car-buying experience at Colonial Chevy in Acton was very smooth even though the Volt I was interested in was initially located at another Colonial dealership. After browsing the online inventory, I received a very competitive quote after locating a model with the color and options I was interested in. After test-driving another Volt, I decided to move ahead and put a deposit down. My particular car arrived a couple of days later and after confirming the options and condition, I moved to finalize the purchase, and worked with Bob to complete the financing, insurance, registration, and dealer options. Throughout the whole process I never felt pressured, and both Tania and Bob were very good about answering my questions about the car and the purchase process.

Big enough of a dealership to get / take care of anything you need. Small enough where they still care about keeping you happy and coming back. I have been going for 5 years now, purchased 4 vehicles and it's the same guys/ ladies working there which says slot about a good dealership. This was the first time visiting the service department for scheduled maintenance. I was impressed that they looked up my car in GM's database and let me know there were two recalls for my car. The only problem I have is not with the dealer, but with GM: I had not been notified of either recall. (Eventually, several days later, I was notified of the second recall, but not the first!)

I purchased a 2017 Volt here and entire experience has been excellent. I got a great internet price quoted which was a about the same as truecar.com average, so I did not feel the need to haggle, the price was fair. Test drive went well, they found me a place with a great financing rate and did all the paperwork for me - getting new places, returning old and getting inspection sticker.I would definitely highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an awesome buying experience.

I had a great car buying experience. I picked my Equinox out Wednesday afternoon and drove it home Thursday afternoon. Jim McLoughlin processed all the paper work, went to my insurance company and processed my registration through the RMV. Jim also gave me a class on how to operate all the computer controls on my dashboard. I got a great price and made new friends. I plan to return to Colonial Chevrolet for my next auto purchase.

I first contacted this dealership through an online cars.com inquiry on a preowned Ford. Thomas got right back to me and was very helpful on the phone with my questions. Where I live over an hour away from this dealership, we were able to work some preliminary numbers over the phone to determine if I should take the trip up. I went up the next day and was greeted outside on my arrival by Thomas and Miguel. Miguel was great and had the car ready for me to go and test drive. We negotiated over alot of factors but Miguel was great throughout. The sales manager Mike was also very great to work with and we finally were able to come to a great deal on the vehicle. Mike was very patient and very honest with me. When i came back a week later to pick up the car, I was met by Shaun in the finance office and he made the paperwork easy and very quick! I had another salesmen named Joe help me out with the delivery of my car and transferring of my plates and he was very efficient and very helpful with the new car. Most people think of buying a car like getting a root canal but everyone at Colonial Chevy made it very easy with no pressure at all. Even though they are so far away, i would absolutely go back there and recommend family and friends if they were looking for a vehicle.

Everything was great including the price and the payment but once I took delivery everything went down hill. The car doesn't run well at all. The brakes barely work in the car and when you press the gas pedal the car won't go. Bottom line is I was sold a brand new car that is a lemon. I am very unhappy. I spent a lot of money on this car and I contacted the dealer and they immediately told me to go to service and it would be taken care of and if I was still unsatisfied with the vehicle they told me they would be more then willing to work with me on getting me another vehicle that I would be happy with. Michael Sparks the sales manager at the dealership has gone above and beyond any other car dealership sales person I have ever encountered. He stood by me and helped me with everything and never stopped trying to make me happy customer. He was aware of the problems I have been experiencing and how I don't feel safe with the vehicle and he told me that he would make sure that if after all was said and done he would continue to try and work with his boss to come up with a vehicle that was financially affordable for me that would meet the needs of my lifestyle. Long story short is when I say this sales person went above and beyond he went above and beyond. He never gave up and constantly checked in to make sure everything worked out correctly. As of right now things aren't perfect and I am not happy with the car I am in, but the dealership is doing everything they can to find something that will work for me. If I confused you I am will say it like this, I think this dealership is amazing and great to do business with. I think I possibly got a car that was the bad apple from the tree but I don't blame the dealership or its staff for that because it is not their fault. They know what I have been dealing with and they have gone out of their way to help me and assist me in any way they possibly can and I am very grateful for that. I would also like to thank John Woodland the general sales manager who I have spoken to and worked with a couple times for spending time with me and trying to find the best possible solution that will meet the needs of my lifestyle while staying within my budget. The final person that went out of their way to make sure I was happy and wanted to see if there was anything she could do to help make my situation better was Tanya Audet. Tanya is the business development manager at Colonial Chevy she called me and spoke with me a few times and tried to shed light on my unhappiness with the vehicle and situation I was dealing with and she did a really great job. She assured me that Mike and John would do their best to find a solution that would work for me and that they would find a car that I would be happy with. Tanya did an excellent job I am very happy to have worked with her as well. These people are great to work with and I can honestly say I have never had such a great experience buying a car as I have with Colonial Chevy. All and all I am very glad I went to colonial chevy and gave them my business despite the issues I have had with the vehicle. If you are wondering what issues I have had I will tell you. I bought a 2016 Spark which I have barely had for a couple of days and I have barely driven it at all. Already I am having issues with the brakes which don't work well unless you use both feet and push into the floor very hard in order to get the car to stop. I have also had problems with the onstar services not working correctly and my bluetooth connection doesn't seem to be working. Lastly, I am having issues with gas consumption. I filled up the gas tank and barely went 50 miles and the gas tank said it was already half empty. This car is a tiny 4 cylinder engine it should not be going through this much gas this quickly. In addition to this vehicle I also have a Honda CRV which is a bigger 4 cylinder and I get better gas mileage in that then I do in this small Spark. With that being said, I know there is definitely something wrong with this car. Due to the fact that I just bought this brand new car and I am experiencing all of this problems I am very unhappy with this vehicle. I have not brought the car into service yet but I am fully confident that the service department at Colonial Chevy will take care of the problems and fix the vehicle so it is operating and functioning correctly, as well as finding me a solution that I will be happy with in regards to finding a different vehicle for me. The only person I would not recommend and that I did not enjoy working with was the sales person I had. His name was Miguel. I did not like working with Miguel because he was very unprofessional and unknowledgeable about the car. Miguel did not explain anything or help me at all. He just basically stared at me and smiled the entire time. For example when I was in the office doing some paper work with Mike, Miguel was sitting in the office and he was on his phone and all of a sudden out of no where when Mike and I were in the middle of talking Miguel suddenly just burst out laughing and then Mike and I both looked at each other like what jut happened and Miguel says "oh sorry I just read or saw a picture on my phone that was really funny and inappropriate. This type of behavior is very concerning and unprofessional in the work place and I was very taken back to see someone at this maturity and immature level working in a place with lots of people who were very professional and business like material employees. Bottom line is I wasn't happy working with Miguel and I don't feel he is a good asset to the Colonial dealership because of his personality and his lack of maturity and professional acting personality. He acted very childish and lacked the grown up mentality of someone his age doing the job he was supposed to be doing. He did not appear to have the skills needed to perform the job he was supposed to be doing. Aside from that, I would recommend Colonial Chevy to all of my friends and family! Thank you for everything Mike, John, and Tanya you guys have been a pleasure to work with and I look forward to buying another vehicle from you guys in the near future!

I had never leased a vehicle before but Colonial seemed to have an offer that I couldn't refuse ! We met Joe Pellegrini who patiently discussed the pro's and con's of leasing versus buying. Joe listened carefully to what we were looking for in a vehicle and brought a couple out front (it was a very cold January day !) for us to test drive and check out. After Joe had nailed the vehicle down we worked on price and a fair trade for my old 5 speed Corolla ! When we picked up the truck the next day, Joe spent a huge amount of time showing us all of the new electronic features that the new Silverado's have and gave us some lessons on using our iPhone with the trucks new MyLink system. I had to replace an expired lease vehicle and I shopped many brands and dealerships and Colonial's deal beat all the others by hundreds of dollars. I live in NH and I initially spoke to Mike Sparks by phone and he answered all my questions about my leasing options, sales tax exemption and delivery procedures. Mike then assigned Sales Associate Jim McLaughlin to finalize the transaction. Jim greeted us at the door when we arrived several days later and finalized the sale. Jim arranged for a 'loaner' vehicle for us to take back to NH until our new vehicle was delivered to our NH town office for registration. The driver who delivered our vehicle was very knowledgeable in the registration process and affixed our new plates for me and answered any remaining questions I had. From my initial call, to finalizing the sale, to vehicle delivery the entire process was handled in a very professional manner. I would not hesitate purchasing another vehicle from this Colonial dealership and would highly recommend it to anyone.

The purchase of a new Chevy Volt was very easy. I told about 6 local Chevy dealers I was looking for a 2016 Volt LT in Kinetic Blue. Thomas called and let me know they had one with the exact options I wanted so I put a deposit down on it. I went there the next day and it was out front with a hold tag on it, Miguel and I test drove it and the Volt was exactly what I wanted. So the reason for not five stars was because they did not give me an internet price when I inquired about it on the web nor over the phone. They didn't price match the other internet quotes I got for this car and they said it was because the Volt is in such demand. Still, I bought the car below MSRP with some bartering but paid more than I had hoped. I also got less for my trade than I was expecting. Overall my buying experience was quick and easy. I am happy with the car and the dealership. I would buy from Colonial again.

I met with Miguel Delossantos to test drive a used 2015 Volt on the lot. But it was a premium Volt with too many extras for me. Miguel worked fast to make me a very good offer on a new 2015 Volt that evening. I came back and took a test drive in that car a few days later and liked it immediately. Miguel couldn't answer all my questions about the vehicle, but he quickly got the answers from his colleagues. We had been looking all around for a Volt and were disappointed by the sales tactics of some of the other dealers. Dan Cluff at Colonial Chevrolet was consistently honest and worked hard to put together a good offer. We went back and forth with many emails until he found what we were looking for and at the price we wanted to pay. We live more than 100 miles from this dealer and Dan arranged for us to meet Tania Audet the next day to complete the sale. When I called with my car troubles Dan answered my call. He was friendly, patient, and very thorough to ensure he had a full understanding of what the issues were with my car. I went to Colonial just to test drive the car, but I wasn't ready to buy. After the test drive, I really liked the car and they did everything possible to "make me buy the car". In most situations, this usually means that the sales people will harass/bully you until you either buy the car or leave aggravated, but that's not the case here. Luke and Shaune explained the process clearly and listened to my needs and concerns about the price of the car, financing and how much I wanted for my trade. Overall, it took about an hour and a half to purchase the car, meaning, I was driving back home with my new car in just that little time. It was a real great experience. Thanks so much.

His low-pressure approach was refreshing -- not to mention the speed with which he had cars ready for us to test drive. We had our 5 month old baby with us and it was much appreciated that there was basically no waiting around for him to locate and pull around the cars (something that was painfully slow at other dealerships). I arrived on a Sunday 15 minutes before they opened to look at their on lot stock. I was politely asked from a distance whether I needed assistance by Jim who turned out to be a sales professional and the inventory manager. I let him know from the start that I was not interested in typical car sales tactics and he didn't seem to mind. I told him numbers would control so we went inside and he gave me his best offer in writing. I took it to other dealerships, none of which would even give me a solid price verbally and were obviously shady folks. In particular, the sales manager at Imperial Chevy in Mendon was the absolute worst of all - when I asked for a clear bottom line number he started on this ridiculous hypothetical about how "[if I list a house for $475k on the market and someone comes and offers me $550k for it, why would i sell it for $475k?]" ...bottom line: Imperial are clearly not the type of people a buyer wants to be dealing with in the car buying process. I got a great deal at Colonial, the first dealership I stopped at, and would absolutely recommend going to see Jim at Colonial Chevy in Acton if you are considering buying a car/truck. Never once did the numbers change or any other shady tactics - seemingly the most transparent vehicle purchase I have been a part of. Love my new Equinox!

I have owned a Chevy Silverado for 3 years and hadn't planned on trading it in until I saw my new carpenters 2015 Silverado. It had features that were not available when I bought my current truck, most importantly, a back up camera. Colonial Chevy has been sending me emails saying I could get a new truck for lower monthly payments which I have ignored thinking too soon for a new truck. But, since I always buy a new vehicle when the old one is paid for so I always have a monthly payment, I figured why not look into a trade in? I called Joe Pellegrini and said I was interested in a trade in and set up an appointment. Before meeting with Joe, I had my old truck evaluated so when I met with Joe most of the footwork was done. Joe put together pricing on several trucks with the features I wanted and had them ready for testing when I arrived. I found the truck with all the features I wanted and we were able to get the monthly payments slightly below my current payment with the extended warranty and Gap insurance included in the price. Thank you, Joe, and the great staff at Colonial Chevrolet for a great experience!

What can I not say about Colonial Chevrolet in Acton. I purchased a Used SUV back in February of this year. I worked with Joe Pells and Shaune Conway. They were professional, courteous, and extremely helpful, both assured me if I had any problems to contact them at any time.....And contact them I did many times! My problems were always fixed with no hassle and the Service Department was Amazing. Never did I feel like the "Oh God She's Back Lady" In fact, quite the opposite. They were very friendly, sympathetic, and I was well taken care of. This week a phone call to Shaune Conway with yet another issue was an outcome I was not expecting. He said to bring it up and they would take care of it.....and take care of it they did!! Today I picked up my New 2015 Chevrolet Equinox! This time working along side Shaune Conway was John Woodland, and Luke Ealey. John Woodland was the easiest person to talk to, he was sympathetic and did everything he could for me. They got me out of the first SUV no problems and allowed me to get something completely different. Luke Early is a tech genius and was extremely knowledgeable about my new vehicle. He even went over and above his job description and gave me a number to call him at any time should I have any questions. I can't say Thank You enough for the excellent service this team provided. Employees that were not even helping me were friendly and courteous and full of knowledge. Shortly after the purchase of my 1st SUV, I had sent my parents to Colonial Chevrolet in Acton as well. They were greeted by again Shaune C. as well as Mr.David Fillmore. David was a friendly, easy going, personable, and again very knowledgeable employee. My parents who through the years were not "fans" of dealerships, quickly changed their mind! They also drove away that day in a 2015 Chevy Equinox and are extremely happy today. I know for sure had I purchased my 1st SUV from any other dealership that all the little problems would have been "mine to deal with." THANK YOU AGAIN for a great experience. We'd been looking for a used Sienna for months, and despite trips to a few other dealerships in the area, hadn't found the right deal. Near the end of May we saw one listed at a great price at Colonial Chevrolet. We met with Joe Pellegrini, and he was just great: friendly, respectful, direct. He even played with our son while we were in the finance office signing the paperwork with Shaune (who was also friendly and not typical of finance people we've worked with in the past).The car had just been traded in, and so needed a little work, including fixing a power sliding door. Colonial took care of all of it before we took delivery, also installing new tires and cleaning it from top to bottom. It's three years old but looks brand-new.After some bad experiences with other dealerships in the past, I wasn't looking forward to getting back into the market, but buying from Colonial was a pleasure. I recently purchased a 2015 Colorado and I could not be happier with the way I was treated at Colonial Chevrolet. I worked with David Fillmore and could not have asked for a more open and honest person to deal with. I also worked with Shaune Conway for the all the paperwork and he was great to deal with as well. I feel that I got a good price on my trade as well as the purchase price on the Colorado. I could not be happier with the dealership (clean, friendly environment), the people that I worked with (Honest, friendly, good sense of humor) and the vehicle (arrest-me-red is awesome, features are great, rides great, overall a great truck), I would recommend this dealership to anyone that wants a friendly car shopping experience.

I highly recommend working with Joe Pellegrini - great no-pressure salesman, he listens and understands what you are looking for - and he will go the extra mile for you. Be sure to ask for him when you visit. I felt uncomfortably pressured by Shaune to buy the extended warranty after we agreed on a price and payment options. The additional warranty would have increased my monthly payment beyond what I wanted to pay.

I have been buying here for three years, and I am not the easiest customer to deal with, high expectations and specific likes. Between myself and my company I bought four cars from Luke in the last month and everyone of them was as smooth as you could hope for. They know that I can not stand the "what can we do to get you in this car today" because my standard response is nothing and I leave. Dealing with the Luke and Shuane team is like dealing with friends, they are incredible personal and know what it takes to get a deal made. I will be back for the next round and will do this all over again without hesitation. Luke looked high and low for a month for me to find everything I was looking for and when something comes up that is my style of truck he contacts me immediately and never wastes my time with something that would not fit the bill.Plus they have popcorn and coffee...

Recently I was in the market for a new Chevy Silverado. It was a big purchase for me and I wanted to make sure I got just the right truck with all the options I wanted and the best price possible. I visited several Dealers with little success. I felt most of them wanted to play games and didn't really want to sell me a truck. Then I came across Colonial Chevy and they had the truck I wanted and it turned out they were amazing to deal with. Dan Cluff was super quick to respond to emails and get me pricing on in stock vehicles. This alone got me in the dealership. Dan set me up with Joe Pellegrini as my salesman. Joe had a great way about him that my wife and I really liked. He wasn't high pressure but definitely wanted to sell me a truck. Their price they gave me on the truck was great right from the start! None of the running back and forth to another office that so many dealerships pull. We made the deal quickly and overall I couldn't recommend the dealership and specifically Joe Pellegrini enough. I am going to send all my family and friends to Joe in the future. Joe went over everything on the truck with me and has been there to answer any questions I have had even after the sale of my truck. I usually hate talking with the finance people but Shaun was very easy to deal with. After having a unpleasant 2 week experience at another Chevrolet Dealership attempting to have two safety recalls taken care after scheduling an appointment. My daughter waited over 3 1/2 hrs for the car when the recall notices said it would take approx an hour for both to be done. When she came home I saw the second recall had not been preformed, Ii called the dealership and was told "We don't know about the second recall, even though we showed them both recall notices sent from G.M. I was told they'll have to call G.M. we can't just replace parts because you said so. I again explained what the recall notice said and faxed the recall notice to them the next day. 2 days later they told me, We spoke to G.M. and understood what needed to be replaced but, "We don't have the part in stock, we'll call you when they are." Four days later on a Friday afternoon a voice mail, the part were in to bring it in Saturday. When i called to make arrangements to bring it in Saturday I was told I had to leave it for a day, we'll try and squeeze it in." The part was a headlight relay that takes less than 15 minute to replace. I frustration I contacted Colonial Chevrolet Service Dept. late Monday afternoon the next day to discuss the recalls. At 8:00 AM the next morning Colonial Service Dept. called me and verified they had the parts for the recall and asked if I could stop in that day. In less time than it took me to walk around the show room once and admire the new 2015 Camaro and Corvette that my kids won't let me buy ;(, the service writer came and told me the car was ready and I was on my way. I didn't even have time to have my Dunkin Donuts coffee I brought for the wait ! Rather than have to inconvenience someone to follow me to drop-off and p/u my car, getting to work etc. This was an extraordinary. The follow up e-mail and phone call from Allison to make sure I was happy with my service call, showed Colonial cares about customer service. Thank you to Steve Carlson and his people in the Service Dept.

I just purchased a 2014 SS from Colonial Chevrolet. Stopped by at two other dealerships for the same vehicle. One of them just sold the car, but showed no interest in finding another or sourcing it from another dealership, even though I purchased a car from them before. The second dealership told me they will email me with a quote but never did. The process at Colonial Chevrolet was much simpler. Dan Cluff offered an online quote up front which was better than offers from others. I stopped by the dealership, they had the car, they gave me a good offer, and the deal was done. I worked with Joe Pellegrini in sales. Joe is courteous, knowledgeable about the vehicle, and he understood my needs. The negotiation was straightforward and quick. I also had a great experience with Shaune Conway, the business manager. Paperwork took less time than usual, and again it the process was as painless as possible. Don helped make sure my purchase experience was most positive. After telling him that I had a Chevy Cobalt high on my list but the only issue was it was a 2-door, he promptly told me a 4-door was available, as well. I have to say I felt pretty lucky at this point, as I hadn't seen that on your website. But there it was! I felt comfortable on the test-drive. Talking with Don during the drive, I felt as if I'd known him for years. I'm proud and pleased to have the 4-door Cobalt, and with the mileage on the low side, I hope to have it for years to come. I have poor credit and was turned down before by many dealerships. Dan chatted with me on the website and said that he could try to get me approved for a car with out me having to drive the half hour distance. He sent me text messages and had me take a picture of my pay stub. That was extremely convenient because I didn't get bothered by a phone call at work and didn't have to risk driving there just for them to tell me they couldn't approve me. At the end of the day, I got a text from him saying that they had got me approved. I was shocked but still a little skeptical since other dealers have said that to me in the past. When I came in a couple days later, I was properly greeted at the front desk and was assisted by Luke. He was very humble and, being a younger lady, he did not make me feel intimidated in any way. In fact, I was at ease throughout the whole process. When all was finalized, I was put in a newer car with an exceptional rate and a monthly payment that I could not refuse. I don't know how they did it, but I can't thank them enough. When it was time to sign my papers I met with Shaune and it was a speedy end to my fantastic day. I will never buy a car from any other place. I told all my friends and family.

I answered an instant chat message on the Colonial website on a Saturday morning, and the sales manager Michael Sparks answered immediately and set up an appointment for me that afternoon. A salesperson, Marty Henn, at the front desk was expecting me, and he explained that Michael had asked him to meet with me. Marty listened carefully to what I was looking for and found three cars in stock that met my criteria. We took all three for test drives and narrowed in on one. Marty was personable and knowledgeable. I was pleasantly surprised by how transparent the pricing was. I had done some research about what would be a fair and reasonable price, and Marty and Michael openly discussed all of the figures, and we ended up with prices for the Impala and two trade-in vehicles that were more than reasonable. Everyone I met at the dealership was courteous and professional. I would highly recommend the Colonial over other local dealers I visited recently.

We began our service call on 8-20-14 with Colonial Chevrolet West for recall issues with our HHR, which we found out later, the parts never got ordered. Last week Steve Carlson of Colonial Chevrolet Acton, not only ordered the parts for the recall, but also had the service department replace headlights, checked the brakes and did an overall check of the vehicle. I was happy with the service provided but was extremely unhappy with the recall action that was taken at the request of GM regarding what used to be my switchblade key. Now I have to deal with a pendulum on my key ring that now gives me an opportunity to add other items to the new key ring. Before this change I didn't require a key ring. The car buying process can be very stressful. This was the case for myself, prior to going to colonial Chevrolet in acton. They had a large stock of new and used cars. I test drove a few different models in various years. After I knew the car I wanted, they helped me to get the car within my price range and with the features. Jim keefe was the salesman I dealt with and he couldn't have been more helpful. I didn't feel pressured at any time and he was incredible helpful. He also taught me how to use all of the features in my car the next day after my purchase was made and he has made his money. Shaune Conway was the business manager that I dealt with. He went through all of te paperwork very quickly and informative. He explained everything I didn't understand but did so in a timely manor. I financed my car loan through a credit agency and they were able to process everything through the Bank and it saved me a stressful step. I would highly recommend this dealership and more specifically jim keefe and shaune Conway.

My wife bought a Sonic RS and was thrilled with her experience and her new vehicle so I decided to give them a try. I stopped by another dealer to look at a Chevy Cruze and see what they had to offer and after my visit I drove over to Colonial to see if they would offer a better deal. I was offered more for my trade then the other dealer and Joe didn't play games in fact there was no need to haggle at all. I've had long drawn out battles in past car purchases fighting over the trade in value and interest rates in fact one dealer was changing my plates before I signed the paperwork. Went to the hotshots at Quirk first. Live and learn. Not all they are hyped up to be. Tania at Colonial is however all that and more. In my opinion, car salesmen tend to be phony and out for one thing. Tania was extremely genuine and fought hard to get me what I wanted. My experience with her was probably the best I've had with any car salesman in my 16 years of buying and selling cars. I went to Colonial Chevy with my mom looking to buy a Sonic Sedan LTZ. The sales associate Joe immediately greeted us and helped us out throughout the entire process of purchasing a car. The dealership in Acton did not have the car I was looking for, but the other dealership did so Joe quickly arranged for the car to be brought up to Acton for my mom and I to look at it. They worked really hard to get an affordable price for me and my parents, which we all very much appreciated. Joe was really great at communicating with my parents and I through out the entire process. They were also really quick to get my car registered and ready for me to pick up since I mentioned that I had to go back to college very soon, which was also really appreciated. I was actually pleasantly surprised with how soon they got my car ready for me! Joe also took the time to sit in my car with me and show me how everything worked. This is my first car but Colonial Chevy definitely made it a really easy, great experience. My mom was not a fan of Chevy's but she was also very pleased with how everyone treated us and we would love to do business here again!

From the moment we walked in we felt like we were dealing with friends or family rather than a business. Tania was very open, friendly and honest. There was no sales pressure or awkwardness in the negotiation phase. Tania took the time to learn about us and why we were looking for a specific vehicle. She did not try to oversell us a vehicle or push us to something we weren't looking for. We never felt like our time was being wasted. Shaune, the business manager, made all the paperwork easy to understand. Again, there was no overselling of extended warranties. He helped us choose what would be beneficial to us based on questions about our past vehicles. Almost every other dealer we have ever been to, has always pushed the most expensive plans and warranties even if they weren't necessary. Luke was also very friendly and highly knowledgeable about every aspect of the Tahoe we selected. He answered any questions we had at time of delivery of our Tahoe and we even learned some pretty interesting things we didn't know. We have never been repeat business for any particular dealership. We go where there is the best deal. I can honestly say we will certainly come back to Colonial Chevy in Acton for another vehicle or for service. We also would recommend them to our friends and family. Thanks for such an easygoing, honest and fun car buying experience.

We left three keys - on picking up the car we only received two back, with the explanation that if and when GM supplied more chips for the keys that we would get the third key back. I went in on a rainy Wednesday afternoon to look at a 2012 Jeep Wrangler. Bob Lane was the first person i saw, he came up to me, asked me how he could help, and within 5 minutes I was driving the car. I absolutely loved this wrangler but it was about $3,000 out of my price range. The next day Bob called me and asked if i was still interested and I told him how much i loved the car but it was a little pricey. He told me to hold on a second so he could talk to his manager. When he got back on he informed me that the dealership could meet me much closer to my price range and that we could make this work.Its saturday today and I am picking up the Jeep on Tuesday. I could not be happier with the friendliness, professionalism, and fairness of Colonial Chevrolet and their employees. I spent a total of 2 hours in the dealership and now own this Wrangler. Friday afternoon Steve called me and said that they are pretty sure they found the problem and had ordered the parts needed. My truck is an '04 2500hd 4x4 Silverado, and has had over two thousand pounds of tools and gear in it sence the day I bought it. Colonial provided a short drive to my workplace, and the service department kept me informed about what they found. The car was ready when they promised. I had been searching online for several months trying to find the Tahoe model I wanted with low miles and a reasonable price. I had front brakes pads replaced and the rotors resurfaced, which took two visits for a special order of parts. I was surprised that the $49.00 to diagnose (day 1) was not applied to the brake job, I went in with squeaking brakes that I already new would need replacing. If I went to a brake shop like Midas or Meineke I believe that diagnosis fee would have been applied to the replacement job.

It was Christmas eve and the service manager went out of his way to get me a new tire when his dealership had none. Very pleased with service effort. Unfortunately, when I got home, I found a part of the tire jack resting on the rear bumper. It did not get put back into the rear compartment of the car. I was lucky it did not get lost on the drive home. A careless mistake that could have happened to anyone, but it could have meant that the jack was not useable if the piece had been lost.

We had a very friendly, low pressure experience. We went in thinking about purchasing a new Chevy Sonic, but in the process got interested in and purchased a slightly used Subaru Forester instead (we were replacing/trading an older Forester). Jim Keefe was very easy to talk to and work with, and very helpful. Both he and Shaune Conway (working with the loan) were extremely efficient and friendly. We never felt pressured, and this was a very painless experience compared to many car purchase transactions we have had over the years.

My only complaint was that I was misquoted the time the work would take. I was quoted 1 1/2 hours and I sat there for just about 4 hours! However Bill was great and made up for the inconvenience with not charging for the oil change. It was still great service and I will continue to come here for all my needs.

My Chevy Tahoe has been in 3 times for no or intermittent head on driver side. to date the control panel was replaced, the driver and passenger door actuators have been replaced and cable harness connections were cleaned. Car was in for third repair on December 17 with no driver side heat on drive to dealership. Heat was working when car was brought into the shop. Car again had no heat on driver side on morning of December 18. I do understand that intermittents are hard to resolve. just wondering if there are any other next steps or do I live with the chance every time I start the car of no heat for the rest of the winter? there is usually heat on passenger side and back of the car so passengers are usually ok.

I had spoken to John Woodland about the Chevy Malibu. I was looking to buy a low mileage vehicle and had recently driven a used Malibu from another dealer.John introduced my wife and me to Bob Lane who courteously showed us the used Malibus that were on the lot, including a new 2012 with only 100 miles on it. We bought it! Bob did not try to steer us into any one vehicle, which we appreciated. I want to buy the car I want and not have a salesman try to sell us a car. When we asked to test drive the 2012, Bob arranged that within a few mintes. During the test drive, John crunched the numbers and gave us a very good deal.Bob was with another customer when I went back to pick up the vehicle, so John asked Jim Keefe to review the features of the car with me. He did so professionally and patiently. He even asked the OnStar rep, who was talking very quickly, to slow down. That saved me from having to ask him myself.Everyone I dealt with at Colonial was very friendly and professional and I will definitely recommend them to others.

So yesterday I officially bought my first brand new car from Colonial Chevrolet, a 2013 PINK Chevy Spark! My salesman was Luke Ealey and I couldn't be happier with my overall experience. He was so kind and he wasn't pushy, he made it so comfortable and easy to buy a new car. Right when I walked in the door every person was happy to help me with whatever I needed. It was such a relaxing atmosphere surrounded by very nice people. I never thought that at 20 years old I would be walking out of that dealership with a brand new car, my dream car at that! I am a college student so I couldn't afford a big monthly payment and I don't have complete credit but they still made it work. Luke Ealey, the sales managers, and the finance department all tried their hardest to make this possible and it couldn't have gone any better! I ABSOLUTLEY recommend this dealership, especially Luke. I bought a 2013 Silverado 1500 from Colonial during the Memorial Day sale. Aside from the great discount I got, the service Colonial provided was exceptional. I live in Maryland so I was unable to be present to sign any of the paperwork. Joe Pells did a great job finding the exact truck I wanted and then overnighting the package for me to sign. Once I picked the truck up he walked through all the features with me and even synced my bluetooth. I wouldn't buy another Chevy anywhere else.

After having gone to a number of dealers, I stopped at Colonial Chevrolet to look at a vehicle I had seen from the internet. They were to be just a another stop along the way to other dealers. I went in with a price in mind that I thought was fair and reasonable and Colonial came close to what I wanted and a deal was made. Although the sales facilities are being reconstructed, the atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable. There was never any pressure on buying by the salesman nor the manager. The entire transaction from finding the vehicle to picking up the newly purchased vehicle was smooth and painless.

Having had good experiences with their service department, we decided to turn to them first when we wanted to upsize from our 08 Rav4 to a truck. I had done research beforehand and we had decided on an 07 Silverado, so we went to look at it. This was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. I went up to look at a Chevy Captiva 2012 after seeing the listing on their website. I dealt I dealt directly Luke Ealey and was very informative and very laid back no pressure on buying the vehicle. I went for a test drive and Luke explained some key features on the vehicle. The Captiva was missing a cargo net and Luke made sure that i got one. Jim Keefe dealt with me via email and gave me what I consider a great price right off the bat. I had a few dealers that quoted me the full MSRP minus the $7500 federal tax credit. Very misleading and dishonest. Jim gave me my price, showed me all the rebates available and quoted me a bottom line price with the rebates and special financing included. I did have one dealer beat them by $54, but by the time I had spent getting jerked around by the other dealer I was more than happy to give Colonial the extra $54. In fact, at the last minute the other dealer dangled another $300 in my face but life is short, I am not going to reward bad behavior, instead I am going to reward an honest, straight forward dealership. The other dealer told me they hated losing a deal to Colonial and that Colonial was going to hard sell me and push extras on me to pad the deal. Nothing could be further from the truth. In fact, I never set foot in Colonial. That's right, Mr. Keefe brought the car to my house. After spending an hour signing on the dotted line and going over the feature of our new car, we headed down to our Town Hall where Jim helped us with the paperwork and put our new plates on the car. Shop around but I bet you will find you can get the same deal or close at Colonial, and you will save aggravation and have fun buying a car. Thanks Colonial

We found Colonial Chevrolet of Acton on Cars.com and from our very first contact with them they were very helpful, friendly and professional. We are super fussy buyers , we have always bought used cars in mint condition with low miles, pretty much a needle in a haystack that requires much time and effort to locate. We had been to many other dealers that said they had the "cream puff car" that we were looking for only to be disappointed when we arrived. My husband left his office in Springfield and took the 2 hour ride to Acton and it was well worth the trip! The Volvo was just as described, it was raining and dark so he couldn't inspect the paint so they brought the car inside and they wiped it down with chamois , who does that?? Nobody except Colonial! The negotiation was smooth and fair (not like the games we have encountered at other dealerships) and we feel we got a great value for our $$. Luke Ealey, after visiting 10 dealerships, was a welcomed surprise. Above everyone I've met over the last 2 weeks Luke was by far the most friendly engaging enthusiastic person one could imagine. My husband and I walked in to Colonial Chevrolet with a car in mind that we had seen on Cars.com. To my surprise and appreciation, the salesman did not try to upsell us to a higher trim level, we purchased the car we came to see. This is the second time we've purchased from Colonial, the salesmen are great, very accommodating. David made the whole process quick and easy, much quicker than other dealers we've purchased from who keep you waiting hours to make a deal, not here. The only reason I gave facilities just four stars is because the salesmen are in a trailer while their facility gets a face lift, a little too cozy for comfort. One of the salesmen was dropping F bombs while talking on the phone, on a personal call, and sorry, but it made e feel uncomfortable.

They have serviced my vehicle since then, so when it came time to buy new in 2009, it never entered my mind to choose another dealership. Just got a Silverado from Colonial Chevrolet in Acton. I worked with Joe, and he was very helpful, friendly, and not pushy. It was an easy transaction. I got the money I wanted for my trade and a great price on the truck. I will be doing business there again!

We have bought several trucks for our business over the years. Based on the level of personalized service and support we will never buy anywhere other than Colonial Chevrolet in Acton- This is a great family business that cares about the customer. When we visited the dealer they either had the vehicle we wanted or they would get it for us. The price was as good if not better than the mega dealers without the sales pressure on the floor. Because they sell so many trucks they always have the answers to our questions. I feel comfortable recommending these guys. They are not a big flashy dealership which may be why they can be so competitive.

I bought a car here some time ago. The price was good on the car that I was buying. I was trading in a car, that was in primo condition and low mileage. I had to haggle with them for a long time to give me a decent price for my trade. The night before I'm going to pick up my new car, they called me and asked me to come in. They said that their wholesaler couldn't give them a good price for my car so they were offering now much less. They did offer to give me my check back. At this point I had the bank check in hand and just wanted to get the deal over with. They wouldn't come up on their offer. So I bought it, but it was a lousy way to do business. I had the trade in price in writing on the contract, then they changed thier mind. I wouldn't go there ever again.
