when I came in to see Serge and his team at Columbus Auto Resale I was really not thinking that I would driving a car off the lot today. Even though the car I came to see was really not what i wanted, they kept trying until I was happy with it. the staff was great. they really came through for me today, and I am very thankful

When I was ready to buy a car again, a friend referred me to Columbus Auto Resale. My first pretty red car was a Chevy Cobalt. I had tried several and decided on a different car, but the dealer insisted I wait for a better vehicle, and when I returned , this Red Chevy was waiting for me. Still not sure how they knew I wanted a pretty red car, but it was awesome! (Had some little problem with the locks, which they fixed right away--no questions asked.) Nick was great ! Always answered my calls right away, beautiful, pleasant attitude. I had another minor service need which was taken care of quickly and easily. I referred several friends, who all got a new car they were satisfied with and great service. Then I saw this cool Honda Element (Red, of course) when I took a friend to meet them. Had always wanted one, so I tried it out. Hated to give up my first pretty red car, but did. Nick took care of everything: insurance calls, tags, I didn't have to do anything. Nick used the information they had, and I just did the test drive. I love all the guys at Columbus Auto Resale, and will get my third pretty red car there, too.

Serge Devine was very professional and courteous. I spoke to him on the phone and when I got to the lot he had everything ready to go. I was in the perfect car with reasonable payments less than an hour.

Very impressed with the customer service I received from this car lot, i only had 1000$ down and needed a car asap . They got me approved for the jeep I picked out and the payment was inside my budget! I haven't had any issues since my purchase and my salesman Nick was awesome, defiantly ask for Nick when u go in !! Will definitely buy from them again!!

Nick is the perfect Sales Man! I told him what I wanted and he found me my dream car at an affordable price. For a first time buyer, he made me feel comfortable and was very informative.

We stopped at this dealership after visiting a competeter. The first lot we had to find a salesman. He did not have much info on the truck we were looking at. So we left. We stopped at C.A.R. As soon as we started looking at the trucks Nick came out. He answered all my questions on the truck we had been looking at. We took the truck for a test ride and he did not go with us so we could talk. The paper work went without a problem we drove the truck home that day.

They could spend a little more time going over the mechanical aspect of the cars. Mine needed brakes immediately and a code reader detected another issue with the catalytic converter that was fixed at the big brand dealership under Federal manufacturer's warranty. They did try to at least meet me 1/2 way on some of the repair cost even though it was bought as is. Read your contract as they will have you waive your 3 day wait out (change your mind - law.) Otherwise OK - just let they buyer beware with them and any place for that matter.
