EXCELLENT (5*) service!! Our salesman Anthony M. was very knowledgeable of the Honda we purchased. He was very personable, had a great sense of humor and felt that he was genuine in the details and facts of the vehicle. Our experience at Honda of Orland Park was easy and no strings attached from beginning to end. Even the finance side of things with Sean who was also very personable, was straight forward and right to the point. Having many choices of dealers around us, we did travel a distance to (this) Honda dealer and glad that Anthony made us feel very comfortable in making our decision of our purchase here at Community Honda! Great Job! Was not sure why my car was not running smoothly, but Randy questioned me extensively, and they were able to diagnose. I had an excellent experience with Sales Consultant Anthony McNamara from the time I worked in the door until he sent me home in my brand new Honda. Service guy Cameron was very straight forward and called me to discuss whatever was going on with my car and waited to receive permission from me before starting any maintenance. No surprise charges, no extras, just what the car needed and also informed me of what may be needed down the road. Bill was a bit higher than i expected but the car did need a lot and it was done with dealership quality so I'm satisfied.

The best person to work with at this dealership was Stephan, our salesman. He was professional, friendly, had a positive attitude, and offered to help us in any way he could. The out-of-state purchase resulted in our buying a very fine 2014 used Honda Pilot. Two issues: (1) There was no owner's manual, and they had no interest in making sure we had one. Yes, I can buy one on eBay for $30, and that's what I would have done if I had been the manager at the dealership! The communication issue is that they never told us there wasn't one, probably didn't know, and did not respond to the first three calls we made about it. Finally, they said they had one, but it's more like a pamphlet, and they were sending it right away. When it arrived, it was indeed a pamphlet, or a leaflet . . . an advertisement piece features the various Honda models. That's all. (2) The other was also a communication issue. They could have told us it would take three weeks out of four to receive the out-of-state paperwork in order to license the vehicle. With 30 days to get the license, and with my plans to be out of state the fourth week, this was definitely an issue. If they could have at least communicated to me what the expectations are, I wouldn't have stressed about it. By the time I received the title, I had one morning to get my license paperwork on the day I had to leave town. I would have appreciated a clean car when we arrived at the dealership too, since they knew the day before we were arriving from out of state by noon on the day we purchased it. The good thing is that I bought a great vehicle, and when I get my owner's manual (which I had to buy on eBay), I'll finally be able to figure out how to use the navigation and other systems.

Avoid this place at all costs, unless you like being lied to and having your time wasted. My wife and I spent hours at the dealership test driving a car, and when we asked if it was in any accidents the dealer point blank said no and kept trying to shove paper work at us. We went home to think about it, and after running a report on Auto Check we found out it was in a front end accident just last year. And they were trying to sell it like it was new. When I came back the next day to confront them, they said it was my responsibility to figure out if the vehicle was in a crash, not theirs to tell me. I mean...what?Forget this place, you can do better.

I was contacted by Kathy Cortino, their internet Manager. I discussed with her at length my parameters and obstacles in my search for a 2016 Honda Accord EX. A major obstacle was getting more for my trade in of a 2015 Chrysler 200S. She emphatically told me that this specific model was a "hot" demand, and that her dealership had the ability to offer above market prices for this type vehicle. I drove an hour each way, not including my time at the dealer, predicated on what seemed to be a more promising opportunity. I met with the GM (Tim?), and their Sales guy (Steve), and I'm convinced that Kathy never discussed my issues with them. They offered me the same trade in allowance as a previous dealer, and contradicted the assurance given me by Ms. Cortino. She misrepresented herself, and wasted my time. STAY AWAY!

When I was on cars.com looking for a Honda for my sister I came a across 2005 Civic LX for a good price from Community Honda in Orland Park. Some months back I purchased a new CRV from Community Honda and I was extremely pleased with my dealings with them. The salesman, Sean Flatley, was genuine and efficient. Actually it was a pleasant process with this entire transaction (which I used to find quite frustrating). The finance department was a quick process also. Kudos to all of you for this positive experience.

My girlfriend has had four Hondas in the last 12 years. All of which she had serviced at the dealer. She recently had to leave her vehicle for several days due to a very expensive repair. When we asked about a loaner we were told we could pay for one.Now her car is a 2012 and has almost 100,000 miles, but she has been a loyal customer for many years. She will in the near future be purchasing a new vehicle. Probably not a Honda though. This was all brought to their attention and their response was all the dealers do it that way.That isn't so, I have had Hyundais and never had to pay for a loaner. Toyota and Chevy also don't make you pay for a loaner. This is just bad customer service in my opinion.

Wonderful Car buying experience with dealer Larry Patient. I had went to multiple dealers and had a horrible experience, one even held my car keys while saying they were getting my car appraised but pretty much kept me captive not giving my keys trying to get me to buy. With Larry it was straight to the point, he cut all the crap out of back and forth and got me the best deal. The whole process once I decided was very quick. I literally went back to him because he was honest and was a real person instead of a hard sales person. He promised to be there for me when ever I needed him, even when i just come in for general service. I believe him and am happy i purchased from Him. I bought 2008 Honda Odyssey from Orland Park Community Honda and I was pleased with there service till couple of months. When I gave my van for oil change, it took 4 hours to complete the oil change. My van making some noise while applying accelerator (occasionally), so the technician told me that one party s not original, so we have to replace it and they give me 10% discount for that. So I replaced and they charged my about $900.00. After the service, the sound remains and the customer service person told me that bring the van & technician examined the van and noise is due to another issue and I need to pay $1000.00 for that repair and it is risky to drive the van without the replacement. I wasted the $900.00 for nothing and I need to pay $1000.00 more (after the 10% discount). So I stopped going to Community Honda for any more.

I bought a civic hybrid here and then after it crapped out on me (failed battery) I was dumb enough to trade it in (way below value) toward a Honda Civic HF, which I overpaid for. i should have walked out. A few days later when I came back complaining about interior noise (there is a very irritting buzzing noise in the dash and a heater tht sounds like it is on its last leg) I was told that it was normal.

I dreaded having to replace a car I'd driven for years but was forced to replace it when I was hit. At a friend's advice, I went to Community Honda, where I met my salesman, Larry Patient. I was dreading the experience and he made it so easy for me. He listened to what I liked about my old car and in no time had found me a perfect car. Funny, I never would have thought of test driving it, but he suggested I give it a try and it was perfect. Everything about the experience was MUCH EASIER and LESS STRESSFUL than I imagined. Hello, My name is Terrance and I am looking to buy a car. To cut to the chase, My down payment is $10,000 and I wanted a Honda Accord Coupe EX-L First, I talked to someone named Barbera and was asked to fill out an (secure) online credit application. I received a call shortly after doing so saying, "Come down and pick a car so we can continue." I arrive at Community Honda on 9/16/15 at 4:00 p.m. I was then asked (again) to fill out a credit application by salesman Stephan Ristovski . I questioned, why I needed to fill out a second application and was told because the first application was a pre application. I proceed to sign the second application and was asked to initial a part that had nothing to do with me, apply for joint account and later asked to sign for the car. I said, "Let me think about this and I'll get back to you." I now ask for a copy of the Credit Application I signed, but was told by Susan Jimenez, "Under the law (truth and lending act), I can not give you a copy of what you signed." Now, I don't know what business practices Community Honda uses but this is NOT LEGAL. I ask to see the application and clearly at the bottom of the page it says,"CUSTOMER COPY YELLOW" I then asked them to tear the application up. Once again, I was told, "I can't do that." I'm new to the car buying scene so I asked someone in your store about this, "lending act" and was told, "no you are supposed to get a copy of what you signed." as I already knew. Susan then walked over and handed me the AHFC copy of the application and told me to leave because I was harassing the customers. It's unfortunate that first time buyer's, looking to buy a car have to be treated this way.

After a long internet negotiation I was told to come in and they would be the best price I had quoted from another dealer, I told them what it was and was assured the Manager had approved it. They were my local dealer so I wanted to give them the business all things being equal. After going in, I was put on another salesman that I had not dealt with at all and was told this was how it was done. We test drove the car and spent some time there then left for lunch. After lunch I returned with my daughter and wife with the intention of completing the deal. They brought the car around front and we sat in it and were ready to sign. I showed them the email from the GM of the other store that layed out the terms they were aware of and they already said they would beat. 5 minutes later the new salesman came back with a price that was significantly higher than the offer they said the would beat. He also accused me in front of my daughter and wife of deleting part of the email and leaving stuff out!! Needless to say I was done with this salesman and went into the GM's office. I went so far as to pull out my phone and show him the string of emails with the other Honda Dealer that showed all the conversations and terms negotiated. This was no surprise price, I told the internet salesperson the price and she assured me they would beat it when I came in. The GM pulled out his 99 cent calculator, pushed some buttons then left for a few minutes. When he returned he gave me another price still higher than the other dealers that they had said they would beat!! Needless to say I was furious and asked my wife and daughter to go sit in the car while I told them what I really thought of the way I was treated. I left the dealership and went to the other dealership which was 30 minutes farther away and got the car the next day for the terms I was quoted. The next day I called the internet salesperson whom I never got to meet to tell her what had happened and she was appalled and embarrassed! Do yourself a favor and shop at a more reputable Honda Dealership that will not do anything to get you in and lie to you and not honor their word!! ZERO STARS!

I've attempted to purchase a 2015 CR-V at the dealership only to have the original salesman call to a meeting right as we were going to discuss the price of the vehicle, which I found highly unprofessional, considering the original salesperson did all the work. That ended the deal and I purchased the same exact vehicle and another dealership without one problem . Second I brought in my other vehicle recently at 8:30am for maintenance and was told it be ready in 3 to 4hours, then i was told they didn't have the parts and would have to send out for them. Finally I was told my car wouldn't be ready until the next day, but not to worry the mechanic was almost finish and it would be ready first thing in the morning.When I didn't get a call that morning I finally had to call and was told the mechanic hadn't done the work he thought was done, but the car would be ready soon. Finally after a few more calls on my part I FINALLY got my car back at 4pm. Almost 2 days for a few repairs!!! Never again will I bring my car in for service to Community Honda.

I made an appointment on Wednesday afternoon for the next day to view a vehicle, Natalie was very polite and helpful in setting that up. When I got to the dealership I met with the sales manager Dan and he put me in touch with Wayne who was the most laid back person ever. I was in and out in no time with a brand new Pilot off the showroom floor. The staff is beyond professional and friendly and I would highly recommend community to any and everyone. I am not much of a website reviewer but I had to tell everyone about the great experience my wife and I had at Community Honda. This is a top notch dealership and I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of a new Honda or a used car. My wife called in to inquire about a 2012 Honda Odyssey that was posted on their site. She spoke with Barbara who was very open and honest with her about the car, price, etc. So, I went in the next day (3/13/2015) and spoke with Steve Diaz DeLeon (salesman). Steve was great from our first interaction. He was upfront and honest and really made our experience top notch. We went on a test drive and I knew that it was the car for us. I explained to Steve how we were not treated well at Planet Honda so that is what brought us to them today. He assured me that I would be happy with my experience and that I would be treated right at Community Honda. He was right. So, after the test drive, we started the dreaded negotiation process, which I was not looking forward to at all. Steve made it so easy and we were able to agree on a price within 20 min or so. Throughout the process I had some interaction with Ryan (Sales Manager) and he couldn't of been any nicer. We were able to pick up the van later that day since my wife wasn't able to be there in the morning with me. When we were overlooking the van we noticed a little scratch and Steve went right in and ordered us some touch up paint. After we got the van home I noticed that the wireless headphones weren't included. I called Steve and after checking around he called me back to let me know that the headphones were nowhere to be found. So, get this, he is actually personally ordering them for us. What dealer do you know who would personally order 2x of wireless headphones for a customer. I would highly recommend Steve, Ryan and the rest of the Community Honda dealership to anyone who is looking for a new Honda or a used car.

I just purchase a 2015 Honda Pilot from Community Honda. The salesman was Dan Castorena. This was absolutely the BEST experience I've ever had in purchasing a car. Even the dreaded "Paperwork Guy" was great. I can't speak for the other salespersons, but I can state emphatically that Dan was Wonderful. He was also very knowledgeable about the Pilot and explained everything to us in great detail. Even after the deal was closed and we had the car, Dan was more than willing spend as much time necessary to teach us anything we needed to know about the car and told us to feel free to come back at any time we had any questions whatsoever. It was obvious they wanted to go help that VIP customer and we were a waste of time. Needless to say, we will never be doing business with this dealership.

Found the car on cargurus.com. Drove 2 hrs to get there and it was so worth. Would do it again. The lady on the phone made sure the car was put back for me while I drove there. I taken my car in to purchase a new battery, after almost an hour long wait i was told that my car didn't have a battery terminal bolt which was a lie, and i was being charged 9 to 10 bucks to replace the bolt. at which time i inform the sales associate that he was mistaken i was under my hood adding oil and that i had everything in order, then he came back at then told me his mechanic broke my bolt and i was being charged for the mechanics mistake .I totally refused to pay this added amount for the mechanics blunder. and after waiting an additional 15min .the adjustment to the bill reflected the original amount i paid it and left very angry. and never to ever come back.

I purchased an Accord EX-L from Community Honda because my salesmen, Larry Patient was the best. I first visited Community Honda on Saturday, March 29 in the afternoon. The dealership was overflowing with customers. When Larry walked up to me he impressed me with his knowledge of the Honda line-up. He answered all of mine and my wives questions and put our minds at ease. After working up a price, I told him I would come back on Monday, March 31st. On Monday morning Larry called me as a follow up. After a little more negotiations which redefined my out the door price, I purchased a 2014 Honda Accord EX-L. We are extremely happy with our decision.In closing, I've heard that Community Honda is a great dealership, but this is the first vehicle that I have purchased from them so only time will tell how hard they work to retain customer loyalty. I personally purchased from Community because of Larry Patient's personal attention and staying on top of closing the deal. In the past 3 years we have purchased 2 cars from Bob Schmuhl. The first one was a 2011 Accord that my wife fell in love with. I was at work when she had stopped in to Community Honda and met Bob Schmuhl. As she was talking with Bob about cars a new, white Accord was just being delivered to the dealership. She saw and really liked. Bob was able to get her a test drive in that car. She fell in love with it and called me at work to ask me what I thought. The deal sounded good but I was a little leery of the whole thing having never met Bob Schmuhl before and like most people I'm not too quick to trust salesmen. So after I left work I went right over to the dealership where my wife was still talking to Bob and looking at cars. Once I got there and met Bob all my concerns alleviated . What a nice and honest guy and gave us a very fair and good deal on the car. We could not have been happier. Having had such a wonderful experience with my wife's car, when our niece needed a new car we brought her to see Bob right away. We never even considered going anywhere else. I met Larry Patient when I was having my car maintained at Community Honda. He showed me some of the cars on the sales floor. Later, when I wanted to get a new car, I went to Community Honda. Larry was busy, but I met with Jim Doyle. Jim showed me some of the cars that met my specifications and he took me on a few test drives. Jim was very informative and showed me all the key features of the cars. When I saw a car in the parking lot that I liked, Larry Patient drove the car up while Jim was on a test drive with me. Just took my new Honda Accord home - the first new car in 12 years. I dreaded the thought of buying a new car because I found it a very stressful experience. That said, my experience at Community Honda in Orland Park was not in the least stressful. I was met by Barbara Lloyd who was friendly and wanted to make my experience pleasant. She introduced me to Wayne Thompson who led me through the purchasing experience. Wayne was friendly, informative and explained the features and benefits of the style of Accord I was interested in. Wayne led me through a top to bottom explanation - twice! The test drive with Wayne was comfortable and relaxed. We completed the purchase the same day - I was that impressed with the Accord and Wayne. when I went back to pick up my Accord, Wayne went through the features again and helped set up the initial computer systems to operate the car including connecting my phone to the wireless system. My experience was great and I would recommend Wayne Thompson at Community Honda to anyone interest in a Honda.

The service department many times would tell us that we needed work done on our Honda Van that was not needed. They overcharged for any work or service that was performed. They even had us very scared once telling us our Motor mounts were broken and needed to be fixed right away. We took our van right over to another mechanic who told us there was no problem with them. Once we received a notice about a recall with our power steering and when we brought the van in to the dealer they told us that since our vehicle was just over 100,000 miles they would not fix our power steering. The steering wheel was so difficult to turn and it would take me forever to park or pull out of a parking spot. We had several problems with our run-flat tires also. We had to purchase new tires way more often than normal. Once we purchased four new tires for $1200 and 4 months later needed new ones. When we brought the car in for excessive shaking they said we needed new tires. We told them that was impossible since we just bought new tires 4 months ago. They said the tires must have been installed wrong. I told them that they installed them since you can only purchase these ridiculous tires from the dealer. I told them we should not have to pay for the new tires. They finally gave us the tires but did charge us for all the labor. We should not have had to pay anything! This was not our fault. After all the money, frustration and problems at this dealership we decided to buy our next car at Orland Toyota.

I bought a 2013 Honda Pilot with 3K miles on it from Community Honda. They told me all about their quality inspection and how the vehicle was in great shape. I was a bit more trusting than I should have been and did a quick 30mph test drive before buying it. By the time I left it was dark outside on a Thursday. When I got 2 miles down the road the windshield wiper light went on so I had to stop and buy fluid to fill it up. When I got on the highway the vehicle pulled to the left so the next week I had to have the local dealer do a front end alignment (the local dealer confirmed it was misaligned). I live 170 miles away from Community Honda and I parked the Pilot in my garage when I got home that night. The Pilot stayed in the garage all day on Friday and I went to check the fluids/tire pressure/etc. on Saturday morning before I took the family on a trip to IL. I found one tire was missing the valve stem cap (no big deal) and the rear tire had a huge gash in the sidewall. I called Community Honda to let them know that the gash had to be there when I bought it and their initial response was that it had been 48 hours so they couldn't help (at that point it was maybe 36 hours). The second response from a manager was that I must have hit a pothole on the way home. I did not hit anything on the way home. They finally offered to give me a discount on a new tire, but they insisted that I had to drive 170 miles back to their dealership. They knew I wasn't going to make a trip down there when tolls, gas, etc. would have cost me more than the tire. Although I like the Pilot, I'll never buy another vehicle from them again....nor will I recommend any of my IL friends and family.

Gary was polite at first and then became a horrible salesman using tactics that have gone by the wayside decades ago. His pricing on new 2013 cars were more than when the 2013 cars were new. He kept trying to run on tangents about depreciation being passed onto the customer, the slowness and high pay of his mechanics and kept challenging me as the customer instead of trying to hear what my needs were. I will forever tell folks about how awful Community Honda is and will take every opportunity to direct business elsewhere.

I've purchased (3) new Hondas from Community in three years. Paid a little more at Community than other area Dealers quoted on Internet, but Community was closest to home, and want to buy locally. Also figured that I would let Community do all the service work, who better to take care of your new Honda, wrong, wrong, wrong. These are a few of the mishaps I've experienced from the Community Service Department; After picking up CRV from tire rotation finding missing lug nut on right front wheel, again after another tire rotation missing valve stem cap, tools left under the hood after servicing, overfilled and dirty oil after oil change, under filled transmission fluid (was well below low fluid indicator) after trans fluid change, antifreeze reservoir completely empty after full service ( was full when it went in for service). All I can say is check the work for completion when picking up your car, something is broken in the Community Service Department.

Do yourself a favor. Don't buy a used car from this place.. I bought a used Honda Fit and have only had it a couple of months and I can't believe the problems with this car... I have to say the staff was initially helpful when I left my iPass in my old car. the Sales Manager even dropped it off at my house..That's kinda where the fairy tale ends.. I took the car back after 24 hours because the road noise on the tollway was unbearable.. They said the tires were worn on the inside, and they replaced the tires with the crappiest $30 tires you can buy.. one leaked and I had to put air in it every day. On the first day of bad weather I slid onto a curb and went onto the sidewalk and the ABS sent a loud screech and scrape Ive spent $400 on new tires and $300 on brakes and I only had the car two months.. the guy that put the brakes and rotors in said the rotors were completely rusted and seized.. I could have killed myself if I had driven this car and longer like this..The car was scratched up a bit and they slopped on some touch up paint that is coming off, and I had to touch up and wet sand about 10 scratches to make it look decent... the front floor leaks and forms puddles under the mats when it rains.. another leak from a back compartment has the carpeting soaked in the back hatchback area.. the vents are broken on the dash in one spot and don't move back and forth.. the rear passenger cloth liner on the door is peeling off and I had to take an afternoon and repair it myself.. the paint is rubbing off on the trim on the steering wheel.. I called the salesman to complain and it turns out he's not there anymore... The salesmanager is never in when I call, and I always get a promise that someone will call me back the next day and no one has EVER called back... I work a very demanding job and can't afford to be running back and forth to this dealership for every thing so I've had to fix stuff myself.. So far I"ve spent almost $1000 on brakes and new tires, paint, new floor mats that are were ruined and who knows what else... Shame on you Community Honda for selling piles of junk that look nice on the used car lot, and test drive okay around the block.. To sell a car like this means you have no idea and don't car what you are passing off to the consumer..... I would never recommend this place to anyone after this... Lee K

I usually have a very good experience at Coomunity Honda. This time not so much. Jason left before giving me the conclusion of my service issue. I had to find another service person to give me an update. I brought my CRV in because I still heard rattling after they had replaced the catalytic converter shields. Eventually they said no noise was found yet I still hear it. I still would refer folks to Community Honda for service because it is normally better than this day.

Had to have the vehicle towed in for service, and Jennifer from the Service Department called me within a couple hours to let me know that the problem was a bad alternator. The vehicle was ready that evening. Repair was done quickly and the vehicle is now running fine. I have all work done at Community Honda since buying the vehicle there in 2008. The work is always done in a timely manner. I often have Jennifer as my Service Advisor and she is always helpful and keeps me advised as to the progress of the work being done.

I have purchased two Hondas at this dealership and will definitely recommend them. The first time around, I worked with a salesman whom I won't name. He was very helpful and friendly, so I thought I'd go back to him when I was ready again. The second time, I contacted him and inquired about a lease vs. a purchase on a new Honda. He suddenly became somewhat of a swindler, telling me I didn't need a down payment for the low lease payments he was offering, but that he would be offering less on my trade-in. Um, isn't this essentially a down payment? When I called him out on this, he responded in a patronizing way, "well, we need to take money off your trade in for the low payments you want. You do like low payments, don't you?" This was an insult to my intelligence, most likely because I'm a woman. I was disappointed in the way he was speaking with me, so he officially lost this sale, and I ended up going with a Hyundai that time around. Just this past year, I was ready to buy again, so this time I dealt with Dave Osborne. AWESOME experience!! Extremely friendly and helpful. The sales manager gave me the price I wanted for my trade in, as well as a great interest rate and a great deal on the new car! My one complaint this time around: Community Honda payed off my trade in as I still owed some money. I monitored my account online, and three weeks later, no payoff had been received . I called about this, and Nick never returned my calls. Finally, Larry did. He informed me that there was no way they could check on whether or not the check had cleared. I called back and an operator was kind enough to give me the number for accounting. The people in this department were extremely helpful and discovered that the check had been lost in the mail. It was all taken care of then, and they overnight ed the next one. All in all, I'll definitely go back again! For the most part, a great experience.

I had a great experience buying a used 2004 Honda at Community Honda of Orland Park. Both the sales people Anthony and Mark very helpful. I just gave them the information of what I needed. I wanted an economical but reliable car for my son who is in college. I believe I couldn't have gotten a better deal on a car anywhere. These were just really kind and down to earth people-kind of hard to believe from an auto dealer. As a woman, I didn't feel like I was being patronized or talked down to through the whole experience. Some of the dealers that I met on 159th street (the street is packed with them) didn't seem interested in helping us buy what we needed right now which was a more economical car. It will pay off for community honda later when I decide to buy a new car for myself. The other dealers on the street could really learn a lesson from these salespeople.

I Bought a car for approx. $12,000 6 months ago from Community Honda and they sold it to me with two bald tires in the front. I had to purchase two new tires with them last week and had appointment to have them put on and the car aligned. It took 4 hours to complete. They did not charge me for the alignment but they would not give me a receipt of the work that was done and I was not sure what was exactly done. It was a very frustrating experience.

We experienced a problem that put us in an 'emergency' position. Driving unannounced into the dealership we were immediately met with qualified and friendly staff. No names are included because this is outstanding nature of all the staff we have encountered over years of being their customer - for vehicles and vehicular repairs. The necessary part was ordered. An appointment was set up and we received transportation to and from the dealership. We are overwhelmed by the quality of our Honda and the Community Honda personnel. The 'emergency' involved being recently released from spinal surgery and being incapable of more than sitting in the car and on the way to the surgeon's office. This was an experience that put Community Honda to the test and they passed - with flying colors. If this is news to you, stop by and find out for yourself.

Was searching for used mid-sized SUV for some time. Zero'd in on the Hyundai Santa Fe. Community had a 2008 Limited AWD that was super clean. Took it for a couple test drives and worked with salesman Sonny Mondia. Sonny was great and the price was right. It was a high mileage car and had a couple minor issues that concerned me before I made the purchase. I got a phone call from Community Honda of Orland Park today. I guess there is a recall on my Honda Odyssey and they want me to bring it in to be fixed for free. Well, I won't be bringing it in, and here's why: Several years ago I purchased a CERTIFIED USED Odyssey from this location. After a year my husband changed the pollen filter when the maintenance light came on. Since he was under the dash he decided to look at the wiring of the radio because the aftermarket radio (which was installed prior to our purchase) was not working right. Long story short, he discovered we had NO PASSENGER AIRBAG. He called the dealership immediately, and we brought it in the next day. Every time we called in to check on what was going on, we were given the run-around. Finally a day later, a man in the service department called me and told me that it would be approx. $1500 to fix. I then told him I wasn't paying $1500 because they sold the vehicle to me without an airbag. Then a "manager" got on the phone and in a round about way accused my husband of "removing the airbag and selling it on the 'blackmarket'". REALLY?!?! My husband is in no way certified or capable of removing an airbag. There are special technicians for that... There was never an apology, and they stood by their accusations that we had removed it and sold it for money. I was pregnant and 2 days from my due date with our 3rd child, and we needed our van back, so in complete desperation we had them replace it, and were forced to pay for it. But, they gave us a little discount (rolling my eyes), and only had to pay $900. That is all despite the fact that I was pregnant and riding around in the passenger seat all this time!!! I contacted a lawyer and was told that the amount it cost to fix was significantly less than what it would cost to take these bozo's to court. Oh, and the wiring in our van is so messed up, that all our lights on the dash come on, and when we take it in the mechanic cannot figure out what's wrong. His opinion, our van was in an accident where it got pretty messed up, and someone repaired it themselves. Community Honda sold me a Certified Used lemon. In turn causing a constant headache for me and my family of now 6. I can't wait to get rid of our van, but I can promise we won't be getting another from this awful, dishonest, unreliable dealership.

This dealership, and the salespeople that we dealt with went above and beyond all of our expectations. First, they price that they gave us was unbeatable. Secondly, the financing was excellent. Third, we have brought the car back several times for miscellaneous stuff, adding running boards, etc, and each time that we were there we were treated like family. Very pleased with this dealership and salesman. Today I leased my second vehicle from community honda in Orland Park, Il. I was in a rush and Wayne Thompson my salesman was very accommodating. I returned my old leased vehicle which they had to inspect, they showed me a new vehicle that I wanted exactly, test drove the vehicle, agreed on a price and went through financing. At the time when I bought my car, my old cell phone could not be set up with the bluetooth feature. Bob had offered to set up my phone when I purchased a new phone. I gave him a call and he told me I could come right in. He received high ratings from me because he is so helpful and friendly. After the phone was set up, he went through it with me explaining how to use the bluetooth features and gave me the opportunity to practice so that I would be comfortable using this feature.

A white Accord was just being delivered from the factory off of a truck. She saw it and fell in love with it. Bob treated her very nice. He wasn't pushy and was very fair. He gave her a good price on the car. She called me at work and I said I would stop by the dealership after work and we could discuss it. When I got there I was really impressed with what a nice guy Bob was and how he dealt very fairly and friendly with us and was not pushy at all. My wife bought that Accord and loves it. Since then she brought her niece to Bob to buy a new car and she bought a new Civic from him. Also, our daughter who lives in Nevada was looking for a minivan because she is expecting triplets. We went over to talk to Bob because we knew he would be fair and honest. We were looking for a 2012 Odyssey to save a little money since the 2013s were out. But unfortunately Bob said they were all gone. We even talked to him about buying a new one from him and shipping it out to Nevada but he said it would cost too much to ship and probably wouldn't be worth it.What an honest guy! I have been in the dealership a couple of times looking at SUVs and the new Accord and each time we would talk to Bob and he is always the same--friendly, honest and not pushy. My wife and I feel very comfortable shopping for and buying new cars at Community Honda because Bob is a great guy to deal with. We will be back. I have been a previous customer of Community Honda in the past so when I went there I was looking for my former sales man He was no longer there so Mike Naszkiewicz offered to help me. He was very low pressure which I appreciated. I was looking to trade in my 8 month old truck on a Honda fit. I explained that my credit had taken a hit do to some contested workmens comp issues out of my control. He thanked me for being up front and said he would see what he could do to get a low interest rate. After he was abel to return and show me the offer I told him I would like to give it a night to talk it over with my wife. Again he did't try and pressure me and I left; The next day I returned and we sealed the deal. I promised them a down payment and they said I could take the car and bring it {deposit} back the next day, I would also like to include Mike's manager and the gentleman who we signed the papers with as being very professionable. When I brought my first vehicle there [ Honda Element] as soon as it had 3000 mi on it I called service to scheldule a oil change.I'm old school 62 yrs old and even though the service rep said I did't need one I still wanted that oil changed at 3000 miles. He was very patient and explained that I could wait till the icon appeared etc. To make a long story short he could of sold me on a premature oil change BUT he didn't.So that gave me the confidence that in the future I could trust him and the dealership. Since then I have bought other cars from them and I feel you won't be dissapointed with this dealership. Community Honda's service department is by far above other dealerships from my own experience when it comes to getting the required work done right the first time. I'm very comfortable knowing that when I drive away, my vehicle is reliable, and will carry me through to the next service visit when required normal maintenance is required. Jason Siler insures that everything is looked at when the vehicle comes in, and notifies the customer as to what the service technician recommends. He gives a good thorough walkthru as to why the recommended work is needed. Community Honda never does work nor charges the customer for unnecessary work. You could not ask for a better place to service your Honda. Kudos to Jason Siler and Community Honda !

Before I reached the door at Community Honda of Orland Park, I was greeted by a friendly face, handshake and warm smile. Bob Mancini introduced himself, asked why I was visiting Community Honda and how he could help me. One step inside the door, Bob asked if I'd like a cup of coffee, water, etc. And all of this happened before I stated the purpose of my visit. I told him the model and features I was interested in and he immediately checked for availability and offered a test drive. Why was this important to me? Because I had just spent two hours at River Oaks Honda where they lied about having the car I wanted, arranged a test drive on a similar model, then told me there were no 2013 Hondas with Nav systems available in a 7-state radius because it was too new. Instead, they tried to pressure me into buying one of their tricked-out floor models and actually offered to mount a gps on the dash for me. No, I am not kidding. I decided to just keep my old car but my daughter talked me into going to Orland Park where I saw Community Honda and went in on a whim. I am so glad that I did. Bob Mancini was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. There was no pressure, no haggling about price or financing. And I am now the proud owner of a 2013 Honda Civic with Moonroof, Navigation System and in the exact color that I wanted. Thanks Bob!

Traci was very cordial when I entered the office. She asked me why I was there, I told her the seat on the passenger's side was making noise. After, we took a ride in the car she heard the noise and told me she would have a Tech check it out. It was determined the track for the seat on the passenger's side needed to be replaced. She told me she'd call me after she checked whether my certification plan covered this service. She was true to her word, she kept me abreast of the situation she called and gave me the date and time to bring my car in and arranged for someone to pick me up after the car was repaired.

Unfriendly, poor procedure and area for checking in for service. It's never clear "who is next". Customers standing around looking for where to go and who to talk to. Repairs almost always require coming back again to get it fixed. Things as simple as repairing a flat tire. Brought my van in for a flat. Service called saying everything was fine and could not find a leak. Went to pick up the van and tire was flat in their lot. Really?! Last service writer did not listen to what I was expaining about the problem. They always find something else that needs to be fixed or maintained (replace and flush power steering fluid?!)You think I would learn and go to another dealer but this one is so close to home.

Wanted to write and update regarding my recent purchase of a used Honda CRV at Community Honda.First, this is my third vehicle purchased at this Dealership and I could write all day about how WELL AND GREAT my Salesman (Gerald Carducci the best salesman at that dealership in my opinion) and the Finance Manager (Pat Kennedy) have treated me the guys who value your trade that is another story but Gerald and Pat are the best!I have also used Community Hondas Service Department to maintain each vehicle I have purchased and while I have had my ups and downs with them they do a great job of providing you with a detailed explanation and price estimate before they begin their work and if there is something found after the work has begun that needs attention they will discuss it with you AND NOT FORCE YOU to have the extra work done I speak from personal experience as well as observing how the other Service employees work with their customers as I wait for my vehicle when it is serviced.I have shopped at Honda on Grand and Honda of Lisle before coming to Community Honda and they are hands down the best group of people to work with.Michael

I had visited another dealership before going to Community. They treated me horribly and lied to me continuously. The sad part was they they were right down the street from my house.Visiting Community Honda was a night and day difference from the other dealership.1. I was able to meet Barb who deals with internet sales. At the other dealership the woman I was dealing with on the internet and phone wouldn't even come out of her office!2. We were offered beverages repeatedly at Community Honda - the other place NOTHING3. Jim was very knowledgeable about the car I wanted to buy and showed us EVERY feature available even though it was January and it was COLD outside. - the other salesman at the other dealership kept calling the vehicle I wanted to buy a Quest....for those who don't know THOSE are Nissan NOT Honda.(that is poor selling!)4. The other dealership lied to me about pricing and the break down of the sale. - At Community Honda Jim, Barb, and Tony were up front an honest and Tony explained everything straight forward5. There was NO pressure at Community Honda they explained our options and left the decision to us, we even left and called back 2 hours later. The other dealership just wanted us to sign, didn't care about our objections or the questions I kept asking.6. The finance manager was friendly and straight forward and explained our options completely and answered all questions that we had.I was extremely happy with all of the staff and service at Community Honda. If I am ever in the market for another Honda I know where I am going and if I know anyone looking for one I will certainly send them to Community Honda!!

I purchased a used 2004 Honda Accord from them. The sales staff was very helpful to me. I test drove a Civic and a Toyota Corolla but felt cramped in both. I asked the salesman if they had an Accord or a Camry in stock. They had the Accord, so test drove that and liked it. Haven't had any maintenance other than regular oil changes done there, but they post what their competitors charge for routine maintenance and they're competitively priced.

I recently purchased a new CRV. I LOVE this car! Everyone at Community Honda was very helpful and friendly. The sales manager, Terry, kept me updated on locating my "dream" car. Frank, the salesman with whom I mostly dealt with, was very nice, cooperative and patient. He was willing to answer any questions I had - not intimidating at all! :) Frank was also extremely knowledge about the CRV - I never realized how many "bells and whistles" the car had until he showed me. A few years ago, my '97 Pontiac Grand Am died of old age and my late mother's '95 Olds 88 needed a cost-prohibitive repair (brake line rusted out) within a few months of each other. I'd known for some time my next car was going to be from a Japanese maker. My friend's mom had an '86 Corolla from the time they moved on our old block (about fifth grade) until he graduated from college. I did some searching online and found several vehicles at different dealers. My sister and brother-in-law recommended Community Honda because they'd had a good experience there, purchasing her Odyssey minivan. The sales staff could not have been more helpful. After I test drove the Corolla and Civic I'd looked at online, I told them I'd felt cramped and asked if they'd had a Camry or an Accord. They had the Accord (2004), which I test drove and purchased. I haven't had to take it in for any major repairs (knock on wood), but have taken it back to the dealer for a couple of oil changes.

I'd like to thank Jennifer in service for her incredible service. Our family was victim of fire damage due to the home next door burning to the ground. Our Odyssey needed an oil change before we left for a family members 90th b-day party in the Detroit area planned before the fire.As we don't know how many more birthday's our Uncle will be able to celebrate we felt the need to still travel. My husband needed to meet with contractors and county surveyors the day of departure. Our van needed an oil change for a safe trip to Detroit with our three young children. She listened to my story and proceeded to put us at the top of the list. My husband was able to get our service done quickly and still meet with the people in charge of getting our house back in livable condition so that we could meet with our extended family to celebrate such an amazing milestone. We had some issues with a car we used on Memorial Day weekend, I called the day I bought the car and they were quick to say to bring it in and they scheduled me for an appointment. My appointment was May 31, 2012 came I get there and Randy tells me there is no appointment in the system. I explained to him that I have called the service department 3 different times and they assured me I had an appointment and that I just drove an hour to get there. He says they can still see my car, after an hour of waiting ( I checked in around 4:20p) I ask Randy if he has an update on my car he says that a certified mechanic has to look if there is one available, I then asked for a drive to Culvers since I was still waiting with my son, I think the porters name was Doug he was very nice and friendly, took us. We came back to the service Department at 7:30pm and at this time no had seen my car (no one had called me to tell me this, I could have been sitting in the waiting area til they closed and would not have known what was going on if I didn't ask). Then a Steve( I believe that's his name) he was very apologetic yet annoyed gave me a loaner car and said he would make sure the car was done by Friday and it was. If it wasn't for the porter Doug I would have given them a 2 on friendlyness because it seem that I was more of a bother than anything else that day. I know people have bad days but when you are in the customer service industry you can't be that way. If I lived close I would have my car serviced there because once they do the work they were very good, but the customer service can use some work. Geana

We went to Community Honda in Orland Park looking to compare the new Honda CR-V with the 2013 Mazda CX5 and the Kia Sportage. It was Memorial Day and the sales staff was generally busy, but we were greeted quickly and soon introduced to Bob Schmuhl, who was friendly and easy to work with. Bob made the whole process from start to finish very easy, not to mention the CR-V helping to sell itself by exceeding our expectations in most categories. After browsing the selection of vehicles, we test drove the particular CR-V model we were interested, and compared it with the new Honda Crosstour. The dealership was closing early as it was Memorial Day, so Bob assured us that the car we wanted would be ready to drive off the following afternoon. 24 hours later, and my Mom loves her new car, and we wouldn't have changed a thing about the overall experience. Friendly salesman, easygoing staff, and a generally quick and easy turnaround means we will surely be return customers of Bob & Community Honda.

On Memorial day, I went out, with my son, to test drive cars and hopefully find one that I liked. Even though they were extremely busy, Bob Schmuhl went out of his way to make me feel like I was the only customer. He was very attentive, very knowledgeable about the vehicles at Community Honda and offered any car for me to test drive. I tend to keep my cars for a long time and hope to keep my Honda CRV for more than 123,00 miles like my Ford Explorer. I took my Honda to this dealership because of a Honda recall. When I got in my car and drove away a rattling noise started in the steering wheel column and it was non-stop. I took the car back and explained the problem. Two hours later I was told the mechanic did not hear the rattling on the test run but did find a loose screw and tightened it. Tightening the screw fixed the rattling noise. The service department did not take ownership of this mistake nor did they apology for having me return for more service and wait another two hours for my Honda be fixed. BTW the reason the mechanic didn't hear the rattling noise was because he had the air conditioning blasting on the test run.

We were very pleased with the Service Dept. at Community Honda. We brought our 2003 Odyssey in because blower and air conditioning stopped working. Our service advisor Randy Pribyl was able to explain the possible causes of the problem and give us an estimate of the cost to repair. Randy was a former technician, and his diagnostics of problem turned out to be very accurate. We were very pleased with the repair price. Service was friendly and we were kept up to date along the process. Now the air conditioning is working great! Or as Randy told us, "It's blowing out ice cubes!"The Randalls

After about a week a saw the price dropped to $5200 so i called joe to make an appointment and see what the best deal he could give me was and he got e out the door for $5600. I brought my car to the dealership on Friday, April 20, 2012 at &:20 P.M. for a 7:45 P.M. appointment to have tires rotated, oil change and free car wash. I was told it would take approximately 1 1/2 hours. The work was completed at about 10:08 P.M. The wait time was excessive. Steve Surma was a great help to us when my CRV needed repair. He also noticed that I had not had my recall corrected so he made sure that was done also. He let us know what to expect and kept us informed every step of the way. I could go to Joliet and have my Honda serviced there, which is alot closer, but I have chosen to go to Tinley Park to Community Honda for my last three Hondas mainly because of the mechanics but also because I have had a lot of nice people helping me. con artists. Plain and simple. I called on a vehicle listed online. Asked if it was available, was told it was. According to thier website they have had this vehicle since October of 2011. good price, good looking car on online profile. I have them get vehicle ready, and run my credit to get approval before I even make the 1.5 hour journey there to go see it. I am told just before I leave that everything is great, and they are just waiting on me to come see the car and sign paperwork. I get there and the car is now where to be seen. They proceed to tell me how "sorry" they are but it all of a sudden is showing a check engine light, and come to find out it has a sludged up engine. they cannot sell me the car, then they try to put me in a POS Honda accord that has been put through the wringer with a cracked dashboard, and beat up interior and try to ask me to buy that instead, and ask me for more money on top of it! Insult to injury they keep trying to tell me how "honest" they are being and "had the light come on as I pulled away in the "broken" vehicle that I would have been stuck with a bum car for the next 4-5 yrs.." I think not! And to top it all off, neither one of them could look me in the eye the entire time! Steer clear of this place people! Personally I think They should have offered to pay my $50 in gas I wasted going there, and for my time!

I traded in my Civic Hybrid because of several problems with the battery and engine lights going off. It was only 2 years old. Each time I went in I was kept waiting for several hours. The last time i came in my civic had been in the service area for 2 hours but no one had even looked at it. After I complained the service manager stepped in and took care of it. In the end I bought a new civic and traded in the hybrid. The new civic has problems with a rattle in the dash but Community Honda refused to acknowlege the problem even though it is quite noticeable. The technician said it was normal road noise but there is definitley something rattling. Evetone who rides in my car notices it. For now on I will take the car to Joliet Honda. They have a better service department. I am just disappointed that there was no honeymoon period for my new car. It started rattling after only 25 miles. I also discoverd that I really got soaked on my trade in.

I recently purchased a 2012 Honda Civic from Frank Cleveland at Community Honda in Orland Park, IL. Frank was very knowledgeable about Civics and really listened to all my questions about the car. The negotiation process with Frank and the General Manager, Joe Vanerio, was quick and an excellent experience. Community Honda ordered the exact car I wanted and received it about a month earlier than originally expected! Frank took the time explain all the functions of the car and even showed me how to set up the Blue Tooth phone a week after I purchased my Civic. I currently own a 2003 Honda Accord that was purchased from Community Honda, and I am currently the first owner. I was in the market for a 2012 Honda Pilot EX-L, and had emailed the internet manager ( Ron Prochut ) on the current pricing, incentives, and financing that was available. I received a prompt response within 30 minutes, as to the required information I was requesting. I met with Ron Prochut, and Frank Cleveland upon my arrival at the dealership. We looked at and test drove the Honda Pilot. Knowing the reliability of Honda, and my current experience, we preceded with the writup of the vehicle for take home delivery. The paperwork was processed promptly, and the vehicle was prepped during that time. Frank Cleveland covered all options on the vehicle, and was not satisfied until ( I ), the consumer was comfortable with all the features that the Pilot had to offer. Frank did a thorough job in insuring that everything meet my satisfaction prior to departure. Frank followed up with a few phone call afterwards to insure if I had any questions that he would be able to answer. This dealership applied NO Pressure to my buying and insured that I was satisfied with my needs. The staff at Community Honda is BEST in CLASS. This is why I went back to them after 8 years to purchase another Honda. Their service staff for maintenance is TOP Notch, and they are honest and loyal in the work that is required for your vehicle. I arrived at Honda between 7:30 and 7:40 am on Tuesday January 2. for a lube job.I finally left at 9:20 AM. Over 1 1/2 hours. This has happened a few times in the past. This is the first time I am writing about it. Why am I waiting 1 1/2 for a lube job that cost me 35.00. My time has value. I could go to any lube place and maybe pay the same but get out in 10-15 minutes.I also own a Dodge Caravan. The Dodge dealer charges me 39.00 for three lube jobs...and I am in and out in less than 1/2 hour.I left Honda very upset....why am i going to Honda for a lube job?

I needed a new vehicle and was very hesitant to work with a dealership as I have two small children, not a lot of time to waste haggling over price and didn't want to be taken advantage of. I was more than pleased with the process of working with Community Honda in Orlandpark. Throughout the entire process I think I was genuinely treated fairly. Having done my research beforehand (3 months of searching), I identified the vehicle at Community Honda as being the best relative value comparatively to the other offerings available, both by dealerships and private party. They {Eddie] honored the initial sale price quoted me without having to haggle or jerk me around or "needing to check with their manager." They gave me a fair value for my trade in as well. In total, the process took 90 minutes from the time I arrived until I left with keys in hand...including a meltdown from my 2 year old. The next time I'm in the market for another vehicle, I'll strongly consider Community Honda first.

I have been coming to Community Honda since 1992, specifically for their Service Department and having the pleasure of dealing with Jennifer Miller. I bought my first Honda in 1978, consequently dealt with three dealerships, and never had experienced the level of quality service provided by Jennifer. We currently own four Hondas ranging from a 1992 Accord to a 2007 Pilot. Jennifer is incredibly flexible with accomodating our schedules when bringing in our vehicles for service. My 22 year old daughter brings the '92 in for service and is very diligent with this process. Neither she nor I have any hesitiation with sending her in with the vehicle as Jennifer is always very friendly and patient, continually sitting with her and explaining in detail the service needs of the vehicle. Jennifer is always available to us by phone and has always contacted us to explain in detail any needed repairs, safety concerns, and cost involved before servicing any of our vehicles. I am constantly impressed with the quality and high level of communication which Jennifer maintains with the Service Technicians. She is very knowledgable, yet questions and ensures the necessity of any repairs. The quality of work has always been exemplary, and we have never had issues after repairs have been made to any of our vehicles. Jennifer is also very conscientious with cost. She independently investigates alternatives, shares options with us, and is always honest with her assessments and with the facts. Jennifer always makes an attempt to share coupons with us that we may not have immediate access to at the time of payment. Her estimates have always been either accurate or higher than the actual final cost. Furthermore, service to our vehicles has always been completed in a timely manner, usually being completed earlier than expected or on time as promised. Jennifer Miller has always gone above and beyond with her customer service. She is friendly, courteous, knowledgable, easily contacted and concerned about her customers. Based on my personal experience, Jennifer Miller has been the best representative of Honda that I have ever encountered in my 33 years of dealings with Honda, and that I've had the pleasure of knowing. My wife and I have dealt with her for years, and have found her to be very trustworthy and communcative, and she seems to put the customer first. Appointment time was 12:30. Vehicle sat in an outdoor holding area for more than a hour after the appointment time. Once the vehicle entered the shop, it sat apparently unattended (hood up, work light in engine compartment but no activity) for a long time. It appeared from observation as if the mechanic actually had 2 vehicles in his care at the same time. About 3:00, I asked the consultant for an update and was told that the hood cable was "probably" stretched and the hood latch was rusted (with all that grease on it? I don't think so!) and needed replacing. I opted to replace the hood cable and clean and adjust the latch (it looks shiny and new). The "book rate" for these 2 jobs is exhorbitant!I have been considering moving my maintenance and repair business from Napleton due to convenience. After an 11 year relationship with Napleton (vehicle is a 2003 bought from them and service frequency will only increase), they still very actively pursue my business through reminders and service coupons. Community does not seem to do this. I think I my well reconsider making that move.

It was my first time going to Community Honda for any type of service. I bought my Honda used from a private party owner. I took my 2008 Honda Civic in for an oil change. And the nice young service advisor greeted me right away inside the service garage. He walked around the vehicle with me and found a few scratches and paint chips on the rear bumper. He advised me that community honda offers free body repair estimates. I didnt know that any dealership did that ! So i got a free estimate on damage to my vehicle i didnt even know about!! And then Matt said he would get me in for an oil change and reccomended to change out the transmission fluid and rotate the tires. He explained the benefits to me of doing these services. And he also answered all of my questions. He got me out of the service department earlier than the time he promised! Thats 5 stars in my book! Overall it was a pleasant expierence having my vehicle serviced at Community Honda. The young service advisor made it a pleasant comfortable expierence ! This dealership also offers free car washes and has a pleasant waiting room! The cashier was very courteous ! I will definitely return for service and i'll make sure I see Matt Krugman!

Went to get oil change and automatic lock fixed. The dealer informed me that it would be $100 to diagnose the problem, but that $100 can be applied to repair costs. At the end, they charged me $250 for about 1 hour of labor plus costs. Service manager did not want to tell me how long it actually took to repair the car.Plus, they charge 5% of labor for "service fees" which I was not informed of upfront. I wish my business could add 5% to the cost of everything for service at the end. All the employees had the attitude as if they were doing me a huge favor by repairing my car. Jason Glenn, the service advisor, is particularly greedy.

Eddie's attention to detail and patience with all of my questions was much appreciated. He honestly worked with me for over 3 months, beginning with an email inquiry I sent online, follow-up calls and emails and 2 visits to the dealership! Needing to trade in my old Accord sooner than later, I researched all of my options carefully, debating whether to buy new or used and if I should buy another Honda. Eddie presented different vehicles and options for me to consider, while being mindful of my credit, low down payment, lower trade-in value for my 2000 Accord LX (250,000+ miles), my need to buy an affordable car at a lower % rate that would fit my kids comfortably AND my need for great gas mileage and lower monthly payments. We bought our Honda mini van and truck brand new from this dealership. Our sales guy was nice (although I heard he is gone now) and the price was ok on both vehicles. The part that is HORRIBLE IS THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. My van only has 45k miles on it but I have had to bring it in several times for weird things. Each time, they told me there was nothing wrong with it and to take it home. I brought it in for tire rotation and it took 3.5 hours, when they originally said it would take 45 mins. One time I brought my van in and told them that I thought one of the tires was leaking. After 30 mins they told me nothing was wrong and to take it home. On the way home, one of the tires died on me...nail in the tire. Also, we use to have run flat tires on our van and have done everything by the book service wise. When I brought it there, they were basically yelling at me because I didn't rotate my tires (they were the ones that supposedly rotated them). Turns out, Honda run flats are now being sued because the tires are BAD. Shouldn't they know that?So, I finally brought my vehicle to another dealership and they fixed everything I had originally said was wrong in one day! They told me they are unsure why Community Honda couldn't have fixed these issues and even called over to get my service record. DO NOT GO TO COMMUNITY HONDA -- EVER!

I bought a 2011 Pilot and it was the best experience I have ever had with buying a car. My salesman was Thomas Maloney and every question I had he answered. He made the process very pleasant and quick. They were also very fair with the trade-in. When it is time to buy again it will be with community honda and Tom Maloney.

The few times I've had to bring my 1997 CRV with 250,000 miles in for service, I have had a great experience with Community Honda. Employees are very friendly, helpful and know what they are doing. I have received a loaner car when a part was being shipped and I have received a ride to the mall while my repairs were being done. This is going beyond great service in my opinion. I will always bring my Honda here for service!

I walked into Community Honda with my friend for the first time and there is where I met Frank Cleveland who sold me my 2010 Honda CR-V that evening on 10/28/10. If it wasn't for the wonder Mr. Cleveland I would not of bought the wonderful CR-V that I currently have and never been so happy with. I love my new car. He has been checking up on me to make sure everything is going well for me as well as for the vehicle. He also convinced me in purchasing the package deal to protect my car which I agreed as I plan on keeping my new car forever. I just love it. I have been purchasing my own vehicles for over 20 years,having owned several different makes and models of cars, and I have found a gem of a dealership with Community Honda. I bought my 1st odyssey in 2006 and was introduced to and served by Frank Cleveland, my salesman. The dealership is very consumer friendly and always has a large inventory to choose from. All of the employees, including the service department, are very helpful. I have complete confidence in their service department and always go to Community Honda to get my cars serviced. The sales staff are friendly, but one individual salesman,Frank Cleveland, outshines them all, in my humble opinion. I have purchased 4 cars,2 odysseys, and 2 civics from Frank, and for every single purchase he has gone out of his way in making each purchase a very pleasant experience. But his interest in my cars does not stop after I drive away. He always asks how the car is performing and is interested in the reason I am servicing my vehicle. I could go to a dealership closer to my house, but I feel that because of Frank's attention to details and his honest concern for my satisfaction, I will continue to patronize Community Honda. As a matter of fact, I am anticipating another pleasurable experience as I purchase my 3rd odyssey today. How many times can other buyers say that? I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Community Honda for anyone in the market for new hondas or any used cars - and SEE FRANK!

My wife Sally and I decided that we needed a vehicle that was a little smaller than the Van that we were driving so started looking around and a daughter recommended that we look at a Honda CRV AS another daughter had one and liked it. we happened to see one at a gas station and asked the owner if she liked it and she was very pleased with it and she gave me the sales man's card that she had with her so we visited him at Community Honda of Orland Park,IL. His name was Jerry Leveque so we called him to take a look and he was very nice on the phone so we decided to take a look. he was there ready to show us a new 2011 SRV and explained all of the features and we even took a test drive. we liked it. he was very thorough and made us very comfortable so we said that we would be back.the next day we were and started talking price and he further explaind all of the features in detail and we were impressed the ammout of time Jerry was willing to spend with us to explain all the features. he worked hard to come up with a deal that we were happy with and we decided to buy. all went well and Jerry followed thru and arranged for us to bring the vehicle back for installation of a couple of dealer options that we selected,loaner vehicle and all. Community Honda is a well run dealership.we are a very senior couple that have purchased quite a few new vehicles and this was our nicest experience. Jerry Leveque was great!

I've just had the most pleasant experience for a leasing a new vehicle from Community Honda of Orland Park. I was on a time sensitive schedule as my current lease from another car manufacturer was expiring on Saturday. I contacted Community on a Wednesday morning and spoke with Eddie Bilo. I gave him my requirements and he got back to me within an hour with confirmation that he had a vehicle that met my needs and pricing parameters. I met with Eddie and Wayne Neven that evening to view the vehilce and go over the pricing. Both Eddie and Wayne were courteous and very professional and were able to answer all of my questions. On Thursday I test drove the Honda Pilot that I have now leased. Wayne took the time to explain all of the features on the Pilot and how to use them. I was able to pick my Pilot up on Friday afternoon and Wayne again went through the Pilots features in more depth to make sure that I knew how to opeate them. I will certainly be looking to Community Honda of Orland Park for my future car needs.

We didn't have to haggle on a price! They gave us a good price right from the start.Very friendly! I would highly recomend them. We will be using them for service, but I can't comment on that dept. as of yet. No dissappointments!!! We used Honda website to contact 4 dealers for price. They were one of two to contact us within 24hrs. All prices from each dealer were within $100.00. However, since we had previous contact via internet, they gave us great price after we came in for a test drive. I did my research before we shopped. The final price was way under what i was expecting to pay, so we purchased the extended warranty.

Jim Lojas provided excellent customer service and the original and last finance manager I spoke with corrected the problem. I am not happy with the finance rate I received. We made our second purchase last year at Community Honda. We have an '03 Odyssey which is still great (100,000 miles now) and purchased a Fit last year. I went to a couple other dealers and received the best and most friendly service from Community. One other dealer, not having a Fit with manual transmission, or not able to find one since the 2010s would be coming out soon, was very pushy trying to sell me a Civic, which I didn't want. Community found the Fit I wanted and the price was very fair. No sales pressure, no pushing the warranty, their financing or options. Everyone was very friendly, the whole process was quick and painless, and I got exactly the Fit I wanted. We take both our Hondas there for servicing (so far just routine maintenance, we haven't had any serious problems)and service is very good. Only complaints are that sometimes service takes a little longer than they estimate and they have a very poor choice of reading material. I have learned to bring a book.
