A long time a go I purchased my first vehicle from Compton motors, It was 10 minutes after closing and they hung around to help me with questions on a truck, they were so friendly and in no rush that I came back the next day to buy it. There after sale commitment to you is amazing. Since that day I have come back to Compton to purchase several more vehicles that are affordable and reliable including one for my daughter. It’s refreshing to see a car dealership care for you not just as a customer but as a Compton family member.

Love the dealership. I bought an SUV from them (Honda Pilot). They are transparent, truthful, and trustworthy. Jon and Terry were so great. I love them more because of their friendliness, they accommodate all races, they don't discriminate. Everyone in the office and customers are regarded as family. I will always buy vehicle from them when I need one, and will be introducing people to them.

My wife and I spent 5 days straight looking for a mini van in good condition for our growining family that we could pay out right. We saw a Mazda MPV on sale at Compton motors and thought we would see our dream car be smashed up or too rusted or not in our budget. Well we were wrong came in gave it a test drive talked with the owner and salesman they worked out a deal we couldn't pass up and solved our car shopping nightmare. ........Thanks Compton motors. We worked with Jon and he made the buying experience easy. We went in on a weekend to test drive a vehicle we found on Cars.com, put some money down that day and came back a week later to finish the deal. He had the car cleaned and detailed for pickup and it was looking great. The only thing is while driving off the lot in my newly purchased vehicle the empty gas tank light was on - it would have been a cherry on top to send me off with a full tank of gas. Overall, a great experience and the cars performing as expected. Thank you!

I was in a bit of a tight spot, needing a car very quick for a good price. Compton Motors was exactly that an more. I was able to come in, test drive the car, and drive away in less than an hour and a half. Also, since this was my first purchase with a dealer, John was very helpful in answering questions, and Terry gave great advice on how to make the car last. Excellent dealer that I would recommend to anyone!

I'd found this dealership as a happy accident. I was in the market for a particular model and discovered they had one in stock. Jon ( and Terry) were a pleasure to work with, and knowledgeable on the cars on their lot. Jon even managed to get me financing through my own credit union at a better rate than i was offered directly from my loan department. Quick "sign and drive" I hope and expect to have this vehicle for years to come, for for those looking to buy, they are worth a visit

I found a vehicle online from Compton Motors that looked interesting and dealer response to inquiry was prompt. Met with Terry same day during a snowstorm and vehicle was inside when I arrived to allow a thorough lookover out of the weather. Terry was a no pressure salesperson that thoroughly went over vehicle features and described all work that went into the vehicle in prepation for a new buyer. Vehicle was exceptionally clean and well prepped for immediate use. Terry arranged financing for my daughter as a first time buyer and took care of all other transactions necessary for an out of state purchase. It was a very smooth process and Terry was most pleasant to work with. We purchased a good vehicle at a fair price through a seamless though well explained process. Highly recommended!

We bought a vehicle for our son and Terry and Perry were so helpful, honest, and had the highest level of integrity throughout the whole process. They were very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. Showed flexibility and patience. We had looked at other dealers and cars, and were disappointed with what we had seen and experienced... but we were immediately impressed with the level of discussion and interest that Terry and Perry showed in our business. I knew exactly what I was looking for. The van I purchased from Compton Motors was it. They made the transaction easy, and even held it for me for a week with a small down payment. Perry met my wife and I at the train station when we came to pick it up. It was even nicer than what they had told me! They had all my paper work ready, and I was on the road heading home in less than a half hour! I would HIGHLY RECOMEND doing business with Compton Motors.

After test driving a few less than satisfactory used cars at other dealerships we found this dealer just a few miles across the WI border. The dealership is quietly unobtrusive, but the cars they have are well cared for, the atmosphere is friendly and honest, and the whole experience was pleasant. I purchased a used Toyota Matrix from Compton Motors a month ago and have been nothing but happy with my purchase. I would buy from them again.

After a frustrating process of looking for a car for my wife, we found Compton Motors. What a breath of fresh air! Very nice, no pressure, and a well maintained inventory. Our salesman Perry jumped through hoops for us to make sure we were satisfied. A minor issue came up, but they made sure all was taken care of. I received a call a week later checking to see how we were enjoying the car. The owner Terry runs a top notch dealership built on customer service and it shows. I will be using them for future service and will recommend them to my family and friends. Do your self a favor and see these guys for you next vehicle purchase!!!

this was a pleasant car shopping experience, the salesperson was very kind, they did not hover over you , immediately came out to greet us and when we explained what we were looking for and our price range he took us straight to the vehicle's that we could afford and asked if we would like to test drive either of them , none of that hassle like most dealers where they have to drive or come along. We drove about an hour from Illinois to come see and buy a car we liked when searching for a used car. These guys are not your typical car dealer. They are fair, they know their inventory and mostly they are honest. Never had a better car buying experience. Great job Compton Motors!

We drove from LaCrosse, WI to see a low mileage, used van that seemed to be in good condition. We bought it in good faith and so far are very happy with the vehicle. We had to use a good deal of blind trust that the dealer was honest and are very satisfied with them, and our purchase. We would buy from them again!
