Traveled over 2 hours to see Mel. Bought Ford Fusion Hybrid. 1st purchase with this dealership and will come back next time. I sent a request for information online late Monday night. Mel called Tuesday morning... and saved the car for me until I got there 15 minutes before closing the office. Thanks again Mel!

With our growing family, we were looking for a 7-passenger vehicle and more cargo capacity. Conestoga Motors both of the vehicles we were considering. Mel was a patient and deferential salesman, allowing us to talk through and test drive as much and as long as we needed. We decided on the sportier Mazda CX-9 over a minivan. I will definitely try to do business with this fine Christian company again.

The overall experience of buying a car from Conestoga Motors was great. The 2 salesmen we dealt with were knowledgeable and very low pressure. I don't think we could have had an overall more positive experience. I would definitely return to Conestoga Motors the next time we are looking for a pre-owned vehicle and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a clean car and experienced salesmen.

Was looking for a used hybrid within 100 mile radius of Lancaster area. Decided to go with 2012 Lexus CT200h. Conestoga Motors got the best pricing on this particular model. Went to look at the car, & was very surprise with its condition - looks almost brand new. Felt very comfortable during my transaction, & everything went smoothly. There were no hidden fees, conditioning fees, we don't have the title, wrong pricing, that was just internet pricing, etc. Highly recommended! Would definitely tell friends & others.

First time buying a car from a used car dealer so was a little nervous. But when I got there Gerry put me at ease. No pressure, had the Carfax waiting for me. I also had to wait for my insurance check to clear and they held the car for me with no questions asked. No pressure to buy extended warranties or other stuff traditional dealers throw at you. I would definitely go back.

Jerry and Mel are simply the best! We have bought several cars from them and they are the only dealership we will consider. Their cars are always immaculate and look like they came off the showroom floor. They have a warranty policy that is above reproach. They always fix any problem with the cars. If the repairs are going to take more than one day, they will give you a loaner car. The first vehicle we bought from them was a Ford Explorer. It had a strange noise coming from the back that they could not figure out. They even put 4 brand new shock absorbers on to see if that was the problem. They did not charge us for any of the parts or labor. The next time we needed a car, we told them what we were looking for and they handed us several sets of keys and they let us take our time with the test drives. After a recent car accident that totaled our car, we knew there was only one place to go. We just brought home the 5th car that we bought from them and hope to soon bring home a 6th one. They are keeping an eye out for an SUV. We could not be happier with their service and we have referred several of our friends and family to them.

Excellent used car lot to purchase a used vehicle. Gerry was extremely professional and knowledgeable in explaining all the features available in the van I was looking at. Absolutely no pressure from Gerry while looking at and test driving the vehicle. He knew all the features of this van in a lot comprised of numerous makes and models. I highly recommend and will go back to Gerry and Conestoga Motors if I'm in the market for another used vehicle.

Once in a great while, you will come across an auto dealership that makes purchasing a vehicle a dream come true...... no stress, no hidden tactics, no tricks, no gimmicks...........Just 100% honesty and sincerity. I am in the market for a vehicle and I stumbled upon Conestoga Motors and the owner, Gerry. Started off with a simple question for him and he was extremely informative and precise. Having purchased 54 vehicles in my lifetime from dealerships, guess how many individuals I have met with this kind of sincerity? If you said about 10% then you are correct. Trust me when I tell you, Gerry at Conestoga is super! This is a place you want to purchase a vehicle from! He was able to meet my offer, even taking a lessor profit on his vehicle to sell it to me. Unfortunately it did not have all the options I wanted, so I had to pass on the vehicle. But every single day I check out his listings to see if he has a new vehicle that meets my wants and needs in my next vehicle. Why do I go out of my way to do this? Simply because Gerry's buying process is insanely easy and he is a top tier person, not just an owner or salesman. He is genuine and honest and with as many vehicles as I have purchased in my lifetime, I really want to purchase a vehicle from Gerry because he has morals, values, and cares about his business AND the customer. You don't find this everyday, and so I am hoping to not only be able to purchase a vehicle from him at some point, but that this review will inform others enough about Gerry and his dealership to give him a try and become as impressed with them both as I am. When buying a vehicle..... you want to be treated fairly and feel like your business is wanted............. Gerry makes you feel this way. I suggest just giving him a try and I don't think you will ever be unhappy that you did.

My wife and I were interested in buying a Chrysler Town & Country. We'd been shopping for awhile at other dealers. The other cars were either in poorer condition or overpriced. Jerry, Out salesman, was very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. The one we picked from the website was better than advertised. We made the buy at a very fair price compared to others. Well worth the scenic drive. I have confidence in the van and thank God for guiding us to the right place and person. Hard to go wron at Conestoga.

I found Gerry to be very helpful and willing to assist me with my purchase. My new (2009) Subaru needed to have the factory recalls completed. Conestoga Motors provided me with a nice comparable vehicle for the day that my car was at the dealership for the recalls. I found the selling price to be good for the model I bought. When I picked -up my car they only had on set of keys. When I picked-up the car after the recalls were completed I found that they had contacted the previous owner and gotten the original second set of keys and the valise key. The used car dealer is superior in providing quality used cars with friendly service and real concern for the sale satisfaction.

Buying from these trustworthy men at congestive motors gives me peace of mind that is hard to come by buying from people on Craig's list or random lots along the road. I have bought several cars from them and know that they have looked the car over and that there is no work that needs done on a car purchased from them. These guys sell cars in the kind of condition they would want to buy themselves. I know they are never trying to hide anything from me. They break every stereotype of a used car salesman.

I had a great experience with Gerry at Conestoga. The whole buying experience was very pleasant and I never felt pressured throughout the process. I had the car inspected by a local mechanic afterwards and he told me that the car is in top shape considering its age and mileage. I would not hesitate to buy another car from Conestoga.

We purchased a very clean vehicle at a very fair price. There were one or two very, very minor issues which were addressed and corrected without any question. I would recommend any family or friends to visit Conestoga Motors first before purchasing any vehicle. This will certainly be my first stop whenever I need to purchase another vehicle.

They sell top quality vehicles at a fair price and back up their sales with fantastic service. They are friendly, honest and trustworthy--- qualities not always found in car dealerships. I'm never a big fan of the whole car buying experience, but Gerry did such a great job making it smooth eand easy. From the time we test drove (and bought) the 2012 Ford Edge to the time we signed the papers and left with our new car couldn't have been more than an hour or so. He gave us a fair amount on our trade in and the asking price of the Edge was thousands cheaper than anywhere else. Definitely going to be my first stop for my next car!

Recently when I decided to replace my beloved 10 year old Lexus, my son suggested I contact Gerry since he had a wonderful experience with Conestoga. What a great experience!! Not only did Gerry pay very close attention to exactly what I wanted and the $ I was willing to spend, but kept me well informed all through the auction bidding, etc. And, I got exactly the car I wanted. I really can't stress enough about how pleasant and easy Gerry made this entire experience. We were looking for an SUV with a third row. They had a '07 Honda Pilot and we took it for a test drive. When we got back we asked them about the passenger seat (the leather was hard). They replaced the whole seat and got us a third headrest for the back seat. And they even agreed to the price we offered! I will recommend Conestoga Motors to everyone!! They are a real class act. Honest and straight forward. Truly and honor doing business with them.

My experience with Conestoga Motors was by far the best of any other used car dealership I have ever worked with. Gerry and Mel went out of their way to get my car the way I wanted it and to get me the fairest deal possible. Their experience shows through in every way, and thier honesty and kindness is refreshing. I will do business with them again and again (I hope they don't get sick of me). Saw the car on their website and stopped by to look at it. Gerry handed me the keys and let me take it out for a drive. While I was gone he looked over my trade. When I got back from my test drive, Gerry gave me the numbers. We had a deal with out any haggling. This was a great car buying experience. When its time for another car Conestoga Motors is at the top of my list.

We were searching for a used minivan. We found just what we were looking for at Conestoga Motors. The van was an great price and we were able to get a fair amount for our trade in. We visited the lot twice before we made our purchase. Mel, our salesman, was very friendly and no pressure. The process was very easy. We took the van back a week later due to the back power windows not working, and they fixed them for us, no hassel. It was a wonderful experience and we would definitley use them again.

I had been looking for a certain car within a certain price range. I got the notice on this car and talked with Mel to get more information and my intents. He was very pleasurable to discuss details. I made arrangements for the next day to test drive the car. To my amazement when Jerry drove the car to the front the pictures didn't do it justice. The color of the car is truly unique! Mel was on his way out so Jerry handle the rest of the transaction even though I am a Steelers fan! After test driving the car we sat down to wheel & deal. This was an easy process because the car was definetly worth what they were asking but I did get them to give a little more on my trade-in to get me within the price range I needed to be. Jerry even put my Steelers plate on the front and the Steelers license holder on the back for me...grudgingly I think...lol They did a wonderful job of handling this sale and the paperwork. I was driving my "new car" off the lot within 2 hours! I have received so many excellent comments on this car and have told them all where they need to buy their next used car from. These guys were the BEST!!!Worth the distance to have the pleasure of working with Mel & Jerry.
