I would like to apologize and thank Josh at Conicelli Toyota. The other day we had a miscommunication over the price of a truck. I left a not so stellar review. Josh and the team at Conicelli were great! They were able to give me a great price and a better interest rate than first given. I am happy with my new Tacoma and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I received a very fair deal on the purchase of my new vehicle. Anthony, my salesperson, was very helpful and attentive to my experience. I do feel the vehicle could have been better prepped for delivery: There were stickers throughout the vehicle and on the tires and the windows were streaked/dirty. Unfortunately I did not realize much of this until after I was home, as it was raining heavily at the time of delivery. Very upsetting to me were the pictures of my trade posted on their website. Apparently the photos were taken while I was test-driving my new vehicle, and included a portion of my license plate and the full vanity plate that was on the front of my vehicle. This issue was ultimately resolved but not without several phone calls to the dealership requesting it be addressed. Overall I would recommend Conicelli Toyota of Springfield but customers should be aware of the above if privacy is a concern. Update: I received a phone call from “V”, a sales manager, who left a message offering to have the vehicle detailed. I was not available to return his call until 2 days later at which time I left a message. To date I have yet to receive a response from him. That was 2 weeks ago. That’s disappointing.

Overall pleasant experience test driving and ultimately purchasing my new car, though I did feel pressured to purchase something extra I didn't really want or need and ended up regretting it later. But that's on me and kudos to the salesmen for doing his job, I suppose. I do love my new car and that's what matters most in the end.

Yvonne answered our call. She very pleasantly directed us to the Internet Manage, David Scott. We were super impressed with David! He was professional and extremely personable! My husband and I visited Conicelli on a Friday evening after already receiving an Internet quote on the vehicle we were interested in. Our salesman, Eric, was wonderful! He knew the ins and outs of the vehicle and took us through the many features, answering all of the questions we had. As we moved into discussing our trade and final price, Eric continued with a positive, no-pressure attitude and worked with us to get the price where we felt comfortable. When we said we wanted to sleep on it, he was not pushy or aggressive like other sales people have been in the past. We had planned to visit another dealership, but by the next morning, my husband and I agreed that Conicelli had given us a great deal, and the fact that their customer service was so outstanding made us decide that we had no reason to look further. We were looking for a Subaru Impreza for months, mostly online, When the 2009 Subaru showed up on thier website, there were no pictures . I called the dealership, and talked to the internet manager (Dave Scott). He referred me to the salesman (Hakan ILbak) at the facility were the car was located. I called Hakan and asked him to send me some pictures, whitch he did in minutes. The car was just what I was looking for!! The next day Hakan was off so I made an offer to the manager, and he accepted it. We went to look at the car, not knowing what to expect. They kept to their word, with no haggling. They got me financing a full point less than my credit union. I left a deposit, came back a few days later to pick up the car - we were in and out. Hakan took care of us, was very professional and polite. Hakan could not do enough for us. All said and done, it was a great experience !!

I initially got a quote from them via Edmund's. The initial person I dealt with Yvonne was courteous and helped to make the deal on the vehicle I ultimately purchased hassle free. I was concerned about getting into a negotiating battle but did not experience it at all. I had a price in mind based on my extensive research into the invoice price and let them know if they could meet it we had a deal and they did,. Next I went to the dealership and met with Eddie who was also terrific. I went for a test drive which went smoothly. Eddie was well prepared, knew I was coming and all about the deal we had struck. I also had a trade in and that, too, was handled smoothly and at a fair price.. Don't hesitate to ask for Eddie if you just walk-in. Finally, I met with Eli in Finance for the final step. He was efficient and nice guy. Did his due diligence and tried to sell me on additional warranty, but didn't go over he top with any high pressure selling. Just the right amount. All was done and I drove off in my ruby red Camry, hybrid SE and loving it so far.

I had just come from the Chevy dealer , were the salesman wasted 1 1/2 hrs of my time showing me vehicles that were NOT in my price range. But according to him - he was 'honest and could make it happen for me'. The Toyota dealer was next door , it was near closing time , Eric showed me some cars. and since I was so upset from the other dealer , he asked me to come back and look around and write down 3 cars that I liked and that were in my budget and he could make it happen. That is exactly what I did. He did not want to up sell me something I could not afford, I purchased a Scion TC with a moon roof , excellent radio, etc..... The car looks and drives great a dream car. I have been to this location 3 times and purchased a car each time, because of their hard work to find you what you are looking for. Recommend this dealer to everyone.

Dropped my truck off for inspection and quickly was told I needed front brake work done. Brake parts put on by another garage had failed and needed to be replaced. The service rep documented the shoddy work ( which included bent and damaged hardware) and saved the failed parts. Luckily I was able to return the failed parts for a partial refund. Thanks Springfield Toyota for getting it right, my brakes haven't worked this well in years!

I purchased a 2016 Sienna XLE with the auto access seat. It is extremely rare to find one of these at a dealership but Conicelli had one in stock. Once I determined that the auto access seat was suitable for my mother, David Scott made the numbers work. Joel Morales showed me the many features of the van and was a pleasure to work with. My lease was up so we went back to Conicelli to either buy the car we had or get a new lease of the same model Highlander but 2016. Bob and the team were so nice and full of information that we ended up with the Highlander XLE 2016... a much better upgrade at a very fair and reasonable monthly payment. We always have a great experience when dealing with Conicelli whether we are looking for a new vehicle, repairing accident damage or going in for service... this place runs like a well oiled machine with the benefit of a polite and helpful team!!! I love my new Highlander... I said I couldn't tell the difference in the way vehicles feel when driving so I didn't need to test drive it (because we love Toyota's anyway), but it was such a nice surprise when I drove away in my new vehicle that I could indeed feel the difference of the much better ride and feel of the control and steering... it practically drives itself and it's so easy to handle... very smooth and quiet! I love it!!!

Buying a new RAV was the quickest and most painless process I have ever enjoyed. This is my 4th new vehicle purchase (and the best). After I leased a new 2016 and turned in my 2014 lease, I received an e-mail saying I have a payment due on my 2014 car which I no longer have. I called the main number for TFS and they said to contact the dealer since they have no paperwork regarding my new lease. I left messages for Eli Morales and someone by the name of Beth who the person who answered the phone says handles the paperworkand neither one returned my phone call. TFS said it should only take 10 business days. It is now 3 weeks and the problem still hasn't been corrected.

I want to begin by saying that I don't write reviews often, but I couldn't pass this opportunity to share my experience at Conicelli Toyota of Springfield. Investing in a car is extremely overwhelming. I brought three additional women who were very insightful and experienced fearing that I wouldn't be able to get a reasonable deal for what I wanted. I wasn't looking to settle for something I didn't love and with my credit not being so great, I was beyond nervous. I was afraid that my salesperson was going to be pushy and not understanding. However, while searching through the internet and considering a number of different places to look for a 2015 Toyota Rav4, I decided to make Conicelli of Springfield my first stop. As we approached the door, a friendly and handsome man greeted us. It was early in the morning and he was extremely pleasant. At that moment, we knew he was going to take care of us. Dwain Johnson asked what I was interested in looking at and BAM, next thing we knew, we were test driving a brand new 2016 Toyota Rav4. Dwain gave us the keys and allowed us to drive off without him, which was unexpected and much appreciated. Driving the car without a sales person was nice since there was no need for small talks as we took that opportunity to explore the car. Initially that wasn't the year of the car I wanted, but what the heck, we drove off in it to explore (later) if it was a possibility.After talking to Dwain about what I was looking for and what I can afford with my budget and credit-- he worked his magic and got me the best deal, I think, for a brand new 2015 Toyota Rav4. Dwain was considerate, he never made me feel ashamed because of my credit. He definitely went out of his way to get me the best deal for my circumstances. I honestly can't thank him enough because it's unreal that I am driving a brand new car. Dwain was never pushy, he provided me with different options, and he was genuinely trying to help me. The group of women I was with was very intimidating, but Dwain won their approval because he made it a FUN experience instead of a dreadful one. Also, I spent a great deal of time there and yet he remained so patient and understanding. Dwain wasn't trying to be cliche or anything he wasn't. He kept it real and he was genuine in his deliveries. He did not give up with trying to work with my circumstances. For a first time person that is inexperienced with car buying, he has definitely set the standards really high for my future car buying experience. Dwain is without a doubt, THE MAN! He make things happen. Toyota of Conicelli of Springfield should know they're lucky and blessed Dwain is one of the faces of a great car company. His approach and interactions with me increased my loyalty to the product/ services by providing me an outstanding level of customer care, he placed my needs before trying to move a car off of a lot. The service manager explained what was going to be done in the maintenance process and the approximate time it would take along with the cost of the maintenance. This dealership has a shuttle service and took me home and then picked me up when my car maintenance was completed which made it very convenient for me. I just leased a beautiful 2016 Corolla yesterday. We walked in right at 9 AM, and the general manager instantly greeted us and told us that he would send a salesmen over as soon as he could. We worked with Chip, and while he normally sold CPO cars, he did an excellent job filling in at the new car showroom. We went on a test drive of the Corolla LE (because that was the lease deal we saw), it rode beautifully, and I instantly knew I wanted this car.Previously, I had been to 3 other dealers and not only did they offer me dirt for my trade in, they did not work with me on prices AT ALL. Conicelli offered me a fair price for my trade-in without any haggle, and I accepted their first price. I told them where I was at in terms of my price range for my new car, and they really worked with me to get a deal done. We went back and forth a couple of times, but ultimately, I walked away with a great deal on a great car. I worked mostly with Rob Garrison on the finances, and he was great.This was my first new-car-buying experience, and I am so happy that Conicelli is where I could get a deal done. I sincerely recommend doing business here, as every single person I came in contact with was friendly and personable. I will continue to go to and recommend Conicelli for all future Toyota purchases.

Well she kept her word and I left with a beautiful 2016 camry. Maria was very knowledgeable, professional, and very jovial. I received a mailer from a bank saying I was pre-approved for this dealer. I let the mailer sit for a few days but then I received a call from Christine Brejcha. I am one of those people who never had a car payment. I always bought cars in cash from my uncle because he's a mechanic and always got great deals. When my Hyundai started causing at least one problem per week, I knew it was time to get a new car. I know cars pretty well from growing up with a family of people in the business, but I had never walked onto a lot a purchased a new one. The first dealership I went to made me want to run right to my uncle and give up on dealerships. My Dad made me promise to check out Toyota, so on my way home, I stopped by Conicelli Toyota of Springfield. I am SO HAPPY I DID!! Hakan greeted me at the door and from the get-go he listened to exactly what I wanted. He was polite and never once did he push me to buy a car that was higher than my price or wasn't what I was looking for. I, of course, was the person who walked out of Toyota falling in love with a Ford! Ha! Hakan and his manager worked feverishly to get me the best financing possible and even gave me a great price on my trade-in when I thought I'd get next to nothing. I cannot say enough positive things about how wonderful the whole team makes you feel while you're making such a large purchase. I strongly recommend this dealership and make sure you ask for Hakan to be your representative. He's the best!

We leased a 2015 Toyota RAV4 and were very happy with our customer service experience. Bob Mosca was our Salesperson and Eli Morales was our Finance Manager. Both made our experience a seamless one and really went out of our way to accommodate us the best they could. Bob helped us decide between the XLE and LE models of the RAV4 and came with us for a test drive of the XLE. We decided on the LE as Bob was able to help us understand the features that were different and understood that price was our biggest decision factor. Bob offered to help connect our Bluetooth once we agreed to Lease, which felt like a really nice thing to do for customers. Bob spoke with my Insurance company to make sure we had appropriate paperwork to make the Finance side of the lease a breeze. When we met with Eli, he was great. Eli walked us through the lease contract and explained everything, even things like the Disposition Fee at the end of the three years. Eli is bright and experienced and we immediately trusted him to walk us through the contract and explain any "gray areas". My girlfriend and I found very helpful as we walked away knowing that we understood the fine print before signing. Before we left, Bob made sure we had a full tank of gas and helped to schedule our first maintenance appointment. Overall, Bob and Eli are good at what they do and are good communicators. I'd recommend purchasing/leasing from their dealership in the future.

My wife and I were either returning our lease or buying it out. The sales people failed to mention that there were any lease offers available even stating that the one we got when we leased our current vehicle was a "crazy deal". They threw us some very high numbers for Highlanders which we did not take. Upon getting home I checked their website and the same exact offer I had previously gotten was available. I promptly emailed them about it and they ignored it spouting off some BS excuse. My wife and I decided to buy out our lease, I emailed and called and did not get any call back or responses until I wrote on their Facebook wall, then I received two phone calls. I talked to the sales manager and he assured me that my lease buyout would be available when I came in the next day. I show up to get it and no lease buyout. Then I'm told they don't know how to process it if I am using a third party loan...so I must be the 1st customer in their history to use my own bank. I asked for a signed mileage note, the sales manager gave me a odometer form that he wrote the miles on and handed to me and said I can fill the rest out. The 'lease buyout' I did finally get was a print out of the form (barely legible since the toner was bad in the printer) I told them I already got from another dealership. I was instructed to call corporate to get my buyout. What a joke of a dealership. I will never give them my business and have made it a point to tell anyone I know about my story.

Dave Wagner is working on a car radio issue. It has trouble playing MP3 discs consistently. He has been keeping in touch. Brian the tech has labored hard on it as well but can do no more. I bought the car expecting the player to play MP3s and was told that it would. All MP3s play in my Santa Fe w/o a problem. I would great appreciate this problem being solved. I purchased a green Toyota Corolla LE several weeks ago. I was not in the dealership more than an hour,when I had made up my mind that I would make a deal. After informing the salesman, Mr. DwayneJohnson what I wanted, he immediately began to show me several automobiles and to inform me of the features of each. It did not take long before we had reached an agreement and closed the deal.When I picked up the car, he answered all my questions, and I left as a satisfied customer. He later called to be sure everything was working well, and answered a few questions about some of the features of the automobile. This has been a very satisfying experience. I receive free oil changes/maintenence for the duration of my Toyota lease from this business and after today I would rather make a service appointment somewhere else and PAY money out of my own pocket than step foot in this place again. They NEVER answered their phone or returned the messages I left to set up an appointment. I finally spoke with a service member by getting a hold of a woman from the PARTS department and demanding that she physically walk down to the service department and tell them to return my upwards of 10 calls. Then two days before my appointment they refused to honor my request to have my car vacuumed after my appointment. REALLY?! You won't perform a courtesy cleaning for a customer, let alone, an extremely frustrated customer?? The day of my appointment I receive a missed call from Concelli after I had dropped my car off. They left NO voicemail, so I had to go through another painstaking process of trying to get a hold of someone from the service department. Of course, the phone rang and rang and rang and rang... I had a person from the body shop walk down and retrieve someone who could speak with me. I was told by "Matt" that they had had a few extra minutes to vacuum my car; however, I had a few kids toys in my back seat so they actually could NOT vacuum it. Now, what is the point of telling me this?? When I go to pick up my car I vent my frustrations and "Brian" apologizes. He offers to vacuum the car in 10-15 minutes because I had to leave to go to work. I agree thinking the nightmare is over and I've finally reached a competent employee from the service department. I wait with my children in the waiting room and after 25 minutes I ask "Brian" if my car is done. He checks and says that they are doing a very thorough job and that the driver's side of the car is vacuumed and the other half will be finished in 10 minutes. I tell "Brian" I can't wait any longer and that I want my car and I don't care if it's halfway finished. He leaves to go retrieve it and is gone another 15 minutes! At this point I've been waiting a total of 40 minutes for a promised 10-15 minute vaccuum. Here's the best part- "Brian" pulls up with my car and the whole car is barely vacuumed with crumbs and leaves still all over. One half is NOT thoroughly vacuumed as he had claimed. He mumbles "Sorry I was helping him vaccuum." So the real story is that "Brian" is a liar and that my car sat for 25 minutes WITHOUT being touched and then once he realized this he lied and said it was taking so long because it was being "thoroughly" cleaned. Obviously, it took 15 minutes to bring my car out because he ran back there and hastily attempted to vacuum it and cover his butt. This place is an absolute joke. If they can lie about little things like this, I wonder what else they can be dishonest about! BEWARE and get you car serviced somewhere else far, far away!

I was looking for a new Toyota Camry Hybrid and, of course, the best deal I could find in regards to both the price of the car and financing. My nephew recommended Conicelli Toyota of Springfield. Between Eli Morales and Joel Morales, I had the best car-buying experience that I have ever had! They located the car I wanted- including color, options, etc. The final price was EXCEPTIONAL as well as the extended warranty price and the financing rate. Since I live about 35 miles from there, Eli made it possible for me to complete all of the paperwork through e-mail. When I went to the dealership to pick up the car all of the paperwork was ready and my car was ready to take. I was getting ready to leave, but then Joel took me to my car and sat in it with me and explained features that I had missed on my test drives. In addition to that, he helped me pair my phone, add contacts, and set radio station presets. He also explained the 2 year Toyota care features (free for two years and all of the extended warranty features). If that wasn't enough- I get free inspections for the time I own my vehicle if I take it to a Conicelli dealership. Now I just need to have fun driving and enjoying my new car!

Although this review is past due I wanted to make sure that I go record to say that Maria Garnett was the BEST, car sales, person that I have ever encountered. She asked the RIGHT questions, checked on me during the whole process, exchange good conversation and got me the car that was best suited for my me. But what stood out the most was I went into the dealership at a little after 7pm just to see what Conicelli was able to do for me and I was out of the dealership by 9:30pm. The old car was emptied, the new car was packed, papers were signed, keys in my hand and I had even had a chance to double check the old car before they went to store it. I couldn't believe it, a little over 2 hours and I was out of a CAR dealership. I had a not so good experience before at the "NICE" dealership but after this experience with MARIA I will definitely come back and send others. Conicelli keep Maria she is truly an asset & should be recognize. You ROCK Maria and thanks for my blue vehicle. :)

My personal experience at Conicelli is a good one. I did not think I would be able to purchase a vehicle but was put into a nice Camry by the afternoon hours. Mr. Pabon was so graceful and nice in always letting me know what was going on and how much longer it would be. Very professional salesman he is. My experience was AWESOME. I went shopping online for a Toyota Avalon for my dad. The website sent info on 10 dealers with the two zip codes used. I got bombarded with emails and phone calls soon after. I fielded no calls as my initial ground work was only working through email asking for best offers. 8 of the 10 sent offers. Realized the value for Premium and Touring Trim might be better deal than the standard XLE model from initial quotes. Sent out the best quotes to every dealer and asked if they could beat their offer (asked dealers with lowest offer if that was their best). Chris Ferris was the only person to email back a competitive offer (they had the lowest initial offer on the XLE and were in the hunt on the Premium and Touring). 3 dealers wanted me to send dealer info to them to review and 1 dealer said they would match so as not to lose the business. I did not shop the offer Chris sent over as it was a fair offer and he did exactly what I was asking and felt I needed to honor my end of the deal. He was doing the ground work for Chris Best. He handled the sale extremely well. He's young, but was friendly, and informative. From there worked with Joe Unterkofler in finance on the paperwork. GREAT sense of humor (my parents love him...think my mom wanted to make her own trade 0:-) ). More importantly was great going through the programs and making sure I understood every part of the deal. one dealer who lost out sent info to look out for when financing. was told the "universal" dealer fee shouldnt be more than $133. It was not listed on my deal and asked Joe about it. Apparently NOT so universal as Conicelli doesnt charge a dealer fee! Met David Rivera who I enjoyed speaking to as well. Wanted to share my experience and exteme satisfaction with the internet purchase process with his team!! The one complaint I had was with the receptionist texting and reading her phone texts while entering information for my deal (was actually looking down at her phone when I first introduced myself as well). Had I not already made a deal and was walking in off the street there is a strong possibility I wouldve left at that point. Last Saturday I stopped in and met Sean Mellon. He wasn't at all pushy and was interested in knowing what I was looking for to show me what he had available. He was realistic about what I was asking for (model, year, pricing, millage) and told me honestly his experiences with truck sales. We looked at a 2013 Nissan Frontier but he also made me feel free to continue my search as research. Several days later I went back because I felt comfortable dealing with Sean and got lucky that he was on site again. We test drove the vehicle and then sat down to make the purchase. Sean was efficient and helpful though we did have to wait a while to see a Joseph from financing because there were other folks ahead of me. I got a chance to get to know Sean. I found him easy to talk to and honest. I'm not upset about waiting for financing because I realize the dealership was a bit busy. It should be noted that if I'd returned and Sean was not there I would have returned when he was because he had developed a good report with me the first time I was there. Everyone wants a better price but some styles hold a higher value and are less available used in good condition so I understand. Thanks very much to Sean, Louis, and Joseph for the help.

Brought my car in for expection and oil change and service. Was told that my car was out of warranty! Incorrect have extended warranty. Service person very rude. Told me that I havent been keeping up with the maintance. I said that I usually take it to Ardmore Toyota. Since they know how to treat customers. Then told I would have to bring car back when they contact the vendor for my issue! I will not ever purchase a vehicle from this dealership again!

I was looking for a truck and happened to go to Conicelli Toyota. Initially I was not sure what make of truck to buy. I met your salesman Virgilio Pabon . He told me about the advantages of the Toyota Tacoma has over all other makes of trucks. Especially of the composite bed of the truck that will not rust as all other trucks do. The second reason that assured me that I was in the right place was the confidence Virgilio related to me was how Conicelli stands by there product. Sure enough when I had minor issues they where addressed immediately and thoroughly.My experiences with Conicelli have led me to purchase two vehicles for myself and my son. I am a serious buyer and was considering your Durango sp4573 this morning. The salesman who showed me the Durango did not even have the courtesy to introduce himself. Then whenever I asked questions he was totally unprofessional. Let me give you one of several examples. Online, I incorrectly assumed from the videothat the vehicle had a towing package but when I asked this was the answer I got, " Do you see a tow bar there below the bumper? If it had a towing package, it would be visible, right?" In baseball it's three strikes and your out, but I stayed until five strikes. Tell me, does being rude work? I personally have dealt with Dom Concelli and he is a great person. Not long ago Don and I contributed a great deal of money for a young girl who needed an operation. She because of our efforts made a complete recovery. I will note how you may or may not respond to this constructive criticism.

I went to Toyota with the intentions of purchasing a vehicle. This is my third Toyota purchase and I must admit I did not buy my second Toyota from this location partly due to the sales person. Franklin has a very laid back approach; I felt absolutely NO pressure. He has a way of engaging you in a conversation that didn't feel intrusive. He's a young guy but has a great way of dealing with people - old like me. I was very pleased this time around. I don't know if I was more happy to have a new care as I was happy that Franklin would get credit and the incentive for the sale! Good Job Franklin! Eli, the fiannce manager, was great too. Entered the showroom only to be looked at but not acknowledged by receptionist. No salesman on floor. Finally caught the eyes of a gentleman who was the "finance guy" finally after about 20 minutes of being ignored, finance guy got us a busy salesman who introduced us to his "associate" Neiceife who was very patient, kind and attentive. Neiciefe took the time to find what we wanted and took our down payment on a vehicle promised in 2-6 days. After almost 3 hours on Valentine's night we left the showroom looking forward to our new vehicle. Monday morning phone call with very little explanation " your vehicle was sold sorry will keep looking". Thanks anyway we will come pick up our deposit. Found another dealer on the 17 th willing to find what we wanted and for less! Made the deal, went home satisfied. at 8:45PM on the 17 th neiciefe called with good news. He found our desired vehicle. No thanks!!!!! Really bad customer service!!!! Not interested in making a sale. Feel bad for Neiciefe, he would probably prosper at the dealership that we we found our desired vehicle. Bob Foster who sold me my new Corolla Le 2013 very nice, friendly, each time I was at the dealership he always, said Hi , and could he be of any help. He went out of his way taking me to Part's Dept. helping me. to order side molding and Edge protecting for my car doors. And special thanks to Glen Beck Sales Manager, who went out of his way to apply the door molding and door Edge protector to my car door's . And also for painting my rear bumper scratch and waxing on 2 visits, which he did not have to do , he took the time and did it himself, making sure it was done right. And most recently applied black panel to rear bumper tail gate to protect it, on a very cold day . Glen was super very impressed he deserves a raise. And thank you Hakan Ilbak so nice and explained all about each car I test drove. and greeted me when I was back at the dealership even got a hug. He works now at the Used Toyota dealership next store. I wish the best to Hakan Forgot had a scratch on front bumper Bob Foster he discovered it the day when I purchased the car, Bob Foster went out of his way also, made an appointment for it to be repaired, and even gave me a rental to drive till car was finished. I just purchased a used Toyota Corolla from Conicelli Springfield. Bill Rosendahl was the salesman who helped me with purchasing the vehicle. Bill is a great salesman and was very friendly and answered everything we needed to know. He was very helpful throughout the process and didn't make you feel like you were being pushed or rushed. I was at Conicelli on a very busy Saturday and Bill was working very hard to attend to several others, but he was always coming back to check on us or give us an update until it was time for the paper work. Wayne Dorsey was who reviewed all the financial paperwork with me. Wayne was very professional, knowledge and friendly. I was there past closing finishing the purchase and Wayne completely reviewed everything and did not make you feel rushed. Bill and Wayne were both very patient and gave you time and personal space to think. I have family who have purchased vehicles from Conicelli Springfield and they as well have had positive experiences. I would certainly go back any time to Conicelli Springfield and recommend it to others!

I have leased 2 vehicles in the past 3-4 years from Conicelli Springfield. The first 2 experiences were decent and I was happy. I then visited the dealership this past summer for a 3rd lease and felt that I wasted my time as they were not willing to negotiate price or options. I decided to wait and try again. The most recent attempt was a disgrace. The salesperson was friendly however it took over a half hour to get help even thought I called ahead to let them know I was coming in. I then mentioned interest in both a RAV4 and Corolla for lease and I was immediately told that the RAV4 was out of my price range and was forced into looking into the Corolla. I was dumbfounded that they would decide the car for me. Then, I took a test drive (not optional) and when it came time to make a deal, the offer was literally double of what I had seen at other dealers. I tried to negotiate a reasonable price however I was only given the option to make a much much bigger down payment. Needless to say, I left that deal, went to another dealer the next day and got an exponentially better deal. The best part is that I was able to go from entering the other dealership to new car in less time than it took to get help and some type of deal at Conicelli. I will no longer be dealing with Conicelli.

i was looking for a rav 4. i had previously purchased a car from conicelli of conshohocken. I had a wonderful experience there. I was some what hesitant to deal with conicelli of springfield since i had taken my car there for service, and they started quoting me with thing i needed. When I stated that i had some service, they told me there was no record. Here conicelli of spriongfield did not share information with conicelli of conshohocken, There service stated i was wrong. i made they talk to cconicelli of conshohocken to Patrick of what i had done and then finally agreed. No apology was given. i was very upset and left. I had met Vee this year and had talked to him a couple of times of this past year regarding a new car, but i was not really ready until now. He was wonderful with no pressure. He was made me stay with conicelli of springfield. I also checked with the service department and they assured me that when i drop my car off, they can take me to work in Havertown. I hope that they keep their word.

Bill was our salesperson and he was great. I really dislike shopping for cars and I've found that used car salespeople can tend to eb slick wheeler dealer types and Bill was anything but. Test driving a 2009 Pontiac Vibe, we actually talked about OTHER cars; it was pretty refreshing for me to be honest. Bill was knowledgeable in every aspect of the car (it's actually a Pontiac Badged Toyota Matrix) and was non confrontational and really let the car speak for itself instead of trying to hard sell me on it. Financing was easy and on the spot and we got a decent rate.The ONLY negative I have for the experience was that they tried to sell us Conicelli's concierge service. We had politely declined (It's $1000 for 5 years and it's a decent deal, but I didn't want it); when the finance guy (NOT BILL) came back over our payment had gone from $130/month to $203/month - he had included both the concierge service AND a 12 month 12000 mile total warranty FOR $2900. Suddenly our financed amt was more than the asking price of the car even with a $3000 downpayment. I'm sure it was a miscommunication but it was the only negative part of the experience. To close, I'd like to reiterate that Bill was a pleasure to do business with and the process with him was as good as shopping for a car gets. I felt he was honest and straightforward, and I appreciate that.

I gave the rating that I did for the following reasons:(1) Glenn Beck is the general sales manager. He had sold me a 2006 Toyota Prius 7.5 years ago. We negotiated for several hours, well past closing time but we eventually agreed on a deal.(2) The warranty was going to expire on the hybrid battery in 3,000 miles & I did not want to spend $3k on a new one that would only be warranted for 1 year.(3) So when I walked into the dealership, I was delighted to see that no one was in Glenn's office! The receptionist asked how she could help me. I told her by getting Glenn Beck to sell me another Prius! She did not tell me that I had to see a salesman first. She immediately called Glenn's extension. As luck would have it, Glenn was headed to the receptionist area so he greeted me & invited me into his office then asked me what he could do for me. I told him I wanted a dark blue 2013 Prius Hatchback. He checked his stock & told me he had one. He printed all the standard items & options then asked me if I wanted cash back or 0% financing. I told him 0% financing. We then discussed all the research I had done on the trade-in value of my 2006 Prius. He then had my 2006 Prius evaluated! He said the valuation was $5,500 but he could increase the valuation to $5,900. I told him my research indicated that my 2006 Prius was worth more than $5,900! He told me to go onto autotrader.com & he would accept whatever the website said my 2006 Prius was worth!(4) That night I did as Glenn had suggested. Autotrader.com's valuation was more than $1,200 higher. True to his word, Glenn honored the valuation the next day so the topic turned to the cost of the new car! Before I had the chance to tell him I wanted the new car below dealer cost, he told me he could go more than $500 below what the car had cost him so we started the process for closing the deal!(5) While I was waiting for the financial paperwork to be completed, another gentleman took me to the car & started explaining the features of my new car. I was very impressed with the new technology & the improved technology, especially the GPS! Upon completion of the tour, an explanation of the extended warranty options & the special car care package was offered! I said I needed to speak with Glenn again! The gentleman excused himself to find Glenn. To shorten the rest of the story, Glenn told the financial guru to offer both the extended warranty & the special car care package at his cost or lower!(6) I could not have received a more personal, professional, & compassionate offer at any other dealership in the Delaware Valley! I strongly suggest that anyone who wants to buy a Toyota gives this dealership the opportunity to do so!(7) Finally, the service at this dealership is 2nd to none!

Let me start off by saying that the sales person I worked with, Bill, did not earn my 5-star ratings. He messed up on my paperwork, my warranty, and many pieces of information that he said to me was incorrect. However, Midge saved the purchase agreement and made me a satisfied customer. Midge went above and beyond to get my warranty straightened out, get new tires on my vehicle, and leave me with a satisfied dealer experience. While I think the Conicelli in Conshohocken has much better salesmen, Midge is one of a kind and a true pleasure to deal with.

Jeff Kalcheries was the best salesperson I have EVER met, in any type of sales; cars or otherwise. He was friendly and knowledgeable and so helful and kind. I have never bought a brand new car before, and I was nervous about it, but Jeff made it all so easy and he was so pleasant to deal with. Everything was absolutely wonderful!!! The first person I talked to was Tiffany and she understood my schedule and she contacted me by email like I requested. She was very nice and answered all of my questions. The first car I looked at was the Hyundai Elantra, they informed me when it sold. So when I made an appointment, I was expecting to just look and not buy. The day before I went in I saw a 2008 Toyota Yaris, it was the car I have been looking for. When I went in Vee came to help me. He got the process started very quickly. I always heard stories about how it takes all day. I went in at 1:30 and was out before 4:00. Virgilio was very kind and caring. He let me test drive the car and told me about other payment options. I told him my down payment and my monthly payments and he matched them. This was my first car purchase and I was so nervous that I went alone. After talking with Vee, I did not feel nervous anymore. The price of the car was awesome. He explained all charges and anything extra involved. I would recommend Vee to all of my friends and family looking for their next car. As a single gal, I was worried about going to a used car dealership alone and being taken advantage of. And I did have the "stereotypical negative" used car experienced at two other dealerships on Baltimore Pike; I won't mention their names. I'm happy to report that my experience at Conicelli Toyota of Springfield was the exact opposite. My salesman Jay Johnson was friendly, attentive and also laidback. He took me seriously, knew that I'd done my research online before even walking in the door, and was super helpful throughout. At no time did I feel pressured, and at no time did I get a salespitch that sounded canned. He was genuine and authentic, and on top of the details. I couldn't speak more highly of him. I had a great used-car purchasing experience and have already recommended him personally to my friend, as well as to my boss at work. It takes some guts and confidence to walk into a dealership alone, as a woman. (I specifically asked at all 5 dealerships I went to if they had any female salespeople...nope). That's a travesty. We're more than half the population and pretty educated. It's an easy market to tap into once you make the connection. Just sayin'. Nevertheless, I connected with Jay Johnson, trusted him, plus he was on top of the details, so I wanted the sale to go to him, particularly. I could have gone somewhere else down the street, but I chose Jay to get my business. He's a keeper.

However, I could not recommend the dealership on the basis of the lack of knowledge of the car that I traded and the value assigned to this car. 3 years ago I leased a car from Conicelli and my lease was to be up in July, so I have been recieving letters on the matter! Well the letters stated I would recieve a brand new car with no down payment and lower monthly payments!! Well I will admit I thought it was just a way to get me back! But I was wrong!!! So I went there to just browse and get some numbers, not even thinking I was going to leave with a new car. I met with Joel and his assistant, Eric. I explained my situation and how much i really didnt like my 2010 Corolla anymore, and how I recieved the letters and what they stated! Immediately Joel was asking what kind of car I was looking for and the features I liked and didnt like. They sat down with my boyfriend and I and went threw my options. Once I decided what car I was interested in he immediately had Eric put tags on the car and had me test drive the car, of course I fell in love!!! On the test drive Eric was very helpful with explaining the features and differences from my 2010. He showed me how to sync my phone to the car so I could use my phone to stream music and make phone calls handsfree!!! Once we returned from the drive Joel was very helpful with explaining everything he was doing and explained all the papers I was filling out, he even highlighted the places I needed to fill out so I didnt waste time figuring it out! After everything was in the works he went threw everything with me about my trade in value and how it was going to work! He took care of everything so all I had to do was sign papers and drive away!!! Joel and Eric were great!! My boyfriend will be going to Joel for his new vehicle in the summer and I also recommended him for my sister as well!!! I could not have asked for a better person to help me get my new car!!!! Thank you sooo much Joel and Eric for helping me get the exact car I wanted!!! I love it!!!! I also wanted to make sure that I mentioned the amazing finace guy Eli Morales!!! He was sooo helpful and I left completly satisfied! He explained everything to me, and made sure that I understood everything that I was signing. But he also went threw and took the time to explain to me exactly how much I was paying and exactly what I was paying for! He went over everything that was going to happen with my old car! I was very worried about even getting a new car because when I got my 2010 a lot of things were not explained and there were a lot of things that I was told that didnt happen. I leased a Toyota Rav 4 Sport in 2010. Purchased the Ultimate Vehicle Protection Plan (Dent/Ding/appearance/tires etc). After being told that everything was ok on the car as they wanted me to bring the car back to their location for end lease turn in; I received a condition report stating that there was a dent on the bumper 8-9 inches long (not aware of any damage on bumper, and certainly no paint needed repairing) which required paint repair for the amount of $335.00. Called toyota to state that I paid for the Ultimate Vehicle Protection Plan and was told that I would had have to iniate a claim before turning in the car which makes no since. The car was turned in on February 22, 2013 (three weeks before it had to be turned in (March 10th was end lease date) and the condition report was dated on March 25th almost a month later. Other than the condition report how would I have known that the car needed a repair if when I turned in the car the dealer stated "everything was ok." Now Toyota is stating that the claim can not be made because it is after the fact and I am responsible for the so called paint repair...I will not recommend Toyota, nor will I ever purchase a car from Toyota...I paid for a protection package but cant utilize it because Toyoa used a independent company who is stating a month later after the leased car was turned in that it needed repair but oh by the way your protection plan that you paid for has already expired. Also, I kept receiving recalls on the vehicle 3 to be exact and the car seemed cheep inside. That car was turned in as excellent condition. Highway robbery if you ask me...Very dissatisfied customer who will never recommend Toyota or your location. Oh and by the way Lonnso Eastache, -you called me a month later asking if I was going to stay with Toyota, my answer to your question is that you and your company only have to do me dirty once for me to be offended.......Excellent customer lost as that Toyota Rave 4 Sport was taken care of, under milage, maintenance was kept up and payments were on time...Again DISSATISFIED!

I just picked up my new Tacoma Prerunner 4X2 Access Cab V6 truck. I am very pleased with this purchase and with the individuals that I interacted with at Conicelli of Springfield. I replaced a 2010 truck of the same type that I was also very pleased with, but the newer version of this vehicle rides and handles much better than the 2010 version. It also has some nice enhancements over the 2010 version. All of these were thoroughly explained to me by Daryl, who also took the time to link my bluetooth phone to the audio system in the cab. Also when going through the financial check out, I received very good extended warranty and other information and advice from Alvin who was very polite and efficient during this process. I received a complete set of documents and overall it was a pleasure to do business with this company and the personnel there. I will come back and visit them in the future for additional auto needs!

Wait 1 hour for sale rep. (we had an appoitment.) No one wanted the keys to the car I was turning in. It took 1 HOUR for someone to put my license plate on. After I had asked 5 salesmen for help. Waited 2 hours for finance person. The only time my husband got any help was when he said he was leaving. The only person who was of any help was the woman answering the phone. I will NEVER use your company again.

Today marks 2 entire months I've been waiting for my truck's missing parts to be replaced! I've been given the run around since my inital review and made a bunch of empty promises. Louis Dellos Santos has had me take time out of my work day to drive 30miles out of my way to see what was missing on my truck, not once but twice because appereantly the first time the information was disreguarded. He did however offer to fill my tank and he did but I had already purchased gas and was nearly on full. Once I arrived no one knew anything and had me drive back and forth between the new car sales and used cars sales building looking for anyone that could help. After sitting and waiting 20 minutes or so Louis finally shows up. He sent the truck to service AGAIN and fed me the same exact story he fed me the first visit! I was told everything would be ordered and I should hear from someone by Tuesday, this was on a Friday! Now here it is 1 month later (2 months total) and my truck is still waiting on parts and the only reason I heard anything is because I called Louis. I spoke with him on 6/21/12 and he had no answers for me and told me he would give me a call right back. As of today 6/26/12 I still have not recieved a call back from Louis. I left him several messages as I have in the pass and still no response. A service manager called me back about an hour later and said "Yea we're waiting on your net to come in and someone will give you a call". The same story I've been told for the last TWO MONTHS! All I want is for my truck to be returned to the state is was when I left it for trade. I returned their car in excellent condition with mats and a wheel cover that I purchased. I get my truck back with a list of missing parts but I only asked for a few to be replaced. I had to pay for the wheel locks to be broken off because someone lost the key! But I didn't ask to be reimbursted. I had a set of expensive name brand rubber floor mats removed from the truck, cigarrette lighter, tire jack, cargo net keeper, 2 rim cap covers and the rim key all removed from my truck! No one seems to think this is important but if I returned their car in that condition I'm sure they would have taken action against me. Maybe they think I will just go away and say forget it. I know for sure they wouldn't so neither am I! If this matter is not resolved once and for all SOON, I will have to take this matter to the next level!

We had not purchased a new car in 17 years. We set out looking for a Toyota Highlander about 1-2 years old. But with the great finance rate of 0.9% on a new vehichle it just didn't make sense to buy used and pay a higher rate. Joel Morales made our experience the most pleasant ever. He, much like us was very matter of fact and got to the point. We knew what we wanted and what we expected to get for our trade. Unlike the nightmares you hear about many dealerships we were in and out within 2 hours simply because we didn't have to play the game of "I'll have to check with the manager" for hours on end. Our initial numbers were $500 apart from each other. Joel, checked with his manager and within 2 minutes came back with the $500 additional in trade we were looking for.We were so satified with the experience with my wife's new care that 3 weeks later I decided it was time for a change of vehicles for myself. My travel to work had recently tripled in distance and my truck's mileage just wasn't cutting it for me. I started going between 4 different makes and models and after a day or so of reasearch I just said the heck with it, why waste my time elsewhere when I know how happy that I'll be dealing with Joel again.The 2nd car purchase in 3 weeks was just as easy as the first. In and out within about 2 hours. My new Toyota Camry SE gets almost 3 times the gas mileage and almost pays for itself in what I save at the pump so it's almost like driving a new car for free! I've had the car just 3 days and have already gotten 4 comments on my car from total strangers like "awesome", "sweet", "love the color", "where'd you get the ground effects". Truth of it is, there is NO ground effects, it's the way the SE model comes. I wasn't looking to impress anyone with what I bought, but I like the comments I get anyway.Thanks Joel, for a great experience with the purchase of TWO cars!

Jim Cortigene was the salesman and he was great! However when the deal was not accepted by the bank 25 days later and I wanted my trade back, it wasn't returned the way I left it. I traded in a 2002 GMC Denali with very little damange (small dent & surface scratches) and very clean inside. When I picked my car up the cargo net was missing, the jack was partly missing the rubber lining to the cargo door was hanging outside of the cargo door rim cap cover was missing & the wheel lock key that I hand delivered to Jim C was missing. I called Jim about it he told me it should be in the glove box. It wasn't so I called and asked for a sales manager. I was connected to Lewis. I told him the situation and his words were "How I know what your saying is true, I have no way of knowing" & "There's nothing I can do want do you expect me to do". I had the Ford for 25 days and I returned it in perfect condition, if I had damaged that vehicle in any way I would've ben held responsible. So why wouldn't Conicelli be held accountable for there negligence? No customer should ever have to experience rude behavior from an employee the way I did. I even called an higher up Dave Brown and was brushed off and told he has a meeting he'll get back to me in about 3 or 4 hours, which he never did! Midge Hecker and Jim C where great throughout the entire process, the other 2 named could use a refresher course in good customer service. I would never recommend that dealership to anyone and will tell anyone who asked about my negative experience at Springfeild Conicelli.

Normally I do not leave comments, even negative. But for this dealership I felt the need to leave a comment. They were so impressive. When we were shopping around for the new Toyota Yaris we sent out the request for Dealer quotes through Edmunds, MSN, AAA search engines. It did send one to this dealership though it is a 90 minute drive for me. What a lucky break it was..We were very particular about the model and color of the Yaris. All my local dealers were pushing what they had in inventory and had the attitude take-it-or-leave-it. We were taken aback by this attitude and started to go for Honda Fit or Hyundai Elantra. But my daughter was keen on Yaris. From what I heard they did not have a margin to work on Yaris as it was fully manufactured in Japan unlike the Corollas and Camrys. Enter Jim Payne and Joe. We had ONE telephone conversation. He offered to get me the vehicle and offered me a price that I could not turned down - despite the 90 minute drive. He also worked with me to get my daughter finance her OWN first car, he worked the details out. On a working day, we drove there - the car was ready - paper work was taken care of with personal attention. He had to work with the insurance company to ensure that the policy reflected it correctly. Got us a very good rate for the loan. There was no attempt to switch to another car - which I saw in most of the places. Others invite you for Yaris and then try to dump a Corolla on you. There was no attempt on high pressure sales tactics to sell extras. This is my sixth new vehicle and this was the best experience I EVER had. It was a breath of fresh air after all the slimy NJ dealerships. Once we walked out of a dealership because they were forcing/manipulating us with credit terms, credit-life insurance etc etc. There were no such attempts in this place. To be truthful, I would have paid more to get this kind of service. I was planning to show/educate my daughter how to negotiate with a car sales person, their way of walking back and forth to their managers, making up extras and so on - but that education was lost here because of their straight forward approach. No haggling, No let-me-talk-to-my-manager and playing with numbers. Typically they will show you how much the MSRP is, what the invoice is and confuse the heck out of a person by throwing in other options. Nothing of that sort here. Joe Unterkofler is an amazing individual. He has so much patience. I think that comes only when one loves their job. Even after the sale was done, I got calls, got inquires both from Jim Payne and Joe Unterkofler.My plate was Fed Ex -d to me. I would be recommending them to my friends and colleagues. Ask for Joe U (not that others are bad) - you will be guaranteed with a great service. Concelli Organization should feel proud of having such a service oriented individual.

In my search for a new car I was interested in three items: (i) price; (ii) service and reputation; and (iii) courtesy, knowledge and friendliness of the staff and dealer representatives. At Conicelli I was afforded the best possible "deal" on a new car comprised of both the best trade-in offer AND the most competitive net price (discounted MSRP) on the selected automobile. I went to this dealership due to the recommendation of my daughter, who has enjoyed "first class" service on her auto. Most important, I was well received by the sales staff, and, in particular, Joseph Unterkofler. Joe demonstrated his professionalism and knowledge by providing detailed answers, and physical demonstrations, in response to my many questions, all before I had agreed to any purchase. I am an "engineer type" and really get into specifics. He exhibited the patience and courtesy it is often hard to find, particularly in putting-up with my frequent requests for more info and detail. His low key mannor and willingness to spend all the time necessary to satisfy my needs was the clincher. Deal done. I am very pleased with the overall experience, and highly recommend both the dealership and its sales staff. They clearly met my three requirements seemingly without effort.

The product Camry Toyota was what I decided I wanted. I could purchase in NJ closer to my home but Josef didn't play games like the 3 Toyota dealers in NJ. Josef told the truth. He got me a price Quickly on my QX4 for trade-in and started the pricing process on the options I needed/wanted. Josef valued my time and didn't waste time or try to beat me down /ware the customer out routine. The goal was to satisfy my needs without high pressure. He wanted to get me the best deal he could for me I believe. Josef didn't grab me and try to force a sale on any of my visits. In other words he was not worried I would leave and not come back he had confidence I would if he did the right things to the best of his ability. Josef new his product and when I asked a question he didn't know the answer to (I always do for some reason with everybody) he went and got the answer. He used these questions and answers to follow up with me and close the sale in a non intrusive fashion. This was very smart on his part. This made the experience pleasant. Josef let me have my space when I was deciding between the Camry, Subaru Legacy and VW. At most other dealerships except Subaru Vinland it was always a bunch of guys and girls talking together about god knows what ( not their job) but when it came to servicing a customer they were not a team organization. Conicelli Springfield had a real team atmosphere and everybody seemed to be working and have a purpose. Everyone else seemed to like and respect Josef. Everyone was nice especially Josef and Hipu to my 90 year old father in law when he came with us and he said to me that was fun I like those people on the way home. This I could go on about for hours because such respect for the elderly breads trust because such actions show true class caring and high values. I don't know if I was lucky or not but Josef knows how to treat a customer and could teach a few people about sales in my opinion. I will recommend Josef and Hipu and Conicelli Toyota to others. Purchasing a car is difficult and I hate the process but at Conicelli with Josef it was almost fun!!

I was constantly given the run-around. Car wasn't available at the time I was told and resulted in me returning my rental car and I was left with NO transportation. Repairs were NOT made, car wasn't even clean & I had to request to have it detailed, which has not happened yet (purchased car 6 mths ago). I was told that a touchup spray paint kit would be sent to me & I haven't received it yet!! The superviser tried to assist, but nothing has been accomplished yet! That is considered VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY BOOK!!! I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO PURCHASE A CAR OR SUGGEST THIS DEALERSHIP TO FRIENDS/FAMILY/COLLEAGUES.

Before calling Conicelli, I had selected the model I wanted in advance, but noticed online that the color I preferred was not in stock at my local dealerships. When I saw one listed at Conicelli, which is about an hour from my house, I looked for a recommended consultant on this website and called Mark directly with the vin number. He located the car and asked me various appropriate questions, then I told him I was on my way. When I arrived, the car had been detailed and was ready for my test drive and purchase, which really expedited the process. Mark explained all pertinent info and answered my questions clearly. The sales person ( Lonnso Eustache )clearly understood my needs and listened to me as the customer. He spent quality time with me and provided options within my budget. He was genuine and made me an offer that was much lower than the dealership I had been associated for 15 years. My boyfriend and I went to Conicelli, not looking to leave with a car that night. A friendly salesman, Prince Ebo, greeted us in the parking lot and brought us right over to the car that we would unknowingly drive home in that night. Prince was very personable and talked to us like we had been friends for years, unlike some everyday customer. After conversing, Prince let us take a test drive in a beautiful black 2010 Charger. Once back to the dealership, Prince and the rest of the staff and Conicelli sat us down, made us feel comfortable, and the negotiating began. Prince and David sat down with my boyfriend and I and discussed a reasonable price for the car we were looking to buy. Prince went over every aspect of warrenties with us, along with any other questions we had. We felt so comfortable talking to the two of them. We did not feel as though we were being taken advantage of. Both Prince and David helped us through the entire process of financing our new Dodge Charger. We were sold a Prius by Joe U. He was extremely helpful going above and beyond was required of him. He was easy going and honest and did not exert any pressure at all. Once he realized we would not be receiving the college graduate discount (as it is not available with the Prius) he made sure to lower our monthly payments by working with his manager to give us a higher trade in value on our car. Joe had an excellent knowledge of all the cars we looked at and was also able to help us when we discussed cars other than Toyota, by providing comparison ratings for both vehicles. After purchasing the vehicle we were given his cell phone number and told to call any time we needed help or had a question. We never expected that kind of follow up service!If for some reason we needed to buy another car I would make sure we returned to Conicelli's and would specifically ask for Joe to help us again.

Not only was the deal EASY to do - the customer service was outstanding. Every single person in that dealership was as nice as can be. I have never been to a dealership where I was almost sad to leave with my 2nd car purchase in 2 weeks. Why was I sad? I knew that I wouldn't see them any longer or at least until my first service date. Joe U was fantastic! I received text updates, phone calls and all of the information I could possibly want. I didn't feel pressured or pushed into anything and it was all up to me what I wanted to do. We didn't have to haggle with price or trade in value - it was given to us in the fairest way possible. There was no 'get up and leave' nonsense - it was what it was. I felt like they were giving us the best they could and why should I argue? Everyone was straight forward, honest and super friendly. I had my car in for a brake cap recall. After leaving the dealership I discovered that my brake petal was going down to the floor. It was very difficult to stop the vehicle. I had to bring the car back and have it corrected. Joe Reilly was very helpful and my car was corrected quickly. This is my first experience with a problem. In the past I take my car in and the work is completed correctly. I will return for service but I hope this doesn't happen again because it is dangerous and inconvenient. Thank you.

Great Service, good Communication and Friendly people. I had a problem withmy brakes making a loud screaching noise. They told me to bring it in, that sameday. The price they quoted to fix the problem was the same at Cashier.I got a follow up phone call the next day and no NOISE. Thanks !

I came to Conicelli Toyota in Springfield to purchase a new car for myself. The salesman, Sean who worked with me did everything he could to get me in a car that I wanted with a price I could afford. He was very friendly and helpful and devoted his time focusing on me. He was a great listener and did not try to push me into something I did not want. Sean took the time and really understood where I was coming from and what I wanted. I will recommend anyone I know to come to Conicelli in Springfield and to definatley go see Sean! He is a great salesman and a good asset to the Conicelli team.

I leased a brand new Toyota Rav 4 over the weekend and I couldn't be happier. I was so impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, I just had to write a review. My salesman Mark Paterson was the best! Even though he was obviously very busy with other clients, he took the time to answer all my questions(and there were many!!) and help me to get the most affordable deal for my budget. I went in there with intentions of just looking and maybe getting some prices. My sister bought a car the night before and said they were having great deals and for me to stop by. There were a nice varity of cars to choose from that fit my style of what I would be looking for. The sales associate who helped me was very knowledgeable and showed me the perfect options of cars that would fit me. The prices that were presented were where I wanted them to be so I signed the papers. I was in and out in a few hours smoothly and completely happy. I was in the need of a new vehicle and was undecided what brand I wanted to go with. I test drove a number of makes and models and found myself in the Conicelle Toyota dealership of Springfield on Labor Day weekend. The dealership created a family atmosphere for the holiday weekend by providing hotdogs, pretzels, and cookies for their customers. I soon found myself approached by salesman Mark Paterson who started to help me realize what it was I was looking for in a vehicle. Mark understood my needs, while grasping my style, and provided me with a few cars to test drive. Soon enough I was signing the papers for my new Corolla Sport! Not only did Mark help me with the logistics of the purchase he stayed late so that I could pick the vehicle up at my convenience. Mark also synced my phone up to the Bluetooth for me as I am a bit technologically challenged. My experience at this dealership was great. I didnt feel pressured and I was provided with the facts and calculations I need to make my decision. Everyone was very friendly and truly focused on my needs as a customer. I would recommend Conicelli Toyota of Springfield to anyone!

We purchased a new Toyota Avalon Limited from Joel Morales at Conicelli Toyota of Springfield at the end of October 2010 and we couldn't be happier with the sales experience! Joel was exceptionally informative and equally helpful. He did everything he could for us during AND AFTER the sale. In fact, he just picked up the car at our home and took it in for an add-on that we purchased and delivered the car back to our home at the end of the work day. He has consistently returned every phone call and is always very polite. He has taken the needed time to answer all our questions and is tremendously knowledgeable of what he sells. My husband and I will definitely be returning to Conicelli Toyota in the future....this has been our 3rd consecutive purchase from this dealership. In addition, we will always make it a point to work with Joel. He is a true professional in every aspect.

I found 3 cars online that my partner and I liked (dealers w/in 100 mile radius) that were all at Conicelli. Our first pick was sold by the time we got there however there were 2 we was interested in. My partner and I (Gay) were treated respectfully as a couple throughout the process. We finally chose one of the 2 and purchased it below the price we intended to spend. We drove the car home that day. Overall our experience was positive and we would recommend them. It was also important that we did most of our shopping online before going to the dealer. Our salesperson, Mike Messina, was very respectful and made every attempt to make us happy. Unfortunately, his boss interjected at the end of the sale and acted like we were wasting his time. Anthony was the person who spoke to us when we called the number listed online and was very professional and very friendly and was probably the reason we drove 1.5 hours to check out the vehicles in the first place. Also, Midge who handled the paperwork was friendly and proficient. Overall a good team.

Looking for car for my daughter. Conicelli salesman said I could take it home for the weekend and was wondering what kind of price it would take me to buy. His boss came out and stayed on the pricing. Feeling that I had a good price; but still wasn't sure about the car, was going to try it for the weekend. Signed the papers. Didn't even put 15 miles on it. They will NOT take it back. Don't trust them, this is definitely a bait and switch operation. Bait you with a trial and switch it to a sale. They epitomize the "Used Car Salesmen" ideal! You wanna know where car salesmen slurs come from go to Conicelli.

Wandered around the lot for almost 25 min before someone came out to help me. Showed them the car I had seen on the website and asked to take for a test drive. They kept trying to talk me down from an acura to a crappy old buick. The salesman was cheesy and pushy, exactly the personality you would expect a used car salesman to have. The most irritating part was that the employees kept talking to my uncle who was with me and ignoring my questions and comments simply because I am female. These people are sexist. I was paying for the car with MY money, and quite honestly, I probably know more about cars then my uncle does. Yet, because I am a female they were all doting on him and ignoring me. This treatment is why I decided not to buy here.

I use Toyota dealerships for all of my service needs. I just moved back to the area and decided to try Conicelli in Springfield for a routine inspection to see if they would be a good long-term choice. Conicelli blew it, big time. It took almost six hours from car dropoff to pickup, and I was charged way more than at other dealerships (Del and Carousel). The service manager told me the other two I have used over the past six years must have waived part of the fee, but since I didn't buy my car at Conicelli I would have to pay full price. Worse, my request to change the rear wiper led to a charge of almost $24 because they claimed the blade was not factory issued, when it was the original (the wiper has never been changed since I bought the car new in 2003). On average, I spend hundreds to thousands of dollars on annual maintenance based on mileage and age of my car, but I will be taking my business anywhere else rather than be charged over $100 for an inspection and wiper replacement. Avoid this place - save money by going to a dealership that treats all Toyota owners equally!!!

Worst service ever!!! I came in to find out about purchasing the car I was leasing, however as Conicelli was no longer a Jeep dealership, I decided to go with a used vehicle from their lot in exchange to turning in my vehicle. The salesperson I dealt with, Nick Sheppard was very rude and abrasive lacking all knowledge about cars. Three other co-workers of his including the General Manager Dave have walked over to appologize for his behavior. The car was sold to me with stained seats and a promise that the detailing process would take care of it..which after all of the paperwork was completed did not happen. We did eventually get our seats cleaned, however not without a fight. In addition to all of the issues, lack of communication from the dealership's end, and frustration, they decided not to take in my leased vehicle (which was the part of our original agreement) and in turn that had cost me another $300 in dispositon fees. Their excuse was that "it would just be easier for us to do it since there's only one paymetn left". The sales person promised us $280.00 in oil changes to make up for the last lease payment, however the general manager (Dave Brown) indicated that they do not make those offers on used vehicles, and that we would receive gas vouchers instead. His exact words were "Don't worry, we'll take care of you". After that I never heard from him again. My husband had gotten in touch Dom Conicelli (owner) who assued him that he would get this resolved. He too never called us back. We finally heard back from the general manager Dave (after 2 weeks of voice mails to Dom Conicelli and speaking with the customer relations' rep)stating that he'll give us two gas fill ups and "that the conversation was over". Nice place to do business??? I think NOT!
