Chaz from Coon Rapids Chrysler is great to deal with. I personally would not choose anyone else for purchasing a vehicle. I have used other salesman in the past and have not been happy with them. They don't do the stuff they say or if you ever need anything after you buy they are not around. Chaz is the guy who can make it happen. Have used him twice now.

I had my 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan serviced at Coon Rapids Chrysler and everyone was so friendly, helpful and quick to respond to my questions.It was decided that it was time to trade my van. Brian Saastamoinen was my salesman and he was amazing! He listened to my "wants" and "must haves". He worked with me via email throughout the week, was attentive to the urgency of getting into something quickly and was respectful of my price range. I find used car shopping really stressful. It's hard to know if you can trust the dealership or the sales team, so I am very selective about where I will buy a vehicle. This is the second car we have purchased at this dealership in the past 18 months. I returned because of the excellent customer service and no pressure process. Working with Sean Flanagan was a pleasant used car buying experience. He was open and honest concerning the 2011 Town and Country we were considering, which we saw online. They were concerned not only with the sale but also the condition of the van before we took it home since it had just come to the dealership. We live about 100 miles away and purchased the vehicle before they had time to check everything out. They asked if we would be willing to leave it there so they could go through it mechanically and cosmetically. When they called for us to pick it up it was like it had just be taken off the showroom floor. We are very impressed with our experience with Coon Rapids Chrysler and the help Sean gave us.

I used USAA's car buying service to help me find a new Wrangler. I had my heart set on a 2016 75th Anniversary, but with a caveat - I wanted... no I NEEDED... a manual transmission. Finding a manual transmission in any car these days is like finding a needle in a haystack. But finding a 75th Anniversary Wrangler, in a color I'd actually drive was impossible. USAA connected me with three dealers. One dealer didn't even get back to me. The second dealer first sent me a quote on a Grand Cherokee, and when I asked for a Wrangler quote, he told me that he could only get a non-75th with an automatic. Greg Richter, however, was different. He called me, spoke with me about what I wanted, and then said: "You know, we could order this." So we did. And this week I took delivery of an amazing 2016 75th Anniversary Wrangler, with a dual top, nav system, and.... wait for it... a manual transmission. Yes, I got EXACTLY the Wrangler I wanted, and I love it. Greg's ability to really understand my needs and make an effort to get me what I wanted was amazing. He made the entire process seamless, and he was a joy to work with. I can't recommend him (and Coon Rapids Chrysler Dodge) enough. Thanks, Greg! I love my "midlife crisis car."

I bought a Ram 1500 Longhorn from Coon Rapids Chrysler-Ram last week. I initiated the deal Monday morning on-line and was contacted by Brian Saastamoinen. I had been negotiating with other Ram dealers in the area, so I knew what was out there and what prices were ... and what I'd get for my trade. I told Brian I'd be in at 4:00 to look at the one vehicle we'd been discussing. When I got there, the Ram was outside cooling off (it was 96 degrees that day) waiting for me. I took a 15 minute test drive and decided ... yeah, this was the one! Brian was GREAT to work with; we arrived at what I believe to be a reasonable price (it's always more than I WANT to pay!) and he gave me what I wanted for my trade. While we chatted, he had finance take care of the paperwork and the truck detailed. I was on my way home before I even realized it. With the nicest new Ram I could ever imagine. It's been a week and Brian has reached out to me to see how it was going. I will CERTAINLY return to Coon Rapids Ram and ask specifically for Brian in any future Dodge purchases. I can't comment on service or the quality of repairs because I haven't needed a repair or dealt with the service folks yet. Overall, a very pleasant buying experience; and we all know how miserable it CAN be. Thus far, I am 100% satisfied with both Brian as a salesman and the Coon Rapids Chrysler dealership.

I was looking for a new Jeep so I decided to check out Coon Rapids dealership. I was referred to Jesse Jagunich who was very helpful. We found a Jeep I was interested on the lot and took it for a test drive. I really liked it but it was not the color I was looking for. He searched around and found the exact on I was looking for. It was a little more expensive but they matched it to the price they had on there lot since it was the exact same jeep but a different color. Next day he picked it up and was waiting for me. After going thru to many dealerships and meeting a bunch of sales people none of which would even give me the time of day or follow up with me, I finally stopped at Coon Rapids Chrysler jeep dodge and ram and I was greeted by Jesse Jaguinch within 5 minutes of being there, the first day I was just out to look at a few to see what they had and to get an idea for prices and Jesse was a lot of help, got me all the details about all the cars I was looking at and understood exactly what I wanted in a vehicle and found the best ones that match, about a week or went by before I went in again and I ended up buying one but during that time Jesse would send me texts with updates on cars that he had coming in and give me details about any that I thought Interested me, at first I was looking at Durango but after awhile I changed my mind and went and looked at jeeps and Jesse immediately help me find one that had everything and I mean everything that I wanted in a vehicle, we went on a test drive and I fell in love with it, I did buy it that day I knew I didn't need to sleep on it and he helped me thru every thing that needed to be done to purchase it and was all around a great guy, I honestly considered Jesse more of a friend during this process and will always. I would suggest you seek him out if you ever go and look at this dealership and I promise you won't be disappointed.

I found my newest vehicle by utilizing the car buying option on the USAA website which led me to my recently purchased 2015 Dodge Challenger. The sales associate, Cameron Davis, put his lunch down after I arrived early and without warning, to provide me a test drive. When I commented on how pleased I was with the vehicle and that I may come in later in the evening, he provided me a way to contact him stating he would come in past his regular work hours to do complete the paperwork. Needless to say I didn't make it in until noon the next day. Once I arrived, the car was already out front, cleaned, and ready to go. The whole process took less than an hour and I was out the door enjoying my new vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised by the warranty and level of service they provide for as long as I own the car. With no luck from my local dealers I reached out to Sean F and he kept in close contact via email and text when vehicles in my price range and options were available. I recently hit a pothole and ruined one of my front tires and rims on my Chrysler 200. I received excellent service at Coon Rapids Chrysler. My salesperson Carolyn Hagen helped me through the entire process. She checked on my wheel/tire warranty for me to make sure it would cover the damage. Michael Mapplebeck helped me in service and got me in right away to put the spare tire on my car and started the claim for my warranty. I looked at and purchased a used 2014 Subaru Outback from Coon Rapids Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM that I identified on cars.com. Greg Richter was my main contact at the dealership and throughout the sales process. He set me up for a test drive of the vehicle and arranged so I could take the vehicle to my local auto mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. When I knew I was interested in purchasing the vehicle Greg improved upon an already good price considering the model, mileage and age of the vehicle; the lifetime powertrain warranty that accompanied the vehicle was an additional plus. And there were no suprise charges or hard pushing of add-on warranties or extras when it came time to finalize papers in the finance office with Oliver. It was just the agreed upon vehicle price, sales tax, MN registration fees and a documentation fee which is limited by the state of MN. With a loan check from the bank the final paperwork was completed quickly. Overall I was quite satisfied with my car-buying experience at this dealership.

My dad has brought his vehicles here for years to get the oil changed at the service center. When it was time to buy a car we decided to look here. When we arrived the dealership just to look and test drive some different cars. Greg Richter was really busy but he took the time to make sure we were taken care of and got to see the cars we wanted to drive. When it was time to pick a car we had some choices at other dealerships but ultimately chose Coon Rapids Dodge because they have a great deal. Between the lifetime warranty and the small things like a full tank of gas, it's a good deal. I went to Coon Rapids after first going to a Cadillac dealer in Roseville, you know the one. I was looking for a "13 Cadillac XTS. The manager at the first dealership was not willing to work with me to get a used XTS that I had decided on. So, I left and went over to Coon Rapids Chrysler Jeep because they were advertising one. Cameron had reached out to me the day before on my inquiry of that car. When I arrived, he pulled the Cadillac right up for me to test drive. I loved the car, but there were issues financing because of the negative equity of my trade and the milage of the Cadillac. HOWEVER, Cameron assured me that he would do his Best to make make sure I walked away happy. After consulting with the finance guy, Amar,who was also great, he suggested that I consider a NEW car that had the same options /upgrades as the used XTS. Hence, the 2016 Chrysler 300S! I LOVE IT! I had a specific list I was looking for in a used small truck. I found the complete list at this dealership via cars.com. I am however 13 hours away in Erie, PA. My sales person was very helpful with pictures and information. Carolyn Hagen kept in close contact with me throughout the process via text messaging and she was willing to do the legwork to find answers to any of my questions even to get underneath the vehicle to take pictures. She even asked that I text her when I got home so she knew I made the 800+ mile trip safely. It was almost 1AM and she responded. that is the extra mile for sales staff with honest concern for people. I was concerned buying a vehicle so far away. I flew in not knowing if I would be flying home or driving. it all seemed too good to be true, but it worked out. A nice showroom looking used vehicle with a lifetime powertrain warranty, how can I go wrong? I did pay a little over "fair market value" for the vehicle, but the quality and warranty made up the difference. Nothing else on the market that compared.

My wife and I and our 3yr old went into CRC on a Friday to look at and test drive a T&C Minivan. Our time was limited as we were squeezing this in before a 12:15 appt. not really anticipating we would have time to actually purchase a vehicle this day. We met Aaron Schmidt as we entered the building who greeted us and asked if there was anything he could help us with (not pushy at all). We told him we were looking at potentially buying a used T&C and wanted to see what options they had available in inventory. He immediately looked up and found a 2013 model in the color and options we wanted. Within minutes my wife was test driving the car. On there return we let Aaron know we had another appt shortly and he assured us he would have us all ready to go before the appt (including looking at another car we had as a trade-in and presenting us with a fair offer) , then while we were gone he would get all the paperwork, etc. ready and we could come back sign and go before picking up our other kids at school. Sure enough upon our return from our other appt I went into meet with Amar, Finance Mgr, who had everything ready to go while Aaron helped acquaint my wife with all the features of the van. Within no time we were out the door and able to make it to the kids school with time to spare. This was the fastest and most efficient, hassle free car buying experience we have had. I was a current Jeep Leaseholder. I was mostly happy with the vehicle, extremely happy with the lease terms, but unhappy with the dealership that leased me the vehicle. Poor service experiences. I stopped in at this Jeep dealer and was immediately struck by the nice facility. The place was packed, so I thought they must be doing something right. Parking for customers is quite the challenge. I was intending to just test drive a Renegade as my lease wasn't yet up. I was just starting the process. So, I was approached by a really fun guy, Jesse, and he was very helpful. He listened to me, and he was definitely not pushy. He had to search for a vehicle that I really wanted as they didn't have one on their lot. Then he offered me a decent deal (not great, but good enough) and the opportunity to trade up to a new vehicle, and I was sold. There was a bit of a glitch in that they didn't get me the right color the first time, but they fixed that, and I ultimately got the vehicle that I wanted. The finance guy was equally great to work with......I have already recommended the dealer to a friend. Nice job, Jesse!

My wife and I purchased 2013 Town and Country from this dealer. We knew what kind of van we wanted and had been in contact with Carolyn Hagen over the phone a couple of times before coming in. Carolyn was a wonderful salesperson to work with. By the time we decided to move forward on a car, we felt like we were buying a car from a friend. The van we purchased needed to have some detailing before we drove it home. Carolyn set us up with a loaner car, which we kept for about a week. Even though this was a little bit of a hassle, it was no problem. Carolyn gave us the play by play as the car was getting finished till it was ready to be picked up. When we were finalizing everything with Drew, also a great person, Carolyn entertained our kids and kept them company. I contacted them through cars.com to test drive a 2015 Chrysler 200C. I visited the place and was greeted by a very welcoming staff. I wanted to trade-in my current vehicle to buy the Chrysler 200C. Not only did they match the price I was asking for but they took care of everything with the dealer I was currently working with (my car was an ending lease so it was a bit of a tricky situation to end my current lease). It allowed me to buy a new car and drive it home the same day. The next week, I had to take it back for a minor repair and they were extremely responsive and got me a loaner immediately and got the job done the same day. I worked with Greg who helped me with choosing the right car for the right price. Cool guy and very dedicated! Amar was amazing with the finance and got me a great APR rate and processed the paperwork in a heartbeat. Todd in service was very professional and extremely helpful. This was my first experience buying a new car and it was pleasant! I went in really not knowing what I was looking for and not even sure if I would be approved for a loan. The staff helped me find a car I was interested in and at a price that I could afford. Everyone was quite friendly. The lot was EXTREMELY crowded with cars, but they are currently creating an extension to their lot, and that issue should be gone soon. I also was there for about five hours. One of those hours was spent waiting for them to detail the car after I had purchased it, but the dealership was quite busy that day; I'm sure they handled things as quickly as they could. Overall, I had a great experience, and I will most likely return in the future for more Jeep purchases!

Before driving to the dealership, I called to make sure the vehicle I was looking at was still available. Amar Lowe took my call and helped me from there. I scheduled a test drive and Amar made me comfortable from the moment I arrived. We discussed what I was looking for in a vehicle. He showed me the Grand Cherokee and indicated they had just received it so it needed a few repairs, but I was welcome to take it for a test drive. When I decided it was what I wanted, Amar negotiated the trade-in of my current vehicle. After waiting a week, I was told my Grand Cherokee was ready to pick up. Upon arrival, Amar was not fully satisfied with how the repair turned out. He let me take the vehicle, but scheduled a time for the repairs to be more satisfactorily completed. Coon Rapids Chrysler was the second dealership I went to while searching for a new car. My friend recommended I use Keith Haemig for a sales person. I quickly found out why. We seemed to connect fairly quickly so it was easy to tell him what I was looking for in a car. He was friendly, had a sense of humor and I didn't receive a hard sales pitch. Four years ago, I never thought I would buy a Dodge....I just bought my third vehicle....2015 Durango! Last month I traded my 2013 Big Horn for a 2015 RAM Laramie. Everyone at the dealership is extremely kind, but I highly recommend CAMERON DAVIS. When I bought my first truck in 2013, I just stopped by the dealership to check it out, not sure I wanted to buy. I bought a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT in January 2015 from Coon Rapids Chrysler (Dodge Jeep Ram). My sales associate was Amar Lowe. I initially did my shopping for the vehicle via the internet, checking the other Jeep dealers in the area (and out of state). The Coon Rapids Chrylser website was excellent and helpful, providing photos and pricing. Based on the website, I made the decision to try Coon Rapids Chrysler and telephoned the sales department, Amar Lowe was the associate who got the call. I set up an appointment to come in and test drive. Amar had the car prepped and ready to go for the test drive - very impressed. Amar was knowledgeable and pleasant during the drive. Upon return, we sat down, hashed out some numbers and eventually sealed the deal involving a trade in and financing - quick painless and hassle-free. Gerald Johnson in the Finance Dept was excellent as well. I have purchased many vehicles including many from more 'premium' brands as Lexus, Mercedes, Infiniti, BMW, Porsche. While their facilities may not be on that level (those others can actually be a bit over the top and excessive I feel), they were clean and ample and very presentable. The staff gave me the same level of service and attention that I experienced at those dealerships. There was an incident in the condition of the vehicle, some scratches from the transit. Amar made sure that this was taken care of as soon as possible and within my schedule - it was done by the body work department of the service area. Very impressed with the attention to detail and the efficacy in which it was resolved.

Mr. Michael Gold is a professional salesman. He was very helpful in finding the right vehicle for me. I had done some looking on the computer for certain models. We did our home work on cars and we had narrowed our search to a Taurus SHO or a Charger R/T AWD. We looked online and shopped several dealers. After driving several of both we decided we liked the Charger better. We visited several Dodge dealers and several nice people. We ended our search at Coon Rapids Dodge. I had called and talked to Jesse Jagunich and he was very friendly and answered all my questions. I was impressed with the way he was just very straight up with us and willing to answer questions before we ever set foot in the dealership. This was actually the first truck I looked at after much online shopping and reviews. I moved on to look at several others and ended up coming back and buying from Carolyn Hagen, the first truck I looked at. Mine is a 2007 RAM 1500 4x4, one owner, local truck that had a few miles but was extremely clean. I found Carolyn to be friendly, always seemed to have a genuine interest in my experience and purchase, and always really good about returning phone calls and followup. None of this, " forget you after the sale" crap. Carolyn followed up to see that I was enjoying my new truck and that it was meeting my expectations, and is still following up on some very minor work to be done. I did experience some mechanical issues a few days after the sale, both the dealership and Carolyn handled the service admirably even though the truck was sold on an "as-is" basis due to the miles. The guys in service (Joe and Todd) were helpful in working out the problem I had and answering questions I had. I love my new-old RAM truck and would recommend Coon Rapids Chrysler and Carolyn Hagen to anyone. Thanks !

I recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Coon Rapids Chrysler. I had never dealt with them before so I wasn't sure what to expect. I must say that I was very impressed with them and with their level of customer service. The salesman I worked with was Michael Gold. He was excellent. I had a general idea of what I was looking for but he was able to guide me to a vehicle that really was exactly what I wanted. He was patient and not pushy. I felt like he was genuinely interested in helping me find what I wanted and not just to sell a car. The vehicle was used and so there were a few dings I wanted fixed. He did a great job following through and getting those issues taken care of. It was definitely not one of those situations where once the deal is done it's hard to get their attention. The whole service team was really good to work with and very helpful. I would highly recommend Coon Rapids Chrysler and Michael Gold. It was a very good car buying experience.

I was in the market for a new 2014 Ram 1500 and found a used 2014 Ram 1500 Limited at Coon Rapids. It was quite a drive from Jordan, but in the end it was well worth it. I went for a test drive with Chaz Smith who let me run the truck through my process rather than a canned test drive circuit. I spend the next 3 wks shopping for new Laramies at Coon Rapids and other dealerships, but kept in contact with Chaz who was very responsive over email and phone. I am so glad I found Carol Hagen at Coon Rapids Chrysler dealer. I had an appointment at the Chrysler dealer in Buffalo two days before. I drove an hour and a half, took off 4 hours of work to look at this van that I wanted. I even brought my checkbook. I walked in and the salesman told me he had to leave in 30 minutes. I took the van for a ride and it didn't ride as good as I would like. The salesman told me he has been a salesman for a long time and all Town and Country van's ride the same. (So I was stupid). He then tried to sell me a Chevrolet product, I asked if it seated 7 people and he told me I didn't really need 7 seats. I was in shock. What kind of salesman would treat a customer like this? Two days later I went to Coon Rapids Chrysler, Carolyn Hagen was my salesperson. I would recommend her for any new or used vehicle needs. She is an excellent car sales person, she made me very comfortable and at ease. Even the financing was painless and very quick. Carolyn made sure I was getting everything I had on my wish list. Overall my experience was good to great. Shahrukh Din seemed knowledgable about Cadillacs being an owner himself. Prior to actually coming to the dealership, I phoned and spoke Shahrukh about the body of the 2012 CTS4 I was interested in. Upon arriving, he noted one minor door-ding on the body and quickly added that it could be taken care of without question. I returned two days after the purchase to take care of the minor dent and was in amd out within 15 minutes. It was a very pleasurable car buying experience.

I ended up purchasing a 2015 Dodge Dart from Coon Rapids Chrysler recently. As I'd been doing some previous research ahead of time and had test driven a Dart once before versus the other manufacturer I'd been considering; perhaps that helped make things go smoother as I knew what I really wanted and the debate was between practical, lower price vehicle and a little better mileage on a car which I liked just fine (but did little for me in the driving experience) or the Dart which I wanted more and enjoyed the driving experience better. Bottom line was I ended up choosing the Dart for several reasons: I liked the overall driving experience a lot, the info/sound system was quite user friendly and the car fit me well. I was desiring a car that I truly wanted and enjoyed rather than simply transportation that I'd be reasonably satisfied with. Most important to me is that I have a good quality product that lasts many years and was purchased at a fair price and is a good value. Only time will tell, but so far I am quite pleased. I do have to say that my salesman, Keith Haemig, did a very good job working with me and spending the time necessary for me to feel completely comfortable that I was making the right decision. He was knowledgeable, patient and professional. I had purchased a used vehicle from him several years back and as that had been a positive experience I sought Keith out when I was considering a Dodge. Lastly, and I hate going into the portion of the purchase dealing with add ons and extended warranties, but Jerry Johnson did a very good job presenting the options & pros/cons in a helpful manner that was not pressuring and I had all the time I needed to make sure I made a decision that was best for me and my new vehicle. My buying exerience was very good at Coon Rapids Chrysler.

I couldn't get these people to leave me alone when I was interested in buying my vehicle, and once I bought it, I couldn't ever get a hold of them. It literally took months to get my license plates and I don't think I would have ever received them had I not called them (3 times, until they actually returned my calls) to ask what was going on. They have returned 1 of my 7 phone calls (messages were left on answering machines each time) and they rarely reply to my emails. I also bought my vehicle minutes before they closed, so I was promised a free detail due to the detailers being gone for the day already. I was told this would take "no longer than 30 minutes". I tried scheduling with them 3 different times (having to contact them multiple times because they would not return phone calls or emails) and they kept beating around the bush about how it would take a long time to do and they wanted me to drive over an hour to drop my vehicle off there, then come back the next day and pick it up. So much for only taking "no longer than 30 minutes". It was then suggested by my salesperson that they could maybe give me a few free oil changes to "make up" for the detail. Well, I was never granted those either. I really do like my vehicle and will probably stick with Jeep from here on out, but I would never buy from this dealership again.

After just finishing with a huge debacle with another dealership, and as a result not getting our car from them, I turned to CR Chrysler. On a Thursday afternoon, on a whim, I opened a chat window on my computer, and was greeted by a very nice saleslady by the name of Carolyn Hagen. I explained my situation, and what I was looking for in our vehicle, and she right away took my contact info and headed out to look. Just a few minutes later, I received an email that she had found just the car we were looking for, but that it needed to be brought in from another dealership. She sent me a .pdf of the window sticker, and it had everything we wanted. By Friday afternoon I had a deposit in for them to transport the car in, and by Saturday, the car was at the lot. Carolyn was in constant communication with me via texts and email, and I knew she genuinely cared that we get the car we wanted. When we arrived Saturday afternoon at the dealership, we were greeted by a salesman, and led to Carolyns desk. Carolyn was happy and smiling, and led us to our vehicle to test drive. The drive went excellent! We were able to make the deal, close the deal, and leave the lot with our new car! Carolyn made sure that we were comfortable. Everything was explained to us thoroughly, and we got our dream car! Carolyn went above and beyond our expectation of what a salesperson should be. Each step of the transaction went smoothly. She answered every question I asked promptly, and was very understanding. From the first chat, to the emails and texts, to pics of the car once it arrived, to the test drive, and the closing of the deal, she was there! She did an awesome job, and is a wonderful person! Shes great at what she does, and I think it was such a breath of fresh air, that she actually cared about us and our needs! Thank you so much for everything, Carolyn! My friend had previously bought a car from this dealership as well as several of his family members so I thought it would be a good place to go to do a pass through because he wanted to buy my car and trade in his car he had previously purchased from them. There really wasn't a problem until after the deal was done. I told the salesman and the finance lady the only people who I talked during the whole process, that I would be bringing in the stock rims and to tell whoever was appraising my trade that. But the message was never conveyed. I didn't find this out until I brought in the stock rims after talking to the salesman for two days straight about when I should bring them in. This brings me to part two of this cluster my friend also had after market rims but the actually wanted his stock to be part of the deal but after they refused to help figure out a resolution to fix a tire that went flat on the car he was buying from me after they took it to appraise it for some reason he said he wasn't bringing them because the manager was rude telling him he wasn't getting him a new tire I got him a tire no problem. But now there calling me three weeks after I bought the car saying if he doesn't bring the wheels that the will cancel the deal and take the car I bought from them back when I brought up them keeping my wheels I got a lame communication excuse and when I said how will that work with my other trade and the pass through I got a pause and a I'm not sure so I'm pretty upset with the handling of this. I guess I'll see what happens next.

Ms. Hagen was a very personable and professional as a sales staff member. However, the deal they offered on a used car was they expected above Blue Book value for their car while offering less than Auction value for my trade in. I have seen this from another dealer a couple months ago so it was not a big surprise to me. In the case of this dealer for a couple hundred dollars more than what they expected with my trade I went and purchased a better car, 2 years newer, less miles, more options and kept my present car. I maybe old fashioned but I do not think dealers today need a profit on every transaction to exceed $10,000.00

I called and spoke with the salesman who helped us a year ago( and without looking at his computer he remembered us). Because I live in Wisconsin, over 80 miles away, I started looking for my vehicle online. Coon Rapids Chrysler had the largest inventory of Jeep Grand Cherokees in the area so I decided to connect with one of their online sales people. Our salesman was very helpful in the way he presented a variety of trucks for us to look at. I already knew what I wanted and how much I was willing to spend and I'm sure he knew that but he spent some time showing us options which I feel is good salesmanship. He spent some serious time finding a truck that was very close to my ideal vehicle. They didn't seen real intent on selling me the protection package. No details on what would be done. I got the truck I wanted and was satisfied with the price. Real nice people.

When I was referred to Steve Erickson at Coon Rapids Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, I really didnt think I needed to go a dealership 30 miles away to get the Grand Caravan I wanted at a competitive price, but boy, am I ever glad I did. Steve went out of his way and out of the state to find the exact vehicle I wanted. I believe that the courtesy and professionalism that Steve demonstrated is the norm at this dealership. I wont hesitate to come back.

I went to the dealership with the idea of just shopping around for a vehicle however the very first vehicle I looked at I fell in love with and could not pass up the offer. They offer a lifetime warranty on all vehicles for vehicles that used, under 100,000 miles and under 10 years old.....a warranty for the life of the vehicle as long as it is services at their shop. I found a beautiful Explorer and and the miles on it were so low for the year of its make. It was in beautiful condition and a must have. The buying process was so easy and quick and the customer service from Greg was excellent. So far things have been wonderful with my vehicle and I am in love. I highly recommend Greg, the dealership.

Honestly, I went in just to look and drive - I wanted a different color, and there were several available around town, and even with fewer miles. Between the Lifetime Warranty and my salesperson's obvious integrity, I changed my mind and bought this one - the first one I looked at! Other than the length of time it took (loooong), this was a thoroughly delightful experience! Brian Saastamoinen is absolutely wonderful - very friendly, sincere and helpful. I felt like everyone I dealt with bent over backward to make sure I was happy with the T&C, with the value of my trade, and with the dealership in general. They made sure everything on my new van was in optimal condition. I was actually blown away! It is my second purchase from them, but will definitely not be my last!

They promised that the car we wanted to see was on the lot but when we got there they couldn't find the car and it took talking to 3 different people to find out where it was. When we asked to see a similar car they couldn't find that one either and still no one was aware of why it wasn't on the lot. The salesman promised that as soon as the first one we wanted to see came in, he would drive it to my office so I could see it. That never happened nor did I hear that the car ever showed up. I tried to make a deal to buy a different vehicle but they wouldn't make a deal with me and were incredibly unresponsive. I felt that they didn't care if I bought a $50k car with them or someone else. I ended up with a different dealer and they worked with me to get the price I wanted on the exact same car and I was out the door in less than 2 hours which is about how long we spent messing around trying to find a car to even look at while at Coon Rapids.

Looking to upgrade from me 2006 Town and Country and Coon Rapids had several to choose from in the model year i was looking for ( 2011) Greg Richter had fast reply's to my email inquiries and the second van i looked at was the one i purchased. The Lifetime Limited Warranty didn't hurt either. Overall good feeling on my experience, recommend you check them out if they have something you are looking for .

Liked how attentive the whole dealership has been. While dropping off my car for a minor repair, a service rep let an elderly gentleman talk at length about his personal life. He took the time to listen to him on topics that were unrelated to his repair. Very nice I will say, I didn't get great communication on when to expect my repairs will be done. Left my car there all day for a 30 minute repair that was done in the afternoon.

They "advertised" a trade in bonus and when asked what this trade in bonus entailed I was told, it was just top dollar for a trade in vehicle. They also said that an outside company comes and does the graphics and it really doesn't co-exist with specials. A customer (who one of the finance people know) was selling purses to other customers that were waiting. During my meeting with the GM of the facility, it was said that he was getting work done on his car and this was just being stored there until the work was completed. I am not sure why it just couldn't stay in the trunk...2 customers were persuaded into buying fake purses. The tire pressure of the vehicle when I left was at 55 psi. I brought it back in and I was told to schedule and appointment. With very little concern of the safety issues at hand. Finally, my worst experience in this entire event was with the service department. They car I had bought was used and I noticed that some vibration was occurring in the gas pedal. It took the dealership, 10 days to investigate, align the vehicle and replace a strut. I had to BEG for a service vehicle to use during this time, they completely lacked at communicating with me as a customer on the status of the vehicle and the vibration was never fixed. They clearly falsely advertise, have unacceptable business practices and little care of concern for you as a customer after you sign the documents. I did send a letter to the dealership explaining my issues and I was asked to come in. At the meeting they explained that they knew they have problems for a very long time and they are working on fixing it (i am not sure how long it takes to fix these problems). He indicated that many signs were put up in the lobby if you are waiting more than 15 minutes let a receptionist know (one 3x5 sign, orange and not noticeable). They really didnt do anything to fix the issue and I would NEVER suggest anyone purchase a vehicle or especially bring one in for service EVER to this location. It was a nightmare. I did receive 4 oil changes for my Troubles

Bought a new Ram 1500 from Coon Rapids. I needed a new truck as my 2012 Ram got wrecked. Local dealerships didn't have very good deals, so I expanded my search to the Twin Cities even though I live 5 hours away and it would be somewhat difficult to get to the cities to buy a truck. After browsing their ads, however, I saw a truck that I wanted. I then read various reviews of their dealership online and liked what I read. So, I called down there to see if they could sell a vehicle over the phone and if they could deliver it to me. I fully expected them to tell me "no". Instead, I got a quick "yes" and we made the deal over the phone. I took pics of the various documents they needed from me and texted them down. We then arranged for delivery up where I live. The whole process took only 4 hours. When it was delivered, the truck was exactly as promised. The two guys who delivered it (and concluded the paperwork with me) were very nice and friendly. I really enjoyed chatting with them. They actually filled up the gas tank for me! I had fully expected them to just drop off the truck with whatever gas was in it given they were driving 5 hours to deliver it too me. Greg Richter, the internet sales manager is the guy who made all this happen. I very highly recommend working with this guy. He was nice, quick to return messages, and made buying a truck over the phone easier than buying one in person. I'd buy from him again without hesitation. I was really surprised that a person could buy a vehicle without ever stepping foot into a dealership. I was even more amazed that they would deliver it to me. I highly recommend Coon Rapids Chrysler.

Was not shown Carfax until after deal was made (partially my fault as well), Car was to be "detailed" which to me means more than a simple wash and tire dressing (insides of all door jambs were FILTHY, engine compartment was untouched, and my kids could vacuum better when they were 5). Wanted to get to son's baseball game and finish paperwork after, but ended up waiting over an hour for our turn with finance guy and missed son's game when we could have went to game and came back to do paperwork long before dealer closed.

My husband was at Coon Rapids Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM to have our air conditioning repaired on our van. We purchased vehicles at your location in the past. When we found out how much it was going to cost to repair the air conditioning, I told him to look at new vans while he was waiting. He talked to Brian Saastamoinen while he was there. Brian let my husband bring home a new van for me to look at, then we went back to discuss trading our van. The van with all the features that we wanted was not at your location, so Brian checked other locations and found what we wanted. We traded in our old van for the new one. Brian went over all the features of the new van while we were there to pick it up. There are a lot of changes in this new van. Purchased a 2005 SAAB. It was very well "preped" - New brakes and wiped blades, full of gas, excellent detailing, passenger side outside mirror glass ordered and installed a week after the sale. Only problem, I missed that the fog lights were missing, (yes the switch is there, the circuit is fused and one can see the marks on the mounting brackets). So can't really expect them to replace them now - my miss, my cost. Just be sure to check any used car thoroughly.

His reply to our first question was to say "Maybe you should go buy another Suburban, then." His attempt at an apology was half-hearted at best. We were treated much better at the three other dealerships we visited later that same day.

I haven't bought a vehicle in 8 years so I was very impressed with the way I was treated at Coon Rapids Chrysler. I worked with Brian Saastamoinen, the internet manager, great guy, very easy to work with and he was very interested in getting me the right car in my price range. I bought a used car from him which comes with a lifetime warranty that only they offer on used cars with certain criteria. All in all, I will definitely be returning to Coon Rapids Chrysler when I am ready to buy again. Thanks again for the great deal and great car!

I have owned only GM products, but have always visited Coon Rapids Chrysler Jeep Dodge to view the great looking cars, SUV's and Trucks. Even though I was not in the market at the time, the staff at CR C/J/D has always been happy and willing to showcase their wares. After driving these cars while renting them in Ohio (because of the willing help from my friends at Coon Rapids Chrysler), when it was time to buy, I ran over to CRC! I drove seven cars, and bought a GREAT 300 Limited! Everyone at the dealership worked their butt off to make sure everything went right! Thanks again CRC!

I have usually bought a used General Motors vehicle. However, I heard about rhe Chrysler Town and Country minivan. It sounded like the stow n go feature was exactly what I wanted. The Limited model has so many features that I and my wife like. So many electronic devices! I am an electronics guy, having worked for a computer company and a telecommunications company. The price was very good with many rebates and I received a very good price on my tradein vehicle. The salesman, Steven Erickson, worked hard to get us a good deal. The process went very well.

This place is great and honest. I bought a 2003 Mustang GT and received great customer service. before I bought the car, they changed the oil, put on brand new tires, changed the spark plugs, and changed the serpentine belt. They did not just say they did these things, they actually did them! the car has been running like a top with no signs of future problems. I got a free lifetime power train warranty that says specifically everything it covers. I got the cheapest price with that many miles on it. The purchasing process was simple and did not try to force me to finance with them. The salesman was very helpful. I was looking for something wrong with this car or dealership and i couldn't find anything. I highly recommend!

Alex Boone was very respectfull of me. He knew that I was just looking on a Sat. and still took the time to show me a few cars. We tested one a very nice A4. Would love to have taken it home! Check is still over 30 days out. Hope that they have one that nice when the money is in place. Love the coverage that they have for car repair on uesd cars under 100,000 miles. WOW

We have a had an interest in a certain vehicle now for several months. The morning we purchssed the truck we saw CR Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM had one on their lot. Between looking at the ad, test driving the truck 2 times and making up our minds to purchase the whole experience went very smoothly. Never did we feel any pressure ( buying or financing) and received a very fair price on our trade. In fact our trade was a foreign car brand and they offered us the same for it as the manufacture's dealership. Would not hesitate to send friends and family here for their auto needs. a big thanks to Cameron for his low key demeanor, and "the finance guy" ( sorry it was late and I don't remember his name) for a great car buying experience!

From the sales side of the house I was extremely impressed, the sales team was knowledgeable and helpful not at all pushy. The financing office worked nicely with the sales team to make sure we got into our vehicle with the payments we wanted. After purchasing though I would never bring any vehicle to their shop for service. We purchased the oil change and inspection package as it was less expensive in the long (or it should be if they did what they said they were going to do). The vehicle was to get a full inspection which included brakes, which is a known issue with a 2008 Town and Country, they indicated it was done and charged the company that supplied the oil change inspection package. But they obviously never checked them as the brakes failed and when we brought it to an independent mechanic they indicated if someone had taken the wheel off to look at the brakes they would have seen the state of the brakes. We have had to tell the service writers to have the technicians perform certain checks and repairs that they should have done on the previous oil change if they had been performing the job they said they had. The last straw was them writing me up with a labor charge and not informing me of any charges prior to my authorization. I am an understanding person, but when 3 issues happen to me in succession it is no longer small accidental things that might to anybody it is a pattern of bad service. I know I'm not the only person to have issues with this dealers service department, but those comments will have to come from them.

I originally went into Coon Rapids Dodge, Jeep, and Chrysler to talk to a loan manager about refinancing my Dodge Caliber. They told me the person I was requesting to speak to had the day off so they directed me to another person to help me. He did some research and told me I was eligible for a vehicle upgrade if I wished. I happily took the offer I was given because my car at the time was nearing 100,000 mile mark. I ended up picking a 2012 Dodge Avenger. Plus this was an upgrade from the caliber and the deal only got better as I was able to receive a lower APR then before. Plus lower monthly payments then my previous loan. So in the end I got a better deal with cheaper payments and and a vehicle upgrade. I was so impressed that every thing that was accomplished was done in less then four hours, which my last purchase from another dealer took a whole weekend to make a deal. Drew A. is a great salesman and everyone else that helped make the sale at Coon Rapids Dodge, Jeep, & Chrysler. I give them a five star service.

Wow, what service from James Richter, Sr!! I spotted a 2010 PT Cruiser on line earlier in the day but didn't contact you until 2:00 or so I believe. James drove the vehicle right to my house so I could take a look at it and then actually came back later and drove me back to the dealership so I could sign the paperwork and drive the car home. The inside of the car was immaculate; the car was filled with gas and warmed up for me and ready to go. Everything happened so fast, I was pretty much speechless!! I would definitely recommend Coon Rapids Chrysler and James Richter, Sr. to others.

The salesman was very knowledgeable about the Grand Cherokee I was looking to lease but the paper work process was less than professional. He wrote the figures on a scratch piece of paper and brought them back and forth to the sales manager. He didn't tell me what the final sales price was or what I was getting on my trade in until I asked. Once we did get to the finance guy the figures I was quoted didn"t match what I was told.Upon delivery of my vehicle after "clean up" there was still spilled coffee on the cup holders. It was a longer process than what I was expecting but in the end I drove away happy with my purchase.

We saw a van online and were ready to trade ours in. We called and it was still there so we went to test drive it. It was exactly as stated in the ad and we were ready to do the deal. We got what we wanted for our trade and drove home in our new (used) van. The only real complaint I have is that it could have been speeded up a bit. I wish they would have test driven our van while we were driving theirs. Also wished we could have gotten the loan papers going quicker. There was too much "ballpark" quotes. We were ready to buy and just wanted to get the ball rolling. Lastly...LOVE the lifetime warrenty!!!!!

I was looking at 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokees with certain features and price limits. I also compared Toyota, Nissan, Ford, Dodge, and Chevrolet SUVs but the GC "fit" me (literally!) the best. I had already visited another dealer but stopped on a whim at Coon Rapids one afternoon after work. Keith Haemig showed me the features of the vehicle after listening to my criteria and NEVER pushed the sale. He was non-pressuring in his dealing with us, extremely courteous and cooperative with understanding our preferences, and allowed us to reach the decision on our own rather than trying to force us. He was very open with the pricing and even located the right vehicle about 3 hours away. All in all, it was the best car-buying experience I ever had, and I attribute that to Keith.

My wife and I are in the market for a new Grand Caravan. I knew our credit was an issue but doable as we came from Chevy and got a fair offer of credit, they simply didn't have any inventory we were interested in. I contacted the CoonRapids Dodge on Friday and was put in touch with a Kevin Dujoi (sp). Twice I was told he would call back, and twice he never did and after finally calling him was brushed off and he said some other guy would be handling our app. Well, here it is 6 days later after initial contact and no calls back. Looks like they are making money fast and furious over there from someone because they sure didn't seem to want to take my money. Made me feel like a second class Amercan. What a bunch of knuckleheads.

We have enjoyed dealing with Steve and this is our second time around with leasing a van through Steve. He is such a personable man and really takes the time to listen and respond to what is important to us. He is very much customer oriented and is in the right job. He knows the product inside and out and takes the time to sit and take us through new technology that we are unfamiliar with rather than just referring us to the owners manual. He well remembered some blunders that happended on a previous van lease and is still apologizing for them. We have long since forgotten them, but being the professional and caring person he is, he doesn't let those things go easily. I came in already to test drive two used vehicles i had looked at the previous day in the lot. Test drove them and really liked the Ford Taurus over the Chevy Malibu. Wanted to know what my car would be on a trade in and told Cameron our sales person that i had bought it here so everything should be in the computer. He then asked me what i owed on my car which i was confused about what that had to do with anything? He looked up my car and still had to ask me questions about my car which i just looked at him you have that info. in your system i don't know. He didn't ask to look at my car he just went on line and keyed in the info. and showed me the screen!! The price was a shock to me so then he said oh let me see and clicked something and brought it up another $2,000 which i was still like your kidding right..... My dad was with me and asked what the car i wanted to buy was worth as a trade in so he looked that up and it was the same as the one i had so basically i was going to loose $10,000 with trading my car in on a used car!! That is when i got up and said i am done here and left. Cameron didn't have anything to say so we left.

I had an older vehicle that broke down unexpectedly on me. The repair costs were enough that repairing really wasn't an option. When I arrived at Coon Rapids Chrysler I handed a list of requirements that HAD to be met in order for me to buy a car (what I would call my comfort zone), let them point out a couple models that may meet those requirements and then I picked one. I would like to add here that what I picked, I felt, really pushed the boundaries of what a person could buy for the monthly payment I was willing pay. When it came time for financing is when I really felt that this dealership was on my side. They knew what I was going to pay and how much they needed to make and took that to the banks. In the end, they beat my offer and saved me some money while giving me the car I wanted. I know my credit score and history have a part to play in this but they didn't have to do everything that they did. They could have settled with a payment that fit my budget instead they chose to beat it. And that extra step is what impressed me the most. I'm very happy with their services and employees.They will be the first stop for my next vehicle.

I was not SOLD a car, I bought one after I was given all the information I needed to make the best buying decision for my wife and I. My first exposure to Coon Rapids Chysler was shopping online for a vehicle. When I found one I liked I emailed my interest and was promptly contacted to look at the vehicle in person. The car was clean and Steve Erickson shared the carfax report with us. He then handed us the keys and said take it for a spin. When he explained the "lifetime drivetrain and engine warrantly" it became a no-brainer to buy this car from Coon Rapids Chyrsler. They even gave it a fresh wash and filled up the gas tank! Next time I need a vehicle the search will be much easier because I'll go straight to Coon Rapids Chyrsler and ask for Steve.

Bad experiance. Whole day shot due to inept salesman. Asked about the 0% for 72 month option. Said, Yes we have that but the loan guys can also show you many financing options. We stressed that the 0/72 was a big deal for us. We had a mo/payment amount set. Sent to other locations to check out vehicles that fit our needs. Cool. Misled us on two optional equipment availabilities. After a full day of looking went to the finance guy only to learn that there was no 0/72 offer. But we could pay $3500.00+ in interest to get a similar monthly payment plan. Salesmans reaction. Really, no 0/72. Bummer! Salesman was nice, but clueless. No sale. In the past we had been treated better at this dealer. Different salesman.

We purchased what was supposed to be a "certified" used car in Nov 2010. 1st thing we found wrong was that the windshield wiper fluid would not work (by coming out onto the windshield). We had to wait almost a week to get the part for it & we hadn't even gotten to drive our "new" car yet. Our sales guy (Ken Loeber) was of no help. He asked me to call the parts / service dept to ask them when the car would be repaired instead of doing it himself. We were given a rental van in the interim until it was repaired. Now, just a few months later, we find that the van is smoking when the defroster is turned on. We have relocated to Houston, TX so we called up to Coon Rapids to see if the van should be covered under some kind of warranty (it has been less than 4 months since we purchased it). All we have gotten is the "run around". We were told, go & take it to a Chrysler dealer down in TX. See what they say is wrong with it. Then call us back & talk to our service dept & then we can see what can be done. Absolutely horrible / deplorable customer service. I would not recommend this dealer or to buy a car from Ken L. to anyone. This is not how your treat customers if you want return business.

Not having a good experience at St Cloud Hyundai I was hesitant to inquire about the vehichle at CRC After talking to Brian Saastamoinen I drove from St Cloud to look at the car, my wife and I were impressed with Brian and CRC.I couldn't believe how smooth the whole transaction transpired..... I realize how word of mouth and customer service are the two main reasons for a business to succeed in this day and age with all the competition, at no time did we feel like we were being pressured into something we didn't want or need. I came in just to test drive a couple of vehicles. Ken met myself and my girl friend at the door. At no time did Ken try to pressure us into something we didn't want. He let us go about our test drive, answered our questions and was very helpful. I came back the following day to talk to Ken. I explained my position of being upside down in a vehicle and wanting to get out of it with something newer or something with a lower monthly payment. I also explained that I am trying to rebuild my credit from a divorce and had high interest on my current vehicle because of it which put me underwater on that vehicle. I loved that Ken at no time judged me or my financial situation and gave me advice and tips on what I could do. Ken was very pleasant to deal with. I plan on going over my options in the next couple of weeks and will more than likely return.

When you go to buy a new/used vehicle it can be a bit overwhelming, even if you go there and have all your desires ready and at hand. When I pulled into the dealership and started looking at what I thought I might want, Terry came out and helped us. He was very friendly, and listened to all of my list of wants/needs in a vehicle. When we took the Caliber out for a test drive, I thought for sure I found my car, but then Terry got to talking about the Avenger and we gave it a whirl. Well Terry was right, it was a nice car and we wound up purchasing it. The best part was that we weren't pressured in any way to go one way or another towards a vehicle. My list of wants/needs was taken into consideration and I left feeling good about my purchase, and my experience. Thanks for a great car buying experience!!!

I bought a Dodge Journey a bout 9 months ago. This vehicle is not equipt for snow. Went to order new tires only availible from one brand and not in a all season radial. After we came to terms on this, the transfer case exploded on my wife. When brought to the dealer they replaced the case with no problem. but they did not fix all the problems. Then the service manager wanted $125.00 diagnostic fee to fix a warranty problem. Then he stated it was in a major accident and that was the problem. According to sales it was never in a accident. Further more sales did not step up tp the plate to put my wife in a vehicle she trusted. Another dealer came up and made a way better offer on almost the same vehicle you had. really missed the plate.

I bought a 2010 Dodge vehicle with 28k miles on it. Still under factory warranty. I took the vehicle through the car wash and found it leaked. I took it in to get it fixed and they gave me the run around basically. Saying "we gave it a water test and it didn't leak, and we can't replace it if there's no visual damage." I just stood there shocked. My vehicle still leaks! A couple of days ago I took it in cause my front was shaking bad. all of a sudden they want me to sign a sheet saying if its not a warranty issue I owe $80. Again, stood there shocked. I just wanted you took look at it while I got a oil change. So I went to Coon Rapids Good Year and they helped me, No Charge!

My husband went in for a oil change I wanted to go along since I hadn't seen Jim Richter jr since he left Dodge of Blaine. I mentioned to him/Jim that we really wanted to upgrade our vehicle, that we needed something larger but at the same monthly payment. We were shown a Dodge Journey and decided to test drive.
