I just bought my second vehicle with Copeland Chevrolet. My salesperson, they call him Shoe, was fantastic. He showed me several trucks and spent a lot of time explaining the little differences with each model. When I made my decision he was very thorough at delivery; helping me connect my phone and making sure that I understood all of the features of the truck. The whole Copeland Chevy team was a pleasure to work with.

i had the same experience that Arthur Rodrigues posted about on 10/8/16....i went in based on an advertisement that the dealer had no intention of honoring, test drove the exact vehicle in the ad, and was told that the ad contains disclaimers that disqualify 99% of the population from getting the discounts....i was then told "all dealers do this", "gm makes us advertise this way", and "we can give you a really good deal on something else"....classic bait and switch...it's also disturbing that although being notified of this on 10/8 via Arthur Rodrigues's post, they continue this unethical practice....to be fair, i was notified 3 days later that the vehicle i was interested in now qualifies for the discounts (whatever)....but at that point i was happy to give another dealer my business....i found what i was looking for for the advertised price at another dealer, so all dealers don't do this....i did send 3 emails to 2 different people voicing my displeasure, they all went unanswered....

I confirmed the work and the total price I paid with a friend who is very knowledgeable with automobile repairs, and he said the recommendation for additional work beyond what I had requested was exactly what was needed and the price I paid was reasonable. Chris Gilmore was fantastic as it was a seamless transaction as he worked with Ed Cushing the Sales Manager to put the trade and lease numbers together in a reasonable length of time. Jason Pappas the General Manager also chipped in at the time of delivery because they were swamped with deliveries.The finance manager was also very professional and personable just like the previous mentioned. They had the Tahoe LTZ in stock that I was looking for with HUD Option (Heads Up Display). I would highly recommend Copeland Chevy if you are in the market for a new Chevy. They earned all 10's in my book and would purchase there again in the blink of an eye and highly recommend others to do so also!

My 2016 Chevy Malibu purchase was great. Everyone was very helpful. Rodrigo was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and extremely patient answering all of my many questions, even days after my purchase. After many months of consideration and saving, we were able to buy a new 2016 Silverado. We first started dealing with Ed in January. We picked up our new truck Monday...just two days after starting the process...and it being a weekend! Our sales person, Eduardo was very kind and helpful. But the person who got it all done was Steve Buchanan! Thank you guys, all of you, for helping to make this purchase a reality!! I would like to take the time and extend another thank you to Copeland Chevrolet who was able to get me the exact Trim package and color I wanted in the new Chevrolet Camaro. I picked up the vehicle within 24 hours after explaining my exact exterior, interior color choices, and most importantly 6 speed manual gearbox, even though it wasn't on the lot when I stopped by. Mainly I would like to stress if you are planning on shopping multiple locations to find a specific car, save your efforts and go to Copeland they can get you anything you want in a timely manner. My husband had his truck towed to copeland, that was our first mistake. He was told that it was his fuel pump and would cost $900, so he authorized the repai, the next day he received a call that the wires were broken and needed repais as well but not to worry it was included, ok the next day he gets a call the module is gone too. He believes it was the module all along since they first Installed the fuel pump and realized it wasn't that. Well $1275 later he took his truck home. My husband called a local gm dealership and was quoted cheaper prices in the parts, once he brought it to the attention of the service advisor he lowered the cost of the parts. We were offered 10% refund after posting a negative review but quite frankly I find that insulting

I have never had a better experience than the one I had at Copeland Chevrolet!! From before even walking through the door,my emails back and forth eith Scott, to walking in and having Russel be the most personable and knowledgeable salesman I have ever encountered. Ed and Tom were so helpful and made feel so comfortable. Steven was so patient and worked really hard to get me the best deal. Everyone was so friendly and professional, addressing me by my first name as soon as I walked in the door. They all know the true meaning of customer service!! Thank you All

I called at the end of the week and spoke with the manager. I asked if a specific vehicle was in stock, still. He checked and said yes. I told him that I would not be able to make it in for 2 days due to how far away it was to me. I stressed the fact that I am highly interested in this vehicle and that I was almost positive I would be putting in an offer, I just wanted to test drive it. I asked if he would hold it till I came in. He said yes and he couldn't wait to meet me. I set up a time to come in and verified it the night before. Again, making sure they were holding the car for me. The day I went in my name was on the welcome board, I thought that was a nice touch. I went in and said hi, that I had an appointment. They pulled out my paperwork with the car I was looking for and got me a salesman. A minute later our saleman comes back to us and says "I'm sorry, that vehicle was just sold half an hour ago here are other cars that are similar" wait.. What? I got up and left. That is NOT how you do business. I set up an appointment for a specific vehicle, I went to my said appointment on time. I was told by the manager that they were holding it for me. I wasted gas and time driving to them to find out they sold it while I was on my way up there! I will never do business with this company and I will be informing all friends and family to do the same. Very disappointed.

My 2008 silverado with 63,990 miles, check engine light came on so i brought it into Copeland Service Dept. They told me that it was a P0300 code (engine misfire). The service dept. kept me informed of the progress. After several days and $736.00 later i was informed that the engine needed a new camshaft & lifters and that would cost another $4500.00 because G.M. would not cover it. I said no way and picked up the truck. On the way home the check engine light came back on. I took it to another Dealer and they took the fan belts off the truck and the chirping noise coming from the engine did not go away. The other Dealer told me that G.M. sent a tech service bulletin out and they know about the faulty camshaft & lifter problems on the 4.8 & 5.3 liter engines and the Dealerships are aware of it. I feel Copeland took me for a ride in my own truck for $736.00 without any repair to the problem.

I thoroughly enjoyed the interactions that I had with Russell Grant (salesman), Jason Pappas (general manager) and Steve (business manager). I was seriously looking to buy a new car for my wife for Christmas and had actually spent a few days tire kicking at quite a few dealers. I had narrowed our vehicle preferences down to either a Ford Explorer or a Chevrolet Impala, depending on whether my wife preferred an SUV type vehicle (Explorer) or a full size sedan (Impala). I am not the type of person to buy on a first visit. I like to view what's available, visit a lot of dealerships, get a feel for the people at the dealership, etc. I was impressed when Jason came out to speak to me after my first visit and test drive of an Impala at Copeland, but did not put any hard pressure on to make a deal immediately. He made it known that he wanted to sell me a car, but he did it without being too pushy. Copeland Chevrolet was actually one of the last dealerships that I actually visited, but my initial impression was favorable enough that I put them on my short list for round 2 of my vehicle shopping, which was the point at which I had already been approved by my bank for financing at a nice, low rate (3.24 percent) and ready to actually drag my wife around in order for her to test drive the vehicles and make the final decision. Our decision day came (Thursday, December 10th) and my wife and I started hitting the various dealers on my short list. She actually drove the Impala first, was suitably impressed and showed a preference toward the highest trim level (2LTZ). We then headed to the Ford dealership that had an Explorer that was on my short list, went into the showroom for assistance and waited and waited and waited and waited. We couldn't find a soul in sales. Some lady in a second floor office window kept looking at us, but obviously didn't summon anyone to help us. We then went to Copeland Chevrolet and she test drove the vehicle that we ultimately bought, but we didn't buy immediately. We decided to try that Ford dealer one last time, found someone willing to put a dealer plate on the Explorer, she test drove it and.................her personal preference went to the Explorer by a slight margin. Truth be told, she really enjoyed both vehicles. Now came time to chat with the manager at the Ford dealership. The salesman I had dealt with in previous days was supposed to be there from noon time on, but was a no-show. OK, things happen and we are now talking with the manager anyway. He's higher in authority, so I figure this is better. Well, any thoughts of a deal quickly blew up when he openly questioned my veracity when I told him that I had offers from other Ford dealerships on the same vehicle/option package that were clearly $700 to $750 lower than his. Rather than sharpen his pencil and do some extra math, he opts to sit and argue with me on whether or not these other Ford dealerships really offered the prices that I mentioned. It may have been a negotiating tactic on his part, but it just rubbed me the wrong way. My wife and I then started down the road toward Ford dealer #2 with the offer currently sitting at $750 lower than Ford dealer #1. I get five minutes down the road while my wife and I are both flabbergasted at what we perceived as disrespectful conduct by the manager at Ford dealer #1. Already a bit incensed at how we were treated, I then started explaining to my wife that I was also a bit miffed at how Ford treats veterans with incentives. Ford only gives a veteran discount if you are active duty, retired or within a few months of actual discharge date. Chevrolet was not pulling that crap. Their discount worked to the benefit of all veterans, even old goats like me that got discharged over thirty years ago. At that point, my wife says that her preference for the Explorer wasn't that much over the Impala, so let's skip Ford and start negotiations with the Chevrolet dealers. Agreed!! Had my first experience with your service department on this vehicle and I have absolutely no complaints because it couldn't have been any easier. Inez was great with her assistance. She had the loaner car ready for me as promised and the fix on my car was done much faster than I had expected since there was a chance that the dash would have to be opened up. No complaints here thanks to the efficiency of your service department.

I recently drove to Copeland Chevrolet from Norther VT to look at a used Suburban. I texted my contact at eh dealership whenI was a hour out as he had asked. He told me ask for Ed Cushing, the manger upon my arrival. It was a Sunday at 3:00 pm and it was raining out. The dealership was dead, I was the only customer in the place. When I walked into the dealership and asked to speak to Ed, I was pointed in his direction. I should have left then. Ed, the manger on duty, was so busy playing on the computer he could hardly lift his head to speak to me "what do you need" WOW, WOW no is that customer service. I explanined who I was and that I had been told to ask for him....... Yeah, what do need. He assigned me to a saleman. Nice enough guy but teh experince didn't get any better. The games began on my trade that had been worth 21k, but now was down to 18.5K wthout explantion beyond the fact that it was a "SL" not a "platnium" even though they had been told "SL" to begin with. Copeland was able to take me on a very short notice for my 2nd service. They did a great job and the service was done quicker than quoted, which is always nice. Impala 2LT Sales crew was good & helpful. Only negatives: they seemed to try to hurry my decision on which car to buy. Once I bought car, the features were not explained that well. I am still reading the manual to find out how to use features. I would have deliberated a little more on which of the cars I had viewed.

I visited Copeland after seeing a listing for a Chevy volt online. The overall experience was great. Everyone I dealt with were really personable with no hard sales tactics. They beat two other dealerships on pricing, and made the process as easy as possible. The only small complaint is that the online ad for the car had a large rebate included that I didn't qualify for, but I found that's typical for most dealerships (at least Copeland doesn't include trade in amounts for their online prices, which a lot of others do!). I'll definitely be calling up Tony at Copeland for my next car.

I was just looking but ending up buying because of the salespeople. They were very knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and considerate. I did not feel pressured to look, buy or test drive. Everything was geared to what I needed and wanted. When I test drove the Malibu I was reminded to drive like I normally do. To hit the gas, stop on a dime so to speak, go to any road and anywhere I wanted to. To actually drive the car. in the process of moving stuff from my old car to this one I forgot a whole section. When I went back for registration I was given a bag full of the stuff I had forgotten. The salespeople couldn't be more considerate of my emotions in helping me to adjust from a car I had had with my husband to one that I will now have by myself. Several days after I had possession of the vehicle I received a call from William asking if I had any questions about anything having to do with the car. Did I have any trouble using any of the features? Did I need instructions on how to use anything? That follow up call meant a whole lot. This dealership and the salespeople get two thumbs up from me. As well as recommendations to friends and family..

I was looking to trade in my 2010 Chevy Malibu but was undecided as to what kind of car I wanted. I saw two 2014 Chevy Impalas that interested me. The first dealership I went to took forever to finally realize the vehicle was not on the lot but if I would come back in 2 days they would have it for me to test drive, needless to say I left with no intentions of returning.....The second impala was at Copeland Chevrolet in Brockton. I was greeted immediately and introduced to my salespeson Eduardo Peralta. Within minutes I was test driving the vehicle. We negotiated for a bit and came to a deal that I was more than satisfied with. I drove my new car home on Saturday and returned on Tuesday for the registration, inspection sticker and a couple of minor items that needed to be addressed on the new vehicle. All in all I am very happy with the my salesman Eduardo, and Steve in the finance office but mostly I LOVE MY NEW IMPALA...Thank you Copeland Chevrolet

You will love the staff in the service department the minute you arrive at this dealership. They just seem to really care about you and try to make you feel as comfortable as possible when spending money on fixing your car. I also found that their deal on tires was better than anywhere else.

I bought a new Camaro 1SS on June 27, 2015. Lance Harrison was my sales person. Lance was very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. During the price negotiations there was no pressure at all. I felt completely at ease. We were able to quickly come to a fair an equitable price for the Camaro and for my trade in. I feel that I received an excellent deal. The next time I need to purchase a new vehicle, Copeland Chevrolet will be at the top of my list of dealers to visit.

Beware!!!! Service department is rude. I waited almost 1 hour after they looked at my car to check out. Ignore the coupons in the value pack. I called them because of the coupon but the add a bunch of extra limitations on it so that it cannot be used. My truck was in the garage for ten minutes and I was there almost two hours. When I called back to discuss I was spoken to by a very condense ding service rep!!! Not all women are idiots. I was raised by a mechanic ons only go to a dealer when it is my last resort. I will not be returning and will be sure to tell everyone I can.

Recently had to put a new engine in my 2007 Suburban. These guys were awesome. From the managers Jason Pappas to Rich Grondell, these guys came up with a plan for my truck. Service tech Chris Sylvia did an amazing and professional job on the install. Most importantly, they stuck to the exact quote despite having to replace a few small items that were not on the original quote. Fantastic experience!!!

I brought my brand new car in for routine service. They left the oil cap off and my check engine light came on. I just drove it out of the parking lot and back again and told them I smell fumes and my check engine light was on. I was told to take it home and bring it back in 2 days? I drove it home and the fumes were awful. My husband drove it right back If I had driven it to work the next 2 days my engine would have been damaged. I'm very disappointed with the service.

First off I own a Lincoln, so shouldn't of brought it to a Chevy dealer in first place, but they assured me they had a tech that was 20+ years with ford industry. I was lied to just to gain my business, like if you didn't have a qualified tech and equipment to service my vehicle then why not they me that and let me decide whether I want to continue with the service, isn't it my choice? They lied to me, keep my car for longer than estimated, not like an extra day, try 2 days longer, and my car is still not fixed.. lost out on 700 dollars and all they could say was we give it our best, take it to Lincoln have them diagnose and bring it back for a second try, really?

I had a very positive experience acquiring my 2013 Equinox lease. I had shopped around a lot, and feel confident that I got a great deal. Stan was a fabulous salesman that never made me feel pressured to close the deal until I was ready; I visited the dealership and discussed my options with Stan a few times before I finalized my lease without ever feeling sales pressure. The entire staff was actually very helpful and accommodating. In addition, I absolutely love my new Chevy Equinox. I already recommended the dealership to a couple friends.

We were in the market for a 2013 Chevy Equinox or GMC Terrain. We visited DeSantis because it is close to home. As soon as we walked in the door, Stan was there to help us. We were very impressed by his knowledge for all the questions asked of him, which we didn't find elsewhere no pressure from him, but also very personable and professional. Our experience with Stan and DeSantis Chevrolet was a very pleasant experience and we did purchase our Equinox at a price we could agree upon. I would not hesitate to refer any friend or relative to DeSantis.

My husband bought a brand new Trail Blazer several years ago from DeSantis and recently traded it in for a Dodge Challenger. Not only did he get a newer car but he also got a lower monthly payment. From test drive to pick up he had an awesome experience so naturally I was inclined to give them a try.Six months later, I stopped in and test drove an X3, Mercedes C300, and Hyundai Tucson. To my surprise I actually preferred the Tucson over the C300. The X3 was perfect but had high miles. Within a few days I was driving a new car.Not once did I ever feel pressured. I even felt bad for Stan because he stayed late to accommodate all the test drives. I didn't have to haggle with price and I did quite well with my trade in. (Bob was amazing with getting me exactly what I wanted price / loan wise)I am very pleased and would absolutely purchase from them again.

My review seems to be only the second negative posting here. Of course, it's easy to post a good review when nothing goes wrong, but a measure of a dealership's integrity (or lack thereof) must include a consideration of what they did or did not do when a problem arose. I found a nice Lincoln sedan on ebay, advertised as a car that "LOOKS, RUNS AND DRIVES LIKE ITS NEW" with "NO RUST, DENTS, SCRATCHES OR BLEMISHES." I was the winning bidder and I contacted Desantis Chevrolet to confirm the condition of the vehicle. John Sharpe told me the car was in top condition. I inquired as to whether the car had any rust, being so close to the ocean, and Mr. Sharpe emphatically stated, "There is no rust!" I had initially made a down payment through PayPal, and after double-checking with Mr. Sharpe that the car had no rust, dents, scratches or blemishes, like the ad said, I made the final payment. Unfortunately, I had a couple of transport companies flake out on me, and by the time I was able to get the vehicle transported the over 1100 miles to my home, the ebay buyer protection period had expired. The vehicle I received had a cheap paint job on it, which looked very nice in the pictures, but was able to hide the considerable amount of rust, along with various scratches and dings, that I was assured were not there. I was also dismayed to find out that the power windows would not work. A far cry from the promise that "THIS CAR IS AS CLOSE TO PERFECT IN EVERY ASPECT AS ONE COULD BE!!" Moreover, the pictures on ebay showed an Alpine stereo installed in the car, and I received a stock stereo with an Alpine manual in the glove-box. Clearly this was part of their bait and switch scam. I sent Danny Desantis a copy of their ad plus the vehicle inspection report and pictures from the transporter when he picked up the car, asking for a partial refund of $1000 to cover the difference in advertised and actual condition, or for the company to take the car back and refund my money, and Danny responded that he didn't believe me. Now that is a snake in the grass. I have your ad, plus close-up pictures and the vehicle inspection report from the transport company that picked up the car listing the defects, and you're still going to lie and say the car is perfect. Wow! Watch out with this company, they will do and say whatever it takes to sell you a vehicle, then refuse to take responsibility when something is wrong. Bunch of con-artists. Be careful or go to a reputable dealership.

I had a very pleasant experience at DeSantis Chevrolet, Brockton, MA. I appreciate all the help I received from Stan Klementowich, Sr. Sales Associate and Gary Lee, Business Manager. I also would like to acknowledge your Automobile Registration Assistant and your Service Department for their expeditious work when I returned for my Transferred Registration and Inspection Sticker. After coming to the realization that I would need a new car, I started my car shopping experience elsewhere to get an idea of what I would be in for. The first few dealerships I went to were pushy, unkowledgeable and were trying to do everything to get me into a car even when I was unsure if what they were presenting was right for me.I was reffered to Desantis by my father who in turn was reffered there by a family friend in the business. I decided to go to this dealership which was well out of my way, but every bit worth it. I was immediately greeted by Stan who knew a lot about the type of car I was interested in. They had a large stock of that particular model (Impala) with varying years, colors and mileage. Stan took the time to show me just about every Impala they had available as well as some other options I might have been interested in as well. After a test drive I decided which car I wanted and Stan guided me through the process. In short time he was able to provide me with a finance option, switch my insurance and registration/plates to the new vehicle. The whole transaction was done the same day and I drove my Impala right off the lot.The man who sold my father his car (Gary) came into the office at one point. Even though I only met him for a brief amount of time when dropping off my dad's trade-in he still remembered me and made sure the transaction was going well with Stan, which it was.The car I ended up getting was a newer model with less mileage and a lower price than the other dealers. I am very happy with my purchase today.Desantis offers a no BS approach to car sales. They will not push you into a new car, but will work with you on a personal level to make sure that you get what you want. I cannot stress how happy I am with this dealership. If you are in the market for a new/used Chevrolet, do yourself a favor and check out Desantis.

I was a victim of being way overcharge for a vehicle that was a repo with 85,000 miles on it from another car dealership. To make a long story short I made a call to Desantis Chevelet and met my first guardian angel and then when I came into Desantis I made my second guarduian angel. I am just sorry I had not met them before I ended up in trouble with crooks.My guardian angels took very good care of me. They rewrote the wrong that had been done to me and put me in the best possible shape I could be in.Thank you again, Gary Keith and Gary LeeStaffon Brooks

I would recomended people to stop by and buy car at DeSantis Chevrolet at Brockton, I just bought a brandnew Chevy equinox 2012 and I love my new car. Stan Klementowich is an excelent salesman, he is very helpful, friendly, and informative.. Gary Lee the finance manager is very helfull too..

What a fantastic experience! We viewed a used Tahoe on the website and decided to look at it in person. We met with a sales person, Stan K. As we were short for time on a Sunday afternoon, we explained to Stan that we were "no nonsense buyers" and did not want to play games expecially when it came to vehicle pricing & trade in. What a pleasant surprise to get a salesman that didn't play games! Our sale was very straight forward and we think all involved came out happy. We got a great vehicle at a fair price and we think DeSantis got a decent vehicle in trade and also made enough profit to make the sale good all around. Stan was sure that the minor repairs that needed to be made to the vehicle were taken care of and Gary was great finalizing the financing paperwork. Service was very accomodating when providing the parts repair and sticker. Over the past 2 years my family has purchased 5 cars, all at different dealerships and this last purchase made at DeSantis was the easiest of all. Communication was great, things were done when they were supposed to be done, and best of all we love the Tahoe. Thanks to all involved!!

I was treated very good. I felt no pressure from anyone and Manny Furtado went above and beyond to help me out. When it is time for another truck, I will definitely go back to Desantis Chevrolet.

Paul was very helpful and thorough. I felt like I was being talked to and not at He made us feel very comfortable with him. He described what I was getting so there were no questions when I drove off the lot. I will highly recommend people I know to go talk to him in the future.

At an oil change, Bryan informed me of a transmissions fluid leak and offered to show me the areas. The technician Chuck also explained why and were it was happening. Bryan obtained all the information and gave me a quote before my Trailblazer oil change was done. I returned a few days later and, because Bryan was with another customer, Mike stepped right up and assisted me promptly. I left my vehicle at the dealership and Mike called a few hours later to let me know how things where progressing and that he would call when the repair was completed. As he said, Mike called when it was completed. When I arrived Mike explained the repair and that the final cost was less than the quote. I paid my bill and while doing so found that Mike had gone to get my vehicle and brought it to the door for me. Thank you Bryan, Mike and Chuck you are the best compared to other Raynham dealer I had been to previously.You can be assured I will be back with my families other 3 vehicles.

my experiences at desantis has always been positive and the time they take to meet with customer satisfaction is outstanding. they helped me understand my needs for a vehicle and actually helped make up my mind if I really needed another truck or not. I bought a car because that was my need, not necessarily what I want these days, it's what I need to be economical.

My experience here is a always a good one. I have bought all my vehicles here from 1981 to present (last purchase was 2009, a certified 2006 Monte Carlo SS)and during those years I have purchased new everything from a 81 chevette to a 86 corvette including several pick-up trucks. I recommend DeSantis to my friends, co-workers and family; as a result my wife has bought atDeSantis and one co-worker has bought there. Both were extremely satisfied.

the original visit was a factory recall for Chevy, Cobalt which ended up being acomplete trade-in and purchase of another Chevrolet product, namely Chevy, Impala,used -- the dealer who sold the Cobalt caused a desire to remove the bad taste andstart fresh with a new, to us, vehicle. The sales person, Matt Skinner was readyand willing to assist in the correction of our problem and the Finance/BusinessManager, Gary was also prepared and did so with speed and professionalism fromthe word go. Even though the other dealers' name will not be mentioned in thisreview, the staff at DeSantis Chevrolet saw and recognized the cause of the badtaste so to speak, there will never be a hesitation to recommend to or revisitDeSantis Chevrolet. Keep up the good work.

i purchased an 2006 uplander in which i had some trouble with noises and rattles, being a certified tech before changing careers i examined the vehicle myself and determined that the vehicle had front strut issues and a bad wheel being. i informed desantis service dept. of it. well when my wife went to drop the vehicle off they told my wife she will need a alignment without even seeing the vehicle, mind you the vehicle is brand new. when the vehicle was ready to be picked up they told me it needed stablizer links and the noise that was coming from tires that were "scallopped" and that they needed to be rotated, mind you they already had the tires off and could of done so, by the way the tires are under warranty, also brake pulsation was evident meaning that they should of been replaced under the warranty(instead the rotors resurface and the old pads reused, a no no). well my vehicle left still making noise and my family aloud to operated a defected vehicle. 4 days later i took it to a diffent dealer the wheel bearing replaced and problems solved. they tried to ignore the problem in hopes that i would go over my warranty and that they would not have to cover it. in rectrospect they lost a customer and any future vehicle replacement will be done elsewhere. they tried to take advantage of a woman and her lack of knowledge in automotive, and then tried to brush me off when i contested their conclusion of my vehicle. be warned stay far away from de santis chevrolet in brockton ma.

I came to the dealership looking for a Ford van. They had one on the lot, and with Dennis Rogers I took a test drive. He promply answered my telephone calls. He didn't have all the answers to my questions, but he called me back after finding the answers. I eventually ended up not buying the van because of research I did on-line about the van's engine. I decided not to buy that van because of the engine in the van. Dennis Rogerstook good care of me as a prospective customer though. I wouldrecommend him.
