I spoke to John and one other guy, but John was the one who ended up helping me and he was knowledgeable, super personable and nice. Dealership alleged car was fixed. It wasn't. Brought it back. They released it saying car was fixed. It wasn't. GM Tom told us there was nothing he could do. He swore in front of us and others saying he didn't have to put up with this crap when we questioned the practices.

Even after our already agreed upon sales price, Fleet Sales Manager Dutch Bivens, replaced my used 2011 truck's drive shaft and tires with new ones! Then after 3 weeks, what we originally thought to be condensation in the vents problem, turned out to be a major AC issue. Dutch and Service Advisor Rich Daubney worked tirelessly to resolve the problem, again at no extra cost! They stood by their product and gained a new customer!

It was great as always. Was in bind. Battery died. Live in Columbus but do everything at Marysville where I bought the car. Was just going to have local Chrysler dealership do the battery, but would be 2 days to get the battery. Called Coughlin and got in same day. Was so thankful only charged $50 for labor ones in Columbus was around $100. Thanks as always.

Went to have 2 recalls done on my Journey, called a week ahead so they could get parts ordered, dropped car off and had to find way to work. No phone call saying it was done, chanced picking it up before 5, only to find out they didn't order parts for one recall now I have to bring it back and find way to work again. Also, no paperwork done at all, had to pick out my own keys from box, guys name in computer that says he's the one that did the recall, swears he didn't do it so someone had to lie about that in computer. Worst service department I've ever dealt with. And now I have to go back! Ugh!

I purchased a Chevy cruze 2 years ago and since then have had at least 5 recalls. I've been promised calls backs about issues they do not return calls. I will go in with a concern on the vehicle they tell me that it is not doing that and the codes are not coming up on the machine then within a few months I get a recall notice. I've been in the process of trying to trade it in and they want to completely low ball me and not very accommodating when it comes to price of new car. I purchased car outright to not have a payment and now I am forced into one because of GM's crappy made car. After this I will never go to Coughlin anywhere again.

We took our vehicle in for a recall. What should have been a one time deal taking only a half hour turned into three visits because of parts not being on hand like they should have been and wrong parts ordered etc. They said they will call once the correct part comes in in 3-4 days, and they didn't call us until a few weeks later. Customer service is terrible and inefficient, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Julie is the salesperson I spoke with on the phone to seek information about a 2008 Buick Lucerne. Julie was polite, answered all my questions and invited me to come in to see the vehicle. I accepted her invitation and visited the dealership that same afternoon. Julie welcomed me when I arrived and asked if I wanted to take the car for a test drive. I did. Following the test drive, I was convinced this was the car I wanted but did not think I could afford it. Julie was polite and very professional as we negotiated the price. She used no high pressure sales tactics, was very honest and was very helpful in getting the dealership to accept the price that I could afford. Thanks, Julie. I recommend Julie McNeill and the Coughlin Dealership in Marysville to anyone who is looking to purchase a car--either new or used. By far the most pleasant experience buying a car. Salesman Ken Montgomery did a wonderful job. Very nice, intelligent, knowledgeable and HONEST salesman. Ken treated us right when purchasing my wifes 2012 Buick Regal. So much so, that we returned 3 months later and purchased a 2012 Chrysler 200 (and waited 3 days to deal with him). What started out as a general internet inquiry about a few new Chevy vehicles ended up being a great sales experience thanks to Julie McNeill. Will not return calls or accept responsibility for the condition a car is sold in. Place blame on others because auto is not returned to a unresponsive dealership for service.

Coughlin of Marysville was given as a recommendation to us by a friend who has been there. We have been looking for several months for a good deal on a new or used Chevy Malibu. No one has given us anywhere near as close of a good deal as Coughlin. I worked with Julie McNeill as the salesperson and I believe she went above and beyond for us. She found me the perfect 2011 Chevy Malibu in the exact price range I needed to be in and was more than kind to us. Even in the finance department, Tom was very honest and straightforward and I felt like they were very trustworthy. I was so pleased with their service, my husband will be buying a car from them as well here in the near future. Even though we live an hour and 20 minutes away, we are now loyal customers and will be recommending Coughlin of Marysville to all our friends and family.
