I purchased a Chevy cruze 2 years ago and since then have had at least 5 recalls. I've been promised calls backs about issues they do not return calls. I will go in with a concern on the vehicle they tell me that it is not doing that and the codes are not coming up on the machine then within a few months I get a recall notice. I've been in the process of trying to trade it in and they want to completely low ball me and not very accommodating when it comes to price of new car. I purchased car outright to not have a payment and now I am forced into one because of GM's crappy made car. After this I will never go to Coughlin anywhere again.

We took our vehicle in for a recall. What should have been a one time deal taking only a half hour turned into three visits because of parts not being on hand like they should have been and wrong parts ordered etc. They said they will call once the correct part comes in in 3-4 days, and they didn't call us until a few weeks later. Customer service is terrible and inefficient, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I believe I was directed to Coughlin thru AAA and was introduced to Julie McNeill. She did an excellent job of communicating back and forth with me because I reside in Cleveland.Had Julie not worked with me I would not have driven all the way to Marysville to get the vehicle and I am very thankful for the help she provided.She was able to put me into the car I have been searching for.Thank you one and all.Larry Schindelar

This is the second vehicle we have purchased through Coughlin and best experience ever, both times. Not only for my husband and I but for our children as well. Couldn't have asked for a better experience with Jim and Marty! They not only made us very happy with the price and car but made us feel as if we deserved to have the best. Awesome place to deal with and can't thank them enough!!Hyders!!

I worked with Julie to lease my new Gmc Terrrain. She is an absolute joy to work with. From start to finish she makes things as fast and easy as possible. When working with Julie everything gets done and there were no worries on my part. Absolutely hands down should be considered an important asset to the Coughlin cars business. My husband has bought a vehicle from Julie and now so have I. Julie has obviously made an impression on us and we will continue to refer her and use her in the future! Not only does Julie's wonderful personality shine you never feel weird or uncomfortable as some sales people make you feel. Thanks so much Julie!

Scheuled a routine oil change a week in advance of my upcoming trip. When I arrived for my appointment 11/7/2012 I was told it was not in the book and that they did not have time to complete my service as scheudled. According to Chad this was the second time this has happened this week.

Great experience! Julie was very helpful. She responded quickly to my inquiry and brought the vehicle I wanted to the Marysville location. My interaction with the financing folks went smoothly and they worked hard to get us the best rate for financing.

Julie is the salesperson I spoke with on the phone to seek information about a 2008 Buick Lucerne. Julie was polite, answered all my questions and invited me to come in to see the vehicle. I accepted her invitation and visited the dealership that same afternoon. Julie welcomed me when I arrived and asked if I wanted to take the car for a test drive. I did. Following the test drive, I was convinced this was the car I wanted but did not think I could afford it. Julie was polite and very professional as we negotiated the price. She used no high pressure sales tactics, was very honest and was very helpful in getting the dealership to accept the price that I could afford. Thanks, Julie. I recommend Julie McNeill and the Coughlin Dealership in Marysville to anyone who is looking to purchase a car--either new or used. I will definitely return to the Coughlin Dealership to buy my next vehicle.

By far the most pleasant experience buying a car. Salesman Ken Montgomery did a wonderful job. Very nice, intelligent, knowledgeable and HONEST salesman. Ken treated us right when purchasing my wifes 2012 Buick Regal. So much so, that we returned 3 months later and purchased a 2012 Chrysler 200 (and waited 3 days to deal with him). This man is a perfect example of low pressure sales. Doesn't hurt in my book being a veteran! Ill be buying cars from him as long as he is selling them.Kyle n Tracey Kroft

What started out as a general internet inquiry about a few new Chevy vehicles ended up being a great sales experience thanks to Julie McNeill. My husband and I came in to Coughlin Marysville to test drive the Cruze and Malibu and was floored by the overall treatment by Julie and the rest of the staff at the dealership. We bought our new Cruze from Julie a few days later. I would definitely recommend Julie and Coughlin GM of Marysville to anyone in the market to buy a vehicle!!

Unintentional or intentional misrepresentation of a vehicle sold. No integrity after a sale even at the corporate level. No response from dealership after a sale. Will not return calls or accept responsibility for the condition a car is sold in. Place blame on others because auto is not returned to a unresponsive dealership for service.

Friendly, fast, no pressure, had the car I wanted, gave me a good number for my trade and a good price for the new car. In and out in uner 2 hours including multiple test drives. What else can you ask for in a car dealer?

Coughlin of Marysville was given as a recommendation to us by a friend who has been there. We have been looking for several months for a good deal on a new or used Chevy Malibu. No one has given us anywhere near as close of a good deal as Coughlin. I worked with Julie McNeill as the salesperson and I believe she went above and beyond for us. She found me the perfect 2011 Chevy Malibu in the exact price range I needed to be in and was more than kind to us. Even in the finance department, Tom was very honest and straightforward and I felt like they were very trustworthy. I was so pleased with their service, my husband will be buying a car from them as well here in the near future. Even though we live an hour and 20 minutes away, we are now loyal customers and will be recommending Coughlin of Marysville to all our friends and family. (We already will be sending a friend up there soon to trade in an Impala for a Malibu!!!) Thank you very much!!

David is an excellent person and salesman. He was very polite, very informational, he knows his products, has a great attitude and made us feel comfortable. He wasn't pushy. We would definitely recommend this dealership to others. David was very good about introducing us to the dealership team and made sure we knew who to talk to if we had an questions. He helped us get set up with some add-on accessories that we needed for our truck.

Working with everyone at Coughlin was a great experience. We were inquiring via the Web and within 3 minutes Julie McNeil had contacted us via the telephone to setup a time to meet with her. Coughlin was very helpful and when they didn't have Cadillac SRX in the color and options that I wanted, they searched the inventory in the state and had the car at the dealership within 2 days.

I took my vehicle to this dealership for the first time because the dealer where I bought it was closed. The service department was exceptional! Very friendly and eager to help me. I worked with the Service Director, Jim Knight, who helped take care of the routine service. He loaned me a car to run some errands and had mine ready when I returned.I will recommend this store to my friends and associates.

I have had to good fortune of purchasing several new vehicles in the past from different dealerships. I can honestly say that this was the best experience Ive ever had.Steve Hammond and Brad Johnson were remarkable. I drove several vehicles and never felt pressured to buy anything. When I did finally choose a particular Chevy Cruze, they were very helpful. The financing was explained and there were no hidden costs. The dealership was very clean. They even introduced me to the service team. The service area was spotless. My vehicle was clean, and they spent time to go over the details of the options on the vehicle. I passed other new car dealerships on the way to Coughlin of Marysville and Im glad I did. These guys are awesome.

Matt was very helpful over the phone and in person. He scheduled several test drives for my wife and mother to evaluate several cars and then I returned with my wife the next weekend to purchase the car. It was very easy. The whole process to purchase the car took about an hour. Thank you!
