Took my car in because it was running poorly and had a check engine light on. Picked it up on a Saturday morning and before I got home the light came back on and started running poorly again. That tells me they didn't fix the problem they just bandaided it then cleared the trouble codes to get it out the door. Their wasn't even a technician their when I picked up my car.

although I did not get to buy the vehicle since it sold before I got a chance to buy it, the people I dealt with were the most helpful I ever had the chance to work with.

It was good. The salesman and everyone else who handled my purchase was helpful and friendly. They listened to what I wanted and answered all my questions clearly.Randy explained everything about my Trax and even helped me not get the 'onstar' turned on, I didn't want it. I will consider Country Chevrolet when I purchase my next car. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

We had never been to this dealership before but so glad we found what we were looking for there. The entire staff was extremely courteous, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. The two staff members we dealt with the most was Larry Bressler and Cody (sorry, I didn't get Cody's last name). I would highly recommend either one or both as they were great and easy to work with.

Worst chevy dealership ever!!! Refused to change oil in my truck after I scheduled an appointment because I purchased the truck at a different dealership after they had denied me financing previously. No one should do business with a chevy dealership that refuses to work on a chevy truck.

We have just purchased our 2nd car from Kris LeClaire and will be buying any other cars we need from him. This time we picked up a 2016 Chevy Spark and couldn't be happier. WE could have easily bought the same vehicle at a number of other lots but none compare to them. This place was worth a 6 hour round trip. He is extremely courteous and a straight shooter. Both times we have bought from country Chevrolet it was absolutely the best experience we have had. Everyone we have dealt with there is very friendly and helpful. I have already told all my family that they need to come out here for their next car deals as well!!!!! Thanks Kris and we will see you soon.

Customer Service is VERY poor, I would never buy a car or take make car for service. We tried to have our vehicle serviced and they refused to even look into the situation.

Kris LeCaire is awsome and made buying our new car a breeze!! He knew what we wanted and made that happen. The service team and Ryan Chamberlin are awsome also. They made sure our new truck was running and looking great. I would recommend this place to everyone I know. Our salesman Kris LeCaire was awsome!!!! He made the process of buying a new car very easy and fun. He knew what we wanted and what we wanted to pay and went above and beyond in finding and getting us everything we wanted!! I would recommend him to everyone I know. The services department and Ryan Chamberlin also went above and beyond and made sure that our new truck was running and looking great!! Best car buying experience I've ever had and I've bought a lot of cars in my life time. Chris is the best, most straight forward and honest car salesman I've ever dealt with. I looked for several months for a specific pickup and finally found it, but it was across the state from me (500 + miles away) but Chris made it happen regardless of the distance. I couldn't believe it, he had my new truck driven across the state to me and even had his people drive my trade in back to the dealership all at no extra cost to me. Unbelievable service, courtesy and best car buying experience ever!!!! I'd recommend this dealership to anybody looking for a great vehicle at a great price, just remember to ask for Chris. Chris & Alex both worked quickly to get my the best deal on our vehicle. They also offered to deliver it to us. They were upfront and didnt waste my time. I was so happy with our purchase and felt comfortable during the.process. I will never buy at another dealer again, this is the only.place for us.

Had a great experience! Picked me up from airport and drove us to dealer had truck waiting! Drove 1200 miles home no issues. The young lady who picked us up was AWESOME! Made it a fun drive! The sales man was not your normal "sales man" he was super cool and easy to work with! Definitely took great care of me would love to do business with again!!

I talked with one of the sales guys (Ryan Sannes) quite a bit on the phone. Really nice guy, really worked to make the deal happen. Ultimately, the price of the car was out of my comfort zone. Nice clean car, exactly what I was looking for. After I save some more money, will definitely be back in touch with them

I was assisted by Desiree at Country Chevrolet and I can honestly say that she is one of the most professional, knowledgeable and hardworking of any car salesperson that I have dealt with. She worked hard to find me a car that fit all my needs and wants and I have never been happier with any other car like I am with this one. I have told at least twenty of my friends that she is the best one to see and to always go to Country Chevrolet for their vehicles

I was in an accident, and so lost my favorite truck (which I had also purchased at this same dealership some 8 years ago ). I needed another vehicle, so I went on their website, and picked out the truck I wanted. I stopped in after work, spent about 45 minutes furnishing the needed information (this time included a test drive :). The next day I came in, spent another half hour signing papers, and drove home in my new (to me) truck. No muss, no fuss, in and out service! My thanks to Ryan Sannes, the first sales person I met, who got me right in, then graciously called in Desi Peterson, the Internet Sales associate, who got us on the road for a test drive, with no time wasted. And last, but not least, thank you so much to Will Clowser, the Internet Sales Manager, who made sure ALL the paperwork was ready, all the I's dotted and the T's crossed, who explained everything to me in a no-nonsense, plain English way that even I could understand! Thank you ALL at country Chevrolet Internet Sales, for saving me much valuable time, and making my truck buying experience fast and entirely stress free!!!:)

My father and I drove all the way from Northern Idaho to look at a car we saw online. After looking over the car and a test drive we decided we wanted it. Come to find out my trade-in wasn't worth as much as we thought it was and the car we were looking at was way out of my college student price range. The manager (who is also the finance guy), said he really liked my trade-in and he wanted to make this happen. After talking with the owner he came back with an unbelievable deal. Needless to say I love my new car! I am so very thankful to Desi Peterson, Kris Lecaire, and everyone at Country Chevrolet for helping me get a good car to finish my college career in.

Trying to find a vehicle. Hit instantly from salesman, Only interested in SALES SALES not what I really wanted in. Felt like I was being pushed into buying, which I did not.

We drove from Spokane to check out a car advertised online. When we got to the dealrship we were told the car had just come off the truck and hadn't been detailed yet. It was filthy but we understood, but we wanted to see it after it was detailed. Kris LeCaire told us as soon as it came out of detail - a day or two - he would make arrangements to drive it to Spokane so we could see it. A phone call the next day seemed like everything was still in order. We offered a down payment but were told they didn't so such things. A day or two went by and we heard nothing. A phone call revealed Kris had the day off, and after talking to others were told the car had been sold Tuesday when it came out of detail. We were shocked. I called a couple days later and talked to Kris, and he denied ever telling us we had first rights on seeing the car after it came out of detail. He said there were customers there looking at it and he couldn't just jump in the car and drive it to Spokane. I questioned whether he was a man of his word and told him I thought we had a verbal agreement. He denied we had an agreement saying "I said I would do everything possible." I told him that's why car salesmen have such a bad rap. We're still without a car, but they are happy because they made a sale.
