I was greeted when I pulled up. Matt and i started talking and I was asking questions and he answered all my questions. Then we walked in and everyone else was very nice and we set down and they work with me on a deal I was happy with. I will go back in the future and recommend them to my friends. BUYER BEWARE. Advised sales wanted a auto in their inventory and they sold it before i could get there. Had asked for price with tax etc and they called on Friday to make sure i was coming. When i arrived they had sold to someone else. Not the kind of people i will do business with again.

Chad Campbell is the BEST! I have purchased several cars over the years, and by far Chad is the most personable yet professional person I have had the pleasure to deal with. After riding in a friends Equinox several times , both front and back seat, I was very impressed with the roominess and comfort of the car. After some online research I had a vehicle and price in mind. From the time I drove the vehicle to agreeing on a price, I was there about an hour. No hassles, no pressure, but a good buying experience. Chad in the finance department got me the best deal on financing ! Okay Okay Ryan Reed was alright to deal with also. Country Chevrolet has definitely made new life time customers. Thanks guys! You were Great to work with and I got a Great Deal !

Found a used vehicle online and went to test drive. Chad was our salesperson and was very knowledgeable about vehicle and found all the answers to our questions. Everyone we encountered through the process was extremely friendly and made our experience the best we have ever had at a dealership. We were trading in and were treated very fair and given a good price on the vehicle we found. Much to our surprise we walked away with a new vehicle and a new dealership for life. We are moving three hours away, but we will be back when it is time for a new vehicle, you can't beat the staff and service.

Found a used truck in excellent shape online, contacted Lamar, and from pictures to info, he got me everything and anything i wanted to know on the truck. responded quickly, and answered the phone every time i called with questions. couldn't be happier with the service. Well worth the 13 hour drive from NY. I can't wait to do it again for the next one. classy place, 5 stars for sure.

Had a great car buying experience with Chad, who was extremely knowledgeable on every aspect of the vehicle I was looking at. In addition, he made it a point to explain in detail the specifics of the vehicle's history. I never once felt pressured in the least. Once a deal was negotiated, the administrative side of the purchase went very smooth - these guys are the consummate professionals and are on top of every detail, from the trade in to financing, to taxes and title transfer. Overall, I was very pleased with the amount they offered in trade for my vehicle, as well as the final negotiated price of the vehicle I purchased from them - a "Country Made Deal" indeed..... Look forward to dealing with Chad and the staff at Country again on my next purchase.

Very happy with our new SUV. Chad saw information where we had been looking for a certain vehicle and called to see if we were still interested or had we found one. So when we decided to purchase another vehicle, we did not hesitate to get in touch with Robert about what we were looking for. Again, he was so very helpful and very knowledgeable!! This is the fifth vehicle I have purchased from Robert Lowe in 18 years. He is very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to satisfy his customers' needs. The service department, though rarely needed to be used by me, has been helpful and totally responsive to my concerns. Robert Lowe is THE guy!! Exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable! It was like spending the afternoon with an old friend. He just made the process of buying our used 2007 Buick Lucerne as easy as could be. The only thing missing were the cards! Overall the experience was wonderful. After having a bad experience with two other dealers I actually felt like someone wanted to sell me the car I wanted and not the one they thought I wanted. I would recommend all my family and friends to come here first before they get frustrated with other dealers.

I live in East Texas, and back during the summer, I found a 2003 Chevy Express 3/4 ton van on Country Chevrolet's website. I contacted Lamar several times via email and over the phone about this vehicle, both before and after the sale, and he promptly answered every question. He went over the vehicle with me from bumper to bumper too. He knows his vehicles and cars about his customers. He even would not take a cell phone call while he was working with me and that really meant a lot! I flew into Paducah and Lamar picked me up from the hotel, saving me a taxi fee. I didn't ask for that, he simply offered. We were able to handle everything over phone/fax/email so all I had to do was basically sign papers and drive off. The vehicle was very clean and just exactly what my family needed to pull our camper. The dealership employees were very polite and both the offices and showroom were very clean. I would DEFINITELY purchase another vehicle from Lamar Davis.

Josh was extremely pleasant and not at all pushy. We stopped in to take a look at a used vehicle and he came out to help us on a terribly cold snowy day!! - We took it on a test drive - not ready to buy, however by the end of the conversation, we made the purchase. Because we wanted it - not because we felt pressured. Chad in finance was extremely nice - overall it was a pleasant buying experience. We would certainly return to Country to shop again if in the future we need another car. Thanks again, Country!!

I recently bought a used car and Josh White was very helpful. At some dealerships they act like your money doesn't mean much when you are buying used but Josh didn't make me feel that way at all he made me feel like I was just as important as anyone else.
