Friendly people -- they have even come to know me by name. Make no mistake: it is the integrity and service provided by the service department (who maintained my previous vehicle) that ensured I would return to Country Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram when buying my next vehicle. But in addition, the sales staff listened to what I wanted, rather than try to make a hard sell on something I didn't want.

Mike was very helpful. From my initial call, to having the car ready to look at when I came in 45 mins later, to having it ready to go the morning right after Thanksgiving, to taking time to explain the features of our new car and show us how they operate (after the sale!). I was very impressed with his helpfulness.

Country Chrysler service was ready for my appointment. Requested service was completed along with a recall. Writers and techs were courteous which is appreciated. ...Halloween is scary there.

Your employee's are very pleasant. Only had one small problem with the back wing windows that didn't close when I took the car in for recall. I called Marty and he said to bring it back in and they would fix it right away and they did.

I did not have an appointment, and when I brought my truck in to be looked at, they told me they were booked up for the day and asked if I could leave it with them, and I did. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call that same day saying my truck was fixed!!

I took my car in for a small fix and was going to schedule an oil change. I was able to have both done without having to come back.

In and out in a hurry and the problem was resolved. Not only did they fix my problem but they also performed a software update for the transmission. All in 35 minutes.

The way Marty, Ted, Teri, and Lisa make you feel as if they have known you forever. I am a widow and they know that I have no idea what to do with a car and they make sure when I walk out of there I am okay for the next 4/5 months. I fully depend on the Service Department for taking care of my needs and they do.

I usually dread talking to a salesperson and buying a truck. The process can take so long, and the going back & forth on price, etc. Steve was a down to earth salesperson, and the bottom line was the bottomline, and he made the experience easy going.

Dave Obrien really took care of giving me great deal on my car. It was nice that he allowed me to take for a test drive home since my husband was unable to go to the dealership.
