Ken Brown in Sales did an outstanding job of providing professional sales service to me throughout my entire car buying experience. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied the entire time. He also made sure I was getting the best rate possible from what the banks were offering me. He’s the best salesman I have ever worked with! Go see Ken if you are in the market for a new vehicle. Additionally, the whole team at Coyle Chevy made me feel very welcome and were not pushy like a lot of dealerships can be. I traveled over an hour to purchase my car from this dealership. I purchased a new vehicle from Coyle Chevrolet this weekend and Seth Clark was the reason why. Seth was great. He is very laid back, no pressure at all. Didn't show me things that, were different or more expensive then what I was looking for. Gave me options, and alternative ideas. I left and told him I needed a day or two to think about my options. No pressure to get the deal done right then. Just told me to call if I think of any questions. No pressure to run my credit before I decided on a vehicle. Seth was amazing. He restored my faith in car salesman. At least in one. I will recommend him to anyone. Especially someone who might be timid or not seasoned at dealing with aggressive salesman. Thanks Seth!

I purchased a new Chevrolet from this dealership. Going through the financing process I was charged for a number of services that were already completed. 3 days after the sale I was contacted to schedule said services. Upon contacting the dealer representative I was informed that none of the services I had paid for had been completed and that I needed to schedule a service appointment at the dealer which was 2 hours away. This dealership and their sales staff is very dishonest and any purchaser should proceed with caution when buying. The salesman was all to happy to disclose his bonus that he would receive from the sale. Unprofessional on all levels.

I went down to see if I would be able to finance a newer 2012+ Camaro model. Was able to test drive right away. The dealer , David McDaniel, was very friendly and helpful. He walked me through the whole process. At the end of the day, I drove home my new 2014 Camaro RS. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

My shopping for a vehicle usually is not a pleasant experience. Looking at trucks at other dealerships was usually frustrating, sales people seemed like they were always trying to force me into something before I was even ready. At coyle Chevrolet it was a good experience, nobody was pushy ,and the salesperson Katie Reiter was awesome. She found the truck I was looking for and the deal was done

I was interested in a new vehicle that I test drove in July and ended up purchasing one with different specs in September. The dealer did not pressure me during those months, but kept a good open line of communication with me. When I saw them advertising a 0%APR financing sale, I revisited them and my dealer went to work at locating the vehicle I wanted with all the specs I was looking for because I was not able to locate one on my own. He found one a couple hours away and brought it back for me. Overall, it was a great experience with friendly, helpful people and I am now the proud owner of new truck!

Wow... When I went to look at Chevy Cruzes, I was met by Erin Cavanaugh. She was super awesome and friendly. She quickly grabbed the key for the car I was looking at and we went for a test drive. After falling in love with the car, they ran numbers and were further apart on numbers than I was comfortable with. I got the chance to also speak with Mark White (Sales Manager) who looked at my options. They did everything they could and talked to people in finance. I was shocked when they told me that they got me exactly where I wanted to be at with everything in the loan and $0 down. It blew my mind how much they bent over backwards for me and was upfront on everything they were doing. Still blows my mind that I was able to get such an awesome deal on a car that I love with all of the options I wanted. Thank you Erin and Mark for working so hard on getting me the new car I wanted. If you want an awesome sales rep. talk to Erin and you won't be disappointed. Mark is the best sales manager I have worked with as well. Thank you both!

When I dropped off the vehicle, no one approached me. I didn't know where to go. It was awkward just poking around to find out where to get service. Once I made it into the service area I was not greeted. I made sure to stand right in front of the desk in front of two service folks but I still wasn't greeted until both service employees were done with what they were currently doing. Again, what a bad customer service experience . I dropped off the vehicle for repairs in the early a.m. I didn't get an expected phone call all day so I called in at 4pm. I didn't get a response so I left a message and my phone number to be contacted. I received no call that day which meant I had to make arrangements to borrow a vehicle for work the next morning. Very poor customer experience. I did receive a call the next morning. I explained that I was waiting for a call the prior day to know that the dealership needed to keep my vehicle overnight and the employee replied "well, we were really busy". No apology or anything other than a covered excuse. I was upset about this. Then I was told the repairs would cost $650 for the services I chose to have done and approved. Later that afternoon, I received the phone call that let me know my vehicle was ready. I went in to pick up the vehicle and was charged $800. I was walking out and examining the charges and turned around and asked about them since I was quoted $650. The employee quietly performed several calculations on the calculator and finally let me know that after taxes, "that were not in the original quote", the total was about $700. He asked if I just wanted to apply that $100 to some other repairs that he told me the vehicle still needed. I explained that I would rather just have the refund for the overcharged amount and he processed a refund. What a terrible customer experience. As a side note, I'm in the market to find a new corvette and was a little shocked when they said to me "we want to give you a great deal and get you acquainted with our service department". They did not know that I had my Cadillac service performed and the bad experience I had. The one positive is that the vehicle has been fixed so far. This is the reason for the 2 stars vs 1 star in the review. Thanks for your time.

I received a recall notice from Chevrolet. It advised me to call my dealer for a service appointment. I live about 26 miles from Coyle Chevrolet, so with my work schedule and other things to do, this would not be an easy task. I was in Clarksville on other business, Late in the day, I just happened to stop by to see, if I could get it done, or make an appointment to have the proper repair done. Well the service rep said, pull it in and we'll get it done in about a half hour, to 45 minutes. My wife and I went across the street and ate dinner. We came back in about 45 minutes, service was completed. I trust Coyle and their service department completely to do what they say they are going to do. For a big dealership, they seem to always have their customer service and convenience for their customers as their top priority. They are at the top of most....that's the reason I drive 26 miles (52 round trip) to do business with Coyle Chevrolet. Thanks Guys and Gals.

Delt with a lot of pushy sales people in the past but my experience at Coyle was outstanding. David Mcdaniel was excellent to work with as well as every other person. I told them what I wanted and what I wanted to pay and they made it happen! I would recommend them to anybody.

They put on temp. Tag expires today Coyle don't do there paper work right go get tags waiting on coyle so call them and they said to come up and get a temp tag which is expires too and all they said was sorry have to wait a week before they get to it. Last time I will ever mess with coyle again same old coyle doing things the wrong way.

I was searching GM's on-line inventory for a new 2015 Camaro SS with specific options. A 2015 Camaro was located at Coyle Chevrolet in Clarksville, IN, about 300 miles from my home in western Ohio. I contacted Amanda Marsal - Internet Sales Manager on this Camaro. Amanda was professional and qualified my GM rebates with net price. I drove to Coyle Chevrolet yesterday to inspect this Camaro. Steve Clubb - Sales Consultant showed me the Camaro and demonstrated all the options. Steve owns a 2015 Camaro which contributed to his knowledge of Camaros. I purchased this Camaro on-site and recommend both Amanda & Steve for excellent product knowledge and customer service.

I sent an online request to them for information on a specific vehicle listed on Cars.com. The response was a barrage of emails from several employees of the dealership with "educational statements" and nothing specific about my request. I answered one of them and started getting even more of these emails about "learning the car buying experience". Then a week later I get an email telling me the specific car I requested information on was sold and they had several others for my consideration. Never once was an email sent about the car I asked about nor were any of my questions even attempted to have been answered. This sure left a bad taste in my mouth about Coyle. I doubt I would ever waste the time to reach out to them again.

I was looking for a used 2010-2012 Silverado 1500 in the Louisville area and not having much luck. I decided to look at dealers in the southern Indiana area and found a 2010 Silverado on the Coyle web site that appealed to me. I called their dealership and they connected me to Tony Gilkey. What a pleasure it was working out the deal with this young man. Not your typical car/truck sales person! He assured me that we could work out the deal and we did. He seems dedicated to the customer and takes the extra steps to complete the sales process in a timely manner and delivers on the promises he made. Certainly not an experience I have ever had before when purchasing a new or used vehicle. Tony gave me his cell mumber and he responds immediately to questions and/or solutions. Coyle should do everything in their power to keep this guy on their team.

Great experience! Found the Encore we wanted on line,( another dealership was not able to locate what we wanted)called to confirm it was available, drove down and purchased in less that 2 hours. Gary and Rachel were awesome, not only did they make sure that i was happy they made sure my wife was happy as well we went to purchase one car but they performed so well we got two 2015 camaros, they made sure that were happy with the inside and out side of both cars filled both cars up with gas and washed them as well i cant say thank you enough for everything they did for us as we we got done with all the paper work to leave my wife cried joy of happiness.I cant say thank you enough for all the hard work they put in to make us happy they take pride in what the do and it was not just about the money as most dealer ships are. Beware of this dealer!!! On 6/26/15 I saw a GT500 on Internet. I contacted a salesperson, and we exchanged pictures. I agreed to drive up and pick up the car. On Saturday I gave a deposit to hold the car on my credit car. I gave the MAXIMUM amount of the range they asked for. On Saturday evening, after I arranged to give employees a couple days off with pay and for a house sitter, I received the following message: "We wanted to get in touch with you to let you know that the 2011 Ford Shelby GT500 has been sold. As it turns out, I have an excellent selection of similar models that I would love to tell you about. I just have a couple of questions in order to narrow down our options to the vehicles that will work best for you." That cost me about $500 in employee wages, and Coyle has KEPT MY DEPOSIT with no attempt to compensate me. THEY SOLD THE CAR I PUT A DEPOSIT ON WITHIN A FEW HOURS OF TAKING MY DEPOSIT, and they have not even refunded my deposit or apologized. To me, this seems like consumer theft. If a company enters a contract, and breaks the contract a few hours later, and then makes no effort to compensate expenses, let alone return the deposit or apologize, they are dishonest. If they do this on a sale that is in the open, imagine what they might do behind closed doors. I have all the documentation to prove this. I guess they think since I am 600 miles away, I don't matter.

I spoke Amanda over the phone about purchasing a used vehicle. I explained my trade and everything about it and we worked out a price out the door. I went to Coyle four days later when we agreed to meet. All of the sudden the vehicle is gone and not there. So they tried to get me to buy a new one. I leave and I get a call the next day trying to sell me the vehicle that was gone again. This time she wants 2,000 more than we agreed on originally. Due not go to Coyle, I was excited about the car and then it was gone, only to find out they still have it. Very disappointed

My wife and I visited the dealership to just "look around" and left with a brand new truck! We found the sales staff to be exceptionally thorough, easy to talk with and good listeners. Our sales person, Tony, immediately gained our trust and didn't try to over-sell. Since we were just "looking around" we had not done our homework on trade-in value etc. Tony treated us with respect and didn't make us feel like idiots. He was an excellent listener, and with the help of his superior, we got a deal that was acceptable to us and we left with the new truck. We would definitely purchase from this dealership again.

I was on the road going to n c and broke down in Newport tnn and went to a Chevrolet dealer with my Chevrolet after three days in Newport tnn I got my car back 876.00 dollars this got rip me off I was under warrant and he said I was not, so when I got home I went to coyle Clarksville Indiana and david and ed of coyle made a call to gm and they said I was done wrong and approved me a check for not only repairs but my motel also these guys are great thanks to both of you and I got me a good deal on a brand new 2015 Chevrolet my sales person Amanda Jones a very sweet girl and a good person to deal with, very easy going lady thanks Amanda.

We had dealt with another salesmen at a different dealership a few months prior who cared more about selling us a car as fast as he could than actually taking the time to talk to us about what we liked or what we were in the market for. We were even laughed at when we told this previous salesman what we wanted our monthly payments to be for a car we were looking at. Chris, however, worked with us to get us exactly the payments we wanted. He was honest, explained all of our options, and this allowed us to make very well informed decisions about our purchase. Overall, we are very pleased with our experience.

I have bought several vehicles from the Coyle family dating all the way back to New Albany. I will never shop there again. I was in last week and dealt with a girl that had no clue what was going on. I told her the truck I wanted, gave her the number off the windshield. She then asked me for my number and when I could come back and drive it because she was actually leaving for the day. Never again.

Very patient, did not make me feel rushed at all. Very thorough, and courteous. Answered all my questions with ease. I purchased a 2014 Malibu LTZ and needed a lot of help learning all the special electronics and setting up onstar and Tony helped me with this with no problems. I've also had family members purchase a car here and also had a great experience with Tony and the rest of the crew.

After going to a different un-named deters hip and having a horrible experience I was nervous before I even stepped foot on coyles lot. In less than a minute after arriving a sales associate by the name Matt Wells approached me and asked if he could assist me. Expecting your typical pushy non caring buying experience I followed him out to the lot. It was only five minutes in and I new I had come to the right place. Matt wells was a very patient and helpful associate. He had all the knowledge I required on the vehicles and was extremely personable. I went from being nervous to actually having a good time while car shopping. Not to mention I found a 2010 dodge avenger that I absolutely love. And after I left the lot I had more questions and a minor problem that were addressed immediately. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Matt wells if you are in the market for a vehicle.

Just a note, Thanks for the Great Experience recently at your Superstore! My wife and I had decided it was time for another vehicle, and the offerings on the internet were massive. It was time to get personal, to speak, look, and experience our considerations. We are all busy but as fate has it, we were having, just a large portion of life. We continue to own a Chevrolet Suburban and where seeking another vehicle to address our changing life needs. We had a great experience in Louisville, Bachman Chevrolet with Art Higgs, Sales associate and wanted so much to repeat that closer to our Jeffersonville home. Close friends Bob Bruner, Bobs wife Pam, Lynn and Angie Ackerman spoke well of yall. Well, I drove in, walked up, and the receptionist helped me to a sales associate, Tim Gibson. Tim greeted, and said; how can I help you? The more common response, I spoke of an interest in an Equinox, but just looking. Tim asked would you like a drink, lets have a seat and see what I can do? Reviewing an inventory he asked what I wanted from the vehicle, out of the sale. The single most thing Tim Gibson did was he listened to what I said. I remember very little his offering an option, or an incentive, but fervently seeking what I wanted. Refreshing! Offering to look, drive and experience the Equinox, we did. Similar to years past and the dealer in Louisville we agreed (following executive approval, No Sale Yet! my wife needed to come in) on a vehicle, we liked. Wilma came in and changed the color without a whimper from Tim, again giving us what we want. With things needed to be installed we agreed on a vehicle. Very soon Tim called saying its ready! (Note: the texting was great for busy/inconvenient lives, thanks) Well; a record storm, two eye surgeries, an estate closing, later, we love the Equinox! I may owe someone lot storage fees for the additional time we couldnt come pick it up. Guys I am older now a bit more patient, and I have several stories in my past, (John Jones Scottsburg, associate told me I could not purchase an Equinox similar/same as what yall sold us) but Tim and Coyle will be praised for their efforts. For me it was divine guidance that got me to Coyle, and Tim followed through with the sale.

Chris Copeland was a joy to work with. He was very friendly when we met him and understanding when we told him we hadn't decided on which vehicle we was going to purchase. He didn't make us feel pressured to purchase the first item we looked at and he was happy to show us several options even though he had to walk back and forth for the keys.He showed us whatever we said we liked without judging if we could afford the auto or not like some dealers do. He is a great man to work with and I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase their next automobile. :)

although i didnt purchase a vehicle here i did find my experience to be fantastic. once i made initial contact regarding a truck i received several follow up phone calls and emails. the emails of course were just standard auto replies but the phone calls were great with answering my questions. also on e emails came off auto direct my sales person answered any questions i had through email immediately. even negotiated through email but i ended up going with a new vehicle and not a used one.

I found the one that I liked and proceeded to go down to their Dealership. The Salesman Matt Wells was nice and very friendly. And the Finance Manager Joel Putman, was super helpful as he walked me through what was involved in trading in my vehicle and the options we had. He was the one that really made my day. Without him, I'm not sure I would of even been able to get such a beautiful truck at a GREAT interest rate! I don't have any regrets about this experience. Well, maybe just one. That I didn't contact them sooner. Thanks Joel Putman and Coyle Chevrolet for my new 2014 Chevrolet Silverado Crew Cab!

Just purchased my third vehicle from Coyle with salesman JP Morgan. I have been to many different car dealers in my time, but there is a reason I keep going back to JP and Coyle: The service is top notch, they treat you like a person (not a sale), and they don't play games. There is nothing worse than dealing with the stress of buying a car and having to go through the games that many dealers play; it adds to the frustration. At Coyle, I have never had a bad experience. The sales reps are more like service agents, sure they want to make the sale, but they don't treat you like you're an idiot. Make no mistake, they are out to make a profit, just like any other dealer. Anybody who doesn't think that any dealership is not out to make a profit is out of their minds. However, at Coyle, I am always respected. They understand that I am out to get a deal just as much as they are out to make a profit. We are always able to come to a rational compromise. They work extra hard at getting the financing just right for you. Jole, the numbers guy is a great, experienced resource. Even with less than stellar credit, he was able to make things happen, and find the right finance option for us. I will definitely go back to Coyle when I am looking for another car. They have earned our business for a very long time.

I was shopping for about 4 months for a new 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LT. I was very unhappy with the dealership in the Louiville area, being a 23 year old, they treated me as if I wasn't serious about buying a new truck, whether it was the unwillingness to deal, not returning phone calls, or not even sending me quotes for trucks that I stopped by and looked at. I went to Coyle and met Amanda Jones. We went for a test drive and she was going over all the option on the truck. I politely told her I been in a dozen of them and know them inside and out, which she responded "I'll just enjoy the ride then". After arriving back at the dealership, I met Mike the sales manager. After telling him my past experiences, he gave me a offer that was lower that all the other dealership, on a truck that was the same plus bed lights and running boards. I said knock another $100 off (mental victory) and you can get the papers for me to sign. I bought my new truck after being there for 2 hours, and from a middle class 70 work week mans perspective, that best dealership experience I've had so far.

Purchased a Dodge Ram from Coyle in January. My sales person Amanda was very helpful and answered all of my questions. She still calls me every few weeks just to ask how my truck is and if there is anything I need from them. The one issue I did have they offered to take my truck to the Dodge dealer and give me a loaner truck. This was for a recall the Dodge dealer did incorrectly and Coyle had no reason to help other than to provide excellent customer service.

At the time of the call, I explained to him who I was, what we do, and what I was trying to accomplish. With a few emails, I had the price of my trade in, which I was very pleased with, and I had the numbers on the new truck. For the first time, I had a great experience, no hassle, no pressure approach in buying my next vehicle. With no knowledge to Steve, my partner and I had also discussed purchasing a new cargo van for our business. Again, I called Steve and the rest was history. I just wamted to put in a good word for Tony Gilkey and those he works with. My wife and I came into look at 2009 Lexus, which is not a car that they typically carry at their lot. Without going into a lot of detail, I found them to be very straight forward and easy to work with. If we were ever in the market for a chevrolet we would not hesitate to go over the river and visit Coyles in Indiana. I think it was maybe ten minutes out of the way to get to their dealership? No big deal. The price was excellent for us and pretty much did everything that we asked of them. Just an over all A+ experience.

Came in for a quick oil change and tire rotation before a weekend trip north. Found a leak in one of my tires. They repaired the tire and changed my oil within a hour. Staff was courteous and helpful. Will definitely be back.

I was sold this certifed GM vehicle and I actually have got to drive it 32 days out of 90 days. The sales manager refused to give me my money back before 30 days were up. It was broke down 17 days out of the first 30 days I owned it. So they might sell you a vehicle just be careful because they buy from auctions not knowing what is wrong with the vehicle, most people send them to auction because of problems. Coyle is Not being a good neighbor for me , the customer

I have a 2011 Chevy Equinox which is still under warranty. I've had it in for service several times. I've been treated well each time I've been to this service center. The employees are always nice and helpful. They get me right in and out. I was told about some preventative maintenance that is due at 30,000 when I had it in for an oil change recently. I thought the prices they wanted were really too high, so I passed on them at this time. I'm sure it's the same price as other dealers though.

went to coyle to trade in my 2004 yukon on a new 2014 silverado,was immediately greeted with a smile and a hand shake.while working with chris copeland to get the pricing i was trying to achieve i was surprised how hard he worked on it.forgot a few items in my trade and went back the next day to find they had held on to them for me.was an easy shopping experience and a friendly staff.

This is the friendliest car dealership I have ever visited in my 27 + years of car purchasing. Everyone on staff greated me in passing and made sure I was being helped, etc while there trying to find a vehicle. My salesman Chris Copeland went above and beyond my expectations in assisting me. He stayed in constant contact with me (per my request) about new arrivals. He then kept me informed of the status of my financing, etc until we came to a closure. He offered rides to me as I was without a vehicle at the time. He also offered to bring a vehicle to me to look at. Joel in finance did everything to help me get approved. He was very kind, persistent and quick. The Coyle group also shows a great deal of team effort, when Chris was busy as I once showed up unannounced, Gary R. stepped in to help me with equally friendly help and assistance. Sales manager Kenny also called to check on me and to answer a few questions for me as it took me over a week to come to closure on this.I recommend this place to ANYONE shopping for a vehicle. If you're shopping around, check this place out, trust me you'll notice a difference. I've been other places in town. One word to sum this up is that I felt like I was a sister to a staff member as I felt like I was treated with extra care. Instead I was just an average person shopping for a vehicle, but by the way they treated me you'd never know that they viewed me as anything other than a family member. I will NEVER shop anywhere else again.

This use to be a wonderful place to shop for new/used vehicles. Now no one cares at Coyle any more, what a sad shame. My whole family has purchased many vehicles from Coyle, but never again. I'm sure they will make it, but sad to see they don't care if personal run off customers.

This is my second car I have bought with Coyle. They are always helpful and go out of their way to help you get the car you want. I never feel pressured or rushed when I am looking for my future car! All my questions are always answered, if they don't know the answer, then they find it for me! Keep up the great work! The service department is great as well!!! I live in another state and drive across the bridge just to get my oil changed with them!! They take good care of their customers!

The staff is friendly, and they help me land a used 2006Sportage with my financial status, BUT if you decide to buy a used vehicle please note: 1) Make sure the keyless entry device is working. Mine works poorly. I have to be 10-15 feet, sometimes less footage than this, to open the doors. 2) My salesman, Taylor Adams, told be to provide him a receipt for the battery for the keyless entry device...thinking the battery was low (still not working right...the keyless entry device is not the original one, so this could be the problem). It's been 3 weeks and no reimbursement for the $7 I had purchased for the battery. 3) Full tank of gas, sign papers, and then Mr. Adams tells me he could only provide 1/2 tank of gas on used vehicles. BE sure to have them list on what owed to you that you are promised a full tank of gas, otherwise, you are screwed. 4) Eight days of driving the vehicle and the engine light goes on. Take it to their service department and was told, "you gotta take this to a Kia service dept to have it diagnose, we can't do that here"nd he was smiling like I was an idiot for taking it there.. No one told me this when I purchased it. Got a 35K warranty on the vehicle and can't use it here?!?!

I bought my first car from Coyle five years before and now I went to purchase another one because they had a Honda Odyssey minivan which was just perfect for my family. The experience was great. Unlike another car dealer these guys are not pushy. They are very understanding. They respected my time and cleared all the issues that I might have. The salesman came to my house to see if the car fits my need and garage. He did the running for title and car exchange. It was a no hassle buy. I really hope the minivan goes for a long time now. Overall, I liked them and would buy with them again if needed.

When looking for another sportscar, I found an '08 Crossfire with 10,000 miles at Coyle. After e-mailing the dealership, I quickly had a call from Jeff with all the background information about the car. Since I probably couldn't get to the dealership until the weekend, he offerred to drive the car to my workplace in Louisville. I made arrangements with him to visit me on the following day so I would have my Thunderbird trade-in available for him to see. He was great to work with and after several discussions, we reached a deal with my trade-in. The dealership had my car ready for pick-up and the closing/signing was among the most painless I've experienced in buying a car. No pressure from anyone and great sales staff to work with, especially Jeff D.

Would not honor GM Extended powertrain warranty for girlfriend's Cobalt. My girlfriend did everything right and within the guidelines of getting her car fixed but they would not honor it. We even talked to GM and they said that we should have gotten our car fixed but they wouldn't help us - they said that it was up to the dealer. BS. I bought my Hemi Ram and my ex wife's Stratus from Coyle Dodge when it was still there and had similar problems with their crappy service. My truck had problems from the start and they wouldn't honor factory warranty on my leaky catalytic converters. I wish Coyle will go out of business and suffer the fate that they deserve.
