I purchased the 2021 Hyundai Tucson (in April) and I love it. It was a smooth purchase from beginning to end. I was offered top price for my trade in and received a great price for the vehicle I purchased. I wasn’t treated like ‘a regular customer that was looking to spend money’, instead I valued as a person. I’m now back to get my 1st oil change and the floor manager I was introduced to in April remembered me. Really… who remembers someone you had a brief conversation with, that wasn’t their customer, from 5 months ago? As for my vehicle, I absolutely love it. Great gas mileage, smooth driving/riding, an absolute joy! I would definitely recommend Crain Hyundai LR and the Hyundai Tucson.

We have a very good experience purchasing our Palisade from Crain Hyundai salesman Clarence Finley. He was very helpful, even help me get a better trade in price for my old car. He was not pushy. The new palisade has a lot of new techs, new gadgets, he help me setup and explain the important one. Also, offer me, anytime, if I have questions, I can call count on him. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My car was initially being serviced in June . At that time the motor was being replaced . Ok no big deal . It’s not their fault the motor went out . It’s under warranty so again no problem. After a month of no loaners and paying for my own rental for a month, no one answers the phone, if they do it’s like you are bothering them bc they are completely understaffed . Got my car back for a few days and my husband noticed that there was no oil on the oil stick it was bone dry. I took a video and reached out to the service manager the same day but he wasn’t in so I emailed it to another staff member . The next day my car has to go BACK to the shop where it’s been since July, . I get so many different answers from so many different people it’s ridiculous. I will say that Steve the service manager has taken all my calls with honesty even if it wasn’t what I wanted to hear and also with extreme patience. Every time I speak with him I do feel like he is empathetic to my situation and that some stuff is out of his hands, they need to pay people accordingly so that, they people who actually are qualified are more apt to l one to work. But the fact that out of three months of my car being serviced with them there’s no reason as to why a company as big as Crain doesn’t have any loaner available . And doesn’t give a damn about what’s being paid from another persons pocket

Happy with the customer service and dealership not happy with the SUV. Im not sure if I like the double clutch system on the Hyundai Tucson. Before buying the SUV that was a major concern. It is very sluggish on takeoff and has no power, not happy with the purchase.

I really came in to see what Hyundai had to offer; we was very unhappy returning customers and this was our last time dealing with or doing business with Hyundai...Ended up buying a Santa Fe 2017 with 3rd row of seats for all of our grandchildren & a happy wife!!! The only problem I have with Crain is the discrepancy between the unrealistic online "Crain Special" pricing and the actual attainable price. Very few people (if any at all) would qualify for the "Special" price so it's not realistic to advertise that as a possible price. Mark was awesome to work with.

I imagine most of us, like myself, have dreaded the experience of shopping for a new car. I have now bought two Hyundais and had very good sales experiences both times. In fact, this experience at Crain Hyundai was even better than my experience at the other dealership where I bought my first Hyundai. Based on my experience, I would recommend any Hyundai dealership as being excellent to work with. Not to mention that I loved my first Azera so much that I bought a second one (I didn't even look around at any other cars)!

8 Am on a Friday and I was at Mclarty getting ready to sign my life away on a 2015 jeep cherokee with 15xxx miles. After spending 5 long hours and broken promises on a used vehicle, we walked away from an extremely high interest rate and a cocky salesman straight across the street to Crain. I was greeted by Mike who was extremely helpful and patient. I drove away happy in my brand new 2017 Santa Fe!

I went there shopping and encountered a salesperson that provided information I wanted not what he might have wanted to sell me. He was informative and polite. I left and came back a few days later to get more information. He was again informative and not pushy. I left and came back again to get more information on pricing and was provided with a reasonable offer, providing detailed information. I left again and after reviewing the information they provided with my wife I returned and asked if I could bring a vehicle home for my wife to see (she is ill) and without hesitation they agreed. After her review of the color and vehicle style I went back and closed the deal. Great customer experience!!

We have previously dealt with the NLR dealership but decided to gp to LR this time. It was worth the drive. We had a great experience. Cat listened and showed us what we wanted and gave us options. After the sell we needed a mirror change, and they were very accommodating. I would recommend them, especially the Cat in the Hat.

Everyone worked with us to try to get a payment we could afford. The power went out and we couldn't finish the finance paperwork, so they sent a driver with theach paperwork to our location to finish it up. I feel that is going above and beyond what they had to do.

Overall, I would describe my experience as extra special and very satisfactory. I was contacted over the phone by Edward Williams who was very professional and sensitive to my needs. He took his time to show me cars, let me look at different colors and styles. We went over the whole lot until I found the color that I liked and wanted. Mr. Williams took his time with us to ensure we found the car that we wanted with the features that we wanted. I basically wanted to stick with the same thing I had without driving my price up too much. The guy in finance was also excellent. I don't remember his name but the last guy at Hyundai tricked us and made my car payment more that I agreed to. However, this guy was up front and our payment was what we ageed on.

After having driven a large car for 16 years, the smaller vehicle is a dream to drive. The bucket seats are comfortable and I like the display area on the console. It also came in a couple of thousand less than our estimated budget.

When looking at the Hyundai Tucson's available online, the purchase price online include discounts like a military discount, recent grad discount etc. The online price did NOT reflect that the discounts were included. This is false advertising and I was very upset about it. I was eventually taken care of and was offered the online price but this is very deceiving and something needs to be done about it. From what I was told is that this is the way another dealership in the state shows their online pricing. Please look into this so future customers don't run into this problem.

The only thing I can say negatively about my experience was that it took way to long to close the deal on the car, but in the end, they were great and got the price where I needed it to be.

In 1993, my daughter and I went to the Nissan dealership in Little Rock. 4 older men stood outside and saw us looking at vehicles but didn't move. A young man inside working at his desk saw us and came out to see if he could help us. He wound up selling two vehicles that day. Then in 2000 I bought my second new Nissan. It older than my granddaughter and when I went to Crain Hyundai it had over 300,000 miles on it (I'm still driving it and is has over 325,000 miles on it). My granddaughter and I went to Crain to buy a new car. I was 74 and she was 15. They sent a young man to help us who apparently had never sold a vehicle in his life. He made promises the dealership did not keep. Even thought I felt like I could have done better I did not feel well enough to go through it again and bought the vehicle he showed us. When I talked with the credit manager he shortened the warranty period to five years, instead of 10, and right now I can't remember the reason. Once I felt better, I felt like the dealership took advantage of me because I was an old woman with a teenager in tow. I will never do business with Crain again. The only reason I gave this dealership one star is because I went to get a Hyundai and that's what I left with - I did not, however, leave with the vehicle I thought I was buying when I went there. The first time I drove the vehicle to work, when I left I had a flat tire. It had a fastener in it that is used to hold bumpers on cars but the dealership would not take responsibility for it and charged me to fix the flat as though I had those types of things around routinely.

I had an excellent experience. Emanuel and Corbin were excellent to work with and I felt they had our best interest at heart. It was Christmas Eve, all of us had plans, however I never felt rushed or that I was an inconvenience to either Emanuel or Corbin. Their service was excellent !!!

We looked at two brands, the first had some things we didn't like and the salesman asked enough questions to find another brand that met our needs. We were able to test drive both for several hours, which was very important to get to know the vehicles.The price negotiation was based on the monthly payment, not the total price, which made it difficult to figure out the actual price paid. The interest rate was very favorable and overall we were satisfied.

We had a god test drive in a vehicle like the one we purchased (different color). When our vehicle came in and was ready, Mark showed us how to hook the cellphone to the Bluetooth and hooked it up. In an anxious, out of town purchase, I visited 11701 Colonel Glenn Rd's Dealership at Crain of Little Rock's web site. Within minutes of leaving my request, online, Mr. Mark Madison, internet dealer, had responded to my request. He arranged a meeting for my daughter and I, the next day, at our time and convenience. Within literal hours, my daughter's anxiety of being without a car was resolved and she was driving home in a loaned car by the Crain dealership, until they could get her car, from another dealership, which was out of state, in a matter of 1 day. Mr. Madison worked with us non-stop until we reached an agreement, stayed until after closing to conclude the deal and sent my daughter on her way with a loaner car. All the people at this dealership were quite professional, friendly and willing to help us in any way possible. This is our 4th "new car" purchase from Little Rock Crain Dealership on Colonel Glenn Road and we will definitely return again when purchasing another car.

From trying to undercut me on the price of a trade-in, to lying to me about the pricing of a car just to get me in the door, to keeping a vital piece of an item that caused me not to have something covered under warranty. The customer service and salesmen are not to be taken serious. I'd rather buy a car off Craig's list.

We wasn't satisfied with the color we first purchased after we noticed a red one on the tv ad. Our mileage was over their guarantee return policy but they said the most important thing to them is our happiness! They sent me to customer care to talked to Heather. Talk about bending over backwards to help us she went way beyond what I would expect anyone to do. I would recommend everyone to buy from Crain. Also the Mazda 6 has turned out to be an amazing auto.

There has been a problem with front end noise right after we purchase car. Have gone back on number of times. Tires are their only explanation. It's hard to believe New tires are bad!!! Never have they suggested a solution. I asked serviceManager about different tires He said tire company would not change Tires. So I guess we are going to live with this loud roar. Call today to set up appointment for service. Daniel in service was rude and said he had a lot of people waiting on Him. Therefore he didn't want to answer my questions. Terrible service. Salesman actually seemed aggravated that I wanted the price before he could start getting out the paperwork. He said, "I thought we were going to make a deal" and I said "I can't commit without knowing the price, so I don't need paperwork at this point" He yelled to the "manager", "she doesn't want to commit!" The manager walked up to me with his shirt half untucked and looked as though he was half asleep. He didn't even say hi to me, they went to a private area and wasted about 10 more mins, then only came off sticker $600.. when I looked at him (salesman) like are you kidding me, He actually said,"I know it will sell", then shrugged his shoulders as though he couldn't care less if he had our business. He was so rude that I actually cried when I left. I've never been treated like that at any business I've ever visited. We immediately called Northpoint and they were able to do MUCH better over the phone and were very helpful and professional. Crain Mazda is extremely high pressure, rude, unprofessional, and just plain stupid. If their goal is to sell cars and keep repeat customers, you'd never know it. The salesman (and I use that term loosely) that we spoke with was an older black man and I can't remember his name. He didn't bother giving me or my husband his card and apparently sells so many cars that he doesn't need to be friendly or negotiate with anyone.

Absolutely horrible experience. Came in saying my budget was $25k, including taxes. They tell me they can work with me and get me to make a deposit. They told me they would be picking up the car from out of state and it would be there within the next day, which they claimed they do all the time. Came back on the planned date to put it up and it was not there, so they told me they would deliver it to my house (3 hours away). Waited an entire week with little to no communication; no one I called called me back, none of the managers would answer my calls. My sales rep was very good at communicating up until I made the deposit. .A week after I was supposed to pick it up, it finally came, at 10:00pm Saturday, on Memorial Day weekend. The VIN number was not the same as they one they told me I was getting, nor did it come from the same state I was told, so I had to get a new insurance card. They forgot to bring my temporary plates and the TITLE, so now I have to wait even longer to drive it.Left out many frustrating details, but you get the idea. That was the first and last time I do business with Crain Mazda. Unprofessionally unresponsive; good luck getting a hold of anyone.

Very disappointed. They would not negotiate with us AT ALL beyond the very first offer they presented. I have never witnessed that at any other car dealership. I was able to get a much better offer from several other Mazda dealerships in surrounding states. I told them about this hoping they could come down even just a little bit, but they acted like they didn't need or want our business and just would not budge whatsoever. So I drove to another state and got an amazing deal, and the dealership there treated us very well. I love my new Mazda and I'm glad I got it somewhere else.
