Like I said my Transmission went out at 400 miles when I was on a trip. The Santa Fe was a 2017 sport /ot. This is the second Sanfa Fe that I lost the transmission. The other one was a 2010 model. I am very disappointed with Hyundia Santa Fe models.

Bought my second Hyundai last month. I'd had my Sonata in for a recall and oil change and the service writer, Bill, was teasing me that I needed a new one. I told him I was thinking about it so he handed me the business cards of one of the salesmen and told me when I was ready to call him. I didn't need to call, Bill went to Phillip and asked him to call me. We had a great chat about what I was looking for, price, features, etc. Within 2 days I was driving away in a new Tucson. I absolutely love the service guys and the way they have treated me for the past 6.5 yrs and look forward to working with them in the future.

My sales consultant was easily the best I've ever had to work with. He immediately approached us offering water and services as soon as we got to the lot. With a no pressure additude, he asked what if anything we were looking for. He was patient and friendly through out the whole process even taking the time to find the perfect car for us when they didn't have the color or preferred options available at the time. He had the car we wanted delivered in less that 24 hours. At no point in the buying process did I feel pressured or badgered into making a purchase. He was simply there to find us the perfect car at the right price.

Trade-in and purchase negotiations were smooth and cordial. They even gave me a little more on trade than I was asking! Sure it was within the trade-in range of Kelly Bluebook, but I told them how much I wanted for it and they didn't have to add more but did. That's awesome! The sales guy was fantastic, easy going, and kept a light spirit throughout. He's really young but really good with customers. I'm enjoying my car with no buyers remorse.

This is my first good experience buying a car. Stefan gerlei was very professional and enthusiastic but not agresive or pushy, same as the rest of the team. My previous experiences in the area, since we move from Chile to USA were totally the opposite, making this process really uncomfortable because we are not used to the system/culture in here (more aggressive and focus on close the deal) Thank for a great experience, you have a great team in Bentonville, they care about the deal but they also care about the long term relationship, will bring us back.

I will never buy a car again from Crain Hyundai of Bentonville. It has almost been a year to the date and we still do NOT have the paperwork for the car. We have made numerous requests and attempts to get it from them. I pay way too much for a car that has had multiple electrical problems and still no title to even get tags on my car. It took them 11 months to even give me a temporary tag and they only did that because I mentioned needing to drive my car home to Colorado for family. To say I'm furious doesn't even express how I feel at this point. NEVER buy your car there.

Had an unpleasant experience with the Hyundai dealership where I live. Ended up at Crain Hyundai on a fluke when visiting Bentonville. Mario was helpful and attentive to my needs. I wasn't ready to buy on the spot but was so impressed with his no nonsense attitude that 2 weeks later I called him up and got the ball rolling. I ended up with the car of my dreams and even more than I asked for with a price tag I had been told by the previous dealer wouldn't happen "in a month or even a year from now".. Thank you Mario and the Crain team for making my dream a reality. You couldn't ask for a more satisfied customer.

It took over a month to receive the necessary paperwork to register and pay taxes for the vehicle. I'd contacted the dealership multiple times via phone and text. Each time I'm told not to worry the paperwork is in the mail. At one point I was told that Finance would call me first thing the next day. They never called... When I called Finance I was told that the paperwork had left the home office and was on the way. Several days later I checked with the general manager and he confirmed that there wasn't any record of finance checking on my paperwork and it didn't look like the paperwork had been mailed. Instead of simply telling me that my paperwork had been delayed which would have been completely acceptable, the individual in finance said that it was on the way. When the paperwork did arrive, the date stamp was several days after the date finance had given. I love the new Tucson, and was actually considering purchasing a Santa Fe for my wife.. but I'm concerned with the lack of respect finance had for their customers time after the sale. The Manager that I spoke with was very professional and was able to redeem the entire process to an extent. I would consider purchasing from Crain again, Darren in Sales was great, the overall buying experience was good and the entire team chipped in to help when he wasn't there. Terry was great as well,he helped with the ins and outs of the vehicle and arranged to have the windows tinted the first week. Unfortunately I would be a little hesitant to work with the same individual in finance again. Thank you,---Updated Aug 2016---I'd thought this issue was resolved. After the issue I'd had earlier this year, I'd met with the general manager who apologized and said he would address the issues with his team members and had promised additional oil changes as a way of making amends. As a result of that meeting I'd changed my rating from "would not recommend" to "recommend". During a recent service, I was informed that there was no record of this in my account.. Unbelievable. I'm not sure if this was simply a mistake or if the dealership is in the habit of not honoring what was promised.. I was in the office while he keyed the info on his pc. I ask the service department to please verify with Terry, but they would only call the sales person.. who would not come the service department. Please Be sure to get everything in writing with dealing with Crain of Bentonville. Unfortunately I'm forced to remove my recommendation.

"Darren Andrews is the ROCK STAR at the dealership! I purchased a velsoter during a hard time a year ago from him and he was amazing! Everything he promised came true!!!!!! Some idiot hit me and my baby girl (car) like a month ago in a 4 car collision......I had just made the 12th payment........SERIOUSLY! Darren was right there by my side the whole way thru my panic!!!! He got me in a new RED veloster in a month as if I never had ANY accident.....WHO DOES THAT? Darren Andrews makes ""stuff happen""! Windows tinted today.....she is so beautiful and he DID IT ALL! He is always available for any flat tire, oil change and loaner car......you can't go wrong with this man! Chance Kipness did an above and beyond job. We actually tried to time our first visit to looking at cars for afterhours so we wouldn't be bugged by salesmen. At Crain, they were actually open late, which we had almost just left to come back later but decided to stay. Chance came out, wasnt your typical saleman. He was there if we needed, answered questions and offered options based on listening to first. We were buying two cars, one for my wife and one was my 16 year hold daughters first car. What I liked about Chance, was that he knew I was the one writing the check but my wife and daughter were the ones who was going to do the buying. He catered his assistance and help to them. Making sure to listen to each of them and what they wanted. Too many salesman want to only deal with men, he made sure to deal with both of them directly. That is what sold me instantly. Not only did he do a great job helping them pick out a car, he didnt pressure us into getting our phone number when we left to continue checking out other cars. All things being equal, our decision came down to buying from Chance, not car options, pricing or brand of car, it was Chance. We are now lifelong Crain customers because he did the right thing in the right way.

Our salesman was great.I would use him again.However the finance dept not so much I would go to my bank first before going through that again. They asked to run our credit fine. We were under the impression they would run it once not six times. They should have asked first. Then we had to negotiate our interest rate. Didn't like that either. The car I bought has AC issues which they are working on fixing.

Purchased my Hyundai Equus from another dealer before Crain sold that model. At about 30,000 mi. the car began using excessive oil, and after running an oil test to confirm, Crain and Hyundai installed a brand new engine! Hyundai definitely stands by their warranty, and Charles White in service was most polite, respectful, and efficient. This is one of the best automobiles I have ever owned, and by far the most exceptional service I have ever experienced. Will probably purchase another Equus from them, if this one ever wears out.

Evidently the starter leverage something or another broke. My car would not start, I am a real estate agent and this shuts my business down. I previously had a extremely bad dealing with the Hyundai dealership in Springfield, MO, BUT being new and unsure of where to go I tried Reliable Hyundai of Springfield again, my daughter even called (Her husband is a Hyundai sales and service manager). To even look at the vehicle it would be 5 days! When I asked about parts, an additional 3-5 days. Loaner car, none in their lot. Needless to say another extremely bad experience.My husband got on line found Crain Hyundai and said, "Deb we're in luck. The one in Bentonville is actually9 miles closer." (thinking of the towing and so forth). So I called. The receptionist, most pleasant transferred me back to Service. Where Dave Daeffler Service Manager, was ever so patient with me. In the first 5 minutes had my confidences and won me over instantly, all after an hour with creepy Springfield! Dave you ROCK! This was at 8 am, Monday morning!!!! Rock Star Service....Not only was my vehicle picked up by 9:45am by 2:26pm I had a call from Dave Daeffler to advise me of the needs to not only fix my vehicle but the needed maintence on it. DAVE DID IT!!!!!! Dave had the car repaired, washed and ready to go by 4 pm. And the Red Carpet didn't stop there....upon arrive, a gentleman opened the door for me, the receptionist directed me and quick literally before I even got back to the service dept another gentleman asked me if I needed help. By the time I rounded the corner to the service dept. my husband was coming in the door (which another employee opened the door for him) and I saw my car roll up. The employee advised me my car was ready to roll and he was warming it up for me! OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!I don't care what they say about Arkansas (LOL)- Ya'll are super hero's!!!!

This is regarding a service:I went to Hyundai of Bentonville for service my car with the complaint 'AC emitting Hot Air. They have replaced radiator fan etc. I have paid 550 $.Within few weeks I have faced the same issue. This time they have changed the Compressor, discharge hose and filled the gas. Since the issue is in other component the service manager didnt agreed to take the responsibility. I have paid 767$.The next month I have faced the same trouble. The authorities told that the issue is with the leackage in main hose the estimated bill amount is 505+$. They didnt take the responsibility and responded like these are all sequence of different issues, not occured at the time of repair. I just taken the car back.Before going to this service station, I have given the car to a local mechanic. He identified the leakage and filled the gas. But it was not stable. With a great confidence I have moved to a authorised dealer. BUT I HAVE LOST THE MONEY WITHOUT BENEFIT.AUTHORISED SERVICE STATION????????!!!!!!!!!

Hyundai's are great cars - I love the new Sonata - it was a great test drive and smokes the Camry and Accord.As far as the Dealer experience:I worked with Jeff - he was nice but a little slow. So I spoke to Travis the manager - he was to intense like he has "little mans complex". Maybe he was just in a bad mood but he was condescending I felt like he was trying to intimidate me. It was really kind of odd.
