My experience buying a car at CUABS was great! It was a quick process and I am thrilled with my purchase. Carol, my sales person, was friendly, knowledgeable and a joy to work with. Erin, in finance, was very personable and efficient. I never felt pressured by anyone there. Would definitely recommend buying a car here if you are in the market.

This place is great! Unlike other dealerships, they don’t pressure you to maximize profit and have a great amount of options whether it be product or finance options. I had such a good experience with our sales-woman Carol, who really catered to my expectations. Great place to recommend, especially for a first time car buyer!

I test drove a 2011 Ford Escape. Called a couple of weeks later and began the buying process. Requested the sales person to send the buyer's order and title to my credit union. Sales person called (at 5:00p on a Friday) and left a message to see if the fax had come through. Being Friday, my loan officer was not there. He called back Monday only to be told that the car had been sold out from under me. It was great up until the sales department determined it was better to take the immediate cash as opposed to helping out the customer who took the proper steps and was the first in line to purchase the vehicle. This review may change because the lot manager said they would try to find a vehicle similar and sell it to me at cost, but that is still pending.

I was in search of a car, in which I was about to purchase from another local dealer. My loan officer, let me know, about CUABS. Where we found,the same year car with 26K less miles, for about $200 less. It had just been reduced.Great timing for me. They even deleivered the car to me.
