Our youth organization was in need of a new van, and because of what we used it for we had specific criteria. Dean and the crew at Cross Pointe searched for 16 months, long after I had given up finding a van suitable. They continued to look and found one that fit our needs and our price point. Now the kids have a safe vessel to take them on trips that teach them life experience, and their parents' feel comfortable that they will not end up coming back home via a tow truck.

My son got a car from them and first they tried double charging on payments and car keeps getting shut off even though payment arrangements have been made. The car has had nothing but trouble since day one! First they took it to the shop and then the shop didn't fix it right and the dealership had enough nerve to charge them for the repairs when it was under warranty and now they shut the car off again after talking to them yesterday. The car is WAY BEYOND A LEMMON! I DON'T SEE HOW THEY COULD GET AWAY WITH THIS!!???
