Brittani Erickson was our salesperson and she took the time on a busy weekend to give us her undivided attention. We are looking into a vehicle for our daughter and Brittani was able to explain, in detail, many different scenarios and options involved in the ways to research and purchase a vehicle. Extremely educational and valuable experience for our 20 year old to witness. When it’s time for her to make the purchase we will be back to see her. She is an outstanding example for Crown Motors to have on their sales team.

Could not have had a better experience purchasing my vehicle from Crown Motors. Tachelle was great from start to finish. Clear communication from both emails and phone calls all the way to delivery and follow up after receiving my Dodge Charger. Crown will definitely be at the top of my list for myself or my family’s next vehicle.

Unfortunately i have no options for service on my ford but one thing i will say is they are not in a hurry. They get paid by the hour. Customer service people are great but what is going on behind the scenes is a joke

As a matter of respect to one's clients, a dealer that sells as many vehicles as Crown Motors ought to stock at least the basic parts needed to maintain them. Having sold many hundreds of Dodge Ram pickups, for example, you ought to have basic parts such as alternators on hand, rather than require your customers to wait for one shipped across the continent. Force yourself to afford this basic service to your customers. On another, more specific, note I just returned from Crown after inquiring about the cost of replacing a broken driver's side power window assembly and was quoted a cost of $810. When I mentioned that I would get one at the dismantler instead the sales rep quickly dropped the price to $670. Ultimately I purchased the OEM (Dodge original) part online for $435. In a nutshell, the mark-up Crown Motors expected to charge just for handing this part across the counter was $375--all for a part they did not even store on the shelf. Crown and its owner should be ashamed.

I would highly recommend asking for salesman, Greg Cook. He was very patient with our indecision and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. His experience shows in the way he works with you. I would highly recommend him and the sales team at Crown. I know we will be going back for future purchases.

My husband and I stopped in the dealership to find a certain vehicle but were guided to three others none of which were what we were looking for. The salesman said he was going to get us a bottle of water and look to find what we were looking for. We went and waited by small building where he said he was going. About 15-20 minutes later we see him pull up a car in front of main building get out and run up to the car we last looked at. We continued to wait out in the heat. My husband then pull his truck up next to building so we could wait in air conditioning for another 10-15 minutes. Sales person still had not returned? Really? Way to go Crown I'm sure treating customers like that will make them want to do business with you. Lost my business!

I inquired regarding a used Mazda CX9 I saw on cars.com. I was contacted by Mike Eastman, who was very helpful and professional. Redding is several hours away from where I live so at this time I have decided not to pursue my search at this dealership due to distance. If I change my mind I will consider this dealership.

I asked for more information on Crown's advertised used Honda CRV. Mark, of Internet Sales, contacted me promptly, answered my questions, and followed up with a phone call later. I appreciated the fact that he did not keep calling, (becoming a pest), but simply sent an email, asking if I had yet found the vehicle I was seeking. I would do business with Crown Motors of Redding again if the opportunity came up.

Sean was most helpful, sending emails with pix of three cars I could be interested in. He was not pushy, just genuinely interested in my needs. I ending up buying here in Eureka.

I never went to the dealer, we did everything by phone and computer. I haven't bought anything yet, but when I do I deffinitly go to this dealer. I live about 300 miles from where they are located, which is why we chose to communicate the way we did.
