I recently purchased a new Honda (my third from this dealership). As a single woman I am treated with respect each and every time. Will Ahmed, is my favorite person to deal with. He knows what I want each time and just goes to get my new car. The process is both comfortable and not stressful at all. The other people I have recently dealt with are Brandon Morgado, Jason Aller and Rick Gordon. In just a matter of two days I purchased the car and had my plates transferd and my insurance set up as well as my inspection sticker completed. Great place to do business with. They have a way of making you feel special. I am always pleased. Thank You all.

I would like to thank Brandon Morgado and the team at Curry Honda for making my service experience very simple and pleasant. I came in for a problem with my wipers and they took me right in. I had not made an appointment and had to wait my turn, but was still out of there in a reasonable amount of time. The whole process was professional. There was even a person at the door as I was leaving to ensure the experience met my satisfaction and to dispose of the paper floor mat as I left. Thanks to everyone.

Michael Allende was a friendly face first thing in the morning. He made sure I got to work on time with courtesy driver Bruce. Michael answered all my questions about the car. When he called me at work he told me the valve clearances ( I think) did not need cleaning and I really appreciated the honesty at Curry.I got picked up at work by Bruce, very good driver by the way, and was again greeted by Michael's friendly face. After such a BAD experience at Balise Honda in West Springfield, It was sooooooooooooo refreshing to Deal with professionals that know what it means when it comes to Customer Service. Starting with Bret Cohen Salesperson-- What a GREAT Guy-- No pressure, He is just focused on what the customer needs and not all about the sale of the Vehicle. He had sold my Aunt and my Late Uncle multiple vehicles and had always treated them with respect and did the same with me. He was very hands on to make sure all the stuff that I requested to be done with vehicle was completed. I would for sure buy another vehicle from him and Curry Honda just how I was treated. Then there are Rick Gordon General Sales Manager and Ron Brunner Business Manager after my Nightmare experience at Balise Honda W. Springfield they made sure it was going to happen with them and it did not-- They went above and beyond to get me as close to the Deal I wanted to get the deal done--- MISSION ACCOMPLISHED

Troy was excellent,he took care of every detail.he explained all the new features and how to use them.we were very satisfied when we drove away.Troy followed up the next day with a phone call asking how we liked our new car . Juan Alicea Was the gentleman who assisted with my air bag recall. Heal was extremely helpful. Has a very genuine attitude and made me feel like he wanted to actually talk to me and make me comfortable while I waited for my car. He was very knowledgable of what exactly needed to be done. We recently bought a car from Curry. In the distant past we had a bad experience there but decided to give it another try. We have been so happy with every aspect of the experience. We just had our recall taken care of and have to say that Kyle Boydston was so very pleasant and helpful. They even did our sticker for us!!! When we bought the car we were thrilled with Erik and our first service appointment was so easy with Juan. Kyle was just the icing on the cake. Curry is a very accommodating dealership.

I brought my 2015 Pilot in on Oct 5, 2016 for a paint repair on the driver side rear bumper and fender. My car was in the shop for tow days and was returned to me in perfect shape. I could not tell where the damage was after your paint shop got done with it. Mr Richard Conrad, your general manager, was the one that I dealt with and he made everything happen. My wife and i stopped into Curry Honda looking to get the feel of a Honda Fit. We found Jeremy McGarry to be very eager to ensure that our needs were met. After test driving one of the used late models they had available, we decided to look into the new vehicles as our trade was late model and valuable. Every person we met at this dealership was very pleasant and no time did we feel pressured to buy. After some discussion with Jeremy regarding our options we talked about our trade. One of the sales managers (Norm Caruolo) came over and we discussed what they would be able to allow for my trade in and what the bottom line would be. We thanked them all for their help and left the dealership to discuss our options. At no time did anyone try to stop us from leaving or play any games.We returned on Monday. Jeremy was not available, but the sales manager assigned another salesman to help us. Erik Johnson took over for Jeremy and quickly caught up to where we left off. We had a couple of more questions and wanted to drive the new Fit. Erik set everything up while we had further discussions with the sales manager. We came to an agreement on price and trade-in and closed the deal. Our test drive of the new Fit was just as enjoyable as the used one. We did not take delivery that day due to time constraints.Jeremy contacted me the next day about coming in to take delivery. I showed up for a 1:00 appointment with the Business Office (Ron Brunner). Ron walked me through all the paperwork and options very professionally. Due to a problem with the insurance company we were not able to take delivery today.Returned the next day and Erik had everything in order and the car ready to be picked up. He went over all the controls and manuals with me and explained the service departments operation and warranty work. He sent the car through for inspection and I was on my way.I do want to mention Troy Conlin. Troy is another sales person there at Curry and was very helpful throughout this process. Every time he saw me in the dealership he greeted me and asked how things were progressing.All of the people at Curry were extremely friendly and helpful. Best car buying experience I have ever had.Thank You.

I needed the CVT software update and it was time for my 1st oil change. I was met by Mr. Juan Alicea and he did the paperwork, explained the work to be done and showed me the waiting area. The work was done on time. The popcorn and car wash are a plus.Mr. Juan Alicea was meeting me within 30 seconds of my arrival took care of me and my car.

Not only does Curry quickly service your car, they also make sure your wait experience is filled with coffee, popcorn, tv and an ipad if you so please.The free car wash coupon they give for every appointment is a nice cherry to top the whole thing off!I would highly reccomend either Brandon Morgado or Michael Allende. I have been seeing these two for most, if not all of my service appointments. They stand for high quality service!

I had received a notice to have my car system updated so I went in to make the appointment. They were very accommodating to get me the date and time I needed. When I went in for the appointment, I was taken care of my Luiz Gonzalez. He was very professional and nice. You don't find many people like him. My car was ready in a very short time. I love the people that work at this dealership as they are ALWAYS very friendly and are there for the customer. I work in Customer Service and it is a hard job to do. I highly recomment anyone that is looking to purchase a car to go to this dealership. In June, my husband purchased a second car there for my sons for graduation and they were very accommodating as well with getting us the car ready for the big reveal to my son. I can't tell you how happy I am with this dealership. They are there for YOU!

I scheduled a service appointment in advance but was left waiting in my car in the service area for at the least fifteen minutes without any acknowledgement. I finally exited the vehicle and got the attention of an unknowledgeable technician. I explained to him it was the first service and he proceeded to ask what I was getting done of which I had no idea! Sensing my frustration, another technician contacted Brandon Morgado. I was super thankful as Brandon Morgado has helped me in the past.Brandon Morgado immediately stepped in and reassured me that I was in good hands. He was apologetic and empathetic to my concerns and frustrations. He remained attentive and provided professional and courteous Customer Service and was knowledgeable about my vehicle. He exceeded my expectations! I left the dealership more than pleased! Kyle Boydston was my contact when I brought in my 2013 Honda Civic for routine oil change and inspection sticker 10/4/16. Kyle was very friendly with a beautiful smile and told me it would take approximately 90 min for completion...he was right on the mark! He also gave me 2 progress updates while I waited and I so appreciated that. This is my 2nd Honda (I had the first for 19 years and it was still running when I traded it in)! I'd also like to mention Christian Vincelette who sold me my current Civic 3 years ago. After all this time he still remembered my name and stopped to talk while I was in the waiting area. I bought a new Honda HRV from Rich Ethier at Curry Honda today! This is the second car I've purchased from him at the dealership after I recently totaled my 2013 Honda Civic. This is the best dealership I've been to after the many I have visited in the past. The staff is very nice and helpful, and Rich took care of me like I was a family member, especially after going through the traumatic experience of totaling my car. There was the exact car I was looking for available on the lot and took delivery in less than a week. I purchased the car at their dealership in Massachusetts but I live in Connecticut and they took care of all the registration and even helped me work with my insurance to get it registered as soon as possible. The original battery on my 2010 Honda Accord died. Kyle Boydston, Service Advisor, was extremely helpful. He explained that they would run a complete diagnostic test on the car's charging systems, to be sure the problem was the battery, The battery was found to be the only problem, and they put in a new one. Hopefully, I will get six years with this new battery. I was very pleased with the Service. Kyle Boydston, Service Advisor, is a very Attentive, Knowledgeable, Professional Service Advisor.

Thanks to Kevin and his staff in the autobody shop for removing a clump of something on my cars new finish that wouldn't seem to come off with regular washing. Not sure what it was but I thought it would be best if I let the Curry professionals try and remove it so I wouldn't harm the paint. Kevin took a certain solution and was successful in removing whatever it was. As some of the staff already know I get a little worked up over that car. I know it's only a car but I love the thing and really would like to keep it in new condition. Thanks again to the entire staff at Curry for providing such great service and putting up with my emotional personality at times.

I would recommend Christian Vincelette at Curry Honda of Chicopee because he's was personable, so helpful (even just walking in the door) very informative and not pushy. He answered all my questions (even the dumb ones) and treated me like a person that was interested in browsing but also as it turns out, buying a new car. I found everyone at the dealership was just as helpful and friendly as Christian. Buying this car was, I would say, the best experience I every had in my car buying history.

The only downside is that I needed a loaner car and they did not have one to offer. We made it through on sharing my other auto but it would have been nice to have the loaner car.

Shopping for a new car for me can be painful. I have owned many cars in my lifetime but never have I had such a positive experience at Curry Honda. My salesman Max Fisenko really changed how I feel about car salesman. From the lucky minute we met him he was knowledgeable, friendly, funny and honest. When I sat in the car to drive home he went through every single button, dial and extras. I have never had that experience in any vehicles I have purchased. Every employee I have seen at the dealership has made a point to say hi or even smile. Where other dealers make promises, Curry delivers. Where other dealers claim they're "bigger because they're better", Curry IS better simply because they TRULY are better! It's that simple.I've leased Hondas for nearly twenty years and in that time I've had the occasion to deal with every Honda dealer in the area. Nobody except Curry got it right 100% of the time: I got the car I wanted, in one of the colors I chose, at a fair price with the accessories installed and all the paperwork done...ALL IN THE SAME DAY! That's important because I never seem to have the requisite time to transact a special purchase like an automobile. Curry made it EASY!And, I can't say enough about my sales consultant, Will Fathi Ahmed. He's a professional in every sense and in every dimension of the word. He answered all my question completely, explained every feature of the Honda Accord, explained WHAT it did, and WHY I needed it. Will showed me the things that set the car apart from the other manufacturer's products ( which I admit, I did consider) and I never got the feeling he had anything but my best interests at heart. Think about that! If you want a great auto purchase experience, go to Curry Honda in Chicopee and ask for Will. My salesman was Christian Vincelette and he was awesome. He knew all about the cool new features I now have with my CRV and was able to explain and even set up the options. We felt no pressure at all, they were reasonable with monthly payment amounts and trade, didn't pressure me into buying anything extra and got us in and out quickly. Curry Honda is definitely a decent place to look for but be wary who you speak with. I ended up with Nick Cardaropoli. From the very beginning Nick was overly aggressive from pretending to go outside to meet me right at the door. Since I was alone I wanted help right away but I should have listened to my instincts. Through the entire process Nick was extremely pushy and adamant that I look at the Civics. I came in looking for a CR-V but Nick was extremely pushing towards the CR-V. I had to leave the dealer due to Nick spending over 45 minutes speaking with the sales manager leaving me at his desk in the corner while he was visibly laughing and joking with the manager. At one point he even borderline harassed the young Hispanic Woman that sat next to him. All in all stay away from this dealership.

Great service experience. Didn't take much time. Tony was very friendly and arranged for the repair to be done promptly and had patience with me which isn't always easy. Tim the Master Tech introduced himself to me and showed me exactly what he did on my vehicle and he too was polite and professional which is always appreciated. My wait wasn't very long at all and I enjoyed a nice cup of coffee compliments of Dallas while I was in the waiting room. Comfortable chairs, nice tv and plenty of reading material. Great Experience. As always, my experience at Curry Honda was very good. Juan Alicea was knowledgable and personable, good to work with. The only minor issue I had was that when I called to book the appointment I had 2 things I needed service to look at on my car, in addition to the regular checkup. However when I dropped off the car they didn't have either item on the paperwork so I had to describe them again. Not a big deal but wanted to mention it. Otherwise Juan and everyone there is very good to work with.

my car was vibrating so bad when I hit the breaks so I took it into curry Honda and that's where Kyle Boydston approched me. He was very kind and listened to me as I tried to reenact the sounds my car was making. Within the hour he told me the car needed new breaks and rotors. This is my second new Honda Fit that I purchased from Curry Honda in Chicopee, MA. Bret Cohen was most helpful showing me the large inventory of Honda Fits on the lot. I explained I wasn't quite ready to buy at that time, but when I was ready, Bret said to call and he would have the color I requested available. I called a month later, took a test drive, and filled out the paperwork the same day. Bret said when I pick up the car next week (the timing is at my request), it will be clean, registered, and inspected. Since I'm not trading in my old Fit but passing it on to my granddaughter, Bret offered to arrange for a ride for me to get to the dealership. This was the most painless car buying experience and I'm excited to fit into my new Fit.

I actually bought my first Honda Accord through Andy Bassett. Went to look around before they opened and Andy was there to greet us with a smile. I told him what i was interested in and he had me test drive 2 Accords. His knowledge of the vehices blew me away!I was sold from that moment on. Andy wasnt pushy at all to get me to buy a car. He took his time going over all the features of the car. He then asked me when i wanted to pick up the car. I just threw out a day knowing my credit wasnt going to get me into anything brand new. Well i was wrong! They were able to approve me and on Dec 16, 2015, I drove away in my NEW 2016 Honda Accord. Well we didnt stop there...Just last week, my husband went in to purchase a leftover 2015 Honda Accord Coupe for our son for a gradtuation gift. Knowing the Pontiac G6 I handed down to my son wasnt going to last him another year with going to college and all, Andy once again made that happen! My husband was able to grab that deal! The car was service on as scheduled and turnaround time for the work performed was very reasonable, as I stayed in the comfortable waiting area. Service advisor Juan Alicea was excellent giving explanations of the Oil Consumption test and took the time to answer my questions. This dealership has an excellent service department which I use at all service intervals. I have found that for many routine services, prices are very fair.

I went to Curry Honda chicopee with a noise coming from the engine, only to find out that I have a huge engine problem. I immediately started to panic. Jason Palmer pulled me into is office and a sure me that would do everything in is power to help me fix the engine. We just got our first oil change done on a car we leased at Curry in late October. The whole process, from making the appointment, to actually having the job done was smooth and uneventful! Which was just what we were hoping for! Kyle Boydston was so good in customer service, as was everyone we dealt with that day. Really friendly staff, very helpful, not lazy schmoes like what we experienced at Balise Honda in WS! We liked Curry so much that once we got the lease on one Honda, we went back for another lease a few months later to replace an aging Civic we had bought at Balise. Our sales person was Bret Cohen, and he was amazing! So helpful, super friendly, super patient, and made us feel like we definitely made the right choice in doing business with Curry! We would never again use Balise Honda for any reason, sales or service.

I visited a total of six different dealerships and requested 9 quotes in my search for a new 2016 Honda Civic EX-T and by far the service and price that I received from Curry Honda was the best. It's a great small dealership who are eager to earn your business. In contrast with Balise Honda, who I visited 4 times and spoke with as many sales personnel, could not compare with the attention to detail, knowledge, and eagerness to satisfy my needs that Nicholas Cardaropoli at Curry Honda was able to provide. I was very specific as to what I wanted but no one had the vehicle I wanted at my price. However, Nicholas Cardaropoli Was the only person who I felt actually wanted to earn my business and he did! He not only got the car I wanted at my price, he regularly kept me up to date to date on everything that was occurring. I would most certainly be returning when it's time to replace my wife's SUV.

I recently purchased a new 2016 Honda Civic Touring from Curry Honda in Chicopee Ma and brought it in the very next morning to ask them to look at the air conditioning as I felt it was not getting very cold. They were able to look at my vehicle within a very short period of time and made sure it was working properly. Come to find out the issue was usser error. My salesman had gone over everything with me the night before when I picked my new vehicle up, but I had apparently forgotten a few things. The Service Advisor was very nice and not only took the time to explain to me what buttons I needed to hit to have my A/C cooling properly but asked me if he could go over any other vehicle functions with me as sometimes all the new technology on the cars can be a lot to remember. He also said to call or stop in anytime with any questions or concerns. Everyone at Curry from Service to Sales to Parts makes you feel very welcome and they appreciate your business. They make sure you receive the level of Customer Service that so many other businesses just don't seem to care about anymore. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

I went to curry bond in chickpea to get my brakes done and for an oil change. They are always very professional and courteous. This time was no different. My service technician took an additional time to talk to me about what he was going to do to my car as well as what didn't need to be done at the moment. He gave me a break down of everything that was serviced and explained to me the importance of the timing of the service that was needed. My car has a noticeable difference in its performance while I'm turning as well as when it's shifting though the gears. I received a written assessment of further recommended repairs, which I brought to my mechanic to repair. My mechanic was impressed with the accuracy of the recommended repairs.

Michael Collins assisted me when I came in for an Oil & Filter change and set up an additional 60,000 mile service, which I will come back in May 2016. I also, brought my recalls with me. He had the service department fix 1 and will call me back in the Summer of 2016 for the second recall. I was happy with the service. The only complaint I have is Michael Collins attached another customer's paperwork with mine. He didn't read back to me the information on my vehicle, but the other customer's. I had to take in my 2015 CR-V for a problem that needed to be addressed. I went in thinking that they would have me park my car, wait....ask questions, wait....have me sit and wait and wait and wait. To my surprise they took my car, asked me questions and any additional concerns, have me sit and BAM! it was done. I didn't even need my reading material. I recently bought my second Accord from Curry Honda with 2 different sales reps and both were exceptional. Not pushy, answered questions, very helpful and made getting a new car so unpressured that I'd go back again for a third time. Really terrific people. A few days ago, I had my free oil change plus my winter tires removed and regular tires put on. My service rep, Brandon Mogado, was helpful, friendly and answered my questions. I had one problem and that was when I made the appointment on the phone, I asked the price and was told, removing and putting on tires would be $40 and that the first oil change would be free. I thought this was an increibly low price and wanted to make sure so I called a few days before my appointment to verify. They did so, saying it would be $40 for the entire service. Unfortunately, when I got to my sppointment and spoke with Brandon, he said the price had gone up. He did try to verify enprice I had ben quoted by callng in the central number for Curry Honda Service (apparently not a direct number to the dealership in Chicopee but in a different location), but he was unable to reach anyone by phone. Brandon said he could not go as low as $40 but could do $45. I said that was fine and was glad he was willing to acknowledge there was a mix up ans would help as best he could. Aside from this glitch, I highly highly recommend Curry Honda.

I'm completely happy with my purchase. Max was both professional and personable, communication was quick and easy- I wasn't pressured, it was genuinely nice talking to him and working with him. Max worked with me on the price, I think he went to his manager three times to work the car into my budget. This was my first car purchase on my own, with young credit I thought for sure I'd get a bad rate- Josh in financing got me an amazing rate with no consigner at a local bank.I came late in the evening when i bought the car, so I had to wait a day or so for the financing to be set up and get my car registered and inspected- they even detailed and filled the tank! I was having a bit of a hard time coordinating rides in the day or so things were being done- I mentioned it and Max delivered my car to my work. Above and beyond expectations, he tells you numerous times that if you have any questions please call or text, there are no stupid questions. Thank you Max and Josh! I recommend you to anyone.

I scheduled my 10000 mile service at Curry and requested Jason Palmer as my service advisor. He was my service advisor a few months ago when I showed up at Curry without an appointment with a bad battery in my 2015 Accord purchased at Curry. Within an hour I was on my way with a new battery. This time working with Jason was no different. He spent the time needed to explain changes in Curry's recommended service schedule and answered all my questions. The service was finished within a few hours as estimated. I plan to request Jason for any future service needs at Curry.

This past Thursday I purchased a 2015 Honda CRV from Curry.This is the second car I have purchased from Curry Honda of Chicopee. I loved my first Honda and have always been very satisfied with the Curry Service Department. I was pretty stressed that day because I was not planning this purchase quite so soon but my much loved old van was suddenly no longer drivable. I do not make decisions quickly and Richard Ethier was very patient, and did not pressure me at all. He could have said things like " well if you don't decide quickly this car won't be here". He never did that. Richard answered every question and spent a lot of time. On the day I picked the car up he also explained it's many features and, since I am a senior citizen, I especially appreciated him setting up the "hands free" phone feature and showing me the technology that was new to me. I highly recommend Richard to anyone buying a car. He is knowledgeable, patient and made what can be a very stressful process less so.Thank you Richard!

Honda took me right in. They reviewed what I wanted done, and Luis Gonzalez was courteous, polite and explained all my needs and recommendations for my 2012Honda Fit. I didn't have my coupon book, but Luis Gonzalez took the extra step to call the company and verify I still had coupons left and I was not charged for my oil change :) Even though I was only there for the oil change an to have my tire looked at, Hondas records recommended my 30,000 mile maintenance, and they accommodated me by performing the additional work within a decent amount of turn around time. I had not intended to purchase a new CR-V when I recently stopped into Curry Honda for information about newer CR-V's. Currently I owned a 2005 CR-V. Our salesman, Paul Glassanos was so accommodating, answering all of my questions without applying any pressure. Although not ready to purchase, Paul suggested I take one for a test drive. Paul explained how the CR-V's had improved since 2005, pointing out the technological advancements, fuel economy gauge, Curry's lifetime warranty on certified pre-owned etc.. I purchased my Pilot from this dealership and always bring it to them for service. Before they start the work they explain what the car is in need of according to the mileage and let the consumer decide to have it done or not. They recommend different things should be done but they don't nag you until you say "yes', it is totally up to you. I also like the fact that they do the Mass Inspection service at their facility because it makes it so much easier to have work done and the inspection all in one visit. The staff is very professional,pleasant, and knowledgeable especially Mike Collins who is Great to deal with. I would highly recommend having your service done here.

I had an issue with my battery for my Honda CRV . I brought it down to the service department with no appointment and Brandon Morgado got me right in . He had my car inspected and they found that my battery needing replacing , my tire treads were wearing down and my brakes were going to need replacing in the near future. What I liked best was that Brandon explained everything told me what was most important to do and what things could wait and how long I could wait , there was no pressure . He gave me print outs of everything we talked about and the prices for the items to be fixed at Curry. I did have the battery replaced that day it was quick and I was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable cost to have it done. I highly recommend the sales and service at Curry Honda.

First of all my husband and I want to express our gratitude to the Service Dept for taking care of our needs swiftly and efficiently. We lost the remote to our remote starter and despite being very busy was able to have it replaced and re-keyed the next day. We also bought our second car there the same day of service. I purchased a 2013 CR-V in July 2015. it is now January 2016 and my washer fluid didn't work. Someone on the phone accused me of putting water in the tank, I do know better than that, and I did not. But when I got there later, Jason Palmer took very good care to drain the tank so that I could purchase some fluid good to -25degrees fluid at another location on my way home. wink wink they didn't carry it. but he did take the time to check the records and found that an upcoming $400+ 30,000 mile service was actually done when I purchased the vehicle. phew! Thank you Jason! I am feeling better about car purchasing.

Michael was very friendly, knowledgeable, and able to answer all of my questions through every step of my service. He also made a point of calling me during the service appointment to alert me to a problem that was found, so they could fix it then and there; other shops have finished the job, then told me about new repairs afterwards so i'd have to bring the vehicle back in. I was very happy with the communication both during and after my appointment. Curry goes well out of their way to ensure you have a satisfactory experience.

I recently had 2 services within a weeks time at Curry Honda and had Jason Palmer as my service representative each time. I have had great apprehension bringing my vehicle into a "dealership service center until the great service I have received from Curry Honda these two visits. On my last visit I could not believe How many people were at the service center at 7:30 a.m. on a Saturday. I was told my service would take an average of 1 1/2 to 2 hours to complete. within about an hour Jason came in the waiting area to announce, "Your all set". What a pleasure this experience was! We were from out of state but looking for a particular vehicle that Curry had in stock. Before arriving, I spoke to Eric on the phone and he confirmed he had what we were looking for and would be happy to assist us when we arrived. Upon arrival, Eric met us outside, greeting us by name and a warm welcome.I cannot say enough about Eric and the overall group at Curry. I do not love the process of getting a new car but this was stress-free, comfortable and a pleasant experience. We currently have 4 Hondas and have had many in our past. While I was there I had the opportunity to discuss my current lease with both him and other employees at Curry Honda, and also received some great advice as to what I might do when my lease expires in 2016. This is my 2nd car-buying experience with Curry Honda and this time around the process seemed to go much faster than the last. As a returning costumer I was definitely treated with the utmost respect and dignity. There was a minor glitch with my insurance company but after all the hassle, the sales manager went above and beyond to make up for it. I was a very happy customer upon leaving the dealership with my new car. Also, once all the paperwork was completed the time I waited for my new car to be inspected was quite short. It was definitely the fastest part of the whole process.

My second visit since purchasing a new car .... Jason was terrific at explaining what needed to be done. I was in and out within an hour for the 10,000 mile checkup. Two items: 1) somehow my light setting was changed from automatic to daytime lights so by the time I realized it, it was dark and raining and I had to stop and read the manual to figure out how to change back to automatic. 2) the tires were rotated but the low air tire light was on when I left .... so I had to stop and read the book and recalibrate (I think that is what it was called) to get the light turned off. These were simple enough for me to take care of, but it really should not have happened.

I am a a first-time car buyer (especially a new vehicle), so going to a dealership was a big decision for me. I visited two other dealerships, and Curry was the third. As soon as I walked into Curry Honda, my amazing experience began.Rich Ethier Jr. was the salesman who helped me out right from the start. He gave me a very warm welcome, and made me feel comfortable with him. I was confident in his knowledge right from the start. He learned a bit about me and what I had in mind, and we eventually went for a drive. I was clear with him that I was strictly in an exploratory phase, and he completely respected that. He laid out all of my options in very clear terms. When I was leaving after my first visit, Rich assured me that I could text or call his personal phone any time with questions.I ended up deciding to lease my new 2016 Honda Accord EX-L. Rich walked me through the entire process, and gave a warm hand-off when it was time to work with the "business guys." The Brunner brothers were extremely helpful and patient when it came time to fill out the paperwork, adding to the great experience.A few days later (today), I picked up my car! Rich had it all warmed up out front for me. He took about thirty minutes to just sit in the car and make sure I felt comfortable before pulling off the lot. I purchased a used car with 6,000 miles for 18,000. During the purchase process I pointed out two large cuts on the sidewall of the right front tire. It looked unsafe to me, and the sales rep said he would have the service manager look at it. When I returned to pick up the car, they took care of it all right. They remounted the tires from the right front (outside), to the left front (inside) so the large gash was on the inside where it couldn't be seen. All they did was hide the safety issue. I'll post picture in my yelp review. What really annoys me beyond the fact that they simply hid this, was the fact they did this on a front tire, in which a blowout could cause a crash. They could have at least put it in back where a blowout would be less dangerous. This kind of behavior might be expected by a shady used car lot, but certainly not the kind of behavior I would expect from a dealer. Bret the sales rep was great to work with, however the whole dealership gets 1 star for ethics. The service manager should be ashamed of himself for pulling these antics. The mechanic who switched the tires should also be ashamed of himself for doing this.

when I went in for an oil change, I thought that would be all I would need. In checking things out, Jason, found there were a few things that were very serious. Since I know little to nothing about cars, I called my husband and they spoke. It was very timely that I brought my car in when I did. For 12 years I have been spending nearly an hour each way to take my 2003 Accord to Curry Honda for service. Why did I purchase my Accord in Massachusetts, and have it serviced there, although I live in Connecticut? Because Curry offered both competitive pricing and outstanding service, compared to that of the CT dealers from whom I purchased my previous 2 Honda vehicles. At my most recent visit to Curry I met with Service Advisor, Michael Collins, to schedule regular maintenance and address a braking problem. He was both knowledgeable and very professional in solving the brake issue. The repair was finished in a reasonable time, and, at a fair price. I remain impressed with Curry.

With a 9:30 appointment for an oil change 90 minutes was too long a wait. Brandon was great and very helpful. I also had to return 2 days later to replace a tire because there was not one in stock at the time of the oil change. The wait the 2nd day was only 20 minutes which was more acceptable. The low tire pressure indicator was not reset. I do not want to return again for a reset. This should have been done with tire change.

I have been bringing my Honda Accords for servicing to Curry for 15 years. This is the 3rd Accord I've owned and the 2nd bought from Curry. My experiences with the sales department have been mixed but the service department has been excellent. My last visit was on Saturday October 3rd and Tony Alicea and Dallas Elizabeth were both very friendly and helpful. I have never had a problem with anyone I have dealt with in the service department. I trust them to not try to rip me off by telling me items need to be replaced when they don't like other mechanics and car repair chains. My brother and his wife both bought new Hondas from Curry based on my recommendation. They have owned Hondas before but always bought them at another local dealership. They were very happy with the purchasing experience.

Brought Pilot in with brake squeal. Tech couldn't hear. Brandon knows I travel long distances alone and want to be sure. He had me come in and drive with Tech. Of course no squel. Brandon didn't stop there. Had tech check brakes. Found there was a stone but it was gone know. Brakes can last a while more. Yes. I also mention I had to have SUV jumped by AAA. I have been a customer of Currys for 13 years, owning 3 pilots. I've always been well taken care of by the sericve staff first by Jason Allar and most recently by Brandon Morgado. Although he is new to service he is being well trained In customer service. My most recent visit was for my AC. The issue has involved an extra trip back for further parts replacement but Brandon has stayed on top of it, communicating with me throughout And has gone so far as to bring me back to actually discuss my issues with the mechanic to ensure he heard it first hand and nothing was lost in the translation which gave me an opportunity to ask questions directly of the tech working on my car. I was very satisfied and appreciated this opportunity. I can highly recommend the service department from my many years of experience with them.

High quality Honda's are the only thing that I see on the lot. Troy Conlin was an extremely understanding, cooperative, and knowledgeable Sales Consultant. I had been to many dealerships and found that I was treated as one of the crowd, just a number. Troy Conlin at Curry had a trait that I personally find to be most important when I am making a larger purchase. Troy was the most genuine car salesman that I have met. By far the best dealership I have seen, an added plus being that it has high quality of Honda here. I'll be back when I want another car. That will probably be a while (Honda's don't quit). I actually drove in to Curry Honda Chicopee for an oil change. I could not book an appointment because I was kept on hold on the phone for ever on the previous day when I wanted to book an appointment. On arrival I had asked for a staff that i used to know there but I was told that he had relocated. I was however well attended to by another service staff by first name Brandon. The courtesy and detailed explanations persuaded me to go from a simple oil change which i originally came for, to a more detailed 40,000 miles service which though more costly than what I had budgeted, was in the end very much worth the cost and time. Time for new brakes and an oil change. Just routine wear on a CR/V. Mechanic also tracked down a rattling noise that was so intermittent that I could not tell where it was coming from. Any easy fix. Brandon explained everything and then had the mechanic drive the car to be sure the sound was gone. The car is like new again, ready for another 200K.

He noticed my car was actually due for its 80,000 mile check-up, which was able to be done even though the Service Dept was busy. Buying a Honda at Curry Honda and working with Ron was a positive experience. Ron was very knowledgeable and very thorough. He did not bombard me with information, but presented Honda information in an unhurried way so that I could absorb what he was saying point by point. He took the time to deliver excellent customer service, and answered all of the questions that I had, both general and specific. He also explained the benefits of the Platinum Vehicle Protection Coverage Plan. We discussed the exclusions, as well as the differences among the plans. Again, he was very thorough and answered each of my questions. I would recommend Ron to anyone I might know who is interested in purchasing a Honda.

On August 10th, we went to Curry Honda just to look around. Christian immediately came over to see what we were looking for. We told him we were looking for a used vehicle that our handicap daughter could get in and out of as easy as possible and enough room to fit a wheel chair in it. At the time there were 2 CRV's in the lot. He showed us one of them and we fell in love with it. We never expected to walk out of Curry with a 2009 CRV. Chris went as far as calling our insurance company to get every thing started as soon as we were approved!!!!!!!!!! Troy Conlin was an outstanding salesperson. I had called several dealers with a used Honda Odyssey in mind. He was the only person to call me, and he did so within 15 minutes. This was my first time buying from Curry, but it was clear from the moment my friend and I arrived that the place is managed extremely well. Someone on staffing has a real vision for this place. I encountered a high quality of customer service, from the easy friendliness of the sales agents, to the care taken with details like registration and inspection. Be sure to get a hold of cool and competent Erik Johnson if youre looking for a car! From beginning to end, Erik handled the whole interaction with eager efficiency and clarity, and I never felt at any point confused or pressured. As soon as my friend and I arrived, Erik immediately welcomed us and led us inside. Most importantly, Erik helped me secure the best price for my 2015 Civic with immense graciousness, which made it very easy for me to buy that day. Erik did all the other things, toooffered us beverages, took us for a test drive, answered all my questions, guided me through the new contract, helped me arrive at a good financing package. That high level of care and efficiency carried on to the next day as Erik was in constant touch with me about the progress of my insurance transfer and the status of my registration, and helped me set up the technology in my new car. Joshua, who helped in the final stages of drawing up my contract, was also really great. Our salesperson, Bret Cohen, was professional, yet amiable, able to make a stressful situation seem much less so. The product itself, in my case a Honda Civic LX, is a pleasure to own. The fit and finish are outstanding, the value even more so. All in all, I will never go anywhere else. Oh, and their service department is outstanding. My wife and I have been going there for the last ten years. It has always been a good experience, never having the feeling of being ripped off. Five stars!

I came in Saturday June 27th because I had scheduled to drive a 2015 Accord Sport 6 speed manual. When I arrived I found out that the car I was schedule to drive had been sold the previous Thursday, and I hadn't been told that the car I came to drive was no longer there, even though someone had called to confirm the night before and morning of. I would have walked out then, but the sales man, Ron Brunner, earnestly apologized and wanted to know what he could do to make things right. I told him what I wanted and he didn't hesitate to make it happen. Ron told me he'd get a car for me to test drive and he did so, and in a timely fashion too. He was even willing to bring the car by my house so I could drive it there. The bottom line is I bought the car here not only because they were able to quickly get it for me, or the fantastic warranty, but because of the service I received. Excellent job Curry Honda and excellent job Ron.

By coincidence the salesman that came to meet me was Will, he was the salesman I had 6 years ago for a prior purchase. Will asked my needs and showed me a couple cars. I went alone which is a first looking to trade in my 2012 Honda Odyssey for a smaller car and not too expensive. Erik Johnson was very responsive to my wishes/needs and was not pushy which was so refreshing. He recommended 2 different Civic models to fit my simple needs and he was right. We test drove and discussed each model and the differences. . Erik was very patient and helpful with all my questions and in working for a good deal that would make me happy. I was also surprised how easy and understandable Financing was with Joshua Wagner. It was a breeze and not intimidating. I knew exactly what he was having me sign and what my coverage and terms were. I had planned on looking in Northampton at other dealerships and other makes and models but Eric Johnson saved me from that and I was very satisfied to buy the 2015 Honda Civic we picked out. I drove home with it that same day. Love it!!!!

I worked with Richie after he was recommended to me. He was super nice and friendly, flexible with my schedule, and I believe he did his best to work within my needs for pricing. I traded in a CR-V LX (base model) lease early with negative equity on my old, and went up in trim level to EX. I'm truly thrilled with my new car, but I did go up a lot more than I'd hoped in price. However, taking all these factors into account, I do believe they tried to get me into the price bracket I was hoping for. Now, in comparison to other area Honda dealers:The person I was working with at Balise told me to go somewhere else, and the person I was going to work with at Lia never called me back. The team at Curry Honda was in constant contact with me but not in a hounding way, I felt they were honest about what they could do for and with me, and when one person wasn't available another person was ready to step in. It was great. I will be going back to Curry and I recommend this dealership to other people.

I had an excellent experience at Curry Honda with the purchase of my new CRV. My salesman Bret Cohen is a sweetheart. He located my color choice and even went so far as to say that the service didn't end with me driving off the lot with my new wheels. The finance office greeted me with " I'm sorry that I couldn't match your local credit union of 2 point something percent.....only I got you 1 point something percent. Bravo guys!!! There didn't seem to be any B.S. with this purchase only because there wasn't any...Just to let you know, that when I was closing the deal on the car that I was trading in, I ended up with a higher interest rate than I was expecting. I can safely say that all car dealerships are not created equal!!!!!

Will Ahmed is so easy to work with, he really goes above and beyond for his customers. He has stayed late a number of times to help me out with my car purchases. This is my 3rd car I've gotten with Will and it isn't going to be my last! It is always so great to work with him, he really works with you to help you get into the car that fits your wants and needs! This time around I went to look at a car and was able to pick it up within a few hours of seeing it! By far the best experience I've ever had!!

I recently bought a 2015 Civic at Curry Honda. I had a great sales experience, and received a great price. I would highly recommend Will Ahmed. Will did a great job in both selling, and communicating with me after I drove my Civic off the lot. After 1 day of having the car I received a ding on the bumper from a grocery cart... two days later Will had me bring it in and touched it up for free where it looks like new! They also provide a lifetime power train warranty above Honda's own 3 yr/36,000 mile warranty. I would recommend Will Ahmed and Curry Honda to anyone looking to buy a car!

After much research, we ended up traveling almost 70 miles to Curry Honda even though we have numerous dealerships closer....and we're very glad we did! Initially we went to Curry for the lifetime warranty, but then we were lucky enough to connect with Ron Brunner and he made the whole experience painless.....this coming from someone who previously compared car shopping to getting a root canal!!! Ron is honest, knowledgeable, personable, and patient beyond belief. He went above and beyond to accommodate us and we really appreciate it. My wife and I ran into a situation with an older Saturn SUV that had reached the point where repairs were more costly than the vehicle was worth. So out for a new used car we went looking. Curry was not our first choice as we were not even aware that they had used cars for sale. We went to another place in Chicopee first that ONLY sold used cars and they treated us like complete gomers when we wanted to know about the cars that were under twenty thousand that were clearly visible on the lot and the sales person immediately began putting down the cheaper cars and the type of customer they usually sell those cars to and kept trying to bully us into more expensive cars including one SUV my wife could not get in and out of easily because of the height and lack of handles or step bars. We left having made the decision to never buy a car there or recommend the place to anyone.We stopped at Curry on a whim on the way home because we were already out but we thought they only sold new cars so we didn't expect to find much. We spotted a very nice Nissan Pathfinder right away and asked about it even though it had a bargain tag hanging from the mirror and the experience we just had. The difference was immediately noticeable. The sales rep (Andrew Bassett) came right out with the keys and showed us the truck inside and out and offered us a test drive right away. When he asked what we had for a down payment we told him honestly that we had the old SUV for a trade in and nothing else because this need was unexpected. He never batted an eyelash and did not start making us feel looked down on. They looked over the old SUV while we were on the test drive and had us talk to Christopher Brunner who was the business manager that would handle the financing for us. Christopher again asked us the standard questions - what we had for a down payment, were we going to pay the taxes and registration, etc or did we want that rolled into the financing. We told him we had the trade in which they had valued at seven hundred dollars (a gift I think) and nothing else and we would need the monies to put it on the road rolled in because this was entirely unexpected and we had nothing put aside for it. Christopher never once made us feel like we were less than human for not having fistfuls of cash on hand and never once tried to put us off buying with them and never made us feel like we weren't worth his time. Had we gone to Curry first we would have walked out with the SUV that same day - a Saturday I might add. We had stopped at the other place first and so we were just a tad late for him to be able to get the paperwork done. Christopher said he would call us the next morning (a Sunday) when they had been able to talk to the bank people. True to his word Christopher called us about eleven Sunday morning and said he had great news and how soon could we get in. He had peddled our loan needs out to four different lenders in order to get us the best deal he could and took the best offer. He got us an insane deal with a rate of just over seven percent and monthly payments of under two hundred and forty a month AND we drove away with the new car on a Sunday. They even helped us move all of our personal item from the old SUV into the new one and did a last check to make sure we didn't forget anything. The SUV we ended up with was far, far better than we realistically thought we would be able to get for a far better price and far better payments. The service was exemplary and cannot be faulted in an way. Andrew Bassett and Christopher Brunner are a great team that got us exactly what we needed for a price and financing that are unbelievable. They never made us feel ashamed to be looking for the less expensive models they had and never pressured us to look at the more expensive models we couldn't really afford. Curry Honda in Chicopee will be our go to place and recommendation for new and used cars from now on. If you find yourself there remember to ask for Andrew Bassett and Christopher Brunner!

My husband had a 1998 Toyota Corolla that he needed to trade in for a new car. We felt that leasing a new Honda Accord Hybrid was the best choice for us at this time, so we began looking in earnest for a good leasing option. As soon as we entered Curry Honda we met with Bret Cohen, who is just an all around wonderful person! He walked us through the process from start to finish and made everything seamless. Bret was more than happy to answer any questions we had, and he was very knowledgeable. He was also incredibly sweet to our 2.5 year old son, giving him balloons to take home after each visit and even letting him sit at his desk. =)I will be needing a new car within the next year or two, and I will definitely be going back to Curry to work with Bret. He's the best! Couldn't be more pleased with our experience.

On April 28, 2015 my husband and I went to Curry Honda looking for a used car to replace our Freestyle Van for a smaller car. We had no money for a down payment and not too much credit but our Sales Consultant Max Fisenko change everything with the help of his Sales Manager Norman Caruolo and Honda Specialist David Medina we became owners of a 2015 Honda Civic. At the beginning I was confuse and scare of having a new car, not sure if a bank will help us. I expected to buy a 2016 Kia Sorento, but was not impressed with the sales consultants at 2 local dealerships. On a whim, I decided to stop in at Curry and look at the Honda Pilot. Since we had purchased from Curry in the past, I knew I would get good service. But I ended up with exceptional service from Troy Conlin.After figuring out which trim level I was most interested in, Troy brought me outside to look over the vehicle and explain (in detail) everything the vehicle had to offer! (This was something I hadn't experienced at Kia). Troy is very knowledgeable with the vehicles he sells. After the test drive, I knew it was the car for me! However, I wanted to know more about leasing. For 30 years, I've "owned" cars, but never leased. Troy took time to explain everything I needed to know to make an educated decision.We made a deal and I proceeded to complete my paperwork with Chris Brunner. The entire staff at Curry Honda were very pleasant. Sales consultant, Max Fisenko, was easygoing and humerous, yet knoweldgable and professional. If we asked a question he wasn't familiar with he consulted with a fellow coworker and both of them explained the answer. They never were impatient and the actual working out the financial deal was not stressful at all. It was quite an amazing experience, unlike my previous (2) car buying experiences. And let's not forget the Honda CRV we purchased, a truly lovely suv. When we picked it, at the agreed upon time, it was completely ready for us to drive home, with a full tank of gas. On that day we were merely going to take a look at a Honda Accord, then after that we planned to visit a Toyota dealer, again just to look and then think about what we would do. We did need to find a replacement for our 2002 Toyota Camry, a car that had served us well for many years. Our salesman, Ron Brunner, was so pleasant, so nice, so not pushy and so professional. He very patiently and with great knowledge took the time to help us to see why Honda was far superior to the other automobile. It seemed to us it was not at all about making a sale, but rather his concern was for us that we make the right choice. We could tell he really believed in Honda. He convinced us that we needed to look no further and we made our decision that same day. We are delighted to be proud owners of our 2015 Honda Accord and we are confident that we made the right choice.

I did a lot of dealer shopping and this dealer by far is the best dealer I've dealt. Although I had a rocky start with the first sales person that was given to me, I was able to express my concerns and get a different salesperson. Troy came in and saved the day, he broke down everything I needed to know with me being a first time car buyer, he told me what I should look forward to and what to be aware of when buying a new car. I have always been a Honda fan, but Troy made me a Curry Honda fan. I would also like to say a special thanks to Chris Brunner, he worked out a lot of the financial kinks for me and also helped me get a great APR rate. I had a very good experience at Curry Honda. Just when I thought I was stuck with a vehicle with a lot of negative equity. Rich Ether and his coworkers at Curry Honda, proved that wasn't the case. They got me in a beautiful 2015 Accord. My payments were jus a couple bucks more but still in my price range and they even help with all the little extra maintenance deals, to ensure my vehicle was completely covered, in case of any issues. I had a very painful visit with Reno at Curry Honda.He did not care about my needs, I explained that I had to be in a car where I could pay around 240-250 per month. Reno kept pushing me into cars that would have put over 300.00 per month.After I explained this to him for the one hundreth time he started yelling at me and he asked me to leave the dealership.I was astounded by lack of professionalism that he exhibited. I would recommend to anyone that is considering shopping at curry to stay far away from Reno. I have friends that have been to Curry since and they had the experience that I did not . The Representatives that my friends used are Andy, Brett, Dave and Will. if I were to go back to Curry I would use one of these representatives because I know that I will be treated with the same respect that my friends received.

After driving our 2015 CR-V from Jan-March, we are so happy with the choice we made - and that Ron at Curry helped us make. We always felt comfortable while driving, even in snow or rain. Now we are looking forward to trying it out in some warm weather so we can open the sunroof! We stopped in to the service shop at Curry once for windshield wiper fluid and the man in the shop (I can't remember his name) was really friendly and helped us right away, telling us to stop in any time we needed anything. At first we were debating between the toyota RAV4 and the CR-V, but comparing the customer service of the two made a great impact on our decision. It was also nice to go through the experience without feeling any pressure. He respected our time frame for making the decision and that was very important to us both. After my 1995 pick up truck bit the dust I knew I needed to get a good reliable car and Honda was at the top of my list. My experience with Curry Honda couldn't have been any better. I was nervous about heading to a dealership, never having bought a car from one before and not knowing much about the process. Richard was so incredibly helpful, honest, and attendant to all my needs while being there. He let me test drive multiple cars even though it was snowing. He searched the parking lot finding the specific ones I was looking for, cleaning off all the snow and warming them up before I test drove them. Overall the customer service was excellent and I really felt welcomed and taken care of throughout the whole process. Richard was so easy to talk to, never pushy, and I greatly appreciate all of his help. Thank you Rich, I love my new Accord!!!

Just recently completed a "New Lease" of a 2015 Honda Pilot from Curry Honda. Can"t say enough about the quality of this vehicle. We dealt with Reno, a very experienced and pleasant car salesman.If you go to Curry, with an Internet price in hand, be prepared to pay that amount or an amount very close to that as Curry doesn't not negotiate much lower than the advertised price at all.We're disappointed that we didn't receive the $100 referral bonus as promised.We were told it would be given to us the next month (we bought late November as they we'reclosing their books for the month).I called and emailed Reno but never heard back from him.Very disappointing. I was hopeful this might have been our best car-buying experience ever...but apparently not.

I had an excellent experience. Their salesman, Ron Brunner, was great to work with, and put my mind to ease. Everyone there was friendly, professional and accommodating. It was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. I've since had to visit the Service Department and was very happy with the service and the personnel there. I had to wait a while to have my car checked out, but it was worth the wait. They fixed a problem I was having and I know they did a through job with my new car and I know they always will any time I need service. I would highly recommend Curry Honda to everyone I know.

Just leased our second Honda Pilot from Curry. Each time the negotiating experience has been positive especially this time with sales associate Rich Ethier, who fully explained the pricing options available to us as well as listening to our concerns before a compromise was reached. The service required on the first Pilot was done at Curry according to the manufacturers recommendations and was done quickly and professionally each time. I was in the market for a new car and knew that I wanted the new 2015 Honda Accord Sport 6MT. I began my search by signing up at Truecar.com and soon enough dealers started contacting me. Many gave me prices which were very close to the MSRP and most were not going to negotiate. Curry Honda sent me their price which was a lot lower than other dealers. I was partnered with Andy Basset and let me tell you, Mr. Basset is the best Sales Rep I have dealt with. He is very easy to deal with and does not pressure you unlike others I have dealt with. Not only did he give me a price that was great, he was willing to get me the color I wanted (6MT only came in Black and Grey and I wanted grey). We began the process of purchase and filled out paper work. For my financing I worked with Chris who is a fantastic person. He figured out my payments and told me about upgrades/services that where available for me to get. Chris is very honest and told me which ones he would recommend me getting.Within 2-3 days the vehicle was at the dealership and Mr. Basset would call me and my father for updates to continue the final process. On the final day of picking up the car Mr. Basset went through all the Manuals and Warranty with me and my father. He made sure that we understood everything and if we had any questions he would answer them. He gave me his business card and told me if I ever have an issue with the car to call him. As of 2/4/15 I am now a new owner of a Honda Accord Sport. Thanks to Curry Honda for having such great services and employees that care.

I went to this dealership because my place of employment had a discount program there. My quote request was responded to in a timely fashion, and when I decided to physically go in and check out the car I was interested in, I was greeted like my business mattered. Christian was the salesman who helped me out. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time with me to figure out what my wants and needs were. Other Honda dealerships in nearby were nowhere near the same. I checked 2 others before Curry, and their customer service was awful. Molly (sp?), Christian and Chris in finance were all exceptional. I would 100% return and recommend Curry Honda to anyone! My 2015 Honda Civic EX is amazing and I am so happy I chose to drive a little farther to be happier with my purchase.

We did our research in depth on the Internet and had pretty much made up our mind to purchase a 2015 Honda Fit. Curry Honda seemed like the first dealer we should contact from the customer comments we has read, Besides, they were the only dealer in this area that had a yellow Honda Fit with an automatic transmission - the vehicle we had decided we wanted to purchase, pending driving it.Curry Honda went over and above what we expected from a dealer, based on past vehicle purchases. We had already obtained financing for our purchase on our own. However, Curry Honda's Josh Wagner, Business Manager, took it upon himself to find us a better interest rate, and was able to lower our interest rate by 3 percentage points!The service we received from Curry Honda's Rich Ethier Jr., Honda Sales Rep, was outstanding. My wife and I had leased an Accord EX-L from Curry in 2012, and the time was coming due to replace it. One phone call to Will took care of that, and with very little time invested in the process, we picked up a new Accord EX-L Saturday, at a lower lease payment than I was quoted by other local dealers, and they even beat a Boston area dealer's price. The whole process was seamless, quick, and didn't waste time. Will did an outstanding job, and in four days, I am set for another 36 months. Other dealership staff,including Josh in business office,were friendly and efficient. I'd recommend Curry and Will Fathi Ahmed to anyone looking for a new or used car. He has gone above and beyond the call for me on a number of occasions.I would also mention that I have been very pleased with the service at Curry. My experience at Honda was WIEGHT LIFTING! I had got myself into a bind and was not having any luck at any other dealership until I made it to Curry Honda. I had the pleasure of being greeted by Will and boy did he work some magic! I'd previously been to 2 other dealerships w/o any success. Will made a miracle happen. He sold me a beautiful 2014 Honda accord for a nice price, while also freeing me of the bind I'd got myself into. It was easy and Will didn't give up. He got me everything I wanted, plus more! He was excellent and I'd recommend him to anyone.

What can i say about Rich Ethier except that he goes above and beyond what any car salesman does to make sure you drive away with the perfect car for your needs. He really listens to his customers needs and wishes before he suggests a vehicle. My husband and I went in to purchase a used car because ours was in an accident. We were not excited about buying a car to begin with and had about 5 days to do it. Will Ahmed went out of his way to make it easy, qucik and less painful then we had imagined. Not only did he help get us a good price but made sure the little details were just right to make sure this van was clean and touched up to almost new! During this few days of buying our van, I also lost my Santa Fe, un planned. I was devistated, now we had to buy 2 cars a week before Christmas. With no hesitation Will went out of his way to now help me find a used CRV that looks like new and that we could afford. Knowing our situation their finance team (especially Chris Brunner) went above and beyond to get us the best price around. I have never liked dealing with car dealerships in the past, but Will has changed that experience for me. I checked around before buying my CRV (again limited time to shop) and it only took a few hours to realize, not only did I get a great price for the CRV, but the customer service is the best around at Curry. I had been actively seeking a vehicle since June of 2014. When I finally decided on the vehicle I wanted to purchase I started doing some shopping around with dealers in my area. I didn't have the best experience as these dealers seemed more concerned about getting my signature and their commission as fast as possible. I decided to look outside of CT and that's when I found Curry Honda. They are 45 minutes away from me, but I tell you I wish I had found them first because the experience I had with my sales associate, Reno Cristillo and Josh was so amazing! He was one of the most gentle and caring person I have met in this field. I have been going through some hard times, and I was concerned about dealing with another "obnoxious car salesman" but Reno put me as such ease that I felt like he could have truly been a family member. When the time came to sign all the paperwork, I was sent over to Josh......Josh was just as kind and understanding with me. He made sure I understood the whole paper work process and really cared about meeting me at a place I felt happy. I really couldn't have asked for a better experience at Curry Honda. Sometimes people don't realize the affect they may have on another human by just showing them a little bit of understanding and kindness..... that's what Reno and Josh did for me. Reno Cristillo proved to be a wonderful exception to the "obnoxious sales man" cliche, and he has ensured that I will be coming back for years to come.

I recently needed to purchase a "newier" used car within just a few days. Since I have had my 1997 Honda Accord serviced by the Curry Service department for quite a number of years, I knew just where to go. I was just as pleased with the Sales Department. Richie Ethier showed me cars that met my needs and wants. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I felt very comfortable with Richie as though I had know him a long time. He took me through the new technology of the car and even synched my IPhone for me! Before I knew it, I had bought a car! This experience proved easier than some I have had shopping for outfits!! He called me back telling me, we don't have a 2009 we have a 2007 EX L that just came in. I felt so bad he was crazy looking for 2009. We schedule and appointment to meet on Saturday. Well my wife's older car finally hit the point of no return as far as cost to fix as opposed to moving on. I started searching for a new car via the internet and was quite intrigued by Curry Honda's free lifetime drive train warranty. I spoke to our salesman Ron over the phone and he invited me to stop on by. I informed him I was quite a distance away and we were able to get most of the sale negotiated over the phone. The next day we took a trip to Chicopee and based on our discussion Ron had a new CRV there awaiting my wife's final approval. She loved it. We finished up all the paperwork and the next day her car was delivered to us while their delivery team went to motor vehicle and registered the car.(We also live in another state). In conclusion I must say that every member of Curry Honda Team that we had any interaction with were outstanding.
